- 0:22Speaker 1: and Matt Flynn.
- 0:47Speaker 4: You welcome in Friday.
- 0:52Speaker 5: Friday Friday. I'm pretty sure we don't how when it's
- 0:56Speaker 5: just a tripod, right.
- 0:57Speaker 6: I think you just started not howling when Jake was
- 1:01Speaker 6: here and we were like the Jake Tripod.
- 1:03Speaker 7: He howled.
- 1:03Speaker 8: Oh yeah, so y'all were cool with not the full
- 1:06Speaker 8: I mean.
- 1:08Speaker 7: So that's what I said.
- 1:09Speaker 6: I said, Matt doesn't howl when you're not here, Yeah,
- 1:13Speaker 6: And he was like why not?
- 1:14Speaker 7: And I was like, I think it's because it's not all.
- 1:16Speaker 8: Of us, Yeah, it's not the wolf pack.
- 1:17Speaker 6: But then we came to a conclusion that maybe it's
- 1:19Speaker 6: because you're not good at howling.
- 1:23Speaker 8: Both two things can be true.
- 1:25Speaker 7: Yeah, I think so too.
- 1:26Speaker 5: I like, I like to think about us as a team,
- 1:29Speaker 5: complete team, and the Tripod is a different.
- 1:32Speaker 8: Team a little bit.
- 1:33Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, yeah, Hey, good morning, good morning, It's Friday.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Hope everybody's doing great out there. We appreciate you tuning
- 1:43Speaker 5: in joining us this morning. I'm here on off the
- 1:46Speaker 5: bench right here live from the Raising Caine studio. Flynn
- 1:52Speaker 5: Lady Kane crossed the table from me Elandra Tata in studio.
- 1:56Speaker 5: Jacob has taken a little bit of a taking a
- 1:59Speaker 5: four day weekend seat of just the one little extra
- 2:03Speaker 5: Memorial day for Jake there headed up to Shreeport season family,
- 2:07Speaker 5: So wish them safe travels and their journey. If you
- 2:10Speaker 5: were traveling this weekend, wish you save travels. But we
- 2:13Speaker 5: we appreciate you joining us on Friday morning. I hope
- 2:15Speaker 5: everybody's had a having a beautiful start to the day.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Kids are out of school, summer's looking a little bit different.
- 2:23Speaker 5: I could tell you my wife was, Uh, it's a
- 2:26Speaker 5: little bit tired last night because first day of summer,
- 2:29Speaker 5: and uh, things change for the parents when summer starts.
- 2:35Speaker 5: You don't get that. You don't get that babysitter for
- 2:37Speaker 5: eight hours a day. So the kids were full of energy,
- 2:41Speaker 5: a lot of playdates. I think they kicked it off
- 2:45Speaker 5: pretty good. They were just non stop yesterday, Yeah, NonStop.
- 2:49Speaker 7: I mean one was up at five in the morning.
- 2:51Speaker 8: Yeah, we went to eat like late. We went to
- 2:53Speaker 8: go see someone.
- 2:55Speaker 5: So we went to go see Huk went to go
- 2:56Speaker 5: see one of his buddies play flag football yesterday at
- 2:58Speaker 5: Elite they played in a little champion yep, so we
- 3:00Speaker 5: went to uh, let's see, we went to Rotolos. Just
- 3:04Speaker 5: grab some pizza on the way home. Second night or
- 3:07Speaker 5: two's a asleep at the restaurant.
- 3:10Speaker 4: She's got to stop going so hard in the morning.
- 3:13Speaker 8: She went hard in the morning, That's.
- 3:15Speaker 4: What I'm saying. She's got to pace herself throughout the day.
- 3:18Speaker 5: Her calorie count was was up there in the dancing
- 3:25Speaker 5: and they just they kept going. They kept going all day.
- 3:27Speaker 6: You put like like an Apple watch or one of
- 3:30Speaker 6: those Aura rings or what they Yeah, you put them
- 3:33Speaker 6: on the track, yeah, all in like I don't.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Know, it would tell them to slow down. The kid's
- 3:39Speaker 5: got some energy. I got a little energy this morning.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Woke up extra early. Yeah, I got into the studio
- 3:47Speaker 5: extra early.
- 3:47Speaker 8: You know what I wanted to do. What I wanted
- 3:49Speaker 8: to prep for the show.
- 3:51Speaker 5: I wanted to look at all the sports headlines out there.
- 3:54Speaker 7: Get ready, what's the most interesting one you saw?
- 3:58Speaker 5: There's not a lot here early. Didn't need to because
- 4:02Speaker 5: there's really no sports headlines. There's a little bit. LSU
- 4:06Speaker 5: softball today starts their super regional. I guess NBA basketball,
- 4:12Speaker 5: that's happening, Nick, first play tonight. Nicks beat the Calves
- 4:17Speaker 5: last night.
- 4:17Speaker 8: Graves are done, They're toast.
- 4:19Speaker 4: They're done.
- 4:21Speaker 8: Yeah, why blew.
- 4:23Speaker 4: A twenty two point lead game one? It's an emotional
- 4:25Speaker 4: loss and they just got absolutely torch last night. They're done.
- 4:32Speaker 8: Okay, Well, I mean it's like the only two games then, right.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Teams that go up two oh, conference finals win the
- 4:39Speaker 4: series nine of the time, so they have an eight.
- 4:43Speaker 5: I remember when I was in college, maybe right after college.
- 4:48Speaker 5: I remember my at the time, my my Dallas Mavericks
- 4:52Speaker 5: were in the NBA finals. They went up like two
- 4:54Speaker 5: to nothing on the heat.
- 4:56Speaker 8: Oh that was Shack d Wade heat. Yeah they didn't
- 4:58Speaker 8: win that one. No they did.
- 5:00Speaker 4: No, I didn't say one hundred. Oh sorry, I think
- 5:03Speaker 4: this is just conference finals.
- 5:06Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 5:06Speaker 4: That came from Scott van Pelt last night, not me.
- 5:08Speaker 4: So all right, take it up with Scott.
- 5:11Speaker 8: Take it up with Scott. I will all right.
- 5:15Speaker 5: How a y'all doing you already? Are you all ready
- 5:17Speaker 5: for a longer weekend, I am. Yeah, let me finish
- 5:23Speaker 5: the question a laundra.
- 5:24Speaker 7: I didn't need you to.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Are you ready to leave? Yeah, somewhere.
- 5:29Speaker 6: I was here less than twelve hours after I left here.
- 5:32Speaker 6: So all right, say what I was here this morning
- 5:37Speaker 6: less than twelve hours after I left this building?
- 5:40Speaker 7: Okay, that's not ideal?
- 5:43Speaker 8: No, I mean what were you doing yesterday?
- 5:46Speaker 6: Uh afr was at Marucci and then I came to
- 5:49Speaker 6: drop all this stuff off after that?
- 5:52Speaker 5: All right?
