• 0:01
Speaker 1: Hello there and welcome back to Empower your Soul.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: Spirit is hounding me to just come here and click record, and so that's exactly what I'm going to do right now is just hit record and I want to talk about a new program I have coming out and I have to be honest with you, I'm a little apprehensive about sharing this, but, true to form, um, I was testing putting some of this stuff out on my community and one of them went public accidentally and my lovely mentee commented on it, said how helpful it was, and then then printed the sheet and put it up at her office.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: So Spirit is 100% telling me I am ready.
• 0:52
Speaker 1: I'm hearing messages from people that need the same type of program that I needed, which is why I created this, and so that's kind of the basis of this new program that's coming out.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: But let me rewind, because I don't.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: This is not a sales pitch and this is never intended.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: This podcast is never intended to be a sales pitch.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: This is meant to be educational and helpful and insightful and, hopefully, some tools and perspective that helps you get on your best path too, because I think this is such an interesting perspective, this spiritual journey, because, I've said it a million times.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: This is about the journey of going inward.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: This is not necessarily the journey of being of service and helping other people.
• 1:37
Speaker 1: You have to fix your own problems.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: You never want to go to a healer or a channeler that has not done their own internal work.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: And they come from biases, right, they come from perspectives that do not represent the highest and best version of them, and so you sure as hell know they're not going to give you the highest and best version of you in these readings too.
• 1:58
Speaker 1: But this journey into the spiritual work, this metaphysical work, it's like a roller coaster and it often feels like one step forward and two steps back, and I know I have never felt that to be more true than in the current state of the energy of the world, of everything that's going on right now.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: And I don't know a metaphysical practitioner that has not been touched by some sort of energetic wonkiness, a lack of clients at this point, and just feeling completely ungrounded and unstable in our foundation as practitioners, whether you have clients or whether you're just practicing.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: This whole energy mindset is just really wonky right now, just really wonky right now.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: And so, as I was going through this over the course of the last few months can I be 100% honest with you, having less clients, less one on one clients.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: I do have a lot more mentees and I opened a community and that's been oh my God, I love it so much.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: I think this is where I'm in my highest and best.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Alignment is helping and coaching and guiding other people, not just talking to the dead, for people Got to be honest with you and so having that space to have less one-on-one clients for me has created the space to really just self-reflect on myself in this energy and do a ton of inner healing work, a ton of ancestral lineage healing.
• 3:27
Speaker 1: You know, you heard me say like opening up to this galactic sense, and it's so interesting because I'm going to go down a rabbit hole just for a moment.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: That's not what this program is about.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: But when you create that space, as I've talked about before, when you create that space and you remove behaviors, patterns, people, circumstances in your life that are no longer aligned to you, you create space for more right.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: You create space for inviting more fun, more play, more if you're like me and you're ever learning more tools, more classes in, and I have to tell you it felt really uncomfortable for a few months and now it feels really good and now, having that space which at first felt like a loss of control, felt scared, I felt scarcity, I felt like I was concerned about me, about my friends, concerned, um, about me, about my friends, and that all comes from the ego space of wanting control and wanting, wanting things to be predictable and wanting things to be the way that they were.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: And we can't go back to the way things are.
• 4:35
Speaker 1: We can, like it's very clear.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: We can't, we cannot, because the earth will never ascend If we continue to be on the same path that we've always been on and things have to change, things have to be removed.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: We continue to be on the same path that we've always been on.
• 4:45
Speaker 1: Things have to change, things have to be removed.
• 4:47
Speaker 1: We have to be in alignment, we have to grow, and so that one step back or actually it feels like two steps back, one step forward, is actually part of this program that I wanted to talk about with you and so like, if you don't want to do the program, I don't care.
