- 6:11wall that keeps us a rest on some of the legal things that is happening
- 6:17with some of these cases. Y'all, we have a night quote of all
- 6:21kinds of stuff we can be talking about all kind of stuff. We got
- 6:26prayer, we got pressed, we got cancer awareness coming up, and we
- 6:35have a use that's coming up five celebrating one time, and then we have
- 6:44we just had a lot that we're gonna be doing in your spirits. So
- 6:46I want y'all to shire with someone in your uncle. Of course, we
- 6:56out the we campaign. Y'are this guy For those that may not know who
- 7:08you are, well, I'm Diana Jones Love here how for host of many
- 7:19opportunities for you to showcase your business. I'm a survivor of cancer, still
- 7:29fighting someone actually a war and the host of this year's and many more to
- 7:36come, the Colorful World answer all of the different corners of the ribbons that
- 7:47cancer has taken a part of breast cancer's pink, you have yellow blue.
- 7:54There's so many different colors, and there's over three hundred types and more cancers.
- 8:01So we're gonna honor those that were before us, and we're gonna celebrate
- 8:07the ones that are still fighting, likewise myself. And that'll be September the
- 8:11fourteenth in Everman, Texas. Beautiful city, new building, spacious, ready
- 8:20to receive, I would say, a pleasure of good folks ready to have
- 8:26a good time, live, DJ, music, swag bags. I could
- 8:31keep going. So we look forward to that in hearing from some direct survivors
- 8:39and Special Mistress of Ceremonies, dar La Powell of the Great Commission Baptist Church,
- 8:48and also our keynote speaker, which will be the of my mother event
- 8:52Beatrice Lloyd, also from a Great Commission. So we have a lot going
- 9:03on and I don't know, I'm gonna give me an opportunity to talk about
- 9:09Yeah, I was gonna give you opportunity to talk about see I had that
- 9:15was part of that that this is what she's talking about, y'all. We
- 9:18were gonna talk about it on fly too, but this is what she's talking
- 9:22about. The event that's gonna take place on September to fourteenth, So y'all
- 9:30know, y'all got a visual of what she is talking about. Channette and
- 9:39I plan on being in the building. We plan on being in the building.
- 9:43We hope that you will be in the building too, So we encourage
- 9:48you to stay tuned because we're gonna be giving away some tickets. I don't
- 9:52know if you want to tell them how they can win those tickets now,
- 9:58since what was going on, honey, come on, come on, y'all,
- 10:03let's go. Sannette, Sannette, yes you, hey, you did
- 10:20good eating everybody. My name is Seanette Johnson. I'm coming all the way
- 10:24from California. It's one hundred and fourteen degrees over here, so we over
- 10:30here smoking, got my water though, I'm staying hydrated and everything. I
- 10:39am the host of Let's Talk About It, where I talked to men and
- 10:45women that's currently wrongfully incarcerated for crimes that they did not commit. I talked
- 10:54to the ones that's over sentenced as well the ones having medical issues. I'm
- 11:05a mother of four, I'm a grandmother of four young men. So that's
- 11:11why I'm choosing to use my voice to speak up and speak out, even
- 11:18though sometimes I make my voice make it shaky, because I don't want my
- 11:22grandchildren or my nieces or nephews or cousins to go through any injustice. I
- 11:31want to be able to speak out on their behalf. So that's what I'm
- 11:37doing. And also I want to start talking about grief, bringing grief onto
- 11:46my platform as well, because as you know, I have shared a couple
- 11:52of times before. Eight months ago, as the tenth of julyne Son passed
- 12:03away. He went to sleep and he didn't get up. So that kind
- 12:07that devastated me. I'm not gonna say it kind of devastated me. It
- 12:11devastated because one minute I'm talking to you and then the next minute I'm finding
- 12:18you unresponsive. He had congested heart failure as a child. We didn't know
- 12:24how severe it was until he passed out. I believe he was eighteen or
- 12:31nineteen, and that's when we was told that his heart was like a seventy
- 12:39year old man. So when my son in twenty twenty, he got real
- 12:45sick and his heartbeat, his heart rhythm was only performing at ten percent,
- 12:52so he was he was a was. He was very sick. And I
- 12:58had my good days and I have my bad days. So I just want
- 13:03to brain that up because it's no time limit on grief. For the parents
- 13:09that's dealing with grief, it's no time limit. Have your moments, but
- 13:13as Angela tells me, don't stay there. You can have your moment,
- 13:18but don't stay there. So we're gonna I want to start talking about grief
- 13:22on my platform. Also, I'm Angela pushing me. If you connected to
- 13:31the Queen, she is going to push you. She's going to brain out
- 13:35the greatness she got me about the right three books. So you guys pray
- 13:45for me because I mean when she cracked that whip, she cracks that with
- 13:50whip, and I really appreciate her because I'm stepping out. I'm doing things
- 13:56that I never thought that i would do. I'm leaving a I can see
- 14:00four of my grandchildren, so they will say, oh, look look at
- 14:03my grandmother. You know. So that's that's it about me. I can
- 14:11go on, but you know I'm gonna pass it on. So I'm gonna
- 14:22be brief so that our next guests can come about I am individuary will say,
- 14:28you do not know who I am, my whole model, my whole
- 14:33everything. It's just to doople change that I desire to see in this area.
