- 0:04Speaker 1: The best audience anywhere. We've got a big show ahead.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Anthony Fauci just arrived on Capitol Hill for testimony today.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Will he actually say anything of value or is he
- 0:13Speaker 1: going to take the fifth? What's going to happen here?
- 0:15Speaker 1: As we expect fireworks, Rand Paul bearing down on the
- 0:19Speaker 1: bad doctor that's coming up. this morning. As we talk
- 0:23Speaker 1: live this morning, we expect some of that testimony to
- 0:25Speaker 1: take place. Of course, whatever happens, we'll have summaries of
- 0:28Speaker 1: it as we go throughout the big national radio show and,
- 0:30Speaker 1: of course, tomorrow on this program. Also, I want to
- 0:33Speaker 1: take a close look at what's going on with the
- 0:38Speaker 1: Save America Act. We have updates for you on that subject.
- 0:41Speaker 1: There's always, always keeping track of that particular thing. And
- 0:44Speaker 1: then a Washington send-off for Lindsey Graham as the president
- 0:47Speaker 1: eulogizes his late friend, We've got so much to discuss
- 0:51Speaker 1: all ahead on this edition of Vance. Great to have
- 0:54Speaker 1: you with us as always. Let's see here. We do
- 0:57Speaker 1: have a great sponsor to start the show today. That's

- 1:02Speaker 1: I love Bon Charge. Ever since I got the infrared
- 1:05Speaker 1: sauna blanket and ever since my wife, Allison, got the
- 1:07Speaker 1: red light face mask, we have loved these great products
- 1:10Speaker 1: from Bon Charge and we can't recommend them enough. I
- 1:13Speaker 1: first turned to the sauna blanket to help with muscle recovery, detoxification,
- 1:16Speaker 1: total game changer in my life. Easy to use. In fact,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I can just wrap myself up in this gigantic, wonderful
- 1:23Speaker 1: sauna blanket, let the infrared heat work its magic. It's
- 1:26Speaker 1: created a real difference for how I relax and how
- 1:28Speaker 1: I rejuvenate and how I feel afterward. Now, Allison loves
- 1:31Speaker 1: the red light face mask. She charges it up, it
- 1:33Speaker 1: holds its charge forever, and then she wears it each day.
- 1:36Speaker 1: And that red light therapy really works. She's been using
- 1:39Speaker 1: it because it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation. She's
- 1:43Speaker 1: seen fantastic results. It's like having a mini spa treatment

- 2:16Speaker 3: Oh, yes.
- 2:16Speaker 1: As always, welcome to the program. Great to have you
- 2:18Speaker 1: with us today. We do have Anthony Fauci just arriving
- 2:21Speaker 1: on Capitol Hill. It is, as I speak to you, 8.04 a.m.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Eastern Time Live. His testimony expected to begin around 8.30 a.m.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Eastern Time this morning. Much of the beginning of this
- 2:33Speaker 1: session will, of course, include a bunch of opening statements,
- 2:36Speaker 1: including and especially from Rand Paul and Anthony Fauci. Rand
- 2:40Speaker 1: Paul is the chairman of the committee, and he is
- 2:42Speaker 1: the guy who just made public the contents of Anthony
- 2:45Speaker 1: Fauci's what everyone's calling a diary. It's a diary. I've
- 2:48Speaker 1: been calling it a diary, too, because it sort of
- 2:50Speaker 1: has a diary vibe. It's where he is admitting his deepest,
- 2:53Speaker 1: darkest secrets, you know, the things that he doesn't say
- 2:55Speaker 1: in public that he doesn't want you to know about.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And it turns out that they had deep impacts on
- 3:00Speaker 1: all of our lives, including that he knew that this
- 3:03Speaker 1: thing never came, that is COVID, never came from a
- 3:07Speaker 1: wet market in China. And he knew that in January
- 3:09Speaker 1: of 2020. He also knew that COVID was not killing
- 3:13Speaker 1: people at the obscene rates that he was declaring in public.
- 3:18Speaker 1: He admitted as much in his diary. In fact, this is,
- 3:22Speaker 1: to be more specific, these are government documents. He was
- 3:25Speaker 1: storing all of this on his government computer. tapping out
- 3:29Speaker 1: his thoughts each day, admissions of guilt on a government computer.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And now it's been released to the world thanks to
- 3:38Speaker 1: Rand Paul, who, you know, I've had my differences with
- 3:40Speaker 1: Rand Paul. Rand Paul and I had a kind of
- 3:43Speaker 1: a famous battle last year over the big, beautiful bill.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I really wanted border security. And he was a little
- 3:48Speaker 1: too concerned about that legislation driving up the debt, which,
- 3:51Speaker 1: of course, I'm concerned about. So he didn't want to
- 3:53Speaker 1: support it. And I was browbeating him about that. But
- 3:56Speaker 1: that's okay. It's okay to disagree with somebody. And then
- 3:59Speaker 1: it's okay to enthusiastically support them when they do the
- 4:01Speaker 1: right thing, which is going after Anthony Fauci like a
- 4:04Speaker 1: dog on a bone. Rand Paul has not given this up.
- 4:08Speaker 1: And for that, we thank him. Thank you for once
- 4:10Speaker 1: again now hauling Anthony Fauci in for questioning. Now, you
- 4:14Speaker 1: should know that in this testimony today, Anthony Fauci, as
- 4:18Speaker 1: much as he's been pardoned by the auto pen, which
- 4:21Speaker 1: again should be tested. That wasn't an actual president. It
- 4:24Speaker 1: was a robot that did that or some staffer operating
- 4:27Speaker 1: the machine. Despite the fact that he got that pardon,
- 4:30Speaker 1: he is not entitled to protections for any crimes he
- 4:33Speaker 1: commits after the date of the pardon for sure. In fact,
- 4:38Speaker 1: here is John Yoo over on the Fox News channel
- 4:40Speaker 1: yesterday assessing Anthony Fauci's culpability in any crimes he may
- 4:46Speaker 1: have committed after the pardon date and certainly that he
- 4:49Speaker 1: might commit as he gives this testimony today. Watch.
- 4:52Speaker 4: He's either lying then or is he lying to his diary?
- 4:55Speaker 1: Who is it?
- 4:56Speaker 4: And tell us now.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And you're right, Brian.
- 4:58Speaker 4: He can't claim that the pardon would cover any of
- 5:01Speaker 4: his answers now. You can only be pardoned for lying
- 5:05Speaker 4: to Congress from before the pardon. If he commits a
- 5:08Speaker 4: lie before Congress now, he'll be committing a federal crime
- 5:11Speaker 4: and could be prosecuted.
- 5:12Speaker 3: I mean, he's saying, you know, I didn't shut anybody down.
- 5:15Speaker 3: I never shut any schools down.
- 5:17Speaker 5: And then we find out in his diary, spoke with
- 5:19Speaker 5: Bill de Blasio, mayor of New York City, convinced him,
- 5:22Speaker 5: based on what I was saying publicly in my conversation,
- 5:24Speaker 5: to shut down New York City schools. Had a similar
- 5:27Speaker 5: call with Ann O'Leary and Governor Gavin Newsom of California.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Between our conversations and our TV appearances, he shut down
- 5:35Speaker 5: the schools.
- 5:36Speaker 1: So what are you saying?
- 5:38Speaker 5: You had nothing to do with the shutdowns that, in retrospect,
- 5:41Speaker 5: were totally unnecessary and kids were never in danger.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Look, he's obviously running from this. This is one of
- 5:48Speaker 4: the greatest public policy disasters in the history of the
- 5:52Speaker 4: American republic, where experts like him overreacted to the virus,
- 5:57Speaker 4: shut down the economy at costs of hundreds of billions
- 6:00Speaker 4: of dollars, interfered with the everyday lives of every single American,
- 6:04Speaker 4: and infringed on all of our individual freedoms. And so now,
- 6:08Speaker 4: of course, he's trying to pretend he had nothing to
- 6:10Speaker 4: do with it. But as you say, in the diary,
- 6:12Speaker 4: he records pretty meticulously all these governors, mayors, Mayor de
- 6:16Speaker 4: Blasio in New York, Governor Newsom in California, urging them
- 6:20Speaker 4: to shut down bars, restaurants, schools. And now he's pretending
- 6:24Speaker 4: he didn't do that. So if you're a senator, you
- 6:26Speaker 4: would say, were you telling the truth in public when
- 6:28Speaker 4: you said you had nothing.
- 6:29Speaker 1: To do with it?
- 6:30Speaker 4: Did you lie in your diary? What did you actually,
- 6:33Speaker 4: what was actually true in your mind? Tell us the
- 6:35Speaker 4: truth now. And if you lie, you're committing perjury and
- 6:38Speaker 4: could go to jail for it.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Yeah, and the Justice Department should move very swiftly for
- 6:41Speaker 1: any lie that he makes today. Now, I'll remind you
- 6:44Speaker 1: that Anthony Fauci is a practiced liar. He's a slippery guy.