• 5:06
  Speaker 1: I mean, I do care.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: I hope everyone does it, but I you need to identify what's in alignment with you.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: But I think this podcast episode is going to be helpful unto itself, even if you don't want to do anything extra, because what I found ding is that when we are in that mode where I was several months ago, where there's scarcity, there's this feeling of lack, my ego comes in, my anxiety comes like a giant flood, a tsunami, into my nervous system.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: What happens is that I literally can't get out of my own head, I can't think about things straight, I can't make good decisions, because every decision I make comes from my ego.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: I am completely and utterly ungrounded in my own energy, which is helpful to no one Not me, not my family, not my clients, no one.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: And so I had been challenged by spirit to find my way back to routines that help me feel grounded and balanced in my day-to-day, even though, with the current state of the world, there's a lot that I couldn't control, and I was trying to control everything that I possibly could.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: And so, for me, when I'm ungrounded, I tend to end up in my mind space.
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: I overthink things.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: I will go through and I'll try.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: I'll look at what I'm going to be honest with you.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: I'm going end up in my mind space.
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: I overthink things.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: I will go through and I'll try.
• 6:30
Speaker 1: I'll look at what.
• 6:30
Speaker 1: I'm going to be honest with you.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: I'm going to look at what everybody else is doing on social media.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: What does chat GPT tell me to do and post about?
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Right, like, essentially, I'm looking for all of the answers outside of myself because I've literally shut off my intuition.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: I am only in my mind space and I'm looking for some quick fix, a band-aid, tuition.
• 6:46
Speaker 1: I am only in my mind space and I'm looking for some quick fix, a bandaid, so that I can feel more grounded and in control in my life.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: And it's so interesting because the more that I do that, the less control I have, the less alignment I am, the less that I'm going to reap the rewards of the effort that I'm wasting.
• 6:56
Speaker 1: Because I'm not acting in a space of highest vibration, alignment, love.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: I'm acting in a space of ego, of desperation, of scarcity, ding, and so spirit was like holy shit, timeout.
• 7:13
  Speaker 1: Stop.
• 7:15
Speaker 1: Are you getting the hermit cards in your tarot deck right now?
• 7:18
Speaker 1: Stop, Because what you're doing is you're trying to put a bandaid on a problem that's the size of a mountain and you can't do that.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: It's not going to work, you're going to fail and then you're going to reinforce this idea of you failing and not achieving over and over and over again.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: And so when I asked, spirit, how do I get back into alignment?
• 7:41
Speaker 1: What do you mean?
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Rebuild my foundation, start again, they pointed to my shamanism work.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: So another lovely tool that is coming out of my immensely overpriced shamanism training, and that tool is the medicine wheel.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: And what the medicine wheel is, it's all semantics.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: Okay, so I think you've heard about this before, even if you haven't heard about the medicine wheel, because the medicine wheel talks about things going in cycles based on the direction.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: So the medicine wheel is essentially the four directions north, east, south and west.
• 8:16
Speaker 1: Right, and it is all about the cyclical nature of everything that happens.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: It's about aligning to mother nature, right, like you have the North, and that's, um, all about.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: I believe it's like spirit and and soul, and connection and the divine and and winter, right, and it's just so, so cool, right, um, you have.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: I really should have hang on.
• 8:40
Speaker 1: I'm going to get my notes out.
• 8:41
Speaker 1: I need to memorize this.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: Obviously, I look up everything.
• 8:44
Speaker 1: My brain is at full saturation point at this point.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: This point, um, those of you that know, you know, you know, so we have all of those different directions that I will bring up once I find it on my giant.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: By the way, um, while I'm looking for that, I'm going to I'm going to do a little bit of sidebar.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: I hope you don't mind me doing that, but I have had notebooks everywhere, like literally everywhere under the sun, everywhere, and it's in.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: Trying to find notes through all of these notebooks has been literally impossible.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: And I have to go back, I'm trying to find more things and I'm like, where was that note, where?
• 9:25
  Speaker 1: How do I?