- 5:53Speaker 8: So how that? So when when you'll get to Marrichi?
- 5:55Speaker 4: What?
- 5:56Speaker 8: How do y'all? Where do y'all set up?
- 5:58Speaker 2: So?
- 5:58Speaker 7: Have you been there? To Marucci?
- 6:00Speaker 8: I mean I've been there.
- 6:01Speaker 7: It's pretty cool.
- 6:02Speaker 8: I hadn't been like all the parts.
- 6:04Speaker 7: It's when you first walk in. You know the wall,
- 6:06Speaker 7: it's like the bats and then the big home plate
- 6:11Speaker 7: Marucci on there.
- 6:12Speaker 6: That's where we set up. I told them last time
- 6:14Speaker 6: I would. I think it'd be cool if we could
- 6:16Speaker 6: do it in the cage. But the cages were full
- 6:17Speaker 6: today or yesterday, which is good.
- 6:20Speaker 8: Did you get any swings?
- 6:21Speaker 5: No?
- 6:22Speaker 4: Not yesterday.
- 6:22Speaker 5: I know.
- 6:24Speaker 6: I was so stressed because all the remotes have been
- 6:26Speaker 6: kind of like y'all's remote was not great?
- 6:31Speaker 5: What was not great about all? You're trying to say?
- 6:34Speaker 5: What are you trying to say?
- 6:35Speaker 7: Y'all did a great job.
- 6:37Speaker 8: I mean it was electric content.
- 6:40Speaker 6: I know, I know people love to listen to me
- 6:42Speaker 6: and Taylor for like the last hour of the show
- 6:44Speaker 6: instead of y'all.
- 6:45Speaker 5: But again, amazing job. Hey, we didn't miss a segment? Yeah, look, Taylor,
- 6:49Speaker 5: I don't I don't get it.
- 6:50Speaker 7: We even clock management.
- 6:52Speaker 4: And everything, did we did? We miss one live read
- 6:57Speaker 4: because we didn't know we were going to need to pull
- 6:58Speaker 4: one up. That happens, well, I mean, we came back
- 7:04Speaker 4: here for two minutes, had to get a break.
- 7:05Speaker 8: That's what you call a little whipsies.
- 7:07Speaker 4: It happens, man, it does.
- 7:09Speaker 8: It happens, especially when you're live, right, that's live radio.
- 7:12Speaker 8: Those things happen.
- 7:13Speaker 6: So yesterday I got there maybe way too far in advance,
- 7:17Speaker 6: and everything was working and everything was fine. So I
- 7:19Speaker 6: was like, now I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs.
- 7:24Speaker 6: Chris Marler called me from Hoover.
- 7:27Speaker 8: Lord, he's wanting to give you an update. So Marlar's
- 7:31Speaker 8: and Hoover.
- 7:31Speaker 7: Marlar's and Hoover. Okay, he's at the SEC tournament.
- 7:35Speaker 8: All right, what's he doing?
- 7:37Speaker 6: That's a great question. Yesterday he was like, in a
- 7:40Speaker 6: cabano by himself.
- 7:41Speaker 8: Doesn't he run our social media?
- 7:43Speaker 7: He does.
- 7:44Speaker 6: I don't know how much of the social media running
- 7:46Speaker 6: he's doing at the moment, but I have something I
- 7:49Speaker 6: need him to post today, so we'll see what happens
- 7:51Speaker 6: with that.
- 7:51Speaker 8: And so there's a caban involved.
- 7:53Speaker 6: So he said, this is what and this might be
- 7:55Speaker 6: the most Chris Marler story. Like he calls me a
- 8:00Speaker 6: straight he's like some listener that we have and she's
- 8:03Speaker 6: like a huge fan.
- 8:03Speaker 7: I forgot her name.
- 8:04Speaker 6: I'm sorry, but shout out if you're listening and you
- 8:06Speaker 6: know who you are, Like if you know, you know.
- 8:09Speaker 6: But he was like, she said that her friend is
- 8:11Speaker 6: super rich and she has these tickets to a cabana
- 8:14Speaker 6: and they're extra because they're leaving or whatever. And he
- 8:16Speaker 6: goes in the cabana and he's the only one in there.
- 8:20Speaker 6: So he's just in the cavana, gobbling some glizzies and
- 8:26Speaker 6: drinking some beers all by himself.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Is this kind of like in middle school, like when
- 8:33Speaker 5: someone sits at the table at lunch and then everybody.
- 8:35Speaker 6: Kind of gets nobody else wants to sit with them,
- 8:37Speaker 6: just everybody. Well, he did say all the other cabanas
- 8:39Speaker 6: had people in them.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Yeah, Chris is looking over at the next one. He's like,
- 8:43Speaker 4: can I can I join you? Guys?
- 8:45Speaker 5: This happens every time I go to What if I
- 8:47Speaker 5: just walked over to the next one, yeah, then it
- 8:49Speaker 5: would just kind of clear out. I guess, all right, well,
- 8:54Speaker 5: good for him, Like we can switch cabanas if you
- 8:56Speaker 5: cannot join this stuff. Yeah, not happening. So this isn't
- 9:00Speaker 5: vacation for him. This is work.
- 9:02Speaker 7: I don't know what he's doing over there. I think
- 9:04Speaker 7: it's a.
- 9:04Speaker 8: Little bit of yeah, yeah, definitely. I mean you shouldn't
- 9:07Speaker 8: love what you do. Love work.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Yeah, but you're just telling her to CAMBANDA probably not
- 9:11Speaker 5: running a lot of social media.
- 9:13Speaker 7: He texted us when he got there that he forgot
- 9:15Speaker 7: his laptop charger.
- 9:17Speaker 8: Smart.
- 9:18Speaker 4: I mean, also, you need to go look in his office.
- 9:23Speaker 4: I heard he's got a picture up. That was the
- 9:24Speaker 4: big news. That was the big announcement on Monday.
- 9:27Speaker 7: He teased and forgot.
- 9:28Speaker 8: Yeah, oh that was it.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Okay, So he was texting I He's like he texts
- 9:34Speaker 5: like one hundred, like like what you see here on air?
- 9:39Speaker 8: Is how he also communicates via text.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Anything he's thinking to, he'll call you. So like tuesday,
- 9:45Speaker 4: we were doing the little like pediatrician tours. We're in
- 9:48Speaker 4: the truck driving home. Chris Marler's name pops upon the
- 9:52Speaker 4: little screen. I was like, I'm not answering that. Victory's
- 9:55Speaker 4: like why. I was like, this is probably not gonna
- 9:57Speaker 4: be anything. I was like, finally answered, he gets, hey, man,
- 10:00Speaker 4: I remember the big surprise or Jacob mag gonna be
- 10:02Speaker 4: there tomorrow. I was like, sorry, man, like they're probably
- 10:05Speaker 4: not gonna make it to the media. Yep, dang, all right,
- 10:07Speaker 4: well photoshop myself into a picture of them and they
- 10:09Speaker 4: have to see it. He already texted us that okay, yeah,
- 10:16Speaker 4: announcing it's printed, and then he goes, all right, I'll
- 10:18Speaker 4: see you later.
