- 1:25Speaker 3: t R Real Talk Radio. What they do? Miss there?
- 1:29Speaker 1: What's going on my days?
- 1:32Speaker 3: You know how it goes? All right, I'm gonna start
- 1:36Speaker 3: off the show by saying, R I P. Thomp of
- 1:40Speaker 3: Timeless Vision Band. It you texted me and I think
- 1:46Speaker 3: someone mentioned it on social media. I think I sawid
- 1:49Speaker 3: something on TikTok. But yeah, that's that's crazy. Like I
- 1:56Speaker 3: think I think we met them. Well, I met through
- 2:00Speaker 3: Timeless Vision Band the same place I met you, like
- 2:03Speaker 3: what thirteen twelve, thirteen years ago. M Yeah, damn, damn,
- 2:09Speaker 3: damn damn. That definitely sucks and is a bummer to
- 2:14Speaker 3: start off with. But uh, you know, let's start off
- 2:17Speaker 3: with a letter. You want to.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Sure, let's do it.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Says hey, Marcus and Lyric, what's good. I wanted to
- 2:25Speaker 3: reach out and show some love to WRTR Rip Talk
- 2:27Speaker 3: Radio podcast. Y'all keep it real, and I appreciate how
- 2:30Speaker 3: you into culture with the blent nice things, nice things,
- 2:35Speaker 3: nice things, Okay, But I got to be honest, I've
- 2:38Speaker 3: noticed the shift lately. I miss hearing y'all highlight local
- 2:41Speaker 3: rappers and independent artists like you used to. Those moments
- 2:45Speaker 3: were so inspiring for me and my friends. They gave
- 2:48Speaker 3: us hope and a platform to dream bigger. I know
- 2:52Speaker 3: you always have dope conversations, but I can't help to
- 2:54Speaker 3: feel that there are so many talented up and coming
- 2:58Speaker 3: artists out here just waiting for a chance to shines.
- 3:00Speaker 3: So I'm curious what's the reason behind this change. I
- 3:03Speaker 3: still rock with the podcast, but I'd love to see
- 3:06Speaker 3: more support of the lesser known talent that's out here
- 3:09Speaker 3: grinding every day. Thanks for taking the time to read
- 3:12Speaker 3: my letter. If you do, keep doing your thing, and
- 3:14Speaker 3: I hope to hear back from you respect Jay. Oh
- 3:19Speaker 3: my god, you got doctor evil fingers? What's going on?
- 3:22Speaker 1: I changed my background to a break world just now.
- 3:26Speaker 3: I saw.
- 3:29Speaker 1: You niggas don't know how to be on time. Okay,
- 3:33Speaker 1: That's why I would love for us to be able
- 3:39Speaker 1: to interview artists. I would love for us to be
- 3:42Speaker 1: able to feature them again. But guess what there has
- 3:44Speaker 1: been which I don't see is the behind the scenes stuff.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Mark very professional, Amma, and keeps up with stuff very
- 3:58Speaker 1: well as far as communicating with these artists and telling
- 4:02Speaker 1: them times and dates of when we're going to do
- 4:05Speaker 1: podcasts even when we were doing it live. You niggas
- 4:09Speaker 1: are unprofessional. I'm just gonna make it plain. You niggas
- 4:15Speaker 1: do not know how to show up on time. Then
- 4:18Speaker 1: you have to bring an entourage of fifteen people and
- 4:22Speaker 1: we're letting you know we have a small space.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Oh my god, I forgot about that. Niggas would legit.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Niggas would legit show up intros that he would come,
- 4:37Speaker 3: it'd be like four or five people, and shit, I'm like,
- 4:40Speaker 3: what is all? And then all of them smoked, So
- 4:43Speaker 3: then they coming in your face thinking they smell like
- 4:47Speaker 3: weed and balls. It was just bad.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Uh, it's too much.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Okay, here's here's the thing for me with the artists.
- 4:58Speaker 3: For one, I have to realize certain things that a
- 5:01Speaker 3: lot of you niggas haven't. For one, I am forty
- 5:04Speaker 3: five years old or about to be forty five years old,
- 5:08Speaker 3: a lot of you aspiring artists. And this isn't to
- 5:11Speaker 3: take a dig at anyone's dreams, because you know that
- 5:14Speaker 3: I am a fan for people's dreams. But what I
- 5:20Speaker 3: have noticed, and what I see discussed much less, is
- 5:24Speaker 3: when those dreams should then pivot.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Like your age has because a lot of.
- 5:29Speaker 3: You niggas is fifty plus still out here hitting these
- 5:32Speaker 3: indie artist joints, and there's nothing wrong with that, But
- 5:36Speaker 3: you talking about like in the shit that you rap about,
- 5:40Speaker 3: you rapping around about young niggas. Shit, Why am I
- 5:44Speaker 3: going to promote that shit? And then another thing about
- 5:49Speaker 3: it that a lot of y'all are trying to do
- 5:52Speaker 3: a lot of y'all aren't artists. You just want to
- 5:55Speaker 3: be famous, that is your aim. My thing has always
- 6:00Speaker 3: been about art. I appreciate art. I love going to museums,
- 6:05Speaker 3: I love going to live shows. I am best friends
- 6:08Speaker 3: with a recording artist because I love live shows. Lyric
- 6:13Speaker 3: does this, so I just for a lot of you,
- 6:18Speaker 3: it's less about the talent. It's less about the lyrics.
- 6:22Speaker 3: It's like the job is words and a lot of
- 6:25Speaker 3: y'all can't even have conversations. But that aside, it's you
- 6:31Speaker 3: wanting to be famous. That is what you want. You
- 6:35Speaker 3: want to be Oh well, you know, I was on
- 6:38Speaker 3: just that third, And it's less about your creativity, It's
- 6:43Speaker 3: less about your art. And I believe that at forty
- 6:45Speaker 3: five years old, I'm in a different space where I
- 6:49Speaker 3: can look at you outside now and go, You know what,
- 6:53Speaker 3: do I really want to highlight that? So? I mean,
- 6:56Speaker 3: if you Jay want to kick us your music and
- 7:01Speaker 3: be on some real ship and talk about some real ship,
- 7:04Speaker 3: then I'm all about having you artists on the show again.
- 7:08Speaker 3: But if you come talking about young nigga shit, how
- 7:10Speaker 3: you didn't spitting this bitch face and fisting or bootyhold
- 7:13Speaker 3: or something like, if you're doing that dumb shit and
- 7:16Speaker 3: I don't want to hear it, I don't want it.
- 7:19Speaker 3: I don't. So hopefully that answers your question.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And you know what, you guys got to realize we're
- 7:28Speaker 1: getting older and wiser and with that comes elevation. We're
- 7:33Speaker 1: not always gonna remain the same podcast that you're used to.
- 7:37Speaker 1: You have to have some type of growth. M don't
- 7:40Speaker 1: realize that, okay, And I'm too grown to be listening
- 7:45Speaker 1: to bootyhole music. I'm so sorry I'm put here. There
- 7:48Speaker 1: are other platforms that will still promote that that are
- 7:52Speaker 1: local to you.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Find those bootyhole music if that's you know, And when
- 8:00Speaker 3: you talk about music and when you think about the
- 8:02Speaker 3: music industry, you just look at where shit is, like,
- 8:06Speaker 3: shit isn't where it used to be. For us musically,
- 8:09Speaker 3: think about like the artists and stuff that we grew
- 8:12Speaker 3: up with, Like, for example, I'll bring this up later,
- 8:16Speaker 3: but Nelly and Ashanti, Like you look at Nelly and
- 8:20Speaker 3: how he's fallen off with that Trump bullshit. You look
- 8:22Speaker 3: at Snoop how he fell off of that. Like the
- 8:24Speaker 3: music industry doesn't even feel the same to me anymore.
- 8:28Speaker 1: It's not.
- 8:30Speaker 3: It's just like, and you know, you look at the
- 8:32Speaker 3: shit on a weekly basis, you watch these stories unfold,
- 8:36Speaker 3: and if it ain't really be or Kendrick, I ain't
- 8:41Speaker 3: really bumping them like that because I'm the only niggas,
- 8:43Speaker 3: like in my opinion, lately, that have been consistent.
- 8:47Speaker 1: You want to know why it is the last late
- 8:51Speaker 1: A whole lot of reasons, the latest trends that I've noticed,
- 8:55Speaker 1: and I say even over the past five years, mm hmmm,
- 9:01Speaker 1: is it has become less about the artistry, less about
- 9:05Speaker 1: the music, less about the talent, and has crossed over
- 9:09Speaker 1: into a more popularity contest.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Yes, niggas just want to be famous. They want to
- 9:16Speaker 3: be That's what they want.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Right. If you have half a million followers, two a
- 9:23Speaker 1: million followers, and you have someone who you know is
- 9:28Speaker 1: a producer and can auto tune the fuck out of
- 9:31Speaker 1: your ship. You can get on if you have something
- 9:35Speaker 1: some some Doctor Seuss type of lyrics that people can
- 9:40Speaker 1: easily catch.
- 9:41Speaker 3: On to or our chat gbt them joint.
- 9:47Speaker 1: That too, and something that you think that will be
- 9:52Speaker 1: a hit on TikTok that people can make dances to.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You're in.
- 9:58Speaker 3: You are at easy and it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Sucks for people who take this real seriously like myself
- 10:05Speaker 1: and this area.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Yeah, and you guys put a lot into your work.
- 10:12Speaker 3: You you practice so on a regular like you don't
- 10:15Speaker 3: just show up, rock back and forth while you do
- 10:18Speaker 3: a rhyme, sag your pants and then walk off like
- 10:21Speaker 3: you got mud butt. Like. You don't do that. You
- 10:23Speaker 3: actually put on a performance. You interact with the audience,
- 10:27Speaker 3: things like that. It's just like with that bullshit Little
- 10:29Speaker 3: Wayne was talking about bad that Kendrick Lamar got the
- 10:32Speaker 3: Super Bowl and he didn't he like, I went back
- 10:35Speaker 3: and I watched Little Wayne perform.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Have you ever watched his live performances?
- 10:42Speaker 3: And he's boring. I'm sorry, in my opinion, he is boring.
- 10:50Speaker 3: He did he maybe not, but over the years that
- 10:56Speaker 3: has become the standard. So when you talk about art,
- 10:59Speaker 3: when you talk about platforming people like, those are the
- 11:02Speaker 3: people that I want to answer, like, I want to
- 11:04Speaker 3: be in them circles. I'm trying to get closer to them,
- 11:07Speaker 3: kind of niggas that are really serious about their art. Yeah,
- 11:13Speaker 3: that went away that I didn't want it to. But
- 11:15Speaker 3: it's fine.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I don't hope that answers your question. Jay, It's fine.
- 11:23Speaker 3: What's your move looking like this week? Mama? You had
- 11:25Speaker 3: to show yesterday how to go?
- 11:27Speaker 1: It went greats. I can't really complain. We of course
- 11:33Speaker 1: dedicated the show to the.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Good.
- 11:37Speaker 1: You know, I can't complain it was fun that I
- 11:41Speaker 1: was tired, so by the time I got home I
- 11:43Speaker 1: had enough energy that put some food on my stomach
- 11:47Speaker 1: and take my black ass to sleep. And Man said,
- 11:50Speaker 1: tell you, hey, okay, hey.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I went and met him for drinks last night.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Let me say this, Okay, Okay.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Where my Beignet's at is what I wanted at.
- 12:04Speaker 3: He promised you that. No, oh, I mean you.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Can take that back because the last time he went,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I said, next time you go, bring me back some
- 12:17Speaker 1: of them Begnet's.
- 12:18Speaker 3: You have to be very clear with Tiger Man, like
- 12:21Speaker 3: will you say that you want something specifically, you have
- 12:25Speaker 3: to literally tell him, tiga man, I want this, and
- 12:28Speaker 3: he'll get it. Like he's kindest person in the world,
- 12:31Speaker 3: but he'll get it. But you have to tell him,
- 12:34Speaker 3: like you can't be vague, you can't hint at it,
- 12:37Speaker 3: you can't like even maybe mention it in passing. You
- 12:40Speaker 3: have to tell him directly.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I definitely say it. I probably should have mentioned it
- 12:44Speaker 1: when he was there.
