Mayhem in Minneapolis: Why it's Happening, How to Stop it & Why Dems Will Shut the Government Down to Encourage More · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:01
Speaker 1: Welcome to the special Snow but get in version of
• 0:04
Speaker 1: verdict with Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you. And there's
• 0:07
Speaker 1: a lot of you that are listening that I know
• 0:08
Speaker 1: are dealing with the insanity of the freezing rain and
• 0:11
Speaker 1: the snow. I hope you're enjoying it with your kids,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: making some memories. But it's a lot going on center.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: So for everybody out there that is listening, God bless us,
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: stay warm.
• 0:21
Speaker 2: Well, stay warm, and stay safe. There are power outages
• 0:24
Speaker 2: across the country. There is snow and ice across about
• 0:28
Speaker 2: half of the country. The state of Texas is largely
• 0:30
Speaker 2: engulfed in the winter storm. There's snow and ice up north.
• 0:34
Speaker 2: You and I Ben are both in Houston right now.
• 0:36
Speaker 2: Houston's still in the thirties, so we haven't had snow
• 0:39
Speaker 2: or ice. Supposed to drop to the twenties tonight, and look,
• 0:44
Speaker 2: my counsel to everyone is stay safe. If you don't
• 0:46
Speaker 2: need to be on icy roads, don't go out on
• 0:48
Speaker 2: icy roads. Take some time and be home with the kids.
• 0:52
Speaker 2: Keep your family safe. It's a good excuse to do
• 0:54
Speaker 2: something with your kids, do something with your wife or
• 0:57
Speaker 2: your husband, and just don't take any unnecessary travel. Right now,
• 1:03
Speaker 2: stay safe and and make sure you keep your family safe.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: But by the way, senter, I have you played this
• 1:09
Speaker 1: game called Majhon yet?
• 1:11
Speaker 3: Do I look like a ninety year old woman?
• 1:13
Speaker 1: Okay, this is what happened. See, you come up with
• 1:17
Speaker 1: this idea, spend time with your family, play games, and
• 1:20
Speaker 1: I got suckered into my first ever game in maj
• 1:22
Speaker 1: on I. I literally wanted to beat my head against
• 1:24
Speaker 1: the against So if if it's offered to you, run
• 1:27
Speaker 1: is what I'm trying to tell you. I barely made
• 1:29
Speaker 1: it through a game. I just it was. It was
• 1:32
Speaker 1: like watching paint dry, but more painful.
• 1:34
Speaker 2: So so Ben, I'm actually male, so so so. No,
• 1:38
Speaker 2: I have not played that game.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: I told you, I got suckered into it. This is
• 1:42
Speaker 1: what happens. It's like, oh, let's play games.
• 1:45
Speaker 2: I did this week play a game called poker. You
• 1:48
Speaker 2: may have heard of it. It's something that men do
• 1:50
  Speaker 2: when they gather.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: I also got in trouble. This is what happens. Okay,
• 1:54
Speaker 1: I'm glad you brought that up. I got in trouble
• 1:56
Speaker 1: for teaching my twins or six of my nine year
• 1:58
Speaker 1: old how to play Texas, all them with chips. I
• 2:00
Speaker 1: was like, we're not playing for money, We're just playing
• 2:02
Speaker 1: for chips. I got in trouble therefore I got punished
• 2:04
Speaker 1: with maj on, so it's full circle. I'm glad that
• 2:07
Speaker 1: you figured that out there.
• 2:08
Speaker 3: You know that's you're failing as a father.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: I literally have a purplip right here. Do you see
• 2:13
  Speaker 1: this there?
• 2:13
  Speaker 3: It is?
• 2:14
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's if if you don't teach your boys to
• 2:17
Speaker 2: play poker, you are failing as a father.
• 2:19
Speaker 1: Thank you. I'm going to quote you on that was
• 2:22
Speaker 1: my rebuttal later on.
• 2:24
Speaker 2: I'm not sure that will get you out of any
• 2:26
  Speaker 2: trouble at all.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: All I know is whoever made majoh I want to
• 2:30
Speaker 1: get in a bar fight with him. I just want
• 2:31
Speaker 1: to be on the record for that. It may be
• 2:33
Speaker 1: the dumbest game I've ever played. Come at me on
• 2:35
  Speaker 1: the comments.
• 2:36
Speaker 2: I think it's like a two thousand year old Chinese woman, Yeah.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: I believe, And if I found her, it may be
• 2:42
Speaker 1: the first I'd ever even think about hitting a woman.
• 2:44
Speaker 1: I just want to That's how much I hate this game.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: Like I just I'll be on the record. I'm fine
• 2:48
Speaker 1: with that. You can come at me in the comments section.
• 2:50
Speaker 2: We're just saying, if the two thousand year old Chinese
• 2:53
Speaker 2: woman happens to be alive, I'm not sure you want
• 2:55
Speaker 2: to fight her because there's sure zombie actually going on.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: That's true, I'll be throwing poker chips at her. All right,
• 3:00
Speaker 1: we got a lot to talk about on today's show.
• 3:03
Speaker 1: And you've been warned men out there about Majah. Don't
• 3:05
Speaker 1: take the bait. I don't care how cold it is,
• 3:07
Speaker 1: or if how long the power is off, or how
• 3:09
Speaker 1: close the maajon table is the fireplace. Don't take the bait.
• 3:13
Speaker 1: I want to take a quick moment and talk to
• 3:14
Speaker 1: you about an incredible organization and it is called Compassion International,
• 3:19
Speaker 1: and how you can get involved. I want you to
• 3:22
Speaker 1: just pause what you're doing for the next sixty seconds,
• 3:25
Speaker 1: and I want you to imagine Lucy, a seven year old.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Her stomach often aches with hunger, her small hands instead
• 3:32
Speaker 1: of holding crayons, no, only the struggle of survival on
• 3:36
Speaker 1: dusty streets. School is a distant dream, medical care forgotten hope.