• 9:26
Speaker 1: Let me, let me consolidate that, let me put that on my computer and my one notes.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: It was a fiasco.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: So I ended up getting, um, an iPad, expensing it, of course, and I ended up getting an Apple pencil with it and I got a screen protector that makes it feel like paper.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: Those of you that know you know.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: And then I got the good notes app and now that is like a one stop shop for all of my notes.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: You see me with my white Apple pencil maybe all the time and in classes as I'm doing readings and stuff like that, I'm literally taking notes right on my iPad and it's in my own handwriting and then it's searchable after the fact it is my favorite thing in the world.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: 10 out of 10 recommend it.
• 10:07
Speaker 1: If you were somebody with a million notebooks around, like me, because now it's searchable and now it's easy and navigatable, and if you're a Mac person, it links to everything, so it's awesome.
• 10:16
Speaker 1: So I started with the North, with the soul and winter, right.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: And then as you kind of go through the different medicine wheel, if you go to the east, that's your mind, right, that is all about the air.
• 10:28
Speaker 1: It's all about spring and sunrise.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: It's all because, if you think about the rising of the sun in the east, that's new beginnings, that's your conscious mind.
• 10:37
Speaker 1: That's beliefs, right, it's the stories we tell ourselves.
• 10:39
Speaker 1: And as we move across the sky, let's go into the heart or the south, that's all about summer, right, that's all about the fire, energy.
• 10:49
Speaker 1: That's about, like adolescence, it's about your emotional center, your love, your trust or connection.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: And then, as we move into the west, that's all about autumn.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: It's all about your body, it's about sunset, physical self, memory, healing, all these different modalities.
• 11:06
Speaker 1: And so you might start noticing this theme that it sounds like heart, mind, body, soul, which I know there is about a million and a half heart, mind, body, soul, or heart, mind, body or heart, body, soul.
• 11:20
Speaker 1: Instagram handles out there, right, there's so many accounts all about this, but there needs to be a framework around it, because a lot of people can say heart, body, soul.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: And I know I'm clearly out of balance when we're looking at this medicine wheel because I'm in my mind all the time.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: Right, I am in what is that East all the time.
• 11:41
Speaker 1: Call it what you will, call it semantics, right, it doesn't matter.
• 11:45
Speaker 1: The medicine wheel just puts words to the thought of the modality.
• 11:49
Speaker 1: So if you don't like the idea of the East or the or the medicine wheel, it's totally fine.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: You can keep it just in this, in the context of the mind, heart, body, soul.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: If you want to bring it into more of the earthly indigenous planes, that's when the medicine wheel comes in, right, and I think that's the beauty about all this work, and I think it's a perfect reflection of the point I always make is that it's all the same stuff.
• 12:12
Speaker 1: It's different modalities, different connections, it's different semantics, but either way, you're all connecting to the same information, and that is absolutely true in this exercise.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: So, essentially, what spirit told me I needed to do was balance this stuff on a daily basis.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: I can't just walk into my day, wake up, get my coffee, sit down and start doing work, because I'm not starting from a grounded foundation, I'm not starting with this balance of my heart, mind, body, soul.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: I'm jumping right into my mind and creating this like one-legged chair that I'm just going to push through everything and get everything done and I think it works for a long time, until it doesn't work, until it's really broken our vessels of our, our energetic being, so that we can start bringing more balance and thinking clearly and making good decisions.
• 13:20
Speaker 1: Because, if I just want you to think about it, right, when do you have your best days?
• 13:25
Speaker 1: When do you have your most focused, amazing, wonderful, clear days, where you know you get into flow, state where you're happy, where you're joyous, right, because I guarantee you, those are days where you've balanced your heart, mind, body and soul.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: Maybe you woke up and took a hike that was me yesterday.
• 13:41
Speaker 1: Maybe you sat down and pulled some tarot cards.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: Maybe you sat there just listening to the birds in the morning.
