  Let's get into today's episode. Stop entertaining Mr. Right Now. I'm your girl, Emily.

  Today we're talking about something that is quietly sabotaging so many amazing women.

  Settling for access instead of alignment.
• 2:51
  Accepting attention instead of intention.
• 2:55
  Entertaining potential instead of purpose. This episode is for the woman who

  knows she wants God's best, but keeps making room for almost, maybe, and one day.

  Let's talk. Let me be real with

  you. There was a season in my life when I had plenty of men around me.
• 3:15
  Texting me, calling me, wanting my time, wanting my body, wanting my energy.
• 3:21
  But none of them were prepared to love me well.
• 3:25
  None of them were spiritually aligned. None of them were emotionally available.
• 3:30
  None of them were building anything. And yet I kept entertaining them.
• 3:35
  Why? Because it felt better than being alone.
• 3:38
  Because I liked being wanted. Because I was afraid that if I let go,
• 3:43
  nothing better would come.
• 3:45
  But what I didn't realize was this.
• 3:48
  Every temporary man was blocking my future.
• 3:52
  God didn't send me my husband while my heart was still occupied by confusion.
• 3:57
  So let's get into the teaching points.
• 3:59
  I have five of them for you today. You ready?
• 4:02
  Number one, Mr. Right now feeds your feelings, but not your future.
• 4:08
  Scripture says Proverbs 13, 12, hope deferred makes the heart sick.

  Mr. Right Now makes you feel good, temporarily. He gives you just enough attention
• 4:19
  to keep you emotionally invested, but never enough commitment to make you secure.
• 4:25
  He keeps you in emotional limbo, spiritual confusion, relationship anxiety.
• 4:33
  And why does this matter? because every season you stay stuck in uncertainty
• 4:38
  is a season you're not building towards your destiny.
• 4:43
  And if it doesn't have direction, baby girl, it's just a distraction.
• 4:48
  Point number two, temporary men thrive on access without responsibility.
• 4:54
  Scripture is Luke 16, 10. Whoever is faithful in little is faithful in much.

  Mr. Right Now wants your time, your body, your emotional support,
• 5:06
  your loyalty, without commitment, covering, clarity, or covenant.
• 5:12
  He enjoys girlfriend benefits on a situationship budget. And why does that matter?
• 5:18
  Because when you allow access without standards, you teach people how to treat you.
• 5:24
  And the truth is, royal women require responsibility.
• 5:29
  Let's call it for what it is. And they don't want that responsibility,
• 5:33
  especially when you're just giving it to them and you have no standards.
• 5:37
  Come on, sis. All right, point number three. Entertaining the wrong man distorts your discernment.
• 5:44
  Scripture says, Jeremiah 17, 9, the heart is deceitful above all things.
• 5:50
  The longer you stay emotionally tied to someone who isn't aligned,
• 5:55
  the harder it becomes to hear God clearly.
• 5:58
  You start ignoring red flags, excusing inconsistency, romanticizing bare minimum,
• 6:06
  calling confusion chemistry.
• 6:09
  And why does that matter? Because soul ties cloud spiritual sight and discernment requires distance.

  Point number four, God won't compete with your attachments.
• 6:23
  Scripture says, Matthew 6, 24, no one can serve two masters.
• 6:28
  Sis, God is not going to wrestle Mr. Right Now out of your life.
• 6:32
  He's waiting for you to choose alignment.
• 6:35
  Sometimes God is silent because he already told you to let him go.
• 6:39
  And why does this matter?
• 6:41
  Because delayed obedience delays destiny.
• 6:44
  And release creates room for replacement.
• 6:50
  Number five, your future husband needs you whole, not occupied.
• 6:55
  I'm going to say that again.
• 6:57
  Your future husband needs you whole, not occupied.

  And Isaiah 60, 22 says, when the time is right, I, the Lord will make it happen.

  Your husband doesn't need you healing from another man, comparing him to your
• 7:13
  ex, still emotionally tied, half present.
• 7:18
  He needs you healed, sis. He needs you free.
• 7:21
  He needs you ready. And why does this matter? Because preparation protects promise.

  And don't let temporary connections sabotage eternal covenants.
• 7:36
  Eternal covenant, not this temporary connection.
• 7:40
  It's really doing nothing for you. I mean, I honestly want you to ask yourself,
• 7:44
  what am I getting out of this relationship?
• 7:47
  And if it's just Mr. Right now, then why don't you just go hang out with yourself
• 7:51
  and Jesus for a little while, figure out you and everything you love and know
• 7:56
  who you truly are. So when your husband does show up, bam, right?
• 8:01
  So take a deep breath. And I want you to ask yourself honestly,
• 8:05
  for your royal reflection.
• 8:08
  Who am I entertaining that God already exposed?
• 8:12
  Who am I holding on to out of fear?
• 8:16
  And who am I afraid to release? And some of you right now are getting a little
• 8:20
  nudge from the Holy Spirit and you know, you know God's talking to you right now.
• 8:26
  Is he producing peace? Or is he producing pressure? Is he giving you clarity or confusion?

