Latest / Gil I Am / Trump and Kid Rock Take Questions Signs Executive Order
Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Kid Rock, sometimes referred to as Bob. I know him
- 0:08Speaker 1: as Bob, but he's been a good friend for a
- 0:11Speaker 1: long time, many years, and he's been after something that
- 0:15Speaker 1: is for the good of a lot of people, including
- 0:18Speaker 1: in particular of the public, and having to do with
- 0:22Speaker 1: ticket sales and scalping and.
- 0:23Speaker 2: All of the gouging that you have been reading about.
- 0:26Speaker 2: It's gotten worse and worse with time.
- 0:29Speaker 1: And I didn't know too much about it, but I
- 0:31Speaker 1: checked it out, and this is a big problem. And
- 0:33Speaker 1: I thought, I think you've been trying to get this
- 0:35Speaker 1: done for twenty years or something.
- 0:37Speaker 2: He said, Trump got it done in two weeks.
- 0:39Speaker 1: But we came up with a very serious IO, and
- 0:45Speaker 1: I'm going to sign it now and maybe.
- 0:47Speaker 2: I'll ask you will to explain a little bit about
- 0:50Speaker 2: it was of course there.
- 0:51Speaker 3: So this is an executive order, as you said, that
- 0:53Speaker 3: deals with the ticket reselling business for fans of live
- 0:57Speaker 3: entertainment and for entertainers as well. The ticket reselling industry
- 1:01Speaker 3: has become a huge issue.
- 1:03Speaker 2: These people use.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Bots and computer algorithms to buy up huge flocks of
- 1:08Speaker 4: tickets and then jack up the price so that fans
- 1:11Speaker 4: of live entertainers, like mister Richard.
- 1:13Speaker 2: That's called it, mister Rock don't.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Have access to concerts the way that they should, and
- 1:19Speaker 3: when they do, it's at exorbitantly high prices.
- 1:21Speaker 2: So what this executive order does It.
- 1:23Speaker 4: Charges the FTC and the Department of Justice with rigorously
- 1:28Speaker 4: enforcing laws on the books in collaboration with state attorneys
- 1:32Speaker 4: general that have power over consumer protection and to other
- 1:36Speaker 4: people who have the power to really crack down on
- 1:38Speaker 4: this issue so that entertainers and fans won't be subject
- 1:43Speaker 4: to these abusive and oftentimes of legal practices.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Good, thank you very much.
- 1:48Speaker 5: Do you want to say something, Yeah, anybody who it
- 1:51Speaker 5: doesn't matter your politics. First off, thank you, mister president,
- 1:54Speaker 5: because this has happened at lightning speed.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I know you put.
- 1:58Speaker 5: I want to make sure Lena alna Abba gets her
- 2:01Speaker 5: creditude because I know she worked very art on this.
- 2:03Speaker 2: But thank you for making this happen so quick. Anyone
- 2:04Speaker 2: who's bought a concert.
- 2:05Speaker 5: Ticket in the last decade, maybe twenty years, no matter
- 2:08Speaker 5: what your politics are, knows that it's a conunder you
- 2:10Speaker 5: buy a ticket for one hundred bucks, by the time
- 2:12Speaker 5: you check out, it's.
- 2:13Speaker 2: One hundred and seventy. You don't know what you're need
- 2:14Speaker 2: in charge for.
- 2:15Speaker 5: But more importantly, these bots, you know, they come in
- 2:18Speaker 5: to get all the good tickets to your favorite shows
- 2:20Speaker 5: you want to go to, and then they're relisted immediately
- 2:23Speaker 5: for sometimes a four or five hundred percent markup, and
- 2:27Speaker 5: the artists don't see.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Any of that money. And you know, ultimately, I think
- 2:30Speaker 2: this is a great first step. I would love down
- 2:33Speaker 2: the road if there.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Would be some legislation we could actually put a cap
- 2:36Speaker 5: on the resale of tickets. And I'm a capitalist and
- 2:39Speaker 5: a deregulation guy, but they've tried this in some places
- 2:42Speaker 5: in Europe and it seems to be the only thing
- 2:43Speaker 5: that's us as artists to be able to get the
- 2:46Speaker 5: tickets into the hands of the fans at the prices
- 2:48Speaker 5: we set. I'll be the first one to say, and
- 2:50Speaker 5: I know the President doesn't like want to say this,
- 2:52Speaker 5: but I'm.
- 2:52Speaker 2: A little overpaid right now. It's kind of ridiculous.
- 2:55Speaker 5: I would rather be, you know, a hero some of
- 2:58Speaker 5: working class people and have and be able to come
- 3:00Speaker 5: attend my shows and give him a fair ticket price.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I can't control them right.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Now, so hopefully this is a step to really be
- 3:06Speaker 5: able to make that happen. You know, a lot of artists,
- 3:08Speaker 5: a lot of fans who love love conference and music
- 3:11Speaker 5: are gonna be very appreciative.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I think Bob is more interested in the fans and
- 3:15Speaker 1: the people that are happy to pay crazy prices than
- 3:19Speaker 1: he is the artist.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Maybe the artist a little bit, but the fans a lot.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I've spoken to him over the years about it, and
- 3:26Speaker 1: it's been it bothers him, it bothers a lot of
- 3:29Speaker 1: other artists too, the artists that.
- 3:31Speaker 2: They go out with one hundred dollars ticket and.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The sales for two thousand dollars the following night, and
- 3:37Speaker 1: they seem to be able to sweep up with the
- 3:38Speaker 1: best locations too, which is pretty amazing.
- 3:40Speaker 5: So they've only enforced that box Act one time, I believe,
- 3:44Speaker 5: a couple of years ago in New York City. So
- 3:46Speaker 5: we got a couple million dollar fine, and that's the
- 3:48Speaker 5: only time they perforce that act.
- 3:49Speaker 1: And who is the primary culprit and who who sells
- 3:52Speaker 1: these signets?
- 3:53Speaker 2: It's the scalpers.
- 3:54Speaker 5: It's that these bots go in and they're automated, so
- 3:57Speaker 5: you're as long as.
- 3:57Speaker 2: You're a company involved, you might not No, no, well,
- 4:01Speaker 2: well there's reselling markets all.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all right, don't get them about me.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Do you think maybe they're more innocent than we think.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Well, if you think of it, like if if Ticketmaster
- 4:15Speaker 5: sells a ticket, if you buy a ticket go to
- 4:17Speaker 5: a show, you're in a lot of ways they're worse customer.
- 4:20Speaker 5: They make another seventeen whatever percentage every time that ticket resells.
- 4:23Speaker 5: So they don't want to enforce the bots act necessarily.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Because they're making more money off it. Not the artists
- 4:28Speaker 2: don't see any that money.