• 3:42
Speaker 1: Lucy's potential is overshadowed, her future is dim. But what
• 3:46
Speaker 1: if someone stepped in? What if there was a way
• 3:48
Speaker 1: to ignite hope for children? Just like Lucy. Well there is,
• 3:52
Speaker 1: and that is with Compassion International Partners and the local
• 3:56
Speaker 1: churches that provide children holistic support more than just food.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: They receive critical medical care, life changing education, vital skills training,
• 4:07
Speaker 1: and spiritual development, all in Jesus's name. And you can
• 4:11
Speaker 1: empower a child just like Lucy to break free from poverty.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: I want you to do what I've done and sponsor
• 4:18
Speaker 1: a child today. You can visit Compassion dot com. That's
• 4:22
Speaker 1: Compassion dot com. We've got a lot. Minneapolis. We got
• 4:27
Speaker 1: to talk about Center and the chaos there. We also
• 4:30
Speaker 1: have a government shutdown that's looming apparently over this this
• 4:33
Speaker 1: issue with ice. Let's go through that real quick.
• 4:36
Speaker 2: Yeah, let's let's start with with Minneapolis. And listen, everyone
• 4:40
Speaker 2: who has anything resembling a conscience, it is horrified by
• 4:44
Speaker 2: what's happening in Minneapolis. And and what I want to
• 4:48
Speaker 2: call on everyone to do is just just just ratchet
• 4:51
Speaker 2: things down. Ratchet the rhetoric down, ratchet the anger down.
• 4:56
Speaker 2: You know, we are a nation and we're supposed to
• 4:59
Speaker 2: be one need and right now we're seeing we're seeing
• 5:03
Speaker 2: a confrontation. Now, look, this is an organized confrontation. This
• 5:07
Speaker 2: is a deliberate confrontation. We're going to talk about that,
• 5:10
Speaker 2: but I want to start with the rhetoric that politicians
• 5:13
Speaker 2: are using on both sides, and the rhetoric frankly that
• 5:16
Speaker 2: that people are using.
• 5:18
Speaker 3: Just people on both sides on X.
• 5:20
Speaker 2: Are using where where on one side they view every
• 5:24
Speaker 2: shooting as an absolute tragedy, as as evidence that that
• 5:29
Speaker 2: that that America has become Nazi Germany. On the other side,
• 5:34
Speaker 2: you see some people that that that that seem pretty
• 5:36
Speaker 2: eager to celebrate a violent and lethal confrontation with law enforcement.
• 5:43
Speaker 2: And listen, there are lethal confrontations with law enforcement.
• 5:47
  Speaker 3: They happen.
• 5:48
Speaker 2: But anytime you have an American who is killed in
• 5:51
Speaker 2: a confrontation with law enforcement, it is tragic that a
• 5:54
  Speaker 2: life is lost.
• 5:55
Speaker 3: Particularly in this instance.
• 5:57
Speaker 2: We now have two people, uh to Americans who've been
• 6:00
Speaker 2: killed in confrontations with law enforcement, who from all appearances,
• 6:05
Speaker 2: are not violent criminals. They don't have long criminal records,
• 6:08
Speaker 2: or at least if they do, we don't know them
• 6:10
Speaker 2: right now. There's no indication that they do. And any
• 6:13
Speaker 2: time you have an encounter gone wrong that results in
• 6:18
Speaker 2: a fatality, there is cause for mourning.
• 6:21
Speaker 3: There is cause for grief.
• 6:24
Speaker 2: You know that was somebody's mother, that was somebody's brother
• 6:28
Speaker 2: or sister or father, and and you know that's a tragedy.
• 6:33
Speaker 3: At the same time, we can.
• 6:35
Speaker 2: Ask what has caused these shootings, what has caused these
• 6:40
Speaker 2: violent encounters. I'll give you an amazing stat which which
• 6:43
Speaker 2: is in Texas, where you and I both live, there
• 6:46
Speaker 2: have been anywhere from six times to ten times as
• 6:50
Speaker 2: many ICE arrests in Texas as there have been in Minnesota.
• 6:55
Speaker 2: The numbers vary, but according to twenty twenty six reports,
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Texas has seen approximately sixty thousand arrests ICE arrests compared
• 7:06
Speaker 2: to approximately ten thousand in Minnesota. That's one estimate that
• 7:09
Speaker 2: there are numbers that vary, but we're not seeing violent
• 7:14
Speaker 2: confrontations with ICE in Texas, and I think there are
• 7:18
Speaker 2: a couple of reasons for that. One, the state and
• 7:21
Speaker 2: local officials are cooperating.
• 7:23
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 7:23
Speaker 2: Local police are working with the federal Immigration enforcement agents.
• 7:30
Speaker 2: In Minnesota, the governor, the mayor, the local officials have
• 7:35
Speaker 2: decided to well, to use Tim Waltz's word, go to
• 7:40
Speaker 2: war with the federal wars.
• 7:42
Speaker 1: Civil war is what they're describing. And you have that
• 7:44
Speaker 1: governor there over his fence like yelling and encouraging people
• 7:47
Speaker 1: to go after ice.
• 7:50
Speaker 2: You have Democrat politicians who are behaving with reckless irresponsibility,
• 7:57
Speaker 2: urging citizens go out find eye, confront ice, get in
• 8:01
Speaker 2: their way, frustrate them, block them from from from arresting
• 8:06
Speaker 2: violent criminals, from arresting murderers, from arresting gang bangers, from
• 8:09
Speaker 2: arresting child molesters, and and and you see those efforts
• 8:16
Speaker 2: that that really the flames being fanned as you use
• 8:20
Speaker 2: rhetoric calling federal law enforcement officers Nazis or klansmen or Gestapo, Well,
• 8:26
Speaker 2: that that that leads to the temperature going up and
• 8:29
Speaker 2: up and up. I'll say, secondly, just a word of
• 8:34
Speaker 2: advice to anyone who is in an interaction with law enforcement,
• 8:41
Speaker 2: which is, don't do anything on your own side to escalate.
• 8:44
Speaker 2: If you are driving a vehicle, an SUV, and you
• 8:48
Speaker 2: drive that vehicle directly into a law enforcement agent, the
• 8:51
Speaker 2: odds are quite significant you will be met with lethal force.
• 8:54
Speaker 2: That's true in Minnesota, it's true in both places across
• 8:56
  Speaker 2: the country.
• 8:57
  Speaker 3: That that that.