- 12:46Speaker 3: But well, I met him last night for drinks, and
- 12:50Speaker 3: you know, we went out to the same bar that
- 12:54Speaker 3: I used to go to with my ex. Now let
- 12:57Speaker 3: me tell you how my night went. So I'm there
- 13:00Speaker 3: and I get there a little bit early because you know,
- 13:02Speaker 3: tike a man's punctual, so I try to be a
- 13:05Speaker 3: little bit early. So I'm there less than five minutes
- 13:10Speaker 3: of me sitting there. My ex walks in and that
- 13:16Speaker 3: was fine, but you know, we were like I went over,
- 13:20Speaker 3: I spoke, and then I came on back over and
- 13:22Speaker 3: waited for Tigubat. Well, this is where shit gets awkward.
- 13:27Speaker 3: So then one of our mutual friends that you know,
- 13:30Speaker 3: knew us through the duration of our relationship was there.
- 13:34Speaker 3: And this isn't a dig at him or anything, but
- 13:38Speaker 3: this the more I go out, the more I'm reminded
- 13:42Speaker 3: of why I don't. And the reason was So we're
- 13:48Speaker 3: sitting there and you know, he sits next to me,
- 13:51Speaker 3: and he's like, just I don't understand why people got
- 13:54Speaker 3: to be extra Like if somebody if you see somebody
- 13:58Speaker 3: out and then they're not with the person that they
- 14:01Speaker 3: were before, Like, first off, you already knew that, but
- 14:06Speaker 3: even if you didn't, and there was a question he
- 14:08Speaker 3: did ask, and so he was like, are you all together?
- 14:11Speaker 3: I was like no. So then people get drinks in
- 14:14Speaker 3: them and then it has to be this whole extra performance.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Oh my god, I was you know, I was always
- 14:21Speaker 3: your friend. I mean I was cordial that stuff, and
- 14:24Speaker 3: I mean, like a part of me can appreciate that,
- 14:28Speaker 3: but then another part of me is like, but why
- 14:31Speaker 3: did that need to be said?
- 14:33Speaker 1: Right?
- 14:34Speaker 3: You get it, Like, why are we having that conversation?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Why do we need to revisit something that I didn't
- 14:41Speaker 1: ask you to open up?
- 14:42Speaker 3: Sometimes people break up because they're supposed to, right. It
- 14:48Speaker 3: doesn't mean that there's any beef, it doesn't mean that
- 14:51Speaker 3: there's any drama. Sometimes people just need to break up, period.
- 14:58Speaker 3: And the fact that so so many of y'all try.
- 15:02Speaker 3: I don't even know if you try to turn it
- 15:04Speaker 3: messy or if you are looking for something messy to
- 15:08Speaker 3: be messy about. But I'm not that type of person.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I've never been. Aside from maybe one, I don't have
- 15:17Speaker 3: any excess that hate me because I don't keep a
- 15:20Speaker 3: whole lot of drama and I'm very clear and concise
- 15:22Speaker 3: with what i want and what I'm not gonna deal with.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Always have been, even with your friendships. You've just always
- 15:30Speaker 1: been very direct in what your expectations are and everything else.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, transparency is it, but just the whole
- 15:41Speaker 3: drama And oh, I was like again, I guess I
- 15:45Speaker 3: respect the fact that, like I guess there's a certain
- 15:48Speaker 3: warmth about you know, being that friend that people want
- 15:51Speaker 3: to be around. Like I can appreciate that. But at
- 15:53Speaker 3: the same time, like if you see niggas out, they
- 15:57Speaker 3: not together no more. Don't make that shit weird for him.
- 16:00Speaker 3: It's all that weird.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Right and uncomfortable.
- 16:04Speaker 3: And I mean, I could have went other places, but
- 16:07Speaker 3: I chose to stay there. But it's just even in
- 16:10Speaker 3: that space, it was us. I don't know whatever it comes.
- 16:14Speaker 1: It comes from people not having any kouth about certain things.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Like some people it's already in them. They just know
- 16:25Speaker 1: it's it's common sense. And then other people they just,
- 16:29Speaker 1: you know, I don't know how to conduct themselves in
- 16:36Speaker 1: certain situations.
- 16:39Speaker 3: That's true. All right, Let's talk about some black folks
- 16:42Speaker 3: who you want to be like when you grow up.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Let's see I have one, and I also have an
- 16:51Speaker 1: honorable mansion work. Now let's see my first one. I
- 17:02Speaker 1: hope I'm not stealing this from you, but my first
- 17:06Speaker 1: one is Texas Democrat Nicole Collier.
- 17:09Speaker 3: No, but I was definitely thinking I've heard that, you know,
- 17:15Speaker 3: I was. I was gonna say it, but go ahead,
- 17:18Speaker 3: all right? So I said, absolutely not.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I chose her because she said absolutely not. I'm not going.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Not only am I not leaving, I'm not signing shit,
- 17:35Speaker 1: I check out, okay, matter of fact, I'm spending the night.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Absolutely did I buy that on in my mask?
- 17:48Speaker 1: So she slept in the house floor overnight in protest
- 17:52Speaker 1: of the VP requiring that official sign a permission slip
- 17:56Speaker 1: and received police escorts to leave. Imagine that maybe she
- 18:02Speaker 1: stood on business.
- 18:04Speaker 3: She did, and the way a lot of y'all aren't.
- 18:07Speaker 3: But I mean, doesn't it always why is it always
- 18:10Speaker 3: a black woman that's got to step up and be
- 18:12Speaker 3: like absolutely not. Where the rest of y'all, Like, where's
- 18:17Speaker 3: the line? Because a whole lot of other Democrats signed
- 18:21Speaker 3: that little dumb ass permission slip.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Yeah, but unfortunately they still ended up passing it without
- 18:32Speaker 1: a trovo. But that just goes to show you all
- 18:36Speaker 1: what takes is one it it.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Does, and it's more often than not a black woman.
- 18:45Speaker 3: But I will talk about these black brothers when I
- 18:48Speaker 3: grow up. I want to be like the visionaries behind
- 18:51Speaker 3: Black and Bold, the first black owned, nationally distributed coffee brand,
- 18:56Speaker 3: which is now expanding. It's reached the costco store. So
- 19:01Speaker 3: you know, I'm an avid coffee coffee drinker. Now you
- 19:03Speaker 3: know I have a couple of coffee Like that's right.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I really want to get into like as I've been
- 19:12Speaker 3: reading more about the coffee industry, and shit, it's really fascinating,
- 19:17Speaker 3: Like it's a money maker. Think of how feral white
- 19:20Speaker 3: folks get when they don't have their coffee.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Hum, I know how I am without my Red Bulls,
- 19:26Speaker 1: so I can arn only now, I.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Mean I got so this brand not only specialized in
- 19:34Speaker 3: an exceptional coffee, but it also embodies a strong commitment
- 19:37Speaker 3: to social responsibility that by donating five percent of its
- 19:42Speaker 3: profits to initiatives that support youth education and workforce development.
- 19:48Speaker 3: This brand was founded by Pernell Caesar and Rod Johnson.
- 19:52Speaker 3: So shout outs to those brothers. Black and Bold spelled
- 19:55Speaker 3: b olkay. Black and Bold stands as a testament to
- 19:59Speaker 3: entrepreneurship and community upliftment in the coffee industry and as
- 20:03Speaker 3: a daily coffee drinker myself. Like I said, this resonates
- 20:06Speaker 3: their expansion into a major retailer like Costco. Yo. That's
- 20:11Speaker 3: a crucial step like Costco, your ship getting out there.
- 20:15Speaker 3: So shout out to those brothers. Okay again black, This
- 20:19Speaker 3: brand is called Black and Bold. Be okay and bold.
- 20:23Speaker 3: So if you're see it on the shelves, stow it
- 20:24Speaker 3: in your shopping cart and buy black because this is
- 20:27Speaker 3: what we do.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Absolutely all right, my honorable mention, I may be a
- 20:35Speaker 1: little late on this matter, but better late than ever.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Did you change the background again?
- 20:43Speaker 1: I did. I'm in the studio now because I'm about
- 20:46Speaker 1: to record some hot shit because they want to hear
- 20:49Speaker 1: some hot shit. Okay, all right, So this high been
- 21:00Speaker 1: back in twenty or twenty twenty one. However, this is
- 21:04Speaker 1: still going on. A Caucasian man, I think, hey, no, no, no.
- 21:14Speaker 1: A Caucasian man named Pete Cadence is a serial entrepreneur
- 21:21Speaker 1: and dedicated philanthropist who currently serves as the chairman of
- 21:25Speaker 1: Cadence Family Foundation and the Hope Foundation for Toledo, Ohio. Okay,
- 21:35Speaker 1: why I want to give him an honorable mention is
- 21:38Speaker 1: because he is a multi million dollar man who went
- 21:45Speaker 1: to a predominantly black but it's also mixed culture and
- 21:53Speaker 1: racist high school. Who that area has really suffered economically
- 22:03Speaker 1: for years. So what he did was he went a mayor.
- 22:08Speaker 1: They had like a little pep rally going on, Okay,
- 22:12Speaker 1: and they let him speak. At the end of his
- 22:16Speaker 1: speech for over one hundred and eight rising seniors, he said,
- 22:26Speaker 1: I am going to pay for each of you seniors
- 22:32Speaker 1: for your full ride to Okay. Yeah, definitely that Oh
- 22:38Speaker 1: it gets better because I was I was a little
- 22:40Speaker 1: teary ey because it's got me. Not only because he
- 22:45Speaker 1: wants to help this area grow. He said, not only
- 22:50Speaker 1: are you going to college, but one of your parents,
- 22:55Speaker 1: I am also going to pay for a four year.
- 22:58Speaker 3: What I'm gonna make your mama knock down one more
- 23:02Speaker 3: good Yay. I like that.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I said, baby, that's the way to do it. That's
- 23:09Speaker 1: the way to give back, that's the way to be
- 23:11Speaker 1: an ally. I love it. I love it. And so
- 23:15Speaker 1: I wanted to see, you know, where he stood and
- 23:20Speaker 1: if he, you know, kept his word. So I did
- 23:23Speaker 1: my research. He absolutely has kept his word. He has
- 23:28Speaker 1: kept his word because we're going into twenty we're in
- 23:33Speaker 1: twenty twenty five now, some of them are finishing, and
- 23:36Speaker 1: he has he paid for those schools, those schoolings. So yep,
- 23:44Speaker 1: I love to hear it, love to hear it, to see.
- 23:46Speaker 3: It all about, all about because you know, you tried it.
- 23:55Speaker 3: I want to be like white people who Okay, honorable mention,
- 24:00Speaker 3: I get it. That's fine. You know what.
- 24:05Speaker 1: I said that because somebody made a comment to me
- 24:09Speaker 1: who is over.
- 24:13Speaker 3: And they said, you heard their peep.
- 24:16Speaker 1: They love that we uplift our own people and our culture.
- 24:21Speaker 1: But sometimes it would be nice to hear every so
- 24:27Speaker 1: often of our allies who really are about that for
- 24:32Speaker 1: us to get some recognition to you. Okay, well, okay,
- 24:37Speaker 1: so there you go.
- 24:39Speaker 3: Okay, side, that's one opinion. Anyway, uh you ready to
- 24:47Speaker 3: answer some letters I am all right if it come next.
- 24:52Speaker 5: The more honest you are with yourself, the more sensitive
- 24:56Speaker 5: you become to not only the dishonesty and others, but
- 24:59Speaker 5: to the delay in how honest they can be with
- 25:02Speaker 5: themselves and with you. You sematically register this before your
- 25:06Speaker 5: mind has a chance to name it. Your body aches,
- 25:09Speaker 5: it tightens, You mysteriously get ill, oftentimes under the weight
- 25:13Speaker 5: of what's not being said. This is what energetic irresponsibility
- 25:16Speaker 5: looks like in connection with someone. It forces your body
- 25:19Speaker 5: to carry what they are unwilling to see, accept and name.
- 25:25Speaker 5: When they finally confess or clarify, the words don't soothe you,
- 25:30Speaker 5: because the timing is what's frustrating. In other words, if
- 25:34Speaker 5: the truth shows up late, your body has already absorbed
- 25:38Speaker 5: the distortion, calibrated the aches and the pains, carried the illness.
- 25:42Speaker 5: The real labor happened in your nervous system while you
- 25:45Speaker 5: were holding the space for the truth to be met
- 25:48Speaker 5: in your timing. It's like the sharper your inner clarity
- 25:52Speaker 5: is the more jarring the external distortion feels and charm appeal.