• 13:49
Speaker 1: Maybe you started your day with a nice chat with your significant other or your kids, right, maybe, maybe those best days are those days where you have connections where you are reflecting or journaling or meditating to start the day.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: Maybe it's those days where you get up and you move your body.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: You do yoga, you go for hikes, you um, you know, do things that honor your body, stretch, go to CrossFit if you're a CrossFitter, right, and and and don't you feel so good when you feed your mind?
• 14:27
Speaker 1: And when I say mind, I think this is to me, this is my trigger right, because my mind comes from the divine, masculine right and I'm constantly making decisions, moving things, pushing forward with things, using my mind.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: But that's not what I should be doing with my mind.
• 14:44
Speaker 1: My mind should be a space of learning, of enjoyment, of growth, not just of doing and executing.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: Right, it's all about the ideas, the beliefs, and so, as you think about these four different areas, when they're in balance, you're in balance, and so I essentially took this radical, deep dive.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: Half of the books that's on the shelf behind me are all about, like the medicine wheel and shamanism.
• 15:12
Speaker 1: Just because I'm like I need to learn everything.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: Welcome to my believe that's the one or the three line in learn everything.
• 15:16
Speaker 1: Welcome to my I believe that's the one or the three line in human design.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: Welcome to my one or three line in human design, because I go deep on things.
• 15:24
Speaker 1: So I researched what does it mean to be in alignment or out of alignment with your heart, mind, body and soul?
• 15:31
Speaker 1: What does it look like when maybe two are on and two are off?
• 15:33
Speaker 1: So I essentially created this program.
• 15:36
Speaker 1: And then what I started realizing because spirit works in amazing ways is that when I had the, when this idea popped into my head, and it literally popped into my head, so I know it wasn't mine, I know I would not be creating this program.
• 15:48
Speaker 1: Of spirit Didn't pop this in my mind because, lord knows, I don't, I do not like feelings, I don't want to talk about it.
• 15:54
  Speaker 1: Okay, I don't, I don't, I don't Um.
• 15:59
Speaker 1: So, so as we're talking about, um, this program, and as we're talking about this idea, hang on.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: Okay, about this program, what the fuck was I talking about?
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: I got distracted, I'm sorry.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: What the fuck was I talking about?
• 16:21
  Speaker 1: I got distracted, I'm sorry.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: Um, oh, spirit would give me ideas.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: So not only did first I take a look at this deep dive down the medicine wheel and I was doing everything bait on the basis of the medicine wheel alone, and then spirit started dropping these nuggets of nervous system in there for me, and that's probably like thankful for my amazing semantics class that I took with Aaron, who was on the podcast previously.
• 16:40
Speaker 1: But there's just something about this nervous system reset that comes when you balance your heart, mind, body and soul.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: You balance your nervous system.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: It's a one-for-one connection, so you need to learn the tools.
• 16:58
Speaker 1: So the nervous system is so complicated, right, and that's part of this program, too, is talking about.
• 17:02
Speaker 1: Let's talk about your nervous system.
• 17:04
Speaker 1: Let's talk about where your body actually physically does that keeps you unbalanced, because the way our nervous system responds today is a result of the things that we needed to survive when we were cavemen, right, and so our nervous system is very dysfunctional and outdated for the challenges that we face today.
• 17:30
Speaker 1: Because, oh Lord, do you get an email from your boss and just immediately have a panic attack, right, like this is what I'm talking about.
• 17:37
Speaker 1: This is your nervous system overreacting, thinking that an incoming email is the saber-toothed tiger coming to get you right.
• 17:44
Speaker 1: And so it's learning how to balance your heart, mind, body, soul to help you balance your nervous system, because the nervous system can be so complicated and there are so many professionals out there who will talk about nervous system regulation.
• 18:00
  Speaker 1: It'll tell you.
• 18:00
Speaker 1: You know, the semantics course I took was amazing.
• 18:02
Speaker 1: But there's just this everyone wants to talk about how do you take triggers from your nervous system and solve those triggers.
