Sam is a former member of the Austin comedy scene, and I was deeply honored that she was willing to come on the pod to discuss a very traumatic experience she endured that resulted in her leaving comedy and the state of Texas. Expect serious subject matter in this episode as Sam courageously tells her story, how she was lied to, manipulated, and sexually assaulted by deception, and then was subsequently ignored and ostracized from the local comedy community.