- 4:29Speaker 5: But that's not what I'm advocating for, is for me
- 4:31Speaker 5: to make more money. I want the fans to have
- 4:33Speaker 5: fair ticket prices, be able to go, and you enjoy
- 4:35Speaker 5: more shows. I know people that can only they decide
- 4:37Speaker 5: on a family vacation or going to their favorite concert once.
- 4:40Speaker 5: And you're rather than you know, my parents used to
- 4:41Speaker 5: go see multiple shows when you can afford them back
- 4:43Speaker 5: in their day. And I'd like to take my ticket
- 4:45Speaker 5: prices lower. But if I set my ticket price is low,
- 4:48Speaker 5: these bots immediately eat them up and they resell for
- 4:50Speaker 5: hundreds of dollars more, and I'm just making these bad
- 4:52Speaker 5: actors rich.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Well, I think this is a big step to getting
- 4:57Speaker 2: a step. You have a.
- 4:58Speaker 6: Selfning, right you Actually, I actually feel that the consumer
- 5:04Speaker 6: is going to take the money that they saved. And
- 5:06Speaker 6: actually by merch which you guys have a big percent
- 5:09Speaker 6: of job or do concessions which you guys split with the.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Venue on that as well. So I think there's money.
- 5:14Speaker 5: To share concessions a lot, but no those are We
- 5:18Speaker 5: try to, but they don't want to. They don't want
- 5:20Speaker 5: to share it at the beer prizes and parking or
- 5:22Speaker 5: any of that stuff. But the bottom line is there's
- 5:24Speaker 5: money for everyone to be made.
- 5:26Speaker 2: There's there's plenty of money to go around. You know,
- 5:28Speaker 2: no one's gonna really lose here. You know, take a master,
- 5:30Speaker 2: if we can get a cap, they're gonna lose some money.
- 5:32Speaker 5: But I've already talked to CEO Michael and he's giving
- 5:34Speaker 5: me his word.
- 5:35Speaker 2: He's on bored for it.
- 5:36Speaker 6: I was talking to Jacoby with Papa Roach earlier and
- 5:38Speaker 6: by the way, he's a big fan of what you're doing,
- 5:40Speaker 6: President Trump, digging into this whole scalping in the box.
- 5:45Speaker 2: A lot of musicians you can say that they're they're
- 5:48Speaker 2: with kid Rocks are without a doubt, a lot of
- 5:52Speaker 2: people are. President Trump, would you ever wear a jacket
- 5:55Speaker 2: like that. I don't know. I was thinking about doing
- 5:57Speaker 2: it for tomorrow. We have a big event coming out.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But I was thinking about doing it.
- 6:01Speaker 7: But I'm not so you.
- 6:03Speaker 8: Recently for White House, SAT did to use But now
- 6:07Speaker 8: there's all these domestic terrorists targeting Tesla's.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Are the SAP scared to drive it? I don't think so.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I haven't heard their work complaining. I did buy one
- 6:16Speaker 1: and I let the staff use it. We haven't walked conveniently.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And one day we give it to Margo, one day
- 6:24Speaker 1: we give it to Chamberlain, give it that Natalie. We
- 6:26Speaker 1: give it to everybody around and give it to Dance Coveno.
- 6:29Speaker 1: But he's got so much money it doesn't matter. But
- 6:32Speaker 1: they love the car, and it's a great car, and
- 6:35Speaker 1: it's made here, and it's made in the country. It's
- 6:38Speaker 1: got a tremendous plant now in Texas, and he had one,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and he has one in California. There's a lot of
- 6:43Speaker 1: his work here, and he's been really unfairly treated, in
- 6:47Speaker 1: my opinion.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I travel, Yeah, there's this other story. I know what's
- 6:51Speaker 2: hypothetical right now, But if.
- 6:53Speaker 9: You were allowed, for some.
- 6:55Speaker 8: Reason to run for a third term, is there a
- 6:57Speaker 8: thought that the Democrats could.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Try to run on Barack Obama against you. I love that.
- 7:04Speaker 2: I love that. That would be a good one. I'd
- 7:06Speaker 2: like that.
- 7:07Speaker 1: And no people are asking me to run. And there's
- 7:10Speaker 1: a whole story about running for a third term.
- 7:12Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I never looked into it. And they do say there's
- 7:16Speaker 1: a way you can do it, but I don't know
- 7:17Speaker 1: about that, but I have not looked into it. I
- 7:19Speaker 1: want to do a fantastic job. We have four years,
- 7:22Speaker 1: just about almost close to four years. It's time is flying,
- 7:26Speaker 1: but it's still close to four years.
- 7:28Speaker 2: And we're getting a lot of.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Credit for having done a great job in the first
- 7:32Speaker 1: almost one hundred days. And we have some big things
- 7:35Speaker 1: we're gonna be announcing over the next two days, and
- 7:37Speaker 1: you know very well, Peter, and I think it's gonna
- 7:39Speaker 1: be something that's gonna bring a lot of wealth back
- 7:42Speaker 1: to our country, tremendous wealth back to our country actually,
- 7:44Speaker 1: and other countries are understanding it because they've been ripping
- 7:49Speaker 1: us for fifty years longer, but they've been ripping us
- 7:53Speaker 1: off for years right from the beginning. And I think
- 7:56Speaker 1: this is gonna be an amazing you know, I call
- 8:00Speaker 1: it a lot of different names, but it's really in
- 8:02Speaker 1: a sense, it's a rebirth of a country because how
- 8:05Speaker 1: we could have afforded to do what we did. We
- 8:08Speaker 1: help everybody, and they don't help us.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I really the term I like best probably is.
- 8:14Speaker 1: The liberation of America's the liberation of this country because
- 8:19Speaker 1: it's incredible. Look, we have thirty six trillion in debt
- 8:22Speaker 1: for a reason, and then accumulates over a long period
- 8:25Speaker 1: of time. So I think what you're going to be
- 8:27Speaker 1: seeing over the next couple of days will be very
- 8:30Speaker 1: inspiring to a lot of people. You know, they had
- 8:33Speaker 1: a lot of auto plants being built in a certain country.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I don't want to mention the country, because we get
- 8:38Speaker 1: along great with the country. But those plants aren't being
- 8:41Speaker 1: built there anymore. They gave them up today and yesterday,
- 8:44Speaker 1: day before, and they're building them all now in the
- 8:47Speaker 1: United States. And we have many examples, not only auto plants.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Chip companies from Taiwan are coming in the biggest. Mister way,
- 8:56Speaker 1: he's big. I said, you are a smart guy.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Aren't you.
- 8:59Speaker 1: I've been reading about up over the years. But he
- 9:02Speaker 1: controls a large portion of the tip businesses. You know,
- 9:05Speaker 1: you don't get smarter. They're gonna be investing two or
- 9:07Speaker 1: three hundred billion dollars. Apple's investing five hundred billion dollars.
- 9:12Speaker 2: You know, they always built their places in China.