• 8:59
Speaker 2: If you respond to law enforcement with violence, you are
• 9:02
Speaker 2: risking your own safety in your own life. Likewise, this
• 9:05
Speaker 2: latest shooting look as we sit here today, we don't
• 9:09
Speaker 2: know all the facts, and one of the things I
• 9:11
Speaker 2: would urge people to do is not to just leap
• 9:13
Speaker 2: to conclusions. Anytime you have an off turn involved shooting,
• 9:17
Speaker 2: there's always an investigation. That is standard practice in just
• 9:21
Speaker 2: about any context, and so there'll be an investigation here.
• 9:25
Speaker 2: You and I have both seen a number of the videos.
• 9:27
Speaker 2: It is hard to tell from the videos exactly what happened.
• 9:30
Speaker 2: There's a lot of day after quarterbacking going for frame
• 9:35
Speaker 2: by frame. What I can tell you is this, we
• 9:38
Speaker 2: know that the individual who lost his life came to
• 9:41
Speaker 2: the protest. He came to the protest, as has been
• 9:43
Speaker 2: reported multiple times, with a firearm with multiple magazines of ammunition,
• 9:50
Speaker 2: and there was a violent confrontation that ultimately resulted in
• 9:54
Speaker 2: his being shot and killed. What exactly transpired, I'm going
• 9:58
Speaker 2: to wait for the investigation to figure that out. There
• 10:02
Speaker 2: are basic rules that govern when officers, either police or
• 10:07
Speaker 2: federal law enforcement officers, when they can permissively use lethal force.
• 10:12
Speaker 2: They can use lethal force if they reasonably believe that
• 10:17
Speaker 2: their safety is in danger or the safety of others
• 10:21
Speaker 2: are in danger, and so they can use lethal force
• 10:24
Speaker 2: if in the instance of the first woman who was killed.
• 10:29
Speaker 2: We saw it, and it took a couple of days
• 10:30
Speaker 2: for it to come out. The video of the ice
• 10:34
Speaker 2: agent from his camera, and she clearly drives the vehicle
• 10:38
Speaker 2: straight into him and hits him, and the ice agent
• 10:41
Speaker 2: ended up going to the hospital with internal injuries. If
• 10:44
Speaker 2: you actually run over a law enforcement officer, that that
• 10:49
Speaker 2: is a justifiable use of lethal force. With respect to
• 10:53
Speaker 2: the most recent incident, it will depend upon the extent
• 10:57
Speaker 2: to which the agents reasonably believed that the individual posed
• 11:04
Speaker 2: a threat to them and he had a gun. There
• 11:07
Speaker 2: was confusion, confusion at the time, and so there needs
• 11:11
Speaker 2: to be an investigation.
• 11:12
  Speaker 3: Here's what they can't do.
• 11:13
Speaker 2: What they can't do is if a suspect is fleeing
• 11:16
Speaker 2: and by the way, fleeing even if they committed a crime.
• 11:18
Speaker 2: There's a classic example of someone steals a television and
• 11:21
Speaker 2: they're running away with the television. An officer is not
• 11:25
Speaker 2: allowed to shoot someone in the back, even as if.
• 11:27
  Speaker 3: They're committing a crime.
• 11:29
Speaker 2: Exactly, the Supreme Court has ruled that you cannot use
• 11:32
Speaker 2: that lethal force to shoot someone in the back when
• 11:34
Speaker 2: they're fleeing a crime. So whether it is a good
• 11:38
Speaker 2: shoot or a bad shoot turns on the question of
• 11:42
Speaker 2: did the officers reasonably believe that that that the individual
• 11:46
Speaker 2: posed a serious threat to themselves or to others. They
• 11:50
Speaker 2: can intervene if if someone is getting ready to hurt
• 11:53
Speaker 2: somebody else, they can also use legal lethal force to
• 11:56
Speaker 2: prevent that. I'll say this also, though that question will
• 11:59
Speaker 2: take some time and an investigation to resolve. But the
• 12:02
Speaker 2: individual who was shot, he could have avoided that risk altogether.
• 12:07
Speaker 1: All that he could have.
• 12:07
  Speaker 3: Avoided Number one.
• 12:09
Speaker 2: Number one, he could have chosen not to go to
• 12:12
Speaker 2: the protest. That's one choice. Now you might say, well,
• 12:14
Speaker 2: he feels passionately that he disagrees with what Ice is
• 12:18
Speaker 2: doing and he wants to exercise his First Amendment rights. Okay,
• 12:21
Speaker 2: those are protected. He has that right. Secondly, he could
• 12:25
Speaker 2: have chosen to go there and not bring a firearm. Now,
• 12:29
Speaker 2: lots of folks on x are going back and forth
• 12:32
Speaker 2: saying the Second Amendment, you got a right to bring
• 12:34
Speaker 2: your gun, and you're right, you do.
• 12:35
Speaker 3: You do have a right to bring your gun.
• 12:37
Speaker 2: That being said, if you are going into an environment
• 12:40
Speaker 2: where there is a reasonable possibility that you will get
• 12:43
Speaker 2: at a violent confrontation with law enforcement. My advice to everyone,
• 12:47
Speaker 2: leave your damn gun home. If you are anticipating violent
• 12:51
Speaker 2: confrontation with law enforcement, you're having a gun.
