- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna hop across the
- 0:06pond and we're gonna check in on Kiras Starmer. And
- 0:10as you all know, he's under incredible pressure over the
- 0:14fact that he was the guy who appointed mister Mandelsson
- 0:19to be the ambassador to the United States, especially considering
- 0:23that Kara Starmer knew exactly the kind of scumbag that
- 0:27mister Mandelsson was and is now. Of course, Kira Starmer
- 0:31he's not gonna take real responsibility for it. He'll say
- 0:35I'm sorry, he'll say that he was misled, he'll pass
- 0:38the buck, but he's not gonna resign. And if they're
- 0:43gonna get rid of Kari Starmer over in the UK,
- 0:46they're gonna have to force him out. Is that gonna happen?
- 0:49I don't know, but the pressure is certainly cooking and
- 0:53Karas Starmer is feeling that heat. Today we have an
- 0:57article from Time and the headline he cannot conceivably continue.
- 1:02UK Prime Minister Starmer faces drown calls to resign. This
- 1:06article was authored by Callum Sutherland. British Prime Minister Kuris
- 1:12Starmer has fiercely denied accusations that he deliberately misled lawmakers
- 1:16over his appointment a former UK ambassador to the US,
- 1:20Peter Mandelsson. No I did not mislead the House of Commons.
- 1:24I accept an information that I should have had, an
- 1:27information that the House should have had should have been
- 1:30before the House. But I did not mislead the House,
- 1:32Starmer said Monday, when asked if he inadvertently misled the
- 1:36Lower House of Parliament. Of course he didn't. Everything's a
- 1:40big accident. Mister Kiis Starmer had no idea that Mandelsshon
- 1:45and Jeffrey Epstein were buddies. I mean, how could you
- 1:47expect him, the Prime Minister of the UK, to know that.
- 1:51Meanwhile the rest of us knew exactly what Mandelson was
- 1:55and how deeply he was intertwined with Jeffrey Epstein. But sure,
- 2:00mister big shot over in the UK m I six
- 2:03Scotland yard. God knows what else had no idea? Does
- 2:08anybody believe that the arousing session in Westminster unfolded amid
- 2:14mounting calls for Starmer, the leader of the ruling Labor Party,
- 2:18to resign, after it was revealed last week that Mandelsson
- 2:21failed the security vetting in January of twenty twenty five,
- 2:25only for his appointment as ambassador to go ahead the
- 2:28following month. Anyway, on account of the Foreign Office overruling
- 2:32the decision, seems pretty clear cut. Somebody overruled the decision
- 2:38and decided that Mandelssohn was the perfect guy to send
- 2:41to DC. I mean, maybe they were thinking if they
- 2:45sent another Epstein class individual to deal with the other
- 2:48Epstein class individuals, it would behoove the UK. But short
- 2:54of that, what in the ever living hell was Kure
- 2:57Starmer thinking? Only Robbins, a top civil servant at the Foreign,
- 3:04Commonwealth and Development Office, was sacked after the sequence of
- 3:07events came to light. Always have to have a fall guy, right,
- 3:11Somebody like Cure as Starmer, he can't take responsibility for anything,
- 3:15so aways somebody else's fault. In this case it's Ali Robbins.
- 3:20When it comes to geopolitical issues, somebody else's fault, right,
- 3:24Never cure a Starmer's. Starmer denied having prior knowledge of
- 3:32the initial failed vetting process, telling Parliament that a deliberate
- 3:35decision was taken to withhold that material from him, you know,
- 3:38and that might be a bigger problem. Do you mean
- 3:42to tell me that the people inside of his government
- 3:44think it's okay to withhold material from him and pull
- 3:48end around decisions? And if so, do those same people
- 3:51have access to the nuclear codes? And I only say
- 3:54that half jokingly, Like what's even going on here? The
- 4:01embattled Prime Minister said that he only learned last Tuesday
- 4:04that the Foreign Office officials granted Mandelson developed vetting clearance
- 4:08against the specific recommendation of the UK security vetting. That
- 4:13should not be able to happen if the vetting system
- 4:15says that somebody shouldn't be in a position breaking news,
- 4:19they shouldn't be able to be overridden. And who decided
- 4:22to override that decision? Well, they're going to tell you
- 4:24that it was Ali Robbins, But I have my doubts.
- 4:28Do you really think that Ali Robbins just decided on
- 4:30his own to do that? I mean maybe, but if
- 4:34he's anything like the bureaucrats here in America, there's no way.
