- 1:02Speaker 6: And go I'm pretty grousey, jace man, cool man.
- 1:05Speaker 7: Can I just say, first of all, and off the bat,
- 1:08Speaker 7: straight off the bat? First of all, a massive kiolder
- 1:12Speaker 7: kapai and kiir kaha to Greek prebble. Yeah, man, we
- 1:17Speaker 7: stand on the shoulder. I'll stand on the shoulders of
- 1:20Speaker 7: giants here when you say that. So when we come
- 1:23Speaker 7: in here, you know, Prebs has already warmed the crowd
- 1:26Speaker 7: up for us. We've got to text here on three
- 1:28Speaker 7: four eight three it says thanks Greg, you rock. Now,
- 1:31Speaker 7: I don't know who that's come from, but let it
- 1:33Speaker 7: be from all of us that listen to Radio Hreki.
- 1:35Speaker 7: Let it be from everybody here on the Big Show
- 1:37Speaker 7: when we say thanks Greg.
- 1:40Speaker 3: You rock totally man, And I mean, you know, we
- 1:44Speaker 3: talk about backbones on the show a lot. I mean
- 1:48Speaker 3: the epitome in my view of a backbone is Greg
- 1:52Speaker 3: people Prebble.
- 1:53Speaker 1: He is who the hell is Greek p He is Pebble.
- 1:57Speaker 3: He is CAZy please who loves He is the essence
- 2:04Speaker 3: of a backbone in the heart of Radio Hodaki.
- 2:07Speaker 5: Thank you, Keezy, hell are you?
- 2:10Speaker 1: I'm great?
- 2:11Speaker 6: You know Greg Pebble?
- 2:14Speaker 1: No, I wish I was Greg Pebble. Can I also
- 2:16Speaker 1: just say that the way you were just saying that,
- 2:17Speaker 1: Jay sounded sarcastic, like you don't actually like Greg show mate.
- 2:23Speaker 3: When I was a young Knipper growing up, I used
- 2:26Speaker 3: to listen to Prebs's show and he inspired me to great.
- 2:32Speaker 3: He was the one when I first heard him, I went,
- 2:35Speaker 3: I want to.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Be like that guy?
- 2:36Speaker 1: What went wrong?
- 2:38Speaker 3: Wow? I could never be Greeg Prebble from the start,
- 2:40Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. But yeah, about what you're
- 2:43Speaker 3: saying about Prebs.
- 2:44Speaker 6: The thing is what people don't know.
- 2:47Speaker 7: About Prebs is he was actually the captain of the
- 2:51Speaker 7: title all those years ago, wasn't he?
- 2:55Speaker 1: He was? Mate? Yeah?
- 2:56Speaker 5: Wow, he was foundational in this in this station. Actually,
- 3:02Speaker 5: Greg Pebbles.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Better that, you know. I'm a little bit embarrassed, keasy
- 3:07Speaker 3: that you don't know this stuff about the legend that
- 3:10Speaker 3: is Greg Pebble.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Do you like Angie's show?
- 3:13Speaker 5: That's all right?
- 3:17Speaker 3: Ah, I mean no, I mean I I love Angie Show.
- 3:20Speaker 3: But this is about Greg Greg at the moment.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Yeah, Greg Pebble, Yeah, legend.
- 3:26Speaker 3: If you want to text us on that front three
- 3:28Speaker 3: four eight three, If you want to acknowledge Greg and
- 3:30Speaker 3: the great work he's done over many many years on
- 3:32Speaker 3: the station, we'd appreciate it.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Hey, big show head fellas, Wow, just move things over
- 3:38Speaker 1: to the big show.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Look, I'm looking at them. What we've got coming up.
- 3:41Speaker 3: It's pretty average, to be honest. We'll then take it
- 3:43Speaker 3: to leave.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It that first things is being on for three minutes
- 3:46Speaker 1: about Greg Pebble. Check but keep an air out. If
- 3:50Speaker 1: you hear that fiddle play, you can win your ship
- 3:52Speaker 1: of twenty five grand cash.
- 3:54Speaker 5: I had a feeling in my testicle. Is actually keezy?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Really the whole actual big show with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 4:01Speaker 2: Minogue and cheesy bit.
- 4:03Speaker 5: Of guns.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Roses for you there this hump day, this this Wednesday.
- 4:11Speaker 7: We're just pumping up old Greg Pebbles. He's on the
- 4:15Speaker 7: show the station here he dj is before us, doesn't
- 4:18Speaker 7: he in the afternoon slot and pumping up his tires
- 4:20Speaker 7: because he's such a goddamn backbone. He had a few
- 4:22Speaker 7: text going through on three four eight three. Greg's Greg Rocks.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's one of them.
- 4:30Speaker 7: Yeah, next one is, hey, guys, as Greg related to
- 4:32Speaker 7: Richard Prebble or Pebbles and Bambam.
- 4:36Speaker 6: Good question. Yeah, he's a hell of a lot better
- 4:39Speaker 6: than this dribble.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yeah that's a good point.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Actually, that's yeah, yeah, yeah, so yeah good.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I've just got to say, just on that little tribute
- 4:46Speaker 3: that we gave the Pebbles there when I went out
- 4:49Speaker 3: into the office, he was in tears fit, he was,
- 4:51Speaker 3: he was pretty emotional. I thank all the people that
- 4:55Speaker 3: texted in there on three four eight three for your
- 4:57Speaker 3: kind words, and it's good to acknowledge.
- 5:00Speaker 6: He was out there crying and he had a banana
- 5:02Speaker 6: hanging out of his mouth, and that's how I'll always
- 5:05Speaker 6: remember him.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Yes he did.
- 5:10Speaker 6: Hey, Fellers, I've got a question for.
- 5:12Speaker 7: You here, and it's about sort of I guess it's
- 5:14Speaker 7: marital stuff. Really well, certainly if you live with someone,
- 5:17Speaker 7: you got that marital sting.
- 5:18Speaker 1: There, Kazy, I don't have it here? Oh good? Does
- 5:22Speaker 1: it bug you that I don't have it?
- 5:23Speaker 6: No?
- 5:25Speaker 1: Sure?
- 5:25Speaker 7: Okay, Now Jason, you can talk to me about this
- 5:29Speaker 7: one man, when you have a guest over, yes, does
- 5:32Speaker 7: your wife always make sure she puts clean sheets on?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Yes?
- 5:35Speaker 6: Okay.
- 5:36Speaker 7: So I've got this thing where I think if somebody
- 5:37Speaker 7: sleeps on a bed once that you don't need to
- 5:40Speaker 7: change the sheets.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Sure.
- 5:43Speaker 6: So for example, if I'm having a rough sleep, I'm
- 5:45Speaker 6: having a rough sleep, it's clean sheets on the spear bed.
- 5:48Speaker 7: I'm having a bed sleep. But I want to wake
- 5:49Speaker 7: my wife upside go and sleep and the spear bed.
- 5:52Speaker 7: And then the next night I've got my cousins coming
- 5:54Speaker 7: to stay. My wife will say, oh, you've got to
- 5:57Speaker 7: change the sheets. Sure, And I say no, and then
- 6:01Speaker 7: she changes the sheets?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Right?
- 6:03Speaker 6: What's your what's your feeling there on that? Do I
- 6:06Speaker 6: change the sheets?
- 6:07Speaker 1: Is this just specifically for Jason.
- 6:09Speaker 6: It's also for you just because he's of an age.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Does my wife change the sheets? She'll put it like
- 6:15Speaker 3: a towel and a flannel.
- 6:16Speaker 6: On the bed. You know what I'm saying.
- 6:19Speaker 3: My personal feeling is, don't worry about it, like one night,
- 6:24Speaker 3: mind you.
- 6:25Speaker 5: I mean, if you've got some filth.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Lying in there for a night and I'm not going
- 6:29Speaker 3: to name names that might be rapping them out through
- 6:32Speaker 3: the night or whatever, and you know what I mean,
- 6:34Speaker 3: I might consider.
