- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongina Report Early Edition. I'm
- 0:02Speaker 1: your host, Evita. Major update on the deep state's likely
- 0:06Speaker 1: role in the arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov. Germany
- 0:11Speaker 1: demands personal information on a social media user over bat-shaming.
- 0:16Speaker 1: TikTok is engaging in brazen election interference. A January 6th
- 0:21Speaker 1: trespasser gets four years in prison. Mitch McConnell is thwarting
- 0:25Speaker 1: an essential election integrity bill. Violent gangs have taken over
- 0:29Speaker 1: an apartment in Aurora, Colorado, charging rent to tenants. The
- 0:34Speaker 1: Swifties for Kamala call was about as cringe as you'd expect.
- 0:38Speaker 1: All this on Bongina Report, early edition.
- 0:53Speaker 2: All right.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Like I said, you guys, major, major update in the
- 0:55Speaker 1: arrest of the Telegram CEO. As you guys all know,
- 0:58Speaker 1: Telegram CEO Pavel Durov was arrested in France over the
- 1:01Speaker 1: weekend for allowing free speech to flourish on his platform.
- 1:04Speaker 1: This was actually why he was arrested. He's being held
- 1:07Speaker 1: liable for any illegal activity that's taken place on his platform.
- 1:12Speaker 1: He's in trouble for allowing free speech. And we said
- 1:15Speaker 1: on the show that it's highly likely that that the
- 1:17Speaker 1: U S state department played a role in his arrest
- 1:19Speaker 1: because our state department hates the fact that it cannot
- 1:22Speaker 1: control telegram. It loves telegram. It loves to use telegram
- 1:26Speaker 1: to influence the elections of foreign governments, but it can't
- 1:29Speaker 1: control telegram. And that's why it's angry because Pavel has
- 1:34Speaker 1: explicitly refused to cooperate with American intelligence or any intelligence
- 1:38Speaker 1: group anywhere across the globe, because Pavel wants to protect
- 1:41Speaker 1: the safety and privacy of the people who use his platform. Well,
- 1:46Speaker 1: now we have a breaking story from Revolver pointing toward
- 1:50Speaker 1: US influence in Pavel's arrest. Revolver reported yesterday that the
- 1:53Speaker 1: Atlantic Council's disinformation censorship arm, known as the Digital Forensics
- 1:58Speaker 1: Research Lab, criticized Telegram for its refusal to censor information
- 2:03Speaker 1: relevant to the Russia-Ukraine conflict just two months ago. And
- 2:08Speaker 1: here's what you guys need to know about the Atlantic Council.
- 2:10Speaker 1: It is a huge player in the censorship industrial complex.
- 2:14Speaker 1: The Atlantic Council... has ties to the Department of Defense,
- 2:17Speaker 1: the CIA, and other intelligence agencies. The Atlantic Council, like
- 2:22Speaker 1: other censorship organizations, I'm thinking of Grafica, for instance, was
- 2:25Speaker 1: founded and is funded by U.S. intelligence. And one of
- 2:29Speaker 1: the main objectives of the Atlantic Council is to direct
- 2:32Speaker 1: the censorship of online speech. For example, in 2018, Facebook
- 2:37Speaker 1: named the Atlantic Council an official partner in countering disinformation worldwide.