- 9:14Speaker 1: That was building in I think because of the I
- 9:17Speaker 1: you speak to Tim Cook because of the election, but
- 9:20Speaker 1: maybe more importantly because of the tariffs. It's uh, he's
- 9:24Speaker 1: got really an obligation to do it. But we have many,
- 9:26Speaker 1: many companies that you haven't even heard of. But I
- 9:29Speaker 1: think we'll be at five trillion dollars very soon. And
- 9:32Speaker 1: if you think about.
- 9:33Speaker 2: This, uh, we've never been anywhere near that. I don't
- 9:37Speaker 2: I don't know if we've ever been at a trillion dollars?
- 9:39Speaker 2: What do you mean by that? Well, five five hundred?
- 9:43Speaker 2: What do I mean by a trillion? By trillion?
- 9:44Speaker 1: Ware your fort I think that we're gonna be at
- 9:47Speaker 1: five trillion dollars of investment. I think you're gonna have investments, uh,
- 9:52Speaker 1: very shortly. We're already three and a half, and we
- 9:56Speaker 1: have commitments verbal commitments for a lot more, and numbers
- 9:59Speaker 1: like that have never been done in this country.
- 10:01Speaker 2: And it's going to get hard. This isn't two months.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It's really less than two months, because since we've really
- 10:07Speaker 1: gone out with it and we have other interesting things happening,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but to me, the whole tariff situation, and essentially they've
- 10:14Speaker 1: done that to us for many years. So if we're
- 10:17Speaker 1: anywhere near five trillion in two months, this could be
- 10:20Speaker 1: numbers like the country's never seen. And every time you
- 10:24Speaker 1: hear a dollar spent, that's another job because the jobs
- 10:27Speaker 1: are coming with it. So auto plants, chip plants, pharmaceuticals,
- 10:32Speaker 1: lumber coming in. We have things happening in this country.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I don't think. I'm not sure that they've ever seen
- 10:39Speaker 1: its steel. You know, we have tariffs on steel, they've
- 10:42Speaker 1: been here for a while, steal in aluminum. Nobody's ever
- 10:48Speaker 1: seen anything like we're witnessing now. Nobody's ever seen anything.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Most of you agree with that. I mean, there's nothing
- 10:54Speaker 1: much you can't agree with. We have things happening in
- 10:58Speaker 1: terms of jobs, an investment, the likes of which I
- 11:02Speaker 1: don't think we've ever seen. If you look at let's
- 11:04Speaker 1: say four to five treellion dollars in a period of
- 11:08Speaker 1: a month and a half, that's even more than you
- 11:10Speaker 1: do with your concerts, which are always sold out. Right,
- 11:14Speaker 1: nobody's ever seen numbers and think of it. Where Apple's
- 11:17Speaker 1: at five hundred billion. As I said, but they always
- 11:21Speaker 1: used to spend their money in China.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Now they're spending it here. That means they're gonna build
- 11:25Speaker 2: now they don't have any tax.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Remember, there are no tariffs if you do your product here,
- 11:30Speaker 1: if you build whatever it is in the USA.
- 11:33Speaker 2: One of the things we're also trying.
- 11:35Speaker 1: To get is if you build, if you buy a
- 11:38Speaker 1: car that was built in the USA.
- 11:40Speaker 2: If you get a deduction on interest.
- 11:42Speaker 1: So if you go and borrow money to buy a
- 11:44Speaker 1: car if it's built in the USA, never.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Been done before.
- 11:49Speaker 1: It's a big deduction for people that really aren't used
- 11:52Speaker 1: to deductions frankly, because people that buy cars like that
- 11:56Speaker 1: are not big into the world of deductions, and now
- 11:59Speaker 1: they're going to learn about deduction.
- 12:01Speaker 2: So I think it's gonna be great. Yeah.
- 12:03Speaker 7: Are you a universal terraff for different individual tariff raids
- 12:07Speaker 7: on a whole Well.
- 12:08Speaker 1: You're gonna see in two days, which is maybe tomorrow
- 12:13Speaker 1: night or probably Wednesday, you're gonna see. And they're reciprocal.
- 12:18Speaker 1: So whatever they charge us, we charge them. But with
- 12:20Speaker 1: being nicer than they were.
- 12:22Speaker 2: We have a lot of countries. Friend and foe.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I always say friend and foe, but the friend in
- 12:26Speaker 1: many cases is worse than the foe. They took advantage
- 12:30Speaker 1: of us, and we are going to be very nice
- 12:34Speaker 1: by comparison to what they were. The numbers will be
- 12:37Speaker 1: lower than what they've been charging us, and in some
- 12:40Speaker 1: cases may be substantially lower. But we sort of have
- 12:43Speaker 1: a world obligation perhaps, but we're gonna be very nice,
- 12:47Speaker 1: relatively speaking, We're gonna be very kind. Somebody said that
- 12:52Speaker 1: about me the other day, he said, who doesn't know
- 12:55Speaker 1: me very well? They said, you're such a kind person.
- 13:00Speaker 1: And I said, say that again. They said, you're a
- 13:03Speaker 1: kind person.
- 13:04Speaker 2: I said, I've never heard that before. It was a
- 13:06Speaker 2: weird sagment. I was kind. I've heard of.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Words that I've better that time. You know, I've heard
- 13:12Speaker 1: of I've been called a lot of things, but it's
- 13:14Speaker 1: sort of a different kind of a word. It's like
- 13:16Speaker 1: an old fashioned word, isn't it.
- 13:18Speaker 2: And you met with a chairman of Stilantis today? Did
- 13:21Speaker 2: you ask you for a pause on the auto terrace? No?
- 13:25Speaker 2: What was that meeting about?
- 13:26Speaker 1: Just about, uh, some of the problems they have with
- 13:29Speaker 1: the environmental which we're gonna clean up are then you automate,
- 13:32Speaker 1: were gonna probably go back to nineteen twenty. Said if you,
- 13:35Speaker 1: if you look, we're gonna go back probably to a
- 13:38Speaker 1: twenty twenty standard. So we'll have twenty twenty standard. And
- 13:42Speaker 1: that's you know, just a few years ago. Oh they
- 13:45Speaker 1: put them. They making it so difficult all over the
- 13:47Speaker 1: world that make it it doesn't mean a damn bit
- 13:49Speaker 1: of difference even for the environment, doesn't matter. Uh, they
- 13:52Speaker 1: make it impossible for people to bill cars. So we're
- 13:55Speaker 1: gonna be doing much different. Twenty twenty is uh a
- 13:58Speaker 1: strong standard, but they take it to a level now that.
- 14:02Speaker 2: You know, makes it very difficult to build a car.
- 14:04Speaker 1: So we're going to be we're going to be bringing
- 14:08Speaker 1: it back to a standard that is a very good
- 14:12Speaker 1: environmental standard, but it makes it possible to build it.
- 14:14Speaker 5: Fill you heard any concerns for the automakers though about
- 14:17Speaker 5: the terraffs on parts that will go into.