- 6:35Speaker 5: It then yes, And and I hope this isn't sexist.
- 6:40Speaker 1: I've got the alarm ready.
- 6:41Speaker 3: But like, if it's a woman coming to stay the night, yeah,
- 6:45Speaker 3: I probably would, damn it, you would what change the sheet?
- 6:51Speaker 5: But it was just a dude, Okay, Nah, it's all good,
- 6:54Speaker 5: right about it?
- 6:55Speaker 6: So you reck and the woman's dude.
- 6:56Speaker 7: I think if you've got a mate over and he
- 6:58Speaker 7: was hammered drunk the night before, sure I kind of
- 7:00Speaker 7: get that.
- 7:01Speaker 6: But I just don't get this thing of Willy Lilly
- 7:03Speaker 6: changing sheets.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Keasy I think you have to change the sheets, like
- 7:09Speaker 1: just because if I'm going to stay to mate's place
- 7:11Speaker 1: and you're like, they know I'm coming, I would not
- 7:13Speaker 1: expla yeah, so they know that I'm they know that
- 7:23Speaker 1: I'm arriving, right, I've given them three weeks notice. I
- 7:25Speaker 1: would expect to be in a bed with clean sheets
- 7:28Speaker 1: on it, so I would do the same for them.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Here's the other point of this. How would you know?
- 7:34Speaker 3: I mean really, how would you know? You wouldn't And
- 7:37Speaker 3: if you have had like eight beersy sake, keasy and
- 7:40Speaker 3: you're going to bed, does it wouldn't really bother you.
- 7:45Speaker 1: They're not dirty sheets, but there's all sorts of skin
- 7:48Speaker 1: set and like Jase for example, No, well there's that,
- 7:52Speaker 1: but when you get up in the morning, there's probably
- 7:54Speaker 1: like a you know, like a perfect outline of a
- 7:56Speaker 1: male human with a whole lot of heirs lying there,
- 7:58Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Especially, uh, do you know
- 8:01Speaker 1: like you could see the outline of a human.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Male because I'm massively hairy.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but it all falls out overnight, you know. Dude
- 8:07Speaker 1: sleep places, live pubes everywhere, and all sorts.
- 8:10Speaker 6: Of stuff more inclined to clean after a dude yeah, exactly.
- 8:13Speaker 1: And the whereas if it was like one of I
- 8:15Speaker 1: don't know, one of my wife's friends or something, one
- 8:17Speaker 1: of the girls had stayed the night and then I
- 8:18Speaker 1: was to use the bed the next night, I wouldn't care.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I'd be like, Oh, that's fine, it's just for me.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I don't care exactly. Yeah. Is that weird?
- 8:24Speaker 3: Yes?
- 8:26Speaker 5: Is that I'm not going to go there.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Um.
- 8:29Speaker 3: But having said that, on that front, if a woman
- 8:33Speaker 3: slept in the bed the night before and then left
- 8:36Speaker 3: and then someone else was coming over, I wouldn't change it.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Would you tell them?
- 8:40Speaker 6: No?
- 8:42Speaker 7: Nobody knows, And it's not like this, what what is
- 8:45Speaker 7: going to happen? Like, what is going to happen if
- 8:47Speaker 7: I don't change the sheets? What's going to happen to that?
- 8:49Speaker 7: They're not going to get sick, Nothing is going to
- 8:51Speaker 7: happen to them.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Why am I? Why am I spending any time changing
- 8:54Speaker 1: the sheet? But if you use that excuse for anything,
- 8:56Speaker 1: you know what I mean? What you could give it
- 8:58Speaker 1: like give somebody used towel that you've been using for.
- 9:00Speaker 7: A night, but that's dirty because you're rubbing it all
- 9:02Speaker 7: over your naked body and get it up in your
- 9:05Speaker 7: up in your back door.
- 9:07Speaker 6: There, you see what I'm saying. So that's a little
- 9:09Speaker 6: bit different.
- 9:10Speaker 7: It's like when you go to a hotel, like why
- 9:12Speaker 7: why they changed the sheet to night before I've got there?
- 9:15Speaker 6: Like it's all.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Good now, Okay, what do you think? He' zeeing three
- 9:18Speaker 1: four eight, three flicks of texts go on the draw
- 9:20Speaker 1: for a fifty dollar nine day voutch It also flick
- 9:22Speaker 1: us a talk back on the iHeartRadio app or call
- 9:25Speaker 1: us an eight hundred Hodaki.
- 9:27Speaker 5: Give us your hot take these healing In the meantime,
- 9:29Speaker 5: here's the.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Kill the Darky Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 9:34Speaker 2: and Keisey.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Yes, indeed the Killers there on the radio Hodaki Big
- 9:38Speaker 3: Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is four twenty seven now.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Big match this Friday, eight o'clock. The worri is versus
- 9:44Speaker 3: the Bulldogs. The legend that is Sean Johnson, his last
- 9:47Speaker 3: game and our home game. And with that in mine,
- 9:50Speaker 3: we've got to double pass to give away to the game.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Give us a call right now on eight hundred hod
- 9:54Speaker 3: Aki if.
- 9:55Speaker 6: You want them. They might be the hottest tickers in town.
- 9:57Speaker 1: They might be sorry. It just started playing the thing,
- 9:59Speaker 1: the don't do it? Okay, time to chant footy with me, Keezy?
- 10:05Speaker 1: What are the Warriors up to?
- 10:09Speaker 5: Yellow?
- 10:12Speaker 6: I wonder if we should be doing this segment with Kezy,
- 10:14Speaker 6: given your propensity for cursing, you think we should be j.
- 10:22Speaker 1: No, I think, well, you can be doing Vanilla Radio
- 10:25Speaker 1: with me. I'll do the Warriors chat. The love is
- 10:27Speaker 1: still there. I like to think they've renamed Mount Smart
- 10:30Speaker 1: Stadium to Seawn Johnson Stadium for this round, which is
- 10:34Speaker 1: pretty classic. Fifteen odd years SJ has been providing excitement
- 10:37Speaker 1: to Kiwi footy fans, so it is his final ever
- 10:39Speaker 1: time running out onto Mount Smart Stadium. Canary Bankstown Bulldogs.
- 10:44Speaker 1: They are fifth on the table, one of the best
- 10:46Speaker 1: defenses in the competition. They have to travel a bloody
- 10:49Speaker 1: long way. They have to come here in the middle
- 10:51Speaker 1: of winter, knowing full well that thes are going to
- 10:53Speaker 1: get up big time to send their boy s J
- 10:55Speaker 1: off in style. Therefore, I think we're probably gonna look yeah, yeah,
- 11:01Speaker 1: that's my feeling. But it's been so impossible to predict
- 11:04Speaker 1: how the Worrior is going to look the season. Every
- 11:06Speaker 1: time I think they're going to go, well, they don't.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Every time I think they're gonna get beaten they go well,
- 11:10Speaker 1: so yeah, I don't know, but.
- 11:11Speaker 6: I'd agree with you, man. It's a tough thing. It's
- 11:13Speaker 6: I guess.
- 11:13Speaker 7: One of the things we've got going against us is
- 11:16Speaker 7: it's a home game, and we lose more games at
- 11:19Speaker 7: home than we win, so straight away that's not good.
- 11:23Speaker 7: The thing that might go in our favor is everybody
- 11:26Speaker 7: looks at us like we're easy beats. Yeah, so they
- 11:29Speaker 7: might come over here and just think they can roll
- 11:30Speaker 7: us easy airs, which they can, but they might go
- 11:32Speaker 7: a little bit too lightly.
- 11:33Speaker 1: We might be on.
- 11:35Speaker 6: But my vibe is based on all of the evidence
- 11:39Speaker 6: from that. Like what I do.
- 11:40Speaker 7: I want us to win always, of course, I always
- 11:41Speaker 7: want us to win. But if you're a beating man
- 11:44Speaker 7: and you're going off or women, and you're going off
- 11:47Speaker 7: all of the evidence that you've seen, particularly over these
- 11:49Speaker 7: last few weeks, is there any way that you can
- 11:52Speaker 7: back the Warriors for a win?
