  Speaker 6: our backing. They're really sitting ducks left to sit on

  Speaker 6: their own. So we've made about 13,000 arrests this last

  Speaker 6: year in Minnesota. But then you look at Texas or

  Speaker 6: you look at Florida. In Florida, we've made 40,000 arrests,
