- 0:14Jennifer GNC, where we discuss what it really takes to heal your body.
- 0:18With the symbol tools we source is a mindset to get you there.
- 0:22I am determined to show you the reality of navigating the medical space as a patient caregiver and loved ones.
- 0:31So you can be empowered and take back the most precious and important asset of your life, which is your health.
- 0:38Let's get ready.
- 0:39Comfortable and get started Hello, healers.
- 0:42Welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:44This episode is going to be completely different than the ones that are usually recorded, because this is not about the patients about me and my partner is what I've been going through.
- 0:54And I decided to record this podcast for multiple, multiple reasons.
- 0:58Reason number one.
- 0:59You as a patient of mine or prospective patients, you've seen the communications taking place internally in my practice, have I have to change my policies, my procedures, we had to really, enforce some boundaries and limitations.
- 1:13We've changed a lot.
- 1:14We've made a lot of changes.
- 1:15So in the past six months, And you probably wondering what's going on with Dr.
- 1:19Jensie, what's going on with the one that's going to NJ.
- 1:21And I felt like I need to really do this.
- 1:24Podcast to get it off my chest to kind of explain to you.
- 1:27How many of us doctors are going through a lot.
- 1:31Of issues, challenges and obstacles in our practice.
- 1:35And we don't feel like we should talk about it, why we don't want to be judged.
- 1:39We don't want to be viewed and seen as week.
- 1:41As a practitioner, as a doctor, patients are looking at us as the scone ones.
- 1:46Like we don't have feelings, we don't have emotions.
- 1:48Everything's going well for us.
- 1:50Which is not true.
- 1:51If you are seeing what's going on in the medical world right now that does a live in the practice that doesn't get him.
- 1:57Major depression and anxiety.
- 1:59I know for me, I suffered with depression anxiety for multiple, multiple, multiple years, because I didn't know that's what it was coming from.
- 2:08a different culture.
- 2:10We are not supposed to talk about our depression and anxiety.
- 2:13We're supposed to go through it and don't get help.
- 2:15So I've worked on that.
- 2:17I'm still having a bit of anxiety.
- 2:19But that's okay.
- 2:20I'm working on that.
- 2:21Anxiety is going to be with us.
- 2:22For ever.
- 2:23We just have to know how to manage it.
- 2:25There are different levels of anxiety.
- 2:27There's different levels of depression.
- 2:28Life is not about happiness.
- 2:30A hundred percent is 50, 50, 50%.
- 2:33Good.
- 2:33And 50% bed.
- 2:35And another reason why I wanted to record this podcast besides, you know, letting you know that doctors are human beings.
- 2:41I know like you.
- 2:42That does that feelings, emotions, and we have challenges and obstacles is to really bring you behind the scenes.
- 2:47If you're looking at this and you're a business owner.
- 2:50You can relate to what I'm going to say.
- 2:52If you're looking at this, you are, you have a type, a personality, and you're passionate about what you do and knew what good for people you want the world.
- 3:00To really see all the possibilities, then you understand what I'm going to talk about, so there are three groups of people.
- 3:07Listening to this group one again, you'll see me as a weakness.
- 3:11You're like, okay, this is not my doctor.
- 3:12She's why she talking about this?
- 3:14Why she verbalized in this issue?
- 3:16They should be kept privately.
- 3:18Your patients are not supposed to know about this.
- 3:20And group number two.
- 3:21You're going to look at this as, okay.
- 3:23She's too long.
- 3:24She is putting this issue out there to help other people to better herself, to better her practice.
- 3:30Therefore, the community is going to receive a happy.
- 3:32Healthy mentally and physically, and also emotionally healthy.
- 3:37Dr.
- 3:37So therefore she'll be there for her patients.
- 3:39And group number three, you're going to look at this interest.
- 3:43George.
- 3:43You're going to judge.
- 3:45You're going to, you know, click off this podcast.
- 3:47You're going to move on with your life for all three groups.
- 3:51I love you.
- 3:52I thank you for your support and understand this is not the podcast for everybody.
- 3:56I am not for everybody.
- 3:58At the end of the day, I am.
- 4:00Passionate about what I do.
- 4:02I love what I do.
- 4:03I believe you can heal your body.
- 4:06Different ways.
- 4:07So therefore I have a different philosophy.
- 4:09I see life differently as they have differently.
- 4:12And I am not for everybody.
- 4:13Now, disclaimer, this is not a podcast to batch my patients, to judge them, to criticize them, to blame them.