- 14:37And I do that through I hope to educate the power and encouraging others
- 14:45to always be willing to learn, love and leave. No matter where you
- 14:50are, we have to learn how to meet people where they are. So
- 14:56I'm just grateful for the many platforms that no matter I mean to be a
- 15:01part of, it's not to be a part and I'm able to do so.
- 15:07Thank you guys for tuning in tonight. The next guy from uh some
- 15:16td c j SO introduced your name Drummer convicted in thirty four years problem.
- 15:28I'm the founder of the Pretext campaign A course individuals and you know issues related
- 15:39to you know, corruption, robbery, d A favoritism that you know,
- 15:45corruption that you know over in course dingy individuals. So you know I have
- 15:50been you know actively and you know, engaged with the Cool podcast where we
- 15:54have a game, and given these individual opportunities and speech, they voices and
- 16:00they stories out and you know, to be able to get some attention on
- 16:03these cases because we have a broken system, so broken that, you know,
- 16:07trying to fix it, you know, you would have to pull aneda
- 16:10out of a haystack. But you know, thanks to the power of the
- 16:12Proove podcast and my friend missus Shannette, you know, I have learned a
- 16:17lot about, you know, being able to stand up and getting my boys
- 16:19heard. So that's what I choose to do, to stand up for those
- 16:22who don't have a boy and to be able to raise our voice, just
- 16:26to make sure that these individuals have a boy and to have hope and to
- 16:30know that there's a light at the end of the tunnel. And that's who
- 16:33I am. Man. All right, all right, all right, Well
- 16:36I just say I'm grateful to be able to be here tonight. And tonight
- 16:40we're just gonna have some conversations. You're gonna see some slides slide through and
- 16:45we're gonna talk about just different things. Since we have this slide up and
- 16:52sister Diane had already jumped in this. This is what we do, y'all.
- 16:56We get excited about those things that we do and her passion for what
- 17:03she's doing for cancer awareness, and not just because she is a survivor,
- 17:11but because she wants to be able to research and other people that may have
- 17:19to go through this. She want to be able to help lead, guide
- 17:23and direct them. So I'm grateful to be here tonight to hear about this.
- 17:30So if you guys know someone that is a survivor or someone that wants
- 17:37to be recognized, I think they are recognizing people. But I'm gonna let
- 17:41her talk about it. I'm just gonna be in the build and just know
- 17:45that September fourteenth, Chanette and I will be in the building. I'm flying
- 17:51in from South Carolina and she's flying in from California, and we're going to
- 17:56represent all that we stand for A A L a C. The Crew podcast,
- 18:03clean Up Collaboration, the Free US campaign, the Free Texas campaign,
- 18:07the Free Colorado campaign, everything that we are connected to. We are going
- 18:14to represent it on that day. So Ms Diane, if you would please
- 18:18continue to share with them a little bit about the event. How they can
- 18:25purchase a ticket, even if they can't be at the event, how can
- 18:30they support this event? Even if they can't be present, how can they
- 18:34support? Absolutely happy to share, thank you so much, Angela and Sette.
- 18:44Like you said, you guys will be present and we certainly appreciate the
- 18:48support. This cancer ben is actually an awareness opportunity. I see the new
- 19:00in the black and brown community for more resources, more resources, more involvement,
- 19:07more acknowledgment. The funds are very limited in reference to receiving support.
- 19:15There are so many different companies, huge companies, and when God says his
- 19:21time, of course, I'm sure I'll connect with them. So if you're
- 19:23listening, Coca Cola, Pepsi, of course, then we're certainly up to
- 19:32receive a donation Cancer Care Services. We're gonna give a portion of the proceeds
- 19:41to that organization. It is a nonprofit and they have given me the go
- 19:48ahead to shout it out, so you guys, you'll soon see their logo
- 19:55on a lot of things that the colorful world of cancer will be recognizing,
- 20:02and they're one of them. So I'm happy to partner with them in reference
- 20:07to receiving support. Also, some other sponsors Go Tracks and also smoke Aholics
- 20:15Barbecue right here in for Worth, Texas. Hopefully angela channette. When you
- 20:22come, you'll get to have some of that there. You've been open on
- 20:26Sundays, so who knows, we may be going there for dinner, have
- 20:32a little soul food. But also the city of Government, uh, the
- 20:37wonderful city Manager Craig also gave us to go ahead to utilize their symbol and
- 20:48let everyone know that they are a supporter of bus event and they have certainly
- 20:56blessed us to be able to utilize their huge, brand new, not renovating,
- 21:03the brand new building facility to have this event. And I applaud them
- 21:11tenfolds over. If any one of you that have someone that has experienced some
- 21:18type of cancer or a loved one, then reach out. You can connect
- 21:23with me. Listen to this you listen to this angel. You can connect
- 21:30with me on a link tree. Absolutely find that link and as a god
- 21:37Jonas and you'll be able to find one the link to purchase tickets. The
- 21:45tickets are thirty five dot com. Sorry there are thirty five, but they
- 21:51place them on self for twenty five dollars up until the entire month ending of
- 21:57August, so you don't have your ticket. Go ahead, follow the link
- 22:03and get your tickets now. If you can't make it September fourteenth, then
- 22:10we would certainly invite you to make a donation. There's also a key reference
- 22:18for that on the leak. The Colorful World of Cancer represents those that have
- 22:25passed on. We will honor three wonderful individuals. One is a hero.