- 10:19Speaker 8: That was it, Okay, see you later.
- 10:20Speaker 5: So we've made fun of Marler for a long time
- 10:22Speaker 5: because his office has four blank walls and that's it.
- 10:26Speaker 5: He doesn't have any like, no decoration, no picture. He
- 10:30Speaker 5: loves his dogs, I know, like at least put maybe
- 10:32Speaker 5: a picture of a dog. I don't know, something, maybe
- 10:36Speaker 5: an Alabama pennant right, like a locked on cocks whatever
- 10:42Speaker 5: it is for his podcast that he loves so dearly,
- 10:47Speaker 5: but nothing so we've always made fun of him for it.
- 10:49Speaker 5: Now at a certain point, I think he just became
- 10:51Speaker 5: a thing right that he's just going to keep it plain.
- 10:55Speaker 5: And I don't know why, because certainly there's not a
- 10:58Speaker 5: dull moment or a blank space.
- 10:59Speaker 8: In his brain at any point, can't be.
- 11:01Speaker 5: But the walls on his office are absolutely blank, like
- 11:04Speaker 5: a crazy person, like a criminal almost. So he text
- 11:08Speaker 5: Jake and I the other day. I was hoping you
- 11:11Speaker 5: guys would be here for the big reveal. But I
- 11:13Speaker 5: finally decorated the office. And then in three separate texts,
- 11:16Speaker 5: he counted down three, two, one, and then he sent
- 11:20Speaker 5: a picture of his office with a just a regular
- 11:25Speaker 5: standard eight by eleven and a half or it was
- 11:28Speaker 5: it eight and a half by eleven piece of paper,
- 11:31Speaker 5: just printed on the regular not even like photoprint of
- 11:34Speaker 5: us him, photoshopped behind me and Jacob in.
- 11:37Speaker 8: The locker room.
- 11:38Speaker 7: Yeah, with the National Championship troop, I think, yeah, And.
- 11:42Speaker 8: That's probably a you know, nine foot maybe ten foot wall.
- 11:47Speaker 7: Yeah, he's just got this tiny picture makes.
- 11:50Speaker 5: Sense in the center fright above his seat. So good
- 11:53Speaker 5: for him. He's living out the dream. Yeah, hmmm, special boy. Literally,
- 12:05Speaker 5: we're gonna miss Marlar Monday because its Memorial Day.
- 12:08Speaker 7: True, He's gonna try to force a Tuesday.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Marl Monday, not Tuesday.
- 12:13Speaker 8: You're the one who all days have you like once
- 12:17Speaker 8: a week whenever.
- 12:18Speaker 4: But since your all caps a big announcement on Twitter said
- 12:21Speaker 4: every Monday said nothing about Tuesday.
- 12:24Speaker 5: So sorry man, sorry, you seem like a big Memorial
- 12:30Speaker 5: Day guy as far as like firing up the grill,
- 12:34Speaker 5: getting on the lawn, cooking some doughs.
- 12:37Speaker 4: On the lawn, cutting the lawn, or like hanging out
- 12:40Speaker 4: on the lawn, well.
- 12:42Speaker 5: Hanging out on it fresh after a fresh cut. I
- 12:46Speaker 5: was laughing at the neighbors yesterday. I was like, you fools,
- 12:49Speaker 5: I got this yard cut on Monday. All y'all missed it.
- 12:52Speaker 5: It's raining for like the next seven days that you know.
- 12:58Speaker 4: We got the little we got the little friends doors
- 13:00Speaker 4: at the frog. You're staying at the front, hands on
- 13:02Speaker 4: your hips like this. Just yeah, that's where we were at.
- 13:06Speaker 8: Man.
- 13:06Speaker 4: No, we're we're uh we always like my family's big
- 13:09Speaker 4: on you know, really every holiday because like we all
- 13:11Speaker 4: live in Walker, Like my parents are five minutes for
- 13:15Speaker 4: me hers are like fifteen, So I mean we're we're
- 13:17Speaker 4: all right there. Like after she gets off work today,
- 13:20Speaker 4: we're actually driving up the Gulf Shores. We'll be there
- 13:22Speaker 4: for the weekend and we're driving home on Memorial Day.
- 13:25Speaker 4: So they get the fireworks out there. Well, we'll grill
- 13:27Speaker 4: some hot dogs and some burgers, like in the condo.
- 13:29Speaker 4: It'll be it'll be nice.
- 13:30Speaker 5: Okay, Well, this is, you know, famously the weekend that
- 13:33Speaker 5: most neighborhood pools, public pools, country cup pools. This is
- 13:40Speaker 5: the weekend they usually open lifeguards on duty starting this weekend.
- 13:44Speaker 5: So get out there, get the kids out there. It's
- 13:48Speaker 5: our burning some energy, burning some calories. It is cannonball season.
- 13:53Speaker 7: I think Blue by Us back open. No, yeah, no,
- 13:55Speaker 7: I swear I saw it.
- 13:56Speaker 4: It's open, yeah, opened like last week.
- 13:58Speaker 8: And it was closed last year because they were redoing it.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Wait and then and then they because like they purchase
- 14:04Speaker 4: it closed, somebody else purchased it.
- 14:05Speaker 8: Okay, they were redoing it to reopen. Was it just
- 14:08Speaker 8: rumors I'd heard that.
- 14:09Speaker 5: It had closed because somebody had no they they sold
- 14:12Speaker 5: it and.
- 14:13Speaker 8: Somebody somebody had died.
- 14:14Speaker 5: I don't really, I don't know. I just knew if
- 14:18Speaker 5: a new company bought it, So I don't know. Let
- 14:22Speaker 5: me see, I heard somebody like fell off that roller coaster,
- 14:26Speaker 5: the Raging.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Cajun like down can.
- 14:30Speaker 8: Think, well that's what that's what I heard. That's what
- 14:31Speaker 8: I mean. So I don't know.
- 14:33Speaker 4: You would think the Raging Cajun would.
- 14:34Speaker 5: Be like ull th you know how you know, rumors
- 14:36Speaker 5: get swirling. I've never stepped that's crazy. I've never stepped
- 14:43Speaker 5: the Blue Do We used to go oh middle school there.
- 14:48Speaker 6: So in twenty ten, a twenty one year old woman
- 14:51Speaker 6: fell thirty feet from the extreme roller coaster located in
- 14:55Speaker 6: Dixie Landon.
- 14:57Speaker 8: So you're right, okay, but that's not there.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Okay that that was a rumor saying, yeah, that's not
- 15:03Speaker 5: gonna be But did happen. So I'm sure they took
- 15:06Speaker 5: multiple safety precautions.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Dressed the bees. I don't think that's why they close close.
- 15:14Speaker 8: Yeah, it's back open though. I guess the wave pool
- 15:18Speaker 8: at it back.
