- 2:03Speaker 4: to town.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Feels looking at me because he knows this is yeah yeah.

- 2:37Speaker 1: he's an android.
- 2:38Speaker 4: He's an android. Yeah, and this is a very dark comedy.
- 2:42Speaker 4: This is from the odd odd team of Chris and

- 2:50Speaker 4: Not a real sci fi pedigree there, but okay, but yeah.

- 2:58Speaker 4: well reviewed and Apple TV Plus on Thursday. First two
- 3:02Speaker 4: of ten episodes streaming also on Thursday on Max Duster,
- 3:08Speaker 4: JJ Abrams and Josh Holloway are back together again. This
- 3:11Speaker 4: is night said in nineteen seventy two. Josh Holloway is
- 3:14Speaker 4: a getaway driver and he's always looked like he just
- 3:17Speaker 4: came out of the seventies anyway, So.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Oh Sawyer from Laws, Yes, yes, and he's.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Helping an FBI agent take down a crime syndicate in

- 3:53Speaker 4: comedy series called over Compensating. It's about a guy who
- 3:57Speaker 4: was a big football star and homecoming king in high school,
- 4:02Speaker 4: but he's really gay. So he decides like, I'm gonna
- 4:06Speaker 4: get to college. This is when I'm finally gonna be me, okay,
- 4:10Speaker 4: and he's having struggle with that.
- 4:12Speaker 2: He's gonna gay it up. He's gonna try, but he's
- 4:15Speaker 2: still Yeah.
- 4:16Speaker 4: And also he meets he'd befriends another dude who's who's
- 4:20Speaker 4: an outsider, a loner, a weirdo in high school. He's
- 4:23Speaker 4: gonna do everything he can to fit in now that