- 4:20This is a bad case of me owning, When taking ownership of my responsibilities and how I went about practicing.
- 4:28And because of that, I suffered with depression.
- 4:31I, I know I wasn't practicing In my zone of genius, I felt like I was really in a place of convincing people because I wanted so badly for them to heal themselves for them to see all the things out there, all the options, and for them to make a better decision and also opening up my practice is not a way of me to fix an issue.
- 4:52Medical injustice.
- 4:53That is huge in our world.
- 4:55And I felt like by practicing the way I practice.
- 4:58And by opening my door to all different various type of people.
- 5:01I can do that as well.
- 5:03Well in this corner, NG has been open for the past six years.
- 5:06The formation was done.
- 5:08March.
- 5:09Of 2018.
- 5:11So now at six years, but we've been open for a long time.
- 5:14As a practitioner, as many of you guys know my.
- 5:17History.
- 5:18Of healing, my body, and I helped, you know, family members held the bodies.
- 5:23And I know, I know the healing power of herbs.
- 5:26I know the damaging effect of medications and surgeries.
- 5:31And quick fixes and shortcuts and all of that stuff.
- 5:34And I took it upon myself to practice the unconventional way with that comes a lot of.
- 5:39Difficulties and challenges, which I walk on.
- 5:42Now.
- 5:42Has the title said I attracted the one patients.
- 5:45So this is what happened in my practice.
- 5:48I have love for every body.
- 5:51I love every single human being that walked into my parties.
- 5:55At the same time, because I love them all.
- 5:57I know they can get off the medications if that's what they choose to do, the gas, the bloat, the energy issues can be resolved, because of my love for people, my love for healing, and I love what I do.
- 6:08I love to my core, to my soul being a functional medicine doctor.
- 6:13I love learning about new herbs, new supplements, new ways of filling nobodies.
- 6:17I have years of expertise.
- 6:19I have years of experiences I've help inhaled.
- 6:22So many, many, many, people.
- 6:24In this past six years, and when you know something, you feel like the whole world should know about it.
- 6:30You feel like you should help all the people that are looking for a different solution, a better solution, and they should have options in front of them.
- 6:37Because of that, I went on a journey of really working with anybody.
- 6:40But what I'm realizing, working with everybody.
- 6:43And anybody is not a good thing.
- 6:45Because people will come to me and knowing that I have caring, nature.
- 6:50I can give and giving, giving, people take and take and take.
- 6:53For instance, like this is a previous thing that just happened.
- 6:56We had a patient that reach out to us.
- 6:59We did a consultation.
- 7:00Consultation is$430.
- 7:02The patient was expected to have.
- 7:05Protocol.
- 7:06For$430.
- 7:08My consultations, which is way cheaper than what the insurance is covering right now is$430 for two office visit.
- 7:15So the first office visit, we talk about what's going on.
- 7:18I gave you a lot of scope and then the second office visit, we go over the results.
- 7:22But people expect them because of they pay in money and my services are not covered by insurance.
- 7:27They can have the whole world.
- 7:28They should be having that consultation.
- 7:30The follow-up unlimited access to me.
- 7:33They questions being answered right away.
- 7:35And they get mad.
- 7:36And have my supplements, like a protocol that people pay.
- 7:40Thousands of dollars for, they should also have an included in the$430.
- 7:44So we had an issue where the lady was very upset and decided to, you know, threaten us and going to do this.
- 7:49And under that, and that kind of really opened up my eyes to say, okay, this is not right.
- 7:54Because I am there for my patients that understand.
- 7:58And value my services.
- 8:00I am there for my patients that we really in and ready to take actions into the work.
- 8:06And for the past three years, we've been having a mixture of all the one people in our practice.
- 8:12And because I want for them to heal the bodies, because I feel like since they've seen so many practitioners and I might be one person that could literally have them change their lives.
- 8:22So I go above and beyond and I feel like I'm convincing, I'm begging them.
- 8:27I'm pleading with them.
- 8:28Please take care of your house.
- 8:30Please do this.
- 8:31Please do that.
- 8:31And they take that for.
- 8:32For granted and kind of use our practice.
- 8:35So I created a list of people that have been attracted to my non ideal patient.
- 8:41Again, this is not to bash anyone.
- 8:43Fall in these, characteristics, I'm not batching, I'm not blaming you.
- 8:47Thanking you because, of that, we have made so many changes in our practice.
- 8:51Don't understand this cartel.
