- 2:24Speaker 3: Go ahead, tell me about your case, braind Judge Ross
- 2:26Speaker 3: is where we are? We have a six, is it?
- 2:28Speaker 3: I want you to justice, to go from inedible to
- 2:34Speaker 3: not misunderstood, but no overs. Yeah, I want to overstand over.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I want you know, I don't want to understand. I
- 2:41Speaker 3: want you to overstand. Come on, come on and bridge
- 2:45Speaker 3: too far?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Uh?
- 2:46Speaker 3: Selena Jensen is suing for six hundred dollars for an
- 2:51Speaker 3: event rental. She is suing Reggie Craig. Reggie Crag's throwing
- 2:56Speaker 3: back a three hundred and fifty dollars countersuits.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Okay for what? Uh? Cleaning? Okay? Cool? You ready? Sounds
- 3:05Speaker 2: super fun?
- 3:05Speaker 1: Brain?
- 3:06Speaker 3: It is Selena is And tell me if you've heard
- 3:09Speaker 3: this before. This is I've never heard of this before.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Selena is the ad for the private school's high school
- 3:17Speaker 3: female basketball team.
- 3:20Speaker 2: The athletic director. This private school has a private school
- 3:25Speaker 2: high school's basketball She's not the coach, She's the athletic
- 3:29Speaker 2: director for this private school's high school female basketball team. Yeah.
- 3:35Speaker 2: I don't understand that that's going to be a private
- 3:38Speaker 2: school with twenty thousand students.
- 3:41Speaker 3: You would think that it would be a private school
- 3:43Speaker 3: with a lot of money, and she says, not so much.
- 3:46Speaker 1: To case.
- 3:46Speaker 2: School's always tell you they.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Don't have a lot of money.
- 3:49Speaker 2: This what they do this private school.
- 3:51Speaker 3: They do a fundraiser every year to help kids who
- 3:56Speaker 3: can who can't pay for the school. But yeah, want
- 4:00Speaker 3: to play for the team, and so we got some
- 4:01Speaker 3: money that will helpships scholarship money. They've done this for
- 4:05Speaker 3: five years now and they do it every year at
- 4:09Speaker 3: a local park with a gymnasium. Okay, and so they
- 4:13Speaker 3: do it in the gymnasium. It's a basketball fundraiser. We
- 4:16Speaker 3: got a basketball court of it. Why they don't do
- 4:17Speaker 3: it at their own basketball court, I don't know. Ross
- 4:20Speaker 3: doesn't ask.
- 4:21Speaker 2: What if the girls basketball team has their own athletic director,
- 4:25Speaker 2: then they have a nice I guess they don't have
- 4:27Speaker 2: their own gym. I don't know.
- 4:28Speaker 3: They do it at this this park's gymn I know.
- 4:33Speaker 3: But she's been doing it for five years and it's
- 4:35Speaker 3: been really successful over the years. Now, this is the
- 4:39Speaker 3: place that Reggie works. Reggie works at this park. Reggie
- 4:42Speaker 3: is new. I'm new here here and he has he's
- 4:47Speaker 3: never done this event before. He didn't know Selena beforehand.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Selena had been working with a guy named Tim for
- 4:53Speaker 1: Tim for the past five years.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Tim's out of here. Reggie's in and he has a
- 4:58Speaker 3: different philosophy. Reggie's philosophy is to make as much money
- 5:03Speaker 3: as possible. What I know, it's this crazy thing.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Tim didn't get it. Tim didn't get it. That might
- 5:08Speaker 2: be why Tim's out. That's probably that's our problem. I think.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I think yes.
- 5:13Speaker 3: So Judge Ross says, but isn't this park public? Is
- 5:16Speaker 3: it a public park? Reggie says yes.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Ross says, we the tax payers play, pay pay money
- 5:21Speaker 1: and registers.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Of course they do.
- 5:23Speaker 3: But to rent the gym, you have to pay and
- 5:26Speaker 3: the payment is one hundred dollars an hour. Okay, So
- 5:30Speaker 3: Selina says with Tim, she didn't pay hourly. She paid
- 5:35Speaker 3: a six hundred dollars one time fee. Reggie's new in town.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Reggie's new in town. Ross is like, Okay, what's the problem.