- 4:28Speaker 4: a mismatched buddy comedy here okay, and uh, Charlie x
- 4:33Speaker 4: c X and Connie Britton and Kyle McLaughlan are also
- 4:36Speaker 4: in this.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I haven't really heard anything I like about it.
- 4:41Speaker 3: You haven't won bill Over yet.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Maybe Connie Britton. Yeah. Maybe.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Also on Thursday, Welcome to Wrexham season four. Really I
- 4:50Speaker 4: thought we thought we had more seasons than that. But
- 4:53Speaker 4: is it Is it a reality show?
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yes, it is.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Yeah, it's sort of a documentaries about Ryan Reynolds and
- 4:58Speaker 4: Rob mckelahanney h buying this uh soccer team and everything
- 5:03Speaker 4: it takes to go into running the soccer team.
- 5:06Speaker 2: What what is the interest in it?
- 5:07Speaker 1: I mean what?
- 5:08Speaker 4: Well, for me, it's the only soccer I'll watch because
- 5:11Speaker 4: it's a highlight reel basically, and the drama behind the
- 5:15Speaker 4: scenes and uh, of course Rob mcallahanney and Ryan Reynolds
- 5:18Speaker 4: are pretty funny. So yeah, it's the drama behind the
- 5:23Speaker 4: scenes of a soccer.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Team and it's not manufactured. No, it's real. I'm sure
- 5:27Speaker 1: some of it is, but.
- 5:29Speaker 5: And like any reality yeah, and Katie points out it
- 5:33Speaker 5: is the oldest Welsh soccer team.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah.
- 5:39Speaker 1: There must be something there too about how they feel
- 5:41Speaker 1: about American zoning the team.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Probably, yeah, there there's been quite a bit of that
- 5:45Speaker 4: through the first three seasons. Is probably gonna be a
- 5:49Speaker 4: lot more this season. Yeah. And also season four on Thursday,
- 5:53Speaker 4: I loved Death and Robots. It's animated anthology series from
- 5:58Speaker 4: David Fincher and Tim Miller, and each episodes can be
- 6:03Speaker 4: five to fifteen minutes long. It's a wildly different animation
- 6:07Speaker 4: styles within each episode. And I mentioned this only because
- 6:13Speaker 4: Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season two on Hulu on Thursday.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Okay, we got a hold of our friend.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Katie, we needed to see if Victoria wants
- 6:23Speaker 3: to get for us. If not, I'm gonna have to No.
- 6:28Speaker 2: No, you don't want to know.
- 6:31Speaker 4: And uh, Saturday Night Live on Saturday, of course, the
- 6:35Speaker 4: season fifty finale, Scarlett Johansson and Bad Bunny.
- 6:39Speaker 2: How do they get Scarlet Johnson? That's great? Yeah, how
- 6:43Speaker 2: they got her to do it? It was.
- 6:45Speaker 5: It was a particularly good weekend update this time.
- 6:49Speaker 2: A long one too, a long one.
- 6:51Speaker 5: But you know, until you get the tariffs explained to you.
- 6:56Speaker 5: My guy who just walked into a spider web.
- 6:59Speaker 3: I love whoever came up with this idea and that
- 7:02Speaker 3: they went.
- 7:03Speaker 2: And they went with it. They committed to the.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Big because you can tell in the writer's room they're like,
- 7:10Speaker 3: how do we make this tariff thing funny? How do
- 7:12Speaker 3: we what can we do to him? Because you can't
- 7:15Speaker 3: because it's not I.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Know, let's have a guy walk into a spider web.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Guy who just walked into a spider web. It worked,
- 7:22Speaker 1: and it worked.
- 7:23Speaker 2: It was very fun.
- 7:24Speaker 3: It was very very funny.
- 7:26Speaker 5: And then the show went to hell after that, well
- 7:29Speaker 5: it usually does after weekend, after weekend.
- 7:32Speaker 3: So Walter Goggins not great.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Live, not really, no not.
- 7:37Speaker 3: I think he needs a few takes.
- 7:40Speaker 5: Because when he did well, when he did the film bits.
- 7:43Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Good, That's what I'm saying.
- 7:45Speaker 3: But the live stuff he struggled with.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I guess it's just not his Yeah, he's not known
- 7:53Speaker 1: for his Broadway work.
- 7:55Speaker 2: But he was singing.
- 7:56Speaker 5: He was singing as well and did a very good.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Job and dance and to answer to this mom, Yeah,
- 8:01Speaker 3: there there were good parts to it his mom.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:04Speaker 3: They always do that on Mother's Day with Saturday Night Live.
- 8:08Speaker 3: They have the moms come out.
- 8:09Speaker 5: And the second amendment was fun. That was but that
- 8:12Speaker 5: was just him playing a character he's played millions of
- 8:15Speaker 5: times before.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:17Speaker 4: And the new season of the Poker Face on Peacock.
- 8:21Speaker 4: The first episode, I don't know if you've started it yet.
- 8:23Speaker 4: I watched it and I was underwhelmed. Really, I thought
- 8:26Speaker 4: Cynthia Revo was playing like five six different roles. That
- 8:30Speaker 4: was pretty interesting.
- 8:31Speaker 2: No, just didn't grab me Bill once more, once more.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I don't know why it's a not enough Columbo for you.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I just seemed just watch Colombo. It just seemed
- 8:43Speaker 1: not just I didn't have a lot of energy.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Yeah, well kind of. I don't know.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Maybe you were hot because I don't have a lot
- 8:52Speaker 3: of energy.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I was. No, I was drunk, so maybe that was
- 8:56Speaker 1: probably we have nine more episodes to get it together.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:00Speaker 1: After that, I tried to watch that Havoc, that movie
- 9:05Speaker 1: with oh Tom Hardy to good God.
- 9:08Speaker 2: That was awful.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Finally turned it off about two thirds of the way through.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I can't watch this anymore. This is awful. Sorry to
- 9:16Speaker 1: hear that.
- 9:18Speaker 2: And I'm going to say something that is blasphemous.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Let's stop making Star Wars because it will never get
- 9:27Speaker 5: better than and.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Or season two.
- 9:29Speaker 3: You want to just leave it here?
- 9:30Speaker 5: Will never you will never no matter what how much
- 9:33Speaker 5: money you throw at it, who's in it, whose stars
- 9:35Speaker 5: in it, It's never going to be better than this.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But they won't do it. Well, they won't take your advice.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I know they won't.
- 9:42Speaker 2: They're probably never going to make an and or ride,
- 9:45Speaker 2: probably not. Probably not.
- 9:47Speaker 5: It'd be a lot of monologues, yes, about freedom and
- 9:52Speaker 5: tyranny and things like that that hit a little too
- 9:55Speaker 5: close to home these days, little bit.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, well, thank you.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Well, there is Bill Frost. You can find his stuff