• 18:13
Speaker 1: But I'm saying, if you come from a foundation of a balanced nervous system to begin with, you are much less likely to be triggered at all.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: And so that was my hypothesis with this program Is, if I create a good foundation, am I going to get less anxiety and triggered throughout the day?
• 18:33
Speaker 1: And you know what your answer was you bet your ass.
• 18:35
Speaker 1: You bet your ass.
• 18:43
Speaker 1: It has been life changing Having these structures in place.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: For me, having this foundation in place today, because to me this is a daily activity.
• 18:47
Speaker 1: So I take every single day and I say what can I do for my heart, my body, my mind and my soul?
• 18:51
Speaker 1: And I tried to do in the morning those of us with kids it's hard in the morning I'm trying to shuttle them off, get to camp, like trying to get a workout and trying to shower, trying to look okay.
• 19:02
Speaker 1: I'm going to say look okay.
• 19:04
Speaker 1: I'm an asshole to myself, to everybody, everybody is.
• 19:07
Speaker 1: And so I try to incorporate this where I can throughout the day, so I will.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: I I've started to just like here's my foundation, this is what I want to achieve today.
• 19:21
Speaker 1: I tap in with spirit what are we doing today?
• 19:22
Speaker 1: And then throughout the day, I'll toss in where I can heart, mind, body, soul stuff and creating that foundation has allowed me again to be less anxious throughout the day.
• 19:30
Speaker 1: It allows me to know when I'm starting to go off balance.
• 19:33
Speaker 1: Um, um, I'm starting to learn which tools I'm starting to go off balance.
• 19:39
Speaker 1: I'm starting to learn which tools help me significantly versus which tools are not necessarily the best alignment for me.
• 19:42
Speaker 1: So I mean, I want to give an example that everybody talks about meditation.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: So to me, meditation is a tool of the soul, right, it is a tool from the south of the medicine wheel, and meditation can definitely be beneficial for those of you that are built for meditation.
• 19:56
Speaker 1: It is a skill that is difficult to learn and if you have, like an ADHD mind like me I'm not officially diagnosed but if you have that kind of a busy, busy mind, meditation is going to do nothing for me.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: Right, I need to practice it more.
• 20:13
Speaker 1: Maybe it will if I practice, but instead I'm much more in line with pulling some tarot cards for the day.
• 20:21
Speaker 1: Let me channel some messages for the day.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: Right, like what are some other examples?
• 20:24
Speaker 1: Um, please hold, I do have other examples.
• 20:29
Speaker 1: Um, connecting with your higher self, like writing down your dreams, like these different things reflecting on a dream, doing dream interpretation these are other ways that you can connect to your soul and feel that connection, and I think that's the that is the biggest problem with all this work is that everyone likes to tout.
• 20:49
Speaker 1: There's a right way to do this work.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: There's a right way to exercise.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: There's a right way to treat yourself to fill your heart right.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: There's a right way to exercise.
• 20:55
Speaker 1: There's a right way to treat yourself to fill your heart right.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: There's a right way to keep your mind busy or keep your mind anxiety at bay.
• 21:03
Speaker 1: Right, take the medication.
• 21:04
Speaker 1: There's a right way to connect with your soul.
• 21:07
  Speaker 1: That's meditation.
• 21:08
Speaker 1: And I think I'm going to challenge all of you to say we are all unique snowflakes.
• 21:13
Speaker 1: I hate that term, but it's true.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: We are all unique snowflakes.
• 21:16
Speaker 1: We are unique, unique snowflakes.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: I hate that term, but it's true, we are all unique snowflakes.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: We are unique in our fingerprints.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: We are unique in our energy.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: We are unique in our experiences, our mindset, our lessons that we're learning here.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: Every single one of our souls is so unique, and so I want you to step out of this cookie cutter mindset that everyone does it the same way and one person's better than the other because they do it a certain way.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: There's two things that are coming to mind from spirit, as I just say that.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: Number one is for those of you that are on social media and you follow these gurus.
