Hockey Canada’s independent board has upheld suspensions for five 2018 World Junior players—Cal Foote, Dillon Dube, Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, and Alex Formenton—who were cleared of sexual assault charges in 2025 but now face code-of-conduct penalties ranging from 2026 to 2030.