- 8:53And you don't believe, agree with them.
- 8:54That's okay.
- 8:55Because I know this podcast can also trigger many people as well, but just like I track this so many.
- 9:01Wrong.
- 9:01None.
- 9:02Ideal patients also have beautiful, beautiful, so crushing wonderful patients in my practice as well.
- 9:10I have couples.
- 9:11I have.
- 9:11Two couples I'm thinking of now they know who they are.
- 9:13Listen to the podcast.
- 9:14I love them.
- 9:15I love my patients.
- 9:17I have a few young ladies in my parties that I love.
- 9:20So I attracted.
- 9:21Wonderful people.
- 9:22And that also attracted.
- 9:23The Wong people.
- 9:24It's a mixture just like life is 50 50.
- 9:27These are the people I've been, working with.
- 9:29They don't believe in natural medicine.
- 9:32Doesn't believe that healing is possible.
- 9:34And they think by taking the medication.
- 9:36It's really helping the symptoms.
- 9:38Now it might be Auntie why, they talking to you?
- 9:40What it's all contained because they want to get off the medications.
- 9:43And the medications are creating side effects, but different symptoms they used to have, for instance, with diabetes.
- 9:49Metformin is creating stomach issues.
- 9:51Glyburide is creating stomach issues.
- 9:54But when they look at the hemoglobin A1C or the glucose, those numbers can be decreased.
- 9:59So they think the medication is helping them.
- 10:01When in fact.
- 10:02Medication is not.
- 10:03So these are the people.
- 10:04So what I do, I am convinced in them.
- 10:06I'm telling them, please, you have to make sure that you get off this medication because that's why your liver is failing.
- 10:12Your kidneys is when.
- 10:13That's why you have so many inflammation.
- 10:14That's why your neck is hurting.
- 10:15Your back is hurting.
- 10:16Your bones are hurting.
- 10:17You need to get off the medication.
- 10:19So on and so forth.
- 10:20And also they are looking for quick fixes, quick fixes is not a thing.
- 10:24If you suffer with any health.
- 10:26Issues or elements four months is gonna take you years to completely restore the function of your body.
- 10:33When you walk with me in three months, six months, we take you to a state from disease to.
- 10:39Wellness, we stabilize your body, but we're not completely healing you in three months.
- 10:44This is not realistic.
- 10:46Again, my fault.
- 10:47I had to explain that to them and I didn't do a good job about that.
- 10:49So I'm taking ownership.
- 10:50I am taking the full responsibility of everything that I'm discussing today.
- 10:54We have lack of agency to make decisions, meaning that they need someone else to make that decision for them.
- 10:59This is going to be huge.
- 11:01The statement right there for many of you, because I know many of you depends on your spouse to give you the permission to spend money on your health.
- 11:08But what you have to understand is when you spend money on new.
- 11:11You are your best investment, your home will be a happier home.
- 11:15Your children will be, we see a happy individual, your spouse.
- 11:18Was he a happy person.
- 11:20We get on this natural heading assessment call, but then you have to go ask your spouse for the money.
- 11:24I want to work with people.
- 11:26They know what they want.
- 11:27Even if they have to check with the spouse to make sure the fund is there.
- 11:30Of course, you need to tell your spouse.
- 11:32Going on, but the final decision is yours.
- 11:35And is your body, your health, as long as you finding the right practitioner and that practitioner is a good fit for you.
- 11:42Just talk to your spouse and say, Hey, I've been suffering the stomach issue for years.
- 11:46I'm thinking to get healthy so that our relationship can grow and flourish.
- 11:51That's another issue, a lot of those, and I'm like, okay.
- 11:53Well, go ahead.
- 11:54Talk to your spouse and then a year from now, you're still suffering.
- 11:57Another, type of people we've been attracting.
- 11:59They are trapping, they stories and circumstances, and they don't want to let go of the past.
- 12:03I understand you've seen so many doctors, you have trauma.
- 12:07You have PTSD.
- 12:08Me too.
- 12:08You know how many times I have to invest masterminds and programs and coaching and I got no results.
- 12:14I learned from that.
- 12:15I move on.
- 12:16I learned to better have discernment to better choose my next coach and to really do my due diligence and work to see if that person is.
- 12:25Best fit for me.
- 12:26I offer it for my patients to talk to any of my patients.
- 12:29Like I have patients that will get on the phone with you and say, Hey, yes, I work with Dr.
- 12:33Jensi.
- 12:33I paid her tons of money and I get a result.