- 25:59Speaker 5: Good intentions are not always clean. Binary thinking can distort
- 26:03Speaker 5: the best of intentions twisting them into avoidance, dishonesty, projecting
- 26:10Speaker 5: and delays. Awareness and clarity and drawing a line in
- 26:14Speaker 5: the sand to protect your truth and the precision of
- 26:17Speaker 5: that is essential here. And this is not just to
- 26:20Speaker 5: dismiss or survive the interactions here, it's to manage them
- 26:25Speaker 5: without abandoning yourself. Your sensitivity in this process is not
- 26:29Speaker 5: a burden. It's a truth sharpener. The collective nervous system
- 26:32Speaker 5: is reaching its limit with the dishonesty, and it's getting
- 26:35Speaker 5: twice as hard to delay in being honest. Now, this
- 26:39Speaker 5: is not the season to play around with your clarity
- 26:41Speaker 5: and your honesty. And for those that are latching onto
- 26:44Speaker 5: other people's clarity and honesty and not taking responsibility for yours,
- 26:48Speaker 5: that ain't the kind of fire you want to play with.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Maybe not what you should you, but definitely she would.
- 26:57Speaker 1: What's going on y'all is your girl link And I'm
- 27:00Speaker 1: back with my segment if it were lyric, where I
- 27:03Speaker 1: talk about your relationships, situationships and friendships and I give
- 27:08Speaker 1: my two cents about it. Why because you asked, Okay,
- 27:12Speaker 1: if you want to keep sending your advice questions, please
- 27:17Speaker 1: continue to do so by sending them to my email
- 27:21Speaker 1: at Lyric Provider at gmail dot com. Now let's get
- 27:24Speaker 1: into the.
- 27:26Speaker 3: T Okay, So I got I pulled two of them
- 27:29Speaker 3: this week, but I mean, I guess you can pick
- 27:32Speaker 3: one if you want. One of them is about, one
- 27:36Speaker 3: of them is about one of them is disgusting, it's
- 27:39Speaker 3: about laundry, and then the other one's juicy. It's about trauma.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Thanks to the juice one.
- 27:46Speaker 3: All right, dear Lyric, I hope you're doing well. I've
- 27:50Speaker 3: been listening to WRTR for a few years now, and
- 27:53Speaker 3: I always appreciate your and okay, nice things. Uh, your
- 27:57Speaker 3: perspective has helped Okay, more nice things. I recently got married,
- 28:02Speaker 3: and during a cozy pillow talk session with my husband,
- 28:06Speaker 3: we were discussing some of our mutual friends. We'll call
- 28:09Speaker 3: them Jamie and Alex. They've been trying to start a family,
- 28:14Speaker 3: which is exciting for them. But then my husband revealed
- 28:17Speaker 3: something that's been weighing heavily on my mind. Alex told
- 28:22Speaker 3: him that he had a vasectomy years ago and Jamie
- 28:26Speaker 3: doesn't know about it all supposed least still trying to
- 28:30Speaker 3: have a baby. Sorry, I'm still getting over this cold.
- 28:37Speaker 3: This has put me in a really weird space. I
- 28:40Speaker 3: care about both Jamie and Alex, and I can't help
- 28:43Speaker 3: but feel uneasy knowing that there's a significant truth being hidden.
- 28:47Speaker 3: If it were you, would you say something to Jamie
- 28:51Speaker 3: or would you keep this information to yourself. I want
- 28:54Speaker 3: to be supportive and respectful of their relationship, but I
- 28:56Speaker 3: also believe in the importance of honesty, especially when it
- 28:59Speaker 3: comes to such a big life decision. Oh, thank you
- 29:03Speaker 3: for any advice you can offer. I really appreciate your
- 29:05Speaker 3: time and wisdom. Love dirty secrets.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Baby, That is heavy. Heed, that is heavy. That is heavy.
- 29:16Speaker 1: That is heavy. Now, let me tell you one thing.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Married people, you gotta steal the fuck out the business
- 29:27Speaker 1: to a certain degree. Let me tell you something. If
- 29:31Speaker 1: you're asked, drop some hints.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Yes, drop some hints.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Don't don't go tell him because you're gonna mess up
- 29:39Speaker 1: the relationship between your husband and her husband. You're gonna
- 29:42Speaker 1: mess up some stuff now, but drop some hints. So
- 29:45Speaker 1: she gets to thinking about some shit, and she do
- 29:47Speaker 1: her own research and comes to her own conclusion.
- 29:50Speaker 3: And you gonna mess up your ship with your husband
- 29:53Speaker 3: because now he's gonna be side out of anything that
- 29:55Speaker 3: he want to tell you.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Yep, yep, you're gonna break the trust. Girl, don't do it.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Don't do it, but drop do.
- 30:04Speaker 3: You? So if it just went left.
- 30:10Speaker 1: So if she comes to you and she's like, I
- 30:14Speaker 1: don't know what it is. We've been trying for this
- 30:20Speaker 1: amount of time and this that and the this that
- 30:22Speaker 1: and the third, then this is your time, shine, You'd
- 30:27Speaker 1: be like, like, have you ever thought about, you know,
- 30:30Speaker 1: each of you seeing a doctor, maybe seeing if there's
- 30:33Speaker 1: an issue with maybe his reproductive organs or you're reproductive,
- 30:39Speaker 1: and go to that doctor's appointment?
- 30:42Speaker 3: What do you mean go to it?
- 30:44Speaker 1: You gonna find all the tea. You find a wife,
- 30:51Speaker 1: your husband's doctor's appointment with him, well find all the
- 30:55Speaker 1: tea because guess what's a medical record. It's in all
- 30:58Speaker 1: the medical records. That's not you can just steal. And
- 31:03Speaker 1: most married people go to each other's like doctor's appointments
- 31:07Speaker 1: to get stuff like that.
- 31:10Speaker 3: That is such a fuck boy move though, Like if
- 31:12Speaker 3: you have a woman and like why not just say
- 31:16Speaker 3: you know what I can't or why like why even
- 31:20Speaker 3: put on the show that you're trying to do it?
- 31:24Speaker 3: And then you just can't get it because like that
- 31:26Speaker 3: woman really wants to have a baby.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Look, she ain't asks all that. I can't speak. I
- 31:33Speaker 1: can't why he did. That's what you do. You drop hints,
- 31:39Speaker 1: You drop hints, you say things to get her mind thinking.
- 31:44Speaker 1: So it's not like you. So in a way you're helping,
- 31:49Speaker 1: but you're also staying out of it, and you're not
- 31:51Speaker 1: compromising this trust between you and your husband or her
- 31:56Speaker 1: and your husband. Remain neutral. What drops some hints along
- 32:02Speaker 1: the way, little breadcrumbs, like Hanseling Gretel. I mean you
- 32:12Speaker 1: ask him what I would do?
- 32:13Speaker 3: Like, No, it's fine.
- 32:15Speaker 1: I I'm not going to get in nobody's business. But
- 32:19Speaker 1: if I'm asked, I'm not going to lie.
- 32:21Speaker 6: Mm.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I'm not going to reveal because it's not my truth
- 32:26Speaker 1: to tell. But I will drop some break crumbs along
- 32:28Speaker 1: the way. Okay, anyway, next, let's see. Now this one
- 32:36Speaker 1: comes from a woman who wants to remain anonymous.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Oh lord, here we go, all right.
- 32:47Speaker 1: It says, dear Laric, my husband brought up divorce during
- 32:52Speaker 1: an argument, and I agreed we do need one. Then
- 32:57Speaker 1: you turn saying that he'd unlive himself him. Is this manipulation?
- 33:04Speaker 1: I don't want to leave? And then he does something
- 33:08Speaker 1: to himself. But I don't want to stay because I
- 33:11Speaker 1: am so unhappy? What should I do? Okay, Moley, you
- 33:22Speaker 1: and danger girl.
- 33:25Speaker 3: I'm glad you said it.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Because one thing about it, it's definitely manipulation, like like
- 33:35Speaker 1: what you'd underlive yourself? Like I've researched some stats after
- 33:42Speaker 1: getting this letter, and it's crazy the amount of times
- 33:48Speaker 1: that the person who says they're going to unlive themselves
- 33:52Speaker 1: turned and unlive that said spouse.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Or you could just call the people people if you
- 34:01Speaker 3: are a danger to yourself and possibly others, make that
- 34:06Speaker 3: call and then when they haul his suicidal ass off.
- 34:10Speaker 3: And that's not a dig because people deal with mental
- 34:13Speaker 3: health and struggles. But if this is, if it's manipulative,
- 34:17Speaker 3: it's bad. If it's not manipulative, it's bad. Just all
- 34:24Speaker 3: the people.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Across the board, all the people why would definitely be
- 34:31Speaker 1: quietly planning my eggscape because you never know, like you said,
- 34:39Speaker 1: he could he could be standing on business with that,
- 34:42Speaker 1: or he could be just saying that as a way
- 34:45Speaker 1: to keep you around. I would rather be safer them, sorry,
- 34:51Speaker 1: because people's mental health, especially these days with all that's
- 34:56Speaker 1: going on, you never know. Hmmm, so do what you
- 35:04Speaker 1: gotta do and to be safe, and that's what I suggest.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Did you want did you want to hear this letter
- 35:14Speaker 3: from this mama about the laundry? Yeah, go ahead, all right,
- 35:21Speaker 3: subject laundry drama in the house.
- 35:24Speaker 6: Uh.
- 35:25Speaker 3: I hope this letter finds you all in good spirits
- 35:27Speaker 3: and ready for a laugh. I'm reaching out for some
- 35:29Speaker 3: advice and maybe a little sympathy as I navigate the
- 35:32Speaker 3: ups and downs of my blending, of blending my life
- 35:36Speaker 3: with my man m and my two little ones, Zoe
- 35:39Speaker 3: and Jamal about six, well one of them six and
- 35:42Speaker 3: one of them is four, all right, So picture this.
- 35:47Speaker 3: I'm juggling work, the kids and trying to keep our
- 35:49Speaker 3: home together. When I decided to do a little laundry
- 35:52Speaker 3: as a proud mama, I usually washed my clothes and
- 35:55Speaker 3: the kids clothes together. But when I got to my
- 35:58Speaker 3: husband's pile, I had to make a tough call. You see,
- 36:05Speaker 3: my dear Boo has been known to have some questionable
- 36:07Speaker 3: stains in his draws.
- 36:09Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about, And up here I
- 36:11Speaker 1: knew it.
- 36:13Speaker 3: I couldn't bear the thought of those little doodoo stains
- 36:15Speaker 3: mingling with my precious baby's clothes. So I did what
- 36:18Speaker 3: any logical mama would do, and I washed his clothes separately.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Now you think I declare war on You would think
- 36:25Speaker 3: that I had declared war on his wardrobe. When he
- 36:28Speaker 3: found out our living room turned into a battlefield, he
- 36:32Speaker 3: was all like, why are you washing my clothes separately?
- 36:34Speaker 3: You think I'm dirty? And I'm standing in their hands
- 36:37Speaker 3: on my hips nd ready to defend my ar honor,
- 36:40Speaker 3: saying it's not that I think you're dirty, it's just
- 36:43Speaker 3: that I don't. It's just I don't want your lack
- 36:46Speaker 3: of cleanliness ruining the good vibes of my kid's fresh laundry.
- 36:52Speaker 3: I swear the way he was looking at me, you
- 36:54Speaker 3: think I committed a cardinal sin there. I was creaming
- 36:57Speaker 3: about cleanliness and do doo stains while joeying Tomorrow were
- 37:00Speaker 3: wide eyed wondering if their mom it just lost their mind.
- 37:04Speaker 3: It was a classic case that you can take the
- 37:06Speaker 3: man out of the bachelor pad, but you can't take
- 37:09Speaker 3: the bachelor pad out of the man. Needless to say,
- 37:12Speaker 3: the argument ended me and Stitch. It ended with Me
- 37:15Speaker 3: and Stitches and him talking about his separate but equal
- 37:19Speaker 3: laundry situation. Now I'm left wondering, do I navigate this
- 37:23Speaker 3: delicate balance of love and laundry without causing an out
- 37:27Speaker 3: all out war. Should I let the man wash. Should
- 37:30Speaker 3: I let his clothes be washed with the kids and
- 37:33Speaker 3: just chalk it up as everything being cleaned at once?
- 37:37Speaker 3: Or do I keep my laundry My laundry fortress intact
- 37:42Speaker 3: helped his sister out for a girl to do when
- 37:45Speaker 3: love meets laundry, Much love and laughter signed a conflicted mama.
- 37:50Speaker 1: People, really, first of all, I don't see nothing wrong
- 37:56Speaker 1: with I don't see nothing wrong with it's separating.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Do do stains from your baby's clothes? Yet?
