- 0:00Speaker 1: Coming up on Relatables.
- 0:02Speaker 2: What did you try and change about him his self confidence?
- 0:05Speaker 2: I did, but a little too much.
- 0:09Speaker 1: No one can win when you try and change your mate.
- 0:11Speaker 1: No one. What a good girl. This newfound power, This
- 0:17Speaker 1: newfound power.
- 0:30Speaker 2: The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself J. Craig aka
- 0:35Speaker 2: Daddy and my partner in crime, Addie Clark aka Mummy.
- 0:39Speaker 1: That's it baby, Welcome back everybody, Thanks for tuning in
- 0:42Speaker 1: once again. You are the baddies all right? Quickly?
- 0:45Speaker 2: A week ago, a week or so ago, we spoke
- 0:47Speaker 2: about like phone addiction and just identity and stuff like that.
- 0:52Speaker 2: If you spoke about identity came on a phone addiction.
- 0:54Speaker 2: We got a nice message from Klara Jansen.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Was it about this?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Yeah? She said, Hey, Mommy and Daddy just listen to
- 1:01Speaker 2: your recent podcast on Spotify where you talk about phone addiction,
- 1:05Speaker 2: and I just wanted to weigh in. I'm currently studying psychology.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm not an expert, and we've been studying addiction, including
- 1:11Speaker 2: phone addiction. Any type of addiction, whether it's drugs or
- 1:14Speaker 2: using your phone, changes the structure of your brain and
- 1:16Speaker 2: how your brain works. Your brain has gotten so used
- 1:18Speaker 2: to quickly getting dopamine from using your phone, and so
- 1:21Speaker 2: your brain constantly goes back to your phone since it
- 1:24Speaker 2: knows that it can get a quick and easy dopamine rush.
- 1:27Speaker 2: It isn't necessarily because you lack discipline, but your brain
- 1:31Speaker 2: is naturally wired to seek the things that make you
- 1:33Speaker 2: feel good. This is connected to our brain wanting to
- 1:36Speaker 2: keep us alive. But that's a whole other story. This
- 1:39Speaker 2: is a very simple way to describe it, and there
- 1:41Speaker 2: is so much more to it. But with all of this,
- 1:43Speaker 2: I just wanted to tell you not to feel bad
- 1:45Speaker 2: for using your phone. It is an addiction like any other.
- 1:49Speaker 2: If you want to change this, you're going to have
- 1:50Speaker 2: to slowly start using your phone less. And it is
- 1:53Speaker 2: going to be tough in the beginning, as you will
- 1:55Speaker 2: naturally be drawn to the dopamine from using it, but
- 1:57Speaker 2: over time you'll begin to find it easier. Hope this
- 2:00Speaker 2: explanation makes sense, and please note that I am nowhere
- 2:02Speaker 2: near an expert in psychology, simply a girl with psychology interests.
- 2:06Speaker 1: That's so relatable, especially for me at the moment, A
- 2:09Speaker 1: little inside, I've been getting terrible brain fog.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Yeah, it says she said that the brain structure because
- 2:14Speaker 2: it says it changes your brain structure, but it's not
- 2:16Speaker 2: permanent because their brains are forever changing.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. And I've been trying to implement a lot
- 2:20Speaker 1: of things to get my life a bit better. Stop
- 2:22Speaker 1: drinking caffeine. And the last thing I'm going to do
- 2:25Speaker 1: is get off my phone. It's one of the steps.
- 2:27Speaker 1: And I started this morning. Funny you said that, like,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I just woke up to my alarm, turned it off,
- 2:33Speaker 1: and then I went outside and just tried to get
- 2:34Speaker 1: some sun and just breathe for the ten minutes of
- 2:37Speaker 1: the day without because I normally I go on socials
- 2:38Speaker 1: and check what happened overnight. Yeah, which is toxic.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I went on TikTok, Yeah, literally, and it's the whatever
- 2:44Speaker 2: whatever the lights are in an led lights are in
- 2:45Speaker 2: a phone just straight in your eyes.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm awakening.
- 2:49Speaker 2: It makes you not want to get out of bed.