- 6:49Speaker 1: If you've ever sat down and watched any of his
- 6:50Speaker 1: congressional testimony through the years, you will notice that he
- 6:54Speaker 1: uses weasel language to describe everything. In fact, he would
- 6:58Speaker 1: use weasel language to describe why he was authorizing gain
- 7:00Speaker 1: of function research when it was supposed to be banned
- 7:04Speaker 1: by the federal government. And yet he said, well, it
- 7:07Speaker 1: wasn't gain of function research. There's a different thing. You
- 7:10Speaker 1: just don't know what you're talking about. He would just,
- 7:12Speaker 1: he would weasel his way through every answer. And he
- 7:15Speaker 1: may very well do that today as well. He may
- 7:18Speaker 1: very well do that today, but we'll see. And I
- 7:21Speaker 1: know that at least Rand Paul and hopefully every other
- 7:23Speaker 1: Republican senator and hopefully every prosecutor at the Justice Department
- 7:27Speaker 1: whose job it is to handle these types of lies,
- 7:29Speaker 1: will be watching this like a hawk to bear down
- 7:33Speaker 1: on Anthony Fauci, that megalomaniacal whack job who caused so
- 7:39Speaker 1: much destruction in the United States of America. It's time.
- 7:43Speaker 1: It's absolutely time. Remember, I know that that was a
- 7:48Speaker 1: crazy time, and I know that the wounds of that
- 7:51Speaker 1: time are still fresh enough that people are rightly enraged
- 7:56Speaker 1: at Anthony Fauci. But I do want to offer you
- 7:58Speaker 1: one really cringy reminder of what the Fauci era was like.
- 8:03Speaker 1: As Anthony Fauci, this guy who had these immense delusions
- 8:07Speaker 1: of grandeur, who was obsessed with getting as much media
- 8:11Speaker 1: coverage as he could, calling himself a rock star inside
- 8:14Speaker 1: of his own diaries, Remember the cult of personality that
- 8:18Speaker 1: the left built around obedience to the government and Anthony Fauci?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Do you remember this? Cut to, watch.
- 8:25Speaker 6: .
- 8:28Speaker 1: .
- 8:30Speaker 3: .
- 8:36Speaker 7: .
- 8:46Speaker 1: We'll wash our hands and we'll be more resistant. Fauci, yes?
- 8:53Speaker 8: Promise us, please.
- 8:56Speaker 1: We'll have a cure that can.
- 8:57Speaker 9: Fight off this disease.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Restrictions we'll lift with some... That's the Mr. Sandman Blink-182
- 9:07Speaker 1: mashup we never knew we didn't need. Holy crap, that
- 9:11Speaker 1: was a nightmare. And that was just one example. They
- 9:13Speaker 1: were all over the place. The media was forcing Fauci
- 9:17Speaker 1: and jabs and masks and isolation down your throat. Thanks, Fauci. Now,
- 9:25Speaker 1: not everybody fell for it, to be clear. Not everybody
- 9:28Speaker 1: fell for it. In fact, many black Americans refused to
- 9:33Speaker 1: fall for it. And this became a source of immense
- 9:35Speaker 1: frustration for the Biden administration, as they tried to ram
- 9:42Speaker 1: jabs into every black person they could get their hands on.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That includes in Washington, D.C., where Anthony Fauci and Muriel Bowser,
- 9:49Speaker 1: kind of infamously now, roamed around with a PBS camera
- 9:53Speaker 1: in tow, trying to convince black residents that they had
- 9:56Speaker 1: to do what was good for them. And one black
- 9:58Speaker 1: resident of D.C. was like, please, not doing that. Up yours.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Cut three. Watch this hero.
- 10:04Speaker 6: People in America are not settled with the information that's
- 10:08Speaker 6: been given to us right now. So I'm not going
- 10:10Speaker 6: to be lining up taking a shot on a vaccination
- 10:14Speaker 6: for something that wasn't clear in the first place. And
- 10:17Speaker 6: then you all create a shot and miraculous time. It
- 10:22Speaker 6: takes years to create vaccinations. Well, it used to take years,
- 10:27Speaker 6: but you.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Know how many years were invested in this approach? About
- 10:33Speaker 3: 20 years of science to get us to be able
- 10:35Speaker 3: to do it.
- 10:35Speaker 7: 20 years is not enough.
- 10:37Speaker 6: And nine months is definitely not enough for nobody to
- 10:39Speaker 6: be taking no vaccination that you all came up with.
- 10:42Speaker 10: The only reason I'm talking to you right now, as
- 10:44Speaker 10: close as we are, is that I've been vaccinated.
- 10:47Speaker 9: Right.
- 10:47Speaker 10: But if a lot of thousands of people like you
- 10:50Speaker 10: don't get vaccinated, you're going to let this virus continue
- 10:53Speaker 10: to percolate in this country and in this world.
- 10:55Speaker 6: Something like the common flu then, right?
- 10:58Speaker 1: It's much more serious than the flu.
- 11:00Speaker 6: Well, the flu kills a lot of people.
- 11:02Speaker 3: You know how many people died of the flu the
- 11:05Speaker 3: last year? I mean, not this year, virtually none, but
- 11:08Speaker 3: the previous year, about 20 to 30,000. How many people
- 11:11Speaker 3: have died from COVID-19 in the United States? 600,000 Americans.
- 11:17Speaker 6: Well, the number that you all are giving that died, that's,
- 11:21Speaker 6: once again, that's you all's number.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You got to pay us.
- 11:23Speaker 7: Yeah, definitely.
- 11:25Speaker 6: Because when you start talking about paying people to get vaccinated,
- 11:28Speaker 6: when you start talking about incentivizing things to get people vaccinated,
- 11:32Speaker 6: there's something else going on with that. Something else going
- 11:36Speaker 6: on with that.
- 11:36Speaker 10: It is something going on with that.
- 11:38Speaker 7: You're right.
- 11:38Speaker 10: But I'm glad millions of people like me and most
- 11:41Speaker 10: everybody here didn't get an incentive. You know what their
- 11:43Speaker 10: incentive was? Protecting their health and protecting the city.
- 11:47Speaker 1: But I won't keep doing it anymore.
- 11:48Speaker 6: It's okay because my incentive to your campaign is about fear.
- 11:52Speaker 6: It's about inciting fear in people. You all attack people
- 11:55Speaker 6: with fear.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Hero.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Absolute hero. Love that guy.
- 12:01Speaker 7: Yes.
- 12:03Speaker 1: God bless America. It's like something else is going on here.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I don't even believe your numbers. And by the way,
- 12:09Speaker 1: his instincts were totally right. You remember that distinction? That
- 12:12Speaker 1: little prepositional wordplay that they were doing? Died with COVID,
- 12:17Speaker 1: died of COVID. Remember that? Yeah, that's right. The government's
- 12:22Speaker 1: numbers were jacked up from the very beginning. They were
- 12:25Speaker 1: doing a died with COVID game where you could get
- 12:28Speaker 1: hit by a bus and then during the autopsy, they
- 12:30Speaker 1: could go, well, wait a second. There was COVID in
- 12:33Speaker 1: his body. So he died with COVID. Wait, the bus
- 12:38Speaker 1: killed him, not COVID. What are you, crazy? Yeah, they're crazy.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They're crazy about power. And that guy, he sniffed it out,
- 12:45Speaker 1: rightfully so. And he said that to Fauci's face. I
- 12:49Speaker 1: love Muriel Bowser and Anthony Fauci trying to duck out
- 12:51Speaker 1: of that thing with PBS cameras there. Like, okay, we
- 12:54Speaker 1: got to go. And he's like, you're trying to instill fear.
- 12:56Speaker 1: He's getting a couple shots as they're walking away. I
- 12:58Speaker 1: love that dude.
- 12:59Speaker 9: Love him.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Wonder what he's up to today. Great American hero. He
- 13:03Speaker 1: should have had Fauci's job. So that was a great moment.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And also, he was right about the vaccines. And, you know,
- 13:12Speaker 1: you had Anthony Fauci, like, straight up lying. It's like,
- 13:15Speaker 1: and Muriel Bowser, like, the only reason I'm standing here
- 13:17Speaker 1: next to you is because I got the vaccine. It's
- 13:19Speaker 1: very effective. You know, Fauci knew that the vaccines were
- 13:22Speaker 1: not effective.
- 13:23Speaker 7: He knew it.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And he worked to suppress that information. Kaneko, the great,
- 13:29Speaker 1: who has been doing a wonderful job, a great job,
- 13:32Speaker 1: one might say, going through the Fauci diary, quotes this
- 13:36Speaker 1: page from August 13th of 2022. He says, Fauci says
- 13:40Speaker 1: he stopped the CDC from publicly stating that COVID vaccines
- 13:43Speaker 1: were not effective at all in preventing infection and transmission.