- 5:43Speaker 3: How long is this event? Because you could be saving
- 5:45Speaker 3: money at the end of the day. She says, it's
- 5:48Speaker 3: a two to three hour event. She's like, but sometimes
- 5:52Speaker 3: it goes longer. And I didn't like the idea of
- 5:54Speaker 3: paying hourly. I liked having FLEXI could have saved money,
- 5:58Speaker 3: could have two to three hours. Is gonna go an
- 5:59Speaker 3: hour hour long? You're still saving two in her bucks.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I know, I know. I don't like any of these people.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I don't think they overstand anything. You and me both pale.
- 6:08Speaker 2: But that's not actually the real problem. The real problem
- 6:11Speaker 2: is that Reggie told her that he would send a contract.
- 6:16Speaker 2: He sent a contract, she couldn't open the attachment. Something happened,
- 6:20Speaker 2: the attachment couldn't Yeah, you can't do that. You can't
- 6:24Speaker 2: save that.
- 6:25Speaker 3: And there's like my hands are tied at that point,
- 6:28Speaker 3: Like I go and I say it. I say that,
- 6:31Speaker 3: I say it's word, so you can only save it
- 6:34Speaker 3: as a word.
- 6:34Speaker 2: That It's not my fault. Nobody uses Microsoft anymore, just
- 6:37Speaker 2: saying asked me to do something on Microsoft word use
- 6:41Speaker 2: that in a decade, and you can't do it over
- 6:44Speaker 2: a decade. You can't do it. I didn't see it anywhere.
- 6:48Speaker 3: I would say, Why would a word let you is
- 6:51Speaker 3: what I'm saying. Why would they play nice with all
- 6:53Speaker 3: the other dogs?
- 6:53Speaker 2: Shouldn't so?
- 6:56Speaker 3: Uh if you're not picking up on what happened. Here's
- 6:59Speaker 3: one time.
- 7:00Speaker 2: For some reason we needed a word doc converted to
- 7:03Speaker 2: a PDF, and I was like, I don't think you
- 7:04Speaker 2: can do it. I had not been on Microsoft Word
- 7:08Speaker 2: since maybe twenty twelve, but for some reason somebody sent
- 7:11Speaker 2: us something in Microsoft Words and that was the end
- 7:14Speaker 2: of me caring and we needed it. Brian, if you
- 7:18Speaker 2: can believe it still uses Microsoft Word.
- 7:20Speaker 1: So that doesn't sound like I can't have it. So
- 7:23Speaker 1: can't do it.
- 7:24Speaker 3: The problem is trying to open up this attachment. Couldn't
- 7:27Speaker 3: do it.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Asked him to re send it many times. He didn't.
- 7:30Speaker 2: He just kind of like ghosted it. He ghosted her.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Did you approve of that?
- 7:33Speaker 3: Uh? No, okay, But Reggie Ross is like, Reggie, what's
- 7:39Speaker 3: going on here? Reggie's like, I got a lot going
- 7:40Speaker 3: on here. I got a lot going on trying to
- 7:44Speaker 3: do I'm trying to make a lot of money here.
- 7:46Speaker 2: I don't know if you remember New philosophy, and I'm
- 7:50Speaker 2: twenty as you can. That's your public park.
- 7:52Speaker 3: And Ross is like, I understand that, but isn't renting
- 7:55Speaker 3: out the facilities like your whole thing?
- 7:57Speaker 2: That's your whole thing, and.
- 7:59Speaker 3: He's like, yes, yes, and I did that. I rented
- 8:02Speaker 3: it out, I did it.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:04Speaker 3: So the morning comes of the fund Razor and Selena
- 8:09Speaker 3: decides we're going to go through as planned at the astablishment,
- 8:12Speaker 3: despite never actually getting the contract sent to her. So
- 8:15Speaker 3: she begins to bring things into the gym. He stops
- 8:18Speaker 3: or says whoa, whoa, whoa pretty lady. He doesn't say that.
- 8:22Speaker 3: He's like, hey, you haven't signed your contract yet.
- 8:24Speaker 2: I know, I don't know.