- 14:19Speaker 2: A mad over the coming day. Well, I gave them
- 14:22Speaker 2: a big break for a month.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I didn't charge them anything, you know, for a big
- 14:25Speaker 1: month for that first month, and they brought a lot
- 14:27Speaker 1: of material into this country because they could bring it
- 14:30Speaker 1: in with that tariff. If you look at Canada and Mexico,
- 14:34Speaker 1: they were driving hundreds of thousands of cars into the
- 14:38Speaker 1: market because they avoid the tariffs by doing it before
- 14:41Speaker 1: the terriffs.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Go on, which would be Winston.
- 14:44Speaker 1: And I looked at the some of your shows where
- 14:48Speaker 1: cars are lined up for miles and miles. Some of
- 14:51Speaker 1: them didn't have fenders on them, some of them didn't
- 14:53Speaker 1: have the roof on. Yet they're driving their brand new
- 14:56Speaker 1: they're driving it in because they want to avoid the tariffs.
- 14:59Speaker 2: I let them have that. They sort of took advantage
- 15:01Speaker 2: of it because you know, that was part of the deal.
- 15:04Speaker 2: But that's okay.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Are there any they're great American car companies and car companies,
- 15:10Speaker 1: and so I gave them a little break on that.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Yeah, And there are there any countries that you're not
- 15:13Speaker 2: targeting with it? Well, it depends, you know. I said,
- 15:17Speaker 2: it's reciprocal.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Not everybody has uh made a fortune, but almost everybody has,
- 15:23Speaker 1: but not everybody and the ones that happened, We're gonna
- 15:27Speaker 1: be very nice to them.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Because that word reciprocal is very important. What they do
- 15:33Speaker 2: to us, we do to them.
- 15:35Speaker 10: Okay, I do just ask you briefly on President putin
- 15:38Speaker 10: you said over the weekend or indicator over the weekend,
- 15:40Speaker 10: some frustration with him.
- 15:42Speaker 2: How serious are you about imposing oil sanctions now?
- 15:44Speaker 1: I want to see him make a deal so that
- 15:48Speaker 1: we stop Russian soldiers and Ukrainian soldiers and other people
- 15:52Speaker 1: from being killed.
- 15:53Speaker 2: But mostly it's Russian and Ukrainian soldiers.
- 15:56Speaker 1: They're losing at least two thousand, five hundred human beings, beautiful.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Human beings a week. And I wanted to.
- 16:05Speaker 1: And some people would say, why do you worry about
- 16:08Speaker 1: Russian soldiers or Ukrainian soldiers that were it?
- 16:10Speaker 2: Because it's like they're just like you people, They're like us.
- 16:13Speaker 1: There's like all of us, and I seem to have
- 16:15Speaker 1: an ability to do those things.
- 16:18Speaker 2: And if I can do that, I think it's a
- 16:21Speaker 2: very worthwhile thing to do. And I think we will know.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I want to make sure that he follows through, and
- 16:28Speaker 1: I think he will. I don't want to go secondary
- 16:30Speaker 1: tariffs on is oil, but I think, you know, it's
- 16:32Speaker 1: something I'm I would do if I thought he wasn't
- 16:34Speaker 1: doing the job. I did it with Venezuela secondary tariffs, and.
- 16:38Speaker 2: You know what happened. Every boat left the harbor. Did
- 16:40Speaker 2: you see that.
- 16:41Speaker 1: It was a beautiful thing to see the whole harbor
- 16:44Speaker 1: emptied down. My words weren't even finished. And have these massive,
- 16:49Speaker 1: these massive shifts.
- 16:50Speaker 2: They're actually taking the hoses, they're dumping.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Them into the They couldn't get out of there fast
- 16:54Speaker 1: enough because they know I don't play games. So I
- 16:58Speaker 1: think he's gonna live up to what he told me,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and I think he's going to fulfill his part of
- 17:05Speaker 1: the deal. Now then you have Zelenski and hopefully he's
- 17:08Speaker 1: going to live up. I see he's trying to renegotiate
- 17:11Speaker 1: the Rare Earth. You know, we did something because as
- 17:14Speaker 1: you know, the Europeans get paid back the money that
- 17:16Speaker 1: they gave it. We don't because Biden is an incompetent president,
- 17:21Speaker 1: and he should have asked for rare Earth, or he
- 17:23Speaker 1: should have asked for the loans to be guaranteed in
- 17:25Speaker 1: some form.
- 17:25Speaker 2: That's what Europe did.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Europe is in for a hundred probably one hundred billion
- 17:31Speaker 1: dollars and we're in for three hundred and fifty billions, so.
- 17:34Speaker 2: We're in for more than three times.
- 17:36Speaker 1: And now you can make it a little bit less
- 17:38Speaker 1: than that, but it doesn't matter whatever.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Then I'm we're in for substantially more than Europe. We
- 17:41Speaker 2: could be in for three hundred and fifty billion.
- 17:43Speaker 1: They have no idea because Biden wasn't a good bookkeeper
- 17:47Speaker 1: except for himself.
- 17:48Speaker 2: And what happens is we made a deal for rare Earth.
- 17:52Speaker 2: It was all done, and I heard through you. I
- 17:55Speaker 2: haven't spoken to.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Them yet, but through you I heard that they're now saying, well,
- 18:00Speaker 1: I'll only do that deal if we get into NATO
- 18:02Speaker 1: or something.
- 18:02Speaker 2: To that effect. Well, that was never number one discussed.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Number two. I think it's going to be very long
- 18:08Speaker 2: before putin.
- 18:09Speaker 1: They said you're not going into NATO, and it could
- 18:12Speaker 1: be that's probably the reason.
- 18:14Speaker 2: The war started. Actually forgot Foe hours away from a
- 18:17Speaker 2: very special election Wisconsin, Florida. I want to share your
- 18:21Speaker 2: bonslon of Publican voters to not sleep on this two
- 18:24Speaker 2: very important race to goverment.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Well, it's a big race, Supreme court race in Wisconsin.
- 18:30Speaker 1: It's taking place essentially as we as you know, as
- 18:35Speaker 1: early voting, so we'll see what happens. It's a big race.
- 18:39Speaker 1: I love Wisconsin. We won Wisconsin. Republicans typically don't do
- 18:43Speaker 1: very well in Wisconsin, but I did actually wanted twice.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I actually probably wanted three times, to be exact, we
- 18:50Speaker 1: played their song, not probably I wanted three times. We
- 18:53Speaker 1: had a rigged election the second time, but that's, you know,
- 18:56Speaker 1: one of those things. We had to make this work
- 18:57Speaker 1: too big to rig as each would you agree with that,
- 19:00Speaker 1: Brian to big yes, sir so anyway, but yeah, there's
- 19:05Speaker 1: a big race, and I hope you get out of both.
- 19:06Speaker 2: For the Republic.