- 11:54Speaker 1: And you had a good point in the break there, Mike,
- 11:56Speaker 1: when you and I were just talking about you were
- 11:59Speaker 1: saying Warriors couldn't quite get up for to keep this
- 12:02Speaker 1: season alive against the bottom of the table Eels. It's
- 12:05Speaker 1: very hard to picture them getting up for Sean Johnson's
- 12:07Speaker 1: final game. Can there's a chart, Yes, shortly, there's a
- 12:11Speaker 1: chance that could be raining. We've got a one and
- 12:13Speaker 1: fourteen record in the Rainah, it's just I don't know.
- 12:16Speaker 1: But then having said all this stuff, it's probably the one.
- 12:18Speaker 6: That my vibe and so we're going to win. So
- 12:24Speaker 6: don't curre sas.
- 12:26Speaker 3: My vibe is a great Warriors victory, a smashing that.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Hope you're right, Jason, for the first time in my life.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I hope you're right.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Fifteen plus And you know what really gets on my
- 12:35Speaker 3: goat is the team. You know, these people that jump
- 12:38Speaker 3: on the bandwagon halfway through the season, they don't do
- 12:40Speaker 3: very well, and then they jump off again.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Yeah, head.
- 12:45Speaker 7: Off the band wagon all the time, the Warrior fair.
- 12:49Speaker 7: You have actually watched most of the games this year.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Yeah, and I've got quite a few right predictions.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Can I just say before we go to the phone
- 12:55Speaker 1: lines to give away that double pass. They've also signed
- 12:58Speaker 1: Aaron Clark, who's twenty six years old. Yeah, he's a key.
- 13:06Speaker 1: He plays the Gold Coast Titans currently. He's like a hooker,
- 13:08Speaker 1: slash front rower. Small dude statue no he doesn't. He
- 13:13Speaker 1: comes off the bench for them. He's literally jazz.
- 13:16Speaker 5: He reminds me of Jazzavona.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Quite a lot of pull your Mayor bars and Hell's
- 13:21Speaker 4: life or not too big boy, it's not too bad.
- 13:24Speaker 3: Good on your mate. What are your thoughts on the
- 13:26Speaker 3: season for the Warriors? Pretty pretty gat wrenching.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Eh oh it has been mate for them years.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Definitely. Yeah.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Yeah, started pretty hot, but hey they've just pussed down unfortunately.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Yes, indeed that's the way it is.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Mate, Yeah, good on your pull. That is the way.
- 13:41Speaker 1: There's another traditional roller coaster season. You came to hit
- 13:44Speaker 1: along to Mount Smart for Shawney Jay's final game, mate?
- 13:48Speaker 6: Absolutely, yeah, like especially on the Dull Dog. I was
- 13:52Speaker 6: just gonna I was gonna say, Man, when you started talking,
- 13:55Speaker 6: I was like, hang on a minute, you're actually a
- 13:57Speaker 6: fan of the Warriors, or do you beat the dogs here?
- 13:59Speaker 1: You see?
- 13:59Speaker 6: They has been rough for them, but not for me
- 14:01Speaker 6: because I don't care. But you know, it'll be awesome
- 14:05Speaker 6: to see you Shawn Johnson and a few of those guys.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Be good to see Johnson get pumped. Good on your mate, all.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Right, Paul, I'll give you those tickets a right, but
- 14:14Speaker 1: you have to wear a warrior's jerzy. Okay, deal, good.
- 14:16Speaker 5: On your mate, Thanks Paul?
- 14:19Speaker 1: About that?
- 14:20Speaker 6: Oh no, I think it's good tickets to a dog supporter.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Yeah, to be fair, that's still in the top eight.
- 14:27Speaker 6: Yeah. You know, if he likes on that much, wouldn't
- 14:30Speaker 6: he buy the tickets?
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yes? About that? What's your name again, Paul? Paul from Auckland.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Actually I might rescind though, is what do you reckon?
- 14:37Speaker 3: I might take them back?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, you can do that, because I mean.
- 14:40Speaker 5: I'd like I'd quite like to go Bugger and Wellington.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Ah The hurd Archy Big Show week days from four
- 14:50Speaker 2: on radio.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Hold I keep Penny Wise there on the radio. Hold
- 14:52Speaker 3: Arkey Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is eight
- 14:56Speaker 3: minutes to five o'clock. I'll tell you what, Fellers, something
- 15:00Speaker 3: weird going on at the moment. I don't know if
- 15:05Speaker 3: you've noticed this, Mogi. I just want you to look
- 15:08Speaker 3: outside for a second and.
- 15:09Speaker 5: It's just what's the time. Here's any five o'clock, isn't it?
- 15:13Speaker 1: Both of you? Five o'clock? Yeah?
- 15:15Speaker 3: And I didn't know that you've noticed that. The light
- 15:21Speaker 3: it just seems like a little lighter.
- 15:24Speaker 6: Oh, there's a lot more light.
- 15:27Speaker 3: And just before I went out for a dorry, right,
- 15:30Speaker 3: And I went out for a dirry last week.
- 15:33Speaker 5: This time it wasn't as light that.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It was darker, yeah.
- 15:38Speaker 3: And I went out to have a dirry tonight and
- 15:40Speaker 3: it was quite light and the birds were just going
- 15:44Speaker 3: ape shit in the trees.
- 15:46Speaker 6: I was going to say, man, because I think, is
- 15:49Speaker 6: it a coincidence? Man? But it's getting lighter and I'm
- 15:53Speaker 6: seeing more birds.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Mate. When I was walking in here today, I got
- 16:00Speaker 3: out of the car park there and as I was
- 16:03Speaker 3: walking along the path towards our our, you know, our
- 16:05Speaker 3: place of work, just bird poos everywhere, all over the paper.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Like I'm talking thousands of poos.
- 16:12Speaker 6: That's a sign.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a sign, you're yeah, yeah, yeah, Because I mean,
- 16:17Speaker 1: obviously spring's not far off September, so usually about the
- 16:22Speaker 1: time of year, it does tend to get a bit lighter.
- 16:24Speaker 1: And I guess because it's getting lighter later, you are
- 16:27Speaker 1: seeing more birds, because usually when we leave, the birds
- 16:29Speaker 1: are all asleep. You know what I mean.
- 16:31Speaker 3: If I wanted to sort of flat earth very keasy,
- 16:35Speaker 3: I would have asked for it.
- 16:36Speaker 6: I would have called Trump.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, you're going and go back to your
- 16:40Speaker 3: old mate trump there and keep your.
- 16:42Speaker 5: Conspiracies to yourself. Spring is a conspiracy is a serious thing.
- 16:47Speaker 6: So this is birds don't sleep keasy unbelievable.
- 16:51Speaker 5: Oh my god, Well.
- 16:52Speaker 7: Why do they building set you at that broadcasting score?
- 16:55Speaker 1: So I haven't been there in twelve years? I'm not
- 16:58Speaker 1: still there? Well, and I say it shows man alight.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I got up early today because I was filming really amazing,
- 17:12Speaker 3: top quality drama and it was really early, and actually
- 17:16Speaker 3: I went out as I always do, after I made
- 17:18Speaker 3: my coffee onto the little Dick there movie, having my
- 17:22Speaker 3: Darry and my coffee, and I was like, hang about
- 17:25Speaker 3: hold up. It was like quarter past five, and just
- 17:30Speaker 3: on the horizon I could see just a little.
- 17:34Speaker 5: Tinge of light and I was like, the sun, where's that?
- 17:38Speaker 3: What the what is that about? And then as I
- 17:45Speaker 3: was leaving in my carve here to wit to Woo
- 17:49Speaker 3: to Wit to Woo.