- 8:26Speaker 3: I don't know what to tell you. It seems like
- 8:28Speaker 3: something Reggie would say.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 3: So Reggie's like, who wha, whoa pretty lady, you haven't
- 8:33Speaker 3: signed your contracts and she's like, I know, tried. So
- 8:37Speaker 3: that's when he hands her a paper copy of the contract,
- 8:40Speaker 3: and that is when she sees that she's going to
- 8:42Speaker 3: be charged a thousand dollars total ten hours full day,
- 8:47Speaker 3: one hundred dollars an hour day. I guess whatever what
- 8:52Speaker 3: I don't know, And he's like that's uh. She wanted
- 8:56Speaker 3: to do the entire day. That would be ten hours,
- 8:58Speaker 3: one thousand dollars. And Selene is like, listen, I told
- 9:02Speaker 3: him we were we were only going to do up
- 9:04Speaker 3: to six hours. Uh, and says, and he's like, well, Ross,
- 9:10Speaker 3: do you have proof that you guys came to an
- 9:12Speaker 3: agreement of six hours?
- 9:14Speaker 1: And she says, no, didn't prove of that. Did she
- 9:17Speaker 1: sign the contract?
- 9:18Speaker 2: Hold on? Okay, like I thought you were wrapping up.
- 9:22Speaker 2: That's on me.
- 9:22Speaker 3: But she says, also, what he didn't tell me as
- 9:26Speaker 3: I'm looking through this contract is, uh that we're not
- 9:29Speaker 3: allowed to sell our own concessions. A lot of what
- 9:33Speaker 3: we've done in prior years is selling a lot. You
- 9:36Speaker 3: make a ton of ton of money concessions. Private schools
- 9:39Speaker 3: live on concessions, and uh, they the facility now has
- 9:44Speaker 3: their own concessions, their own vendors, and she's not allowed
- 9:47Speaker 3: to do it.
- 9:47Speaker 2: So the only thing sounds more like a carnival.
- 9:49Speaker 3: The only thing that they were able to sell were
- 9:52Speaker 3: T shirts and ice cream sandwiches.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I mean, they don't really know.
- 9:56Speaker 3: I guess maybe they didn't have an ice cream vendor
- 9:59Speaker 3: and so that's what they were sell.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Any concessions except ice cream sandwiches. You gotta get this.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I got a hankering. Yeah, I could actually use one.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I would love one.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I never think about ice cream sandwiches, but I never
- 10:11Speaker 1: turned one down.
- 10:11Speaker 2: That's my motto too. My kids have been eating the
- 10:14Speaker 2: Oreo ice cream sandwiches from Costco and they're in a
- 10:17Speaker 2: wrapper where they never get too frozen. Have you seen this?
- 10:20Speaker 2: They're in the freezer, but you open it up and
- 10:22Speaker 2: it's still perfect texture. They could be in the freezer
- 10:25Speaker 2: for weeks brand and you open it it's a weird.
- 10:28Speaker 2: If the wrapper feels weird, you open it up and
- 10:30Speaker 2: it's like someone made it fresh.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Can I ask you a quick question? Yeah, on our
- 10:34Speaker 3: way out of town, could we swing by your house.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I don't know if there were any left because we
- 10:37Speaker 3: go to costc on Fridays. Dude, I'm just telling you,
- 10:42Speaker 3: do you know what you're talking about?
- 10:43Speaker 2: We could try. The first time I had the rapper,
- 10:45Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't know about this, and I'm like,
- 10:46Speaker 2: did we just buy these? And Sarah's like no, they've
- 10:48Speaker 2: been in the freezer. We get a pack of like
- 10:50Speaker 2: fifty and like they last. Like we could try. We
- 10:53Speaker 2: could try. I could tell my wife will know. She'll know.
- 10:56Speaker 2: She'd know.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Yeah, so you can sell ice cream. You could sell
- 11:01Speaker 1: ice cream sandwiches and T shirts.
- 11:03Speaker 3: And she didn't know that until the day of because
- 11:06Speaker 3: why Dan she couldn't open.
- 11:09Speaker 2: A word PDF situation.
- 11:11Speaker 3: So despite all of these hang ups, Stan she agrees
- 11:15Speaker 3: to sign the papers because it's the day of and
- 11:20Speaker 3: he agreed, and he agreed to only charge six hundred dollars.
- 11:26Speaker 2: He came down. He came down.
- 11:29Speaker 3: So that's that's the sus for six hundred dollars, all right,
- 11:32Speaker 3: So why she's sing? So she walks in with anybody
- 11:38Speaker 3: ways pretty lately and in your face you get strong.