• 12:55
Speaker 1: If you're different to get arrested, if you're wanting to
• 12:57
Speaker 1: get a mug shot that day, and there's some protests
• 12:59
Speaker 1: that got there and I want to get arrested, it's
• 13:01
Speaker 1: and if you're going to fight the police, there's two
• 13:04
Speaker 1: by the way, there's two different types of being arrested.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: You go back to civil rights, and there was and
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Martin Luther King was a perfect example of this. Many
• 13:11
Speaker 1: times they knew they were going to be arrested, but
• 13:13
Speaker 1: they did in a very peaceful manner. Fighting police officers
• 13:16
Speaker 1: while having a firearm on you is always stupid. You're
• 13:19
Speaker 1: putting your life at risk. As my dad said, we
• 13:21
Speaker 1: were talking about this, and he's obviously life and law enforcement.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: I carry a gun. When I'm pulled over. The first
• 13:27
Speaker 1: thing I do is I tell that police officer I
• 13:29
Speaker 1: have a gun. Absolute you to know it. What do
• 13:31
Speaker 1: you want me to do? I can either take it off,
• 13:33
Speaker 1: I can put on the fourboard. It's on my whole shirt,
• 13:35
Speaker 1: you know, on my waist whatever. But you don't you
• 13:39
Speaker 1: have a right to carry a gun, and I think
• 13:40
Speaker 1: this is one of those things. I think it's important
• 13:42
Speaker 1: we make it clear. I'm in favor of people carrying
• 13:45
Speaker 1: a gun you are as well. What I'm not in
• 13:47
Speaker 1: favor of is saying that carrying a gun while fighting
• 13:50
Speaker 1: a cop is somehow protected as part of your Second Amendment.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: That is not how it works. And there's too many
• 13:57
Speaker 1: people out there that like, well, so now you guys
• 13:59
Speaker 1: are saying you're not in favor the Secondment. Now I'm
• 14:01
Speaker 1: in favor of the Secondmendment. I'm also in favor of
• 14:03
Speaker 1: you not fighting law enforcement while having a gun on
• 14:05
Speaker 1: your person and putting their lives at risk, because you're
• 14:08
Speaker 1: putting their lives at risk and your own life at risk.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: I just want to get that off my chest because
• 14:12
Speaker 1: I've been seeing these internet warriors and they drive me insane.
• 14:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, and look, just because you have a right to
• 14:17
Speaker 2: do something doesn't mean that doing it in those circumstances
• 14:21
  Speaker 2: isn't stupid.
• 14:23
  Speaker 3: Yes, if you.
• 14:24
Speaker 2: Are anticipating getting in a violent confrontation with police officers,
• 14:27
Speaker 2: by the way, that's stupid in and of itself. You
• 14:29
Speaker 2: should not get in a violent confrontation with police officers.
• 14:32
Speaker 2: But if you are entering in an environment where you
• 14:36
Speaker 2: see that as a reasonable possibility. If you have an
• 14:40
Speaker 2: IQ that breaks room temperature, any firearm you have, leave
• 14:44
Speaker 2: it at home. Why Because in a violent confrontation with
• 14:48
Speaker 2: law enforcement, if you have a firearm, the odds of
• 14:52
Speaker 2: that confrontation escalating rise dramatically. Look, police officers don't know
• 14:58
Speaker 2: if you intend to use that firearm uh to to
• 15:02
Speaker 2: commit harm, to harm others, or to harm them. We
• 15:04
Speaker 2: are seeing sadly leftists targeting ice agents for murder. And
• 15:09
Speaker 2: and if you have that firearm and you're engaged in violence,
• 15:13
Speaker 2: the agent's perception of the physical threat to them is
• 15:17
Speaker 2: understandably much much higher.
• 15:20
  Speaker 1: Yep.
• 15:20
Speaker 2: Had that individual left his gun at home, he almost
• 15:23
Speaker 2: certainly would be alive today. And Third, I'd say, don't
• 15:28
Speaker 2: engage in a violent confrontation with law enforcement. Don't and
• 15:31
Speaker 2: and and listen many of the I.
• 15:33
Speaker 1: Wish the governor Waltz would also say the same thing
• 15:35
Speaker 1: you're saying right now. I wish the mayor would say
• 15:37
Speaker 1: the same thing as well, because they're out there basically
• 15:39
Speaker 1: saying they're not going to risk their lives. They're wanting
• 15:42
Speaker 1: people to hire people and and and to encourage others
• 15:45
Speaker 1: to show up and and and basically go out there
• 15:47
Speaker 1: and risk their lives. They're going to stay in their mansions.
• 15:50
Speaker 1: They're going to stay back in their billion dollar yachts
• 15:53
Speaker 1: writing these checks to these protesters and follow the money.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: But you've got a governor and a mayor there that
• 15:58
Speaker 1: are that are deliberately, i would say, putting their citizens'
• 16:01
Speaker 1: lives at risk and encouraging it. They're not pulling back.
• 16:04
Speaker 1: After we saw the last lady that was shot when
• 16:06
Speaker 1: she was running over an ICE agent with a two
• 16:08
Speaker 1: ton car, They've encouraged more of that, which I also
• 16:12
Speaker 1: think is very sick for them as an elected official.
• 16:15
Speaker 2: It is reckless and it is irresponsible, and they're doing it,
• 16:18
Speaker 2: I will say, from the political agenda of a leftist,
• 16:22
Speaker 2: seeing more civilians killed in confrontations with ICE agents.
• 16:27
Speaker 3: Furthers their political agenda.
• 16:29
Speaker 2: They want ICE delegitimized, they want enforcing our federal immigration
• 16:34
Speaker 2: laws delegitimized. Why Because they supported for four years open borders.
• 16:40
Speaker 2: They've decided they are a radical open borders party. And
• 16:45
Speaker 2: every single shooting you have, particularly with someone who is
• 16:48
Speaker 2: not a trender Aragua gang member, an MS thirteen gang member,
• 16:53
Speaker 2: someone who appears to be a mother of three or
• 16:57
Speaker 2: an ICU nurse. Every shooting that happens, unfortunately, we're seeing
• 17:04
Speaker 2: Democrats in the media use to inflame the tensions, to
• 17:08
Speaker 2: divide us more and to distract from the absolute scandal
• 17:11
Speaker 2: of nine billion dollars stolen by Somali fosters in Minnesota.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: This is the guy I Jel free card, and we
• 17:18
Speaker 1: need to connect that dot for people, so toy understand.
• 17:21
Speaker 1: I truly believe that that the Democratic Party as a whole,
• 17:24
Speaker 1: certainly the governor and the mayor, they need a distraction
• 17:29
Speaker 1: from the billions that were stolen and their connection and
• 17:32
Speaker 1: their donations that came to them from some of these
• 17:35
Speaker 1: people that are even in jail now. They need this
• 17:37
Speaker 1: to go away. They I think every time there's a
• 17:40
Speaker 1: shooting there they think, great, we're getting away from that
• 17:42
Speaker 1: scandal and this is the new thing. So this is
• 17:45
Speaker 1: working out perfectly for us. That also is a part
• 17:48
Speaker 1: of this the politics that people have to understand.
• 17:51
Speaker 2: I think that is absolutely right, particularly because I think
• 17:54
Speaker 2: many of those Democrat politicians are complicit and face their
• 17:57
Speaker 2: own liability for what is today the most massive taxpayer fraud.
