- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security. All right,
- 1:00Speaker 2: so let's get into it, all right. Pfiser, Pfiser.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Are we witnessing the death of Pfizer as a pharmaceutical
- 1:09Speaker 3: industry wars heat up? Or do you think that they
- 1:13Speaker 3: will have to recover in twenty twenty five. You've been
- 1:15Speaker 3: very big on Pfizer, So is it over?
- 1:18Speaker 4: That's that is such a like a finality. Right, We're
- 1:22Speaker 4: not there, are we there?
- 1:24Speaker 5: We're not there yet. But they've grossly mismanaged the company
- 1:30Speaker 5: too much debt. And also they're blockbuster drugs they no
- 1:34Speaker 5: longer have the exclusive on, and we've seen Eli Lilly
- 1:37Speaker 5: race to the forefront. Pfizer didn't rush to the weight
- 1:42Speaker 5: loss drug epidemic, mismanaged a few things over the last
- 1:46Speaker 5: couple of years, and then they're saying guidance is down.
- 1:48Speaker 5: For those of your stock club, I told you it
- 1:50Speaker 5: was coming down to these prices five months ago.
- 1:53Speaker 2: So for those of you who are listening.
- 1:54Speaker 5: Who are like starting to load the boat, now, great job.
- 1:58Speaker 5: But I don't think Pfiser is over. But I would
- 2:02Speaker 5: say that they're junior varsity in that pharmaceutical space.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Now. Eli Lily is clearly the leader there. Novo is great.
- 2:13Speaker 5: You have a couple other players that I like a
- 2:15Speaker 5: lot in the pharmaceutical space a lot more, but Pireser
- 2:18Speaker 5: kind of took their foot off the gas and got comfortable. Also,
- 2:21Speaker 5: when Covid panned out to be what it was.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Wow, you know that had an effect on the bottom
- 2:30Speaker 2: and top line.
- 2:30Speaker 5: So I've been big on Farmer, but I told everyone
- 2:33Speaker 5: in stock club six months ago, this is who happened.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Here we are and this is why publicly I've always
- 2:38Speaker 5: loved Eli Lily because the.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Management is a hell of a lot better.
- 2:42Speaker 5: They're drugs that they have lined up for the next
- 2:44Speaker 5: ten to fifteen years, immaculate, and they manage a lot better,
- 2:47Speaker 5: so that Eli Lilly is like the apple of the
- 2:49Speaker 5: pharmaceutical space.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I do like Pfizer if it.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Drops another twenty bucks for like a long term position
- 2:57Speaker 5: to hold into twenty twenty six, but anything before there
- 3:01Speaker 5: is Trioche.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yeah. You know what, It's interesting.
- 3:05Speaker 4: I thought you're going to lead with the coronavirus part
- 3:07Speaker 4: because we always talk about stocks that had tremendous benefits
- 3:13Speaker 4: from being obviously in the pandemic.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Prizer was one of them. Yep, we've obviously seen it
- 3:18Speaker 2: pulled back.
- 3:18Speaker 4: But you know, when a company reduces this guidance for
- 3:22Speaker 4: the future, that's never a good sign. That's never a
- 3:24Speaker 4: good sign, right, And so that was one of the reasons.
- 3:27Speaker 4: It's like, all right, here comes a down tick.
- 3:29Speaker 2: In it.
- 3:30Speaker 4: But when you think about innovation, where are they at.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Everybody in the pharmaceutical sector is talking about their weight
- 3:37Speaker 4: loss drug, their weight ELI already has one. Pfiser is
- 3:41Speaker 4: behind on that, right they haven't quite had one that's
- 3:45Speaker 4: to market that's been as successful. In addition, this year
- 3:48Speaker 4: is kicking in one of their When we always talk
- 3:50Speaker 4: about mergers and acquisitions, one of their acquisitions is Seigon.