• 21:53
Speaker 1: I call them gurus.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: I say guru very loosely, because I think that they're very spiritual, ego-centered people that just do really good marketing.
• 22:03
Speaker 1: If it smells of desperation, if it feels like desperation, it is desperation.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: So they might have a really good social media presence, a ton of followers.
• 22:14
Speaker 1: There is one woman on TikTok.
• 22:16
Speaker 1: Have a really good social media presence, a ton of followers.
• 22:20
Speaker 1: There is one woman on TikTok.
• 22:22
Speaker 1: If you've seen her lives, she recently shaved her head.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: I'm just going to, I'm going to leave it there.
• 22:26
  Speaker 1: She's got.
• 22:26
Speaker 1: She's got more than a million followers.
• 22:28
Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: If you're over there on TikTok.
• 22:30
Speaker 1: She smells of desperation, she reeks of desperation, right, and I'm like I want to say from soul to soul.
• 22:40
Speaker 1: I'm sure she's a lovely soul, but her incarnation drives me up a wall.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: Okay, like she's so out of alignment and there's all there's so, like if you tune into somebody that has millions of followers and you're like something's not right about them, I guarantee something's not right about them.
• 22:57
Speaker 1: That is your intuition telling you something is out of alignment, right, and I always felt that way about this woman and recently the universe told me why.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: Because she has an intake form for her mediumship readings that she charges like $800, a thousand000 for, and she has an intake form that asks all the questions about your departed loved one before she gives you a reading, so she knows exactly who that departed loved one is by Googling through your form before you even connect with her.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: It's not mediumship, right?
• 23:32
Speaker 1: Anyone who can read energy knows it's not mediumship.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: So that's what I'm talking about.
• 23:39
Speaker 1: So pay attention to those gurus that say I'm doing it right, I'm the best, it's my way or no way.
• 23:45
Speaker 1: Because a lot of those times they're gatekeeping, they're holding things down, they're trying to make it a limited availability so that it's economics right If there's less supply, prices can go up, right and so they're trying to gatekeep these spiritual communities and modalities and methodologies when it should be Linux, it should be open source, okay, the second thing that came to mind is that I'm saying that and it's not coming to my mind, so I'm hoping spirit brings it back to me.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: So I'm saying that and it's not coming to my mind, so I'm hoping spirit brings it back to me.
• 24:18
Speaker 1: So I'm going to skip over it for a moment.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: Do you see how I put spirit on the spot there all the time?
• 24:23
Speaker 1: I'm like I'm just going to start talking and hopefully it will come in, and I'm sure that it will.
• 24:28
Speaker 1: But just pay attention, right, because there is no right way to do all these things.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: We are unique souls and we need to find our own unique foundation that helps our nervous system feel stable, and so that is really what this program is about is.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: Let me teach you about your nervous system, just the basics.
• 24:51
Speaker 1: I'm not a science major, I'm a business major, so it's what I've researched and synthesized.
• 24:53
Speaker 1: I'm not a science major, I'm a business major, so it's what I've researched and synthesized.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: I'm going to package it up nice and neat for you.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: Let's learn where your strengths are in terms of that medicine wheel your mind, body, heart and soul and let's learn where your weaknesses are, and let's use a tool a day to see what impact it makes on your day.
• 25:13
Speaker 1: What impact it makes on your day, and at the end of this program you will understand what tools work best for your energy.
• 25:23
Speaker 1: We are not going to gatekeep anything.
• 25:25
Speaker 1: You will learn all about your nervous system, how it's all connected to make you continuously out of sorts, out of alignment, out of balance, because it's built to do that, because it's built to protect you right, and so it's going to take every little tiny thing and make you feel like it's the biggest emergency in the world.
• 25:45
Speaker 1: So it's giving you the tools to learn why your body does that, how your body does that and also how do you resolve it in the best way that is aligned for you.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: So it really is this energetic reset program for you.
• 25:58
Speaker 1: And then, okay, the reason I'm pausing is because I feel the shift in the energy.