- 17:50Speaker 5: The birds just like it's like someone flipped a switch.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's pretty much like that. When the season.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Yeah, seriously, key you can you keep your conspiracy to yourself? Actually,
- 18:05Speaker 3: just on that today when I got to believe I
- 18:08Speaker 3: had a road rage incident which I want to tell
- 18:10Speaker 3: you fellas about after five okay, where I quite literally
- 18:16Speaker 3: got out of my car foot Oh here go.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Also this chase the Jase.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Also Mogi talks about his first cass. Oh yeah, I
- 18:26Speaker 1: think we teased this yesterday.
- 18:28Speaker 6: We never quite got to it.
- 18:29Speaker 1: It's coming.
- 18:30Speaker 5: And if you've got any theory on what.

- 18:58Speaker 3: Mane see with his tongue and I don't even want
- 19:03Speaker 3: to describe what he was doing with his tongue, but

- 19:09Speaker 6: Pugs has got that recorded, so he might really said.
- 19:11Speaker 6: It's its own clip.
- 19:13Speaker 1: We need to be It was just something I was
- 19:14Speaker 1: doing in the privatey. You know when your brain just
- 19:16Speaker 1: wants you to do something.
- 19:17Speaker 6: Yeah, and then you just do it?
- 19:19Speaker 1: What And you look over and old hardy Jay's looking
- 19:21Speaker 1: at you with his tongue out and it's like, oh God, what.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Was going on in your brain at that moment for
- 19:26Speaker 3: you to be doing that with your tongue.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Keys, Then my brain was like, we're on here in
- 19:29Speaker 1: ten seconds. Do something crazy, alive in yourself, up and
- 19:33Speaker 1: get yourself on the zone.
- 19:34Speaker 3: For you guys that you were looking out the window
- 19:37Speaker 3: while you were doing it, I do not, my god. Hey,

- 20:12Speaker 7: smoke them, a lighter that costs five bucks normally, uh
- 20:17Speaker 7: ken of red Bull black coffee and uh tarpolan and
- 20:24Speaker 7: some sheets and a single bed and a date for
- 20:28Speaker 7: one night with Keezy.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Wow.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I don't remember agree to that.
- 20:32Speaker 6: You don't have to. That's for three bucks.
- 20:35Speaker 3: After seeing what he did with his tongue, I don't
- 20:38Speaker 3: want anyone dating Kezy.
- 20:40Speaker 1: A married fellas. Don't forget Barista made coffee at night
- 20:44Speaker 1: and days low as foot all it is fifty so
- 20:45Speaker 1: worth getting along to.
- 20:46Speaker 6: How is they always tell us how low it can go?
- 20:48Speaker 6: How can it go? Kezy?
- 20:49Speaker 1: Oh like seventy eight dollars for a large flat white? Wow,
- 20:52Speaker 1: it's crazy. Yeah, well that's inflation.
- 20:54Speaker 5: Yeah, what a rip.
- 20:57Speaker 1: That was a joke. Night and day.

- 21:19Speaker 3: five o'clock. I had a her over morning this morning
- 21:21Speaker 3: feels yeah, And what I'm about to tell you is
- 21:24Speaker 3: all true. Well have the preface because you know, people
- 21:28Speaker 3: might think that I'm just making this.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Up, like for attention.
- 21:31Speaker 5: Yeah, well, you know, just to get attention.
- 21:33Speaker 3: I got up. I was filming this morning, a call
- 21:36Speaker 3: time of six fifteen out in the boondocks.
- 21:38Speaker 6: Wow, so I was up.
- 21:40Speaker 5: I got up at half past four.
- 21:42Speaker 3: By five o'clock, I was sitting out on the deck,
- 21:44Speaker 3: having my morning dorry and a coffee. My dog wanders
- 21:47Speaker 3: out and I go okay, and she wanders up the
- 21:49Speaker 3: path a bit and I go okay, And I'm sitting
- 21:52Speaker 3: there having my day. In about five minutes later, I
- 21:53Speaker 3: think to myself, hang about, the dog hasn't come down
- 21:57Speaker 3: the path again. So I go up under the path
- 22:00Speaker 3: and the gates open. So I go up on the road.
- 22:03Speaker 3: She's about probably half a k down.
- 22:05Speaker 5: So she just walks down the road, just walk down
- 22:07Speaker 5: the road.
- 22:07Speaker 3: And I was like, right, blah blah blah blah blah.
- 22:10Speaker 3: So anyway, I get in the car, not completely with it.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I start driving back out of the drive. I'm driving
- 22:16Speaker 3: looking at my Google Maps work, and then out of
- 22:19Speaker 3: the blue, this guy comes pounding up behind me in
- 22:24Speaker 3: his car and is right up my ass. Well yeah,
- 22:29Speaker 3: it's like, you know, we talk about bumping a bumper
- 22:31Speaker 3: on the show lot we do. This was bumping a bumper.
- 22:34Speaker 3: He was so close to me that even if I
- 22:37Speaker 3: slowed down, there would have been an accident. And I
- 22:40Speaker 3: was like, what the is that about. We's than there
- 22:48Speaker 3: and this is true. His lights were on full beam.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, just to clarify, you were going the speed limit.
- 22:54Speaker 3: I was going to spay.
- 22:55Speaker 5: Well, it was a fifty K zone.
- 22:57Speaker 3: I was probably going fifty eight to fifty nine, so
- 23:00Speaker 3: just a little bit over the speed limit.
- 23:02Speaker 5: And I'm not joking.
- 23:03Speaker 3: He was right up my ass with his lights on
- 23:05Speaker 3: full beam, so that I was completely blinded in.
- 23:08Speaker 5: The front of the car, of course, because the review
- 23:10Speaker 5: mission the lights of my rear view. And he's right
- 23:14Speaker 5: up my ass.
- 23:15Speaker 3: For about two to three k and it's doing my
- 23:18Speaker 3: head and Efan and Jeff and like you wouldn't imagine.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Did bug you? Yes, bugging?
- 23:28Speaker 5: This is where it gets pretty testy.
- 23:29Speaker 6: Oh you get testies.
- 23:31Speaker 3: We stopped at the lights, right and by this stage
- 23:35Speaker 3: I'm over it and I've finished Efan and jeffin and
- 23:37Speaker 3: this never happens like, oh, f and Jeff in the car.
- 23:40Speaker 3: I never get out of the car. But we're at
- 23:43Speaker 3: the lights, just me and him. I got out of
- 23:46Speaker 3: my car. Wow, here he goes, went over to his car. Yeah,
- 23:50Speaker 3: knocked on his window and he just stared at me.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Knocked on his window again, and he finally opened it,
- 23:59Speaker 3: and I said, mate, could you just back off? You're
- 24:03Speaker 3: right up my ass figuring and you've got lights on
- 24:07Speaker 3: full beam. I can barely see you're going to cause
- 24:09Speaker 3: an accident. And I shit you not. He said to me, whatever, man,
- 24:15Speaker 3: And that was like a red flag.
- 24:17Speaker 5: To a ball And he was a big dude.
- 24:18Speaker 3: And I was like, if there had been a fight,
- 24:20Speaker 3: I would have been into it that at that point.
- 24:22Speaker 5: And I said, just.
- 24:27Speaker 3: Back off and put your lights on normal, not full beam.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Walk back to my car, sitting in the car, still
- 24:35Speaker 3: full beam, still ride up my ass.
- 24:38Speaker 5: The lights turned green and I went, I'm not moving.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I'm not moving.
- 24:44Speaker 5: So he's beeping his.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Horn in his car and I'm like, no, mate, I'm
- 24:48Speaker 3: not moving. Then he's rivving his car and then he
- 24:51Speaker 3: takes off for about one hundred k an hour, tires
- 24:55Speaker 3: screeching around me in a fifty k zone and just
- 24:59Speaker 3: took off. And I'm sitting in my car thinking, what
- 25:02Speaker 3: the what's that about? And seriously what is that about?
- 25:12Speaker 1: How old was he?
- 25:14Speaker 3: Probably about your age, to be honest, keysy, what was
- 25:16Speaker 3: he driving? And he had a backwards cap on too,
- 25:19Speaker 3: smacked him?