- 2:51Speaker 2: You want to stay in bed and stay on your phone.
- 2:52Speaker 2: You're going to pull yourself out of bed. So I
- 2:54Speaker 2: think that's very, very relatable.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And yeah, hopefully some people listening like, yeah, I'll get
- 2:58Speaker 1: off my phone now, hopefully. Yeah. That was the What's
- 3:00Speaker 1: our IG question this week? Today's IG Question of the
- 3:03Speaker 1: week is what did you think you could change about
- 3:05Speaker 1: a man?
- 3:06Speaker 2: What did you think you could change about him?
- 3:08Speaker 1: And everyone these responses we've never had normally, so on Instagram,
- 3:12Speaker 1: you feel in the little ask ask us a question thing,
- 3:15Speaker 1: and we got to scroll a little bit. Takes his
- 3:16Speaker 1: fifteen minutes to get the best answers these ones. Oh yeah,
- 3:19Speaker 1: not much scrolling happened, But we're doing this twice. Everyone's
- 3:22Speaker 1: trying to change something about their man. There's definitely more
- 3:24Speaker 1: answers down there. I don't want to go first.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yeah, sure, what did you try to change about him?
- 3:29Speaker 2: Thought I could change him from eating his snot after
- 3:32Speaker 2: he picked it, and she couldn't. Apparently not man setting
- 3:37Speaker 2: his ways. That is one of the only things that
- 3:41Speaker 2: makes me very noomal.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I think I got one of them that many girls
- 3:44Speaker 1: are trying to change their boys hygiene. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 3:48Speaker 1: some boys are out there doing some dirty things. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: don't like the feeling of being on hygiene neither, even
- 3:54Speaker 1: when I just smell a little bit, I'm like, I'm
- 3:56Speaker 1: so disgusting. What did you try to change about a man?
- 4:00Speaker 1: His ability to communicate? Sorry to hear.
- 4:03Speaker 2: It sounds like it didn't work. We all need help
- 4:08Speaker 2: in that aspect.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yes, what did you try and change about him? His friends? Oh?
- 4:14Speaker 1: That hit hard for a couple. That's a heavy one man.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we all know.
- 4:23Speaker 2: There's a lot of excuses out there where it's like
- 4:25Speaker 2: if he just wasn't friends with that group.
- 4:28Speaker 1: He would be if he's such a good guy, that's
- 4:32Speaker 1: who he is. But that's who he is. What did
- 4:35Speaker 1: you try to change about him his manners? Oh? You
- 4:40Speaker 1: trying to make him better? Yeah?
- 4:41Speaker 2: Yeah, ship sounds like again, Sorry, it didn't worry.
- 4:45Speaker 1: I think this is going to be a bit of
- 4:47Speaker 1: an eye opener that, like, you can't change many things
- 4:49Speaker 1: about guys. No, I feel like it's hard to change
- 4:51Speaker 1: stuff about everyone exactly. Yeah, good point. What did you
- 4:54Speaker 1: try and change about him to be better? In bed?
- 4:59Speaker 1: He would have appreciated the effort.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and I hope you appreciate the effort of him trying.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I hope you appreciate his effort in trying.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Hopefully, it's just not there for everyone, their drug habit,
- 5:13Speaker 1: damn everyone. Yeah, I hope I hope you helped him.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Hopefully it was just recreational on weekends.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, hopefully, Just hope it was just recreational. What
- 5:24Speaker 2: did you try and change about him? His will to
- 5:27Speaker 2: plan dates?
- 5:28Speaker 3: Oh?
- 5:28Speaker 1: That many girls are trying to do that, like when
- 5:30Speaker 1: you're going to take it on a date, always trying
- 5:32Speaker 1: to hint they're planning a seed yo and no. And
- 5:35Speaker 1: for some reason, every guy when they do try, when
- 5:38Speaker 1: they try and when they get given a hint from
- 5:40Speaker 1: their girlfriend, they try to almost defend themselves because they
- 5:45Speaker 1: don't want to think that they're not doing enough and
- 5:47Speaker 1: mitigate the heat that hey, maybe you're not doing enough.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Yeah you will.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Lose so mate, Yeah, someone else will take her on dates.