- 2:44Speaker 1: So it's essentially a way for the government to circumvent
- 2:47Speaker 1: the First Amendment and outsource its censorship efforts to a
- 2:51Speaker 1: third party. So if the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensics Research
- 2:55Speaker 1: Lab is angry at Telegram... That means U.S. intelligence is
- 2:59Speaker 1: angry at Telegram. Now, Revolver also notes that it's not
- 3:03Speaker 1: just the U.S. that wants Pavel to bend the knee.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Telegram is known for being used to share unfiltered content
- 3:09Speaker 1: from hot button conflict zones, such as, of course, Ukraine,
- 3:12Speaker 1: but also Gaza. So the platform has likely pissed off Israel,
- 3:16Speaker 1: the Ukraine, the stakeholders in the Ukraine war, which is,
- 3:19Speaker 1: of course, all of NATO. And as Revolver also adds,
- 3:22Speaker 1: footage confirming direct U.S. and Western involvement in Ukraine has
- 3:26Speaker 1: circulated on Telegram for a long time now. And of course,
- 3:31Speaker 1: the U.S. isn't like that because we're told that, oh,
- 3:33Speaker 1: we just fund the Ukraine, we're not involved in any
- 3:35Speaker 1: boots on the ground effort. And content on Telegram is
- 3:39Speaker 1: directly contradicting these claims from our government. And the Revolver
- 3:43Speaker 1: piece also makes a really important point that Pavel's arrest
- 3:45Speaker 1: is a significant turning point. It says, quote, The regimes
- 3:49Speaker 1: have transitioned from mere repetitional and deplatforming attacks to the arrest,
- 3:54Speaker 1: indictment and imprisonment of those who engage in or facilitate
- 3:58Speaker 1: unapproved speech. This is huge. You guys, Elon Musk took
- 4:04Speaker 1: over X. And when he did that. the days of
- 4:07Speaker 1: collaborative censorship between intelligence and social media users suddenly kind
- 4:12Speaker 1: of appears to be over. And we now even have
- 4:14Speaker 1: Mark Zuckerberg coming out and saying that he regrets cooperating
- 4:18Speaker 1: with COVID censorship. So now the censorship complex has moved
- 4:22Speaker 1: to indicting, arresting, and imprisoning. And make no mistake, this
- 4:27Speaker 1: arrest of Pavel is a prequel for Elon or the
- 4:31Speaker 1: heads of any platform that dares not bend the knee
- 4:35Speaker 1: to intelligence. The EU is constantly threatening Elon Musk specifically
- 4:40Speaker 1: for daring to run a free speech platform. And it's
- 4:44Speaker 1: not exclusive to tech CEOs either. And this is critical,
- 4:47Speaker 1: you guys. It applies to all of us. Canceling people
- 4:51Speaker 1: is a soft form of social control, but it's increasingly
- 4:55Speaker 1: not enough. You guys remember Douglas Mackey? The guy that
- 4:59Speaker 1: made an anti-Hillary Clinton meme and went to prison for,
- 5:02Speaker 1: sentenced to prison for it? A new precedent has been set.
- 5:07Speaker 1: And it's not just for our government. Don't forget that
- 5:09Speaker 1: the UK police has threatened to arrest American social media
- 5:13Speaker 1: users who violate UK hate speech laws. Now, I also
- 5:17Speaker 1: want to mention that there are reputable reports that the
- 5:21Speaker 1: president of France, Emmanuel Macron, lured Pavel in for his
- 5:26Speaker 1: arrest to France because as Dourav apparently told French authorities,
- 5:30Speaker 1: he traveled to Paris at the invitation of Macron for dinner.
- 5:35Speaker 1: This is so slimy. And frankly, you guys, it's evil.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The blob used to promote free speech and democracy abroad, right?
- 5:43Speaker 1: They wanted to influence foreign elections and they wanted to
- 5:45Speaker 1: promote this idea of free speech. We're going to export
- 5:48Speaker 1: American democracy to other parts of the world. Today, the
- 5:52Speaker 1: blob seeks to censor free speech abroad and here at
- 5:55Speaker 1: home because it fears the rise of populism. Trump was
- 5:58Speaker 1: the catalyst for a lot of this. Brexit was the
- 6:01Speaker 1: catalyst for a lot of it. The government, the blob,
- 6:04Speaker 1: it fears populism. authentic democracy, and the truth itself. The
- 6:10Speaker 1: free world is not free. And George Orwell's 1984 is
- 6:14Speaker 1: truly coming to fruition. And I think it's really difficult
- 6:17Speaker 1: for many of us to conceive of what the regime is.
- 6:21Speaker 1: considers approved speech versus unapproved speech, I think many of
- 6:25Speaker 1: us would be shocked by just how oppressive these people
- 6:29Speaker 1: really are. Case in point, the CEO of Gab, which
- 6:32Speaker 1: is another free speech platform, if you guys didn't know,
- 6:35Speaker 1: revealed that it refused to comply with the request from
- 6:38Speaker 1: German police to provide data on a user who made
- 6:40Speaker 1: two posts mocking the weight of a female member of
- 6:44Speaker 1: the German police wanted to track someone down for fat
- 6:50Speaker 1: shaming government official. Gab CEO, Andrew Torba shared the request
- 6:55Speaker 1: on X that demanded information about the user because he
- 6:58Speaker 1: had made two posts that sexualized the German politician, Ricarda
- 7:02Speaker 1: Lange and denigrated her weight. And we have a couple
- 7:05Speaker 1: of photos of Ricarda Lange for you all to see.
- 7:08Speaker 1: There's one, we have one more. If you're listening, you guys,
- 7:11Speaker 1: this woman is objectively overweight. This is a fat lady.
