- 0:00Okay, everyone. Now we have too much to do because
- 0:02apparently Chelsea says this is a long haul.
- 0:05So we've already preselected the Fringy Mini
- 0:09for this week. It's a journey to the fringe first.
- 0:11Yes, we've actually planned things. So this week
- 0:15we are starting with, and it might seem like
- 0:17a weird pick, DailyMail .com or Daily Mail, the
- 0:22one that we don't like. But don't worry, it's
- 0:25not for any of the things we don't like it for.
- 0:27This is for one of those fringe topics. That
- 0:29we do like it for. Yes. Okay. And don't check
- 0:32its veracity for. So, article published March
- 0:3626, 2026, written by Stacey Liberatore. Article
- 0:41title, A Second Sphinx Detected in Egypt as Scans
- 0:45Hint at Underground Megastructure. Ancient Egyptians
- 0:48may have left behind a cryptic clue to a hidden
- 0:51second Sphinx carved directly into stone more
- 0:54than 3 ,000 years ago. The dream Stella, positioned
- 0:57between the paws of the Great Sphinx, appears
- 1:00to depict two Sphinx figures, hinting that the
- 1:03legendary monument may once have had a twin.
- 1:07New Italian researchers, who in 2025 claim to
- 1:10have uncovered massive underground structures
- 1:12beneath the Giza Plateau, believe they have identified
- 1:16the second guardian buried deep beneath the sand.
- 1:19Filippo Biondi revealed the discovery on Thursday
- 1:23while speaking on the Matt Beal Limitless podcast,
- 1:26explaining that lines drawn from... From the
- 1:29pyramid to the known sphinx, point to an identical
- 1:32mirrored location where the buried structure
- 1:35is believed to lie. And yes, Chelsea, I'm on
- 1:37the same page as you as soon as it's revealed
- 1:39on a podcast. I immediately discredit anything
- 1:42that's coming out right now. And the name of
- 1:45the podcast, which I immediately forgot. Matt
- 1:49Beal's Limitless Podcast? Yes. Yep, Limitless.
- 1:52Turns out it has its limits, and that is in believability.
- 1:58Quote, we are finding precise geometrical correlation,
- 2:01100 % of correlation in the, sorry, we are finding
- 2:05the precise geometrical correlation, 100 % of
- 2:10correlation in this symmetry. End quote, he said.
- 2:15Adding, we are very confident to announce this.
- 2:20We have confidence of about 80%, end quote. I
- 2:25don't know what he said. I know, my Italian's
- 2:30so good. Using satellite radar technology capable
- 2:35of detecting subtle ground vibrations, Biondi
- 2:39claimed the data points to a massive structure
- 2:42concealed beneath a 180 -foot -high mound of
- 2:45hardened sand, which he said is composed of solidified
- 2:47sand rather than natural bedrock. Preliminary
- 2:50scans show vertical shafts and passageways striking
- 2:53similar to those already found beneath the original
- 2:56Sphinx, with dense vertical lines believed to
- 2:59represent the solid walls of underground shafts
- 3:02rather than empty voids. Beyond the possible
- 3:04second Sphinx, Biondi believes the findings hint
- 3:07at something even larger, an extensive underground
- 3:09complex beneath the Giza plateau itself. That
- 3:12seems believable. Yeah. I mean, he said it in
- 3:15that, like... very pure who can lie in that accent
- 3:19accent so that's the whole reason i said it of
- 3:22course quote down but underneath the geese of
- 3:26plateau there is a there is a something very
- 3:30huge that we are measuring he said there is an
- 3:34underground megastructure that is sorry that
- 3:37was not italian i don't know what it was but
- 3:39it was an accent and it was probably a little
- 3:42racist i am so sorry It was not Italian. The
- 3:47Dream Stella, also known as the Sink Stella,
- 3:50was erected between the front paws of the Great
- 3:53Sphinx of Giza by Pharaoh Thutmose IV around
- 3:561401 BC during the Egyptian 18th Dynasty. The
- 4:00ancient inscription, like many created during
- 4:04the New Kingdom, was intended to reinforce the
- 4:06ruler's divine right to the throne. Legend has
- 4:09it that Stella justified Thutmose IV's unexpected
- 4:12rise to power by recounting a dream where the
- 4:14Sphinx promised him the throne in exchange for
- 4:16restoring the monument, blending political propaganda
- 4:19with religious legitimacy, and documenting early
- 4:23restoration efforts. However, Biondi and his
- 4:26team, in a really weird accent, believe that
- 4:29there is more truth than myth behind the imagery.
- 4:32saying the carvings showing two Sphinx figures
- 4:35may not have been symbolic at all, but instead
- 4:38a clue at the layout of the monuments themselves.
- 4:41He and his team are not the only researchers
- 4:43to suggest the second Sphinx may be buried beneath
- 4:46the Giza Plateau, as Egyptologist Bassem El -Shamah
- 4:49first raised the theory more than a decade ago.