- 3:54Speaker 4: They paid forty three billion dollars for that. That kicks
- 3:57Speaker 4: in at the top of twenty twenty four. YEA looking
- 4:00Speaker 4: at declining sales right from post pandemic, you're looking at
- 4:04Speaker 4: the future guidance being lowered, you're looking at innovation, and
- 4:07Speaker 4: now you're looking at debt that's being added to the
- 4:09Speaker 4: bottom line. All these signs are negative signs when we're
- 4:13Speaker 4: talking about the evaluation of company. Now, this is a
- 4:16Speaker 4: strong company, it's ben atheous, but when you look at
- 4:19Speaker 4: the trend, the trend is not in his favor. I
- 4:21Speaker 4: don't know if we're going to I'm putting death on
- 4:23Speaker 4: this yet, not yet or maybe not ever, but the
- 4:28Speaker 4: declining trend is definitely clear.
- 4:31Speaker 2: I mean, we'll walk in pneumonia loss one hundred and
- 4:34Speaker 2: forty billion a.
- 4:34Speaker 5: Market cap this year, and Fires has had always had
- 4:38Speaker 5: these tough declines. In two thousand they were at forty
- 4:40Speaker 5: five bucks. They did down to about sixteen. They got
- 4:44Speaker 5: too high of what four point fifty three? They're at
- 4:48Speaker 5: twenty seven now. I mean Fires, it gets to fourteen
- 4:52Speaker 5: hour load the boat. I would like it at that price.
- 4:55Speaker 5: I know they are expecting CGM to be like a
- 4:58Speaker 5: blockbuster cancer drug, but after what happened during the Corona era,
- 5:04Speaker 5: I don't know if people will trust earners.
- 5:07Speaker 4: What's up. You ever walk into a small business and
- 5:09Speaker 4: everything just works like the checkout is fast, the receipts
- 5:12Speaker 4: are digital, tipping is a breeze, and you're out the

- 6:57Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with a child in Massachusetts.
- 7:02Speaker 1: An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador accused of
- 7:05Speaker 1: murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with filming and
- 7:09Speaker 1: selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just some of
- 7:13Speaker 1: the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President Donald J.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States Secretary of
- 7:21Speaker 1: Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border crossings are
- 7:25Speaker 1: at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over one hundred
- 7:29Speaker 1: thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you are here illegally,
- 7:33Speaker 1: your next you will be fined nearly one thousand dollars
- 7:37Speaker 1: a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will never return. But
- 7:41Speaker 1: if you register using our CBP home app and leave now,
- 7:45Speaker 1: you could be allowed to return legally. Do what's right.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws, border and families
- 7:54Speaker 1: will be protected.
- 7:55Speaker 5: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security them
- 7:57Speaker 5: for a cancer treatment drug.
- 8:00Speaker 2: The one thing that Eli Lily does have in their favor.
- 8:03Speaker 5: And when twenty twenty four is going to be the
- 8:04Speaker 5: year of things getting exposed and revealed, I don't think
- 8:09Speaker 5: five thousand enough trust and the one thing that Eli
- 8:10Speaker 5: Lily does have from the people is trust and great management.
- 8:16Speaker 5: They expect to do eight billion in revenue from its
- 8:19Speaker 5: COVID vaccine. I don't see it. How you think COVID
- 8:23Speaker 5: is going to wrap up going into an election. It's
- 8:25Speaker 5: not gonna happen. So but the thing that I do
- 8:28Speaker 5: love when I talk about like a decade like pullback
- 8:33Speaker 5: swing or loath the vote opportunity, we may have one.
- 8:36Speaker 5: If it cracks fourteen, definitely, if it gets under fourteen,
- 8:38Speaker 5: gets anywhere back to those twelve areas from like the
- 8:41Speaker 5: nineteen ninety six area era, I would love it.
- 8:44Speaker 2: But always study how much a stock draws down.
- 8:49Speaker 5: They have a history doing it. This happened in two thousands,
- 8:52Speaker 5: happened in two thousand and four. Of course, two thousand
- 8:56Speaker 5: and eight recession was tough. They're just going through the
- 8:58Speaker 5: same cycle again. Set your alerts at fourteen bucks. If
- 9:01Speaker 5: it gets their hold it for a five year period,
- 9:03Speaker 5: you'd be great.
- 9:04Speaker 2: They said.
- 9:04Speaker 4: One of the things on the horizon for them is
- 9:06Speaker 4: that they're going to start licensing their pharmaceutical assets, which
- 9:10Speaker 4: could be a revenue generator. Like we always talk about,
- 9:12Speaker 4: especially when we talk about retail, we talked about people
- 9:15Speaker 4: licensing content, licensing retail.