- 19:07Speaker 1: The woman is a radical left lunatic, and let's see wins.
- 19:12Speaker 2: But the woman will be very bad.
- 19:15Speaker 1: And you know, Wisconsin's a big state politically, and the
- 19:18Speaker 1: Supreme Court has a lot to do with elections in Wisconsin.
- 19:21Speaker 1: So if whoever it is that's running, including you know,
- 19:26Speaker 1: even Senate races, et cetera, but whoever it is, in
- 19:28Speaker 1: four years, it runs. Having Wisconsin is a very big
- 19:33Speaker 1: you know, we want it early and big. But winning
- 19:35Speaker 1: Wisconsin's a big deal. So therefore the Supreme Court choice,
- 19:40Speaker 1: that's is the one you're talking about right now. It's
- 19:43Speaker 1: a big race. It's going to be announced fairly shortly.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Big weak deadline. You got liberation day and then TikTok deadline.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yeah, we do, which I can extend if I want
- 19:56Speaker 1: but we have a lot of enthusiasm for TikTok for
- 19:59Speaker 1: buying it.
- 20:00Speaker 2: I think TikTok is good. I used it.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I was a great TikTok guy, and we won by
- 20:06Speaker 1: thirty six points the youth. You know, we won the youth,
- 20:10Speaker 1: which Republicans don't do. Maybe it's because Kid Rock likes Trump.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I don't know, but we won.
- 20:15Speaker 1: We won the youth by thirty six points, and I
- 20:19Speaker 1: attribute some of that to TikTok.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Is the TikTok deal negotiations now tied to a bigger
- 20:26Speaker 6: tearuff deal with China.
- 20:27Speaker 2: No, but you know it could be.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I mean, you know, I've used terriffs for lots of
- 20:31Speaker 1: different reasons, but I could see, you know, one point
- 20:35Speaker 1: in tariffs with China, big country would be probably worth
- 20:38Speaker 1: more than all of TikTok as valuable as TikTokers.
- 20:41Speaker 2: It's pick sed up.
- 20:43Speaker 1: So there's a great example. That's a great question. Actually,
- 20:46Speaker 1: I'm a very flexible person. I could use that for that, Like,
- 20:50Speaker 1: maybe I'll take a couple of points off if I
- 20:51Speaker 1: get approvals for something I haven't done it. Maybe I'll
- 20:56Speaker 1: do it, maybe I won't. But it's a very good question. Peter,
- 20:59Speaker 1: You're very good.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Thank you. Fine, you'll love this one. He's gone. I
- 21:03Speaker 2: get a confront page news. But I am just curious.
- 21:05Speaker 2: What is your thought about.
- 21:06Speaker 4: Tiger Woods now becoming part of the broader Trump family.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Well, I love Tiger and I loved Vanessa, and uh,
- 21:16Speaker 1: they had a great relationship. I happened to think the
- 21:19Speaker 1: relationship with my son, Uh. I think I happened to
- 21:22Speaker 1: think the relationship was hurt very madly by the witch
- 21:25Speaker 1: hunt that went on Russia, Russia, Russian, all the crap
- 21:27Speaker 1: that they put Don through who knew nothing about it.
- 21:30Speaker 2: But Vanessa and Don had a very good relationship.
- 21:33Speaker 1: They have incredible children, five incredible children, all good athletes,
- 21:39Speaker 1: all great students, are like great and uh they broke up,
- 21:43Speaker 1: you know, quite a while ago, and uh, well, which
- 21:46Speaker 1: was to be very sad, cause I think they're both
- 21:48Speaker 1: great Don and Vanessa, and.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Uh, Tiger actually called me a few months.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Ago and he and so you'd have a very special,
- 21:55Speaker 1: very good relationship with Tiger. I played golf with him
- 21:58Speaker 1: a couple of times over the last month, and he's
- 22:00Speaker 1: a fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete. And he told
- 22:03Speaker 1: me about it and I said, Tiger, that's good, it's good.
- 22:08Speaker 2: I'm very happy for both. I just let them both
- 22:11Speaker 2: be happy. Let them both be happy. They're both great.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Follow in China.
- 22:18Speaker 4: China, South Korea, and Japan say they're gonna work together
- 22:21Speaker 4: in cooperation.
- 22:22Speaker 2: To respond to the tariffs that you're gonna put into
- 22:24Speaker 2: the great this week.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Are you concerned that this move of the tariffs this
- 22:27Speaker 3: week could push some of the United States' closest allies to.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Work with China. No, I'm not worried about I'm not
- 22:34Speaker 2: worried about it.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I have a chance of doing better actually with the
- 22:39Speaker 1: tariffs that could actually help them in a second way.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And I think a lot of them will drop their
- 22:43Speaker 1: terroriffts because you know, they've been unfairly terriffic uh the United.
- 22:48Speaker 2: States for years.
- 22:49Speaker 1: And if you look at the European Union on cars,
- 22:52Speaker 1: the European Union already dropped their tariff down.
- 22:54Speaker 2: To two and a half percent.
- 22:55Speaker 1: It was announced a couple of days ago, which is
- 22:58Speaker 1: what the United which is a very small tariff the
- 23:02Speaker 1: United States charged very little, and a lot of I
- 23:07Speaker 1: think I heard that India just a little while ago
- 23:09Speaker 1: is going to be dropping its tariff's for assuitiation, and
- 23:12Speaker 1: I said, why didn't somebody do this a long time ago?
- 23:14Speaker 2: A lot of countries are going to be dropping their.
- 23:16Speaker 9: Terrifs happen in France today, Mister president, I'm not going
- 23:20Speaker 9: to dependent far right leader of God's convicted in court
- 23:24Speaker 9: and is now bad from running for office for five years?
- 23:27Speaker 2: Do you have a common A big deal. It's a
- 23:30Speaker 2: very big deal. I know all about it.
- 23:32Speaker 1: And a lot of people thought she wasn't gonna be
- 23:34Speaker 1: convicted of anything, and I don't know if it means conviction,
- 23:37Speaker 1: but she was banned for running for five years, and
- 23:39Speaker 1: she's the leading candidate.
- 23:41Speaker 2: That sounds like this country, That counts very much like
- 23:45Speaker 2: this country. Okay, anybody else presented with the front proposals
- 23:49Speaker 2: for teriffs by your advisors?
- 23:50Speaker 1: They were talking about that idea, and who got your
- 23:53Speaker 1: advisors are presented ideas?
- 23:55Speaker 2: They do not talk about terraffs and what to do
- 23:57Speaker 2: in the next two days. Have you settled, Well, you're
- 23:58Speaker 2: gonna see I've settled a long actually a long time
- 24:01Speaker 2: with now. Oh, we talk about it.
- 24:03Speaker 1: We talk about it a lot. We want to do
- 24:05Speaker 1: what's right for the country and even the world. And
- 24:07Speaker 1: it affects the world, not just this country. This has
- 24:11Speaker 1: been the piggy bang for the entire world.