- 22:33One is our hero, which David is our hero. He was last events
- 22:41recipient of gift or award for fighting cancer. Each drove all the way from
- 22:48Houston, Texas, which stage for cancer, and we want to honor him
- 22:53as we lost him. One. I will say that he batted his wings
- 23:00just this the beginning of this year, and it certainly did hard well.
- 23:07It hurts to see all loved ones go, but of course when you know
- 23:12that who they belonged to, they are certainly well taken care of. So
- 23:18we will also celebrate those that are still fighting, like myself. And that's
- 23:23where your donation comes in handy for cancer care services because they care and they
- 23:33certainly do have a wonderful program that helps the black community. Black and brown
- 23:40communities with services like utilities build all types of bills, including your car nodes
- 23:49or mortgage. Things of that nature. Also supplements such as, for example,
- 23:59the car protein shakes. When you're doing certain tests, you can't eat.
- 24:04I couldn't eat, I'll just say that, and I can only have
- 24:11the protein shakes. Well, not that they would cause heain, I couldn't.
- 24:15But because Cancer Cares Services cared for me. Mike caseworker set up a
- 24:22program to where I get a case of those who are two per month,
- 24:29and I still do because I'm still testing. So those are just some examples
- 24:33of things that they can do to help us with this situation. I call
- 24:40it a situation because it's called cancer, and actually I call it ugly cancer.
- 24:45So just like Isaiah twenty six and four, we have everything in God
- 24:52and He is our everlasting wrong. And once you hold on to God,
- 24:57certainly, ma'am sir, you don't have anything else to say but thank you,
- 25:04because cancer doesn't have any prejudice and remember that. So hopefully we'll get
- 25:11to see you September the fourteenth and in Everham in Texas. And I do
- 25:17have two tickets to give away tonight, So if you can guess a number
- 25:22between one and fifty, these tickets have a number on the back of them.
- 25:30If you guess that number, then you run the ticket and you can
- 25:33guess as much as you like. Thank you for the opportunity. We appreciate
- 25:38that, Angela. And are you gonna give them away doing the duration of
- 25:45this show or you're gonna go back and look at them doing the duration of
- 25:51the show. So before we close out, if we have okay, okay,
- 25:57yeah, we're playing on the on for a little while. So our
- 26:03next topic that we're gonna be talking about. So y'all make sure y'all go
- 26:07out and if you're in the Texas area, if you're in the East area,
- 26:15make sure that you support Dallas Fort Worth area. Make sure that you
- 26:19support. If you can drive or if you can fly in, y'all come
- 26:23on support. This is an amazing event to support. If you are a
- 26:29business owner or a service provider or or something. I think there's opportunities for
- 26:37vendors. There is a fee. There's a fee for vendors. You can
- 26:44also reach out to her for that information as well anything. If you can't
- 26:48get in touch with her, you can reach out to me or Jeanette.
- 26:52We will put you in contact with her. But I'm telling you, y'all,
- 26:55Link Tree is where is that you go over to link tree and you
- 26:59put in die Ane Jones ten and that's what died Jones ten And everything that
- 27:06we're talking about is gonna pop up, y'all. I'm telling you link tree.
- 27:08If you don't have yourself a link tree, you need to get you
- 27:11a link tree because you everything right there together and people can search through your
- 27:17link tree and not have to be just going all over the place. And
- 27:19then you got to revel off all these different things. So Mr Cornell,
- 27:26yes, yes, yes, we want to thank you for stopping by.
- 27:30We know your time is limited, and like always, we like to hear
- 27:37what is going on behind those walls of T D c J. What is
- 27:42going on down there. I heard that that were there was a TV outbreak,
- 27:49but from the outside they said that everything is okay. We we have
- 27:56received flyers stating that there's no outbreaks. But I've had inmates of the one
- 28:07sharing inside of a group saying that now at your particular unit, they have
- 28:11isolated building number twelve for the TV. So if that is going on,
- 28:18please talk about that. I just want to, okay, ma'am. The
- 28:25issues started out on a building a buildings where we have individuals classified as high
- 28:30risk inmates. Okay, so the living conditions over there like living in a
- 28:34third world country, maw. So the inmates over there have caught the tuberculosis
- 28:41and for the most part of them kitching the tuberculosis, they were not being
- 28:45treated. So the outbreak has spreaded it to a lot of inmates. So
- 28:49in one innimate individual he died. So once that happened, another individual inmate
- 28:55he died. So now they realized that they had a problem. So they
- 28:59took an ice lave a few of these guys on twelve buildings, which is
- 29:03a cold incident or u linole quarters over there where inmates life life like medical
- 29:10issues can go. But now here it is they trying to downplay it,
- 29:12trying to say that thieves, they don't have a problem. But we have
- 29:17realized that they do, because now we have five more individual inmates who have
- 29:21been placed in the medical department. And and oh how long has well,
- 29:33ma'am, it had to them out break for at least throughout a good month
- 29:36or so now because and had nobody even realize it, because the vendividuals are
- 29:40not gonna say anything because they don't want to get moved. That's the thing
- 29:44about a problem, that you got a city problem. The inmates don't want
- 29:47to get moved, so he ain't gonna say nothing. For the medical department,
- 29:49they gonna know about it, but they're not gonna say anything because they
- 29:52thinking that the inmates are playing games with them and that the inmates is not
- 29:57being serious when they make medical complaint. So the inmates have died now,
- 30:03so now they're taking it serious, serious issue. Now take when somebody's saying
- 30:08that their health is at risk, their health is in danger, how can
- 30:14you think somebody planning about that? I mean, really, what what I
- 30:18mean? Medical person there, ma'am. They think that just because inmates to
- 30:23make them complaint. They think for the most part, the inmates are smoking
- 30:26drugs and that these inmates are make them fast complaints. That's what they really
- 30:30think. They want an inmate make it they're having too in attacks and stuff
- 30:33like this here, and that they're only trying to get to the medical department.