- 5:53Speaker 2: There's a better guy just around the corner.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Someone else will buy her flowers. Some guys over here, right,
- 5:58Speaker 1: poems every morning? A poem guy, all right, just a
- 6:01Speaker 1: poem guy. What did you try to change about him
- 6:04Speaker 1: closing his mouth when he ate? My girlfriend's currently trying
- 6:08Speaker 1: to change that about me, and I am so sorry.
- 6:10Speaker 1: It's subconscious, No way that's changing. I'm just getting the
- 6:14Speaker 1: food down. Yeah. The other day she's like, she.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Never does this, but she will sit at the table
- 6:18Speaker 2: and she goes, Jake, can you please chow with your
- 6:22Speaker 2: mouth closed or I'm going to have to leave?
- 6:24Speaker 1: And I was like, are you serious? Just like fucking
- 6:27Speaker 1: I mean, I guess it's rude. I don't know. I
- 6:29Speaker 1: was like, come on, I'm just eating. Yeah, when you're
- 6:31Speaker 1: in your safe place at home, you should be able
- 6:33Speaker 1: to eat with you. Yeah. I just did eat with
- 6:35Speaker 1: the dog on the ground out of a bowl.
- 6:41Speaker 2: What did you try and change about him? Him not
- 6:44Speaker 2: wanting a relationship? And then she added a clown emoji underneath.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I could change it. He'll want me one day if
- 6:53Speaker 1: I feel around. Eventually, you'll eventually ask me, what's the
- 6:58Speaker 1: longest you reckon? I sit? Relationship has laughter? Yees, there's
- 7:02Speaker 1: no way we have. We've had dilemmas where it says years.
- 7:05Speaker 1: We've been talking for three years. Jesus Christ. All right.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Although your girlfriend didn't send this in, I think this
- 7:13Speaker 1: one's for you. What did you try and change about him?
- 7:17Speaker 1: Stop fighting in public? You're worse than me. You keep
- 7:24Speaker 1: sending me fighting beams, and you far more than I do.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Don't take me down with you, man. I just threw
- 7:29Speaker 1: you under the bus, and you fucking brought me back
- 7:31Speaker 1: down with you. Literally, you've been long under the bar.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Fucking now fight on the bus? Mate, who doesn't what
- 7:41Speaker 2: did you try and change about him getting him to
- 7:43Speaker 2: put the toilet seat back down?
- 7:45Speaker 1: I'm good now, I'm good now. I guess who sent
- 7:47Speaker 1: that in? Not my girlfriend? Yes, she didn't. I was
- 7:52Speaker 1: gonna say, I've been really good lately. Think about the germss.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I think someone common on that. So in the past episode,
- 8:02Speaker 1: Jake said, what did you say? You said that the
- 8:04Speaker 1: germs they go two meters every direction when you flush,
- 8:07Speaker 1: and then you said something about like not washing your
- 8:09Speaker 1: body or something.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Like that that I don't. I don't wash my hands
- 8:14Speaker 4: after I h you don't wash your hands after your fiss,
- 8:18Speaker 4: but you're concerned about the splash of the fucking toilet
- 8:21Speaker 4: when you're flushing.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I was like, that's so contradictory of yourself. What
- 8:26Speaker 1: do you try and change about him? His kissing ability? Oh? Fuck,
- 8:30Speaker 1: I wouldn't want it. I wouldn't. If you're kissing doesn't match,
- 8:33Speaker 1: it's never gonna match. Exactly like I was gonna say,
- 8:36Speaker 1: woll do you want to change that? Like you just
- 8:37Speaker 1: put in the hard yards of some terrible kissing. That's insane.
- 8:40Speaker 1: If it doesn't match, you're not a match. Everyone listenings
- 8:42Speaker 1: had like a bad kissing. What's why doesn't this work?
- 8:45Speaker 1: You're trying to force it? Yeah, you're like moving your
- 8:47Speaker 1: head here or something, and you're like, what's why isn't
- 8:49Speaker 1: this work? Not how I imagine tongue so deep down
- 8:52Speaker 1: my throat? Why are our teeth clashing? Why am I?