- 4:53Alshama cited ancient Egyptian records and mythology
- 4:56describing lightning striking the Sphinx, which
- 4:58she believes may refer to a second monument that
- 5:01was later destroyed, possibly after being cursed
- 5:03by one of Egypt's most powerful deities. Also,
- 5:06I might add, maybe being struck by lightning.
- 5:09Yeah, that's actually what I thought they were
- 5:11going to say. Yeah. Egypt's former minister of
- 5:16antiques, Zahi Hawass, has long dismissed Alshama's
- 5:19theory, noting in 2017, the area has been dug
- 5:22up by so many archaeologists and it's yielding
- 5:25nothing. However, Biondi explained that when
- 5:28they traced the line from the center of the Khafre
- 5:30pyramid to the existing Sphinx, the alignment
- 5:32created a precise geometric path and cross plateau,
- 5:35forming what he described as a mirrored reference
- 5:38line used to identify the second location. When
- 5:41that same alignment was mirrored from the center
- 5:43of the Great Pyramid, it pointed to another location
- 5:46on the opposite side, the exact spot where scans
- 5:48now suggest the second Sphinx may be buried beneath
- 5:51a mound of hardened sand. Satellite images of
- 5:54the Gaza Plateau, which feature the Great Pyramid
- 5:57of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafra, and the Pyramid
- 5:59of Mankar and the Great Sphinx, revealed a mound
- 6:03on the surface, and Filippo believes it is above
- 6:05the second Sphinx. Quote, that's a small mountain.
- 6:10has a height of approximately 108 feet. End quote,
- 6:14he explained. Quote, the first Sphinx sits slightly
- 6:18below the surrounding surface in a shallow depression.
- 6:23So it is possible that the second, oh man, there's
- 6:26just no words to latch onto here, sorry. The
- 6:29possible second Sphinx could be hidden beneath
- 6:32the higher mound. End quote. He noted that researchers
- 6:35are still working to compare elevations between
- 6:38the known spikes and the mounds to determine
- 6:40whether their heights align, including measuring
- 6:43how far each sits relative to the surrounding
- 6:45plateau surface. Quote. You know what? He probably
- 6:50said this normally. I'm just going to try to
- 6:52say it normally. We have to study this more carefully.
- 6:55It makes sense to compare the elevations, but
- 6:57we're still analyzing the data. End quote. I
- 7:00think he would have said that in clear English
- 7:02too. Yeah. Despite the remaining uncertainties,
- 7:07Biondi said the team believes the structure,
- 7:10if it exists, is likely buried beneath the mound
- 7:12rather than exposed above ground. Quote, probably
- 7:15the second thing is under the small mountain
- 7:18because it is high above 108 feet above the ground.
- 7:22I think you're doing French Canadian. I might
- 7:26be. But what's the difference? I honestly don't
- 7:28know. I don't know. If we can tell. And no, the
- 7:33problem is, is many French Canadians are Italian
- 7:36too. That's the real problem here. It must be.
- 7:39I had no idea about it though. Oh yeah, huge.
- 7:42Huge population. Biondi said scans of the original
- 7:46sphinx also revealed a network of shafts and
- 7:49chambers beneath the monument features he now
- 7:52believes are mirrored beneath the suspected second
- 7:54structure. As they call it. The scan capture
- 7:58shafts on the first sphinx and the shafts on
- 8:00the hypothetical second sphinx, they explained,
- 8:02noting that the similarities between the two
- 8:04sites are becoming increasingly difficult to
- 8:06ignore. You know what, there's quite a bit more,
- 8:08but I think we'll end it there. Mostly because
- 8:11my Italian is breaking. My jaw just can't handle
- 8:17it anymore. And I can't predict how much more
- 8:20I'll have to use it. I think we get the gist
- 8:23of it, though. They think there's two Spanxes.
- 8:24There's a second Spanx. Yeah. We could have ended
- 8:29this after 30 seconds and less Italian. Okay.
- 8:34Well, I would say probably. I think. Okay. I
- 8:41mean, I got it from the Daily Mail, which we
- 8:43never trust unless it's aliens or alien adjacent,
- 8:46which I always wonder why I do that, and it's
- 8:49just because I don't give that topic pushback,
- 8:51so I don't know how much I should care, but that's
- 8:55where we're at. Okay, fair enough. Yeah. And,
- 8:58yeah, I will think about that for 48 hours. Okay,
- 9:03yeah. Well, and you guys got 48 hours, too. not
- 9:08only Italian accent is, but realizing that so
- 9:11many Quebecers are Italian as well. How your
- 9:16French Canadian accent is and how it compares
- 9:19to your Italian accent. And I know 48 hours isn't
- 9:21that long, but that's what you got. So good luck
- 9:24with it. Bye. Bye.