• 26:08
Speaker 1: So I know I'm supposed to go down a different rabbit hole here.
• 26:10
Speaker 1: So I did create it for me.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: But what I've also found is that so many of my clients need it, because what this program will do is set a foundation for you to be in the optimal space to receive loving guidance and support from spirit.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: Whether you are a metaphysical practitioner, whether you are someone who likes to get the readings, it essentially allows you to become a very clear vessel so that you can receive from spirit directly if you're the practitioner, indirectly if you're receiving a reading in your most receptive state state, and so this is actually formed as well, not just for me, but from a frustration of my soul.
• 27:03
Speaker 1: Alignment sessions, I gotta be totally honest with you.
• 27:04
  Speaker 1: I think they're amazing.
• 27:06
Speaker 1: I think there's people that can come to me and be one and done, because they're just looking for one piece of advice, one piece of feedback and and they just need a little bit of a push from the universe that this is right for them.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: But for a lot of people and it's not personal this is not a negative thing, this is not judgment.
• 27:26
Speaker 1: A lot of people have a lot of work to do, and so one 60-minute session is not going to fix you I'm sorry, it's not Ding and I really wish it could, and I like I can't understate it, I can't like I really wish it could.
• 27:42
Speaker 1: And for someone like me that has this drive, this passion to transform people, can I tell you how much I cried at Frozen 2?
• 27:52
Speaker 1: Can I even tell you I was in the movie theater with my daughter.
• 27:55
Speaker 1: I was sobbing at the end, when she sings that song, that she was all she had been looking for.
• 28:02
Speaker 1: It was in her all along, like I sobbed.
• 28:04
  Speaker 1: Encanto, same thing.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: She was the gift, right, mirabelle was the gift.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: Thank God, disney movies have gone so much better recently.
• 28:14
Speaker 1: And so that's what I want for other people, people.
• 28:18
Speaker 1: I want other people to realize you have everything.
• 28:21
Speaker 1: You are an amazing soul with unlimited potential.
• 28:25
Speaker 1: You can be whatever you want it to be, and the only thing holding you back is you, is your limitations, is you the, the circumstances you've been brought up under, the trauma that you've attracted along the way, your generational trauma that needs to be undone.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: All of those are just imperfection, band-aids, stickers that have been stuck on you, and I want to help you remove them, one at a time, so that you feel unstoppable, so that you feel like Teflon, so that you remember who the fuck you were before all of this social programming fucked you up.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: Like that's what I want to do, and I can't do that in an hour and and when I do have only an hour with people and they can only book one session or they only want to book one session.
• 29:11
Speaker 1: I want to give you the best foundation that you can.
• 29:14
Speaker 1: I want to give you the most receptive state that you can so that you really hear what spirit has to say.
• 29:22
Speaker 1: Because it's an hour, they can give you so much information, but if you're not open to receiving it, because your mind is on overdrive or you're having a panic attack or you just you feel really sick and gross in your body right or your heart, you just, you just want someone to see you and tell you that you're loved.
• 29:43
Speaker 1: Spirit wants to give you all of that times I was going to say times, 10 times, a hundred times, a thousand times, a million.
• 29:53
Speaker 1: They want you to remember who you are as a soul, without all of this baggage that you want to be solved in an hour.
• 30:03
Speaker 1: And so that's really where I knew that I had to go public with this program and it wasn't just an exercise for me to rebuild my foundation is that I'm realizing everybody else needs it too.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: Everybody else needs to remember who they are and build this foundation so that they can be calm, so they can be receptive, so they can tap into their intuition more, so that they can connect with spirit better and so we can get out of this hamster wheel of a society that has programmed us to become lemmings.
• 30:43
Speaker 1: And so I guess it comes from all of that.
• 30:47
Speaker 1: It comes from clearing that clear space for my mediumship students it creates from you know, clearing that space for for my soul, alignment sessions, for my business client sessions, so that you can get the most out of everything that you want.
