• 0:05
Speaker 1: pattern to these names.

Speaker 2: They're all public figures who have publicly denounced you.
• 0:11
Speaker 1: Is it political retribute you? No one you know who
• 0:12
  Speaker 1: got indicted.
• 0:14
Speaker 3: The man you're looking.
• 0:15
Speaker 1: At, I got indicted and I was innocent. Did you
• 0:18
Speaker 1: instruct the Department of Justice to go and not in
• 0:21
Speaker 1: any way shape or for him.
• 0:22
Speaker 3: No, you don't have to instruct him, because they were
• 0:24
Speaker 3: so dirty, they were so crooked, they were so corrupt that.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: The honest people that we have go f them automatically.
• 0:30

Speaker 5: Good Monday morning, So nice to have you with us
• 0:36
Speaker 5: on the forty seven Morning Update, We've got one big
• 0:39
Speaker 5: story for you. Devin Nunyez is now well. He's telling
• 0:42
Speaker 5: it like it is, saying that Jack Smith sought Donald
• 0:46
Speaker 5: Trump media bank records. Why were they spying on Trump's
• 0:50
Speaker 5: bank records. We'll have that story for you in just
• 0:53
  Speaker 5: a moment.
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: Plus.
• 0:54
Speaker 5: Jim Jordan's coming forward talking about just how big and
• 0:58
Speaker 5: how wide the buying campaign was on conservatives and what
• 1:03
Speaker 5: they've learned about it. In the House. It's the forty
• 1:06
Speaker 5: seven Morning update and it starts right now.
• 1:09
  Speaker 4: Story number one.
• 1:10
Speaker 5: Devin Nunyez is now exposing Jack Smith and telling us
• 1:14
Speaker 5: that they sought Trump Media bank records. Is what we're
• 1:18
Speaker 5: being told Donald Trump saying these thugs should be investigated.
• 1:23
Speaker 5: Trump Media and Technology Group Corporation TMTG CEO and former
• 1:30
Speaker 5: Congressman Devin Nunyez on Thursday accused former Special counsel Jack
• 1:34
Speaker 5: Smith of wielding a shockingly broad, secret subpoena for the
• 1:40
Speaker 5: banking records of the Trump Media Empire, despite the company
• 1:44
Speaker 5: not even existing at the time of his underlying investigation.
• 1:51
Speaker 5: TMTG was among the more than four hundred Trump linked
• 1:57
Speaker 5: individuals and organizations that we're spied on as part of
• 2:01
Speaker 5: Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation of President Donald Trump. Specifically,
• 2:07
Speaker 5: the Smith team issued as shockingly broad and secret subpoena
• 2:11
Speaker 5: for our banking records Noonez says in a statement on
• 2:14
Speaker 5: True Social saying, quote, this is a stunning abuse of
• 2:18
Speaker 5: power against a private business and are hundreds of thousands
• 2:24
Speaker 5: of retail investors, especially since Trump Media did not even
• 2:29
Speaker 5: exist at the time of the events that Jack Smith
• 2:33
Speaker 5: was supposedly investigating. Nou Neez called for answers from both
• 2:38
Speaker 5: the Securities and Exchange Commission, the SEC and JP Morgan
• 2:43
Speaker 5: Chase on whether they were aware of the subpoena and
• 2:46
Speaker 5: whether bank records were actually leaked. According to the subpoena
• 2:51
Speaker 5: issued to JP Morgan Chase, images of which noonez shared
• 2:56
Speaker 5: on social media platform, the demand covers any and all
• 3:00
Speaker 5: records in your possession, custody or control for all accounts
• 3:05
Speaker 5: and or trust accounts in the name of bearing the signature,
• 3:09
Speaker 5: authority of, or with the ability to be accessed by
• 3:12
Speaker 5: the named parties below listing TMTG among the named entities.