- 30:37You know, for certain reasons, they don't really take these well.
- 30:40If they stop bringing drugs saying if they stop bringing drugs saying, y'all wouldn't
- 30:44have those problems because y'all can't go out in the real world and get those
- 30:49drugs. So if they would stop bringing drugs and you wouldn't have that problem.
- 30:53But just to go back to go back to what you said that there
- 30:56was an inmate over there in y'all unit told his loved one that his roommate
- 31:04tested positive. Now instead of them, why why are they not isolating the
- 31:14person, Instead of them isolating the person that was affected by they took the
- 31:19healthy person and moved him. Why okay, because they know that it's other
- 31:30inmates on the eighth building that's infected it. And because of that, now
- 31:33they're not going around doing a medical test on these indefiduals. Say they just
- 31:37isolate that area and they took and moved a guy who was not tested it.
- 31:41So now they got more people coming up. They got more guys coming
- 31:47up positive for the suburkumosis nown so now here it is they put five more
- 31:51back in medical because of the fact that they went and done a test and
- 31:55found out that these individuals are infected down so now they're trying to look into
- 31:59it. So how often does stuff like this happen? Because I know this
- 32:02is not the first time this has happened. How often are are these things
- 32:07brushed under the rug and kept on low profile, and lives are lost because
- 32:15I had it. I'm in a couple of groups that are are attached to
- 32:21TDCJ and a couple of other prisons or whatever. So I often see different
- 32:25people comment about different things that their loved ones are saying about what's going on,
- 32:30what just so happened. I'm in a group with loved ones that are
- 32:36in your facility as well, and there there has been going back and forth
- 32:43where they have tried to contact the what you call it, y'all liaison,
- 32:50family liaison and to verify, and she said that there was not an outbreak.
- 32:59We have a noteification posted inside of the group saying the exact same thing.
- 33:05So this is what we're This is the problem that us on the outside
- 33:09have, So we don't know what's true and what's not true. See,
- 33:13everybody keep saying that if if if you keep saying you sick, you saying
- 33:20you sick and you're not sick, then one day you're gonna get sick,
- 33:22and ain't nobody gonna believe you. See, So that's what they're that's what
- 33:25they're doing that they're I don't know if you're gonna call back or not if
- 33:30you can't. But I don't know if what they're doing is they're telling us
- 33:39one thing and then there something else is actually what's going on? Because I
- 33:45actually read the flyer, and the flyer stated that there was not an outbreak,
- 33:52and then I go in the group and then there's family members inside of
- 33:57the group saying that their love ones. So what I did was I screenshoted
- 34:02those those statements that were coming from those loved ones. So my thing is,
- 34:10now, how do these administratives and Unbuzzman's how can they continuously cover up
- 34:20stuff like this and and and and we constantly are talking about it is it's
- 34:27getting out in the public. People know that these things are going on.
- 34:30So a going you experience with because you deal with a lot of people in
- 34:37Colorado. In Colorado, Yeah, I just want to well, I just
- 34:49want to say this this real quick way before I forget it. I believe
- 34:53back in twenty well, I forgot when my brother in law paths I know
- 35:00it's probably twenty sixteen, twenty somewhere up in there. He was out here
- 35:07in California prison in narcoch He kept complaining that his stomach was bothering, and
- 35:14his stomach kept bothering. So once they finally got him to that to the
- 35:20hospital, he was diagnosed with stayed for colon cancer. They gave him six
- 35:27months to live. My brother in law died within them six months. So
- 35:36you tell me, if they would have just took him the first time he
- 35:42said that you was complaining about having stomach pains, then maybe they would have
- 35:49caught it ahead of time, you know, caught it in time. But
- 35:52why they kept dragging it in everything? My brother it progressed it in my
- 36:00want and my brother in law lost his life to colon cancer over on Denver.
- 36:15I talked to mod memes he had and he complains about, you know
- 36:30about the dialysis. You know that it's unbelievable. It's it's I mean,
- 36:38it's unbelievable what they go through. They try to say that, oh no,
- 36:46you know that's not true. They day lion, Those are inmates.