- 38:06Speaker 1: Stains? Like men and women and kids sometimes have different
- 38:15Speaker 1: fabrics that they wear that needs to be separated. Also,
- 38:19Speaker 1: there's an issue with certain laundry detergent. Some people's skins
- 38:24Speaker 1: are more sensitive like mine. I can't use anything other
- 38:29Speaker 1: than gain or I will break out. Okay, if somebody
- 38:36Speaker 1: brings in a totally different like tide or anything like that,
- 38:40Speaker 1: I will not be able to use that. I can't
- 38:42Speaker 1: wash my clothes litter, I will break out. Gotcha, what's
- 38:46Speaker 1: the problem?
- 38:48Speaker 3: He said? He wants his clothes to be washed. Everybody
- 38:52Speaker 3: else who cares.
- 38:54Speaker 1: You got somebody to wash your stinking ass doo dooo
- 38:57Speaker 1: stained drolls, and you're not going. I wouldn't be complaining
- 39:01Speaker 1: about shit. Who cares if everything's not being washed together?
- 39:04Speaker 1: Be grateful that you have someone willing to do that
- 39:08Speaker 1: for you.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Yeah, because the moment, the moment I see that you
- 39:14Speaker 3: got mud, but you have to get me fucked out.
- 39:18Speaker 3: You've got to go. I don't care mud butt and
- 39:23Speaker 3: my American washer absolutely not hot.
- 39:29Speaker 1: It don't make no sense. And another thing, I don't
- 39:33Speaker 1: want to wash my clothes with my teenage boy and
- 39:36Speaker 1: my grown kids clothes. Y'all be outside all day. I
- 39:42Speaker 1: don't want to know. I want to wash my clothes separately.
- 39:45Speaker 1: I have that right period. My stuff wash with everybody else.
- 39:50Speaker 1: It's so bad. That's not a crime, it's not He
- 39:56Speaker 1: needs to relax and be grateful that somebody is washing
- 39:59Speaker 1: his his undergarments and that's one less task that he
- 40:02Speaker 1: has to be Wow. Okay, And that's how I feel
- 40:07Speaker 1: about that. If y'all want to continue to send me
- 40:10Speaker 1: your advice, questions and stories and have me discuss them
- 40:14Speaker 1: and give my two cents about them, please do so
- 40:18Speaker 1: by sending them to my gmail at Lerprovido at gmail
- 40:21Speaker 1: dot com and until then, I'll catch you next time.
- 40:24Speaker 3: All right, so it's time controlled the tomline. I hope
- 40:27Speaker 3: you got your bad shoes on. There's a lot of
- 40:30Speaker 3: shit this stuff, and all right, up next.
- 40:33Speaker 7: We asked news right now. One of the reasons Donald
- 40:35Speaker 7: Trump says he wants to end Russia's illegal invasion of
- 40:37Speaker 7: Ukraine is because he wants to try to get to Heaven.
- 40:40Speaker 7: A real quote from him this morning. He appeared on
- 40:42Speaker 7: Fox and Friends and he said that quote. I want
- 40:45Speaker 7: to try and get to heaven if possible. I'm hearing
- 40:48Speaker 7: I'm not doing well. I didn't really hit the bottom
- 40:51Speaker 7: of the totem pole. But if I can get to heaven,
- 40:54Speaker 7: this will be one of the reasons now. Donald Trump
- 40:56Speaker 7: also during that same conversation with Fox and Friends, proceeded
- 41:00Speaker 7: to blame Ukraine for partially starting this war, even though
- 41:04Speaker 7: Russia is the aggressor here and Russia was the one
- 41:07Speaker 7: that launched the arm conflict back first in twenty fourteen
- 41:10Speaker 7: and then once again in twenty twenty two. In February
- 41:13Speaker 7: twenty twenty two with the full scale invasion. I do
- 41:16Speaker 7: think that it was interesting that Donald Trump joked about
- 41:19Speaker 7: his self awareness that he may be near at the
- 41:21Speaker 7: bottom of the totem pole, or that he's not necessarily
- 41:23Speaker 7: getting to heaven just yet. And then he even spread the
- 41:26Speaker 7: words more people Know to a full breakdown on my
- 41:28Speaker 7: substack linked to bios to subscribe for free, and as always,
- 41:30Speaker 7: follow along salpe date on all the news you need
- 41:32Speaker 7: to know about more to come soon.
- 41:34Speaker 8: The President's congestive heart failure is getting worse. I'm a
- 41:38Speaker 8: home health physical therapist with a doctorate in my field.
- 41:40Speaker 8: I see congestive heart failure patients on a daily basis.
- 41:43Speaker 8: The reason I know that he has congestive heart failure
- 41:46Speaker 8: is because of the swelling in his feet and ankles.
- 41:48Speaker 8: The reason I know it's getting worse is because he's
- 41:50Speaker 8: sitting behind the desk on camera.
- 41:52Speaker 3: Now.
- 41:52Speaker 8: He lashed out against MSNBC for giving him hash about
- 41:55Speaker 8: his ankles. This is how we know that something is
- 41:57Speaker 8: true because it gets to Trump. Remember recently where he
- 42:00Speaker 8: was talking about going to heaven for some fucking reason,
- 42:03Speaker 8: be as people said, I'm not doing very well. I
- 42:05Speaker 8: don't think he's talking about the media. I think he's
- 42:07Speaker 8: talking about the doctors who are treating him. The only
- 42:10Speaker 8: reason his health has been maintained at all is because
- 42:12Speaker 8: he has the privilege of getting IV diuretics, spirinal acton lasix,
- 42:17Speaker 8: bumex something like that. That's why his hands have been
- 42:19Speaker 8: bruised and covered with makeup badly.
- 42:22Speaker 4: I might add. We know that it's.
- 42:23Speaker 8: Getting worse because he knows he cannot hide the degree
- 42:26Speaker 8: of swelling. That's why he's sitting behind the desk.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Oh.
- 42:29Speaker 8: He also has chronic kidney disease, which is also contributing
- 42:32Speaker 8: to the swelling and the feet and ankles. I can't
- 42:34Speaker 8: tell you how many times I have seen a patient
- 42:36Speaker 8: in their home because they were hospitalized for aki or
- 42:40Speaker 8: acute kidney injury and the kidney injury was caused by
- 42:44Speaker 8: nephrotoxic medications, namely diuretics, spirinalactone, bumex lasix. The President is
- 42:51Speaker 8: definitely getting sicker, and we know he's not going to
- 42:53Speaker 8: change his diet because he's such a fucking idiot. I
- 42:56Speaker 8: think he's going to be around for six to eight months.
- 42:58Speaker 8: Tops thank you for your attention to this matter.
- 43:02Speaker 3: We're back, so let's get into this mess. You want
- 43:04Speaker 3: to go first or me?
- 43:06Speaker 1: Either ahead?
- 43:07Speaker 3: All right? So I was looking on too Fab because
- 43:11Speaker 3: you know, I wanted to get away from the t
- 43:13Speaker 3: M z mm HM segment, so I went on over
- 43:17Speaker 3: to too Fab and I saw this headline. Nurse whose
- 43:21Speaker 3: husband allegedly walked in on her having sex with her
- 43:25Speaker 3: teen step uh step son accepts a plea deal. Baby.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Wait wait, wait.
- 43:34Speaker 3: That headline. Nurse whose husband allegedly walked in on her
- 43:41Speaker 3: having sex with her teen step son accepts a plea deal.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Oh it's raining, it's rain and pedos and white America. Baby. Yeah,
- 43:57Speaker 3: so let me just read this. In his statement, the
- 44:04Speaker 3: team referred to the situation as quote fucked up as
- 44:08Speaker 3: he details how a night of video games, vaping, and
- 44:12Speaker 3: horror movies allegedly led to him having sex with his
- 44:15Speaker 3: stepmother before his dad caught them in the act.
- 44:18Speaker 1: This sounds like a bad porn look ahead.
- 44:21Speaker 3: The Florida woman accused of having sex with Florida you
- 44:24Speaker 3: know where you was? By the way, how was your trip?
- 44:29Speaker 3: Your birthday trip?
- 44:30Speaker 4: Good?
- 44:32Speaker 1: Feet like shit?
- 44:33Speaker 3: Good? Well, not to fear but the truth. The Florida
- 44:39Speaker 3: woman accused of having sex with a teenage steps before
- 44:42Speaker 3: her husband walked in on them has taken a plea
- 44:45Speaker 3: deal in the case, thirty five year old Alexis Vaughn
- 44:48Speaker 3: Yates was arrested in November twenty twenty four over an
- 44:52Speaker 3: incident from July that same year, after a husband allegedly
- 44:56Speaker 3: caught her having sex with his then fifteen year old son,
- 45:00Speaker 3: her step son. Yates reportedly pleaded not guilty to a
- 45:05Speaker 3: charge of sexual battery on a person twelve to eighteen
- 45:09Speaker 3: years of age back in December. This week, however, she
- 45:14Speaker 3: pleaded no contest to a charge of lewd and battery
- 45:21Speaker 3: of a lesser charge per prosecutors. According to Court TV,
- 45:27Speaker 3: the family's victim is on board with the police as
- 45:30Speaker 3: the team now won't have to testify. They reportedly feared
- 45:35Speaker 3: testifying would affect his ongoing mental health treatment, so the
- 45:39Speaker 3: judge in the case reportedly pointed out their agreement was
- 45:42Speaker 3: a quote significant downward departure from sentencing guidelines, as she
- 45:48Speaker 3: will now serve two years in the Department of Corrections
- 45:52Speaker 3: before ten years of community service and sex offender probation.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Wow, you really.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Can get away with whatever the fuck if you like. So,
- 46:03Speaker 3: if y'all want us to, well, there you go. There's
- 46:05Speaker 3: some good things about white people. You can be a
- 46:09Speaker 3: big old p you know, and still beat the system.
- 46:11Speaker 3: So y'all feel.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Better now I can't. Speaking of mental health, mm hmm.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Loun Isaacs hospitalized following an early morning incident in Los
- 46:25Speaker 1: Angeles and La Street. Nearly naked at four amalizes for
- 46:33Speaker 1: a possible od early Thursday morning. Mac, that's the only
- 46:39Speaker 1: underwear and cowboy boots. Ah stop. He pointed towards a
- 46:47Speaker 1: passing vehicles camera, muttered something about heading to a party,
- 46:50Speaker 1: and even placed an orange traffic cone on his head.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Wow.
- 46:57Speaker 1: According to LAPD office, when they arrived and countered him
- 47:02Speaker 1: still in the street, and he allegedly charged towards the
- 47:06Speaker 1: officers while being subdued and placed in handcuffs. Paramedics on
- 47:11Speaker 1: the scene where told it may be a possible overdose,
- 47:14Speaker 1: where he was then transported to a nearby hospital or treatment.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Oh, I don't hear that.
- 47:21Speaker 1: So now an update. He has since then been arrested
- 47:28Speaker 1: and is facing battery charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Wow. You know what. I hate to hear that because
- 47:37Speaker 3: I know that he's had a rough go at it,
- 47:39Speaker 3: especially you know, I mean, he became the poster child
- 47:42Speaker 3: for gay of course, that made him a target. It's okay, yes,
- 47:50Speaker 3: y'all again, just illustrating how society creates How wow is
- 47:57Speaker 3: that the video? I can't see it because of your background.
- 48:04Speaker 3: I just had oh yeah, oh, and to work.
- 48:13Speaker 1: That's the part I was laughing at because I said,
- 48:16Speaker 1: this motherfucker is working.
- 48:18Speaker 3: He was giving runway. Do you hear me? He was
- 48:23Speaker 3: giving yes, But I mean god, but you know what
- 48:31Speaker 3: that is, Like I said, this is just another example
- 48:33Speaker 3: because get mental health is real all speaking of downward spirals,
- 48:51Speaker 3: Drake expands lawsuit directly naming several u MG execs. Now
- 48:57Speaker 3: have you heard this? Okay, so I know you've already
- 49:01Speaker 3: heard about the lawsuit that he's got going on with
- 49:04Speaker 3: this whole not like us, Kendrick lamartin Ray.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I don't listening to any of that shit.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Well Drake, well neither do I. But here's the thing,
- 49:17Speaker 3: And you know what, I used to like Drake's music,
- 49:21Speaker 3: but I've never really caped for Drake and the more
- 49:25Speaker 3: that like that whole beef back and forth with them
- 49:29Speaker 3: where it was clearly lined that like Kendrick did a
- 49:33Speaker 3: very good job illustrating how Drake comes in to different spaces,
- 49:39Speaker 3: meets different right, for artists and stuff, steals their shit,
- 49:44Speaker 3: steals their swag, goes out and just you know, creates
- 49:49Speaker 3: an image. And it goes back to what I was
- 49:50Speaker 3: saying at the beginning of the show, where you have
- 49:54Speaker 3: a lot of people that just want to be famous,
- 49:57Speaker 3: they just want to be liked, and it's less about
- 50:01Speaker 3: the art. And in one of the lyrics are not
- 50:05Speaker 3: like us, he goes, You're not a colleague, You're a
- 50:08Speaker 3: fucking colonizer. Like you come in and you steal. You're
- 50:11Speaker 3: a culture vulture, that's what you are. And these lawsuits
- 50:16Speaker 3: illustrate exactly what he's talking about, because that is some
- 50:20Speaker 3: Caucasian shit there. Oh, I'm just going to sue you.