- 25:21Speaker 1: What do he look like? Oh? He was a good
- 25:25Speaker 1: looking fellow, right, even what did he look like?
- 25:28Speaker 5: Well, I mean he was a good looking fella.
- 25:30Speaker 6: What do you need to know key, just I guess
- 25:33Speaker 6: I know the guy.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Were you worried at any point that you were going
- 25:37Speaker 1: to get smacked over?
- 25:38Speaker 3: Actually there was a moment where I went, actually, when
- 25:41Speaker 3: I knocked on his window and he just stared at me,
- 25:42Speaker 3: I went, actually, I'm taking this a bit far now.
- 25:45Speaker 3: But it was so irritating and annoying and dangerous that
- 25:48Speaker 3: I actually felt I had to pay.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Well done for getting out and not faving.
- 25:51Speaker 5: I love that pretty rock and roll.
- 25:54Speaker 6: It would have been good if you got smacked over.
- 25:57Speaker 7: Yeah, at the hospital. You would have got a couple
- 25:58Speaker 7: of days off or something. And then we pashed what
- 26:02Speaker 7: me and you at the hospital? Oh yeah, you me
- 26:05Speaker 7: and you're a hospital because.
- 26:06Speaker 6: I'll be so worried about you and that putting yourself
- 26:09Speaker 6: at risk, and I'll be God, he's a hero. You
- 26:11Speaker 6: straight in there with a bunch of flowers, passion, the
- 26:14Speaker 6: ass off you.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Hey, it's totally Fellers of the Hodiking Bing shown podcast
- 26:22Speaker 1: in excess.
- 26:25Speaker 6: All right, that's so true.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Twenty six minutes past five on the Big Show.
- 26:30Speaker 6: And it's August as well.
- 26:33Speaker 5: He's needy spring, isn't it nearly spring?
- 26:36Speaker 1: The season of love?
- 26:37Speaker 7: That's true. Speaking of which good stuff, keys is you.
- 26:41Speaker 7: I just wanted to tell you guys about my first case.
- 26:43Speaker 7: I just feel like we're not really telling each other
- 26:46Speaker 7: yarns from our formative years, you know.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a good point.
- 26:49Speaker 7: Stuff that's sort of the cornerstones upon which your entire
- 26:54Speaker 7: lives are built, your memories, critical memories, and the just
- 27:00Speaker 7: wanted to tell you about my first case. Or maybe
- 27:02Speaker 7: at some stage you can tell me about your first case.
- 27:04Speaker 6: When I feel comfortable. Sure, yeah, whenever you like. I'm
- 27:06Speaker 6: not putting pressure on you to tell me your stories.
- 27:08Speaker 6: And is this like a smooch or like your passion
- 27:11Speaker 6: a pash? And that was the term that was used
- 27:13Speaker 6: back then, Jas, I don't know about it in your day, Yes,
- 27:16Speaker 6: but it was either going to pash. And it was
- 27:18Speaker 6: my birthday.
- 27:19Speaker 7: It was my I think it was actually my twelfth
- 27:20Speaker 7: birth It might have been my thirteenth birthday.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Was it last year? Intermediate twelfth twelve? Okay?
- 27:26Speaker 5: Yes?
- 27:26Speaker 7: And I was having a party there and everybody knew
- 27:31Speaker 7: that me and my girlfriend. I'm going I'm not going
- 27:33Speaker 7: to use a real name. Her real name is Tammy,
- 27:35Speaker 7: so let's call her Sammy. Sammy good one with an
- 27:40Speaker 7: eye Pammy.
- 27:42Speaker 6: No, Sammy was okay, and everybody sort of you we
- 27:46Speaker 6: were going to do it, you know, have a passion
- 27:48Speaker 6: that and the party's been going for a while. Things
- 27:51Speaker 6: again pretty well.
- 27:52Speaker 1: When you say party, like one of those afternoon parties.
- 27:54Speaker 7: No, no, that was a nighttime party. But you know,
- 27:56Speaker 7: everyone had to pass off by about nine or time
- 27:58Speaker 7: or something.
- 27:59Speaker 1: What it was.
- 28:01Speaker 6: I can't remember the menu, but I did love a
- 28:04Speaker 6: savoloy back then.
- 28:05Speaker 7: Fairy bread, no fury bread. And anyway, we got one
- 28:09Speaker 7: of her mates to go look out. We went around
- 28:12Speaker 7: the back of the house there and up onto the
- 28:15Speaker 7: back porch, but we got her. We got her mate
- 28:18Speaker 7: to be lookout because we don't want anybody coming around
- 28:20Speaker 7: having a perv or disturbing the moment.
- 28:24Speaker 6: I guess yeah.
- 28:25Speaker 7: And we had quite a few false starts as well,
- 28:27Speaker 7: because it's quite nerve wracking when all the pressures on.
- 28:29Speaker 7: Everybody knows that you're having a pesh. And can I
- 28:33Speaker 7: just say that my feelings for Tammy Sammy, Sammy, we're
- 28:41Speaker 7: very We're very intense. It was very I was very
- 28:43Speaker 7: much in love with her and I've been out with
- 28:45Speaker 7: her probably three times. And my mate, my best mate.
- 28:48Speaker 7: He went out with her as well. We sort of
- 28:49Speaker 7: we'd it was it was I love triangle. I guess
- 28:52Speaker 7: you could say his name, well, his name is Toby,
- 28:56Speaker 7: but let's call him bow boy or brody.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Yeah, nice boy, up to you.
- 29:05Speaker 7: And what would happen is we get along like a
- 29:07Speaker 7: house on fire, was sitting next to each other in
- 29:09Speaker 7: class and get.
- 29:09Speaker 6: Along really well. And then I'd say to her, do
- 29:12Speaker 6: you want to know? Would I say it?
- 29:13Speaker 7: Or probably get my mate to say, oh, you know,
- 29:16Speaker 7: Mike really likes you, he wants to go with you,
- 29:18Speaker 7: And then she'd say to him yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 29:21Speaker 7: And then I wouldn't talk to her yes for about
- 29:24Speaker 7: a month or so at all because I was so terrified.
- 29:26Speaker 6: And then she dumped me. Then she go out with
- 29:28Speaker 6: my best mate, Toby, I mean.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Boy bo boy. Yeah.
- 29:33Speaker 7: So anyway, we're just trying to get this this pash
- 29:36Speaker 7: happening there and our lips finally met and without a
- 29:40Speaker 7: word of a lie. It was like it was like
- 29:44Speaker 7: fireworks going off, a really a real rush of blood
- 29:48Speaker 7: to their head that I don't think I've ever had since,
- 29:50Speaker 7: and like it was like fireworks, and it was I
- 29:53Speaker 7: was just so in that moment, and then I sort
- 29:55Speaker 7: of realized all of a sudden, Oh that's right, pashing
- 29:59Speaker 7: you to use your tongue in that keasy. I don't
- 30:01Speaker 7: know if you know that.
- 30:02Speaker 1: You're gonna spell the alphabet with your tongue. That's what
- 30:06Speaker 1: I was taught.
- 30:08Speaker 7: And then after a few who knows, it could have
- 30:11Speaker 7: been a lifetime, it could have been a few seconds
- 30:14Speaker 7: were separated. Wow, and just sort of sat there in
- 30:18Speaker 7: the silence.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Right, And then who who spoke first? Who talked first?
- 30:26Speaker 6: Tammy, did sam Sammy?
- 30:28Speaker 1: Sammy?
- 30:29Speaker 6: Yeah, she said I never want to perish again. M
- 30:36Speaker 6: hm yeah, and that is a true story. And she
- 30:41Speaker 6: said that to my face. And it was my birthday
- 30:46Speaker 6: and it was my birthday.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Wow.
- 30:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:50Speaker 1: And then did you guys break up after that?
- 30:55Speaker 6: I just took it as read. I read between the lines.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Can I just say to Mogi what really resonated with
- 31:04Speaker 3: me there?