- 36:52How would why would you believe an inmate? You know, they try to
- 36:57blame it off, you know, throw it off on them, when reality
- 37:00they actually are doing it. I had when my son was here. He
- 37:05was in Lancaster Prison in California, and he wasn't given his heart medicine,
- 37:13right. We had to call up there to the prison to you know,
- 37:16tell him, hey, you know he is on heart medicine. He do
- 37:21need you need that. So I just I just think if the family don't
- 37:28speak out, if the family don't be on them constantly going mainly going to
- 37:35visit them, make your presence known, Make your presence known, regardless of
- 37:43what they in there. For if God went to that cross to redeem us,
- 37:47why we can't be forgiving? Why can't we forgive someone that we have
- 37:53fought against? You tell me, no matter what these men and women and
- 38:00did, please go check on your loved ones because you don't know what they
- 38:05are going. When I walk in that prison in Denver, I see it.
- 38:10When I went into prison in California, when my son was in Lancaster
- 38:15prison, I seen it. I seen it, I hear it, and
- 38:23I've seen it. What you guys, what what we're gonna do as a
- 38:32as a people? We're gonna continuously let this keep going on. I like
- 38:42the members. Yeah, the living conditions are horrible, he said. The
- 38:57majority of the high un people are sick and what have you? He said,
- 39:04it's just that's just that's what he said. Well, that's say that's
- 39:08to me because I under side just cleanliness in the level progressing and spreads spread
- 39:24here in the cool point. I'm talking about the conditions, the conditions facility,
- 39:31the h and the facility. I think it was in the some of
- 39:37the officials which were visit with the published queen before the conditions pretty much why
- 39:47that's what they do pretty much that the you send your people out for pro
- 40:02checking them you you've already worn you out so they can get themselves together.
- 40:07That's what they do, you know. And I've had individuals report that to
- 40:14me. And then I sent a letter to Oh my god, I sent
- 40:19a letter to I want to say, the mbuzzman and about six or seven
- 40:22other people over him and some more people, and he sent me a letter
- 40:30back saying that he had not been out there. It was just a lot.
- 40:35I told him, you need to start running and takes back lot.
- 40:37Yeah, I want to talk about this project twenty five have way five opportunity
- 40:47to read, to change out, to do some type or something out because
- 40:57everybody out here that things that they voted do not matter, that they won't
- 41:01they vote do knock out that they do not vote. They are sadly mistaken.
- 41:10They're not voting. And if they don't go vote, and they can
- 41:16be a lot of things that's gonna take place on this This man don't say
- 41:23a lot of that he's gonna do. He said that he's gonna take.
- 41:28He's gonna make capital punishment priority when he's going to provide it. He's taking
- 41:40all of the diversity and quality and you know, vote out of the school
- 41:50stuff. Anything got to do with African American and slavery's he's banning it.
- 41:55It's on the list that's on your project twenty twenty five. So we have
- 42:00all these people that look like a that really but everything that leave for you,
- 42:12Okay, a lot of them probably for the bandon that's good. But
- 42:17when you talk about all this stuff that goes you're right, how can you
- 42:24stand proudly and say you support this man and you believe in this and y'all
- 42:37think this man worthy enough to sit up in the highest office in the highest
- 42:44outfene we get a feeling we we we can't get a good job, they
- 42:52don't want to get a good job. Then is totally in shambles. Our
- 43:02total in right, But y'all want this man to sit and represent the highest
- 43:09office and the represent this country. The dignitas in the other countries have been
- 43:20proven to have had narrator pairs and and all their whi. But here in
- 43:32Murder Beach, they ride around with the flags all on the back of the
- 43:37all they got they chops, with all kinds of T shirts and all kind
- 43:45of stuff, and they're just only make me see and really how people really
- 43:52are and and really don't really are. That's your name, car Yeah,
- 44:04it's sad. So Cornela, what do you think about this twenty crime projective?
- 44:10And how do you think that they're gonna feel a lot of you guys
- 44:14that are buying prison wall. Well, first of all, now you know
- 44:20say that racism plays a very important democracy. Why because African Americans already one,
- 44:29and our criminal justice systems and that into one, and our parole board
- 44:34and our probation department. So with this being said, our president, I
- 44:37form my president, mister Donald Trump, his ideas are designed to and to
- 44:43empower slavery. So with this being said, ma'am, you know, as
- 44:46of right now he was talking about the first step back, but all the
- 44:50time, the first step back was designed to play individuals on monitory devices,
- 44:55which means that you're gonna now make the monitory device companies rich, and you're
- 45:00gonna take these devices AND's gonna have inmates and house parole and house arrests being
- 45:06monitored by their families. Now while you keep our prison systems fullard to the
- 45:10capacities, ma'am. So our president, mister Donald's former president, mister Donald
- 45:15Trump, maw his ideas are full of just you know, a bunch of
- 45:19racism. Now because our system is designed like that, we have a broken
- 45:22in the United States. That that is so broken man, that you know,
- 45:27we have corruption, we have briberies, we have you know, our
- 45:30female prison systems are more overcrowded than our male prison systems now and it used
- 45:36to didn't be like that. So our prison systems, probation, the prom
- 45:39stuff is so overwhelmed behind the ideas of our government. Our government is corrupt.
- 45:45So if our government is corrupt, our systems are corrupt. So that's
- 45:49my point about him. Now, you don't have no nothing in his heart
- 45:52to try to fix our system. Man. So as far as that go,
- 45:55that policy he got twenty five, it's no good man to nobody.
- 46:01Wow, So what would yo plea be to the people now, I please?