- 11:46Speaker 3: So she walks into the gymnasium and this is when
- 11:50Speaker 3: she realizes that all of the bleachers that they have
- 11:54Speaker 3: used for prior years for season are gone.
- 11:59Speaker 1: The bleachers are gone. Reggie says, they were old. We're
- 12:02Speaker 1: in the process of replacing them. There's nothing we can
- 12:06Speaker 1: do about that. And she's like, we couldn't sell stuff
- 12:10Speaker 1: in the facility.
- 12:11Speaker 3: People had to go outside to get ice cream standishes
- 12:14Speaker 3: and T shirts. We typically make three to five thousand
- 12:17Speaker 3: dollars a year in this funders or this year, I'm
- 12:19Speaker 3: negative four hundred.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Wow.
- 12:24Speaker 3: So she's not suing for three to five thousand dollars.
- 12:27Speaker 2: But was that she's suing? Was that in the contract?
- 12:31Speaker 3: Her Her problem is basically, you know, I didn't get
- 12:35Speaker 3: the contract ahead of time.
- 12:36Speaker 2: So I didn't know about all this stuff.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Yeah, and like I tried to get the contract, didn't
- 12:41Speaker 3: get the contract, and then okay, and then so so
- 12:44Speaker 3: she's like, if had I had known this stuff, I
- 12:46Speaker 3: would have had enough time to make another to make
- 12:49Speaker 3: a decision to go somewhere else. I didn't have that
- 12:51Speaker 3: time fundraise of with today. So we went ahead and
- 12:53Speaker 3: did it.
- 12:53Speaker 1: And because of all the things that he's changed and
- 12:56Speaker 1: the fact that we had no bleachers, people weren't sticking around.
- 12:58Speaker 2: They were leaving. So I lost money. Yes, the contract question.
- 13:03Speaker 2: This park is in the same town where she lives,
- 13:07Speaker 2: as far as I know. I mean, they've done it
- 13:08Speaker 2: every point. When she didn't get an email rist she
- 13:11Speaker 2: could have gone that could have check it out. Okay.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I just want to make sure she's not like traveling
- 13:14Speaker 2: so many things here. I have questions about the ross.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Isn't gonna ask countersuit you might be wondering and fifty
- 13:20Speaker 3: four Yeah, it's it's excessive cleaning. And Selena says, we
- 13:25Speaker 3: cleaned up everything that we used. The vendors they had
- 13:28Speaker 3: their own mess. We weren't going to clean That's exactly right.
- 13:32Speaker 3: And He's like, the contract says that you have to
- 13:35Speaker 3: clean up everything, not just your stuff everything. No, Dan,
- 13:40Speaker 3: there's no proof for anybody anywhere.
- 13:43Speaker 2: He's not getting his countersuit. She signed a contract, she
- 13:47Speaker 2: has to pay the money.
- 13:48Speaker 3: That's right, Dan, No one's getting any money. Both cases,
- 13:52Speaker 3: both cases are thrown out. You you should you to
- 13:56Speaker 3: your point, you could have done a lot of different
- 13:58Speaker 3: things when you weren't getting the contract, couldn't open it.
- 14:01Speaker 3: You could have gone down there. You could have done
- 14:02Speaker 3: a lot of things you chose not to. So this
- 14:05Speaker 3: is on on you at the end of the day
- 14:07Speaker 3: and got out of here. Your vendors should clean up
- 14:10Speaker 3: after this here. It's not a renter's.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yeah, So there you have it. There you go. I
- 14:16Speaker 2: overstand it. I do. Oh sure, let's head on over
- 14:19Speaker 2: to Judge Mabeline. Shall we may? It's been a while
- 14:24Speaker 2: since I've been uh yeah, that that song slaps Angela
- 14:29Speaker 2: Daniels is suing Timothy Mansie. I say, Mansie, he's we
- 14:34Speaker 2: later halfway through the guy that does the thing, it's
- 14:36Speaker 2: like Timothy Mansy. But then the judge or somebody says monsie.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I think it's Monsie. I don't know he's like a
- 14:45Speaker 2: he's a shady character. Angela Daniels is suing Timothy Mansey
- 14:48Speaker 2: for fifty three hundred bucks, big money. Yeah, Angela is like,
- 14:52Speaker 2: I own on automobile dealership. Mister Mansey came into town
- 14:56Speaker 2: and he purchased a car. He came in, not into town.
