Chuck Miller, a distinguished West Virginia legal figure who served as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia from 2005 to 2009 and later as Kanawha County Prosecutor from 2014 until his retirement in 2024, has passed away. Praised for his honorable Vietnam War service and dignified leadership at both federal and local levels, Miller will be laid to rest with full military honors at the Donel C.