• 3:19
Speaker 5: The subpoena spans the time period from September one, twenty
• 3:23
Speaker 5: twenty to October thirty first of twenty twenty one, and
• 3:28
Speaker 5: requests an extensive array of records, including checking and saving
• 3:32
Speaker 5: account statements, opening documents, wire transfers, ACCH payments, credit and
• 3:41
Speaker 5: debit memos, loan and mortgage payments, safe deposit box records,
• 3:47
Speaker 5: debit card transaction histories, IP addresses, cookie data, and other
• 3:53
Speaker 5: account inquiry metadata. In other words, a full blown phishing
• 3:58
Speaker 5: expedition I the DOJ and the FBI. Meanwhile, Smith's investigation
• 4:06
Speaker 5: initiated by the Attorney General Meyrick Garland in November of
• 4:09
Speaker 5: twenty twenty two, has drawn intense scrutiny. The probe encompasses
• 4:13
Speaker 5: Trump's handling of classified documents, efforts they lied about to
• 4:17
Speaker 5: overturn the twenty twenty election, and allege obstruction of justice
• 4:21
Speaker 5: and other matters. In recent weeks, the Senate Judiciary Committee
• 4:25
Speaker 5: leaked documents showing Smith's team issued one hundred and ninety
• 4:29
Speaker 5: seven subpoenas covering at least four hundred and thirty individuals
• 4:34
Speaker 5: and entities. It's part of an investigation dubbed Arctic Frost GOP.
• 4:39
Speaker 5: Lawmakers have accused Smith of improperly targeting members of Congress
• 4:43
Speaker 5: and others, and Smith's council nonetheless defended the approach as
• 4:47
Speaker 5: quote entirely proper and lawful. We'll see where this goes,
• 4:52
Speaker 5: but there's a very good chance this is the tip
• 4:55
Speaker 5: of the Arctic frost Iceberg greta ancestorn on Newsmas Jim
• 5:00
Speaker 5: Jordan on to talk about this, and she started with
• 5:03
Speaker 5: Donald Trump's true social post about what we're now learning.
• 5:07
Speaker 5: I want you to listen closely to this conversation.
• 5:10
Speaker 2: These thugs should all be investigated and put in prison.
• 5:13
Speaker 2: A disgrace to humanity. Deranged Jack Smith is a criminal
• 5:17
Speaker 2: end quote shairing of the House Judiciary Committee. They released
• 5:20
Speaker 2: those fileshile Carsman Jim Jordan joins me, good evenings, sir,
• 5:23
Speaker 2: and do have all the FBI files on this?
• 5:27
Speaker 3: Well, we hope, But we're going to continue to work
• 5:29
Speaker 3: with Director Patel and get every piece of information we can.
• 5:33
Speaker 3: God blessed Cash and of course Pam Bondi, because they've
• 5:36
Speaker 3: been night and day. Difference between them and what we
• 5:39
Speaker 3: have with Merrick Garland and Christopher Ray. I think the
• 5:42
Speaker 3: big takeaway here is how much broader and more expansive
• 5:46
  Speaker 3: this was.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: It wasn't just that they took the.
• 5:48
Speaker 3: Phone of a sitting member of Congress when they took
• 5:51
Speaker 3: Scott Perry's phone. It wasn't just that they spied on
• 5:54
Speaker 3: eight United States senators. Now we learn it's over one
• 5:58
Speaker 3: hundred and fifty individuals. Keep people in the Trump administration,
• 6:01
Speaker 3: keep people that they went after, getting communications, phone records,
• 6:05
Speaker 3: bank records, all kinds of things they were going after.
• 6:09
Speaker 3: This is how expansive Artie Frost started out, and how
• 6:12
Speaker 3: it even expanded even more when Jack Smith was named
• 6:16
Speaker 3: special counsel, and when he took over the investigation, and
• 6:19
Speaker 3: finally I would say this, Greta, this is why we
• 6:20
Speaker 3: want to talk to Jack Smith. Why we've asked him
• 6:23
Speaker 3: to come in for a deposition as soon as possible.