• 18:02
Speaker 3: That has ever been discovered.
• 18:03
Speaker 2: There may be larger ones in states like California and
• 18:05
Speaker 2: New York, but Minnesota is right now the single largest
• 18:09
Speaker 2: in the history of America. And the Democrats really, really
• 18:12
  Speaker 2: really want everyone.
• 18:13
Speaker 3: To forget that. Let me say something else.
• 18:15
Speaker 2: I don't think it's an accident that this is happening
• 18:18
Speaker 2: in Minneapolis. Minneapolis is where the George Floyd riots began.
• 18:24
Speaker 2: It's where the Black Lives mattered, Antifa riots began, where
• 18:27
Speaker 2: the looting began, where the fire bombing of police cars began,
• 18:31
Speaker 2: where the violence began, and there has grown up an organized,
• 18:38
Speaker 2: funded resistance in Minneapolis that operates in many ways like
• 18:43
Speaker 2: a military force. Operates with intelligence, operates with millions of
• 18:47
Speaker 2: dollars behind it, operates with surveillance, operates by targeting law
• 18:52
Speaker 2: enforcement agents, operates by sending people in to deliberately obstruct
• 18:57
Speaker 2: law enforcement including you had one of these, one of
• 19:00
Speaker 2: these instances, one detainee bit the finger off of a
• 19:04
Speaker 2: law enforcement agent. You had another person who was arrested
• 19:09
Speaker 2: who had spikes that she was putting to blow the
• 19:12
Speaker 2: tires out on law enforcement vehicles, and she was arrested
• 19:16
Speaker 2: with a whole bag full of those. They are engaged
• 19:20
Speaker 2: in not just peaceful protests standing there holding a sign,
• 19:24
Speaker 2: but deliberately active, violent protest designed to stop law enforcement
• 19:30
Speaker 2: from arresting the criminals. And there's real money behind it,
• 19:33
Speaker 2: and and and and listen, I would call upon DJ
• 19:37
Speaker 2: and the FBI follow the money in Minnesota.
• 19:41
  Speaker 1: And you see.
• 19:41
Speaker 2: Report after report after report of people being surveilled, of
• 19:46
Speaker 2: people being stopped on the street and asked for their identification,
• 19:49
Speaker 2: not by law enforcement but by these rogue militias, and
• 19:54
Speaker 2: and and you know, the Democrats of the media were
• 19:57
  Speaker 2: really fond.
• 19:58
Speaker 3: For a long time of using the word in.
• 20:00
Speaker 1: Yes, they love that word.
• 20:02
Speaker 2: A violent effort to take over a city is in
• 20:06
Speaker 2: fact an insurrection, sustained engage in violence, funded and we
• 20:10
Speaker 2: are seeing that. And indeed we've seen I've seen pictures
• 20:14
Speaker 2: on X the parts of Minnesota where where they're building
• 20:17
Speaker 2: walls and trying to create an autonomous zone. And it
• 20:20
Speaker 2: is exacerbated by the fact that the Democrat politicians are
• 20:25
Speaker 2: handcuffing the police so that the local police are not
• 20:28
Speaker 2: able to do their job. And I'm certain those police
• 20:31
Speaker 2: are deeply frustrated by the politician bosses that prevent them
• 20:35
Speaker 2: from doing their job.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: By the way, what you just said is the perfect
• 20:39
Speaker 1: segue in the second subject that I want to cover,
• 20:41
Speaker 1: and that is Democrats right now are trying to find
• 20:45
Speaker 1: any way they can to fight back and to hurt
• 20:48
Speaker 1: Donald Trump because approval ratings give you your power in Washington,
• 20:52
Speaker 1: d C. Especially if you're dealing with rhinos on the
• 20:55
Speaker 1: House side or even on the Senate side. Right if
• 20:57
Speaker 1: they look at the poll numbers more than anybody they
• 20:59
Speaker 1: want to read and not to stand with President Trump
• 21:02
Speaker 1: on certain issues. That's how Washington works, and what we're
• 21:06
Speaker 1: now witnessing is Democrats, I think, feel like this issue
• 21:11
Speaker 1: plays to their base, It engages their base, and they're
• 21:15
Speaker 1: now going to use it to justify another government shut down.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: This is my opinion. I want to get your thoughts
• 21:23
Speaker 1: on it because I think that we're headed there for
• 21:26
Speaker 1: this reason where they're like, hey, we have a justification
• 21:30
Speaker 1: now for what we want to get rid of ice.
• 21:31
Speaker 1: Where we get rid of ice funding funding for them?
• 21:33
Speaker 1: Is that wor' showing the government down over? Are you
• 21:36
Speaker 1: seeing the way I'm seeing it now that this is
• 21:38
  Speaker 1: where we're headed.
• 21:39
Speaker 2: Yes, But before we get the shutdown, I want to
• 21:41
Speaker 2: point out because politically it's more than just their base. Yes,
• 21:46
Speaker 2: it is true that these violent protests energize their base, drives, turnout,
• 21:50
Speaker 2: drives fundraising. The crazies get all the more excited the
• 21:54
Speaker 2: more violence the Left foments. But it's about more than that.
• 21:58
Speaker 2: It's also about totally capturing the news cycle, taking the
• 22:03
Speaker 2: fraud and corruption out of the news cycle. That's a
• 22:06
Speaker 2: totally separate objective that is critically important to them. But
• 22:10
Speaker 2: there is a third one ben which is not the
• 22:12
Speaker 2: base of the Democrat Party, but rather moderate women, soccer
• 22:17
Speaker 2: moms who may not be deeply politically engaged, and historically
• 22:23
Speaker 2: moderate suburban women have been a swing vote. If you
• 22:26
Speaker 2: look in the last decade, the two most predominant political
• 22:31
Speaker 2: movements we've seen is that we've seen number one, blue
• 22:34
Speaker 2: collar voters moving right. That's moved Midwestern states, states like
• 22:39
Speaker 2: Ohio have gotten a lot red. They used to be purple,
• 22:42
Speaker 2: Ohio's now read. But we've also seen suburban voters, particularly
• 22:46
Speaker 2: suburban women, moving left, and that's moved what used to
• 22:49
Speaker 2: be red states to purple states like Georgia and Arizona,
• 22:53
Speaker 2: both of them just a few years ago they had
• 22:55
Speaker 2: four Republican senators from Georgia and Arizona. We now have
• 23:00
Speaker 2: four Democrat senators from Georgia and Arizona. The reason is
• 23:04
Speaker 2: suburban women in Atlanta and Phoenix move left. The democrats
• 23:08
Speaker 2: of the media are seizing on this to tell stories
• 23:12
Speaker 2: and understand they're looking for not the person that is
• 23:15
Speaker 2: following every development, but just the person who's living, living
• 23:19
Speaker 2: their life and taking in what's happening and seeing a headline.