- 12:36That's the work you need to do.
- 12:37Look at your views because of my services are not covered by insurance, so I'm not making this up.
- 12:42When somebody gives you, if you're on Google, Google verifies, it is a true human being.
- 12:46It's not me using a different IP address.
- 12:48They are not ready to let go of the past.
- 12:50They are not realistic with the work that is required.
- 12:53Oh my God.
- 12:54We find ourselves chasing patients right now.
- 12:56They pay money.
- 12:58They are not answering our weekly.
- 13:00Check-ins.
- 13:01They just Mia.
- 13:03We have to chase them.
- 13:04And these are the people that are coming back and say, Hey, I work with you three months ago, life happened I'm back.
- 13:10I still have the stomach issues.
- 13:12I still have this as they have that.
- 13:13I want my money back if you enroll in a program for three four months I'm expecting, that's what you want.
- 13:18That is priority, you're going to show up for yourself and you're going to do the work.
- 13:23Because I'm going to show up for you.
- 13:24I'm putting my self on the line for you.
- 13:27Ruling for you, right?
- 13:29So you should do the same.
- 13:30So they go Mia, it's like they don't trust in themselves.
- 13:32Then a lot of handholding,.
- 13:34I'm giving her the tools I'm giving the new sources, but I can not cook the food for you.
- 13:37So if there's a, an ingredient in one of the recipes that I give you, that doesn't resonate with, you.
- 13:42Change it.
- 13:43If God has given me stomach issues and wants you to believe in yourself so you can make the right decision.
- 13:49Because garlic is not bad for every human being.
- 13:51It is too powerful for you.
- 13:53Trusting that you move the ingredients as causing the stomach issue.
- 13:56Very simple, but people don't believe in themselves.
- 13:59Right.
- 13:59They give the power away.
- 14:01You can do so many things.
- 14:02You don't need approval from anybody else.
- 14:05You just need the right guidance, we source is support, accountability.
- 14:09Somebody that's going to be there for you when you need that person.
- 14:11Not somebody that's going to hold your hands.
- 14:13And then you depend on that person for every single decision-making.
- 14:17They are super inconsistent.
- 14:18They don't show up for themselves.
- 14:20They don't prioritize our services.
- 14:21They cancel last minute, we had a lot of that in the last six months.
- 14:25Specifically with the Ivy vitamin therapy.
- 14:27We'll make the bag and people will call last minute and cancel.
- 14:30You have to be responsible for your actions.
- 14:32So I feel like some, patients do not take out services seriously.
- 14:36They will cancel our services to go see a primary care doctor.
- 14:39That's going to give him a pill or medication.
- 14:41And I don't understand.
- 14:43But yet you come to me for help, To me.
- 14:45That's a disrespect.
- 14:46Don't come to me.
- 14:47If you're not going to value my services.
- 14:50My health because I'm here for you hundred percent so another type of patients we've been attracting, they are so busy.
- 14:56They don't have time to meal prep.
- 14:58They don't have time to grocery shop.
- 14:59They don't have that time to do anything to follow any recommendations.
- 15:02Life happens.
- 15:03Well guess what life would continue to happen.
- 15:05That's how you continue to stay sick.
- 15:07This is true.
- 15:08Again, so many people are going to get triggered in this podcast, and I'm not gonna apologize because this is the truth.
- 15:13We live in a world that is sick people, and it's going to get worse.
- 15:17That does live in medicine.
- 15:18This world that we live in is going to get worse.
- 15:21People going to get sicker and sicker and sicker and sicker.
- 15:24That is why pharmaceutical companies are puking out.
- 15:27It's zillion medications to help those people that are not prioritizing the health.
- 15:32So when we get sick, we ended up in the hospital.
- 15:35What's going to be the priority now.
- 15:36That's when you're fighting for your life.
- 15:37That's when things get so bad, now you have to wheelie create the time.
- 15:41They pay a fee and a typical functional medicine package is$10,000.
- 15:47You paid 4,000, 3,006,000.
- 15:51And I realize sometimes it takes time to heal and that's.
- 15:54Okay.
- 15:55I'm willing to work with my patients to get them to a place.
- 15:57Where they can establish themselves as long as they do in the part.
- 16:01And then let them go.
- 16:02Because our services are not covered by insurance.
- 16:05And it's not just me.
- 16:06It's all holistic integrated functional medicine, if my services was covered by insurance, then I'll be having so many people and we'll have a big impact the world you pay money and you get the result that I promise you, or that we work together.