- 50:24Speaker 3: I can't get my way, so I'm going to sue
- 50:27Speaker 3: you and everybody that had a hand and make it
- 50:31Speaker 3: not like us popular talking about Oh well, y'all, y'all
- 50:35Speaker 3: boosted it up and made it something that wasn't. Kendrick
- 50:39Speaker 3: got Artist of the Year, Kendrick got a Super Bowl
- 50:44Speaker 3: performance all off of talking shit about you in a
- 50:50Speaker 3: rat battle that you started. That man, Kendrick minds his business.
- 50:57Speaker 3: He stays to himself, and you over there fucking with him.
- 51:01Speaker 3: That's what you did, and then you lost the rap battle,
- 51:05Speaker 3: and instead of just saying you know what he wants,
- 51:10Speaker 3: instead of just saying that little Homer Simpson meme where
- 51:13Speaker 3: he just kind of blend back into the bush, instead
- 51:16Speaker 3: of doing that, your ass then decides that you gonna
- 51:21Speaker 3: do everybody and then some it's stupid. You lost the
- 51:25Speaker 3: rap battle and nothing you do in court it's going
- 51:29Speaker 3: to change that side. Move on, you weird?
- 51:34Speaker 1: Oh god, what.
- 51:37Speaker 3: Else you got? Go ahead?
- 51:44Speaker 1: I had two more? Well, speaking of art, I know
- 51:49Speaker 1: all of you have been obsessed obsessed what the song
- 51:57Speaker 1: Boots on the Ground.
- 51:59Speaker 3: Oh, I do have had.
- 52:02Speaker 1: Festivals, family reunions on this song where I performed that one.
- 52:10Speaker 1: I've had to sing the song for.
- 52:12Speaker 3: A go you sound. You played the go go version
- 52:16Speaker 3: of Boots.
- 52:16Speaker 1: On the Ground. Hear it was well. Fans of the
- 52:26Speaker 1: song are gonna be very excited. It's going to extend
- 52:30Speaker 1: this well into the autumn season. M h, Fantasia, it's
- 52:37Speaker 1: gonna be on Boots on the Ground on the remix,
- 52:40Speaker 1: what baby? That song is going to be fire five year.
- 52:50Speaker 1: She's gonna add so much more soul. I can't I
- 52:55Speaker 1: can't wait.
- 52:56Speaker 3: Yep, Fantasia you know she's good for kicking the boots.
- 53:03Speaker 3: I want to see it. I want to be there.
- 53:07Speaker 1: They need to make a video.
- 53:11Speaker 3: Well, speaking of videos, well at least one missing Julaane Maxwell.
- 53:17Speaker 3: She said, no way Epstein killed himself. Yeah. According to
- 53:23Speaker 3: uh TMZ, Julane Maxwell don't believe her pedoo boo killed
- 53:29Speaker 3: himself in jail. I'm gonna turn this down because I
- 53:36Speaker 3: don't want to plan, but it says Julaine Maxwell is
- 53:38Speaker 3: among the scores of people who think there's no way
- 53:40Speaker 3: in hell her former boss Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in jail,
- 53:44Speaker 3: and she has a theory of who may have done it. Again.
- 53:47Speaker 3: This is according to TMZ, Here's the deal. On Friday,
- 53:50Speaker 3: the Justice Department released a transcript of the interview Deputy
- 53:54Speaker 3: Attorney General Todd Blanche received I'm Sorry recently conducted with
- 53:58Speaker 3: Maxwell and she's right up. Asked her opinion on his
- 54:02Speaker 3: twenty nineteen death, Maxwell says she doesn't buy the official
- 54:06Speaker 3: manner of his death as a suicide, but she also
- 54:09Speaker 3: says she was not killed. I'm sorry that he was
- 54:13Speaker 3: not killed to keep quiet about his powerful friends and
- 54:16Speaker 3: the dirt accused. The child sex defender may have had
- 54:21Speaker 3: on him. So I that whole story, the fact that
- 54:27Speaker 3: do you believe it? Do you believe that he killed
- 54:31Speaker 3: hisself or do you believe.
- 54:33Speaker 1: First of all, I you know, I don't do the
- 54:38Speaker 1: I do fake new stuff. I research, I research, and
- 54:44Speaker 1: I tap in And it's already been said. First of all,
- 54:48Speaker 1: this this stuff is not new. They literally put the
- 54:52Speaker 1: truth in front of you. Whether you want to reach
- 54:55Speaker 1: out and grab it and know for yourself, that's on you.
- 54:58Speaker 1: What it has already been said that a guard who
- 55:03Speaker 1: worked there wrote that because you know, they have to.
- 55:09Speaker 1: They have to write in what goes on in the
- 55:13Speaker 1: day to day. They literally have to. That's their job.
- 55:16Speaker 1: That was there that night that he allegedly offed himself
- 55:20Speaker 1: off up said that mysterious. Then pulled up that was unmarked,
- 55:25Speaker 1: that was not supposed to be there, was not registered
- 55:28Speaker 1: to be there. Came that night, a man came into
- 55:32Speaker 1: the cell and made sure he was kind of out
- 55:36Speaker 1: of the view of the camera so you couldn't see
- 55:38Speaker 1: his face. And the man was escorted out allegedly to
- 55:44Speaker 1: the nurses station, but he was never doctored doctored into
- 55:49Speaker 1: the nurses station. And then you see that van pull off.
- 55:54Speaker 1: So what what do you think. I don't understand how
- 55:59Speaker 1: people stupid two US two will always equal four.
- 56:03Speaker 3: Well sometimes it's like three.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Maybe, No, it's never. This man is a billionaire, He
- 56:14Speaker 1: owns an island, He has resources, He has information about
- 56:20Speaker 1: the wealthy and the United States and probably global leaders
- 56:25Speaker 1: as well, who have been to this island where illegal
- 56:30Speaker 1: activities have happened. What makes you think in your mind
- 56:34Speaker 1: that he said, you know what, fuck this life. I'm
- 56:37Speaker 1: gonna kill myself. No, he's out of jail and he's
- 56:41Speaker 1: hidden somewhere where nobody will ever know. He is at
- 56:48Speaker 1: his estate that is handling his affairs. Who do you
- 56:55Speaker 1: think it is?
- 56:58Speaker 3: Well, we'll get more in to the Epstein files. They're
- 57:01Speaker 3: in real talk. But you got another one.
- 57:06Speaker 1: We'll see. Let's see. Why are people so mad about
- 57:09Speaker 1: Cracker Barrel? Changing?
- 57:11Speaker 3: I thought you were Oh, I thought you were saving
- 57:14Speaker 3: that for the Wilde files. But no, I did see that.
- 57:17Speaker 1: No before the timeline. People are so mad, so mad
- 57:22Speaker 1: in fact, that Donald Trump Jr. Had something to say
- 57:28Speaker 1: along with at Cracker Barrel. M Governor Newsom also said,
- 57:35Speaker 1: what is wrong with Cracker Barrel? Keep your beautiful logo?
- 57:40Speaker 1: This the new one looks like cheap velveeta cheese from Walmart.
- 57:44Speaker 1: To put the groceries an old fashioned term. Fix it.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Asat said, he said, what, thank you for your attention
- 57:57Speaker 1: to this matter. Imagine imagine that y'all so mad that
- 58:04Speaker 1: they changed their racist ass logo after thirty something forty
- 58:10Speaker 1: something years and y'all mad about it?
- 58:14Speaker 3: Can I just say I love Gavin Newsom and the
- 58:16Speaker 3: fact that he beatrolling the Republicans the way that the
- 58:19Speaker 3: Republican Republicans patrolling everybody else. But he also gets his
- 58:23Speaker 3: points across. But yeah, he's hilarious online.
- 58:28Speaker 1: Another one, Cracker Barrel Great to get Bye goodbye, Yep,
- 58:38Speaker 1: Go Woke, Go Broke is a Cracker Barrel's ig comics.
- 58:44Speaker 3: Go Woke, Go Broke. Have you seen the farmers, Cause
- 58:49Speaker 3: they was real woke over there and now their bitches
- 58:51Speaker 3: has dried up. Them farmers don't know what to do
- 58:54Speaker 3: because they don't have stuff. What's going on? They they
- 58:59Speaker 3: went woke and it's what is up? Oh? I do
- 59:05Speaker 3: see the new logo.
- 59:06Speaker 1: Yeah, this ain't the new one, but this is just
- 59:08Speaker 1: someone that this is someone making a newer logo in
- 59:13Speaker 1: response to all the bullshit said, release the files botor
- 59:22Speaker 1: cracker barrel logos.
- 59:24Speaker 3: Release else. But but these goddamn files, Oh I distract?
- 59:40Speaker 3: You got anything else?
- 59:42Speaker 1: No? That's about it, all right?
- 59:44Speaker 3: Well up next on unseasoned behavior. I'm talking about the Smithsonians.
- 59:48Speaker 3: We'll be right back, okay.
- 59:50Speaker 9: So Nicole Collier, she's the one that they're trying to
- 59:53Speaker 9: break in the Texas House and instead of folding, she said,
- 59:56Speaker 9: bet I'm gonna just sleep here. Republicans came up with
- 59:59Speaker 9: this little stunt called a permission slip, like you literally
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: had to sign your name just to walk out of
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: the chamber and if you did, boom, state troopers following
- 1:00:07Speaker 9: you like you're under house arrest or something like is
- 1:00:09Speaker 9: this probation or politics? And most Democrats actually went along
- 1:00:13Speaker 9: because they didn't want any more smoke. But Collier, she said, no,
- 1:00:16Speaker 9: I'm not giving you this satisfaction. So she stayed on
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: the floor with the blanket. Well she's not on the floor,
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: but she's in a chair on the floor. You get
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: what I'm saying. In twenty twenty five in America, this
- 1:00:27Speaker 9: is happening, and she's broadcasting the entire thing because if
- 1:00:30Speaker 9: she didn't, we would have no idea, and don't get
- 1:00:33Speaker 9: it twisted. This isn't about one lawmaker. This is a
- 1:00:35Speaker 9: test run. They're showing us exactly how they plan to
- 1:00:38Speaker 9: treat us when we demand rights, surveillance, confinement, calling it
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: procedure when it's really punishment. And she called it what
- 1:00:44Speaker 9: it is, political imprisonment. So yeah, she turned the Texas
- 1:00:48Speaker 9: House into a protest site for refusing to be walked
- 1:00:50Speaker 9: out like a suspect. And the fact that this is
- 1:00:52Speaker 9: what democracy looks like right now, permission slips and escorts.
- 1:00:57Speaker 10: What the fuck? Big ups to her.