- 13:47Speaker 1: He stopped them from telling you the truth. Quote, more
- 13:53Speaker 1: drama with regard to the CDC and Rochelle Walensky. We
- 13:56Speaker 1: thought we had gotten them pulled back from making the
- 13:58Speaker 1: statement that the vaccines were not effective at all in
- 14:02Speaker 1: preventing infection and transmission. This would conflict with recommending the
- 14:06Speaker 1: updated bivalent vaccine in September. In addition, would undermine the
- 14:10Speaker 1: DOJ's efforts at mandates. Oh, I'd hate to get in
- 14:17Speaker 1: the way of tyranny by telling people the truth about
- 14:19Speaker 1: the quality of the jab. CDC agreed to pull back
- 14:23Speaker 1: on the statement of absolute lack of efficacy in vaccines
- 14:27Speaker 1: against infections and transmission and take a more measured approach
- 14:32Speaker 1: of saying that the vaccines provide only modest and waning
- 14:34Speaker 1: efficacy against infection and transmission. And that is why we
- 14:38Speaker 1: should heed the advice of getting the updated booster in September. Quote, however,
- 14:43Speaker 1: although they did this on their website. The MMWR that
- 14:47Speaker 1: came out yesterday had the same original damning language. When
- 14:51Speaker 1: he says damning language, he means the truth. The truth
- 14:54Speaker 1: that the jab wasn't stopping transmission. It wasn't. The truth
- 15:02Speaker 1: is what he was annoyed by. That's in the diary.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Will he be questioned about this today? He damn well
- 15:09Speaker 1: better be. The, that PBS video, I have one more
- 15:17Speaker 1: remainder from it. You know, that you saw in that
- 15:21Speaker 1: email that I just played for you, or just showed you,
- 15:24Speaker 1: where he's like, hey, this is really going to undermine
- 15:26Speaker 1: our ability to tyrannize the public. He was very big
- 15:30Speaker 1: on tyrannizing the public. I know that he tried to
- 15:32Speaker 1: dress this up in a smile and friendly language and
- 15:35Speaker 1: do this for your family. I'm just giving you advice
- 15:37Speaker 1: to protect yourself and all this stuff. But In front
- 15:41Speaker 1: of that PBS camera, there was another candid moment. It's
- 15:43Speaker 1: a lot less talked about, but it's, I would say,
- 15:46Speaker 1: just as important as that nice gentleman confronting Muriel Bowser
- 15:50Speaker 1: and Anthony Fauci to their faces. There was also this
- 15:54Speaker 1: moment where Anthony Fauci said, Republicans are the problem. It's
- 15:59Speaker 1: Republicans all across the country.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Oh, my God. They're going to keep the outbreak smoldering
- 16:05Speaker 3: in the country. It's so crazy.
- 16:07Speaker 2: I mean.
- 16:09Speaker 3: They're not doing it because they say they don't want
- 16:11Speaker 3: to do it. They're Republicans. They don't like to be
- 16:13Speaker 3: told what to do. And we got to break that,
- 16:16Speaker 3: you know, unpack that.
- 16:17Speaker 10: How you guys doing with vaccine?
- 16:23Speaker 1: Oh, you should get it first.
- 16:25Speaker 10: Okay, that way you won't give it to them.
- 16:30Speaker 3: No, no, not at all. In fact, we got to
- 16:33Speaker 3: get you vaccinated so that if you were to get infected,
- 16:35Speaker 3: you could pass it on to them. So you're actually
- 16:38Speaker 3: protecting your family by getting it vaccinated.
- 16:47Speaker 1: What was the no? Who said no? Oh, oh, oh, yeah, Fauci.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Fauci's like, no, no, you have to do it now.
- 16:57Speaker 1: It's like an airplane. You got to put your mask
- 17:00Speaker 1: on first and then you put their masks on. Oh,
- 17:03Speaker 1: shut up, Fauci. You know, the beginning of that clip, though,
- 17:06Speaker 1: where he says we need to break them. Notice, by
- 17:10Speaker 1: the way, he realized he said break them in front
- 17:13Speaker 1: of a camera and then he changes the language. Do
- 17:16Speaker 1: you hear that? That he kind of softened it up
- 17:17Speaker 1: a little bit. Josh, can we replay that? Do you mind?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Just play that clip one more time from the top,
- 17:21Speaker 1: but just cut it off right after he softens the
- 17:23Speaker 1: language and they cut to the next shot. Listen to this.
- 17:26Speaker 10: What are we going to do about those other states?
- 17:29Speaker 3: Oh, my God. They're going to keep the outbreak smoldering
- 17:33Speaker 3: in the country. It's so crazy. I mean. They're not
- 17:37Speaker 3: doing it because they say they don't want to do it.
- 17:39Speaker 3: They're Republicans. They don't like to be told what to do.
- 17:42Speaker 3: And we've got to break that, you know, unpack that.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Unpack that. He's like, we've got to break that. I mean,
- 17:48Speaker 1: unpack that. His tyranny was showing. And then he was like, well,
- 17:55Speaker 1: wait a second. Let me reel that back in. We
- 17:56Speaker 1: have to unpack that. Let's gently unpack it, is what
- 17:59Speaker 1: I meant to say. Let's gently destroy your life. That's Fauci.
- 18:06Speaker 1: That's Fauci. He couldn't, he's so full of himself. In
- 18:09Speaker 1: the end, he really can't fundamentally hide who he is.
- 18:12Speaker 1: He's jotting it down in his diary on a government computer,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and he's declaring it in front of PBS cameras. Brazen. Brazen,
- 18:21Speaker 1: back before Congress today. So we'll see what they get.
- 18:24Speaker 1: We'll see what they get out of him. Again, he's
- 18:27Speaker 1: been doing this for a million years. He's practiced at
- 18:29Speaker 1: lying to the public. We'll see what this results in,
- 18:33Speaker 1: but The thing I think this audience wants, if I
- 18:36Speaker 1: can speak for you, if you don't mind, is handcuffs
- 18:39Speaker 1: for Anthony Fauci. Consequences for Anthony Fauci. Consequences for everybody
- 18:44Speaker 1: who upended and destroyed the lives of so many American citizens.
- 18:48Speaker 1: That's what we want. You know, yesterday, this week, President Trump,
- 18:52Speaker 1: I think I played this clip on the radio show.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I'm almost certain I did because I'm pretty sure President
- 18:58Speaker 1: Trump said it yesterday on Fox and Friends. He was
- 19:01Speaker 1: He was lamenting the fact that he doesn't get the
- 19:03Speaker 1: credit he feels he deserves for Operation Warp Speed, that
- 19:07Speaker 1: they were able to get these jabs out very quickly.
- 19:11Speaker 1: That's why they called it Operation Warp Speed. And the
- 19:16Speaker 1: thing that the president did with Operation Warp Speed, the
- 19:19Speaker 1: thing that we often ask the government to do, which
- 19:22Speaker 1: it almost never does, is to get rid of stupid
- 19:26Speaker 1: government programs that stand in the way of actual progress, development,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and flourishing. The government is often standing in the way.
- 19:34Speaker 1: So the president would still like credit for kicking down
- 19:37Speaker 1: the barriers in drug development that led to the rapid
- 19:41Speaker 1: release of all these COVID jabs. That's what he's looking
- 19:45Speaker 1: for credit for. But the reason why Americans don't like that,
- 19:51Speaker 1: they don't look back fondly on Operation Warp Speed, they
- 19:54Speaker 1: don't seek to give President Trump credit for that chapter
- 19:57Speaker 1: in our history, is what came next. What came next
- 20:02Speaker 1: was overwhelming government tyranny. using the jabs as a means
- 20:08Speaker 1: to mandate a massive imposition on your life. People were
- 20:11Speaker 1: being forced out of the military. Young, healthy people were
- 20:15Speaker 1: being kicked out of the military. They had volunteered to
- 20:18Speaker 1: serve our country. Perfectly good and patriotic Americans were being
- 20:21Speaker 1: removed from military service because they weren't getting this stupid jab.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Families' lives were destroyed. People could only keep their jobs
- 20:33Speaker 1: if they got the jab. It was insane. So I'm sorry,
- 20:37Speaker 1: but the reason why Americans look back on this resentfully
- 20:41Speaker 1: is because of the wave of destruction that ensued afterwards.
- 20:47Speaker 1: The president shouldn't be confused why his base is not
- 20:50Speaker 1: enthusiastic about Operation Warp Speed. The answer to that is
- 20:53Speaker 1: we hate government tyranny. And a lot of it ensued
- 20:59Speaker 1: in the wake of that pandemic, in the midst of
- 21:01Speaker 1: that pandemic. So much more to get to all ahead
- 21:04Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince, including how do we stop
- 21:07Speaker 1: this crap from happening in the future? Well, here's one way.
