Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is Friday, May the 8th, and today's calendar challenge is watch something that makes you laugh, yes. Laughter is so accessible, no matter what day it is, no matter what time of day, no matter what kind of day we have had. Laughter is F-R-E-E. And for that reason, we should indulge in it more. Today, I want you to watch something that makes you laugh. Maybe it's a familiar film from your childhood or a TikTok video that you're scrolling on your phone, whatever it is, Find something that makes you laugh and enjoy that laugh. Maybe you'll be laughing with those that you love or laughing all by yourself. It doesn't matter. Either way, today we are laughing and it could just be a little chuckle. That was my version of a chuckle. Cause just enough is more than enough. Laughing is one of my favorite things to do in life. I think if someone asks me, what is the one thing that you love in life more than anything else? It would be laughter. Even more than love. I mean, I love love, but I like laughter. It's the best.