• 23:25
Speaker 2: You know, Ice shoots mother of three, Ice shoots ICU nurse,
• 23:31
Speaker 2: Ice apprehends five year old child. That story was everywhere,
• 23:35
Speaker 2: By the way, it's a total lie. It's absolutely false.
• 23:39
Speaker 2: In fact, what happened is Ice came to apprehend the father.
• 23:42
Speaker 2: The father ran off and abandoned the five year old child,
• 23:45
Speaker 2: and and understandably, Ice was not going to leave a
• 23:48
Speaker 2: five year old child alone on the street the death outside.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean they would leave alone period. But the
• 23:56
Speaker 1: argument that the left has made, I'm like, let me
• 23:58
Speaker 1: get this straight. You guys want the kid to be
• 23:59
Speaker 1: left alone just to wander the streets of a city
• 24:02
Speaker 1: and be alone. That's insane. And then in the winter
• 24:05
Speaker 1: when they could freeze death, that's also insane. They, by
• 24:08
Speaker 1: the way, found the woman, the mother of the child.
• 24:11
Speaker 2: It is reported they found the mother of the child.
• 24:14
Speaker 2: They knocked on the door, tried to give the child
• 24:15
Speaker 2: back to her. She wouldn't take him. She closed the
• 24:18
Speaker 2: door and said, no, I won't take him. And so, look,
• 24:22
Speaker 2: the purpose of that story is not actually factual journalism.
• 24:26
Speaker 2: It is entirely about telling a story to pull on
• 24:29
Speaker 2: people's heartstrings and to cause suburban voters who are not
• 24:35
Speaker 2: paying close attention to say, oh, this has gone too far.
• 24:38
Speaker 2: If they're shooting moms and nurses and arresting little kids,
• 24:42
Speaker 2: clearly it's gone too far. This is a political campaign,
• 24:46
Speaker 2: and tragically it's a political campaign that is costing people's lives.
• 24:51
Speaker 2: But because look, the political campaign is having some real effect,
• 24:54
Speaker 2: it is it is having a fact We saw, you know,
• 24:59
Speaker 2: John Case speaking of suburban women. We saw John Kasik
• 25:05
Speaker 2: put out a whole video saying, you know, oh, oh,
• 25:10
Speaker 2: I'm just I'm hurting so much. We must stop, we
• 25:13
Speaker 2: must stop arresting illegals.
• 25:15
  Speaker 3: You know.
• 25:16
Speaker 2: Unfortunately that's the target audience. And in the world of politics,
• 25:22
Speaker 2: we've got to realize that we've got to confront the
• 25:25
Speaker 2: bad stories with stories that are compelling. And it's where
• 25:28
Speaker 2: tone matters, and I would encourage Look, the administration is
• 25:33
Speaker 2: doing a fantastic job securing the border. Illegal crossings have
• 25:37
Speaker 2: dropped ninety nine percent. It's phenomenal. They're doing a terrific
• 25:41
Speaker 2: job going and arresting violent criminals, murderers and rapists and
• 25:45
Speaker 2: gang bangers, which is why we've seen the murder rate
• 25:48
Speaker 2: drop twenty percent. We covered that in the last podcast,
• 25:51
Speaker 2: that the murder rate has dropped twenty percent across the country.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: That's a massive success. What I think the administration could
• 25:58
Speaker 2: do better is is the tone with which they're describing
• 26:02
Speaker 2: this that immediately when an incident like this happens, they
• 26:07
Speaker 2: come out guns blazing that we took out a violent terrorist, hooray.
• 26:13
Speaker 2: And the problem is, particularly for someone not paying attention,
• 26:17
Speaker 2: if you're being told this is a mom of three
• 26:20
Speaker 2: and there's no indication you know, she's not waving an
• 26:22
Speaker 2: ISIS flag or doesn't have a suicide vest around her, Yeah,
• 26:27
Speaker 2: escalating the rhetoric doesn't help, and it actually loses credibility.
• 26:32
Speaker 2: And so I would encourage the administration to be more measured,
• 26:36
Speaker 2: to recognize the tragedy and to say.
• 26:39
  Speaker 3: We don't want anyone anyone's.
• 26:42
Speaker 2: Lives to be lost, and the politicians who are pouring
• 26:46
Speaker 2: gasoline onto this fire, they need to stop.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: Yeah. I agree with you there, and I also think look,
• 26:51
Speaker 1: facts matter. Explaining what happened is very important to five
• 26:55
Speaker 1: year old stories. A perfect example all the morning news
• 26:58
Speaker 1: shows abcnbc's they led with that story and ran it
• 27:02
Speaker 1: into the ground that morning, that a five year old
• 27:04
Speaker 1: was attained by ice, and they didn't correct that story.
• 27:08
Speaker 1: It's a new year, twenty twenty six. You've probably heard
• 27:11
Speaker 1: the name bitcoin and cryptocurrency. So the question so many
• 27:14
Speaker 1: people have is is it safe? And is it something
• 27:18
  Speaker 1: that I should be invested in. It's a question I
• 27:20
Speaker 1: want to get answered for you today in joining me
• 27:23
Speaker 1: now to talk about that as a co founder of
• 27:25
Speaker 1: Bitcoin IRA, Chris Klin, Chris, I appreciate you being here,
• 27:29
Speaker 1: and it is pretty cool to see what's happened in
• 27:31
Speaker 1: the crypto space. It has become normal. It now can
• 27:35
Speaker 1: be a part of your IRA. The federal government has
• 27:38
Speaker 1: changed the rules. They're accepting cryptocurrency like it's a stock.