- 15:19Speaker 5: I guess, uh, some sweet all of Walker is going
- 15:23Speaker 5: to be completely empty every time there's a new concert
- 15:26Speaker 5: at Blue Bikey we used to so it's funny.
- 15:28Speaker 4: I never went to a Blue by U concert, but
- 15:31Speaker 4: every summer in junior high, we'd have like the we
- 15:34Speaker 4: get the season pass. You'd walk in first day of summer,
- 15:37Speaker 4: take your picture against the wall, print you out that
- 15:39Speaker 4: little look like a driver's license. You thought you were
- 15:41Speaker 4: like the man.
- 15:42Speaker 5: Oh yeah, no doubt, I'm sure season I mean you
- 15:45Speaker 5: probably grew up with the season pass, right Oh yeah.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you still love Blue By.
- 15:53Speaker 8: What's the number one concert you ever went to?
- 15:57Speaker 4: No, I never went. I'm saying I never went to
- 15:58Speaker 4: a concert.
- 15:59Speaker 8: Never went to. But they've had some decent ones, right yeah.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Yeah. If it's you said the big electronics on.
- 16:07Speaker 8: We probably need to update that marquee.
- 16:10Speaker 4: I think it was just throwing like the little grass
- 16:12Speaker 4: area and they had like the pavilion. I don't think
- 16:14Speaker 4: they had like a set area.
- 16:17Speaker 8: All right.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Oh, Greg Diego in the chat saying Dixie Landy did
- 16:23Speaker 5: not reopen, just the water parks.
- 16:24Speaker 4: So also, I don't think all the slides are fully
- 16:27Speaker 4: open yet. It's like eighty percent. They did like a
- 16:30Speaker 4: soft opening last week, and they're kind of like.
- 16:32Speaker 5: Gradually lifeguards are on duty, of course, I mean I'm
- 16:36Speaker 5: sure hopefully.
- 16:42Speaker 2: So.

- 16:44Speaker 5: Dixie Lands like the non water land party on the land,
- 16:51Speaker 5: buy you land. I guess that makes sense. I mean
- 16:56Speaker 5: I drive by it now that those roller coasters don't
- 16:58Speaker 5: scream at me like, hey I want to ride that
- 17:01Speaker 5: education was I huh it was I rad education? YEA

- 19:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 19:53Speaker 5: She's kind of like a pretty face. Yeah, just a
- 19:57Speaker 5: pretty face over there. She sits in that like she's
- 20:01Speaker 5: gonna do something.
- 20:02Speaker 7: And then doesn't.
- 20:03Speaker 4: She pulls the microphone right up to her.
- 20:05Speaker 8: Pulls microphone right up.
- 20:06Speaker 5: To her, just sits like a good girl thinking about
- 20:16Speaker 5: which male dog she's going to go on a date
- 20:20Speaker 5: with this weekend.
- 20:23Speaker 4: She likes the pink ones.
- 20:25Speaker 8: Hide Hide. All right, seven twenty three, let's get the
- 20:40Speaker 8: show started.

- 21:11Speaker 5: that with a little IV therapy straight to the veins,
- 21:15Speaker 5: the hydration, the vitamins right over there at goat flow ivy.

- 21:21Speaker 5: firsthand from experience, it makes you feel incredible and it
- 21:25Speaker 5: makes you feel better immediately as well. It's not like
- 21:28Speaker 5: this slow burned thing or you gotta do it reputil.
- 21:30Speaker 5: You gotta do it a bunch of different times throughout
- 21:32Speaker 5: multiple weeks or months before you feel anything. You're gonna
- 21:35Speaker 5: walk into go flow and then you're gonna feel in
- 21:38Speaker 5: one way. You're gonna walk out feeling a lot better.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Go go to go flowiv dot com and you can
- 21:42Speaker 5: see their menu of IV cocktails. They got the vitamin
- 21:46Speaker 5: add ins, they add they got something for everything, and
- 21:49Speaker 5: it truly is absolutely amazing how you feel when you
- 21:55Speaker 5: when you go in and come out. And so go
- 21:57Speaker 5: go over there and set yourself a signed up over
- 22:00Speaker 5: there and be in and out with that first IV
- 22:02Speaker 5: like thirty forty five minutes. Someone texted us the other
- 22:04Speaker 5: day and in the group chats like, hey, I went
- 22:07Speaker 5: over there and it really was actually very quick. So
- 22:11Speaker 5: don't be intimidated by go check it out. Just start
- 22:13Speaker 5: that conversation with him right over there, go flow IV.
- 22:16Speaker 5: All right, this is this is usually a pretty high energy,
- 22:22Speaker 5: feel good show. But uh, things happened. Life happens, and uh,
- 22:28Speaker 5: sometimes tragedy happens, and certain that happened yesterday. Everybody the
- 22:33Speaker 5: sporty world was kind of shooking at the loss of
- 22:37Speaker 5: Kyle Busch, NASCAR legend, one of the one of the
- 22:42Speaker 5: greatest drivers of all time in the NASCAR Series, passed
- 22:48Speaker 5: away yesterday unexpectedly from a sickness. He was hospitalized. I
- 22:53Speaker 5: don't know if it was hospitalized yesterday or he's been
- 22:55Speaker 5: hospitalized for a couple of days or whatever, but unexpectedly,
- 22:57Speaker 5: out of nowhere, seemingly out of nowhere at least, passed away.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Two time Cup champ, sixty three career wins in the
- 23:08Speaker 5: NASCAR Series, but two hundred and forty three total wins
- 23:12Speaker 5: and all three of the NASCAR Series, and just you know,
- 23:15Speaker 5: I think a little over a week ago, won a
- 23:17Speaker 5: race in the truck Series. Yeah, last Saturdays this past Saturday,
- 23:21Speaker 5: and there's kind of the clip clip going viral, which
- 23:26Speaker 5: is a little bit eerie now of him saying, you
- 23:28Speaker 5: never know when it's going to be your last time,
- 23:30Speaker 5: and he's talking about winning because he's done it so much.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Two hundred and forty three wins, which is absolutely incredible.
- 23:38Speaker 5: That makes him the whole time wins wins leader in
- 23:41Speaker 5: all the combined NASCAR series. So father, a husband, and
- 23:46Speaker 5: an absolute giant in a sport. I think another driver
- 23:49Speaker 5: said that NASCAR lost it's Kobe Bryant with this guy,
- 23:55Speaker 5: and so I think he was if I'm remembering correctly,
- 23:59Speaker 5: he's been in the game an extremely long time.
- 24:01Speaker 8: I think he's sixteen years old.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Yeah, they had to change of the rules because he
- 24:06Speaker 4: was so good, so young, and you started competing at
- 24:08Speaker 4: sixteen years old in.