• 31:03
Speaker 1: And if I can't give you, if you don't have enough time or money for my mentorship sessions, at least this will give you a really good foundation so you can start to open up yourself and you're going to start to learn when certain modalities are helpful.
• 31:20
Speaker 1: Because if you, most of the people who are coming to me for mediumship, they're not coming to me for the South, for the soul they're coming, or the North see, I'm already screwing up they're coming to me because they need more love.
• 31:35
Speaker 1: They're coming to me from a heart.
• 31:37
Speaker 1: Their heart center needs more space, it needs resolving of grief, it needs love, it needs connection, right.
• 31:44
Speaker 1: And so if you need more love, go get a mediumship session.
• 31:48
Speaker 1: If you want to talk to your departed loved ones, if you want to understand the journey of your soul, because you feel like you're missing some component of your soul, go get an Akashic record session right.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: All the modalities ridiculously fit into the medicine wheel structure that I'm talking about.
• 32:05
Speaker 1: Because if you've created that foundation and that baseline right, don't waste your money on a soul alignment session.
• 32:11
Speaker 1: If you haven't taken this like right, like realistically because a lot of people coming to me are because they're off balance and they don't know how to get on balance this program does it for you and it's way fucking cheaper than doing a soul alignment session with me.
• 32:22
Speaker 1: But what it's also going to do is make you realize where you truly have the gaps.
• 32:27
Speaker 1: Where do you truly need an Akashic Records session?
• 32:30
Speaker 1: Where do you truly need guidance and love from support and spirit?
• 32:34
Speaker 1: Right, this is your fast track to figure out what the true root causes are, and we don't have to take three sessions to work through your symptoms and make you feel good and trusting and loving of spirit.
• 32:44
Speaker 1: We can just go roll up our sleeves and get right back to it.
• 32:47
Speaker 1: I'm trying to innovate the way that people use these metaphysical tools so it expedites the process for you to get exactly the guidance and love and support that you need from spirit.
• 33:01
Speaker 1: It clears the path for you and that is the basis of this program.
• 33:06
Speaker 1: So if you're interested in and I blabbed on long enough about this if you are interested in this program, it is going to be released in the next two weeks.
• 33:13
Speaker 1: I think I'm going to call it sacred roots.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: I'm going to asterisk that and say up for discussion.
• 33:21
Speaker 1: That might change, but you'll see it come across.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: It's going to be a medicine wheel, evidence-based nervous system reset program and it's going to include a community.
• 33:31
Speaker 1: It's going to include chat so that you can really go deep on the inner work, that balance to create space for you to invite more magic and fun and the things in your life that you need, and hopefully it's gonna result in a whole less doom scrolling on your phone.
• 33:54
Speaker 1: Come on, let's be honest.
• 33:55
Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna leave it there.
• 33:57
Speaker 1: If you're interested in the program, keep an eye out on my socials.
• 34:01
Speaker 1: Add yourself to my email platform.
• 34:04
  Speaker 1: I promise I'll send emails.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: I hate sending emails because I hate receiving emails.
• 34:07
  Speaker 1: Don't mind me.
• 34:08
Speaker 1: But if you have questions on the program, if you're unsure, it's for you, just let me know.
• 34:13
Speaker 1: I think I am going to run a pilot group first through this, because I don't know what I don't know.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: I know I'm supposed to just launch it and see what happens.
• 34:22
Speaker 1: So it's probably going to be like a pilot program first.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: So if you want to beta test with me and be open to me fucking it up a little bit, join me.
• 34:33
Speaker 1: If you want it to be a more refined program, I'd say wait till the next iteration.
• 34:36
Speaker 1: I'm not sure when that's going to be, but I'm just going to leave it with you.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: All right, I'm sending you all the love from my soul to yours.
• 34:42
Speaker 1: I hope you have the most wonderful, fabulous of days.
• 34:46
  Speaker 1: Take care.