- 7:17Speaker 1: But it's imperative to understand that hate speech or disinformation
- 7:21Speaker 1: has absolutely nothing to do with the truth. It has
- 7:22Speaker 1: nothing to do with reality. It's all about controlling narratives
- 7:27Speaker 1: preferred by the state. Now, the German officials demand stated
- 7:30Speaker 1: that throughout the sexualized and denigrated representation of Ricardo Lang,
- 7:34Speaker 1: the user attacks the honor of the politician and shows
- 7:37Speaker 1: his own disrespect. And the demand and the government, the police,
- 7:41Speaker 1: German police and demanded this German user's account ID, registration date,
- 7:45Speaker 1: IP address, full name, date of birth, display names, email addresses,
- 7:50Speaker 1: phone numbers, billing address and payment method. Absolutely insane. Now,
- 7:56Speaker 1: shout out to Gab for dismissing this demand from German police.
- 7:59Speaker 1: But how long until the police come to arrest the
- 8:01Speaker 1: CEO of Gab or threaten to arrest him if he
- 8:03Speaker 1: doesn't inform on his users? And I'm not suggesting that
- 8:07Speaker 1: Gab specifically would do this at all. I think they're
- 8:09Speaker 1: actually a really great platform. But the precedent has been set.
- 8:13Speaker 1: We officially are living out the plot of a dystopian novel.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I've got yet another censorship story for you all. Ian Carroll...
- 8:22Speaker 1: who is an independent journalist who does some really great work.
- 8:25Speaker 1: His Twitter at is Cancel Cloco. So C-A-N-C-E-L-C-L-O-C-O. It's sort
- 8:33Speaker 1: of Cancel Clothing Company, but Cancel Cloco. Carol was censored
- 8:37Speaker 1: on TikTok this week for stating facts about the deep
- 8:40Speaker 1: state interference in the 2020 election, of course, when Intel
- 8:44Speaker 1: officials directed the censorship of the verified Hunter Biden laptop story.
- 8:48Speaker 1: And I want you guys to take a listen to
- 8:49Speaker 1: the first part of this video that has been, of course,
- 8:52Speaker 1: removed from TikTok.
- 8:53Speaker 3: I'm about to talk about what we're not allowed to
- 8:55Speaker 3: talk about. So instead of the word interference, I'm going
- 8:57Speaker 3: to use the word tomatoes just for fun. And you'll
- 9:00Speaker 3: understand what I mean here. Because RFK said a lot
- 9:02Speaker 3: of amazing things on the Tucker Carlson interview he just did.
- 9:05Speaker 3: But one big thing that he said out loud that
- 9:07Speaker 3: no one's been saying out loud yet is that the
- 9:09Speaker 3: CIA is Actively did election tomatoes in the 2020 election
- 9:15Speaker 3: and we all know it and it's well proven and
- 9:17Speaker 3: it's not controversial But no one wants to admit it
- 9:21Speaker 3: or talk about it And I'm just gonna throw some
- 9:23Speaker 3: shots across the bow right now at the start of
- 9:25Speaker 3: this video that any platform that censors this video is
- 9:29Speaker 3: actively engaging in election tomatoes again by censoring not only
- 9:34Speaker 3: free speech but true free speech that is being critical
- 9:38Speaker 3: of of their handlers in the agency.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And Democrats can't even hear this story because it touches
- 9:45Speaker 2: so many sort of culture war buttons, but it's a
- 9:48Speaker 2: true story. The 100-button laptop suddenly became an issue about
- 9:53Speaker 2: a week before the debate. And Anthony Blinken, who is
- 9:58Speaker 2: now the Secretary of State, and who was then the
- 10:02Speaker 2: director of President Biden's campaign, went to Gina Haspel, who
- 10:08Speaker 2: is the head of this director of the CIA, and
- 10:11Speaker 2: said to her, we need help with this. She then
- 10:15Speaker 2: got 51 votes. CIA current and former CIA officers.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Remember this whole headline, everything you just said is true.
- 10:23Speaker 3: And I'm about to show you the original sources, the
- 10:25Speaker 3: actual documents. This is just basic facts.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Okay.