- 8:55Speaker 1: Why are you licking my teeth? You like? What's going
- 8:58Speaker 1: on here?
- 9:00Speaker 2: What did you try and change about him? His eight
- 9:02Speaker 2: year old underwear with holes in them. Never, the lucky
- 9:06Speaker 2: undies will never leave never. They have a place in
- 9:08Speaker 2: my heart. Those are the sex undies. Okay, every time
- 9:10Speaker 2: he wears them, he gets lucky. So it's just unfortunate
- 9:12Speaker 2: that you see them. They're loose, so they're easy to
- 9:15Speaker 2: come down. What did you try and change about him?
- 9:20Speaker 2: I thought I could change him from saying three not free.
- 9:25Speaker 1: That would piss me off. Holy shit.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Oh my girlfriend last night on the phone, she said
- 9:32Speaker 2: she wanted to say she bought something, but she said
- 9:34Speaker 2: I brought something, and everyone knows I fucking hate that.
- 9:37Speaker 1: But I didn't say anything. I was just like, wow,
- 9:39Speaker 1: on the phone you left.
- 9:40Speaker 2: My blood was boiling and nearly hung off AA. But
- 9:42Speaker 2: I didn't want to say anyth because she would have
- 9:43Speaker 2: been like, just shut up. Yeah, fucking hell. What did
- 9:47Speaker 2: you try and change about him? His self confidence? I did,
- 9:51Speaker 2: but a little too much.
- 9:54Speaker 1: No one can win when you try and change your mate,
- 9:56Speaker 1: no one. What a good girl like this newfound power,
- 10:02Speaker 1: this newfound power. What did you try and change about him?
- 10:06Speaker 1: Goes off that a little bit his cheating tendencies. Maybe
- 10:15Speaker 1: so you knew he was a cheater in the past.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Gave him the benefit of the doubt and he did
- 10:20Speaker 1: it to you.
- 10:23Speaker 2: We talk about that, we have.
- 10:25Speaker 1: We've spoken about it.
- 10:26Speaker 2: How it's like, Look, it's pretty rude, it's pretty bad
- 10:29Speaker 2: to not give him the benefit of the doubt, but
- 10:30Speaker 2: also kind of a you don't have to.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Wance a cheatter always a cheata boxing.
- 10:35Speaker 2: But what did you try and change about him that
- 10:38Speaker 2: he would regret ghosting me?
- 10:40Speaker 1: He still hasn't reached out. She tries to take the
- 10:50Speaker 1: moral high ground. Try She just like, oh, here he'll
- 10:53Speaker 1: come crying back. He's playing the long game. Three years. Yeah,
- 10:57Speaker 1: she's playing the long long game, my last one. What
- 11:02Speaker 1: did he try and change about him? His side? Chick,
- 11:10Speaker 1: little chicken emerge after it. She's already made knows he's
- 11:18Speaker 1: got a side and she's like, nah, no, no, no,
- 11:20Speaker 1: go get rid of this. This is a challenge accepted
- 11:22Speaker 1: situation to get rid of her. Holy shit. Let's end

- 16:54Speaker 1: I like that about me. Photo verified. It's late. You're
- 16:57Speaker 1: already on top of that, already on top of it.
- 17:01Speaker 1: That's interesting. Brunch, sushi, pig roast, street food, ramen. You
- 17:06Speaker 1: like food. A bit of.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Roast is a little you're a little you're a little
- 17:13Speaker 2: bit of food a little unhinged.
- 17:16Speaker 5: But I just it's it's like sushi, rubbed pig road.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Yeah. What I was thinking is like, look a range
- 17:23Speaker 2: range but like this food, right, everyone likes food.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I figure I like food. I need food to exist, sustenance.
- 17:28Speaker 1: You know what I mean? You know you did say
- 17:33Speaker 1: you are? You are not a food? You're shockingly good
- 17:36Speaker 1: with words.
- 17:39Speaker 3: How do you like?