- 14:59Speaker 2: So the person who own owns the dealership is suing. Yeah,
- 15:02Speaker 2: all right, he's in the process of buying this car
- 15:06Speaker 2: for me. He buys the car and he goes, I
- 15:08Speaker 2: own the minor league baseball team in town, the Sliders
- 15:12Speaker 2: and Spartan Burgers. Yeah, Spartan Burgers. And I'd love for
- 15:16Speaker 2: your dealership to sponsor the team. And she is like great,
- 15:20Speaker 2: and I did, and we did it for two years
- 15:22Speaker 2: and both years it went great, like great sponsorship. It
- 15:24Speaker 2: worked out for everybody involved.
- 15:26Speaker 3: What's great like what is considered a great No other information,
- 15:30Speaker 3: but I'm gonna have plenty of information coming up. About
- 15:32Speaker 3: the third year, before the third season, he came back
- 15:34Speaker 3: and he said, Hey, for a little bit more money,
- 15:37Speaker 3: i'd love for you to be the official she says,
- 15:39Speaker 3: the official sponsor. And we said yes.
- 15:42Speaker 2: And then I went to the game and I noticed
- 15:45Speaker 2: that there were ads for other car dealerships all around
- 15:50Speaker 2: the park, which is a breach of our contract. I
- 15:53Speaker 2: think so. Because I'm the official sponsor, you would think so. Also,
- 15:57Speaker 2: I was supposed to receive complimentary tickets to every game,
- 16:01Speaker 2: but instead I had to pay. I paid twenty five
- 16:04Speaker 2: hundred dollars for the sponsorship, which is nothing in my opinion,
- 16:07Speaker 2: and I and the official sponsor of a minor league
- 16:10Speaker 2: baseball to get there, We're gonna get there. It's more
- 16:11Speaker 2: complicated than that. And then I had to pay twenty
- 16:14Speaker 2: eight hundred dollars for tickets for tickets to all seventy
- 16:18Speaker 2: three home games. And well, judge Mabelene's like, did the
- 16:22Speaker 2: contract say you get complimentary tickets? She said, yes, it does,
- 16:26Speaker 2: and she reads complimentary tickets to all games, including playoffs
- 16:29Speaker 2: if the need arises. That's how it's the But here's
- 16:31Speaker 2: my question. Here's here's my question. So she.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Where she did she buy the tickets after the fact
- 16:39Speaker 3: or is it like, is it written in the thing
- 16:41Speaker 3: where it's like, here's the sponsorship, here's the value of
- 16:44Speaker 3: the tickets.
- 16:44Speaker 2: It doesn't say the value of the tickets. You're you're
- 16:46Speaker 2: you're ahead of me a little bit. Here. Yeah. So uh.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Mabelene asked to see the contract, and she mentions off
- 16:53Speaker 2: hand that we also were supposed to have access to
- 16:55Speaker 2: this suite for when I bring guests and want to
- 16:57Speaker 2: bring clients. This is a steal at twenty five hundred dollars.
- 17:01Speaker 2: We would do this for the Greenville We would do
- 17:02Speaker 2: this right now for the If the Greenville Drive said
- 17:05Speaker 2: twenty five hund oh, you can have bramble jam everywhere.
- 17:07Speaker 2: We get access to the suite and get all the
- 17:09Speaker 2: games done. Done, double it, It's done. I'm seriously so,
- 17:15Speaker 2: Timothy Manza gets a chance to speak, said, your honor.
- 17:19Speaker 2: She went and bought season tickets right behind the dugout.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I never promised her those seats. The free seats to
- 17:28Speaker 2: her were available. She had to call me whenever she
- 17:31Speaker 2: wanted to go to the game, and we were going
- 17:32Speaker 2: to give her whatever seats were available that night, not
- 17:36Speaker 2: right behind the dugout. I would never give the contract stakes.
- 17:40Speaker 2: The contract just says complimentary seats for every game, including playoffs,
- 17:44Speaker 2: if the need arises. That's what the contract so interesting.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Mabeling's like, Mabeling's like okay, He's like, you're on her.