- 21:11Speaker 1: We stop using our taxpayer money to create dangerous viruses
- 21:16Speaker 1: that can kill humanity inside of a lab. That would
- 21:19Speaker 1: be a good way to handle it. More ahead in
- 21:22Speaker 1: this edition of Vince. I want to thank one of
- 21:23Speaker 1: the fine sponsors of this program, That, ladies and gentlemen,
- 21:28Speaker 1: today is Brickhouse. We love Brickhouse nutrition. Talk about getting healthy.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Brickhouse is great. You know, if you want to lose weight,
- 21:35Speaker 1: which is a good way to get healthy, some people
- 21:37Speaker 1: have turned to other jabs to lose weight. Look, the
- 21:42Speaker 1: way those jabs work is they lower your blood sugar,
- 21:44Speaker 1: reduce your appetite. What if you want to lose weight,
- 21:46Speaker 1: but you don't want the painful weekly injections, especially when
- 21:48Speaker 1: you hear about some of the side effects? Well, that's
- 21:50Speaker 1: why doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created a weight loss supplement
- 21:53Speaker 1: called Lean, and the results are remarkable. The studied ingredients
- 21:56Speaker 1: in Lean have been shown to help lower your blood sugar,
- 21:58Speaker 1: help you burn fat by converting it into energy, and
- 22:00Speaker 1: help you curb your appetite and your cravings, so you're

- 22:32Speaker 1: Thank you, Brickhouse. Great, great operation. Great supporter of this
- 22:36Speaker 1: program and this audience. Appreciate you. Yeah, so stopping, you know,
- 22:41Speaker 1: gain-of-function research would be one thing for us to do.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Anthony Fauci kept lying about that. Oh, we're not doing
- 22:47Speaker 1: any of that. Of course, he was taking your money
- 22:49Speaker 1: and funding it in Wuhan, China. So what's the deal
- 22:54Speaker 1: with gain-of-function? Well, here's a story that has received, candidly,
- 22:58Speaker 1: almost no attention overnight. Very little. Now, granted, it's in
- 23:03Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal, too. The Wall Street Journal has
- 23:04Speaker 1: an op-ed up from Jay Bhattacharya. Now, Jay Bhattacharya is
- 23:08Speaker 1: the director of the National Institutes of Health, and he
- 23:11Speaker 1: just put out a big op-ed on the subject yesterday
- 23:14Speaker 1: because HHS has officially announced their new policy for ending
- 23:20Speaker 1: gain-of-function research funded by the United States government. Just a
- 23:27Speaker 1: quick reminder, gain-of-function, that phrase, gain-of-function, which really doesn't tell
- 23:32Speaker 1: you what it is, is a euphemism. means making viruses
- 23:36Speaker 1: more transmissible and more deadly to humans. This is what
- 23:41Speaker 1: Americans were paying for with no benefit to humanity, none, none.
- 23:47Speaker 1: There's never been a measurable benefit from so-called gain-of-function research
- 23:51Speaker 1: where it's constantly sold as, well, if we soup up
- 23:54Speaker 1: the virus in a lab, then we'll know how to
- 23:56Speaker 1: protect ourselves from deadly viruses if they ever emerge in nature.
- 23:59Speaker 1: This has not resulted in anything but misery and death, anything.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Every time, invariably, it's a lab leak or a release
- 24:07Speaker 1: of some kind that results in people suffering. So how
- 24:10Speaker 1: about no more of that crap? Jay Bhattacharya writes, in
- 24:15Speaker 1: May 2025, President Trump signed an executive order directing the U.S.
- 24:19Speaker 1: government to end dangerous gain-of-function research. In response, the National
- 24:24Speaker 1: Institutes of Health and other agencies paused research projects with
- 24:28Speaker 1: any possibility of falling under that description or any possibility
- 24:31Speaker 1: of causing harm to human populations. The pause was the
- 24:34Speaker 1: first part of a broader strategy. A government-wide approach was
- 24:38Speaker 1: needed to guarantee that no such risky research is ever
- 24:41Speaker 1: again encouraged or supported by U.S. agencies. As a part
- 24:45Speaker 1: of this goal, a new accountable and transparent process was
- 24:48Speaker 1: necessary to oversee researchers, institutions, and funding agencies. After planning
- 24:53Speaker 1: and coordinating across every relevant government agency, the Trump administration
- 24:58Speaker 1: is issuing a comprehensive oversight framework that will eliminate the risk.
- 25:03Speaker 1: that federally funded scientific experiments will cause a pandemic or
- 25:07Speaker 1: other catastrophic harm. The new policy preserves the benefits of
- 25:11Speaker 1: life science research while defining the areas of greatest risk,
- 25:15Speaker 1: including prevention of accidental or intentional lab leaks, accidental or
- 25:22Speaker 1: intentional lab leaks and penalties for irresponsible practices. He goes
- 25:30Speaker 1: on to say the gain of function, has shockingly for
- 25:34Speaker 1: many years been basically experiments that were sold as a
- 25:39Speaker 1: way to reduce the risk of pandemics caused by novel pathogens.
- 25:43Speaker 1: These leaders argued that with proper oversight, viruses could be manipulated,
- 25:48Speaker 1: making them more transmissible or deadly to evaluate how likely
- 25:52Speaker 1: they were to make the leap to humans. But because
- 25:55Speaker 1: a lab accident could cause a pandemic, many scientists argued
- 25:57Speaker 1: that no mitigation could outweigh the risks, and such gain-of-function
- 26:01Speaker 1: experiments were too dangerous to permit. So in response, in 2011,
- 26:06Speaker 1: NIH leaders argued that the knowledge to be gained from
- 26:08Speaker 1: such experiments was worth the risk. But in 2014, Obama
- 26:15Speaker 1: paused gain of function. Obama actually paused it. He didn't
- 26:20Speaker 1: end it outright, but he issued a moratorium on it.
- 26:23Speaker 1: The pause was lifted in 2017 for agencies that implemented
- 26:26Speaker 1: oversight of the research, which resulted in HHS releasing guidance
- 26:32Speaker 1: about how to handle this stuff. In practice, though, this
- 26:35Speaker 1: framework allowed research to proceed after review until President Trump's
- 26:38Speaker 1: executive order stopped it last year. So now there's a
- 26:42Speaker 1: new policy. It makes clear Americans will not fund research
- 26:46Speaker 1: that risks our health or security, either here or abroad.
- 26:51Speaker 1: There are three principles here. There are categories of research
- 26:54Speaker 1: that are too risky to pursue, that the entirety of
- 26:59Speaker 1: the biomedical research enterprise must assess and monitor risks, and
- 27:02Speaker 1: that researchers, institutions, and funders will be held accountable for
- 27:06Speaker 1: evaluating and reporting research. on high-risk research. At any rate,
- 27:09Speaker 1: this is without, you can go and read the op-ed
- 27:11Speaker 1: yourself if you'd like to see the rest of it.
- 27:13Speaker 1: But Jay Bhattacharya going over the details here, that the
- 27:17Speaker 1: United States government under President Trump is officially declaring no
- 27:20Speaker 1: more high-risk life science research. That is over. Gain of function,
- 27:25Speaker 1: all that garbage is over. It's over. Now, it should
- 27:31Speaker 1: be banned by statute too. The Congress should ban this
- 27:34Speaker 1: entirely by statute. Because it's one thing to have a
- 27:39Speaker 1: president say it. Another president can come in and reverse it.
- 27:43Speaker 1: That can't happen anymore. You got to get rid of
- 27:45Speaker 1: this all entirely. Because it's insane. You want to kill
- 27:49Speaker 1: humanity off? That's the way you do it. The government
- 27:52Speaker 1: cooks up viruses in a lab to kill people.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:56Speaker 1: How about no? I don't want a single dollar of
- 27:57Speaker 1: my money going to that garbage. We've seen the effects
- 28:00Speaker 1: of that. No mas. No mas. Yeah. So that's the
- 28:04Speaker 1: update on that subject, too. So that's so good development there.
- 28:07Speaker 1: We'll have, again, the aftermath of the Anthony Fauci hearing
- 28:10Speaker 1: for you tomorrow on the on the program. But I
- 28:13Speaker 1: do have some other Democrat led corruption to get to
- 28:17Speaker 1: in just a moment. And it involves the state of
- 28:19Speaker 1: New Jersey and non-citizen voters. Remember, we got that report
- 28:23Speaker 1: from Governor Mikey Sherrill that six thousand six hundred non-citizens
- 28:28Speaker 1: have been on the voting rolls. in New Jersey, and
- 28:33Speaker 1: then 400 of them cast ballots? You and I both
- 28:36Speaker 1: know that she is dramatically understating the corruption going on
- 28:40Speaker 1: in that state right now. We've got brand new information
- 28:43Speaker 1: on that subject and a lot more to get to
- 28:45Speaker 1: ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to thank
- 28:47Speaker 1: the fine sponsors who do make the show possible each
- 28:49Speaker 1: day and make it free. Thank you for that. Blackout Coffee.

- 31:12Speaker 2: All right.
- 31:14Speaker 1: So let's talk about this New Jersey nonsense. You ready?
- 31:19Speaker 7: So.
- 31:20Speaker 1: We found out that we had thousands of non-citizens on
- 31:22Speaker 1: the voter rolls in New Jersey. Democrats are admitting this.
- 31:26Speaker 1: They actually came out and they said, hey, we just
- 31:29Speaker 1: found something. Everybody needs to know about it. And you
- 31:32Speaker 1: probably scratched your head when you heard this because you thought,
- 31:34Speaker 1: wait a second, why are you giving up the game?
- 31:36Speaker 1: I thought you were content with this kind of fraud.
- 31:38Speaker 1: What's going on here? And the answer to that question
- 31:40Speaker 1: is interesting. And it's one that we continue to ruminate over.
- 31:44Speaker 1: It does strike me that The walls are closing in
- 31:48Speaker 1: on these Democrats and their rigged voting schemes. And some
- 31:52Speaker 1: of this may be attempting to mitigate the damage that's incoming.
- 31:59Speaker 1: To frame your understanding of the story and to pretend
- 32:02Speaker 1: like there are actual good faith efforts to clean up
- 32:04Speaker 1: the voting rolls in these states. And the most obvious
- 32:07Speaker 1: people to expose to public scrutiny here would be, oh, well,
- 32:11Speaker 1: they are non-citizens who said they were non-citizens. when they
- 32:16Speaker 1: were at the DMV getting their license. They said they
- 32:19Speaker 1: were non-citizens, yet they were registered to vote anyway. It
- 32:22Speaker 1: was an accident. It was a software problem. It was
- 32:23Speaker 1: the software company's fault. Now, the software company, by now
- 32:26Speaker 1: you know, has come out and said, that's not true.