- 17:39Speaker 5: I should step out in? It's really good?
- 17:43Speaker 1: Okay, up next, Daniel, we have a couple of rapid
- 17:44Speaker 1: fire questions. It's probably just going to get to know
- 17:46Speaker 1: you a little bit better, and you don't have time
- 17:48Speaker 1: to think, so the answers should just come out first.
- 17:50Speaker 1: That comes question one. Where would you take Maddie on
- 17:54Speaker 1: the first date?
- 17:55Speaker 6: Probably some word so I'm more like laid back. I
- 17:57Speaker 6: like to probably someone to get to know you. A
- 17:59Speaker 6: chill thing. I'm thinking probably I think a picnic of
- 18:03Speaker 6: an eastern suburbs somewhere nice. She's bored.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Maybe wine.
- 18:07Speaker 6: I know nothing about wine though, so you guys.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Where you like? She doesn't? All right, you've got goon
- 18:16Speaker 1: and nothing else. Question two? How tall are you? I'm
- 18:21Speaker 1: six to two officially, If that's okase six two?
- 18:26Speaker 3: Right?
- 18:26Speaker 1: Yeah? Over here, claims six three. Let's do a little
- 18:30Speaker 1: back to back.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Say, let's let's be back to your claiming sixty three.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Let's do this thing.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Let's go, you guys, we're going to see if he's
- 18:39Speaker 2: six three over here.
- 18:42Speaker 1: I might actually have to stand up. I have to
- 18:44Speaker 1: stand up and wait, No, he's about this much taller
- 18:52Speaker 1: than you.
- 18:52Speaker 5: But that's not an inch?
- 18:53Speaker 1: Is that? No?
- 18:54Speaker 2: That's not one two three four the metric system. So
- 18:58Speaker 2: I reckon you actually are maybe like an a half
- 19:00Speaker 2: in the tall and it.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Just think you're six two point five.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Firstly, first, I'm six three d. You know it's crazy?
- 19:10Speaker 1: What's from? Actually six? Stressing we'll get.
- 19:21Speaker 5: Fag night, just rounding up.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Okay, next question this topic mate, Okay, So Maddie's got
- 19:28Speaker 1: a dog. Would you dog sit Maddie's dog? What dog?
- 19:31Speaker 1: It doesn't matter, yes, but.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Clearly matters what it's cute?
- 19:40Speaker 3: Cute?
- 19:40Speaker 2: Yes, you spoke to a joy before and you're okay, Okay,
- 19:49Speaker 2: those questions are good. I'm going to hand you some
- 19:50Speaker 2: white boards, gonna play another game. This game is red flag,
- 19:52Speaker 2: green flag. So what we'll do is we will ask
- 19:54Speaker 2: you a question whether or not it's a red flag
- 19:56Speaker 2: green flag. You're right your answer, don't let each other
- 19:58Speaker 2: see it, and then flip write it nice and big
- 20:00Speaker 2: for the camera.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Okay. First, one red flag, green.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Flag when her ex looks after her dog when she
- 20:06Speaker 2: goes away.
- 20:08Speaker 1: All right, ready, flip two red flags compatible. That's good, good,
- 20:14Speaker 1: start off to a good starts actual there, you know.
- 20:16Speaker 3: What I mean?
- 20:17Speaker 1: Not really what's that word mean? I didn't go to university.
- 20:22Speaker 6: I mean if they're like super close.
- 20:27Speaker 1: But then it's like hold on, yeah, and Maddie's defense,
- 20:31Speaker 1: he says, it's the doggy daycare. It's cheap. It's cheaper
- 20:34Speaker 1: than taking a dog, like you're going to.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Wait for a few weeks.
- 20:37Speaker 1: It's free. So now it's a red flag and you're
- 20:40Speaker 1: abusing them. Okay, okay, next question, red flag, green flag.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Pretend you're all dating a girl. It's raining on a
- 20:49Speaker 1: night out. A guy offers your girlfriend an umbrella and
- 20:52Speaker 1: she goes under it. Maddie, this isn't funny, all right,
- 20:56Speaker 1: it's serious. We're getting the bottom of stuff here, Maddie.