- 1:01:01Speaker 9: This is dope and I love it, and Margie, just
- 1:01:05Speaker 9: as you glimbs.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: All right, let's welcome you to this week's unseasoned behavior.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Now have you heard Lyric? Have you heard current administration
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: and the conversation around the whole Smithsonian Museums and the
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: woke content? Yep? Okay, So for those of you that
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: may have not heard, which I don't know how, but
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: if you haven't, the current ministration is attacking the museums,
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: particularly the Smithsonian Museums, for their quote woke content. Article
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: that I read in the Washington Post reveals the complexities
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: of how museums such as the Smithsonian are perceived in
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: the current socio political climate. The focus on black history
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: within these institutions offers a vital platform to reflect on
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: the on the historical end justices faced by black individuals
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: over the past four hundred years. Now, the conversation has
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: been where white people are trying to spend the narrative
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: of Republicans this administration. Rather, it's trying to spend this
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: narrative that, oh, well, the Smithsonian they depict white people
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: as so horrible, and you know, it makes us feel
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: bad when we go to these museums and we see
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: that all of the historical injustices that we've done as
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: a people. Well, my conversation then becomes, well, what did
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: you think the history was? Like, I don't get that. Like, okay,
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: there is probably a conversation to be had about the
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: way that history is taught so that certain individuals, namely
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: you know, Caucasian, are not picking up those ideologies and
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: like wearing them themselves. We're not saying that you individual
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: person is responsible for those four hundred years slavery and
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: the ongoing race and we're not saying that you as
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: an individual are responsible for that. What we're saying is
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: that the people that came before you, this is what happened,
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: and I don't know why. Like again, maybe a conversation
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: needs to be had about the way that it can
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: be taught to where people aren't you know, I guess
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: feeling bad quote unquote about it. But history is just that,
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: it's history. I don't know what the fuck this this
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: whole and maybe it's another distraction. I'm sure it is,
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: but just the fact that these conversations are allowed to continue,
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: like you're not debating your perspective about anything. This is
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: shit that literally happened.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Go ahead, we already know what it is. We already
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: know what it is. The reason why he doesn't want
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: to talk about slavery is because when you eliminate slavery
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: or you eliminate all the accomplishments that black people has
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: done to contribute to this country that white people had
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: no way.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: On hell, that they.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: Take away our acknowledgements and change history. That's what it's about.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: To me. Let's keep it plain. It's about him trying
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: to change history and erase what has been done to blacks.
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: Never going to right, It's not going to happen. It's
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: it's stupid to think that it would. You walking around,
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: storming around trying to erase history is not going to
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: change it. If anything, it's doubling down on all the
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: shit that y'all trying to hide. You're doing it out
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: loud in our face. So what you think the people
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: I mean, in this particular movement, we could just say
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: that everything that we've been through, we're still going through.
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: You're still taking us through it, and podcast talking about
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: why don't we why don't we highlight black people, I
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: mean white people? Shut up?
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: It starts in little microaggressions, though we can't say that
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: it's impossible to be done, because we've seen in other
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: countries that they've had this type of regime where you
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: only are able to look at what they approve of
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: and what they will allow. And that is what Donald
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: Trump is trying to do to the United States. He's
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: trying to be a dictator. So it starts small. If
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: you've noticed over the years his first term, what did
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: he try to do. He tried to block out certain
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: books that were allowed in schools. He tried to ban
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: certain things from kids being able to learn about. It
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: starts there, and if people weren't paying attention to it.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Then people not going to pay attention to the ship
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: that he's doing.
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: That. That reminds me of this article that at up
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: to the Black Woman on Blue Sky skied it out.
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: Apparently there were some parents that complained about an offensive book,
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: so the principle read it to the entire school. Now
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: this this book was being taught in a This is
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: according to upworthy dot com. Let's see a Saint Louis
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: elementary school complained in a Facebook group about a book
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: that was read to her seven year old. The parent wrote,
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: quote anyone else check out the read aloud book on
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: canvas for second grade today. Ron's Big Mission was the
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: book that was read out loud to my seven years
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: year old. I caught this after she watched it because
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: I was watching with my third grader. I have called
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: my daughter's school parents. We have to preview what we're
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: letting the kids see on there. Now. The actual book,
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: the book in question Ron's big Mission. It highlights a
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: true story from the childhood of a challenger astronaut Ron McNair,
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: who experienced discrimination as a child in South Carolina because
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: he was black in nineteen fifty nine. That is the
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: stories these are the stories that y'all are offended and
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: trying to erase why this is his uphill battle again?
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: You need to, like, are you upset that you also
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: can identify with some of the ideals depicted by some
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: of these horrible people in the past, because if so,
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: you might need tone back that they're sweetie, you might
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: need to or is it something like I just don't
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: I don't get this whole conversation surrounded by this rature
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: of history and the censure of history because you are
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: doing the thing that you say that you're not like
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: they're trying to spend this narrative like, oh, well, we
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: don't do that anymore, and there is no race. Everybody
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: is the human race. Well, first off, we know that's
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: not true. Secondly, you're demonstrating that it's not true. But
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: even more, it's just the fact that we are having
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: these conversations. This is ugh, it's so frustrating, Like I
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: get stumble over my words because this is the stupidest
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: shit I've ever seen in my life. Of course, you're
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: doing the very shit that you're trying to erase that
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: you did before. That's dumb, that's like the uugh, Okay,
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: so anyways, that's unseasoned behavior. Up next, Wifile.
- 1:08:51Speaker 11: It's never the ones who actually lived it who have
- 1:08:53Speaker 11: the most to say. It's usually the ones who feel exposed,
- 1:08:56Speaker 11: the ones who hear a truth that hits too close
- 1:08:58Speaker 11: and they start projecting instead of processing, the ones who
- 1:09:02Speaker 11: treat pain like a personality, the ones who think history
- 1:09:05Speaker 11: is a shield. And what's most confusing, how brainwashed some
- 1:09:09Speaker 11: of you are to believe that just because someone doesn't
- 1:09:11Speaker 11: share your skin pigment, they can't have the same experience
- 1:09:15Speaker 11: as if reality only counts when it looks like yours.
- 1:09:18Speaker 11: And every time a videos posted you reach for slavery
- 1:09:21Speaker 11: systemic for the not all of us. Never once do
- 1:09:25Speaker 11: you reach inward. But I forgot. If the message isn't
- 1:09:28Speaker 11: packaged in a poetic pain for a march worthy struggle,
- 1:09:31Speaker 11: it won't be received. Yet when it's packaged as entertainment,
- 1:09:34Speaker 11: you show up faithfully, soll Binge power and quote every
- 1:09:37Speaker 11: Tiler period monologue, the type who would stay silent when
- 1:09:40Speaker 11: their uncle hurt people, but would find themselves loud in
- 1:09:43Speaker 11: my comments section, but won't face the truth that the
- 1:09:46Speaker 11: wound wasn't passed down, It was passed around, but I
- 1:09:49Speaker 11: know you'll be under the next video trying to debate
- 1:09:51Speaker 11: me from a place of misunderstanding, armed with confidence, lack
- 1:09:55Speaker 11: and comprehension.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: Why do you have roaches?
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: Why? Why file?
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: Why did my children hate me?
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: Are real talk radio?
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Why did my vagina?
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: Byron is out there?
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: You said DC looks wild, DC looks crazy.
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: I mean, I can imagine.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: I've seen so many pictures and videos of what's going on,
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: and it literally looks like.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: A war zone. You had to go.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: I have not because I'm staying my black ass.
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: I've been right over here in Baltimore.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: I'm not doing it, and I'm so thankful nowhere near
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: where I was yesterday because I don't like that type
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: of stuff. It My anxiety is bad enough and I
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: don't need to be seeing that type of ship.
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: Like I feel you, mm hmmm, I feel you. All right,
- 1:10:56Speaker 3: go ahead, But.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I just feel for the people that are there
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: because what he has done is he has allowed them
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: to do basically whatever the fuck they want. There's no
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: going back and saying.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: I have these.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: Rights and this, that and the third like they're not
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: fucking around with people. You get in these people's face,
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: they will shoot you. Will be very careful.
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: Yeah, DC, like I mean that, ain't say that. Ain't
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: say a bow down to this motherfucker either. Definitely resists,
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: but keep your head on the swivel. All right, let's
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: see WI files explaining they're unexplained. We're answering wats the
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: questions you want to know by taking your skeets over
- 1:11:46Speaker 3: a blue Skott wr TR radio and we take your
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: emails wr TR radio at gmail dot com, which is
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: apparently y'all preferred method. So these are the WI files.
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: The truth is out there, what you got.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Let's see my way comes from me? Yeah, okay, so
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: my way comes from Why is Target's CEO just now
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: stepping down from the declining sales and the DEI back where.
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: We can show you better than we can tell you
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: because we get to show you better than we.
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: Can tell you.
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: So everybody was talking about it does. It's a powerful thing.
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: The black dollar is powerful, and y'all we are the
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: biggest consumers, y'all keep forgetting ah and you imagine biting
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: the hand that feeds you.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: Imagine that.
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: All right, this why comes from me? I know I'm out.
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: I'm just showing out this week, all right? Uh Why
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: are y'all bad friends? You and take a man for
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: not telling me that there's a Nelly and a Shawty
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: reality show happening on Peacock. Why is this happening? Have
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: you seen this?
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: No?
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: Okay, have you even seen the previews?
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: I've seen what you knew? Yes, But honestly, I'm not
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: that interesting.
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: Neither am I? Because you know Nelly, like I said
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: after that whole Trump ship, I never shall but I
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: just need to know why it's happening first off, like
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: in the show called We Belong Together or some ship. Yeah,
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: and it's like you don't. I don't feel like you do.
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: That's that was my number one turn off of it.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: Well, you know, people have been invested in their relationships
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: since they spun the block uh and went back to
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: each other during COVID when they were doing those what
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: you call them things. So during one of them shows,
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: she was I think it was her, either him or
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: her were battling somebody and he was there. He's seen her,
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: you know. One thing led to another and they rekindled
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: their romance and then they've been together ever since.
- 1:14:38Speaker 3: Do you think it's love? Do you think you think?
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Do you really think you don't.
- 1:14:46Speaker 11: I know.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: I don't think it's fake, is what I meant people,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: And it's so funny because it's true. But people have
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: compared his pictures and videos and how he has been
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: with her versus how he has been with his previous girl,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: who he was with for like years. That nigga, you
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: can literally see each and every one of his teeth
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: in his mouth. He smiles so much when he's with her.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: He's genuinely happy, and that type of stuff you cannot
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: fake for any camera. You can tell that he really
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: like he fucked up and he's happy that he got
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: her back. I don't think it's a publicity stunt because
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: they were together for a long time. I don't know
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: what happened to cause their breakup. It was probably cheating,
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm just speculating allegedly, right, but they
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: were able to, you know, forgive and move forward and
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: rekindle and they got married and now they have a baby.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: So yeah, I would.
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: Be I would be interested in seeing, you know, what
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: the baby looks like. But other than that, I'm pretty
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: much tapped out. And it's got to be loved, especially
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: on her part because after them, Dick picked fleet. Yeah,
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: brother ain't working with a lot, so it's got to be.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: I never even heard that.
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: I am OK, that's crazy anyway. So that wraps it
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: up for this week's Wi FI. I was always answering
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: why for you on the socials up next? Watch this
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: with me. We'll be right back.
- 1:16:35Speaker 10: See this is why playing along.
- 1:16:38Speaker 6: And taking the knee and going along and appeasing doesn't work.
- 1:16:44Speaker 10: Never works.
- 1:16:46Speaker 6: After the Police Chief of Washington, DC issued in executive
- 1:16:53Speaker 6: order commanding the Metro police to cooperate with federal officers
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: I eat ICE in detentions, including at traffic stops, including
- 1:17:08Speaker 6: giving the names to ICE of people who are not
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: even in detention. Issuing that order, per the mayor in
- 1:17:14Speaker 6: an interview that I did with her tonight on the
- 1:17:16Speaker 6: State of the People Power Tour, because they had no
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: choice because DC is not a state, and they have
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: this thing called no home rule right where essentially they
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: are a product of the federal government. They're not a
- 1:17:28Speaker 6: real state. They're a sort of duchy of the federal government.
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: I call it a colony in a nation. So to her,
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: you know, to be fair, they're saying they had no
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: choice but to comply. But she issued a pretty aggressive order, saying,
- 1:17:42Speaker 6: oh no, we're going to comply. We're going to pick
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: up ice agents, take.
- 1:17:47Speaker 10: Them around and be with them when they're raiding folks
- 1:17:51Speaker 10: in the district.
- 1:17:53Speaker 6: Here is Trump's response, Bondie, the dirty General has now
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: ordered the mayor of DC to recognize the head of
- 1:18:05Speaker 6: the DEA as the top of the food chain and
- 1:18:10Speaker 6: in the chain of command over the police chief. I
- 1:18:14Speaker 6: wonder why Trump would want the head of the DEA
- 1:18:18Speaker 6: and not the police chief.
- 1:18:23Speaker 10: I'm a noodle on it.
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: I'm sure I'll figure it out. Donald Trump is literally
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: having racist turetts because he's so freaked out about the
- 1:18:38Speaker 6: Epstein files and he can't suppress it among his own base.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: So instead of just releasing the files, he's decided to
- 1:18:48Speaker 6: invade every black run city and trigger every racist MAGA
- 1:18:54Speaker 6: in the country by having the military, the National Guard,
- 1:19:00Speaker 6: and federalized police and Feds raid any city with a
- 1:19:05Speaker 6: black mayor Los Angeles, Oakland, Chicago, Washington, DC. And I'm
- 1:19:14Speaker 6: sure he'll get to Birmingham, Atlanta, and Baltimore. It's called
- 1:19:23Speaker 6: black panic, and it always works on MAGA because they're
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: so racist. So he's trying to trigger a race panic
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: about black run cities to distract.