- 10:30Speaker 1: So the rest of that clip, it's about, it's not
- 10:32Speaker 1: about an eight, it's about an eight minute long clip.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I can't play the whole thing for you guys, but
- 10:36Speaker 1: in the rest of the video, Carol discusses the details
- 10:39Speaker 1: in the Hunter Biden laptop story, everything from the creepy
- 10:41Speaker 1: photos that Hunter Biden took of his child, niece to
- 10:44Speaker 1: the influence peddling scandal. And how also the Intel guys
- 10:48Speaker 1: who discredited the laptop story as Russian disinfo have a
- 10:51Speaker 1: history of lying to the American people. And the whole
- 10:54Speaker 1: point of the CIA, of course, is to meddle in
- 10:56Speaker 1: elections abroad. And now they're meddling in our elections here
- 10:59Speaker 1: at home. And Carol also mentions the fact that pedophile
- 11:02Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, who was one of the trafficker Jeffrey Epstein's clientele,
- 11:06Speaker 1: spoke at the DNC. Again, it's an eight minute long clip.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I can't play the whole thing for you guys, but
- 11:10Speaker 1: you get the gist. He basically just recapped what RFK Jr. said,
- 11:14Speaker 1: gave some more details. and gave indisputable facts that even
- 11:19Speaker 1: regime-controlled Wikipedia will confirm for you. And again, no far-fetched
- 11:24Speaker 1: conspiracies in this video. He was just saying things that
- 11:26Speaker 1: all of us already know. Probably not all, not everybody
- 11:30Speaker 1: in America, but everybody that's listening to this show, you
- 11:32Speaker 1: guys already know. And according to Carol, the video was
- 11:36Speaker 1: removed on TikTok for integrity and authenticity. Now, Carol tried
- 11:43Speaker 1: to appeal... And TikTok responded, we do not allow misinformation
- 11:48Speaker 1: about civil and electoral processes. Now, Mike Benz has an
- 11:54Speaker 1: incredible interview with Tucker Carlson this week after the arrest
- 11:57Speaker 1: of Pavel Durov. And Mike Benz talked about how the
- 12:01Speaker 1: permanent state has done everything it can to change the
- 12:05Speaker 1: definition of democracy to instead of being defined as the people,
- 12:09Speaker 1: as all of us, what do we think? What do
- 12:11Speaker 1: we want? It's defined by institutions. By institutions, I mean universities,
- 12:17Speaker 1: government agencies, the legacy media. So true information, like what
- 12:22Speaker 1: Carol detailed in that video, needs to be censored in
- 12:25Speaker 1: the name of democracy if it damages institutions, which in
- 12:30Speaker 1: this case would be U.S. intelligence and the electoral process.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And I also just want to point out that ever
- 12:37Speaker 1: since TikTok was identified as a threat by the U.S. government,
- 12:40Speaker 1: every time there was all this push to get rid
- 12:42Speaker 1: of TikTok, we have to get rid of TikTok. And
- 12:44Speaker 1: of course, It's not because they really care about TikTok,
- 12:45Speaker 1: it's because they want to control TikTok, just like they
- 12:47Speaker 1: want to control Telegram. Suddenly, former Deep State and NATO
- 12:52Speaker 1: employees have been flooding TikTok's trust and safety department. So
- 12:58Speaker 1: it makes sense why, as Carol points out, TikTok is
- 13:01Speaker 1: actively engaging in election interference on a mass scale. It's
- 13:05Speaker 1: doing the bidding of the state because like American social media,
- 13:09Speaker 1: save a few outliers like X and Telegram, it is
- 13:13Speaker 1: the state. And of course, if we can't discuss basic facts,
- 13:17Speaker 1: like how can we have a free and fair election?
- 13:21Speaker 1: And according to Carroll, we can't have a free and
- 13:24Speaker 1: fair election and we're not supposed to. Guys, the only
- 13:29Speaker 1: thing that scares the regime more than speech is action.
- 13:33Speaker 1: The reason speech is scary is because it's mobilizing. They
- 13:37Speaker 1: fear the populace voting against their preferred candidate or worse,
- 13:42Speaker 1: rising up against an illegitimate regime-installed candidate. Guys, this is
- 13:47Speaker 1: why they obsess over the January 6th protests. This is
- 13:49Speaker 1: why feds likely were involved to act disorderly and justify
- 13:54Speaker 1: cracking down and punishing peaceful January 6th protesters. Understand that
- 14:00Speaker 1: What they have done now is scare people into never
- 14:03Speaker 1: peacefully protesting again, never protesting for election integrity again, never
- 14:07Speaker 1: daring to question an election of the preferred candidate again.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Case in point, a Kentucky man named Michael Sparks was
- 14:15Speaker 1: sentenced on Tuesday to more than four years and five
- 14:18Speaker 1: months in prison. And according to the prosecution, Michael Sparks
- 14:23Speaker 1: was the first to enter the U.S. Capitol, and he
- 14:25Speaker 1: did so via a broken window, whereupon he allegedly attacked
- 14:29Speaker 1: an officer and was then shot in the face with
- 14:31Speaker 1: pepper spray. And according to prosecutors, his entry, this is
- 14:36Speaker 1: why he's gotten such a major sentence, his entry gave
- 14:39Speaker 1: a green light to the rest of the mob to
- 14:42Speaker 1: move into the Capitol. But as the defense demonstrated, Sparks
- 14:46Speaker 1: wasn't the first by very much. Rioters breached the building
- 14:49Speaker 1: in eight different locations and people were already scrambling to
- 14:52Speaker 1: get inside while Sparks managed to beat them by hardly anything.