- 46:10Is that you know, we come out and vote. I mean if
- 46:14you coming out to vote in one percent, If you coming out to vote
- 46:21and you it's one percent vote, we're not getting no rep. Because we
- 46:24have to vote these people out of office that's not doing what the American people
- 46:28want them to do. We have to come out, man. We have
- 46:30to have our voice with her. We have to change the ideas of our
- 46:34democracy, change the ideas of our government. You know, right now we're
- 46:37talking about president that's so old that he can't remember this when we're talking about
- 46:43a president who's so arrogant. So now we got a problem right here about
- 46:46who's gonna be in office, who's gonna run our country. We have to
- 46:50bring in younger people that's willing to come in and have better ideas, fresh
- 46:52ideas to run our country. Man. And that's what it is. If
- 46:55people don't come out, let's come out and vote and let's get the right
- 46:59people in our so's this way we can control our own company. Now that's
- 47:02my point with that. Wow, Dan, you got anything you're going to
- 47:09have, y'all believe Kammela is in place, that's her job. She will
- 47:15step up and do the job just as great. But I am so glad
- 47:22that you're speaking up, brother Cornell. Not the people know what's going on,
- 47:28especially people like Gee. I don't have anyone that I know of that's
- 47:31in Carson Rain at this pleasure. So if we don't know what's going on,
- 47:37we are glad to hear it from you. Do we need to voice
- 47:42more concern. We write brenda letters to the Congress and let them know what's
- 47:49going on. Outside of Greg at It's office, we can go forward.
- 47:54So there's a lot of things that we can do to help you. Guys.
- 48:00Why you are where you are? Mm hmm, Senate, you want
- 48:08to add anything, you want to add anything to that you want. I
- 48:22just want everyone just to speak up too, you know, use your words,
- 48:34speak up against We speak up against the wrong thing. We stand up
- 48:38for the wrong things. When let's start standing up for the right things.
- 48:46You know, let's start speaking out on injustice against not against everybody. We
- 48:55got this former president with thirty four felonies, he still he gets to run
- 49:01for president. He may get in the office, but then you still have
- 49:07men and women that's currently incarcerated unlawfully, unlawfully for crimes that they didn't do,
- 49:19and they are fighting for their freedom. Some of them done served over
- 49:25thirty some years. Some you know, be a voice. That's all I
- 49:31that's that's all I gotta say, is just be a voice. You know.
- 49:37I chose to speak out because my husband on July twenty first, twenty
- 49:44second, it'd be fifteen years he being wrongfully incarcerated, fifteen years, and
- 49:53I just wanted to use my voice because when I looked at his case,
- 49:58as I looked at him, as at the other man case cases, you
- 50:04can see the injustice. They're willing to show you their case. They they
- 50:08are willing to sit down and talk to anyone that we hear them. Look,
- 50:15it's in black and white. We got men and women of all ethnic
- 50:22groups are fighting for their freedom. And we're supposed to be a freak a
- 50:29free country. We know it's all about money, and it's all about were
- 50:35all. It's when you trace the money trails be able to see well a
- 50:44lot of issues, a lot a lot of it lies within our own local
- 50:51element. These people that we don't go in because we're not getting up and
- 50:57going to low and and it's sad to say that we're we're talking about is
- 51:01my witness. We were down at our evenings and the president of the Black
- 51:10Lawyers Association stood up at the This man said that there has been preceding in
- 51:19Texas that has single digits turned out to vote, that been less than two
- 51:23people showed up to vote. How a world that we're living in right now
- 51:34with all these differences, you know where all this stuff is going on?
- 51:37How are not showing up? How are you not allowing your wants going on?
- 51:44When you see what's going on? Now? What's going on? This
- 51:51is gonna be a time right now the people of Texas are really going to
- 51:54see how much the government is for them. So what just happening here?
- 52:01It's gonna take a lot. The governor's gonna go because the governor is taking
- 52:10money from the prison system to put at the border. This man has prison
- 52:17three hundred put a dollar with within the prison system the border. And look
- 52:25still what's going on at so really what are you doing with the money?
- 52:30Where? Where is this going on? I needed the money or where this
- 52:37three million dollars? That's what they need to start doing. Holding these people
- 52:42accountable because these people are getting a lot of stuff and this nephew, Chism,
- 52:49cousin, brotherism, all theism people just because somebody and you can people
- 52:57positions and what this got the stuff in South Calin you know right now,
- 53:04I'm telling you, if you are a brown person and you live in the
- 53:07state of South Carolina, don't get it. Don't get in that judicial because
- 53:12we can all male or that should be eating, that should be eating,
- 53:21that should not be except but what they do we don't know. Ain't nobody
- 53:27saying nothing. Nobody said nothing when when the black female, the black judge
- 53:35be dropped out and they said that she had received and this next not even
- 53:43two weeks later, not even two weeks, two weeks the caucasion ladies.
- 53:51That's that's strange to me, and I was strange, and well, Supreme
- 54:00Court, because they are the only ones that are supposed to be in power.