• 6:27
Speaker 3: We got to ask him questions because we've already deposed
• 6:29
Speaker 3: two of his deputies, and they took the fifth seventy
• 6:33
Speaker 3: one and seventy three times mister Bratt and mister Wyndham
• 6:36
Speaker 3: exercised their fift Amendment liberties. Wouldn't answer questions like was
• 6:40
Speaker 3: this all political? Were you going after this to undermine
• 6:42
Speaker 3: and hurt President Trump in a political way? How about
• 6:45
Speaker 3: any other people you surveilled or spied on that in
• 6:48
Speaker 3: addition to the eight United States Senators.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: Both of those questions they wouldn't answer.
• 6:53
Speaker 3: So we want to talk to Jack Smith, the guy
• 6:54
Speaker 3: who ran the investigation, find out what kind of answers
• 6:57
  Speaker 3: he'll give us.
• 6:59
Speaker 2: They went after all these records of these people. Did
• 7:02
Speaker 2: they have a warrant? Did they get one from the
• 7:04
Speaker 2: grand jury or assigned warrant from a judge? Do they
• 7:07
Speaker 2: have a warrant? Or were they just being cowboys and
• 7:10
Speaker 2: going through these people these records of these.
• 7:13
Speaker 3: The targets again, questions will ask. I think they did
• 7:16
Speaker 3: have a warrant. I think they they moved that way.
• 7:18
Speaker 3: But we want to we want to figure all this out.
• 7:22
Speaker 3: We knew that Jack Smith had, you know, put the
• 7:24
Speaker 3: gagolder in President Trump.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: We knew he had raided Mara Lago.
• 7:27
Speaker 3: We knew that one of one of Jack Smith's deputies
• 7:30
Speaker 3: confronted a lawyer for one of the defendants and it
• 7:34
Speaker 3: looked like he offered him. He was kind of almost
• 7:36
Speaker 3: a bribe situation. He said, we thought you were interested
• 7:38
Speaker 3: in this judge position. We didn't know you were a
• 7:40
Speaker 3: Trump guy, you know, kind of hint hint, wink wink.
• 7:42
Speaker 3: When when they talked to Stanley Woodward.
• 7:44
  Speaker 2: Uh.
• 7:45
Speaker 3: So there's all this that went on, but the big
• 7:47
Speaker 3: takeaways for me are eight United States senators, a city
• 7:50
Speaker 3: member of Congress they took the phone up, and two
• 7:52
Speaker 3: of his deputies who we've already deposed, who wouldn't answer
• 7:55
Speaker 3: our questions. So, uh, that's why we want to talk
• 7:58
Speaker 3: to Jack Smith again.
• 7:59
Speaker 2: You choice is when you look at the breadth of
• 8:02
Speaker 2: investigation like this with you know, over one hundred and
• 8:04
Speaker 2: fifty eight and if you go to the lower number
• 8:06
Speaker 2: that you just you just listed is that they didn't
• 8:09
Speaker 2: indict or charge any of these people. So you get
• 8:11
Speaker 2: sort of the idea that they were just looking for
• 8:13
Speaker 2: every thing every place you know that you know, you
• 8:16
Speaker 2: know what could possibly be a legitimate reason if they
• 8:18
Speaker 2: didn't if they didn't strike gold on anybody.
• 8:22
  Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you're I think you're right they were.
• 8:24
Speaker 3: I think this was political. I think this was the
• 8:27
Speaker 3: left saying we're going to go after these people. We're
• 8:29
Speaker 3: going to use this whole alternative elector h reason as
• 8:34
Speaker 3: as the basis for why we're doing this investigation. We
• 8:37
Speaker 3: saw the one email, but between it looked like between
• 8:41
Speaker 3: an agent and a and a source talking about former
• 8:44
Speaker 3: cheapest staff Mark Meadows was involved in some kind of
• 8:47
Speaker 3: treasonous activity, which was just ridiculous.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: So this was the mindset.
• 8:52
Speaker 3: I think it also gets to that who are these
• 8:54
Speaker 3: folks in the FBI who were putting these emails together
• 8:57
Speaker 3: saying that there's there's there's reason to believe that the
• 9:01
Speaker 3: cheapest staff to the President of the United States was
• 9:04
Speaker 3: engaged in treason's behavior.
• 9:05
Speaker 1: That's just ridiculous, But that reason, and it makes no sense.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: I hate that when they use reason to believe.