- 24:09Speaker 5: The kind of a hothead early on, right, I think
- 24:11Speaker 5: I think Jeff Gordon cussed him out and got real
- 24:14Speaker 5: mad at him at one point. I think he was
- 24:17Speaker 5: known by his peers and the people that in the
- 24:20Speaker 5: NASCAR world is one of the most talented drivers to
- 24:23Speaker 5: ever step inside a car. So it's sad to see
- 24:30Speaker 5: anytime when a legend, and you know, we're a sports show,
- 24:33Speaker 5: so we talk about sports, and so like anybody in
- 24:35Speaker 5: the sports world, it's always heartbreaking to see anybody pass away,
- 24:40Speaker 5: but especially somebody that's in the middle of their craft
- 24:45Speaker 5: and doing what they do and they pass away so young.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Seemingly unsecs unexpected and leaves behind a wife, the children,
- 24:57Speaker 5: and uh, it's extremely sad. So our heart goes out
- 25:01Speaker 5: to him, our prayers go out to his family and
- 25:04Speaker 5: all his loved ones. And yeah, it's just you know,
- 25:11Speaker 5: I don't think, you know, any of us three are
- 25:13Speaker 5: going to pretend like we're the biggest like NASCAR fans
- 25:16Speaker 5: by any means, but nonetheless we're human beings.
- 25:21Speaker 8: And I could not imagine. And what a crazy thing too.
- 25:24Speaker 5: It's like you said, it goes from winning winning a
- 25:27Speaker 5: race on Saturday, having an interview and I think it's
- 25:31Speaker 5: he was telling his pit crew like, hey, I'm feeling
- 25:33Speaker 5: I'm feeling a little sick.
- 25:34Speaker 8: Yeah, doctor right afterwards. So it has not been said
- 25:41Speaker 8: what it was.
- 25:42Speaker 5: But you know, we see, we see these things happen
- 25:46Speaker 5: every now and then we're just suddenly a sickness comes
- 25:48Speaker 5: out of nowhere. Uh, And it just reminds us all
- 25:51Speaker 5: that you can't take anything for granted, be thankful, thank
- 25:54Speaker 5: the Good Lord. Every single day you can put your
- 25:56Speaker 5: feet on the ground, and uh, you know, things might monotonous,
- 26:00Speaker 5: sometimes it might see a little mundane, but we should
- 26:03Speaker 5: all be lucky that we're here, so hearts go out
- 26:06Speaker 5: to him and the whole NASCAR family, his family, his kids,
- 26:09Speaker 5: his wife and everything. And uh, of course NASCAR losing
- 26:13Speaker 5: one of the best to ever do it in Kyle Busch.
- 26:15Speaker 5: So all right, no, we're really nowhere to go from there.
- 26:21Speaker 5: Let's take a break. We're gonna reset on the other
- 26:24Speaker 5: side of the break, and we'll get you ready for
- 26:26Speaker 5: a little LSU Softball super Regional right here on one
- 26:30Speaker 5: four five ESPM.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Off the bench.
- 26:33Speaker 5: All right, go to trash rangers dot com. Trash rangers
- 26:37Speaker 5: dot com the most reliable trash pickup service in all
- 26:41Speaker 5: of Louisiana. I got commercial trash pickup the commercial dumpsters
- 26:46Speaker 5: for any size business, any amount of trash that your
- 26:49Speaker 5: business can make. Just give him a call, talk to
- 26:51Speaker 5: him about your probably talk to them about your daily
- 26:53Speaker 5: operations and they can say, all right, well we need
- 26:55Speaker 5: to pick up once a week, maybe we need to
- 26:57Speaker 5: pick up six times a week, whatever it is. They
- 26:59Speaker 5: can customize a trash pickup schedule for you at your
- 27:02Speaker 5: place of business. They also have residential If you are
- 27:04Speaker 5: one of the ones that has trash rangers available in
- 27:07Speaker 5: your area, you know they are the best.
- 27:09Speaker 8: They are the most stress free trash.
- 27:11Speaker 5: Removal service that you could have at your home, because
- 27:14Speaker 5: you know why, you're never gonna forget it. They're gonna
- 27:17Speaker 5: text you the night before and say, hey, don't forget
- 27:20Speaker 5: to take your trash out, you dumb dumb. They're gonna
- 27:22Speaker 5: make sure that you'd never forget it. And they got
- 27:24Speaker 5: the roll up dumpsters as well, three sizes of the
- 27:25Speaker 5: choose from doesn't matter what you're doing at your home,
- 27:28Speaker 5: at your business, they can help you out with that
- 27:30Speaker 5: trash removal service right there, trash Rangers dot.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Com, Tigers Turn Talkers.
- 27:42Speaker 3: This is off the bench, all right, all right.
- 28:03Speaker 5: Welcome back here on off the bench laughing the Raisin
- 28:06Speaker 5: Kanes Studio. We got some high stakes softball coming this weekend.
- 28:14Speaker 5: LSU in Tuscaloosa taking on the Crimson Tide softball team,
- 28:24Speaker 5: and y'all were talking about how good they are.
- 28:28Speaker 7: Statistically.
- 28:29Speaker 6: They're they are better than LSU statistically on paper. But
- 28:37Speaker 6: ls she's rolling right now, and I think they can
- 28:40Speaker 6: roll with anybody in the country. And you saw it
- 28:42Speaker 6: with Oklahoma. I mean they beat Oklahoma once, kept the
- 28:45Speaker 6: games real close the other two times, and so elis
- 28:49Speaker 6: you can beat Alabama it's just a matter of going
- 28:53Speaker 6: out there and executing everything. But they've got power, they
- 28:56Speaker 6: have depth in the lineup. They have three different arms
- 28:59Speaker 6: that can beat you. Like their pitchers are really good too.
- 29:03Speaker 6: So I think that you have a tall task, but
- 29:06Speaker 6: I don't think that it's insurmountable.
- 29:10Speaker 4: If you're gonna get them, now's the time to do
- 29:12Speaker 4: it right.
- 29:13Speaker 7: Like your last year.
- 29:21Speaker 4: You haven't been back, you haven't been to College World
- 29:22Speaker 4: Series since twenty seventeen. Yeah, it's better than the graphic
- 29:26Speaker 4: we saw the other day. It was like since twenty
- 29:27Speaker 4: twenty four. This is actually like a tenure gap, so
- 29:31Speaker 4: that matters. But I mean, I'm sure, I'm sure if
- 29:33Speaker 4: Beth was like, we're as hot as we can be
- 29:35Speaker 4: right now, Like if I want to play them, this
- 29:37Speaker 4: is when I want to play them.
- 29:38Speaker 5: Like a of their last nine, twelve of their last fifteen.
- 29:42Speaker 5: Entering this weekend, LSU SOFTA makes it's eleventh NCAA Super
- 29:48Speaker 5: Regional appearance and ninth under head coach Beth Arena.
- 29:52Speaker 8: Not bad. So, like you said, they're hot.
- 29:54Speaker 7: And they are.