- 14:56Speaker 1: So in other words, as Hot Air reports, nobody was
- 14:59Speaker 1: waiting for a green light from Michael Sparks. And the
- 15:02Speaker 1: broken window that Sparks climbed through was not broken by him.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's broken by some proud boy. So he hopped through
- 15:10Speaker 1: a window after it was already broken. And then there's
- 15:13Speaker 1: the accusation that Sparks attacked a Capitol Police officer. However,
- 15:18Speaker 1: Sparks was one of many people who chased a Capitol
- 15:20Speaker 1: Police officer as he retreated up the stairs once they
- 15:23Speaker 1: were inside, as the officer retreated up the stairs. Now, clearly,
- 15:26Speaker 1: it's not appropriate to chase a police officer, but it
- 15:30Speaker 1: isn't physical assault. So in sum, Sparks was inside the
- 15:34Speaker 1: building for just 10 minutes before returning to the plaza outside.
- 15:37Speaker 1: But he was given nearly the maximum possible sentence for
- 15:40Speaker 1: a nonviolent offense where he caused no injuries and did
- 15:43Speaker 1: not engage in any property damage. And as Hot Air
- 15:47Speaker 1: again points out, Sparks received a sentence more than three
- 15:51Speaker 1: times as long as those given to two New York
- 15:54Speaker 1: lawyers who created and distributed explosives that literally firebombed a
- 15:58Speaker 1: police cruiser during the BLM riots. Are you guys getting
- 16:01Speaker 1: the message here? Understand? There won't be another protest against
- 16:07Speaker 1: the regime or regime installed candidate because they're using men
- 16:11Speaker 1: like Sparks as an example. All right, we're going to
- 16:15Speaker 1: take a quick break here, but when we come back,
- 16:17Speaker 1: we'll discuss an illegal immigrant gang taking over a hotel
- 16:23Speaker 1: in Colorado and charging rent. Don't go away. Thank you
- 16:27Speaker 1: for Making this show possible for, thank you to our
- 16:31Speaker 1: sponsors for making this show possible. You guys know that
- 16:35Speaker 1: the SAVE Act would require people to provide proof of
- 16:39Speaker 1: citizenship before registering to vote. And of course, Democrats oppose
- 16:44Speaker 1: the SAVE Act because they want illegals to vote in
- 16:46Speaker 1: our elections because of course they vote for Democrats. And
- 16:50Speaker 1: some real fighters in the House still want to get
- 16:52Speaker 1: this bill passed before the election so we can ensure
- 16:54Speaker 1: only citizens vote. And these representatives are trying to get
- 16:58Speaker 1: the bill attached to the September 30th spending package. But
- 17:02Speaker 1: per Axios, you guys will not believe this, Senate Minority
- 17:07Speaker 1: Leader Mitch McConnell has been working behind the scenes to
- 17:10Speaker 1: get House conservatives to drop the SAVE Act. But Evita,
- 17:15Speaker 1: why would the Republicans do that? Why would Republicans want
- 17:17Speaker 1: illegals voting in our elections for Democrats? Controlled opposition, guys.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Not all Republicans are your friend, and I argue that
- 17:24Speaker 1: most of them aren't. This is the Uniparty. Mitch McConnell
- 17:29Speaker 1: wants Trump to lose just as much as Kamala Harris does.
- 17:33Speaker 1: That's why he's willing to let millions of illegals vote
- 17:35Speaker 1: in our elections and erode any semblance of election integrity.