- 32:28Speaker 1: It's not our fault. It's your fault. Democrats who run
- 32:31Speaker 1: the state of New Jersey registered these people to vote.
- 32:33Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with the software company. All
- 32:35Speaker 1: they do is ingest the data. The decision to actively
- 32:38Speaker 1: register these people as voters, Democrats did that. Democrats did that.
- 32:45Speaker 1: And so as a result of this, Harmeet Dhillon, the
- 32:47Speaker 1: great Harmeet Dhillon over at the Civil Rights Division of
- 32:50Speaker 1: the United States Department of Justice, she reached out to
- 32:53Speaker 1: the state of New Jersey. She sent a letter to
- 32:54Speaker 1: the governor. She said, hey, turn over all the data
- 32:58Speaker 1: you're referencing. I want names. I want information on all
- 33:01Speaker 1: these non-citizens who are registered to vote. We have to
- 33:04Speaker 1: take a close look at this so we can enforce
- 33:06Speaker 1: election laws and protect America's elections for, you guessed it, Americans.
- 33:12Speaker 1: That's what Harmeet Dhillon wants. No, that's what I want, too.
- 33:15Speaker 1: And I'm glad Harvey Dillon's in that job. But is
- 33:20Speaker 1: New Jersey going to send that information? No, they're not.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Here is Mikey Sherrill in the last 24 hours saying,
- 33:30Speaker 1: we're not giving up this information. These are our citizens.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Hold on a second. They're not citizens at all. Listen
- 33:36Speaker 1: to the New Jersey Democrat corrupt governor. Listen to this.
- 33:40Speaker 7: The Trump administration is seeking, I believe by today, the
- 33:43Speaker 7: list of non-citizens who are registered to vote in the
- 33:47Speaker 7: approximately 400 that did vote. To what extent will your
- 33:50Speaker 7: administration comply with the Trump administration's request in that regard?
- 33:54Speaker 8: As I have said, I am not in the habit
- 33:56Speaker 8: of turning over private identifying information of the citizens of
- 34:04Speaker 8: New Jersey. Thank you. This federal government is weaponizing the
- 34:09Speaker 8: government against individuals that disagree with them. They weaponized my
- 34:15Speaker 8: private data against me in my election. And so I
- 34:18Speaker 8: am working to protect people and their private data here
- 34:21Speaker 8: in New Jersey.
- 34:26Speaker 3: All right.
- 34:26Speaker 8: Thank you very much.
- 34:27Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Did you hear what she said there? She referred to
- 34:32Speaker 1: the non-citizens as citizens. And by the way, there's some
- 34:35Speaker 1: people in our chat going, how can an illegal alien
- 34:37Speaker 1: get a driver's license? Let's be careful about the language specifically,
- 34:41Speaker 1: because the reference here is to non-citizens. Some of these
- 34:44Speaker 1: people may be in the country under legal means. And
- 34:47Speaker 1: then if you're going to drive in the country, you
- 34:48Speaker 1: need to be licensed to drive. So if you're here
- 34:50Speaker 1: as a legal citizen, you can obtain a driver's license
- 34:53Speaker 1: so you can drive on America's roadways. It's possible that
- 34:55Speaker 1: non-citizens does mean in some, many, all legal immigrants to
- 35:01Speaker 1: the United States. Now, the reality is we just don't
- 35:03Speaker 1: know the answer to that question right now. We don't
- 35:05Speaker 1: know the answer because they refuse to hand over the
- 35:07Speaker 1: freaking data. But none of them are citizens. The governor
- 35:12Speaker 1: of the state just said, I refuse to hand over
- 35:14Speaker 1: the data of our citizens. She didn't ask for American
- 35:18Speaker 1: citizen data, not in that letter, although she is asking
- 35:20Speaker 1: for the voting rolls. She wants to make sure that
- 35:22Speaker 1: the voting rolls are clean. which if you're a citizen
- 35:26Speaker 1: of the United States, you should expect your federal government
- 35:29Speaker 1: to help make sure that that's the case. In fact,
- 35:32Speaker 1: that's federal law. But she's talking about, oh, well, you
- 35:37Speaker 1: got to protect citizens. These are not citizens. The Democrat
- 35:39Speaker 1: mindset is like this all the time. These are citizens.
- 35:43Speaker 1: They call them like Americans, even if they're not American.
- 35:45Speaker 1: They're not American. They're not citizens of the United States
- 35:47Speaker 1: of America. Turn over the damn data. What are you hiding?
- 35:54Speaker 1: So what started as her pretending like she was going
- 35:58Speaker 1: to be transparent about a scandal that was plaguing the
- 36:01Speaker 1: state of New Jersey and its election system now involves
- 36:04Speaker 1: her being very public about being involved in the cover up.
- 36:08Speaker 1: She's not giving anything back. And in fact, she posted
- 36:12Speaker 1: on social media a short time after that statement. She said,
- 36:16Speaker 1: today I informed Harmeet Dhillon, the assistant attorney general, that
- 36:20Speaker 1: New Jersey will not provide the personal information of thousands
- 36:23Speaker 1: of New Jersey residents. Now she's saying residents, not citizens.
- 36:27Speaker 1: The request had no legal basis and I will always
- 36:30Speaker 1: protect New Jerseyans, they're not New Jerseyans, personally identifiable information.
- 36:38Speaker 1: To which Harmeet Dhillon has responded, we will get them anyway.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Governor Sherrill's refusal to cooperate with federal law enforcement does
- 36:47Speaker 1: nothing to protect law-abiding New Jersey voters. New Jersey has
- 36:52Speaker 1: a legal duty to keep ineligible voters off its rolls,
- 36:56Speaker 1: and our request is grounded in that legal authority. DOJ
- 37:01Speaker 1: will get this information through all legal means. Army Dylan
- 37:07Speaker 1: on the case. Something stinks in New Jersey. Something truly
- 37:14Speaker 1: stinks in New Jersey. And in fact, I've got another
- 37:18Speaker 1: update that just hit my desk this morning. Right as
- 37:24Speaker 1: I'm starting the program today, we have a piece from
- 37:26Speaker 1: Fox News on New Jersey that says it's headlined Tip
- 37:30Speaker 1: of the Iceberg. New Jersey illegal voting scandal explodes with
- 37:35Speaker 1: more key systems. And this is just this is, again,
- 37:38Speaker 1: brand new information. As I was just about to go
- 37:40Speaker 1: live with you, I was like, well, wait a second.
- 37:42Speaker 1: This seems relevant for this audience to the top Republican
- 37:44Speaker 1: on New Jersey's Judiciary Committee says she repeatedly warned state
- 37:49Speaker 1: officials that automatic voter registration lacked adequate safeguards, but was
- 37:54Speaker 1: routinely dismissed as thousands more noncitizens have now been found
- 37:58Speaker 1: on sensitive systems. Senator Kristen Corrado of Tatawa, is that
- 38:02Speaker 1: how you say it in New Jersey? Tatawa? Told Fox
- 38:05Speaker 1: News Digital that Governor Mikey Sherrill's motor voter controversy reinforced
- 38:10Speaker 1: Republican demands for a bipartisan investigation with subpoena power, warning
- 38:15Speaker 1: the administration's review was too narrowly focused and likely failed
- 38:18Speaker 1: to capture the full scope of the problem. Quote, we
- 38:22Speaker 1: didn't just reach out to the motor vehicle commissioner, we
- 38:24Speaker 1: reached out to the Secretary of State. At the time,
- 38:27Speaker 1: Lieutenant Governor Tahitio Way, we were not satisfied with the
- 38:31Speaker 1: answers that we got from the Motor Vehicle Commission, which
- 38:33Speaker 1: I can tell you were basically, we have signs up.
- 38:35Speaker 1: They put on notice that if you're not a citizen,
- 38:37Speaker 1: you can't register to vote. So people were on the
- 38:40Speaker 1: honor system. We did not think that was acceptable or
- 38:42Speaker 1: satisfactory or enough of a safeguard, she said. Adding the
- 38:45Speaker 1: common refrain was an honor system. They have a freaking
- 38:50Speaker 1: honor system in New Jersey. Scouts honor. I'm not allowed
- 38:55Speaker 1: to register to vote. And then they just register people
- 38:59Speaker 1: anyway on the honor system? Corrado and others, including Senate
- 39:05Speaker 1: Minority Leader Anthony Bucco, are now demanding a bipartisan special
- 39:09Speaker 1: investigation with subpoena power. So it goes on here, shortly
- 39:15Speaker 1: after Corrado spoke to Fox News Digital, reports surfaced that
- 39:17Speaker 1: roughly 75,000 non-citizens have been summoned for jury duty through
- 39:26Speaker 1: state databases, according to multiple reports, broadening the controversy between
- 39:31Speaker 1: the Motor Vehicle Commission and prompting additional Republican calls for
- 39:35Speaker 1: a wider investigation. Guys, 75,000 non-citizens are being summoned for
- 39:43Speaker 1: jury duty in New Jersey? Non-citizens? This is not a
- 39:47Speaker 1: jury thing. Of your peers? This is not a jury
- 39:50Speaker 1: of your fellow citizens. These are random immigrants, legal, illegal, whatever. 75,000
- 39:58Speaker 1: people being hauled in for jury duty. What the hell
- 40:00Speaker 1: is going on in New Jersey? So as we've got,
- 40:05Speaker 1: if you're a New Jerseyan, you should be freaking outraged
- 40:08Speaker 1: about this. And you should be banging down Governor Mikey
- 40:12Speaker 1: Sherrill's door to get answers. Why the hell are non-citizens
- 40:16Speaker 1: influencing the affairs of the Garden State? Why are they
- 40:20Speaker 1: voting in our elections? And Mikey Sherrill is acting like,
- 40:24Speaker 1: if you notice the language here, it's always the same
- 40:26Speaker 1: crap with these Democrats. It's dressed up in the language of, oh,
- 40:29Speaker 1: I'm fighting for you. I'm protecting New Jerseyans. To hell
- 40:32Speaker 1: with that. You're not protecting New Jerseyans. You're telling us
- 40:35Speaker 1: you're protecting New Jerseyans while stabbing them directly in the front.