- 4:38Because the bureaucrats here in America, they know they got
- 4:41to kick that shit up, send that up to somebody
- 4:43else to make the decision, and then they'll just implement it,
- 4:46you know, like alex Acosta did. But it never fails
- 4:49that the government has to have a fall guy, and
- 4:51I guess in this case it's mister Robbins. If I
- 4:55had known before he took up his post that UKs
- 4:57V recommendation was that developed vetting clearance should be denied,
- 5:01I would not have gone ahead with that appointment. He insisted.
- 5:05What we all believe you, mister Starmer, another guy that
- 5:08deserves our trust, right, a very trustworthy individual. Starmer said
- 5:13that the correct vetting process had been followed and that
- 5:16a review of the process took place in September after
- 5:19MANDELSSHN was sacked from the role when a newly released
- 5:23batch of the files revealed he shared a closer than
- 5:26previously disclosed relationship with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
- 5:32Come on, we've been talking about mandelsonn and Epstein for
- 5:36five or six years. You mean to tell me that
- 5:39mister Kure Starmer had no clue what was going on,
- 5:41had no idea whatsoever that mister Mandelsson and Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:45were BFFs. And any way you chop it, it doesn't
- 5:48look good for Kure Starmer either. He's a dumbass who
- 5:50doesn't have control of the vetting process or his own people,
- 5:54or he looked the other way, which is it. But
- 5:57Starmer's defense did little to abate calls for him to resign,
- 6:00with leader of the Conservative Party Keemi Badnock telling him
- 6:04his reputation is at stake. Taking issue with the timeline
- 6:08of events put forward. Opposition leader a bad Knock argued
- 6:12that if Starmer found out about the fell vetting process
- 6:15on Tuesday, he should have told Parliament at the earliest
- 6:18opportunity in accordance with the Ministrel Code, which he argued
- 6:21should have been during the Prime Minister's questions on Wednesday.
- 6:25And it's not only members of the Opposition who are
- 6:28holding Starmer to task, as he's also facing stern criticism
- 6:32from some of his Labor peers, and he should If
- 6:35you want to hold other people accountable, you have to
- 6:37hold your own people accountable. So if Labor wants to
- 6:40be taken seriously when it comes to Epstein, they have
- 6:43to make sure they do the right thing when it
- 6:45comes to Starmer, the question is will they. As the
- 6:50UK leader navigates the growing crisis, Here's what to know
- 6:53about the series of events that led to Monday's tents
- 6:56parliamentary session and where things currently stand. Mandelssohn was announced
- 7:03as the incoming ambassador to the US by Starmer in
- 7:06late twenty twenty four. Having served in a number of
- 7:09cabinet and advisory positions under multiple Labor governments since the nineties,
- 7:14the season politician was viewed by some as a strong pick,
- 7:18although his previous resignations did raise some concerns. In nineteen
- 7:23ninety eight, he resigned his Trade and Industry Secretary after
- 7:26a secret loan from a fellow minister was revealed. In
- 7:29two thousand and one, he resigned again, this time from
- 7:33his position as Northern Ireland Minister, over allegations of misconduct
- 7:37related to a passport application for the Hinduja Brothers. An
- 7:42inquiry later cleared him of any wrongdoing. Of course it did.
- 7:47They're not going to put somebody like mister Mandelssh on
- 7:49the rack. Just not going to happen. He was also
- 7:54known to have some type of relationship with Epstein, which
- 7:57Starmer initially defended prior to additional information coming to light
- 8:01such bs don't buy it. Starmer's lying, and there's an
- 8:04active cover up, right now as we speak in the UK,
- 8:10we have parallel cover ups going on right now, and
- 8:13it's wild and bananas to me that more people aren't
- 8:15hip to it. The ambassador has repeatedly expressed his deep
- 8:22regret for his association with him. I have confidence in
- 8:25him and he's playing an important role in the UK
- 8:29US relationship, said the Prime Minister. Wow, talk about being
- 8:33tone deaf, talk about not understanding the optics, talk about
- 8:37not caring about the survivors and the people that were
- 8:40harmed by Jeffrey Epstein. Mandelsson officially started the role in
- 8:46February of twenty twenty five, but in September he was
- 8:49fired after emails between himself and Epstein were published, unveiling
- 8:54a closer than previously the vulge relationship. The correspondence also
- 8:59showed that Mandelson maintained a relationship with Epstein after the
- 9:03disgraced financier pedophile was first convicted of procuring an underage
- 9:07girl in two thousand and eight. Upon his dismissal, MANDELSSN
- 9:13told embassy staff that he felt utterly awful about his
- 9:16association with Epstein. No, he felt awful about being outed.