- 1:19:37Speaker 10: From the Epstein files. So if you.
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: Comply with him police chief, that won't stop him and
- 1:19:43Speaker 6: appease him. It'll just trigger his racist touretts and he'll
- 1:19:48Speaker 6: just try to replace you with yet another white guy.
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: Compliance does not work on autocrats, only.
- 1:19:58Speaker 10: Fighting them those Thank you add it and stop go by.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: Us to make you nauseous. W RT are real talk radio.
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: Let's go so instead of news to make you nauseous,
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: we're gonna instead do watch this with me. So watch
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: this with me.
- 1:20:24Speaker 12: Are you a gay person? Okay, and that's perfectly fine.
- 1:20:29Speaker 12: I'm an ally. But here's the thing. If, for whatever reason,
- 1:20:35Speaker 12: the Supreme.
- 1:20:36Speaker 11: Court decides to.
- 1:20:40Speaker 12: Give a little bit of energy to disregarding same sex marriages,
- 1:20:45Speaker 12: then I need everyone on their zoom. I need tender Grinder.
- 1:20:52Speaker 12: I need all of the gays and the lesbians to
- 1:20:55Speaker 12: come forward and invoke your first amendment. I know we don't.
- 1:21:00Speaker 12: No one cares about amendments right now or our rights,
- 1:21:04Speaker 12: but you're right. You have the right to expose everyone everyone,
- 1:21:12Speaker 12: all of the meetup, secret meetups. You know, when the
- 1:21:15Speaker 12: when the r n C was Yeah, I heard, I
- 1:21:20Speaker 12: heard Grinder was crashing. Oh okay, if you didn't sign
- 1:21:25Speaker 12: an NDA, oh it's time to play.
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: And I will be here.
- 1:21:30Speaker 12: I will be set waiting so that I can report
- 1:21:35Speaker 12: breaking good news. I want to send it to me now.
- 1:21:39Speaker 12: My dms are open. Thank you girl.
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: Okay, so that came from uh, that came from TikTok
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: user at its yance or it's.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: You know what, you know what thoughts, you know what?
- 1:21:58Speaker 10: Fuck it, fuck it, fuck it.
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: Because Wow, the same ones and power that want to
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: hide behind their leadership roles. It's the same ones making these.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: These anti laws.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: And it's crazy.
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: To me, it is fuck that girl, I kind of
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: hate it. I hate that video and let me tell
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: you why.
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: You're on some outing type of stuff.
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: But to me, it's not even the Okay, maybe it
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: is the outing part, but it's also okay, it is
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: the outing part, because that's deeply personal as a person
- 1:22:47Speaker 3: that has had to go through it. However, even further,
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: it's it's doing the same thing that they're doing. In
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: my opinion, you're painting the gay lifestyle with some kind
- 1:23:04Speaker 3: of a brush, like a broad brush of like in
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: secrets and that. And your point is like it's like, oh, well,
- 1:23:10Speaker 3: let's expose them too. And it's just like, for what
- 1:23:15Speaker 3: what purpose would that serve? To expose somebody? You're not
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: doing like to what demonstrate hypocrisy? They're already doing that
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: out loud. What would be the actual purpose of doing
- 1:23:31Speaker 3: something like this other than being messy and birdish? That
- 1:23:36Speaker 3: is some bird shit there, that's bird type shit. And
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: I get the whole allure of oh who's gay? And
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: it turns into this big old faggy witch hunt. But
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: it's stupid. Who cares? I don't care who you fucking
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: or sucking. That ain't got nothing to do with me.
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: I do care about these laws that you are writing
- 1:24:00Speaker 3: and that you are enacting on me, but me exposing
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: you for your hypocrisy, it's not going like. That's not
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: going to change that. They have something called the Republican
- 1:24:14Speaker 3: the Gay Republican Convention, Gay Republican that in and of
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: itself should demonstrate the biggest hypocrisy ever. Gay Republican, how
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: are you gay? And Republican Republicans would are actively working
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: to erase you and you talk about yeah we replant
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: what are y all? Okay?
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: You know what I've come to learn that people will
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: do things that benefit them until they no longer serve
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: them a purpose. I honestly do not believe that that
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: construct of what you speak of will be in existence.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: If certain laws are passing, you are going to see
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: so many people fighting back against this. Why because a
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: lot of people are married, a lot of people are
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: to have established their home life a certain way to
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: according to the way they want to live and how
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: they view themselves. And it's not gonna go over. It's
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: not gonna go over. It's not gonna fly. It's not
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: going to fly at all. Yes, they're able to have
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: constructs because there's nothing preventing them to do. So. They
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: can have these delusional mindsets right now because nothing presents
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: them to do. So what's gonna happen when they decide
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: to throw that wrench and bust open your whole way
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: of living and thinking, that's when you're gonna see some
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: real ship pop off.
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: It's already it's starting to show, it's starting, it's already happening.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: But no, I did not like this video, and I
- 1:26:14Speaker 3: didn't like it because of that reason.
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: Like it.
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: Does, And I mean, I get where you were trying
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: to go with it. As far as exposing their hypocrisy,
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: but then sometimes in your pursuit of whatever it is,
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: because you're talking about, oh what I'm gonna be there
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: to report and all this other stuff. Okay, well, that's
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: great for you, but at the same time, you're also
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: demonizing an already demonized community that just wants to be
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: left the fuck alone. We don't care what y'all are doing.
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: Like even with that goddamn did you see that red
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: dress race thing? Mm hmm. So basically the gays have
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: this like red dress thing where they dress up in
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: red and they running out like that race. Well I
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: saw like social media coverage, what you know what I'm
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: talking about. Okay, so I saw social media coverage of
- 1:27:11Speaker 3: it and the comments and stuff I saw, you know,
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: it was all kinds of black women and stuff in
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: the comments and just women in general just talking about
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: oh well this is horrible, and who's supposed to be
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: the men now and all this other stuff. And it's like,
- 1:27:27Speaker 3: bitch that these men were never like their in dresses.
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: They're they're at a gay pride event. Why do you
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: all consistently want to attack a community that had They
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: ain't got shit to do with you.
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: I got to interrupt you. That's not what it's about,
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: what that red dress represents. Actually, it started as a
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: charity event.
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: And no, I know it's a charity event. What I'm
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: saying is that it's an event that has nothing to
- 1:27:59Speaker 3: do with anybody. But I'm sorry, go ahead, I'm listen.
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with Gaze. What it's about
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: is showing solidarity with missing and murdered Indigenous women and
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: the girls because but because a particular post went viral,
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: it spun into a gay themed conversation. This is what
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: I saw online. There was a woman who was speaking
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: to her husband. Apparently the husband and a couple of
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: his friends went to New Orleans for this event. Okay,
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: I don't know if this was AI for the story
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: was fake. I'm just telling you what I saw on Facebook.
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: She posted text messages between her and her husband, and
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: he sent pictures showing where he was at them and
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: two of his homeboys in the red dress.
- 1:29:12Speaker 3: That is the picture I saw, Okay, Okay.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: The woman responded basically telling him not to bring his
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: slur and this is what made the conversation more about
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: the man in the dress versus what the actual event is.
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: Really for okay, So, but again, what I'm saying is
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: that these narratives continue to spend and these kinds of
- 1:29:47Speaker 3: things again already marginalized community, already demonized community, already a
- 1:29:54Speaker 3: community that wants to be left alone. But y'all keep
- 1:29:58Speaker 3: inserting us into your conversations. We just want to have
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: the same rights as everybody else. That's it. We don't
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: care about your acceptance, we don't care about whether or
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: not you like us. We just want the We just
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: want to be that's it. We don't want you having
- 1:30:18Speaker 3: the ability to take away our anything because simply because
- 1:30:24Speaker 3: you don't like us. But we can't have that anyways.
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: All right, Well that was fun. Watch this with me
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: up next real talk. We'll be right back.
- 1:30:39Speaker 13: So, my son's starting sixth grade and last night he
- 1:30:43Speaker 13: had a homework assignment that made us have an interesting
- 1:30:47Speaker 13: but important conversation. His homework assignment was the English paper.
- 1:30:52Speaker 13: He wanted my help putting his thoughts together.
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: The question was on.
- 1:30:55Speaker 13: Students' names, Where you got your name, what it means?
- 1:30:58Speaker 13: YadA YadA starts off, we knock it out. The last
- 1:31:02Speaker 13: question was somewhat interesting. They asked him what he knows
- 1:31:05Speaker 13: about the history of his last name, and it was
- 1:31:09Speaker 13: the second part and they asked him if there's an
- 1:31:11Speaker 13: ancestor that he feels a connection with because of his
- 1:31:14Speaker 13: last name. This is a totally innocent question. I just
- 1:31:19Speaker 13: feel like the board maybe didn't have their black students
- 1:31:22Speaker 13: in mind when they made the question as far as
- 1:31:25Speaker 13: where we got our last names from. Not exactly a
- 1:31:27Speaker 13: happy story, but the homework assignment did make me realize
- 1:31:30Speaker 13: that even though I've gone over history with him, like
- 1:31:32Speaker 13: slavery Reconstruction in juneteenth, I realized that I never actually
- 1:31:37Speaker 13: told him that we don't even have our real last names.
- 1:31:39Speaker 13: I had to tell my son that, and his eyes
- 1:31:42Speaker 13: got big. He goes, wait, we don't have our real
- 1:31:45Speaker 13: last names, and I go, no, we don't. These are
- 1:31:48Speaker 13: not actually our last names. My family's last name has
- 1:31:54Speaker 13: roots in northern Germany. We are not German. So I
- 1:31:57Speaker 13: had to tell my son. I said, well, Son, the
- 1:32:00Speaker 13: slave owners who owned our ancestors, they wanted to cut
- 1:32:04Speaker 13: us off from our history. They wanted to cut us
- 1:32:06Speaker 13: off from our family as much as they could, so
- 1:32:08Speaker 13: they gave us their last name. So that's why we
- 1:32:11Speaker 13: carry the name we have today. And like I said,
- 1:32:14Speaker 13: It was an interesting conversation, wasn't one I was prepared
- 1:32:17Speaker 13: to have, but it needed to happen, so I am glad.
- 1:32:20Speaker 13: This also made me go over Malcolm X with him.
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: Again.
- 1:32:23Speaker 13: We've already studied Malcolm X, but I reminded him about
- 1:32:26Speaker 13: Malcolm X, and I go, this is why Malcolm Little
- 1:32:29Speaker 13: changed his last name from Little to X because he
- 1:32:31Speaker 13: didn't know what his real last name was and he
- 1:32:33Speaker 13: didn't want to carry his slave master's last name. So
- 1:32:36Speaker 13: after we had the long conversation and I even reminded him,
- 1:32:39Speaker 13: I was like, slavery is a part of our history,
- 1:32:41Speaker 13: but it is not our whole history. Our history is
- 1:32:44Speaker 13: much deeper, much richer than that. And as a kid
- 1:32:48Speaker 13: who has a black father and a Hispanic mother, you
- 1:32:51Speaker 13: have riches on both sides, and your history is absolutely
- 1:32:54Speaker 13: something to be proud of. So after we had the conversation,
- 1:32:57Speaker 13: he sat down and he wrote his answer, and his
- 1:33:00Speaker 13: answer was, our last name comes from the family that
- 1:33:05Speaker 13: owned our ancestors. From what we know, it has roots
- 1:33:08Speaker 13: in Germany. And that was an answer. I don't know
- 1:33:12Speaker 13: how his teacher will feel about it. Haven't had a
- 1:33:14Speaker 13: chance to meet the teachers yet, but that's the truth.
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: In what hundred, It's real job r w RGRE Real
- 1:33:27Speaker 4: Talk Radio, we keep it real.
- 1:33:30Speaker 14: On what the House Oversight Committee has received. We're joined
- 1:33:33Speaker 14: by Illinois Democratic congress and Raja Krishnamurphy of that committee.
- 1:33:37Speaker 14: A right, Congressman, What can you tell us about the
- 1:33:39Speaker 14: files that are now in the hands of the committee.
