Buckle up for a brutal heatwave hitting hard — temperatures soaring into the 100s with heat indexes climbing to 110, lasting through at least Tuesday. Stay hydrated, seek shade, and check on neighbors, especially vulnerable folks. Limit outdoor time between 10 AM and 4 PM, wear light clothing, and take breaks indoors.