- 17:39Speaker 1: And what this is, guys, it's contempt of us. It's
- 17:43Speaker 1: hatred of the people. Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Lisa Murkowski,
- 17:47Speaker 1: John Cornyn, these are bad people. The Uniparty could care
- 17:51Speaker 1: less if illegals are voting in our election or killing
- 17:53Speaker 1: citizens via an open border. And by the way, if
- 17:57Speaker 1: you think you're someone who's not from a border state
- 17:59Speaker 1: or doesn't live in a sanctuary city and you think
- 18:01Speaker 1: you're safe, think again. Denver is a sanctuary city, but
- 18:05Speaker 1: the suburbs outside of Denver are not. Yet violent gangs
- 18:10Speaker 1: of illegal Venezuelans from inside Denver are spilling out into
- 18:14Speaker 1: the suburbs. Officials from Aurora, Colorado, about nine miles east
- 18:18Speaker 1: of Denver, say that the Tren de Aragua gang has
- 18:22Speaker 1: gained a strong foothold in their city, commandeering apartment complexes
- 18:27Speaker 1: and drumming up violent crime and sex trafficking. This story
- 18:32Speaker 1: has now gone TikTok viral. Here is a man breaking
- 18:35Speaker 1: down the situation.
- 18:36Speaker 4: If I told you this was happening in 2024, would
- 18:38Speaker 4: you believe me? Let me tell you how crazy this is.
- 18:40Speaker 4: In Aurora, Colorado, there's a Venezuelan gang that has taken
- 18:44Speaker 4: over two apartment buildings. I could you not. The landowner
- 18:48Speaker 4: has contacted the local authorities. They said there's nothing they
- 18:51Speaker 4: can do about it. That's squar laws, bro.
- 18:53Speaker 5: I could you not.
- 18:54Speaker 4: Look this up. Number two, he went to the FBI.
- 18:57Speaker 4: They said there's nothing they can do. And he even
- 18:58Speaker 4: went to the marshals, y'all. And this Venezuelan gang has
- 19:03Speaker 4: taken over the apartment building. They're charging the tenants inside
- 19:06Speaker 4: rent money. Like they're the landlords. Meanwhile, the real landlord
- 19:10Speaker 4: can't get these people evicted. All the people that's leaving
- 19:13Speaker 4: the apartment building, as soon as they leave, these Venezuelan
- 19:16Speaker 4: gang members are just moving in more gang members to
- 19:19Speaker 4: a point where they are taking over the building with guns.
- 19:24Speaker 4: It's no more security there. Like, Look this up right now.
- 19:29Speaker 4: And this is exactly what I was talking about like
- 19:31Speaker 4: two weeks ago. Oh, not even two weeks ago. On
- 19:34Speaker 4: a couple of my videos. This is what they want.
- 19:38Speaker 4: Attack within. Y'all better stay safe. Y'all better stay safe.
- 19:42Speaker 4: This is what they want. For the country to be
- 19:44Speaker 4: attacked from within.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Okay, everything he said there is actually accurate. done a
- 19:50Speaker 1: lot of reading on what's happening in aurora oh he
- 19:53Speaker 1: yes michael says he's just a racist just hates illegals
- 19:58Speaker 1: so he's a xenophobe guys i actually have some video
- 20:02Speaker 1: from inside one of the gang run apartments you can
- 20:06Speaker 1: play that mikey.
- 20:09Speaker 3: It feels like a third world country.
- 20:12Speaker 2: It's not even real. We're good with that, Mikey.
- 20:20Speaker 5: So the New York Post did a really interesting piece
- 20:27Speaker 5: where they followed one.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Of the trend gang members and sort of just gives
- 20:50Speaker 1: readers an idea of why, how these illegal criminals are
- 20:55Speaker 1: allowed to stay in this country. And I'm going to
- 20:58Speaker 1: share with you all this story. I'm going to, I'm
- 21:00Speaker 1: going to walk you through it because I think it's
- 21:02Speaker 1: actually really, really enlightening. Pacheco Torino, an alleged shoot caller,
- 21:09Speaker 1: and they trend the Aragua gang cross the Southern border
- 21:12Speaker 1: in 2022 into Texas. And according to Homeland security, Pacheco
- 21:17Speaker 1: was vetted by federal border authorities, and they didn't see
- 21:20Speaker 1: anything concerning about his past, so he was released. Pacheco
- 21:24Speaker 1: told Border Patrol agents that he was going to New York,
- 21:27Speaker 1: but he ended up at an ICE office in Colorado
- 21:30Speaker 1: in June 2023, when he was given a court date,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and again, he was cut loose. Now, in November 2023...