- 31:05Speaker 1: Too?
- 31:05Speaker 5: Looking back?
- 31:06Speaker 3: You know, in the day yill was everyone knew you
- 31:09Speaker 3: guys were going to pass you. You know how that
- 31:11Speaker 3: used to those things used to go around the class. Yeah,
- 31:14Speaker 3: oh moogie, And so then she would have gone, yeah, Tammy,
- 31:18Speaker 3: Tammy going to Sammy Sammy?
- 31:19Speaker 6: Sorry, Yeah, but then she would have gone back to him.
- 31:22Speaker 6: Its how was it? How was it?
- 31:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 31:26Speaker 6: I never want to pash again, and I don't know
- 31:29Speaker 6: if she ever did. Yeah, wells got five kids.
- 31:32Speaker 7: Now they so oh really probably probably not with bow
- 31:37Speaker 7: Boys with bow Boy, Yeah that's Brodie.
- 31:40Speaker 2: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy tune

- 31:56Speaker 1: first ever kiss. Yeah, his first ever pash and certainly
- 32:00Speaker 1: stirred a few memories in my head.
- 32:01Speaker 5: Fell Yeah, it certainly stirred stuff for me, but not
- 32:04Speaker 5: in my memories.
- 32:06Speaker 1: What happened for you?
- 32:08Speaker 6: Keezy son?
- 32:10Speaker 1: This was final year of primary school, early doors, I
- 32:14Speaker 1: would have been teen. I reckon, right, Sure, a girl
- 32:18Speaker 1: comes over who names who names Alisha, but we'll call
- 32:21Speaker 1: her Felicia.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Felicia's good, Okay, Felicia, Yeah, okay.
- 32:32Speaker 1: So Felicia comes over and she goes, hey, you know, hey,
- 32:35Speaker 1: I won't call her Hailey Bailey. Yeah. So Felicia's comes over,
- 32:41Speaker 1: She's like, hey, you know Bailey Bill Bailey. Yeah, the
- 32:44Speaker 1: same name, but doesn't look like Bill Bailey.
- 32:46Speaker 5: Sure, but he's got quite long here though.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Yeah, so did she to be fair, but she wasn't
- 32:52Speaker 1: like playing a funny flute or anything, you know, sure
- 32:54Speaker 1: or the bomb goes. So anyway, she's like, hey, you
- 32:57Speaker 1: know Bailey, and I'm like, yeah, so, yeah, she she
- 33:00Speaker 1: wants to hook up with you. We weren't even going
- 33:02Speaker 1: out what And there was a hook up back then hooking.
- 33:05Speaker 6: Up yeah right, not perishing, okay, kind of, but it
- 33:09Speaker 6: was a hook up.
- 33:13Speaker 1: And she was like, so, here's the deal. We'll come
- 33:15Speaker 1: over at lunch. This is it into me interval, so
- 33:18Speaker 1: you know, morning tea, we'll come over it lunchtime, all
- 33:21Speaker 1: the girls and then you guys can hook up and
- 33:25Speaker 1: just that.
- 33:25Speaker 6: Watch.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Yeah. And she's like where you where you Where will
- 33:28Speaker 1: you be at lunchtime?
- 33:29Speaker 6: And I was hiding behind the bike.
- 33:31Speaker 1: She well, I was in the Bushwalk area playing marbles.
- 33:39Speaker 1: I had a Fenny peg for I'm not even joking.
- 33:45Speaker 3: I get it, man, I get it.
- 33:46Speaker 1: I had so many of the big ones, the bombers
- 33:50Speaker 1: anyway them make Corey Rory. Yeah, me and Rory are
- 33:56Speaker 1: in the Bushwalk area knocking, and then anyway, this full
- 34:06Speaker 1: pack of girls led by Felicia arrives and then Bailey's
- 34:11Speaker 1: at the back, and then Felicia's like the leader. She's like, anyway,
- 34:15Speaker 1: so here's Bailey Cris or maybe we don't call him Chris,
- 34:19Speaker 1: maybe we call him.
- 34:20Speaker 6: And that's you, little kid.
- 34:24Speaker 1: She goes, Okezy, here's Bailey. You guys can hook up now,
- 34:27Speaker 1: and then they all gathered in a semi circle of
- 34:31Speaker 1: females and then a semi circle.
- 34:32Speaker 6: In mind a semi circle because it was half a.
- 34:36Speaker 5: Circle right that I just wondered.
- 34:42Speaker 1: So there's a semi circle of the females with Bailey
- 34:46Speaker 1: and at the front, and then a semi circle of
- 34:48Speaker 1: the fowls with a little Keyzy at the front there,
- 34:52Speaker 1: and they.
- 34:52Speaker 5: Sort of with your pack of marbles and I've.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Just got a fairy pack fit to burst in with marbles.
- 35:01Speaker 1: And they sort of pushed us together, you don't, yeah,
- 35:07Speaker 1: And then she goes in real close, and then she
- 35:10Speaker 1: just goes, oh no, and then just kisses me on
- 35:13Speaker 1: the cheeks and then goes I think that'll just do
- 35:16Speaker 1: for now, And I was like, yeah, cool, I'll get
- 35:19Speaker 1: back to my marbles and everyone was just watching and
- 35:21Speaker 1: they were like, oh.
- 35:23Speaker 3: That was Do you think it was because you had
- 35:27Speaker 3: a massive mow at that stage?
- 35:29Speaker 7: Key, Yeah, that's not your first kiss though, is it.
- 35:34Speaker 6: That would have been one of your first humiliations.
- 35:37Speaker 1: That wasn't. I was pretty long in the in terms
- 35:41Speaker 1: of humulations at that point.
- 35:43Speaker 6: It's a tricky time, man, it's real rough.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Yeah, you've got a good story.
- 35:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember my face pash very well.
- 35:51Speaker 1: All right, we shouldet into that next. Pash Pipe's joking.
- 35:56Speaker 1: It's hash Pipe.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Of the Hiking Bing Show podcast.
- 36:02Speaker 3: Yes, indeed we's are there on the Radio Honarchy Big
- 36:05Speaker 3: Show this Wednesday evening fourteen minutes to six o'clock. When
- 36:09Speaker 3: we're talking about our first passes. Yeah, first time we
- 36:12Speaker 3: ever passed someone my turn. Well, what I do remember is.
- 36:19Speaker 5: I was five, really.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Five? Are you serious? Nah? Twenty five?
- 36:29Speaker 6: It was our second form social, second form social.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Yeah, so you would have been at twelve as well.
- 36:34Speaker 3: And I had said to my dad that I needed
- 36:37Speaker 3: some clothes with the second form social, you know, look cool.
- 36:41Speaker 5: He took me out, So I went to the second
- 36:43Speaker 5: form social.
- 36:44Speaker 3: This is genuinely what I was wearing, a gray on
- 36:48Speaker 3: gray stripe business shirt.
- 36:56Speaker 1: It's the back gray and the light grade.
- 36:57Speaker 5: Yes, this is not a lie a Maro cotton tie.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Gray slacks, but this is the killer brown cowboys. And
- 37:13Speaker 3: we had to check out of our of our house,
- 37:16Speaker 3: our boarding house, and I doused myself with after shave.
- 37:22Speaker 3: I can't even remember what it was, but nah, I
- 37:26Speaker 3: just doused myself and we're all in nine of it.
- 37:29Speaker 3: And I ticked the little thing there and my housemaster
- 37:32Speaker 3: said to me, in front of everyone, Jesus, which you're
- 37:35Speaker 3: supposed to put the bloody after shave on your face,
- 37:37Speaker 3: not bloody drink it.
- 37:40Speaker 5: So I already felt pretty humiliated.
- 37:44Speaker 1: I still remember, I can still remember. Yeah, yeah, So.