- 16:19Don't pay a fee and expect all your issues to go away in three, four months.
- 16:23We are faced every day with toxins, viruses, your environment may be toxic.
- 16:29So don't expect miracles.
- 16:31I don't create miracles.
- 16:33They're afraid of taking the supplements.
- 16:35Now, why would I give you something to hurt you?
- 16:37One thing you have to understand.
- 16:38Natural medicine is safer.
- 16:40Then the medications that you're taking right now.
- 16:42Functional medicine is safer than conventional medicine.
- 16:44What is the most common side effects you can get from something I give is detox reaction.
- 16:48That's it.
- 16:49I promise you, there's nothing I'm doing to your body.
- 16:51That's going to kill you.
- 16:52But we live in the wall where we saw afraid every little aches and pains.
- 16:55We have, we, scared.
- 16:56No, let your body do.
- 16:59What it's supposed to do.
- 17:00And just be patient.
- 17:02So much resistance.
- 17:03I have patients right now that are not taking the herbs that I give them because they're afraid.
- 17:07I'm like, what are you afraid about?
- 17:08I'm here.
- 17:09Maybe I didn't do a good job explaining to you.
- 17:11So just tell me that.
- 17:11So, Dr.
- 17:12Jensi, I'm still confused.
- 17:13I don't know what I'm doing.
- 17:14I am an open book.
- 17:16I am here to help you.
- 17:17So do not be afraid.
- 17:18This is the people we've been working with.
- 17:20And I attract them.
- 17:21I let them in my world.
- 17:22This is my fault.
- 17:23I should have.
- 17:24We now have a better, a process of elimination of really getting the right people in my practice, which I don't, because again, I am so in love with healing, the body.
- 17:34I know that's what I'm supposed to do.
- 17:36And it's not as simple as giving you a pill.
- 17:37No, we have to work on the mindset.
- 17:39We have to work on the actions, creating new habits, and I'm here to support you.
- 17:44I'm here on this journey with you.
- 17:46So therefore have a desire to help as many people as possible.
- 17:49I don't need to convince people is it that you want this, or you don't want this there's a lot of confusion is I understand that because sometimes I explain things to people, I think it's coming since, because I've been doing it for years now, and no, it's my first time I'm hearing this.
- 18:03I don't understand it.
- 18:04I need to do a better job explaining to people what that is.
- 18:07Because of my people pleasing, I found myself and I'm having boundaries.
- 18:11I'm afraid if I don't answer them, they're going to get mad.
- 18:14They're going to get upset.
- 18:15I've had a great track record right now of like people loving us, even the people that I have to convince and chase.
- 18:22At the end of the day, since they got resolved.
- 18:24But that was all fell so hard.
- 18:26So challenging.
- 18:28It's draining.
- 18:29So that creates massive anxiety a lack of confidence in me.
- 18:34It's like, what am I doing wrong?
- 18:36How come some people can just come take what they need and do well.
- 18:39Other people's that can have to chase them.
- 18:41They always bring in, oh, I pay money for this.
- 18:43I pay money for the stupid four.
- 18:44Thousand dollars, Healing.
- 18:45Nobody's priceless.
- 18:47And I understand it's like that the agency, I don't have the money.
- 18:49You don't know what I have to do, you know, to make that money.
- 18:51I have to work hard.
- 18:52Yes.
- 18:52I understand.
- 18:53You have to work really hard.
- 18:54Go to work and have priorities.
- 18:56You have children, you have bills, you have responsibilities, but if you don't have your health, you cannot take care of any of that stuff.
- 19:01Our services are affordable.
- 19:03If you had to work with those gurus, you would have been 15,$20,000.
- 19:07And they don't have the support.
- 19:09They Canterbury that we do.
- 19:11I genuinely love my patients.
- 19:13Love what I do.
- 19:14I love my practice.
- 19:15I can.
- 19:16Wait to come to work.
- 19:17Because I love what I do.
- 19:19And I do it with such passion, such conviction.
- 19:22And I'm always here to improve people's health.
- 19:26As long as you are showing up for yourself, you're doing what you're supposed to do I would think about my patients in a mindset.
- 19:32What are they doing right now?
- 19:33Are they taking the pills?
- 19:34Is the blood going away?
- 19:35Is the fit ticketing?
- 19:36And boom.
- 19:36And then when I speak to them, like, it's the blood going away?
- 19:39Oh yeah.
- 19:40It, I scream.