  Is there security or are you just anxiety driven because you don't know what his intentions are?
• 8:42
  Your spirit already knows, sister. It does.
• 8:47
  So listen to that. Listen to the Holy Spirit. It's leading you in the right
• 8:52
  direction so you can receive all things that God has for you, right?
• 8:57
  His will, not your will, okay? So your royal assignment this week is I want you to do three things.
• 9:04
  Write down every relationship, situationship, or emotional attachment that lacks clarity.
• 9:11
  Pray this prayer. Lord, remove every connection that is not assigned to my destiny.

  And sis, sometimes God will remove them, but sometimes God is going to ask you to remove them.

  So you've got to know which one's at play here, okay?
• 9:29
  And number three, I want you to establish one boundary that protects your heart, all right?
• 9:34
  Maybe that means no more late night texting, no more hanging out alone,
• 9:39
  no more entertaining maybe, no more responding to breadcrumbs.

  Choose alignment. You are a queen, sis.
• 9:49
  It is time to act like it. So you are not too much. You are not asking for too much.

  You are just being prepared.
• 9:58
  And part of the preparation can be releasing and letting go of people and relationships.

  Even some female relationships may need to come out of your life as well I know
• 10:10
  at one point I had to let go of some female relationships that were just not
• 10:13
  aligned with my path and that's okay that happens you wish them well and you
• 10:19
  move on with your life okay so,

  So stop entertaining what God is trying to remove. Stop settling for temporary
• 10:26
  when you are called to eternal.
• 10:29
  Stop giving royal access to unqualified men.
• 10:34
  Your crown is secure. Your future is protected.
• 10:37
  Your love story is being written. And when you choose obedience over attachment,
• 10:43
  God will always honor it.
• 10:45
  I'm very fired up today because I've been there.
• 10:49
  I've done that. And I know firsthand it is a broken cycle.
• 10:54
  What your heart really is craving isn't another almost, isn't another situationship.

  It isn't another maybe. What your heart is craving is God-given destiny and love.
• 11:07
  And let me tell you, it is so much better than anything you could ever try to create on your own.

  But the more you entertain Mr. Right now, the more you delay the process.
• 11:18
  The more you slow down what God is trying to prepare you for.
• 11:22
  The cycle only produces more heartbreak, more disappointment, more emotional damage.

  And I need you to hear me because I know what's waiting on the other side of obedience.

  I've walked it out. I am a living, breathing testimony of what happens when
• 11:39
  you lay it down and trust God.
• 11:42
  I waited. I healed. I did the work. I surrendered my will.
• 11:47
  I'm not saying that your journey is going to be 10 years. My heart is to help you to get there faster.
• 11:53
  But I want to save you the unnecessary tears,
• 11:57
  to save you the wasted seasons, to save you emotional exhaustion so you can
• 12:03
  step into the love of your life God's way, a healthy love, a secure love,
• 12:09
  a Christ-centered love, a covering love.
• 12:12
  And let me say this with love. Those boys, and yes, I said boys because it takes
• 12:17
  maturity, humility, and spiritual leadership to be a real man,
• 12:22
  a God-led man, they are not qualified for royal access.
• 12:27
  And I'm tired of seeing women get used by men who have no intention of dating
• 12:32
  to marry, no intention of leading, no intention of building,
• 12:35
  no intention of covenant, just benefits without responsibility.
• 12:39
  No, sir, like no, bro, not today.
• 12:43
  This is not what we are doing here. Sis, I really want you to get this because
• 12:47
  when you choose obedience over attachment, God always honors it, always.

  All right, so let's pray. Father God, we come before you today with open hearts

  and surrendered spirits.

  Lord, I lift up every woman listening to this episode. You see her tears,

  you see her questions, you see her desire to love you and honor you with her relationships.

  Father, give her the courage to release what is not aligned.

  Heal every wound caused by inconsistency, rejection, and confusion.

  Restore her confidence, strengthen her discernment, and remind her of her royal identity in you.

  Every unhealthy soul tie. Remove every counterfeit connection and prepare her
• 13:34
  heart for the love you have ordained.

  Cover her with peace, fill her with wisdom, and surround her with godly community.

  Let her walk boldly in obedience. Let her trust your timing,

  and let her never settle again for less than your best.