- 24:14Speaker 2: So it really does affect the world and that's important
- 24:16Speaker 2: to me.
- 24:16Speaker 10: Also, Yeah, mister President, in the past, you have said
- 24:20Speaker 10: that you want you want the quick return of Austin
- 24:23Speaker 10: te a Marine Corps veteran and a journalist went missing
- 24:27Speaker 10: in Syria over twelve years ago. Have efforts been made
- 24:31Speaker 10: to locate Austin Tice been extended beyond Syria including potential
- 24:36Speaker 10: leads in Iran? And do you have plans to get
- 24:38Speaker 10: in touch with Misdeporatized, the mother of miss Austin Tize.
- 24:43Speaker 2: And also at the same.
- 24:44Speaker 7: Time, organizations like hostage A Worldwide have been in on
- 24:47Speaker 7: the ground in Syria searching for searching for Austin Tized
- 24:53Speaker 7: for many years. Can I get your comment on the
- 24:56Speaker 7: future potential future plans to relocate, to locate uh Austin
- 25:01Speaker 7: Tised and to bring him home.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Finally, So we've been looking, as you know, for Austin
- 25:05Speaker 2: for years. Uh. The I don't know about Biden.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I don't think Biden was looking for anything, but uh,
- 25:12Speaker 1: we were, and there's been virtually no sign you know
- 25:16Speaker 1: that there's been no sign of Austin.
- 25:19Speaker 2: An incredible Uh, a young guy be less young now
- 25:24Speaker 2: and it's been a long time. It's been many, many years. Uh.
- 25:27Speaker 2: The mother is fantastic.
- 25:28Speaker 1: She's a very committed mother that her whole life is
- 25:32Speaker 1: to find your son who was in Syria and just
- 25:35Speaker 1: disappeared off the face of the earth. So, you know,
- 25:38Speaker 1: a lot of bad things happened, but we're always you know,
- 25:41Speaker 1: we'll n we will never until we find out something
- 25:44Speaker 1: definitive one way or the other. Will never stop looking
- 25:46Speaker 1: for but uh, we have been at Uh. The response, Uh,
- 25:52Speaker 1: it's just a lot of dead ends. He's been not
- 25:55Speaker 1: for a long time. The problem is there's never been
- 25:57Speaker 1: a sighting. You know, sometimes you'll have somebody you're looking
- 25:59Speaker 1: for him and there's a sighting. There's never been a
- 26:02Speaker 1: sighting of Austin. But we are out there and we
- 26:06Speaker 1: have great respect for his family and for his mother.
- 26:08Speaker 2: She's been unbelievable. Yeah. Please, a question about behind You've.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Had outreach with the leaders of Russia and China. You've
- 26:17Speaker 8: made an outreach to our rand. When are you gonna
- 26:20Speaker 8: plan to reach out to North Korea and Kim Jongu
- 26:23Speaker 8: anytime in your future?
- 26:25Speaker 2: Well, I do.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I have a very good relationship with Kim Jogglun. Now
- 26:30Speaker 1: people hate to hear that, but it's very important. I
- 26:33Speaker 1: got along with him fantastically. As you know, it started
- 26:36Speaker 1: off very rough, very nasty. Uh little rocket man. The
- 26:41Speaker 1: whole thing was a nasty deal. And then one day
- 26:43Speaker 1: we got a call that they'd like to meet.
- 26:45Speaker 2: We met.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Uh, we have a great relationship and uh yeah we
- 26:51Speaker 1: have Uh there is communication.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yeah, this first I think is very important.
- 26:57Speaker 1: There is a big nuclear nation and uh, and he's
- 27:02Speaker 1: a very smart guy.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I got to know him very well.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I remember I put my foot across the line and
- 27:08Speaker 1: then I walked across the line. I don't know if
- 27:10Speaker 1: Secret Service was thrilled with that. They actually was, They
- 27:13Speaker 1: were not too thrill. But I have a very good
- 27:18Speaker 1: relationship with him. Yeah, I we'll probably do something at
- 27:20Speaker 1: some point.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Please, who's on your short list as a president
- 27:24Speaker 2: to replace Leistatonic? As US ambassadors to go in?
- 27:29Speaker 1: So we have a lot of good people that UH wanted.
- 27:32Speaker 1: First of all, a lease is fantastic, and I just
- 27:34Speaker 1: don't want to take chances with you guys saying how
- 27:36Speaker 1: is the election going?
- 27:37Speaker 2: We have a congressional election. It's a little bit close.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I guess the one is in good shape with the
- 27:43Speaker 1: other ones a little bit close.
- 27:45Speaker 2: But Randy find is a great guy.
- 27:47Speaker 1: They're both good candidates are very good, but it's you know,
- 27:51Speaker 1: a little bit.
- 27:52Speaker 7: Uh.
- 27:52Speaker 1: We wanna be careful. And the lease is very popular
- 27:55Speaker 1: in our district.
- 27:57Speaker 2: And so am I. We won by a lot of points,
- 27:59Speaker 2: and so to she.
- 28:01Speaker 1: And there's a lot of people that wanted to run
- 28:03Speaker 1: for it, but we have no idea are they going
- 28:05Speaker 1: to win it?
- 28:06Speaker 2: I think it's just security.
- 28:07Speaker 1: And I said, at least what about going back because
- 28:11Speaker 1: they love you there. And she's gonna take a big
- 28:13Speaker 1: leadership position with Mike Johnson and the group the speaker,
- 28:18Speaker 1: and I can tell you that for the replacement.
- 28:23Speaker 2: We have a lot of people that have asked about it.
- 28:25Speaker 1: And would like to do with David Friedman, Rick Grinnell,
- 28:30Speaker 1: uh and maybe thirty other people.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Everyone loves that position. That's a star.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Making position, and so we'll see what happens. But we
- 28:40Speaker 1: have a lot of people that are interested in going
- 28:42Speaker 1: to the United.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Nations, as you can imagine. Yeah, you got a quick
- 28:45Speaker 2: music question. Favorite song to play live is what?
- 28:48Speaker 6: And then my question for you, miss miss the President,
- 28:51Speaker 6: your favorite rally you did last last year.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Twenty four will be your favorite one song to play live? Yeah,
- 28:57Speaker 2: favor so hm you good have to do one of
- 29:04Speaker 2: the hits, probably Countboy or Ball at the Bar.
- 29:07Speaker 5: There's there's a song that I've played every night that
- 29:10Speaker 5: was never a singular hit that I probably should not say.
- 29:12Speaker 2: The words to.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Rallies are amazing. He does great and he gets big crowds.
- 29:22Speaker 1: He's been, he's been. He's really a star when it
- 29:25Speaker 1: comes to that. He is a very talented guy.