• 9:12
Speaker 2: Okay, the documents that you believe have a lot of
• 9:15
Speaker 2: black spots on them, a lot of redactions. Is that
• 9:17
Speaker 2: something you did or the FBI did? And the reason
• 9:20
Speaker 2: that matters is because you really can't read those documents unless,
• 9:23
Speaker 2: I mean, you know, for full transparency. Why is everything
• 9:25
Speaker 2: being kept a secret? Basically there's no I mean, if
• 9:29
Speaker 2: we want to uncover what happened you or to give it,
• 9:31
Speaker 2: you know, put to find out if anything dirty was done.
• 9:34
Speaker 2: We really need this.
• 9:35
Speaker 1: We need to be able to read everything, and nobody.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: Should be running for cover with doing redactions.
• 9:40
Speaker 3: We didn't put the redactions on. That's how they came
• 9:42
Speaker 3: from the Justice Department. You're right, we need to have
• 9:45
Speaker 3: we need to be able to read it all in
• 9:47
Speaker 3: full context. But I would go a step further and
• 9:50
Speaker 3: say the name's under there, I actually want to ask
• 9:53
Speaker 3: them questions. I want to find out, like, who's this
• 9:56
  Speaker 3: source giving this?
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: Look?
• 9:57
Speaker 3: To me when I read it, it looks like under the
• 10:00
Speaker 3: actually to be the source, and then the agent who's
• 10:02
  Speaker 3: getting the information.
• 10:04
Speaker 1: I want to know who that source is.
• 10:05
Speaker 3: I want to know who that agent is saying these
• 10:07
Speaker 3: ridiculous things that get put in an email and sent
• 10:10
Speaker 3: to someone else as part of this investigation. So I
• 10:13
Speaker 3: think it's even more than that, not just who those
• 10:15
Speaker 3: what those names are. I want to talk to those people.
• 10:17
Speaker 3: I want to ask them questions. So that's that's where
• 10:19
Speaker 3: I think we try to go next.
• 10:20
Speaker 1: Well, that's the starter, the.
• 10:22
Speaker 2: Starters to find out who they are? Were the redactions
• 10:24
Speaker 2: done during the Trump administration or during the Brenda Biden
• 10:27
Speaker 2: administration or the Trump administration?
• 10:30
  Speaker 1: And who?
• 10:30
Speaker 2: I mean, who is it? Some someone up in some
• 10:33
Speaker 2: room with a big black marker someplace? I mean, who's
• 10:35
  Speaker 2: doing these things?
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: Well?
• 10:36
Speaker 3: I think it's just I think got standard practice at
• 10:39
Speaker 3: the Justice which is which is not good.
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: And I don't know which one. I don't know which
• 10:46
  Speaker 1: FBI did it.
• 10:47
Speaker 3: My my gut tells me it was probably That's how
• 10:50
Speaker 3: the documents were in the ray FBI that Director Patel
• 10:54
Speaker 3: has gotten his hands on now and giving to us.
• 10:57
Speaker 3: But I don't know that, but that'd be my guest.
• 10:59
Speaker 3: But my understanding is that's just standard names, phone numbers
• 11:04
Speaker 3: of agents, phone numbers and sources names and sort of.
• 11:06
Speaker 3: That's just standard how they do it. But we want
• 11:08
Speaker 3: to know now because we saw how broad and how expansive.
• 11:11
Speaker 3: This is we want to know who those people are
• 11:13
Speaker 3: so we can ask them questions.