- 19:41Oh, I couldn't resist.
- 19:42Well, I suppose for the blood to go away.
- 19:44This is an issue that many doctors face with, and we don't feel like we can talk about it because we don't want to be judged.
- 19:50I said, doctor, we are professionals.
- 19:52We have no feelings.
- 19:53Wong.
- 19:54Lot of doctors are popping pills right now.
- 19:56That does a C in 20 patients a day.
- 19:58They're that practicing self care.
- 20:00They are literally dying.
- 20:01They live in medicine.
- 20:03Open your eyes.
- 20:04That's why you takes three months for a doctor to see you.
- 20:06You're on the waiting list for a month.
- 20:08I had a patient who came to me.
- 20:09Had cancer.
- 20:10And then college has told them, okay, it was scheduled for a month from now as a human being, it's like, no, I want to be seen now.
- 20:15There's a movement happening in medicine right now.
- 20:17And it's going to get worse, not to scale you, just open your eyes.
- 20:21Do your research is going to get worse.
- 20:23Doctors are tired and exhausted themselves.
- 20:26That's the truth.
- 20:27Having said that I only want to work with ideal patients.
- 20:31Only.
- 20:31And we have a process of squinting them.
- 20:34And for the past month, I've been telling people I cannot help them.
- 20:37I've been literally pushing people away.
- 20:39I even told some of my patients that I'm not taking a lot of patients right now.
- 20:44So when I sat and I thought about it, I'm like, how are you supposed to help?
- 20:47How are you supposed to make a difference?
- 20:48If you pushing people away?
- 20:50At the end of the day, it's your fault.
- 20:51You're attracting the wrong people, You cannot blame these people and I don't.
- 20:54It's your fault.
- 20:55Right.
- 20:56So you are chosen to do this work on this earth.
- 21:00You chosen to help people.
- 21:02You closing your doors.
- 21:04I just wanted to shut the door and just get in the corner and cry.
- 21:07Because so many things is happening to us and I couldn't understand.
- 21:10I had the right intentions, but people come to me.
- 21:13They are in life support.
- 21:14And they expect they're going to get a pill and they're going to.
- 21:17Be healed.
- 21:18Which is very, very well.
- 21:19If you ask me.
- 21:20And when they come to me that, well, I don't know.
- 21:22I'm still having this.
- 21:23It's been a week.
- 21:24And you've been having this for years.
- 21:26So it was so much happening.
- 21:27And I had to really do something about it.
- 21:30No, I'm taking my power back.
- 21:32As a doctor, as a bad-ass practitioner, I know.
- 21:36My services.
- 21:37Can help.
- 21:38So many people.
- 21:39I know my treatments.
- 21:41Uh, effective.
- 21:41I know it's been six years and we have over.
- 21:4580.
- 21:45But that's more than that because I have 70 Google reviews, but some people just send us, writings because they don't want to have the names and Google.
- 21:52So we have so many, so many, we've use.
- 21:54So I have a track record of helping people, the right people.
- 21:58So maybe saying what at the agency, what is the right people again, to have so many right.
- 22:02Patients.
- 22:03I want to teach people strategies.
- 22:05I want to work on people's mindset.
- 22:07I want to help them take massive actions to create massive success.
- 22:11That's the people on the walk with these people are resourceful, if I add something on the recipes is giving us stomach issues, they will move it.
- 22:18That's what I'm saying by being resourceful.
- 22:19They believe in the future self.
- 22:21See themselves in the future, not where they are.
- 22:24Decision makers, they don't need convincing.
- 22:27They are open-minded.
- 22:28They are not aiming for average results.
- 22:31They see the bigger impact the bigger picture so that's the people I want to work with.
- 22:35They want to show up for themselves?
- 22:36Ask question, raise their hands.
- 22:38They believe the in the possibility of healing.
- 22:41My best patients are easy.
- 22:43They make my job effortless.
- 22:45I will go above and beyond for them.
- 22:48I think about them in a positive way.
- 22:51have a few, have two couples.
- 22:52These people makes my job so easy and they've been with me for years because as they know healing, doesn't take a month, three months here.
- 23:01Healing is a continuous process I'm always going to do whatever, what I can do to help them.
- 23:05They have me, I feel like they are family.
- 23:08And I love them.
- 23:09They ask questions.
- 23:10They come prepared.
- 23:11If something is not working, they don't feel like they are victim.
- 23:14Poor me.
- 23:15I have a flu poor me.
- 23:16I have a cold, well, yes.