- 29:55Speaker 5: We've you know, we were a little bit wary on
- 29:59Speaker 5: this team.
- 30:01Speaker 8: The beginning of the beginning. Sure, I mean I wouldn't
- 30:03Speaker 8: even say the first half just like.
- 30:05Speaker 6: The no, I would say after the tournament and maybe
- 30:07Speaker 6: like after Tennessee. But to be fair, Tennessee was a
- 30:11Speaker 6: really good team and we weren't saying anything like oh
- 30:15Speaker 6: it's over for Elsh you saw ball. We were saying, hey,
- 30:17Speaker 6: this is what we see. But over time, as they
- 30:20Speaker 6: got better, we told you that too. And like I said,
- 30:23Speaker 6: they dominated their regional here in Baton Rouge, and Alabama
- 30:28Speaker 6: did really well in their Tuscaloose or Regional two. But
- 30:32Speaker 6: I don't like LSU just kind of feels like they're
- 30:35Speaker 6: rolling and they're like headed to I.
- 30:39Speaker 7: I mean, no, I don't want to speak too soon,
- 30:40Speaker 7: but like they just feel like they do it.
- 30:43Speaker 6: They just feel like they want it, and I know
- 30:45Speaker 6: that Alabama wants it to But like Taylor just said,
- 30:48Speaker 6: you haven't been to the College World Series since twenty seventeen, right,
- 30:53Speaker 6: so I think you know obviously, again, like Taylor said,
- 30:58Speaker 6: you got to get it done this weekend. Literally you're
- 31:01Speaker 6: a last chance. I mean, it's the Super Regional. But
- 31:04Speaker 6: if you're gonna be you just have to have like
- 31:07Speaker 6: every single part of your game working.
- 31:11Speaker 5: And it's gonna be a tall task. Certainly, four seed
- 31:14Speaker 5: l s U in there, and they're part of the bracket.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Number one seed Alabama Crimson Toad. They're one of four
- 31:20Speaker 5: number one seeds Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska. Pretty good company
- 31:24Speaker 5: there for Alabama as the number one seed. I was
- 31:29Speaker 5: looking at their I was looking at their regional There's
- 31:32Speaker 5: seriously a team.
- 31:33Speaker 8: I've never a college.
- 31:34Speaker 4: I've never heard of state or upstate?
- 31:36Speaker 8: Upstate, yeah, USC, I'm assuming South Carolina.
- 31:39Speaker 4: South Carolina, Yeah, probably?
- 31:43Speaker 8: What does upstate mean?
- 31:46Speaker 7: The part of the state.
- 31:48Speaker 5: The only time I've ever heard anybody referred to upstate
- 31:51Speaker 5: and it was like upstate New York, Yeah, northern So
- 31:56Speaker 5: I guess, well, like that's the only time I've ever
- 31:57Speaker 5: heard anybody refer you that word upstate.
- 32:02Speaker 4: That's where Tyler's from. Who called into Dabo Tyler from
- 32:04Speaker 4: Spartanburgh in season two years ago, shout out Sperg and Tyler.
- 32:09Speaker 6: Wait, I feel like we just played South Carolina upstate
- 32:12Speaker 6: in something.
- 32:13Speaker 4: In something that named that name.
- 32:15Speaker 7: Like I've heard this in school before.
- 32:17Speaker 5: To be confused with high Point, correct state high Point.
- 32:21Speaker 6: That's North Carolina, not not Virginia.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Like Jake just totally guessed, Yeah. I mean that's a
- 32:28Speaker 4: little cocky.
- 32:29Speaker 5: I feel like South Carolina to think it can refer
- 32:32Speaker 5: to itself as upstate.
- 32:33Speaker 8: Really South Carolina. We don't call it.
- 32:36Speaker 5: Shre report upstate Louisiana, North Louisiana, North Louisiana, North Louisiana,
- 32:42Speaker 5: I get it. New York, the state of New York
- 32:44Speaker 5: using it because of course in New York, New York is,
- 32:47Speaker 5: you know, one of the biggest cities in the entire world,
- 32:51Speaker 5: so like the rest of New York needs to be
- 32:53Speaker 5: called something upstate.
- 32:55Speaker 4: I actually I'm good the other way. I think it
- 32:57Speaker 4: makes more sense for South Carolina to do that, because
- 33:00Speaker 4: we're North Louisiana. You can't be northern South Carolina. Oh
- 33:05Speaker 4: that's a good God, South Carolina upstate. It's like North Louisiana.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Are you North South Carolina, North South Carolina, you're upstate.
- 33:15Speaker 7: That's actually a really.
- 33:18Speaker 8: Upstate.
- 33:18Speaker 5: I don't know they should probably it sounds better. It's
- 33:26Speaker 5: actually not a bad point. Got me thinking a little bit.
- 33:31Speaker 4: So we're here to do, man, we're here to work
- 33:32Speaker 4: the brain.
- 33:33Speaker 8: So quick question.
- 33:34Speaker 5: So you know Jake likes to call everything directional school,
- 33:37Speaker 5: you would upstate.
- 33:40Speaker 4: I think so it's a direction because it's north, like
- 33:44Speaker 4: you know where it is based on the name.
- 33:46Speaker 8: It's kind of like red neck direction.
- 33:48Speaker 7: Though, sure, but is your redneck if it's in New
- 33:51Speaker 7: York though.
- 33:52Speaker 5: Well, Like if you ask a redneck directions upstate, go
- 33:56Speaker 5: up I think it counts.
- 33:58Speaker 4: If you know the direction of the school based on
- 34:01Speaker 4: the name, it's probably directional school.
- 34:04Speaker 8: All right there.
- 34:07Speaker 5: Yeah, they were Southeastern USC upstate and Belmont was their regional.
- 34:13Speaker 8: Yeah, pretty good draw for them.
- 34:17Speaker 4: They scored a lot of runs in the regional, not
- 34:19Speaker 4: as much as and I guess if that's the silver lining,
- 34:23Speaker 4: Like take the SEC tournament out people pitch off and
- 34:26Speaker 4: you don't they We're not worried about run scored in
- 34:28Speaker 4: the SEC tournament. At the end of the season, Bama's
- 34:32Speaker 4: offense wasn't great. I mean, you beat Tennessee twelve to nothing, awesome,
- 34:37Speaker 4: You lose two nothing, then you lose four to one.
- 34:40Speaker 4: You sweep South Carolina, but it's three to two, one
- 34:42Speaker 4: to nothing, four to three. So their offense coming into
- 34:45Speaker 4: the tournament wasn't as explosive as it was at the
- 34:48Speaker 4: beginning of the year. Like they're still dangerous, they could
- 34:51Speaker 4: still pick it back up. They're playing at home. They're
- 34:53Speaker 4: great in tul Scalousa. But I mean, if you're looking
- 34:55Speaker 4: for silver lining last two series of the SEC Theydon
- 34:59Speaker 4: scored on a.