• 11:15
Speaker 2: Well, if you're then involved in an investigation, especially a
• 11:18
Speaker 2: government person, you don't have your name not blackened out
• 11:20
Speaker 2: so that we can see who it is. We can
• 11:22
  Speaker 2: see who's doing what. I get it if it's a
• 11:24
Speaker 2: confidential source that's going to get shot on the street
• 11:26
Speaker 2: or something, if we reveal it. But the fact that
• 11:28
Speaker 2: some way and I'm told, I've always told that's the
• 11:31
Speaker 2: way it's done, well, that's never satisfied me because that
• 11:33
Speaker 2: usually means it's sort of like, well things are classified
• 11:35
Speaker 2: in this town because that's the way it's done. But
• 11:37
Speaker 2: that's where the lack of transparency, you know, and we
• 11:40
Speaker 2: can get to that. We could get to the end
• 11:41
Speaker 2: of this very quickly if we could read everything and
• 11:44
Speaker 2: see it, and even if they turned it over to
• 11:46
Speaker 2: you unredacted, it would be good. I mean, I realized,
• 11:48
Speaker 2: maybe it won't turn it into the public. But you know,
• 11:50
Speaker 2: I don't know how you do an investigation when you
• 11:52
Speaker 2: can't get all the material.
• 11:54
Speaker 3: Well, we're working on find out what the name is
• 11:56
Speaker 3: underneath those those those those black lines.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: We want to know who the name is or what
• 12:01
  Speaker 1: the name is.
• 12:01
Speaker 3: We want to know who that individual is, so again
• 12:03
Speaker 3: we can we can ask them questions like where did
• 12:05
Speaker 3: the I think, particularly that the email I keep citing,
• 12:08
Speaker 3: I won't know who that source is because I think
• 12:10
Speaker 3: it's the source that they were using. Who was the
• 12:13
Speaker 3: person alleging that the former chiefest staff was engaged. That's
• 12:17
Speaker 3: just just the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
• 12:19
Speaker 2: Well do you know what though, But it's a little
• 12:21
Speaker 2: bit like when they were using that guy Steel as
• 12:23
Speaker 2: a source they kept using it wouldn't tell but if
• 12:25
Speaker 2: anyone had pulled, if anyone had investigated Steel, you wouldn't
• 12:28
Speaker 2: have used him as a source, you know. But if
• 12:30
Speaker 2: you just say the person's a source and black it out,
• 12:32
Speaker 2: there's no way to challenge whether it's someone who has
• 12:35
Speaker 2: good information or it's someone's got an ax to grind
• 12:37
Speaker 2: or whatever. You know.
• 12:39
Speaker 3: That's that's not to and not to mention the sub
• 12:42
Speaker 3: sources that Steele was using, who would just further complicates
• 12:45
Speaker 3: it means there's more lies than that ridiculous dossier that
• 12:48
Speaker 3: they relied on to get warrants to go spawn a
• 12:50
  Speaker 3: presidential campaign.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: No great point, and it's again this all now has come.
• 12:56
Speaker 3: All getting exposed goes clear back to twenty sixteen when
• 13:00
Speaker 3: they spider it. That's when it all started, and we're
• 13:02
Speaker 3: starting to unravel it all. So that and the reason
• 13:05
Speaker 3: we want to unravel it all and hold people accountable
• 13:07
Speaker 3: is so that it doesn't happen again.
• 13:10
Speaker 2: Well, if I were if I were a government employer
• 13:12
Speaker 2: or anybody, and I found out that they were doing
• 13:14
Speaker 2: that to me without a warrant from a judge or
• 13:16
Speaker 2: from a grand jury, I would sue from a constitution
• 13:18
Speaker 2: of rights being violated because I tell you one thing.
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: You get.
• 13:21
Speaker 2: First of all, you get a big chunk of change
• 13:22
Speaker 2: out of the government. Secondly, you get a lot of discovery,
• 13:24
Speaker 2: you get a lot of information, you know, and we'd
• 13:27
Speaker 2: find out what the government is doing and not doing.
• 13:29
Speaker 2: Chairman Jim Jordan, thanks sir.
• 13:31
Speaker 5: You listen to Jim Jordan there and you hear what
• 13:33
Speaker 5: he had to say. It is truly incredible they were
• 13:36
Speaker 5: able to do this and abuse the power of the government.
• 13:39
Speaker 5: The good news is Donald Trump is making it very
• 13:42
Speaker 5: clear there's going to be accountability for people that abuse
• 13:46
Speaker 5: their power in the last administration or any administration. If
• 13:51
Speaker 5: there's evidence of major wrong doe It.