- 23:17A lot of people have goals right now as, I mean like your health is declining, so happens that you need to continue working on your immune system.
- 23:24They believe in what we do.
- 23:25They see the work that we are.
- 23:27Putting it out there in the world, I want to give them the tools and the resources.
- 23:31My expertise.
- 23:32This is years of experiences.
- 23:34I am not a chicken.
- 23:35I've been doing this for years.
- 23:36One of the ways that I will list stress is by researching.
- 23:39I'm always with search and Arabs.
- 23:41I'm always talking to companies.
- 23:43I'm always going to, seminars and conferences.
- 23:46I'm always learning because it's my job to learn the best thing out there as the world is changing.
- 23:51Medicine is changing and take that to you guys.
- 23:54To say, view the work, the stress, the anxiety of finding the best.
- 23:59In the herbs that could be healing.
- 24:01I have to learn about the conventional world, bring that into my functional world.
- 24:05That I can better educate my patients.
- 24:07They care about themselves.
- 24:09World.
- 24:10Each other.
- 24:11And always willing to do whatever it takes.
- 24:13So these are the people that I want to work with.
- 24:16So in 2023.
- 24:18There'll be no more bacon.
- 24:19It's, you know, you want our services or you don't.
- 24:21If I'm not the partitioner for you.
- 24:23That's okay, too.
- 24:24I'm.
- 24:24I'm not for everybody.
- 24:25I'm a very special person.
- 24:27I do things very different.
- 24:29It requires a different person to work with us.
- 24:32To see results as well.
- 24:34So I come to term with that.
- 24:35I cannot please everyone.
- 24:37I can not work with everyone.
- 24:39I don't want to, and I cannot help everyone.
- 24:42And I don't want to.
- 24:43So having said that we have weekly.
- 24:46Putting some strict boundaries and limitations.
- 24:48Now.
- 24:49I will not be unpracticed better answering people's questions in emails after work hours.
- 24:57Moving forward.
- 24:57Things might change.
- 24:58We only here Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- 25:01We are often Thursday.
- 25:02We hear every other Saturday we have Friday and it's.
- 25:05Nine to four 30.
- 25:06So if I get a message, if it's not an emergency, I will not answer it.
- 25:10There's nothing I do to my patients that are creating mass in distress.
- 25:14My services are safe, they're effective.
- 25:17And I vet them.
- 25:18I use them on myself and my staff and my team and my family before I put them out there.
- 25:23That's part of my philosophy.
- 25:25We will not be inserting.
- 25:26NAFLD my private patients, because I do have a tube.
- 25:29Why would patients that's different for them?
- 25:31I will continued to check on them.
- 25:33Whenever I feel like if I'm thinking about them, I will send them a text.
- 25:36I will send them an email, they know who they are.
- 25:38I have a few and they choose to work with me on a larger scale.
- 25:42They value everything and they are the ones that are not sending museum questions either.
- 25:47Patients still gonna have access to us.
- 25:48The support is going to be there.
- 25:50Of course they, Canterbury is going to be there.
- 25:52You will get an answer.
- 25:53As soon as possible.
- 25:55You still going to get your check-ins and you don't answer after a month, you are moved from the program.
- 26:00I will not be chasing people anymore.
- 26:02If we give you a lab core script.
- 26:04And it's been a month.
- 26:05You haven't done the LabCorp scrip.
- 26:07You are gone.
- 26:07You will not get it with fun and I don't care.
- 26:09You can go bash me and give me a pole with you.
- 26:11You can do whatever you want.
- 26:12I did my part.
- 26:14You are gone.
- 26:14Going to quickly look at your file.
- 26:16If you need to reopen your file, then that's fine.
- 26:18Come back, you're going to pay for a follow-up visit.
- 26:20And then we're going to open up your phone and see where we are in.
- 26:23You know, take it from there.
- 26:24What else?
- 26:25If you come to me and would they blood work?
- 26:27You have to check with wherever you don't have the money and I'm not a good fit for you.
- 26:31That's okay.
- 26:32We will close your file.
- 26:34I'm not going to have open files.
- 26:36Something would have happened to you.
- 26:37God forbid.
- 26:38And then, you know, they find that I'm the last doctor you saw and we saw all this abnormal values on your paper.
- 26:44Like people have high.
- 26:45Cardiac markers.
- 26:47Like you need to do something about that.
- 26:48If you see we active boards in a D dimers.
- 26:50If these things are high, you need to do something about that.