- 9:21Please tell the truth like at least dig up that
- 9:24much humility and be honest. Now you've been caught, you've
- 9:28been outed, Stop bullshitting. In January, when over three and
- 9:34a half million more pages of the Epstein files were released,
- 9:37further correspondence came to light that proved even more damning. Mandelssh,
- 9:41when serving as Business Secretary under former Prime Minister Gordon
- 9:45Brown from two thousand and eight to twenty ten, appeared
- 9:48to tell Epstein he would lobby other government officials in
- 9:51an effort to reduce attacks on a banker's bonuses. In
- 9:55another email, he appeared to have forwarded an internal government
- 9:59report to ABSO which showed ways the UK might raise
- 10:03funds after the two thousand and eight financial crisis. He
- 10:07also seemingly tipped off Ebstein that Brown would be resigning
- 10:10in twenty ten and that the EU would announce a
- 10:13five hundred billion pound ball out the stem the Greek
- 10:17debt crisis. And that might sound like mundane information to you,
- 10:21but it's not to Epstein. That's how you get insider
- 10:25trading tracks, that's how you're ahead of the game, that's
- 10:28how you make a fortune. In February, Mandelsson was arrested
- 10:32on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and was released
- 10:36after questioning set to remain under investigation. Well, he should
- 10:40be under investigation. He should be charged. I think there's
- 10:43enough evidence to charge him. A government inquiry into the
- 10:48former ambassador's appointment to Washington was launched, with initial findings
- 10:52published in March. In a significant blow for the Prime Minister,
- 10:57one of his labor appeers as joined calls for him
- 10:59to resign. He cannot conceivably continue as a credible prime
- 11:04minister any longer. Lord Maurice Glassman told the Telegraph, if
- 11:08you can't own your mistakes, you can't move. All he
- 11:11needed to say was we made an error. But he's
- 11:14completely stuck in saying he hasn't done anything wrong. So
- 11:17this can't go away. And that's the truth. You have
- 11:20to own it, especially if you want to be somebody
- 11:23that's taken seriously suspended. Labor lawmaker Diane Abbott also criticized
- 11:29Starmar's handling of the situation. Ordinary people don't really care
- 11:33about process and procedure. They want transparency, She said. He
- 11:37insists on saying nobody told me anything. Nobody told me.
- 11:40The question is why didn't the Prime minister, ask bingo,
- 11:45that really is the question, and Diane Abbot, whoever she is,
- 11:49hit the knell on the head. You gotta be more inquisitive.
- 11:53The buck stops with you ask some questions. On Monday,
- 11:57Opposition leader bad Knock doubled down on our argue in
- 12:00that Starmer had misled Parliament. I'm only holding the Prime
- 12:04Minister to the same standard to which he held others,
- 12:07she said, referring to a previous occasion where Starmer stated
- 12:10if a prime minister misleads Parliament, they should resign. Does
- 12:14he stand by those words or is there one rule
- 12:17for him and another for everyone else? Well, we know
- 12:20the answer. Starmer's part of the club, folks, you are not.
- 12:24So yeah, there's a different set of rules for mister Starmer.
- 12:29Bad Knock previously said that Starmer's position was untenable following
- 12:34Robin's dismissal. Leader of the Liberal Democrats at Davy has
- 12:38voice similar concerns. He blames his officials, He says he
- 12:41has no idea. He gives every impression of a prime
- 12:44minister in office, but not in power. Davy said in
- 12:48the House of Commons on Monday, we need a government
- 12:51of honesty, integrity and accountability. So will the Prime Minister
- 12:56finally accept that the only way he can help deliver
- 12:59that is to resign? Well he should, the question is
- 13:03Willie My opinion he won't. People like Kias Starmer, they
- 13:09don't seed power, They have to have it wrestled from them.
- 13:12And if you think that Cure of Starmer is any
- 13:14different and that he's just gonna give power up, you
- 13:16got another thing coming. So what do you folks think?
- 13:19Do you think that Kure of Starmer is going to
- 13:20be forced out? Or do you think that he's gonna
- 13:22weather the storm? Shoot me some emails and let me know.