- 37:49Speaker 3: When I went with my cowboy boots, you know, the
- 37:51Speaker 3: girls on one side, the boys on the other, you know,
- 37:54Speaker 3: and brutal ah, I was quite brave actually back in
- 37:58Speaker 3: the day, and I started bugging cut in some shapes.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Was the music playing not at this point, but I
- 38:04Speaker 3: was just wanting to get everyone in the mood, you
- 38:05Speaker 3: know what I mean. But anyway, the night progress and
- 38:09Speaker 3: so forth, and I don't know about your guys socials,
- 38:12Speaker 3: but we.
- 38:12Speaker 5: Had like a dark corner, you know, and the in
- 38:15Speaker 5: the hall where people went.
- 38:17Speaker 1: To pashal And.
- 38:20Speaker 3: And I started dancing with a girl. And her her
- 38:24Speaker 3: name was Simone, but we won't call her that. Well,
- 38:26Speaker 3: let's call her Ramone, Ramone or Timone?
- 38:30Speaker 1: What about Bebone?
- 38:31Speaker 3: And this is this is genuinely how the how the
- 38:33Speaker 3: conversation went. And so we're sort of bopping away there
- 38:36Speaker 3: and this is me, me and Bebone and we're dancing,
- 38:41Speaker 3: you know, you know, and you ask the questions you're
- 38:42Speaker 3: into sporting that She's like, oh yeah, no, not really.
- 38:46Speaker 3: And I was like, what sort of music are you into? Ah,
- 38:48Speaker 3: you know Cindy Lalpa, And I said, oh, yeah, he's great.
- 38:52Speaker 3: And anyway, seriously, we talked for about two minutes and
- 38:58Speaker 3: then I said to her, do you want to go
- 39:00Speaker 3: over to the old dark Rush?
- 39:04Speaker 5: And she mean I yeah, okay, oh wow nice?
- 39:07Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, she went with me and so we went
- 39:09Speaker 3: and sat in the dark corner of the hall there
- 39:11Speaker 3: and and I didn't know what I was doing and
- 39:14Speaker 3: she didn't know what she was taking cowboy boots off
- 39:16Speaker 3: of the still long No, the cowboy boots were still
- 39:18Speaker 3: on when.
- 39:18Speaker 6: You were dancing. Were your spurs jingling and jingling?
- 39:21Speaker 1: Yeah? They were.
- 39:22Speaker 5: There was a bit of a jingle.
- 39:23Speaker 3: But I also remember, quite honestly that my gray slacks
- 39:27Speaker 3: were too tight, and my testicles heard a bit because
- 39:30Speaker 3: they were pinching me. And actually the cowboy boots were
- 39:34Speaker 3: a bit big, because I think they were like my
- 39:36Speaker 3: step brothers.
- 39:37Speaker 6: Well, your dad probably wanted you to grow into them.
- 39:39Speaker 3: Yeah, anyway, and so we just it was almost like
- 39:46Speaker 3: I sort of Kath and Kim moment, you know how
- 39:48Speaker 3: they do their passes, and Kath and Kim and we
- 39:51Speaker 3: both just sort of opened our mouths, just went in
- 39:54Speaker 3: and we went in and immediately our teeth just smacked together.
- 40:00Speaker 3: And all I can say is there was a lot
- 40:03Speaker 3: of saliva, and she had a tongue like a rattlesnake,
- 40:07Speaker 3: like an erect rattle snake, you know, the end of
- 40:09Speaker 3: a rattlesnake that.
- 40:10Speaker 1: Rattles the rattle.
- 40:11Speaker 4: It was.
- 40:12Speaker 3: It was an erect, firm rattlesnake in my mouth and
- 40:15Speaker 3: we were just water boarded. Yeah, And there was literally
- 40:20Speaker 3: I remember saliva running down my mouth and stuff. And
- 40:24Speaker 3: then she sort of pulled away and I and I
- 40:26Speaker 3: remember looking at her and saying, I am never passing again.
- 40:36Speaker 6: Whatever happened to the bone, But I think she lives in.
- 40:42Speaker 5: Huntley with her mom mouth.
- 40:45Speaker 2: The Hdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.

- 49:06Speaker 1: You don't like being clean, sit, lying.
- 49:08Speaker 5: And hate while I'm feeling nauseous.
- 49:11Speaker 3: Is not good no, I wasn't feeling nauseous, so it
- 49:12Speaker 3: was like, I had hold, do you have a bath? Yes,
- 49:16Speaker 3: we do, but only probably my daughter uses it. Here's
- 49:22Speaker 3: the thing that I watched last night, The Sixth Sense.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Well you watched it the other night.
- 49:28Speaker 3: Yeah, well there's the other night. But then I was
- 49:29Speaker 3: talking about the film that I saw the other night,
- 49:31Speaker 3: so I thought.
- 49:32Speaker 6: Around, how good is that movie?
- 49:35Speaker 1: Man good.
- 49:39Speaker 6: About it?
- 49:41Speaker 1: Performance?
- 49:42Speaker 5: Isn't it wonderful?
- 49:43Speaker 1: Wonderful?
- 49:44Speaker 3: Her care and her despear with her son. I mean,
- 49:47Speaker 3: all the performances in it are fantastic. And I know
- 49:51Speaker 3: if you guys did what I did when I first
- 49:53Speaker 3: got the punch, you know that ending, and I went, no, no, no,
- 49:57Speaker 3: that's not right. And I went back through the movie
- 50:00Speaker 3: on a pen point where that stuffed it up.
- 50:02Speaker 1: And they've done it so well.
- 50:04Speaker 3: I mean everyone's seen The six Sense, but it's worth
- 50:06Speaker 3: a second watch. It's floody, frightening as all go get.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Us a scene where a girl, like a dead girl
- 50:16Speaker 1: was there with like chains around her or something, or
- 50:19Speaker 1: she had passed away at something a movie.
- 50:21Speaker 5: There's not shane that there were dead girls in it. Sure, yeah,
- 50:25Speaker 5: And under the table, under and his tint.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Yeah, the young Girl. I saw a clip of it
- 50:30Speaker 1: because this came out. Well, I was still a child,
- 50:31Speaker 1: so was this like late nineties? Yeah, so yeah when
- 50:35Speaker 1: I it was on TV, so I would have been
- 50:36Speaker 1: about nine or eight, and I saw a clip. It
- 50:38Speaker 1: was just on TV. And then I saw a clip
- 50:40Speaker 1: of a young girl like who was clearly dead, and
- 50:43Speaker 1: it freaked the living but Jesus out of me. I
- 50:44Speaker 1: couldn't sleep for a week. Yeah, yeah, it's it's I
- 50:46Speaker 1: haven't seen it.
- 50:48Speaker 5: God, are you joking?
- 50:51Speaker 1: Because it's a childhood it is. You're not going to
- 50:56Speaker 1: watch great movie, and it is really scary.
- 51:00Speaker 5: I don't like scary, genuinely scary.
- 51:03Speaker 3: It I was going, I.
- 51:05Speaker 7: Don't find it scary. It's just a great film, brilliant.
- 51:10Speaker 7: And he also did Unbreakable, which I loved. Bruce Wallis
- 51:14Speaker 7: is a great activey.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Yeah he is.
- 51:15Speaker 5: They're all good in it. Oh, CAZy, please, you've got
- 51:19Speaker 5: to watch it tonight.
- 51:20Speaker 1: I'm busy tonight, crying, crying.
- 51:24Speaker 3: Drinking your sherry and watching its port and playing PlayStation
- 51:29Speaker 3: not Monkey.
- 51:33Speaker 1: Last night we watched another episode of the latest season
- 51:36Speaker 1: of Taskmaster. Oh did you right? So it's on TV no,
- 51:41Speaker 1: And to be honest, I think this season is probably
- 51:44Speaker 1: my least favorite season, just because Torfinger, who's one of
- 51:49Speaker 1: the laughing soone's very funny. He does all the challenges,
- 51:52Speaker 1: but then he's not in studio, so you've got this
- 51:53Speaker 1: weird thing where people are feeling and they're just doing
- 51:55Speaker 1: the bits of what they had filling in for him
- 51:57Speaker 1: and talking about his stuff. But the combo of people
- 52:00Speaker 1: are very awkward, right, and so there's not enough I
- 52:03Speaker 1: don't know, real excitement and enthusiasm happening other than I
- 52:06Speaker 1: think Ben Hilly is great, and also Abbie Hawl's she's
- 52:09Speaker 1: very funny, Haley Sprows, everybody's The combos together are just awkward.