- 54:07Anyway. That goes back to that that flies here in that he well,
- 54:21ma'am, can I speak on that second. I've been doing I've been
- 54:27doing time for a good while here, ma'am. And my whole study of
- 54:30doing choir I have come to we have identified the US donation campaign, the
- 54:39double billing scandal, attorneys being paid double the amount of money to help the
- 54:44DA's office get the conviction on their clients. We have a d A favoritism
- 54:49scandal where this attorneys are having judge dismas cases against their kids. We have
- 54:54inebtent fiction scandal. UH basically our criminal justice system metteric Examiner's office working with
- 55:00police officers to fabricate evidence against individuals to help them get the conditions. We
- 55:07have a quarter of appeals process, ma'am that overlooks these cases they just rubber
- 55:12stamp. In de nine to ninety nine, we have eleven or seven process
- 55:15that means that the only way you can get out of prison is that you
- 55:19have to comply with this and if you don't bring everything you have now,
- 55:22you lose. You can never come back in the system. So our prison
- 55:25systems are crowded right now with people serving agua data term. You get twenty
- 55:31years, you got to do ten. You get fifty, you have to
- 55:34do twenty five. You get a life sentence, you've got to do thirty
- 55:37or forty years flat. Our system has been designed now, maam, to
- 55:43mean that the only way you can get out of prison here in Texas is
- 55:45through a corrupt parole board system. But our parole board system is nothing but
- 55:50former DA's, former judges, former police officers, former judges, I mean
- 55:54formal for CDC office. So we can't get a fair decision nowhere, my
- 56:00sisters. So with this being said, we're asking for anybody who is to
- 56:05come out and have your boice is heard, to speak up and let's act
- 56:08for an investigation into these operations. We can act the Department of Justice to
- 56:14come down and go to somebod these counties like Dallas County where they have a
- 56:17racial barrier over there, where there's no boks allowed to sit on the jukes,
- 56:22no black people are allowed to sit on the jury. The Dallas,
- 56:24Texas, Houston, Texas is like that, Bear County is like that.
- 56:30These are your big metropolitan cities here in Texas. So now with that being
- 56:34said, we're asking for an investigation. Were acting for the Department of Justice
- 56:38to get involved. We're acting for our boyces to be heard. The demand
- 56:43for the Department of Justice to come down here and get involved. I can
- 56:47guarantee you if they go to one county and do an investigation or how many
- 56:52African Americans have been convicted about all white perrias. Now the numbers are our
- 56:57standings. The percentages are very high, and they convicted by white judges,
- 57:01all white jurys. When an attorney who's being paid double the amount of money.
- 57:07So we have a system now that we need to change through our government,
- 57:10our state representatives and our Texas Senator and our representatives. They need to
- 57:15be voted out of office or do their job. Man. So that's where
- 57:17we're at right now here in the state of Texas. So under the pre
- 57:22Texas campaign, we're acting. For anybody who supports the pre Texas campaign,
- 57:27you can go to pre text campaign at gmail dot com and you can hear
- 57:30some of the stories of the inmates here in Texas who are telling some very
- 57:35powerful stories about their convictions, about being wrong, the convicted, overincarcerated for
- 57:39crimes that in other states you probably gonna slap on the handfucks, but here
- 57:44in the state of Texas, you're getting twenty years, thirty years, forty
- 57:47years life center. A guy down here right now told me today he had
- 57:51an all eleven white female jury with one white man on the jury tunnel,
- 57:57but he got a case against the female, white female. That's a stacked
- 58:00jury against this individual. That's stacking the jury. That's what our attorneys are
- 58:06being paid to do. Help the district attorney's office stacked the jury against these
- 58:09people to help them get convictions on us. So our system is corrupt like
- 58:14this, man, I had two all white juries. I'm an African American,
- 58:17two all white jerrys want an attorney who was an assistant district attorney who
- 58:22was paid off to let these people get two convictions on me and give me
- 58:24one hundred and fifty four years for a market out on a piece of paper.
- 58:30I've been there thirty four years on a market out on a piece of
- 58:32paper, and our system is not willing to investigate this. This is sad.
- 58:37So what access for anybody who got afoord to please come out here in
- 58:42the state of Texas and less demand for an investigation through our Department of Justice
- 58:46and asking them to get involved. That's what I'm thank you very much man
- 58:51for allowing this opportunity. Man, all right, all right, all right,
- 58:55well, I definitely I tell you, social and justice has become one
- 59:00of those things that have been there and dear to my heart here lately since
- 59:06coming on the w B and then I've had the art to tapping. Four
- 59:13years I've been over that network, had the opportunity to meet one doctor Chinchilla,
- 59:17who does a lot of work out of the state of Pennsylvania with those
- 59:22that have been wrongfully overly incarcerated in all different other places. But since then,
- 59:30I've had the opportunity to have been wrongly meet individuals that have been wrongfully
- 59:37incarcerated, and something that has really touched my heart. I'm grateful, but
- 59:43I have the opportunity to be that voice. So said, we want to
- 59:47move on to and that event, and we keep coming up in California,
- 59:55Los Angeles, California one O five El Segondo at there we see Bill Bilbue
- 1:00:08Live Library. I'm excited about that. I'm excited to be going to California.
