Speaker 1: Going to get to Devin Gray are UK europe correspondent
• 0:02
  Speaker 1: given good morning.
• 0:04
  Speaker 2: Good morning run.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: Now we will come back to Liverpool in a second.
• 0:07
Speaker 1: But you've got news of a counter terrorism operation by police.
• 0:11
  Speaker 1: What's happening here.
• 0:13
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's in Yorkshire, in the northeast of England, and
• 0:18
Speaker 2: it is said that three people have been taken to
• 0:20
Speaker 2: hospital having been found injured in Leeds in the Headingley area,
• 0:24
Speaker 2: famous of course for its cricket and being quite a
• 0:27
Speaker 2: sort of well to do area of the city of Leeds.
• 0:31
Speaker 2: And of those three who have been taken to hospital,
• 0:34
Speaker 2: one is the suspected attacker, and it is said that
• 0:39
Speaker 2: one of them has been seriously injured and the attack
• 0:42
Speaker 2: was with a crossbow. But the reason it appears that
• 0:45
Speaker 2: counter terrorism police are investigating this incident is that alongside
• 0:49
Speaker 2: the crossbow they also found a firearm recovered at the
• 0:52
Speaker 2: scene and the thirty eight year old suspect, it's said,
• 0:55
Speaker 2: has suffered a self inflicted injury. Now, as I said,
• 0:59
Speaker 2: we have few details about the two victims. One is
• 1:02
Speaker 2: now thought to be out of hospital, the other is
• 1:05
Speaker 2: still in hospital. And this happened along something very very
• 1:09
Speaker 2: popular called the Otly Run pub crawl route. It's often
• 1:13
Speaker 2: very very popular with students who go on a run,
• 1:16
Speaker 2: stopping off at a number of different pubs, often about
• 1:18
Speaker 2: half a dozen different pubs on the way, and often
• 1:21
Speaker 2: for sponsorships. So obviously the police investigate in the motive
• 1:25
Speaker 2: and indeed questioning the suspected attacker.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Gevin Marks and Spencer they had that cyber attech last
• 1:31
Speaker 1: week in but they're still struggling to sort of get
• 1:33
Speaker 1: to grips with that.
• 1:35
Speaker 2: Yeah, very much so, Ryan So. Marks and Spencer the
• 1:38
Speaker 2: absolute sort of the stalwater of the high street in
• 1:41
Speaker 2: the UK selling food and clothing. It shares fell dramatically
• 1:45
Speaker 2: by five percent. They have picked up a little bit
• 1:48
Speaker 2: after it was announced they'd been subjected to a cyber incident,
• 1:53
Speaker 2: and it really is struggling a week on to get
• 1:55
Speaker 2: back to normal. Indeed, it is now saying that it
• 1:59
Speaker 2: has had to cancel its Click and Collect was struggling
• 2:03
Speaker 2: as well with people using contactless payments as well as
• 2:06
Speaker 2: those paying with gift cards. Now things have pretty much
• 2:09
Speaker 2: got back a lot of the way, but I'm afraid
• 2:11
Speaker 2: since it's suspended online ordering, Marks and Spencer's has been
• 2:15
Speaker 2: responding to social media posts. Advisor customers that these problems
• 2:19
Speaker 2: still persist. The share market has gone down five percent
• 2:24
Speaker 2: following this, as I said, but they have picked up
• 2:26
Speaker 2: a bit. No news on what that cyber attack actually
• 2:29
Speaker 2: is or what it entailed. It's not the big first
• 2:32
Speaker 2: of the big high street giants to fall foul of this.
• 2:35
Speaker 2: Morrison's another one just before Christmas. Serious it problems at
• 2:40
Speaker 2: Barkley's Bank as well, and then in February several banks,
• 2:43
Speaker 2: notably Lloyd's Banking, facing outages leaving businesses unable to pay staff,
• 2:49
Speaker 2: all because of cyber attacks and certainly a great problem
• 2:52
Speaker 2: for big businesses here, plus the fact they may even
• 2:55
Speaker 2: be fined by the regulator for data and keeping data
• 3:00
Speaker 2: if it was deemed that they have not been holding
• 3:02
  Speaker 2: it securely.
• 3:03
Speaker 1: Gavin, and you are Liverpool man. I'm just looking at
• 3:05

  Speaker 1: Premier League.
