Can you believe that it has been over a year since we first recorded our first COVID-19 case in Jamaica. A whole lot has changed in a year, such as the Jamaica Stock Exchange that was recognized as the world’s best stock exchange in 2019 became the world’s worst stock exchange in 2020. Financially, the Jamaican economy was in for it. Tourism, one of Jamaica’s biggest foreign exchange earners was significantly affected and entertainment, the driving force between Jamaica’s rich cultural history, also took a dramatic beating.