- 1:33:42Speaker 15: Well, they just landed in the Oversight Committee and they're
- 1:33:46Speaker 15: being literally reviewed as we speak. It's a fairly large
- 1:33:50Speaker 15: set of documents. I think that there's going to be
- 1:33:52Speaker 15: a lot of work over the weekend and all of
- 1:33:55Speaker 15: us are eager to learn what's in those documents. What
- 1:33:59Speaker 15: is it you're looking for, Well, basically, we want to
- 1:34:02Speaker 15: see a number of things. We want to see, you know,
- 1:34:07Speaker 15: who was involved in enabling the sex trafficking ring that
- 1:34:10Speaker 15: Epstein and Glene Maxwell led. Why is Donald Trump so
- 1:34:17Speaker 15: averse to having these files disclosed. We want to know,
- 1:34:22Speaker 15: you know, who might be among us in the public
- 1:34:27Speaker 15: that somehow implicated that that might be dangerous, dangerous to others.
- 1:34:32Speaker 15: I think there's a number of questions like that and
- 1:34:34Speaker 15: others that are outstanding.
- 1:34:37Speaker 14: I wonder how long I know you said, folks are
- 1:34:39Speaker 14: going to be working through the weekend. How long you
- 1:34:41Speaker 14: expect this process to take?
- 1:34:45Speaker 15: Well, this is this is the first production of documents. Unfortunately,
- 1:34:48Speaker 15: they did not produce all of them all at once,
- 1:34:49Speaker 15: as we demanded. Instead, they are kind of slow walking
- 1:34:54Speaker 15: this a bit, and so they produce this first tranch today.
- 1:34:58Speaker 15: I think they'll produce more over time. We will demand
- 1:35:01Speaker 15: that they produce all of them immediately. But as you know,
- 1:35:07Speaker 15: the White House is doing everything they can to obstruct
- 1:35:10Speaker 15: full transparency on these files. I think that's also, by
- 1:35:13Speaker 15: the way, why they're showing the transcript of this strange
- 1:35:18Speaker 15: interview between mister Blanche and Glenn Maxwell.
- 1:35:21Speaker 3: They're talking about.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: Grand jury transcripts.
- 1:35:23Speaker 15: They're talking about everything except fully disclosing the Epstein files.
- 1:35:28Speaker 15: And that's what we should be focused on right.
- 1:35:30Speaker 14: Now, sneathing short of the full, unredacted Epstein files. The
- 1:35:35Speaker 14: administration must comply with our subpoena filofs. So what happens
- 1:35:39Speaker 14: if they don't?
- 1:35:40Speaker 3: What do you do? Then? Well?
- 1:35:42Speaker 15: The interesting thing here, Alicia, is that Democrats and Republicans,
- 1:35:46Speaker 15: at least on the Oversight Committee are almost united in
- 1:35:50Speaker 15: terms of their determination to get these particular files. In
- 1:35:54Speaker 15: light of that, obviously If the DOJ does not produce files,
- 1:35:58Speaker 15: if they don't do what they are supposed to do
- 1:36:00Speaker 15: legally under the subpoena, then we'd have to go to
- 1:36:03Speaker 15: court to enforce the subpoena, and there would be a
- 1:36:07Speaker 15: legal process associated with that. Something tells me at that
- 1:36:11Speaker 15: point that the mega base would be up in arms
- 1:36:14Speaker 15: demanding the disclosure of these files.
- 1:36:17Speaker 4: And so this might be those.
- 1:36:19Speaker 15: One this one area where I think Democrats and Republicans
- 1:36:22Speaker 15: can come together and demand accountability of this administration that's
- 1:36:26Speaker 15: otherwise acting with impunity on every other front.
- 1:36:29Speaker 3: Okay, so we're back in real talk. And that video
- 1:36:32Speaker 3: that you guys just listen to that was from NBC.
- 1:36:36Speaker 3: That was a clip of y'ah. Just got to see
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: the lyrics matence right now? All right, what is the
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: faith for mama? What's going on?
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: I needed to hear it was united? Okay, Yes, Republicans
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: and Democrats.
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: No, I get that.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: Release the files, not a couple pages? Does y'all shift
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: it through?
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: Listen? Well, that's the thing. Well, that's the thing. That's
- 1:37:05Speaker 3: the question I want to pose for this week's Real Talk.
- 1:37:07Speaker 3: So do we believe these Epstein files are Nah? Yes,
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: I in existence. They've been they've been talked about. Even
- 1:37:17Speaker 3: during COVID times.
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: A lot of people have said, oh, it's a conspiracy theory.
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: No I have been No, no.
- 1:37:24Speaker 3: No, I'm not saying that. What they mean, I'm talking
- 1:37:27Speaker 3: about these uh rifle through. So okay, the way the
- 1:37:34Speaker 3: way that they're releasing these files, they're not releasing the
- 1:37:37Speaker 3: whole thing. It's not here you go and then we
- 1:37:41Speaker 3: move on. This is they're releasing them in segments. Now
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: you've had these files or like you've had them, I
- 1:37:50Speaker 3: get it, so, and you're releasing them bit by bit
- 1:37:53Speaker 3: by bit. I can't say that I'm gonna believe what
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: comes out because how how do we know that you know,
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: like there's all these questions on the table exactly, how
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: do we know that you aren't redacting names? How do
- 1:38:07Speaker 3: we know that you're not putting people? I mean, y'all, yeah,
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: who how do we know that you're not gonna add
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: some ship?
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: M h. I mean, y'all already have a narrative.
- 1:38:17Speaker 3: Y'all already have a history of making up false narratives.
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: I still ain't seen no arresting them bygareants eating dogs
- 1:38:24Speaker 3: and cats shits. So yeah, Who's to say, y'all won't
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: make up something equally is absolutely absurd.
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: Listen. That's why I am so happy to hear that
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: both parties are hell bent on getting to the bottom
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: of this. Let's get this truth out there. Don't don't,
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: don't be trying to, you know, give us little little
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: samples of ship. Nah, we want the whole entree. Release
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: all of them ships. You know, you're legally bound by
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: the subpoena to do so. If you don't, let's go
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: to court. Let's get it, let's get it passed.
- 1:39:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:39:02Speaker 1: But think that's another thing in this Trump courthouse.
- 1:39:05Speaker 3: I mean, come on, this is Trump Court. I don't know.
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: I just whether whether we agree with the decisions or not,
- 1:39:16Speaker 1: they still legally have to release all of them period.
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: So here's what road I said. The recent article from
- 1:39:25Speaker 3: The Washington Post discusses the Justice Department's decision to send
- 1:39:29Speaker 3: the first batch of files related to Jeffrey Epstein to
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: a House committee. This move comes as part of an
- 1:39:35Speaker 3: ongoing investigations into Epstein's extensive network of abuse and potential
- 1:39:40Speaker 3: links to influential figures, which have raised significant concerns about
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: accountability and justice. While the release of these files is
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: a step towards transparency. Several flaws and complications surround the situation. Firstly,
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: the delayed release of the files raises questions about the
- 1:39:59Speaker 3: government men's commitment to addressing the Epstein case thoroughly. Many
- 1:40:04Speaker 3: victims have waited years for justice, and the slow pace
- 1:40:08Speaker 3: of these proceedings can be disheartening. Additionally, there's concern that
- 1:40:12Speaker 3: some of the information might be heavily redacted, limiting the
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: public's understanding of the full scope of Epstein crimes and
- 1:40:20Speaker 3: his involvement of other individuals. Moreover, the political context complicates
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: that matters. Further, the fact that this investigation has taking
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: place in a highly polarized environment may lead to potential
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: misuse of the released information for political gain, rather than
- 1:40:37Speaker 3: focusing solely on the pursuit of justice for the victims.
- 1:40:43Speaker 3: It just it's a bad idea. I just if we're
- 1:40:48Speaker 3: gonna release them, release them this whole Oh, I'll give
- 1:40:51Speaker 3: you a little bit here, a little bit there. That's
- 1:40:53Speaker 3: the shit that's pitsing me off. That's the shit that
- 1:40:56Speaker 3: I do not like. And I just keep waiting for
- 1:41:00Speaker 3: them to throw something absolutely absurd and ridiculous into it.
- 1:41:05Speaker 3: And this is about to be even more of a
- 1:41:07Speaker 3: shit show.
- 1:41:09Speaker 1: It's so funny how now that his name is attached
- 1:41:12Speaker 1: to some shit. Oh, there was the same energy for
- 1:41:19Speaker 1: Hillary and those emails and ship like that. Who was
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: screaming the most about hurt releasing those fucking emails again? Okay,
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: Always Trump got his.
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: Whole political start talking about how uh he got his
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: whole political start talking about how Obama's birth certificate was fake.
- 1:41:39Speaker 3: You remember that, That's literally how Trump got into politics.
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: In my opinion, that bullshit. But he's always been on bullshit.
- 1:41:50Speaker 1: He's always gonna be on bullshit. We can't expect anything
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: less than bullshit.
- 1:41:58Speaker 3: Anything to get his ass out of there. But I just,
- 1:42:02Speaker 3: I really, just I don't know if I'm gonna believe
- 1:42:05Speaker 3: what comes out. Just everything else is white washed. You're
- 1:42:09Speaker 3: sitting here trying to white wash shit that we watched happen, Like,
- 1:42:15Speaker 3: what do you mean? Oh, I just I don't believe it.
- 1:42:19Speaker 3: I don't know anything else for you.
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: That I mean, not really, not really. I just pray
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: for America. We have a convicted.
- 1:42:42Speaker 3: Felon mm hm twice.
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: Now, this is not something I'm making up. This is
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: a true statement that I'm saying that is you're anybody's
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: able to google it.
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: All.
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: You have people with or they've done the crime or not,
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: are that and they've been innocent? Who are feelings? Who
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: can't even get a fucking regular job because of this,
- 1:43:13Speaker 1: can't get an apartment, can't get anything, can't go to
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: certain countries. But we have a president of the United
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: States who is a convicted Fela.
- 1:43:33Speaker 3: Now that's really and literally doing his damnedest to misinform people.
- 1:43:41Speaker 3: You're not even taking the truth and spinning it, You're
- 1:43:45Speaker 3: making shit up. Oh my gosh, this shit show continues
- 1:43:53Speaker 3: to get worse. I wish I could end on a
- 1:43:57Speaker 3: happier note, but I mean that is what it is.
- 1:44:00Speaker 3: Any other shows coming up? Miss the lyric? I missed
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: the one last night because you know, I didn't know
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: about it and I was going out with Takeingmare.
- 1:44:10Speaker 1: I have my gospel brunch tomorrow at mister Henry's and
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: DC Oh thank you Avenue. Yeah, well there every month
- 1:44:23Speaker 1: except for last month. Yeah, I might uber. I honestly
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: do not want to drive my car in there. I
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: probably will uber, just because I just I'm gonna be
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: very anxious and if some one of them gets behind me.
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: Even if they don't like pull me over, I'm gonna
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: lose my shit.
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: I just rather just for.
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: My nerves and my anxiety, I'd rather just uber there
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: and then let that be. But yes, we'll be there.
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: Other than that, I'm not sure if we have anything
- 1:44:57Speaker 1: else coming up. Have to check with my band about that.
- 1:45:05Speaker 1: Let's see. In the process of working on some new
- 1:45:10Speaker 1: music now that I'm almost finished with school, so that, yeah,
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: that's the only reason why I've had to take a
- 1:45:18Speaker 1: hiatus because really, I'm like, I'm really trying to focus.
- 1:45:21Speaker 1: I'm really trying to you know, and this school with
- 1:45:26Speaker 1: a bank, I feel you literally, but you know, because
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: some of y'all nasty motherfuckers have to say, oh, she's
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: trying to layer banks now, okay, but yeah, that's my focus,
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: so I feel you.
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: In my next two weeks, I'm getting okay. So I'm
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: finally getting to the space into the place where my
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: new living space is starting to feel like mine. Yeah,
- 1:45:53Speaker 3: so I'm doing a little bit more unpacking and I'm like,
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: I'm gonna work this week on working on my creative space,
- 1:46:02Speaker 3: getting my like in home studio back up and going
- 1:46:05Speaker 3: so that I can work on my digital art so
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: that I can, you know, have a nice sit down
- 1:46:10Speaker 3: place that I can, you know, really get into this
- 1:46:13Speaker 3: book because it's coming along. But when I'm not writing
- 1:46:16Speaker 3: it on my phone, I'm like on my laptop but
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: then my back because I'm old now, you know, it'd
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: be like do I really want to sit like this
- 1:46:25Speaker 3: for a very long time? So trying to get that
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: space up and going. Some new things coming on my
- 1:46:31Speaker 3: part two.