- 1:00:15You had such an amazing the Dallas Fort Worth area. Shout out to
- 1:00:22the company and books Work for hosting that event. I tell you, Die
- 1:00:29Jones was amazing post and she put together amazing week in when I tell you

- 1:01:30experience to personally to her community. That thing. So when were doing that
- 1:01:40seventeenth, we were going to be in Los Angeles. We are want to
- 1:01:46be and to see I'm excited. We're gonna have an opportunity. We are

- 1:06:00program from a book now and even if you're part of an anthology, you

- 1:06:11it and what you what you need chapter anatology, you can turn it into
- 1:06:17a coaching program. You can turn it into because people always want people to

- 1:07:41to get to know some of these people. Come here. We thank you
- 1:07:45for coming. Anything you want to share before you leave, because I'm gonna
- 1:07:47know you gotta go. Thank you very much for allowing you to be on
- 1:07:55your show tonight. If you made it tonight. Man. If anybody following
- 1:08:03the Pretext campaign, just know that to set up nothing but the truth a
- 1:08:12text system and well we can do a documentary on the text criminal justice system.
- 1:08:19So thank y'all for having me on and if you want to follow pretext
- 1:08:24campaign, thank you very much, ma'am. All right, alright, alright,
- 1:08:32alrighty Well, I tell you it's nothing like hearing what's going on but
- 1:08:40from the horses. So you know, we we always gonna get side to
- 1:08:45the story around. You're always gonna get day side, the person's side,
- 1:08:49and so sometimes you you got to hear day side hit the other side.
- 1:08:57You mean, you got to decipher what's the true. So that's what we
- 1:09:01do. We have to do that a lot when you're dealing with organizations and
- 1:09:06dealing with people that they have made it their business to be corrupt and TONI
- 1:09:15and they do everything in their power to still and to cover it up.
- 1:09:20Because I've caught these people a lot. And that's nobody told me something that
- 1:09:26I've been doing for the last two years working with these people, and I
- 1:09:30have caught these people. So when I started doing I said, you know
- 1:09:33what, they won't be able to say that they didn't happen. I started.
- 1:09:38I started going a lot when I talked to them, so I got
- 1:09:43thousands of people listen. So if you want, it's always gonna be our
- 1:09:46famil. So they can't say that they didn't say it, because it's like
- 1:09:50you say what I can go back and put it up and play. Now
- 1:09:55y'all say, y'all recording this car and I'm too. Yeah, that's what
- 1:10:00I tell them, And we're getting mad at me when I do that.
- 1:10:06When I tell them, I said, but you will when I tell but
- 1:10:13that's yeah. But now I'm gonna tell you what I'm excited about because I
- 1:10:20love I love God. I probably do uh man, I tell you.
- 1:10:28And we have been doing how the em prayer one day prayer for four years.
- 1:10:36This year four years, I was talking to my pre one of my
- 1:10:42prepens, and we were just talking to soccer now that we needed to go
- 1:10:47back to prayer. So we're going to go back into the emence because a
- 1:10:54lot of people have a lot of things going on a lot and we just
- 1:10:58want to be I pressed know, because it's the town where a lot of
- 1:11:01us used to come together and we're calling on all my warris, even if
- 1:11:08you're not a power war. Because I'm gonna tell you this young lady that's
- 1:11:11sitting over here to the left, the m over here in the corner down
- 1:11:15there that say book project that when I approached that young lady and asked her,
- 1:11:20she's the learned of the Eld movement. Her name is Chanelia. And
- 1:11:27when I thing, she said to me Williams, And she said, I
- 1:11:31don't know how to, she said. And when I tell you now,
- 1:11:39four years later, nine years later, just let you go to her page.
- 1:11:45You got to tell you. Just go to her page for you.
- 1:11:48I'm talking about every day shep her next wisdom something and in all line up
- 1:11:56spiritually. And I watched what God done in her life because you're looking at
- 1:12:00the y in her that has a son that is twenty five years to crazy.
- 1:12:12But it's just it's just crazy. And I watched the guy move in
- 1:12:15her, and I watched in the house from around up. I watched her
- 1:12:21husband, who is a tw he said two times in a flater prison.
- 1:12:30Two times now. This man owns three eighteen wheelers. This man eight has
- 1:12:42a this man album make music that people like. They told me this different
- 1:12:55it's impacted. I've been playing this one song, that's one song one of
- 1:13:00the last two years since he gave me permission to play it, because that
- 1:13:05song reminds me that God didn't have to, but he did. And that's
- 1:13:12what he's saying, that somebody God, but he did. And I'm greatful
- 1:13:17that y'all. We are headed back into five in prayer August the first.
- 1:13:25If you are in need of prayer, I'm going to encourage you to join
- 1:13:29us, even if you tell on the prayer list, because what we do
- 1:13:34is we call out your name. We call out your name, every single
- 1:13:41name, every single person in released name. It's called every single day.
- 1:13:46We don't miss calling out the only way that if something happening and somebody beyond
- 1:13:57that that that that operates the it's the only way when we called. But
- 1:14:03every day we want to make sure that these names are being they're being lifted
- 1:14:08up that whatever. If you don't want to willness that you're praying about,
- 1:14:15you don't have to. But if you want us to name the things,
- 1:14:18you can name about and we would call it, you know, but otherwise
- 1:14:24we just call your name out. But we want to join us as well.
- 1:14:30When that is understand the time that's byng standing time, three year time
- 1:14:38and two eight spend the time. So you need a prayer, you know
- 1:14:45somebody that needs to be pred I want to to get them on the presence
- 1:14:53and on whats So Scenaria has a book project that she's going to be dropping
- 1:15:02person all the year. Any of the Power Prayer is going to be an
- 1:15:06anthology. She's going to be looking for to be a part of that.