- 17:52Speaker 2: No one forced her to go get those tickets. She
- 17:55Speaker 2: wanted to buy those and hand them to her clients.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Ridiculous the seats she bought. We're not what was promised
- 18:01Speaker 2: to her. Period. And then maybe he's like, well, what
- 18:04Speaker 2: about the official sponsorship agreement? And he goes, you'reuner, she's
- 18:08Speaker 2: not the exclusive sponsor. Official and exclusive are different. And
- 18:11Speaker 2: he's like, you will see, and he goes, maybe he is,
- 18:15Speaker 2: what does official mean? She's the official used car sponsor
- 18:20Speaker 2: of the team. Uh so the contract says we signed.
- 18:23Speaker 2: We'll get there and say that's what he She says,
- 18:25Speaker 2: we're the official sponsor. That's not what the contract says.
- 18:28Speaker 2: He says, they're the official used car sponsors. That's not
- 18:30Speaker 2: all the contracts Ok. He goes, we signed Chuck's Trucks.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Who hasn't who you have to? Chuck just rolls in.
- 18:40Speaker 2: You gotta make a deal. Chuck's truck sells new cars,
- 18:44Speaker 2: and so they were the official new car dealership of
- 18:47Speaker 2: the team. Angel says, that's not what the contract says.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Timothy reads the contract. No, no, that he just says.
- 18:52Speaker 2: The contract says official used car dealership. Right here, Mabelene
- 18:57Speaker 2: reads a portion of the contract which includes benefits such
- 19:00Speaker 2: as credits and benefits. The sponsor prominent acknowledgment. It does
- 19:03Speaker 2: not say exclusive anywhere. It says they are the official
- 19:07Speaker 2: transportation providers of the team. Inside the program, that's where
- 19:12Speaker 2: it says it official transportation. That's right, providers providing. That's
- 19:17Speaker 2: what it says.
- 19:18Speaker 3: And he goes, so what I what I would read
- 19:20Speaker 3: that to mean is actually that they are using They
- 19:24Speaker 3: have actually like a car agreement to like shuttle players around.
- 19:28Speaker 2: So he goes, you, runner, there's no way we can
- 19:29Speaker 2: make ends meet just with one twenty dollars sponsor like that.
- 19:34Speaker 2: They Angel's like, but I'm the official sponsor and amablings like,
- 19:38Speaker 2: it doesn't say anything about used or new. It's not
- 19:41Speaker 2: clear what this is an interpretation issue. What does transportation
- 19:44Speaker 2: provider mean? And he says, you're on her. We use
- 19:46Speaker 2: her dealership for transportation of the players. The buses have
- 19:51Speaker 2: just her logo on the side of it and that
- 19:53Speaker 2: is the only play but buss she provides. Wow, Mabling's like,
- 19:59Speaker 2: it says official spons sort of transportation provider. It doesn't
- 20:03Speaker 2: what you're saying is it doesn't mean seller of cars.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Angela is like, we verbally agreed that it meant the
- 20:10Speaker 2: car salesman, and and Mabeling says, you didn't verbally agree
- 20:13Speaker 2: to anything, that's why you're here. What part of this
- 20:16Speaker 2: contract did he break? And then Angela says, the contract
- 20:20Speaker 2: also states, and this is true, that my company would
- 20:22Speaker 2: have prominent placement throughout the park. If you look in
- 20:26Speaker 2: the picture, Chuck Trucks and my ad are the exact
- 20:29Speaker 2: same side, and they're right next to each other. And
- 20:31Speaker 2: I used to be on the scoreboards all around the venue.
- 20:34Speaker 2: I'm on, I was on none of that. I sent
- 20:36Speaker 2: a picture in it's nowhere to be found. We see
- 20:38Speaker 2: a picture of the scoreboard. There's no her dealership is
- 20:41Speaker 2: nowhere anywhere. There's other sponsors out there there, yes, well
- 20:44Speaker 2: there's nothing really. It just is like a scoreboard. And
- 20:46Speaker 2: like I think there's some other sponsors, like low Bite,
- 20:48Speaker 2: like down on the fence line. Uh, he said, And
- 20:53Speaker 2: then Mabeling says, so what about these tickets? And he is,
- 20:56Speaker 2: she never asked. My HR people would handle it. If
- 20:59Speaker 2: she call, she knows she can get tickets. And Mabel
- 21:02Speaker 2: He's like, she's supposed to call you before every game
- 21:04Speaker 2: to get tickets. And he's like, yeah, if she wants tickets.