- 40:41Speaker 1: You're attacking New Jersey, the governor of the state. Part
- 40:45Speaker 1: of a long-running sequence of Democrat governors attacking the people
- 40:48Speaker 1: of New Jersey. The Constitution's above my pay grade, said
- 40:51Speaker 1: Phil Murphy, as he instituted lockdowns and destroyed the lives
- 40:55Speaker 1: of New Jerseyans. And now Mikey Sherrill is allowing non-citizens
- 40:59Speaker 1: to vote and be in jury duty to destroy the
- 41:03Speaker 1: integrity of New Jersey sovereignty. No more. No more. New
- 41:09Speaker 1: Jerseyans should demand better. The federal government should be demanding better.
- 41:12Speaker 1: American citizens should be demanding better. I'm glad Harmeet Dhillon's
- 41:15Speaker 1: breathing down your freaking neck. You deserve it. Go, Harmeet, go.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Tackle these idiots. Harmeet's saying we're going to get them anyway.
- 41:26Speaker 1: At the national level, you of course know, in order
- 41:28Speaker 1: to prevent this kind of thing from happening, we need
- 41:32Speaker 1: the Save America Act. Ladies and gentlemen, let us gavel in.
- 41:36Speaker 1: We need the Save America Act. You know, the Save
- 41:38Speaker 1: America Act would force Americans to prove that they are
- 41:42Speaker 1: Americans when they register to vote. Be compulsory. If you
- 41:46Speaker 1: want to register to vote, you have to prove you're
- 41:47Speaker 1: an American citizen. You have to bring all of your
- 41:50Speaker 1: paperwork for everything else. How about registering to vote? Heck,
- 41:54Speaker 1: when you get an ID, you're supposed to bring paperwork
- 41:57Speaker 1: to prove you are who you say you are so
- 41:58Speaker 1: you can get your state-issued ID. The least you can
- 42:01Speaker 1: do is prove you are who you say you are
- 42:03Speaker 1: when you register to freaking vote. And then when you
- 42:06Speaker 1: do vote, show your ID when you cast your ballot.
- 42:09Speaker 1: It's not a big imposition. In fact, it's the kind
- 42:12Speaker 1: of the security thing that I would expect in order
- 42:14Speaker 1: to protect the integrity of my vote. That's what the
- 42:16Speaker 1: Save America Act does. And importantly, almost never brought up
- 42:20Speaker 1: in these conversations about the Save America Act, except for
- 42:22Speaker 1: definitely on this show, is that the Save America Act
- 42:25Speaker 1: would remove non-citizens by statute from the voter rolls. It
- 42:30Speaker 1: would clean the voter rolls of non-citizens. There would be
- 42:33Speaker 1: no New Jersey problem. You wouldn't have tens of thousands
- 42:36Speaker 1: of non-citizens on the voter rolls. There would be no
- 42:39Speaker 1: ability for them to cast ballots because they wouldn't be
- 42:41Speaker 1: on the voter rolls in the first place. That's what
- 42:45Speaker 1: the Save America Act would do. So what is the
- 42:47Speaker 1: Senate doing to actually get it passed? Let me give
- 42:50Speaker 1: you an update on that. We now have 12 Republicans.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Some people say 11, others say 12, but let's look
- 42:59Speaker 1: at the list. We now have 12 Republicans who say
- 43:03Speaker 1: they're in favor of either delaying or canceling the August
- 43:08Speaker 1: recess to pass the Save America Act. And let me
- 43:12Speaker 1: show you, here's a list of the 12. This comes
- 43:16Speaker 1: to us from Nicole Silverio from The Daily Caller. She
- 43:20Speaker 1: says 11, this was 11 as of yesterday afternoon. Eric
- 43:23Speaker 1: Schmidt added himself to this list. Thank goodness, later in
- 43:26Speaker 1: the day. But here's the list. Mike Lee, this is not,
- 43:30Speaker 1: some of this you'll know because we've talked about it.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Mike Lee, Bill Hagerty, Rick Scott, Jim Banks, Katie Britt,
- 43:36Speaker 1: Tommy Tuberville, Darlene Graham, which I think is great. I'm
- 43:40Speaker 1: glad Darlene is doing this in her audition to become
- 43:43Speaker 1: the next Senator from South Carolina. This is the right
- 43:45Speaker 1: thing to do. Ashley Moody, Todd Young, John Kennedy, dog
- 43:51Speaker 1: ear the John Kennedy thing for a second. We'll get
- 43:53Speaker 1: back to that. Marsha Blackburn and Eric Schmidt. Eric Schmidt
- 43:57Speaker 1: is now on the list as well, says Nicole. later
- 44:00Speaker 1: in the afternoon. And it's true. Eric Schmidt did post
- 44:03Speaker 1: yesterday that he's in. Here's what he had to say
- 44:06Speaker 1: on that subject. Eric Schmidt said, the Save America Act
- 44:08Speaker 1: is one of the most important pieces of legislation the
- 44:10Speaker 1: Senate has debated in years. I drafted President Trump's completed
- 44:14Speaker 1: five-pillar version. We must pass it. If that means staying
- 44:18Speaker 1: here through August, I am all for it. So Eric
- 44:21Speaker 1: Schmidt is for given up the Senate vacation that they
- 44:24Speaker 1: definitely have not earned, which is good. I'm glad to
- 44:26Speaker 1: see Eric Schmidt there. I like Eric Schmidt. Happy to
- 44:28Speaker 1: see him on the list of patriots. Now, John Kennedy,
- 44:31Speaker 1: the reason I dog-eared the John Kennedy thing is because
- 44:33Speaker 1: John Kennedy hasn't explicitly said that he would object to recess.
- 44:38Speaker 1: that he would object to unanimous consent. John Kennedy has
- 44:41Speaker 1: not explicitly said that they should cancel the recess, but
- 44:44Speaker 1: he did say over the weekend, it's true, in a
- 44:47Speaker 1: Fox News appearance, that he thinks that John Thune, he
- 44:51Speaker 1: likes John Thune, but he thinks he's getting this one wrong.
- 44:54Speaker 1: Maybe we should stay here for a few extra days.
- 44:56Speaker 1: So for that reason, John Kennedy appears on the list
- 44:59Speaker 1: as a guy who suggests that they should at least
- 45:02Speaker 1: eat into vacations. to get the Save America Act passed.
- 45:06Speaker 1: So I think he's legitimately on the list for that reason,
- 45:09Speaker 1: insofar as we're tracking people who are readied up and
- 45:12Speaker 1: the vacation for the Senate. So there you go. So
- 45:15Speaker 1: you've got 12 of these guys so far. We've got
- 45:17Speaker 1: 53 Republican senators. There's no reason it should just be 12.
- 45:20Speaker 1: There should be a lot more on this list. But
- 45:22Speaker 1: so far, we have 12. I told you I'd keep
- 45:24Speaker 1: track of them. We're keeping track of them. We're watching
- 45:26Speaker 1: them like a hawk. We're watching them like a hawk.
- 45:30Speaker 1: you know, who's complaining about this is John Cornyn. John
- 45:33Speaker 1: Cornyn's very upset that his vacation may be upended by
- 45:38Speaker 1: the Save America Act. Election integrity. Who cares about that?
- 45:41Speaker 1: I already got fired. I don't care about that. Here's
- 45:44Speaker 1: John Cornyn whining. Cut six.
- 45:46Speaker 9: Watch.
- 45:46Speaker 2: I don't understand the rationale. I think it's basically we're
- 45:50Speaker 2: overpromising and we're not going to be able to deliver
- 45:53Speaker 2: on that promise because we don't have the votes to
- 45:56Speaker 2: pass it no matter how long we stay and we're
- 45:58Speaker 2: not going to We're not going to change the filibuster.
- 46:02Speaker 2: But somehow the president's convinced that if he presses hard
- 46:07Speaker 2: enough that we will.
- 46:09Speaker 10: Come around.
- 46:11Speaker 2: But I just don't think that's likely to happen.
- 46:12Speaker 1: Is he putting Thune in an impossible position here?