- 26:53That's inflammation.
- 26:54That's your heart under stress.
- 26:55That's a risk for class in your lungs.
- 26:57I'm not going to be responsible if something like that happens to you.
- 27:00After we give you a few days to really talk to whoever you need to talk, look at your finances, decide if we're a good fit for you.
- 27:07And.
- 27:08You say we're not that's.
- 27:09Okay.
- 27:10What was your place?
- 27:11And you take the blood.
- 27:12Work.
- 27:12To the next practitioner and do what's best for you because at the end of the day, since I am the one who tested you and find all these abnormal values, I am the one to treat you.
- 27:20But again, if we're not a good fit, Which is fine for whatever reasons.
- 27:24That's fine.
- 27:24There's no judgment there.
- 27:25Then two major things that we are doing as well.
- 27:27We are turning.
- 27:28Two of my, programs into groups.
- 27:30So we turn in the gut declutter and into groups, which I'll do.
- 27:34A podcast about that.
- 27:36And also the diabetes reversal process into group.
- 27:40And it's going to benefit so many people.
- 27:43People are going to have access to me.
- 27:44A lot more.
- 27:45They used to.
- 27:46So these are the changes we are making our practice.
- 27:49This was what's been happening.
- 27:50To me in my practice.
- 27:51I know.
- 27:52It's a longer podcast, but I felt like I needed to really talk about it because a lot of doctors I'm in a group with doctors and they complain about this all the time.
- 28:01Patients that they can, actions, patients, not pain patients asking for we fund unhappy people and how they feel better about it, because we are, we are human beings.
- 28:11We have feelings.
- 28:12I feel bad when patients.
- 28:13Call me a scam.
- 28:14Call me a scan$430.
- 28:16Uh, scamp when the insurance is only paying 300 for 15 minutes.
- 28:20So high, is that a scam?
- 28:21And then when you come to me, I'll give you samples.
- 28:23I give you some recommendations.
- 28:25We.
- 28:25Of course, it's not fair for the patients for me to give you a full program.
- 28:29For$430.
- 28:31So when you pay$430, you're paying for me to help you identify the word cost.
- 28:36Not for me to treat you.
- 28:37For you to see that whatever's going on internally in your head.
- 28:41Isn't you're not crazy.
- 28:42It's also projecting on the paper.
- 28:44And the lab work.
- 28:45That's what you're paying for.
- 28:46So at the end of the day, this is what's happening.
- 28:49We have made a lot of changes and we are doing an open house.
- 28:53next week.
- 28:54I'll do a podcast about that, where I'm inviting all of you guys to show up in this open house, to see what we do, how we can help you, how we help people, what results you can expect in the open house.
- 29:05And if we were a good fit for you.
- 29:06Because trust me.
- 29:07It is going to be complicated now in medicine.
- 29:10Is going into the wrong direction.
- 29:12It is time for you to really open your eyes and realize.
- 29:16It's time to heal.
- 29:17With the economy, with the recession, I know there's no money.
- 29:21But if you don't have any money to heal your body and you're going to be in the hospital and you're not going to get the proper care.
- 29:26Trust me.
- 29:26I am betting my life on this.
- 29:28It is not going to be good.
- 29:30If you find this podcast to be beneficial, please share with other people.
- 29:34I am happy.
- 29:35And thank you so much for all your support.
- 29:38And again, if this podcast triggered you, that's okay.
- 29:40I'm very transparent.
- 29:42At the end of the day, I'm always going to show you behind the scenes.
- 29:46Not only because I feel like if you see it, then you understand what we go through and better.
- 29:50Serve you.
- 29:50It will help you make a decision I love you.
- 29:53I'm excited for the group programs more to come, and I'm excited for our open house to discuss the possibilities of helping you heal your body.
- 30:01And I'm just excited for the future.
- 30:03I'm really excited for the future.
- 30:04This podcast.
- 30:06I was a little, not ashamed, but scared.
- 30:09To put it out there, because again, I don't want you guys to see me as and that's gone when at the end of the day, I am strong.
- 30:15I am powerful.
- 30:16I'm courageous.
- 30:17And I'm always going to handle any challenges that come my way with grace.
- 30:20And I am a work in progress, And I love what I do.
- 30:25I am a bad ass.
- 30:27Is that, can I say that I'm a bad ass at what I do?
- 30:29And I believe I'm the right practitioner for the right patients.
- 30:32so that's it.
- 30:33Have a good one.
- 30:34Bye.