- 21:08Speaker 2: I'll give you whatever's available. And then Mabeling reads from
- 21:12Speaker 2: the contract, you will formally recognize her as official transportation provider.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Where did you do that? And he says, well, we
- 21:22Speaker 2: would throughout the game put her name on the running scoreboards.
- 21:27Speaker 2: She says, show me. He says, I don't have any
- 21:31Speaker 2: pictures of that, but you can ask her. We put
- 21:34Speaker 2: official sponsor by her name every night on the scoreboard,
- 21:37Speaker 2: and she chose to buy those tickets. I can't stress
- 21:39Speaker 2: that enough. Those tickets were for smoothing clients. They were
- 21:42Speaker 2: not the complimentary tickets I promised her. And the buses
- 21:44Speaker 2: for the team did say official sponsor on the side
- 21:47Speaker 2: of them. But he doesn't have any picks. Mabeling's ready
- 21:51Speaker 2: to rule.
- 21:51Speaker 1: We don't have any picks of the transportation either.
- 21:55Speaker 2: It's a tough one.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Well, I'm going to start with the easy part, which
- 22:00Speaker 3: is she's not getting the however much money she's been
- 22:02Speaker 3: on tickets.
- 22:04Speaker 2: She's dumb, dumb, it was dumb. It was a drumb move.
- 22:08Speaker 2: And then twenty five hundred for the sponsorship. I'm gonna
- 22:13Speaker 2: give her half. I'm gonna give her half of it.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I think you know I sure would have liked I
- 22:18Speaker 3: I could see where she gets all the money, because
- 22:21Speaker 3: my guy here didn't provide any proof that you know,
- 22:24Speaker 3: the logos are on the vans and the thing was
- 22:26Speaker 3: on the scoreboard and whatnot. My big hur hang up
- 22:29Speaker 3: here is that her logo it was was promised to
- 22:34Speaker 3: be prominent. It's the same as old Chuck over there.
- 22:37Speaker 3: That feels like a breach to me. It does sound
- 22:42Speaker 3: like the type of sponsorship that she had. The official
- 22:46Speaker 3: transportation is exactly what she got, but the prominent placement
- 22:51Speaker 3: of the logo, I think it's worth about half.
- 22:54Speaker 2: So you know, this Timothy Monzi is a absolute like
- 22:57Speaker 2: he seems like a sleeves ball. He seems like a
- 23:00Speaker 2: guy that would run a minor league team. And the
- 23:01Speaker 2: way he talks and acts in the courtroom is very
- 23:04Speaker 2: like she technically got what she paid. Like he is
- 23:07Speaker 2: basically like, you can't you know what I mean? And
- 23:10Speaker 2: Mabelene kind of takes offense to that, and she gives
- 23:13Speaker 2: him all of it. She gives her all of it. Wow,
- 23:16Speaker 2: she gives her all fifty three hundred, even as sleezy tickets.
- 23:19Speaker 2: She gives him the tickets too, even as sleazy as
- 23:22Speaker 2: this guy was. She has a complaint with the contract
- 23:25Speaker 2: because she does not get prominent placement. And she brought
- 23:28Speaker 2: in a picture where her logo is nowhere. So that
- 23:31Speaker 2: gets to the twenty five hundred, in my opinion, the
- 23:34Speaker 2: twenty eight hundred for the tickets. I can't even as
- 23:37Speaker 2: sleazy as this guy is. She did not deserve to
- 23:40Speaker 2: be reimbursed for that. That was something she decided to
- 23:42Speaker 2: do to look better, and but she gets it all wow,
- 23:46Speaker 2: and we gabbled. All right, we gaveled. That's interesting. I've
- 23:48Speaker 2: been thinking about that one for a while. Yeah, you
- 23:51Speaker 2: will maybe keep you up at night. We'll see, yes
- 23:54Speaker 2: for sure. Cool. All right, well we did everybody. Congratulations.
- 23:57Speaker 2: We'll be back next week. Leave us a review, maybe
- 23:59Speaker 2: we'll read it.