- 9:18Speaker 5: That's what Adam did with Lina, right, say it again,
- 9:21Speaker 5: That's why Adam did with Lina.
- 9:23Speaker 2: He likensed the content out. He licensed one of his assets,
- 9:27Speaker 2: snapper of it, Like, why did you licensed out an asset?
- 9:31Speaker 4: So this man, So this is actually, this is actually
- 9:34Speaker 4: in their report one of so that they're projecting to
- 9:37Speaker 4: have an additional thirty to forty five billion in revenue
- 9:41Speaker 4: by twenty thirty and this is one of the top
- 9:44Speaker 4: line things that they're saying that could add it.
- 9:46Speaker 2: So I just wanted to put that in there.
- 9:48Speaker 5: Well, it's kind of like when they were saying a
- 9:51Speaker 5: certain only fan star was making thirty million dollars a
- 9:53Speaker 5: month and it was like we saw and it's like,
- 9:56Speaker 5: I don't know, if you got a swift in your house,
- 9:58Speaker 5: Like it sounds good. Rashall you ever called me and
- 10:01Speaker 5: say the Steve Harvey episode, We're gonna get the license
- 10:03Speaker 5: in the material.
- 10:04Speaker 4: But not always a bad thing, Right, We've seen Disney
- 10:07Speaker 4: that's worked for them, Right, We've we've seen them work. No,
- 10:12Speaker 4: it has worked for them. It might not currently be
- 10:14Speaker 4: working for them. But even some studios have a license
- 10:17Speaker 4: out the content and now they're getting it back, and
- 10:19Speaker 4: now you're kind of seeing like, oh, now that you know,
- 10:22Speaker 4: Netflix would be a prime example, right, Yeah, studios license
- 10:26Speaker 4: out material to them, and yeah it was great on
- 10:28Speaker 4: the books for that point in time, but then streaming
- 10:30Speaker 4: becomes prominent and now you want your content back, but
- 10:34Speaker 4: you don't have the platform to actually put it out,
- 10:36Speaker 4: and so now you're seeing mergers between these streaming platforms.
- 10:39Speaker 4: So at one point in time, it worked just not
- 10:42Speaker 4: as well as it used to.
- 10:44Speaker 5: And the words of Gezi, if it's taking too long
- 10:46Speaker 5: a lock up, bring it back, She was.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Shorting me, what's to bring a stack?
- 10:51Speaker 5: Hey, Pizer, listen, we was in a room this past weekend.
- 10:55Speaker 5: So I'm learning not to say too much about too
- 10:57Speaker 5: many businesses. Thank you, thank you, but you guys need
- 11:00Speaker 5: to get your affairs in order. Like we're seeing a
- 11:04Speaker 5: change of a guard. Like we're almost twenty five years
- 11:08Speaker 5: into the century. At one point IBM, an AMD with
- 11:13Speaker 5: the hottest thing in the chip space and video came
- 11:16Speaker 5: and took that crown, kind of like when Lebron came
- 11:19Speaker 5: into the league.
- 11:20Speaker 2: We're seeing the change in of the guard.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Fires are a great company, but Eli Lilly clearly is
- 11:24Speaker 5: the king now and video is clearly the king. Get
- 11:27Speaker 5: a chip space. This is not a good sign, but
- 11:29Speaker 5: I do like it at that fourteen dollars level. I
- 11:31Speaker 5: love it at that level, and I will probably exit
- 11:34Speaker 5: at thirty five bucks through four years later.
- 11:38Speaker 2: And you can also put some options on the two.
- 11:40Speaker 2: But not a good sign. Not a good sign when.
- 11:43Speaker 5: You come out and ladies, this is the equivalent of
- 11:45Speaker 5: your man coming to you December twenty third and say, baby,
- 11:47Speaker 5: I'm broke. I got it. You ain't got none coming
- 11:51Speaker 5: next year, the baby, it's over with tough. You can
- 11:55Speaker 5: sider it out. You may have to do that new
- 11:56Speaker 5: relationship and sit through a tough year or two, but
- 11:59Speaker 5: in a stock I don't want to do that.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Sit this holiday season out.
- 12:02Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