- 29:29Speaker 7: Uh.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I would say maybe Madison Square Garden because anybody that
- 29:34Speaker 1: was there. The owner of the garden, Jim Dolan, who's
- 29:38Speaker 1: you know, to me, always been terrific. He said this,
- 29:42Speaker 1: he's never seen anything like it we had when you
- 29:45Speaker 1: announced Madison Square Garden. Ye know, it's a big arena,
- 29:47Speaker 1: but we sell out big arenas. We sold out in Milwaukee.
- 29:50Speaker 1: We sold out at every big arena we don't have.
- 29:52Speaker 1: We never had empty seats. It's amazing. They talk about
- 29:55Speaker 1: Bernie Andrews gets two three thousand people, the crowdsy. I
- 29:59Speaker 1: get a hundred and seven thousand people in New Jersey.
- 30:02Speaker 1: In Butler PA. We had over one hundred thousand. The
- 30:05Speaker 1: second time we had fifty five thousand.
- 30:08Speaker 2: The first time.
- 30:08Speaker 1: We have big crowds. I would say Madison Square Garden
- 30:11Speaker 1: because I grew up in New York and the garden
- 30:14Speaker 1: is right. Jim Dolan treated as well. But everybody said
- 30:19Speaker 1: they because I think I could have filled it up
- 30:20Speaker 1: ten times. We had hundreds of thousands of people that
- 30:25Speaker 1: were stacked all the way back to the Hudson River
- 30:27Speaker 1: and on the other direction back to Fifth Avenue.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Nobody's ever say I with a line.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I mean like fifty deep, like fifty deep this way.
- 30:37Speaker 1: The suits were closed the whole thing.
- 30:38Speaker 2: It was crazy. And when you take that, you know
- 30:41Speaker 2: you want to do well at Madison Square Garden. You
- 30:43Speaker 2: don't want to have empty seats.
- 30:45Speaker 1: But we could have sold it out Brian ten times,
- 30:47Speaker 1: and everybody knew it. And I think we got a
- 30:50Speaker 1: good indication that that's where the election was going. And
- 30:52Speaker 1: and we won every swing state and we won by
- 30:55Speaker 1: millions of votes. It was a it was a great election.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:58Speaker 3: President of the US Military trend for seventeen individuals to
- 31:01Speaker 3: El Salvador overnight.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Did you discuss with your team.
- 31:04Speaker 5: Whether these deportations would run a foul of any recent
- 31:08Speaker 5: court orders.
- 31:09Speaker 2: No.
- 31:09Speaker 1: I do want to thank, however, the president. He has
- 31:12Speaker 1: been unbelievable, and you know, in relation to us, but
- 31:18Speaker 1: I think that our people have done an incredible job.
- 31:22Speaker 8: You know.
- 31:22Speaker 1: I got elected on the basis of getting bad people
- 31:25Speaker 1: out of our.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Country that shouldn't be here, very dangerous people out of
- 31:29Speaker 2: our country. And that's what I did.
- 31:31Speaker 1: And then you have a judge at once to take over,
- 31:33Speaker 1: and I can't imagine it can be allowed. It was
- 31:36Speaker 1: up to him that all be put back in our country.
- 31:38Speaker 1: These are killers, these are drug lords, these are really
- 31:42Speaker 1: bad people. But I want to thank President of El
- 31:45Speaker 1: Salvador because he's he's done an amazing job.
- 31:49Speaker 2: You saw, yeah, you a most special government. Tenure is
- 31:54Speaker 2: coming to an end one hundred and thirty days, I
- 31:55Speaker 2: think another month.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Do you want him to stay longer or is it
- 31:59Speaker 1: time for him to go back to an of these companies.
- 32:01Speaker 2: In your well?
- 32:01Speaker 1: I think he's amazing, but I also think he's got
- 32:04Speaker 1: a big company to run, and so at some point
- 32:06Speaker 1: he's gonna.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Be going back.
- 32:07Speaker 1: He wants to want to keep him, but oh, I
- 32:10Speaker 1: keep him as long as I can keep him. He's
- 32:12Speaker 1: a very talented guy. You know, I love very smart people.
- 32:17Speaker 2: He's very smart, and he's not a good job. You know,
- 32:19Speaker 2: Doge is.
- 32:22Speaker 1: We've found numbers that nobody can even believe, like four
- 32:27Speaker 1: hundred billion, five hundred billion, it could be close to
- 32:30Speaker 1: a trillion dollars by the time they end on different things.
- 32:36Speaker 2: And he's led the charge.
- 32:37Speaker 1: And you've seen a lot of his people, and these
- 32:39Speaker 1: are people that joined up.
- 32:41Speaker 2: I always say the High IQ people. I like High
- 32:43Speaker 2: IQ people, and they've done a great job. No, at
- 32:47Speaker 2: some point, Elan's gonna want to go back to his company.
- 32:49Speaker 1: I will say he's got despite the way he's been treated.
- 32:53Speaker 1: So he's an American patriot. But the way he's been
- 32:56Speaker 1: treated with Tesler is just terrible.
- 32:59Speaker 2: It's just terrible. In fact, you have a Testler, uh
- 33:03Speaker 2: and you love it? You know he was saying before
- 33:05Speaker 2: he bought a Testler, love it.
- 33:06Speaker 1: A lot of people are buying Testerers, I think, and
- 33:09Speaker 1: I hope they are. He should not be treated that way.
- 33:11Speaker 1: He's done an incredible service once he is dog.
- 33:15Speaker 2: To keep operating even without Elan. Well, I can't tell
- 33:18Speaker 2: you that.
- 33:19Speaker 1: I can say this that a lot of The people
- 33:21Speaker 1: that are working with those are the secretaries, you know,
- 33:24Speaker 1: the heads of the various agencies, and they've learned a
- 33:27Speaker 1: lot and they're dealing with the DOGE people. I think
- 33:30Speaker 1: some of them may try to keep the Doge people
- 33:32Speaker 1: with them, but you know, at a certain.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Point, I think it will end.
- 33:36Speaker 1: But they have also gotten a big education and they're
- 33:39Speaker 1: doing a really good job. There'll be a point at
- 33:41Speaker 1: which the secretaries will be able to.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Do this work and do it very uh, you know,
- 33:47Speaker 2: as we say with the scalpel, and that's what we want,
- 33:50Speaker 2: ye Jeff. Have you had any updates on the US
- 33:53Speaker 2: soldiers missing missing in with the way I have, Can
- 33:56Speaker 2: you give us an update?
- 33:57Speaker 1: So three are no and one is unfortunately probably in
- 34:05Speaker 1: the same kindergart but they haven't declared that yet. It
- 34:08Speaker 1: was a very heavy truck, like a toy, but I
- 34:11Speaker 1: mean really heavy. It left lifted the heaviest equipment and
- 34:15Speaker 1: it would seemed at the bank of a lake collapse,
- 34:18Speaker 1: you know, the way to sell being. And it was
- 34:20Speaker 1: at night, and it was very cold weather and ice,
- 34:23Speaker 1: a lot of ice, and uh, it's possibly slipped and
- 34:26Speaker 1: the weight is so enormous of this thing and it's it.