• 27:42
Speaker 4: Yes, absolutely, and it's it's really driven itself into a
• 27:45
Speaker 4: mainstream space. I remember a decade ago when we first
• 27:47
Speaker 4: started bitcoin IRA and everybody was like, are you crazy, kid?
• 27:51
Speaker 4: You're putting bitcoin in retirement accounts? Is this even possible?
• 27:54
Speaker 4: And you fast forward to where we're at today, where
• 27:57
Speaker 4: countries are building stockpiles, corporations are building stock files. Strategy,
• 28:01
Speaker 4: for example, is pretty much its entire business models around this.
• 28:04
Speaker 4: It's a piece of diversification that every major player in
• 28:07
Speaker 4: the space and economics is looking at, and so should too,
• 28:10
Speaker 4: the individual sovereignty of the average American looking to put
• 28:12
Speaker 4: it inside of their retirement.
• 28:14
Speaker 1: You guys actually have a really cool stat that you
• 28:16
Speaker 1: told me about at dinner, and that is that your
• 28:19
Speaker 1: clients seventy five percent were born before nineteen seventy six.
• 28:23
Speaker 1: So the idea that you may be missed out on this,
• 28:26
  Speaker 1: or if you're a little older, it's a young man's
• 28:28
Speaker 1: game and crypto that is also just not true.
• 28:31
Speaker 4: That's definitely one of the myths I wanted to come
• 28:32
Speaker 4: to bunk with you in your audience. Isn't this isn't
• 28:35
Speaker 4: our grandfather's economy and grandfathers are buying bitcoin and putting
• 28:39
Speaker 4: it inside their retirement for long term holdings, especially now
• 28:42
Speaker 4: that they're thinking about inheritance and handing some of these
• 28:44
Speaker 4: things down, but yeah, that was actually shocking to me.
• 28:46
Speaker 4: We've discovered that in twenty eighteen that seventy five percent
• 28:49
Speaker 4: of them were older than my parents' generation. And what
• 28:53
Speaker 4: we found from surveying all of them was this is
• 28:56
Speaker 4: something that they think is new age and that I
• 28:58
Speaker 4: think almost every American especially has a genuine concern of
• 29:01
Speaker 4: watching what's happened to the US dollar over the last
• 29:04
Speaker 4: four or five decades. And there's always been gold and
• 29:06
Speaker 4: silver's a potential hedge, land, real estate. These scarce assets
• 29:10
Speaker 4: and bitcoin, while it may seem oh that's digital and
• 29:12
Speaker 4: it's different, it's scarce. There's only twenty one million assets
• 29:16
Speaker 4: bitcoin that will ever be mined. Nineteen and a half
• 29:18
Speaker 4: million have been mined so far, and you and I
• 29:21
Speaker 4: actually won't live, our kids will probably live to see
• 29:23
Speaker 4: the last one get mined. This is something you know.
• 29:25
Speaker 4: We're in a world of abundance since I was born
• 29:26
Speaker 4: in nineteen eighty five. It's abundance. We just printed and
• 29:29
Speaker 4: printed and printed more. This is a moment in time
• 29:31
Speaker 4: where we may be able to revert back to scarcity,
• 29:33
  Speaker 4: and there'll be a day we're just saying I have
• 29:35
Speaker 4: one Bitcoin will be life changing.
• 29:37
Speaker 1: Chris. I hope a lot of people that are watching this,
• 29:39
Speaker 1: you guys, will go and find out more. It is
• 29:41
Speaker 1: amazing what you can do in your retirement account now,
• 29:44
Speaker 1: just like your other investments with bitcoin cryptocurrency. Find out
• 29:48
Speaker 1: more right now at bitcoinira dot com slash ben that's
• 29:53
Speaker 1: bitcoin ira dot com slash ben and see what cryptocurrency
• 29:58
Speaker 1: can do for your portfolio. Not only is the Democratic
• 30:01
Speaker 1: Party looking for an opportunity, so is the media. And
• 30:05
Speaker 1: they now believe that like this civil war and hold
• 30:08
Speaker 1: this flag up is you know, and planet is, we
• 30:11
Speaker 1: as Democrats, were willing to shut down the government to
• 30:13
Speaker 1: defund ice. That's going to be the premise, is what
• 30:16
Speaker 1: I've been told from many in the media that I've
• 30:19
Speaker 1: talked to and some of my friends on the left.
• 30:21
Speaker 1: They're like, yeah, we're gonna shut down. We're justified this time,
• 30:23
Speaker 1: way more than we were last time. Last time we
• 30:26
Speaker 1: really weren't justified very much in shutting down the government,
• 30:28
Speaker 1: but we tried it anyway. Now they actually feel emboldened.
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Do you think a government shutdown is going to come?
• 30:33
  Speaker 1: Yes or no?
• 30:35
  Speaker 3: Yes? One percent?
• 30:36
Speaker 1: Yes, okay, and it's going to be tied to this issue, right.
• 30:39
Speaker 3: Yes, yes, one hundred percent.
• 30:41
Speaker 2: The last government shutdown, which was the longest government shutdown
• 30:45
Speaker 2: in US history, Chuck Schumer and the Democrats forced through
• 30:49
Speaker 2: really to show his radical base that he was fighting
• 30:51
Speaker 2: because he's scared of being primary by AOC. But they
• 30:55
Speaker 2: also did it to tee up the issue of health
• 30:57
Speaker 2: care and the cost of health insurance premium. Mind you,
• 31:01
Speaker 2: the premiums have skyrocketed because of Obamacare, because of their policy.
• 31:05
Speaker 2: But they did the shutdown. It was entirely with an
• 31:08
Speaker 2: eye towards November that they say, Look, we fought like
• 31:11
Speaker 2: crazy on health insurance, and the mean Republicans didn't give
• 31:15
Speaker 2: us what we wanted, which was fifty billion dollars in
• 31:17
Speaker 2: corporate welfare subsidies to giant health insurance companies, and that's
• 31:21
Speaker 2: why your health insurance has gone up. Now that's factually wrong,
• 31:26
Speaker 2: but it is a political narrative they're telling here. They
• 31:31
Speaker 2: are going to tell the narrative, we will not fund
• 31:34
Speaker 2: ice under any circumstances, and we will shut the government down.
• 31:38
Speaker 2: And by the way, the media covered for them so much.