- 21:38Speaker 1: Pacheco allegedly took part in a brutal assault that almost
- 21:41Speaker 1: turned deadly at the Fitzsimmons Place apartment complex in Aurora.
- 21:46Speaker 1: And of course, this is the apartment complex where he
- 21:48Speaker 1: and other gang members have actually taken over. And in
- 21:50Speaker 1: this assault, Pacheco and other gang members allegedly hit a
- 21:53Speaker 1: victim in the head with a bottle of Corona and
- 21:56Speaker 1: then began to beat him up after he fell on
- 21:58Speaker 1: the ground. And the victim suffered a traumatic brain injury,
- 22:01Speaker 1: a broken nose and a broken upper jaw. Members of
- 22:05Speaker 1: Pacheco's gang gang started renting out the units in the
- 22:09Speaker 1: apartment complex to other migrants and began terrorizing the apartment
- 22:13Speaker 1: staff who were then forced to flee the properties, leaving
- 22:16Speaker 1: them to the gang. And by the way, this is crazy,
- 22:19Speaker 1: you guys. The city of Aurora claims that it has
- 22:21Speaker 1: closed down the complex for code violations. But the apartment
- 22:26Speaker 1: complex says it can't conduct maintenance because management has been
- 22:29Speaker 1: forced out by an active gang. You guys see the
- 22:33Speaker 1: problem here? Can you guys imagine the government saying, sorry,
- 22:36Speaker 1: too many code violations in this apartment. We have to
- 22:39Speaker 1: shut you guys down. But you can't enter because your
- 22:43Speaker 1: apartment that you own was commandeered by violent gangs of illegals?
- 22:48Speaker 1: How is this America? Anyways, Pacheco was eventually arrested in
- 22:52Speaker 1: March 2024 and hit with several felony assault charges, but
- 22:56Speaker 1: bailed out of custody and failed to show up for
- 22:58Speaker 1: his court date yet again. And on July 28th, 2024,
- 23:03Speaker 1: cops arrested Pacheco and three others over a shooting at
- 23:06Speaker 1: the aforementioned apartment complex. And Pacheco was handed over to ICE,
- 23:11Speaker 1: and he has since been ordered to be deported by
- 23:13Speaker 1: an immigration judge. But because he's from Venezuela, a country
- 23:16Speaker 1: that doesn't accept deportations from the U.S., he is likely
- 23:20Speaker 1: to stay in this country. So the government has the
- 23:23Speaker 1: time and the money, you guys, to censor all of us,
- 23:25Speaker 1: to pour tons of cash into the Atlantic Council, potentially
- 23:29Speaker 1: orchestrate the arrest of Pavel Durov, but it can't protect
- 23:32Speaker 1: us from illegal immigrant gangs that shouldn't be here in
- 23:34Speaker 1: the first place. Defund the government. Defund the executive branch. Guys,
- 23:39Speaker 1: the answer to all of this is to send people
- 23:41Speaker 1: to Congress committed to defunding 99% of the executive branch.
- 23:45Speaker 1: People are weaponized and they're not even doing their basic
- 23:48Speaker 1: job as a government, which is to protect the people from,
- 23:52Speaker 1: first of all, from illegals, but also from illegal immigrant
- 23:55Speaker 1: Venezuelan gangs taking over buildings in civilized America. How is
- 24:00Speaker 1: this happening with our tax dollars? All right, you guys,
- 24:06Speaker 1: to end on a little bit of a lighter note,
- 24:08Speaker 1: I actually laughed out loud about this story yesterday. I
- 24:12Speaker 1: was scrolling through Twitter and I saw Kamala Harris share
- 24:14Speaker 1: this letter from a man named Tucker. And in this letter,
- 24:19Speaker 1: the man who describes himself as being fairly conservative, he
- 24:23Speaker 1: thanks Kamala Harris and other Democrats for supporting common sense
- 24:27Speaker 1: gun safety laws. And then Harris, if we go back
- 24:30Speaker 1: to Harris's quote, Mikey, she wrote in the caption, Tucker says,
- 24:35Speaker 1: Thank you for writing to me. While we may not
- 24:37Speaker 1: agree on every issue, we both know that every person
- 24:39Speaker 1: in our nation should have the freedom to live safe
- 24:42Speaker 1: from gun violence. The majority of Americans stand with us
- 24:45Speaker 1: in support of common sense gun safety legislation. And many
- 24:50Speaker 1: have called out, this post as deliberately misleading because the insinuation,
- 24:54Speaker 1: because there's no last name attached to this letter, is
- 24:57Speaker 1: that the conservative man named Tucker is actually Tucker Carlson.