- 46:17Speaker 2: Well, I wouldn't say impossible. They'll figure it out. But
- 46:20Speaker 2: it's a very difficult position.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Such a whiner. Such a whiner. All we're asking for
- 46:27Speaker 1: is some testicular fortitude. All we're asking for you to
- 46:30Speaker 1: do is fight for something. All we're asking for you
- 46:32Speaker 1: to do is wage a mighty fight for the basics.
- 46:37Speaker 1: You know, if John Thune really wanted this thing to
- 46:41Speaker 1: pass or any element of it to pass, he'd be
- 46:44Speaker 1: presenting a new piece of legislation every day with the
- 46:46Speaker 1: individual components of the Save America Act. And he goes, okay,
- 46:49Speaker 1: let's try this one now. Let's try this one now.
- 46:51Speaker 1: He would be trying everything. Have you noticed he's not?
- 46:54Speaker 1: They haven't even put forward a bill for just voter ID.
- 46:57Speaker 1: Now that, of course, is not enough voter ID, but
- 46:59Speaker 1: let's just pretend that they did put a bill forward
- 47:01Speaker 1: like that. Just put the legislation forward. Now, my guess
- 47:05Speaker 1: is if I had John Thune sitting here and I
- 47:06Speaker 1: said that, he'd be like, oh, no, no, Vince, we
- 47:08Speaker 1: did ask for that and the Democrats stopped it. No,
- 47:10Speaker 1: you asked for unanimous consent and the Democrats stopped it.
- 47:14Speaker 1: You didn't put a single piece of legislation, a single
- 47:17Speaker 1: issue bill down in front of the Senate and say, hey,
- 47:19Speaker 1: let's vote on this thing. Let's go. Let's do it.
- 47:22Speaker 3: Go ahead.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Let the Democrats try and stop it. Let them convince
- 47:24Speaker 1: the American people in public that they hate photo ID,
- 47:28Speaker 1: as the American people support it wildly. That's a 90-10 issue.
- 47:33Speaker 1: If you really cared about this issue, you'd be fighting
- 47:36Speaker 1: like hell to achieve every piece of it. I'm not
- 47:39Speaker 1: seeing any evidence for that. None at all. It's like,
- 47:45Speaker 1: you know, if you've ever had an employee or somebody
- 47:48Speaker 1: in a subordinate position to you as a part of
- 47:50Speaker 1: an organization, whether it's in a job or a civic organization,
- 47:54Speaker 1: You have somebody or a child for that matter, just
- 47:56Speaker 1: somebody who you expect to do something and you ask
- 47:58Speaker 1: them to do it. And then you hear nothing about it.
- 48:02Speaker 1: You hear nothing for months on end, no updates whatsoever.
- 48:07Speaker 1: What are you to assume about what's going on? You
- 48:11Speaker 1: have to assume if you're leading an organization that nothing's happening.
- 48:15Speaker 1: then nothing's getting done. You've received no reports whatsoever. They
- 48:19Speaker 1: never got back to you. Hey, there's some challenges here.
- 48:22Speaker 1: Here's who we're working. Here are the points of resistance.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Here's why it's taking so long. They've given you nothing.
- 48:28Speaker 1: So what do you assume? Nothing's happening. And as the
- 48:31Speaker 1: leaders of our country, that is the American people, as
- 48:34Speaker 1: the people who truly make the decision about who represents
- 48:37Speaker 1: us in Congress, if you're not getting status updates from
- 48:40Speaker 1: John Thune, you can safely assume, just like in every
- 48:43Speaker 1: other human interaction, he's doing nothing. He's not giving you
- 48:47Speaker 1: real updates insofar as he updates you at all. It's
- 48:50Speaker 1: just like, well, yeah, it ain't going to work. What
- 48:53Speaker 1: do you mean it ain't going to work? What have
- 48:54Speaker 1: you done to actually achieve this? What have you done? Now,
- 49:01Speaker 1: John Cornyn, who I just mentioned, who's whining about his
- 49:03Speaker 1: vacation being upended, he's a problem for a number of reasons.
- 49:07Speaker 1: He's also apparently standing in the way of Todd Blanch
- 49:10Speaker 1: becoming the full-time attorney general right now. And this apparently
- 49:13Speaker 1: has something to do with the IRS settlement. Remember, the
- 49:17Speaker 1: IRS stole and disseminated President Trump's tax documents. And so
- 49:21Speaker 1: Trump sued them. President Trump sued them, rightfully so. And
- 49:25Speaker 1: ever since then, establishment Washington's been pissed off that President
- 49:28Speaker 1: Trump sued them. So John Cornyn and Thumbelina have been
- 49:32Speaker 1: trying to get the president of the United States and
- 49:34Speaker 1: the Justice Department to swear off making the president or
- 49:38Speaker 1: the American people whole for that crime, which is crazy
- 49:41Speaker 1: to me.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Like, what?
- 49:42Speaker 1: Whose side are you on, Cornyn? Of course, Cornyn did
- 49:46Speaker 1: just get fired by the people of Texas, and for
- 49:48Speaker 1: good reason. But here's the update from The Hill. Headline,
- 49:54Speaker 1: Cornyn says there's no deal on Blanche attorney general nomination.
- 49:58Speaker 1: They know what they have to do. John Cornyn of Texas,
- 50:01Speaker 1: said Tuesday there's still not a deal with the Trump
- 50:04Speaker 1: administration that would pave the way for him to vote
- 50:05Speaker 1: for Todd Blanch's nomination to serve as attorney general, which
- 50:08Speaker 1: could result in Blanch getting stuck in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Quote,
- 50:13Speaker 1: fake news alert, there's no deal on Blanch's nomination. They
- 50:16Speaker 1: know what they have to do, Cornyn said on social media.
- 50:21Speaker 1: The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on Blanch's nomination Thursday,
- 50:24Speaker 1: that's tomorrow. Cornyn, a senior member of the Judiciary Committee,
- 50:27Speaker 1: and Thom Tillis, a fellow Republican on the panel, have
- 50:30Speaker 1: pushed the Department of Justice to renegotiate a settlement with
- 50:33Speaker 1: President Trump to make it explicitly clear that the federal
- 50:36Speaker 1: government will not establish a $ 1. 8 billion anti-weaponization fund to
- 50:40Speaker 1: compensate people who say they were unfairly prosecuted during the
- 50:43Speaker 1: Biden administration. Promise you won't help Americans is what they're demanding,
- 50:48Speaker 1: these jackasses. Blanche, the acting attorney general, has repeatedly told
- 50:52Speaker 1: senators that the proposed legal compensation fund, which was included
- 50:56Speaker 1: as a part of a settlement with Trump to settle
- 50:59Speaker 1: Trump's $ 10 billion lawsuit against the IRS, is dead and
- 51:02Speaker 1: won't be coming back. So Blanche already said it's dead.
- 51:04Speaker 1: But his word ain't good enough, apparently. Cornyn has pointed
- 51:07Speaker 1: out that Blanche has acknowledged the proposed fund remains on
- 51:10Speaker 1: paper as a part of the settlement with Trump. Cornyn
- 51:13Speaker 1: and Tillis are calling on Trump and the Department of
- 51:15Speaker 1: Justice to change the terms of the settlement so that
- 51:18Speaker 1: the $ 1. 8 billion fund cannot be resurrected at some time
- 51:23Speaker 1: in the future. Pound freaking sand. These guys, there's a
- 51:29Speaker 1: reason they're getting thrown out of the Senate. There's a reason.
- 51:35Speaker 1: Tom is leaving. John Cornyn just got fired. And rightfully so.
- 51:42Speaker 1: What a What a stupid, stupid thing to hold Todd
- 51:46Speaker 1: Blanche up on. Todd Blanche has more than proven he
- 51:48Speaker 1: deserves the job of Attorney General of the United States.
- 51:52Speaker 1: Guy's going after bad guys. He's going after, he's cracking
- 51:56Speaker 1: down left and right. They're going after fraudsters. They're going
- 51:59Speaker 1: after election criminals. They're going after everybody who deserves it.
- 52:04Speaker 1: And meanwhile, you're trying to stymie him from doing that job?
- 52:08Speaker 1: It's so disgusting. Because why? You're upset? that American citizens
- 52:14Speaker 1: who've been hurt by their own government may have been
- 52:16Speaker 1: made whole. It's just totally dastardly, but that's the state
- 52:21Speaker 1: of play. You want to know what's really going on
- 52:22Speaker 1: in Washington? That's going on right now. That's going on.
- 52:24Speaker 1: Todd Blanchard should be the attorney general already full time.
- 52:27Speaker 1: He is the acting attorney general. He should be fully
- 52:29Speaker 1: Senate confirmed, and these guys should get the hell out.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Of the way.
- 52:33Speaker 1: If you're going to finish out your Senate career, at
- 52:37Speaker 1: least do one good thing for the American people while
- 52:39Speaker 1: you're there. Yesterday, speaking of senators, there was a Washington
- 52:45Speaker 1: sendoff for Lindsey Graham. And I want to dwell on
- 52:48Speaker 1: this for a moment because President Trump, he lost a friend, candidly.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham, as much as he could drive people crazy,
- 52:56Speaker 1: President Trump even acknowledged some of this yesterday as he
- 52:58Speaker 1: eulogized him. President Trump lost a friend. He really liked
- 53:01Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham. And he gave a great eulogy at the
- 53:03Speaker 1: National Cathedral yesterday. I want to share some of this
- 53:05Speaker 1: with you. Here's the president of the United States finally
- 53:08Speaker 1: remembering now the late Lindsey Graham. Cut seven.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Watch.