- 34:29Speaker 1: It's uh a massively heavy vehicle and if they slipped
- 34:34Speaker 1: a little bit, they uh, it's probably what happened and
- 34:37Speaker 1: it flipped.
- 34:39Speaker 2: And uh, three are our gone and one is missing.
- 34:46Speaker 2: On a separate topic, h follow up on immigration. Did
- 34:48Speaker 2: you see the video of a t a toughs university.
- 34:51Speaker 7: Student who was taken off the street by ice agents last.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Week in hoodies and masks.
- 34:57Speaker 5: There's been a lot of criticism of that have Are
- 34:59Speaker 5: you c comfortable with all that was?
- 35:00Speaker 2: Then?
- 35:01Speaker 1: Well, I haven't really looked at it in any detail,
- 35:03Speaker 1: but I will. I mean, I have seen it quickly,
- 35:06Speaker 1: but not I wouldn't want to comment on Yuh.
- 35:09Speaker 8: Yeah, as president, would you be able to confirm recent
- 35:11Speaker 8: reporting that you are making plans to go to Saudi.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Arabia next month? And so why is Saudi Arabia is
- 35:17Speaker 2: so important? So? I have a very good relationship with
- 35:22Speaker 2: the Middle East.
- 35:23Speaker 1: In fact, if you look at Michigan, I won the
- 35:25Speaker 1: vote by a lot people were a little surprised. And
- 35:28Speaker 1: I have a very good relationship with Mohammed and the
- 35:32Speaker 1: king son is Mohammed. He's great Crown Prince. Actually he's
- 35:37Speaker 1: Prime Minister too. He's got a lot of good titles,
- 35:40Speaker 1: but he's great and the king has been wonderful. And
- 35:44Speaker 1: if you remember last time I went to Saudi Arabia,
- 35:46Speaker 1: if I put him first on the list because.
- 35:49Speaker 2: They agreed to buy four.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Hundred and fifty billion dollars worth of American goods, military
- 35:56Speaker 1: and otherwise.
- 35:57Speaker 2: And they did, and it was an unbelievable day.
- 36:00Speaker 1: It was in this gorgeous ballroom, and companies were there
- 36:04Speaker 1: from many, many, probably one hundred companies, and they were
- 36:07Speaker 1: given anywhere from forty or fifty million dollars to.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Less and more.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Actually in case, some of them were given numbers that
- 36:18Speaker 1: were just many times that amount.
- 36:20Speaker 2: I think we had a.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Couple of twenty billion dollar deals and picks up and
- 36:25Speaker 1: very rich country because of oil, and we are a
- 36:29Speaker 1: very rich country. Ultimately, when we was treated out because
- 36:31Speaker 1: of oil, oil is always good. And I agreed to
- 36:36Speaker 1: do it again. And they've agreed to spend close to
- 36:40Speaker 1: a trillion dollars of money in our American companies, which.
- 36:44Speaker 2: To me means jobs.
- 36:46Speaker 1: So they're going to spend hundreds of billions of dollars
- 36:51Speaker 1: giving them to American companies that are going to be
- 36:54Speaker 1: making equipment for Saudi Arabia and other places in the
- 36:58Speaker 1: Middle East.
- 37:00Speaker 2: And for that, I think it's worth it.
- 37:02Speaker 1: I did it less I have four hundred and fifty billion,
- 37:05Speaker 1: and the press was there.
- 37:06Speaker 2: It was a it.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Was It was one of the most unique days I've
- 37:09Speaker 1: ever seen where companies, we.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Get up and you're getting twenty billion.
- 37:13Speaker 1: They named the company, and the chairman were all there,
- 37:15Speaker 1: every chairman and top person in the company.
- 37:18Speaker 2: You remember that peg I of you were there. You
- 37:20Speaker 2: might be too young for that. I was on the
- 37:22Speaker 2: Democratic campaign trailer was boring. This was a much of
- 37:26Speaker 2: better deal. But it was amazing. Actually, it was an
- 37:29Speaker 2: amazing day.
- 37:30Speaker 1: We s we sold and we partook in four hundred
- 37:34Speaker 1: and fifty billion dollars worth of investment into American companies.
- 37:38Speaker 1: And they'd announced the company the amount of money a
- 37:41Speaker 1: billion dollars, five billion dollars, twenty five billion dollars.
- 37:45Speaker 2: And the chairman of the company.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Many of whom you know, well known figures, prestigious figures,
- 37:50Speaker 1: great business leaders, say, went up, they shook the hand
- 37:54Speaker 1: of somebody and they would sit down and we just
- 37:58Speaker 1: had a big investment made.
- 37:59Speaker 2: So it was a record.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Nobody ever beat it before four hundred and fifty billion
- 38:03Speaker 1: dollars worth of jobs.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I I viewed his jobs, bother and anything else.
- 38:07Speaker 1: And now we're close to a trillion dollars. So it's
- 38:10Speaker 1: more than double the number that we did when I
- 38:13Speaker 1: first came to homes.
- 38:14Speaker 2: And it's per pay place. Next month, it could be
- 38:18Speaker 2: next month, maybe a little bit later.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Yeah, and uh, we're going to cut her also, and
- 38:25Speaker 1: also we're going to possibly a couple of other countries.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Ue is very important. It's a great leader. Ue and
- 38:36Speaker 1: I had his brother here the other night. If you
- 38:38Speaker 1: saw that, we had a wonderful guy, a wonderful family.
- 38:42Speaker 1: So we'll probably stop at Uee and Cutter and as
- 38:45Speaker 1: I used to call it, Qatar m nobody's ever told
- 38:48Speaker 1: me right or wrong.
- 38:50Speaker 2: I always like to say Qatar, but it's cutter. They
- 38:53Speaker 2: like to say cutter. And Uh, Saudi Arabia, the three
- 38:56Speaker 2: of 'em.
- 38:56Speaker 1: And then we'll go other places also, but in the
- 38:59Speaker 1: Middle East seem to be the three. And again tremendous
- 39:03Speaker 1: amounts of jobs will be created that in those two
- 39:07Speaker 1: or three days.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Thank you very much.
- 39:09Speaker 11: Everybody cut these good.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Okay, ready, everybody, you better do well with this. He's
- 39:29Speaker 2: gonna do it. Make sure everything is nice and clean.
- 39:33Speaker 2: So you're Egg America fund. If you're not in a
- 39:35Speaker 2: clean industry, hold that up.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Okay, thank you everybody.
- 39:44Speaker 7: Everyone this way, you guys think everybody.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Thank you Biden. Do news differences like this beer, I
- 39:52Speaker 2: don't think he was never standing next to somebody who
- 39:55Speaker 2: looked like you were about to shy out at Canada
- 40:00Speaker 2: bo