- 52:15Speaker 6: Can I put it ask you this question? Will it
- 52:16Speaker 6: have been BEAUTI if they just cut him out completely
- 52:18Speaker 6: Tall Finger? Yeah potentially, But then what would they have done? Well,
- 52:22Speaker 6: you've just got these people.
- 52:24Speaker 1: Yeah see, I would have been upset about that. And
- 52:25Speaker 1: tal Finger is my favorite in the field. H It's
- 52:28Speaker 1: just it's just something's not quite still. I've just got
- 52:31Speaker 1: very high expectations because let us know, if it improves, mate, yeah, okay,
- 52:35Speaker 1: we'll do fellows the.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Whole actually big shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy.
- 52:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:46Speaker 3: There on the radio, hod Agge began now team more
- 52:48Speaker 3: sleeps Fellers and we're down to Old Wallly.
- 52:50Speaker 1: He was off to find the Brewery of the Day,
- 52:52Speaker 1: wasn't she was? That was Hero of the Day.
- 52:57Speaker 6: They've done a cover of Oh Mate, ruder of his song?
- 53:03Speaker 6: Is that going to number one?
- 53:04Speaker 1: That one?
- 53:05Speaker 6: What Hero of the Day? So they've done a new one.
- 53:07Speaker 1: So you're suggesting that Metallica have copied Jeremy from the
- 53:11Speaker 1: Breakfast Shows Brewery of the Day song? Yeah, potentially. Yeah,
- 53:14Speaker 1: that's a good point. I've definitely never heard.
- 53:16Speaker 5: Hero Can I hear that one?
- 53:17Speaker 3: Then?
- 53:17Speaker 1: I just want to check what Brewer of the Day? Yeah?
- 53:21Speaker 6: Oh yeah, we're rough.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Do you want me to do?
- 53:30Speaker 6: I keep wanting to do the day but a different way,
- 53:34Speaker 6: But because you guys do, I can't help but do
- 53:38Speaker 6: it exactly the same. It's really weird and annoying.
- 53:42Speaker 3: I'm in the same situation where I don't know what
- 53:45Speaker 3: you guys are doing with the day, but I get
- 53:48Speaker 3: stuck in between.
- 53:49Speaker 5: I'm going, what are we doing with the day? Can
- 53:52Speaker 5: we just listen to it so I can hear what
- 53:54Speaker 5: they what they do with it.
- 53:55Speaker 1: It's just a straight day. We're rough, okay, okay, do
- 54:07Speaker 1: you want me to do the segment? Yeah? Okay, yeah
- 54:11Speaker 1: today today's Brewery of the Day is Fresh Off and Outstanding,
- 54:15Speaker 1: one of the New Zealand Beer Awards. That's a long
- 54:17Speaker 1: name for a brewery. No, that's not the name of
- 54:21Speaker 1: the brewery. That's just something they've done. From down a
- 54:24Speaker 1: beautiful tartanaki, shining po shining peak.
- 54:26Speaker 5: Oh yeah, from peak to shining peak.
- 54:29Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 54:30Speaker 5: Isn't that some national anthem? I think the American one.
- 54:33Speaker 1: I think that's cool. The latest champions, small New Zealand
- 54:37Speaker 1: brewer will be at Beer Varner with all their good drops.
- 54:39Speaker 1: A chocolatey Schwasbier, Schwasbier, tropical pale ale and a BlackBerry
- 54:46Speaker 1: dessert sour will be on tap to tamp the taste buds.
- 54:49Speaker 6: Can you say all of that again?
- 54:50Speaker 1: Yeah, there's another one of those sentences where I don't
- 54:51Speaker 1: understand what I'm reading. A chocolate e Schwasbier, which must
- 54:56Speaker 1: be like a German style of beer. Sure, some tropical
- 54:59Speaker 1: pale aisles and a BlackBerry dessert sour will all be
- 55:02Speaker 1: on tap tom to tempt the taste buds. I've also
- 55:04Speaker 1: got their standard line of beers as well.
- 55:06Speaker 5: I just I just don't know that I like the
- 55:08Speaker 5: combo of dessert slash beer.
- 55:12Speaker 6: That's wrong for me, fruit and meat for me. I'll
- 55:17Speaker 6: tell you what, I'll be trying it.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I wasn say dissing the beer selections during their
- 55:21Speaker 1: sponsor that's really stupid.
- 55:23Speaker 3: I'm just saying I'm not sure, but I'm going to
- 55:25Speaker 3: get you to try and tell you what you think.
- 55:27Speaker 1: I'm on them.
- 55:28Speaker 6: Okay, I'm huge. One about your favorite fruit beer or
- 55:32Speaker 6: dessert beer, probably an Apricot stout.
- 55:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, they're good. Hey, jays, you like this one? Actually,
- 55:40Speaker 1: be sure not to miss their one off keg of
- 55:42Speaker 1: scorched Almon Imperial Stout.
- 55:45Speaker 5: That sounds pretty good. Actually, yeah, I like a nutty beer.
- 55:48Speaker 1: That's exclusive to Beervana this year. Bevan dot Co dot
- 55:52Speaker 1: in Zid will be there on the Friday evenings to
- 55:54Speaker 1: come along everyone, Okay, I'll be there. Yeah, I'll clean
- 55:59Speaker 1: up plubs.

- 56:09Speaker 2: Hodarchy big show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisey.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Well, there you get your mad bastards. We're sliding down
- 56:25Speaker 3: the hill of hump Day. I'll tell you what fellas.
- 56:29Speaker 3: I'm feeling very fatigued and very much looking forward to
- 56:32Speaker 3: going to bed tonight.
- 56:33Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I'm trying to decide. I brought my gym
- 56:36Speaker 6: get I'm trying to decide if I'll go or not.
- 56:38Speaker 5: Sure.
- 56:38Speaker 6: I'm pretty sure I've been the last four days.
- 56:40Speaker 1: In a row.
- 56:40Speaker 6: But we're going to go down to Wellington and then
- 56:41Speaker 6: I won't be doing jack. I don't imagine. Sure, So
- 56:46Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 56:46Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 56:48Speaker 7: I'll be honest with you, guys. I'm distracted by guys
- 56:50Speaker 7: outside the window who's been standing there watering plants for
- 56:53Speaker 7: about half an hour.
- 56:54Speaker 6: Yes, it should have taken them a minute.
- 56:57Speaker 3: I agree.
- 56:57Speaker 1: It's very very old time a day as well as
- 57:00Speaker 1: I know.
- 57:00Speaker 6: In the evening, which is that's fine. You can do
- 57:02Speaker 6: it whenever he wants.
- 57:02Speaker 5: But you don't want to. You don't want to water
- 57:05Speaker 5: plants while the sun's out.
- 57:07Speaker 6: Key, you don't want to be paying that bloke by
- 57:09Speaker 6: the air. I'll tell you what, nothing against him. Why
- 57:10Speaker 6: can't you water plants for the sun.
- 57:12Speaker 5: Because of a strong sun, then the water on the
- 57:14Speaker 5: plants that.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Gets leaves, you can actually hear them.
- 57:18Speaker 3: And they're like, it's like a vampire when the sun
- 57:24Speaker 3: comes up and they're.
- 57:25Speaker 5: Out in an open paddock.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Only real life, except real a vampire and a peddock.
- 57:30Speaker 1: Now listen, Kezy like a vampire farm.
- 57:33Speaker 5: What are you doing tonight?
- 57:34Speaker 6: No, Kezy a farmer vampire?
- 57:36Speaker 1: Oh yeah, tonight. I am my wife and I are