• 31:42
Speaker 2: Their base was so happy with the shutdown. I think
• 31:45
Speaker 2: they perceived very few downsides to shutting the government down.
• 31:49
Speaker 2: Now this shutdown that will happen on January thirtieth will
• 31:54
Speaker 2: likely be smaller than the previous one.
• 31:56
Speaker 3: And the reason is we funded.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: Still, Harry, explain, Explain why does that mean they're being
• 32:01
Speaker 1: more strategic in how they're doing it, or explain.
• 32:03
Speaker 2: That Now between the two, we have passed some appropriations bills.
• 32:08
Speaker 2: So once appropriations bills are passed, those departments are funding.
• 32:13
Speaker 2: So AG, the Department of Agriculture is funded, and so
• 32:16
Speaker 2: everything that goes through AG is funded, CJS, Commerce, Justice
• 32:21
Speaker 2: and Science that is funded. Energy is funded, Water is funded,
• 32:25
Speaker 2: Interior Environment, Ledge Branch, Military construction, and the VA all
• 32:31
Speaker 2: of those are funded. So the shutdown will not impact
• 32:34
Speaker 2: any of those. So what would a shut down impact.
• 32:37
Speaker 2: It would impact Defense, the Department of War, It would
• 32:41
Speaker 2: impact the Department of Labor, It would impact HHS, it
• 32:45
Speaker 2: would impact the Department of Education. It would impact the
• 32:48
Speaker 2: Department of Transportation and Housing in urban Development. It would
• 32:52
Speaker 2: impact the SEC, the FCC, the independent agencies, and it
• 32:57
Speaker 2: would impact DHS, the Department of Homeland Security, and ICE
• 33:01
Speaker 2: directly under that, And I think you're going to see
• 33:05
Speaker 2: the Democrats force a shut down, and actually you don't
• 33:07
Speaker 2: have to take my words for it here. Let me
• 33:10
Speaker 2: read for you what Schumer tweeted out to the world.
• 33:13
Speaker 2: He said, quote, what's happening in Minnesota is appalling and
• 33:17
Speaker 2: unacceptable in any American city. Democrats sought common sense reforms
• 33:23
Speaker 2: in the Department of Homeland Security spending bill, but because
• 33:26
Speaker 2: of Republican's refusal to stand up to President Trump, the
• 33:30
Speaker 2: DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses
• 33:33
  Speaker 2: of ICE.
• 33:34
Speaker 3: I will vote no.
• 33:36
Speaker 2: Senate Democrats will not provide the votes to proceed to
• 33:40
Speaker 2: the Appropriations bill if the DHS funding bill is included there.
• 33:45
Speaker 2: He is explicitly, unequivocally threatening a shutdown. I think that's
• 33:50
Speaker 2: what we're going to see come Janus.
• 33:51
Speaker 1: And by the way, he's not the only one. So
• 33:53
Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren was responding to another tweet. I want to
• 33:56
Speaker 1: read it. It was just the tweet she was responding
• 33:58
Speaker 1: to to give it context. As reminder, DHS legislation that
• 34:02
Speaker 1: funds ICE at current levels without policy restrictions is in
• 34:06
Speaker 1: the Senate and needs sixty votes to pass. Deadline is
• 34:09
Speaker 1: next Friday. Elizabeth Warren puts it out there with this
• 34:12
Speaker 1: and she says, quote, I'm a hell no not a
• 34:15
Speaker 1: penny more for Ice. We should not fund this terror.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: So she's also jumping on board with this as well.
• 34:23
Speaker 1: And then there's other centers have come out and so
• 34:25
Speaker 1: this is why I say this isn't a one off.
• 34:28
Speaker 1: This is clearly a coordinated attack, is the best way
• 34:31
Speaker 1: I can describe it.
• 34:32
Speaker 3: Well, here's Chris Murphy on CNN, give a listen.
• 34:35
Speaker 5: I want to ask about what you're leader. Chuck Schumber says,
• 34:40
Speaker 5: the Democrats are going to vote against a government funding
• 34:42
Speaker 5: package that is before the Senate soon and it includes
• 34:45
Speaker 5: money for the Department of Homeland Security. How is that
• 34:48
Speaker 5: going to play out?
• 34:50
Speaker 3: Well, we can't vote to fund this lawless Department of
• 34:54
  Speaker 3: Homeland Security.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: We can't fund this lawless Department of Homeland Security.
• 34:58
  Speaker 3: Center.
• 34:58
Speaker 1: That's pretty bold words you ask me by a center
• 35:01
Speaker 1: that clearly is like, hey, we're all on the same page.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: This is what we're doing now.
• 35:05
Speaker 2: Yeah, Look, that's the position of every Democrat. And understand,
• 35:09
Speaker 2: this is the same position that is abolish ICE and
• 35:12
Speaker 2: abolish the police. They're saying they're going to refuse to
• 35:15
Speaker 2: fund the Department of Homeland Security, the department that is
• 35:20
Speaker 2: charged with keeping us safe, with securing our border with
• 35:23
Speaker 2: protecting our families, and the Democrats are saying we won't
• 35:27
Speaker 2: fund it, So what will happen. I think there's a
• 35:30
Speaker 2: chance we see Congress put together an appropriations package that
• 35:34
Speaker 2: funds everything but DHS, that that might be that might pass.
• 35:40
Speaker 2: In terms of DHS, I think the Democrats are going
• 35:44
Speaker 2: to force a shutdown, and I think they want it
• 35:46
Speaker 2: to be extended and in order.
• 35:48
Speaker 1: This is not a short one. To be clear, you
• 35:50
Speaker 1: think they want this to be painful, almost like they're
• 35:53
Speaker 1: running in the midterms on this issue of ICE.
• 35:56
Speaker 2: I think they want to be able to tell their base,
• 35:59
Speaker 2: we are funding ice, we are abolishing ice, we are
• 36:03
Speaker 2: against law enforcement where with the criminals.
• 36:06
  Speaker 3: That's that's their messaging.
• 36:08
Speaker 1: It is incredible. We're gonna keep covering it. I can
• 36:11
Speaker 1: promise you that we're gonna keep exposing it. I go
• 36:13
Speaker 1: back to the issue of follow the money here. That's
• 36:16
Speaker 1: something I'm certainly interested in many other Americans as well.