- 53:12Speaker 9: Thank you very much, Vice President Vance, members of the Cabinet,
- 53:19Speaker 9: members of the House and Senate, distinguished guests, Darlene, and
- 53:25Speaker 9: the entire Graham family. We love you all. Today, we
- 53:31Speaker 9: gather in the deepest gratitude and profoundest sorrow to honor
- 53:38Speaker 9: a beloved friend, a devoted brother, a respected statesman, a
- 53:44Speaker 9: giant of the United States Senate, and a true American
- 53:49Speaker 9: original who left us much too soon. And that can
- 53:56Speaker 9: only be the one and only Lindsey Graham. By the
- 54:01Speaker 9: strength of his steadfast convictions, the force of his magnetic personality,
- 54:07Speaker 9: and the goodness of his noble soul, Lindsey rose from
- 54:10Speaker 9: a small town in rural South Carolina, a place he
- 54:15Speaker 9: loved so much, to become a constant fixture of American
- 54:19Speaker 9: politics at the highest level and a force to be
- 54:23Speaker 9: reckoned with all over the world. For more than 30 years,
- 54:27Speaker 9: nothing of consequence happened in this Capitol without Lindsey Graham
- 54:32Speaker 9: knowing about it. Nothing of significance happened anywhere in the
- 54:37Speaker 9: world without Lindsey Graham having a view on it. And
- 54:42Speaker 9: no bill became law in the most exceptional republic in
- 54:45Speaker 9: human history without Lindsey Graham having a say in it.
- 54:51Speaker 9: He was a man who gave America the full measure
- 54:54Speaker 9: of his good and mighty heart until that heart itself
- 54:59Speaker 9: just gave out. But even though Lindsey's life was cut
- 55:05Speaker 9: short while he was still so full of vim and vigor,
- 55:10Speaker 9: There can be no doubt that he lived absolutely to
- 55:14Speaker 9: the fullest. He died doing the work he was born
- 55:17Speaker 9: to do. He was truly a great politician, serving the
- 55:21Speaker 9: country he loved to serve so deeply. He went out
- 55:27Speaker 9: at the peak of his career and the top of
- 55:30Speaker 9: his game as a legend that every one of us,
- 55:34Speaker 9: many of us here today are blessed to know him
- 55:37Speaker 9: and a friend that none of us will ever forget,
- 55:42Speaker 9: there was truly nobody like Lindsey Graham.
- 55:46Speaker 1: A sweet, sweet send-off. He's a good friend. It's funny
- 55:51Speaker 1: how far they've come. Amazing, actually. In fact, I'll get
- 55:55Speaker 1: to that in a moment, but there was a, you know,
- 55:57Speaker 1: you heard as he's describing Lindsey Graham, he's like, he
- 55:59Speaker 1: was involved in everything. Nothing happened in Washington that Lindsey
- 56:03Speaker 1: Graham wasn't involved in. I was like, That's interesting. He's
- 56:05Speaker 1: kind of a nice way of saying he was very meddlesome.
- 56:08Speaker 1: The guy was a meddlesome figure. He also said that
- 56:12Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham was a war hawk, which is a funny
- 56:14Speaker 1: thing to say in a eulogy. President Trump, I was laughing. Candidly,
- 56:17Speaker 1: I was laughing at the way President Trump was describing
- 56:20Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham a bit yesterday during this eulogy. He said
- 56:23Speaker 1: he's hawkish. He's very hawkish. But he did it because
- 56:25Speaker 1: he loves the country.
- 56:27Speaker 3: Watch.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Cut eight.
- 56:30Speaker 9: Well, he was always quick to laugh, and no one
- 56:32Speaker 9: ever doubted the gravity of his mission. Above all, Lindsey
- 56:36Speaker 9: Graham believed in a strong America. He wanted a strong America.
- 56:41Speaker 9: He had unwavering faith in the righteousness of American power
- 56:47Speaker 9: and prayer. And he was extremely hawkish. I will tell you,
- 56:51Speaker 9: he never saw war that he didn't like. Only his
- 56:54Speaker 9: true friends would understand that. But he wanted it for
- 56:57Speaker 9: the good of our country. He felt in his bones
- 57:00Speaker 9: that our destiny is to win and that his job
- 57:03Speaker 9: was to do everything he could to ensure our enemies
- 57:06Speaker 9: would lose.
- 57:07Speaker 1: He never saw a war that he didn't like. It's
- 57:10Speaker 1: a wild thing to say in a man's eulogy. But
- 57:13Speaker 1: that's the president of the United States. And he said,
- 57:15Speaker 1: but he wanted it for the good of the country. Okay.
- 57:19Speaker 1: How about that? And then, of course, there was that
- 57:22Speaker 1: infamous moment between President Trump and Lindsey Graham when they
- 57:25Speaker 1: were fighting on the campaign trail back in 2016, and
- 57:28Speaker 1: then President Trump gave out his cell phone number. He
- 57:30Speaker 1: told that story yesterday, and then he gave out the
- 57:33Speaker 1: same number again. Watch this.
- 57:36Speaker 9: As you remember, Lindsey and I did not exactly get
- 57:39Speaker 9: off to the best of starts, running against each other.
- 57:44Speaker 9: Back in 2016, Lindsey said something... rather nasty on his
- 57:50Speaker 9: flight to becoming the next President of the United States. So, naturally,
- 57:55Speaker 9: I did something that I shouldn't have done. I shared
- 57:58Speaker 9: his personal cell phone number with the millions of people
- 58:02Speaker 9: that happened to be watching that particular day as I
- 58:04Speaker 9: made a speech, a very important speech. And I remember
- 58:08Speaker 9: the number, 202-228-0292, if anybody wants to give it a shot.
- 58:14Speaker 9: His phone exploded. He said, I had that number for
- 58:17Speaker 9: 20 years. His phone totally, I don't know what he
- 58:20Speaker 9: did with it, but it exploded. That was the beginning
- 58:24Speaker 9: of a friendship in a way. But it was Lindsay
- 58:27Speaker 9: who had the last laugh because while I blew up
- 58:29Speaker 9: his phone for one day, we became great friends and
- 58:35Speaker 9: Lindsay did not stop calling me for the next 10 years.
- 58:38Speaker 9: It was not easy. I always cherish the memories of
- 58:43Speaker 9: our golf games and only because of His really, I
- 58:49Speaker 9: will say, this memorial service, it's so hard to say,
- 58:51Speaker 9: a memorial service for Lindsey, it's hard to say. But
- 58:55Speaker 9: I'll admit that one time Lindsey Graham and Annika Sorensen
- 58:59Speaker 9: actually beat me and Gary Player together. Can you believe that?
- 59:04Speaker 9: Annika played very well that day, actually.
- 59:07Speaker 1: LAUGHTER that's uh that's great by the way every funeral
- 59:13Speaker 1: should include that i mean that's what you need just
- 59:16Speaker 1: somebody to tell you the truth and talk about the
- 59:18Speaker 1: finer moments and the funny moments and just lighten the
- 59:21Speaker 1: mood and just celebrate you know President Trump did with that.
- 59:23Speaker 1: That's hilarious. I blew up his phone for one day.
- 59:27Speaker 1: He blew up my phone for 10 years is a
- 59:29Speaker 1: hilarious line. That's some good writing. Lastly, as the president
- 59:34Speaker 1: descended the steps there in the church and walked past
- 59:38Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham's coffin, well, I don't know how else to
- 59:43Speaker 1: describe this. He gave it a bro tap. He just
- 59:46Speaker 1: walked by and tapped the coffin. A send-off. A final
- 59:51Speaker 1: touch from the president to Lindsey Graham. Watch. Pats the coffin.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: It was. The guys were definitely friends. And that was
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: a nice gesture as the president of the United States
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: eulogizes his friend and sends him off yesterday in Washington
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: in front of a, well, you know, a crowd full
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: of people from literally all across the planet to say
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: goodbye to Lindsey Graham. All right, I've got a lot
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: more to get to on the big national radio show today.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: As I conclude the program right now, though, I should
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: tell you that the breaking news is coming through. Some
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: of you have already seen it on the chat that Lindsey,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: excuse me, forget Lindsey Graham, that Anthony Fauci, Anthony Fauci
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: has pled the fifth already at the hearing. He's invoked
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: the fifth amendment as the hearing has started live this morning.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: in the United States Senate. I assume, just based on
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: that headline, he's going to spend the entire hearing claiming
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: some Fifth Amendment protections here. Remember, he did receive that
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: pardon from the auto pen, and now he's supposed to
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: be answering questions, and he's refusing to. Pleading the Fifth Amendment,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: I guarantee Rand Paul, not surprised, but pissed off about this.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: As he's trying to seek answers from Anthony Fauci on
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: this life-upending COVID operation and shutdowns, just absolutely psychotic that
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: we lived through all of it. Consequences have to ensue.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: And Rand Paul, Godspeed, man. Stay on this, brother, because
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: he deserves it. big time. Anthony Fauci, breaking news this morning,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: pleading the fifth. All of the aftermath of this, everything
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: that happens today, we'll cover it on the Big National
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Radio Show and coming up tomorrow on this fine podcast.