- 35:00Speaker 5: Yeah, and for LSU, it's going to be key to
- 35:03Speaker 5: stay hot at the plate because they're gonna be facing
- 35:06Speaker 5: a couple of really good pictures. Alabama's players to watch,
- 35:10Speaker 5: Jocelyn Brisky is absolutely just like musty television when you
- 35:15Speaker 5: watch ers. He's got a one point three eight ERA,
- 35:17Speaker 5: a twenty two and three record and has does have
- 35:21Speaker 5: a shot at being the National Picture of the Year,
- 35:23Speaker 5: which is pretty good because there are some dominant pictures
- 35:27Speaker 5: in the country. And then their other picture twenty and
- 35:30Speaker 5: four record with a one point sixty six e RA,
- 35:33Speaker 5: so they got a couple of studs there on the mound.
- 35:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 35:36Speaker 5: But look, if you are you're gonna go against a
- 35:39Speaker 5: couple of the best pictures in the country, you better
- 35:41Speaker 5: be hot.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:42Speaker 6: I mean, Kylie Edwards is extremely hot right now, so
- 35:45Speaker 6: it is Jayla Lassiter and Tory Edwards is always gonna
- 35:48Speaker 6: give you something. But Brooke Wells from Alabama has twenty
- 35:51Speaker 6: two home runs on the season, so that's somebody else
- 35:53Speaker 6: that you should probably look out for.
- 35:55Speaker 7: Alex Puppio has seventeen.
- 35:57Speaker 4: It seems pretty high.
- 36:00Speaker 8: Hm, that seems high.
- 36:01Speaker 4: It seems like they're good.
- 36:03Speaker 6: They are this week one, two, three, four girls in
- 36:06Speaker 6: double digits home runs on Bama's team.
- 36:13Speaker 8: H him around the head. Yeah, take them out and.
- 36:15Speaker 6: Then like maybe you try to get like get to
- 36:17Speaker 6: on base with the hit by pitch and then maybe
- 36:20Speaker 6: try to get somebody to ground into a double play.
- 36:23Speaker 8: I think you think, Beth Scott, what it takes a
- 36:25Speaker 8: put a little bounty?
- 36:30Speaker 5: Maybe No, definitely not, definitely not.
- 36:35Speaker 8: Why not?
- 36:35Speaker 4: Why would she do that?
- 36:36Speaker 5: Not going to take him out? It is going to
- 36:40Speaker 5: be fun to watch. And I've been saying this for
- 36:43Speaker 5: a couple of weeks because you know, like I just
- 36:47Speaker 5: started getting into baseball this year because of radio, so
- 36:49Speaker 5: we just also started getting into softball as well, a
- 36:52Speaker 5: little bit later than baseball. Once we started getting into it, man,
- 36:58Speaker 5: those ladies are so fun to watch. The games are fast,
- 37:02Speaker 5: they're exciting, they're they're the the emotions.
- 37:06Speaker 8: They're just a lot of fun.
- 37:08Speaker 5: So you haven't been able to tune in to any
- 37:10Speaker 5: LSU softball. This is a perfect time to start. Six
- 37:14Speaker 5: pm tonight on ESPN two. They're gonna come back tomorrow
- 37:18Speaker 5: two pm on ESPN. And then if a game three
- 37:21Speaker 5: is necessary, if if if Alabama Squeaks went out, little
- 37:25Speaker 5: gentlemen sweep, maybe, but if they squeak, if Bama Squeaks
- 37:28Speaker 5: went out tonight or tomorrow, they will be a little
- 37:30Speaker 5: TBD on Sunday. But check them out, seriously, it's they're
- 37:35Speaker 5: fun to watch. Team Flynn's going to be locked in,
- 37:38Speaker 5: jumping around, hollering, houting, hating, hollering, all the good stuff.
- 37:47Speaker 8: Send them up, sit them down, ladies.
- 37:49Speaker 7: Hell yeah, I'm hype.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Prove them wrong, ladies wrong.
- 37:54Speaker 7: I wonder if that guy ever wrote another article.
- 37:58Speaker 4: I don't know, I take that back. Let's not do prove.
- 38:01Speaker 8: All Virginia that.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, but hurt.
- 38:07Speaker 8: I bet it. Lets you beat them? Uh yes, whoopsie daisies.
- 38:14Speaker 5: And then game two wasn't a whole lot better. They
- 38:17Speaker 5: scored two runs in the second game something like that. Yeah,
- 38:22Speaker 5: what do you think, Lady Kane? Yep, all right, we'll
- 38:26Speaker 5: be back right here on off the.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Bench, off the bench, all right.
- 38:31Speaker 5: We just talked about it. It is leading up to

- 38:59Speaker 5: it doesn't really matter what that dream is. Maybe you

- 39:04Speaker 5: that you want to pull. You got young kids, you have,

- 41:12Speaker 5: A L A Group dot com. All right, one of
- 41:18Speaker 5: my my favorite quarterbacks in the NFL, mister Matthew Stafford
- 41:24Speaker 5: signs a one year extension with the Rams. Wander guess
- 41:31Speaker 5: how many millions.
- 41:32Speaker 7: For matt Stafford?
- 41:34Speaker 8: One year?
- 41:34Speaker 7: One year? Okay, so what was Eron's.
- 41:39Speaker 5: Don't even know what Erons wasn't. I mean, I'm sure
- 41:43Speaker 5: it wasn't.
- 41:44Speaker 8: Like crazy Stafford is gonna be more like thirty Taylor knows,
- 41:48Speaker 8: I'm not gonna ask. Yeah, fifty million.
- 41:52Speaker 7: Oh I did say fifty five.
- 41:53Speaker 6: Maybe I said fifty five subconsciously new nice work.
- 41:56Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, fifty five million dollars, which is, you know,
- 42:00Speaker 5: it's a lot of money, and it could be up
- 42:01Speaker 5: to sixty within within centives. But I mean that's pretty
- 42:05Speaker 5: much been Matthew Stafford's going rate for uh quite some time.
- 42:09Speaker 4: But Ty Simpson punch in the air, but no, Arthur fist.
- 42:17Speaker 5: I keep thinking about like the Rams taking Ty Simpson
- 42:22Speaker 5: and it was thirteen, right, thirteen overall? Could they've gotten
- 42:28Speaker 5: him in the second round? You think you think you
- 42:29Speaker 5: would have made it out?
- 42:30Speaker 4: Maybe there's always I mean, I think the better thing
- 42:34Speaker 4: to do would have been a trade back and get him. Yeah,
- 42:37Speaker 4: if you spots, you love a trade, so you'd have
- 42:39Speaker 4: been all for that.
- 42:40Speaker 5: But yeah, I think about the draft too, like, I
- 42:43Speaker 5: don't know how many people were willing to come up
- 42:46Speaker 5: to thirteen. You gotta you gotta have two to tango,
- 42:48Speaker 5: certainly on those trades. And it's easy to say Le's
- 42:51Speaker 5: trade back. I certainly said it a lot, but you
- 42:53Speaker 5: do have to have a trade a willing trade partner
- 42:55Speaker 5: for that.