- 25:01Speaker 1: So Tucker Carlson responded with his own Twitter letter from
- 25:05Speaker 1: a fan named Kamala, an anonymous fan named Kamala. And
- 25:09Speaker 1: the letter reads, this is pretty funny, you guys, Dear Tucker,
- 25:12Speaker 1: I can't believe I'm writing you this letter, but here goes. Honestly,
- 25:15Speaker 1: I never thought we had all that much in common.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Since college, I've considered myself moderately progressive in the sense
- 25:21Speaker 1: that I don't believe in law enforcement, national borders, or
- 25:24Speaker 1: the right of American citizens to exercise fundamental human autonomy.
- 25:27Speaker 1: You seemed like you were coming from a totally different place.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I thought I disagreed with you on everything. Boy, was
- 25:34Speaker 1: I wrong. The other night I was looking at the
- 25:36Speaker 1: internet and saw your conversation with Bobby Kennedy Jr. There
- 25:39Speaker 1: wasn't a word I disagreed with.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Not one.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I turned to Mattel and said, I was very wrong
- 25:44Speaker 1: about this man. So, so very wrong. The way he talks,
- 25:47Speaker 1: he's so bold and wise and strong. He's immovable, like
- 25:50Speaker 1: a towering oak tree in a windstorm. He sways gently
- 25:54Speaker 1: but never breaks. His trunk is so broad and firm
- 25:57Speaker 1: and rooted to the earth. I can't imagine the size
- 26:00Speaker 1: of his root ball. I was so impressed. So thank you.
- 26:03Speaker 1: You've shown me something about myself and about the world.
- 26:06Speaker 1: I will never forget it until we meet again. XOXO, Kamala.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I thought that was a pretty funny way to respond
- 26:15Speaker 1: and it really gave me a good laugh yesterday. So
- 26:17Speaker 1: I just wanted to share it with you all. And
- 26:19Speaker 1: by the way, just a heads up that if you
- 26:21Speaker 1: didn't know, Tucker Carlson is very, very pro second amendment.
- 26:24Speaker 1: So he would definitely not be sending a letter to
- 26:27Speaker 1: Kamala about gun safety laws.
- 26:29Speaker 2: All right.
- 26:30Speaker 1: I have one more lighter story for you all. Some 20,000
- 26:35Speaker 1: Taylor Swift fans gathered for a Swifties for Kamala zoom
- 26:40Speaker 1: call recently. And This is how it went. Content warning.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Yes, Michael.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Play is going to play, play, play, play, play, play.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Haters going to hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. Baby, I'm
- 26:53Speaker 1: just going to shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. I shake
- 26:56Speaker 1: it off.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I shake it off.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Okay, you guys, the woman that's sitting there is, of course,
- 27:04Speaker 1: Carole King. Guys, I guess I want to share that
- 27:08Speaker 1: with you because it is true. that we have some
- 27:12Speaker 1: formidable enemies. But many of them are also very dumb
- 27:17Speaker 1: and sincerely underestimate all the rest of us. Those who
- 27:20Speaker 1: wish to control what we think, what we say, what
- 27:23Speaker 1: we do, they are wildly, wildly outnumbered. Yes, you have
- 27:29Speaker 1: some useful idiots among the masses, but the wonderful thing
- 27:32Speaker 1: is that the useful idiots, like those on these Swifties
- 27:35Speaker 1: for Kamala call, are indeed idiots. And in the end,
- 27:39Speaker 1: I really do believe that truth and goodness always prevails.
- 27:42Speaker 1: So that is all that I have for today. If
- 27:43Speaker 1: you wanna follow me on Instagram or X, my user
- 27:46Speaker 1: is avitadeffy underscore one and my TikTok is avitadeffy.alfonso. Again,
- 27:51Speaker 1: shout out to my husband, Michael, who puts this whole
- 27:54Speaker 1: show together. He makes it all happen and I am so,
- 27:57Speaker 1: so very grateful to him. So give him a shout
- 27:59Speaker 1: out in the comments. Thank you so much to Michael.

- 28:10Speaker 5: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 28:13Speaker 5: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 28:16Speaker 5: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 28:19Speaker 5: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 28:22Speaker 5: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 28:26Speaker 5: This is not a football game.
- 28:29Speaker 4: If you vote, we will win.
- 28:31Speaker 5: It is not complicated.