- 42:58Speaker 4: I think you would have had to have got to twenty.
- 43:01Speaker 4: Not saying Pittsburgh would have taken him, but they were
- 43:03Speaker 4: in twenty one and that was the team everybody thought.
- 43:06Speaker 4: So could you've went from thirteen to twenty and taken him? Maybe?
- 43:10Speaker 4: But I didn't hate it as much as most people,
- 43:15Speaker 4: only because I think the RAMS rosters so complete that
- 43:18Speaker 4: like anybody you get in the first round, yeah, they'll
- 43:20Speaker 4: help you. But I mean, if you're looking for long
- 43:23Speaker 4: term and you think you're ready to win now.
- 43:25Speaker 5: Yeah, So that's that's kind of That's kind of what
- 43:28Speaker 5: my point to this was is they're clearly in a
- 43:31Speaker 5: win now mode and they have been with Stafford, like
- 43:34Speaker 5: he's year to year. Obviously just signed a one year
- 43:37Speaker 5: contract just with his age, like you don't know how
- 43:39Speaker 5: long he's gonna play. You know, seemingly he could play
- 43:42Speaker 5: for a couple of more years after this one because
- 43:45Speaker 5: you look with Brady did look what Aaron Rodgers is doing.
- 43:49Speaker 5: But at what, at what level can he play his game? No,
- 43:52Speaker 5: he's got arm talent. Arm talent doesn't really leave you.
- 43:54Speaker 5: It's the mobility, it's the quickness, It's that type of
- 43:58Speaker 5: deal that leaves you. The arm talent doesn't really leave
- 44:01Speaker 5: you if you stick with it. You don't like take
- 44:04Speaker 5: a couple of years off, you could say a couple
- 44:06Speaker 5: of years off of anything anything goes now, but the
- 44:08Speaker 5: arm talent's always going to be there. But they are
- 44:12Speaker 5: certainly in a win They proved that they're in a
- 44:14Speaker 5: win now mode. They traded for corner Trum McDuffie for
- 44:16Speaker 5: the Chiefs for like a massive package, so like they're
- 44:19Speaker 5: giving up a lot of things to get and secure
- 44:22Speaker 5: one of their corners, one of their sides of the
- 44:24Speaker 5: field on defense.
- 44:26Speaker 8: So it is a little bit.
- 44:29Speaker 5: I thought it confusing a little bit at thirteen to
- 44:32Speaker 5: take the incumbent quarterback potential that you don't really know
- 44:36Speaker 5: with being such in a win now mode, I thought
- 44:38Speaker 5: they would have probably gone somewhere that could have immediate
- 44:41Speaker 5: more immediately impacted them on the field. But you know what,
- 44:45Speaker 5: they do have that safety blanket. They're planning obviously for
- 44:50Speaker 5: the future departure, And yeah, I just found it found
- 44:54Speaker 5: it a little interesting that they were in a win
- 44:56Speaker 5: now mode and they probably overdraft did for him when
- 45:01Speaker 5: they probably could have at least traded back a little bit. Yeah,
- 45:06Speaker 5: I would have liked to see them take something because
- 45:08Speaker 5: I'm a fan. I'm not a fan of the Rams
- 45:09Speaker 5: by any means, but I'm a fan of Stafford and
- 45:11Speaker 5: I'm a frian of I'm a fan just like I
- 45:13Speaker 5: hope everybody that is a football fan out there. I
- 45:16Speaker 5: know we are, you know, the majority of us listening
- 45:18Speaker 5: Inner Saints fans in the NFL. But I hope that
- 45:21Speaker 5: everybody like me can appreciate greatness when you see it,
- 45:25Speaker 5: and certainly I can. I appreciate the way Matthew Stafford plays,
- 45:28Speaker 5: but also the way Sean McVay builds an offense. Who
- 45:32Speaker 5: would have thought if you would have told me ten
- 45:34Speaker 5: years ago that one of the top offenses in the NFL.
- 45:38Speaker 5: They're number one personnel group was thirteen personnel. I would
- 45:42Speaker 5: have called you a liar, right, So what they've been
- 45:45Speaker 5: able to do a little bit unconventional has been super impressive.
- 45:50Speaker 8: And Elidra, yes, sorry, I just.
- 45:55Speaker 5: Got really startled. You made her spill a drink.
- 46:02Speaker 7: No, it was already spilled.
- 46:03Speaker 6: So I was about to get up to get something
- 46:05Speaker 6: because I'm.
- 46:06Speaker 5: Currently looking at on your phone. That made you start
- 46:10Speaker 5: like usually somebody is like looking at something a little suspicious.
- 46:13Speaker 7: I was trying to get up. Oh boy, and you
- 46:17Speaker 7: call my name, so I was like, what wait, what
- 46:19Speaker 7: were you gonna say?
- 46:20Speaker 8: What's thirteen personnel?
- 46:22Speaker 7: One running back? Three tight ends?
- 46:24Speaker 8: I'm a receiver. Yes, awesome job. Nice work everybody that's
- 46:29Speaker 8: thirteen person.
- 46:29Speaker 5: Under pressure because under a lot of pressure, and you
- 46:32Speaker 5: spilled stuff.
- 46:33Speaker 8: She was literally.
- 46:33Speaker 4: Feeling the with the coffee running into her.
- 46:37Speaker 8: Alright, stick with us, stick with us.
- 46:41Speaker 7: All right.
- 46:42Speaker 5: It's the weekend, Memorial Day, Monday. Well you know what
- 46:46Speaker 5: time that is. You got to get to the grocery store.
- 46:48Speaker 5: You got to load up on the ground beef, the glizzies,
- 46:52Speaker 5: the chips, the dips, everything, they got it all over
- 46:55Speaker 5: there at Rouse's Market, your local Rouse's Market. Obviously incredible,
- 47:00Speaker 5: an amazing Louisiana company, Worn and Bread right here in
- 47:04Speaker 5: South Louisiana. Grocery stores all over the Gulf South from
- 47:07Speaker 5: Lake Charles all the way to Florida. My goodness, they
- 47:11Speaker 5: are quite impressive. So if you are getting ready for
- 47:14Speaker 5: that backyard barbecue, getting ready for a little family gathering,
- 47:17Speaker 5: a little party, whatever it is, you can go get
- 47:19Speaker 5: whatever it is you want to cook over there and prepare.
- 47:21Speaker 5: But they already have things prepared for you. You can
- 47:24Speaker 5: go over there and get the chips, so you can
- 47:25Speaker 5: get the dips, you can get the pre made food.
- 47:27Speaker 5: Make it easy on yourself and go to Rouses dot
- 47:29Speaker 5: com and type in your zip code. You can see
- 47:31Speaker 5: those local deals running right there near you at a
- 47:34Speaker 5: Rouse's dot com