- 20:59Speaker 5: It's funny question.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Okay, let's we got Daniel's ready. Okay, three to one
- 21:05Speaker 1: go flag. We got a green and a red red once.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Here's my point of view. If he was to hold
- 21:13Speaker 5: his umbrella around for another woman, that's.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Fair, I will say.
- 21:18Speaker 6: I will say, I think given that you think it's
- 21:20Speaker 6: a red flag, no, I think it's a red flag.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Because you think it's a red flag, then there's like
- 21:25Speaker 1: you know there's something's something sus going on. Okay, we
- 21:31Speaker 1: like it, we like it. Okay, will you willing to
- 21:33Speaker 1: change his mind? Last red flag? Green flag? This is
- 21:39Speaker 1: probably an old classic on the relatables channel. Okay, okay,
- 21:42Speaker 1: that's a girl best friend.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Well in your all instance, she has a boy best friend.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Yet in her since you have a girl best friend?
- 21:54Speaker 2: M three two one red and.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Green with a question mark, just one contextual again compatible
- 22:07Speaker 1: green question mark? Why where.
- 22:10Speaker 5: You can't just put a question market?
- 22:12Speaker 1: Well, I mean.
- 22:12Speaker 6: Because to me, to me, it's like neutral, you know
- 22:14Speaker 6: what I mean?
- 22:15Speaker 1: I can go on that can get red.
- 22:16Speaker 6: Yeah, just that fact alone, the context.
- 22:23Speaker 5: We could go to UNI with everything we've like.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Literally I've been the Union now, okay, cool, So that
- 22:30Speaker 2: was that was kind of like.
- 22:35Speaker 1: It was one out of three one and a half,
- 22:38Speaker 1: one and a half one. Yeah, we just a little
- 22:42Speaker 1: taste date, little teaser. Thank you very much for coming on.
- 22:46Speaker 1: We appreciate it and actually actually taught us a few
- 22:49Speaker 1: things to.
- 22:52Speaker 5: We said, we don't need to go to UNI.
- 22:53Speaker 1: My vocabulary has broadened. Big word, big word. It's aura.
- 23:00Speaker 2: It's something I don't know what it is.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Okay, Mads. This concludes the three part series Finding Love
- 23:08Speaker 1: on Tinder. So, firstly, thank you very much for coming
- 23:11Speaker 1: on the podcast. We appreciate we appreciate that. I hope
- 23:13Speaker 1: you enjoyed the experience.
- 23:14Speaker 5: It was really fun.
- 23:15Speaker 1: But we have a couple of questions to finish off. Okay,
- 23:18Speaker 1: question number one, how do you rate the date with Daniel?
- 23:21Speaker 5: Like a seven?
- 23:22Speaker 1: Seven with Daniel? Cool? And about Brad and to recap
- 23:25Speaker 1: what was Bradson wasn't he? We had an agree and
- 23:29Speaker 1: we were all.
- 23:30Speaker 5: Well, now what do you guys think of Daniel?
- 23:32Speaker 1: I did like Daniel. I like Brad too. We got
- 23:35Speaker 1: two very good applicants.
- 23:37Speaker 5: I think they're very different.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Daniel had some very like a lot of ground to
- 23:41Speaker 1: make up.
- 23:42Speaker 5: He did great head.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Yeah, great head start. Brad did and then I kind
- 23:48Speaker 1: of liked you. Brad was nervous. That's cute. Yeah, yeah,
- 23:53Speaker 1: I see.
- 23:54Speaker 5: I think that's almost why I think it was just
- 23:56Speaker 5: like that one point.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree.
- 23:59Speaker 5: Daniel just seemed to in his element.
- 24:02Speaker 1: He did seem and he was good with his words.
- 24:06Speaker 1: He really me spinning a couple of times. I use
- 24:10Speaker 1: those big words around me because I don't know what
- 24:11Speaker 1: they mean. You've sold Daddy, already. Yeah, but I'm going
- 24:18Speaker 1: to I'll say I'm going to go seven as well. Yeah,
- 24:22Speaker 1: but overall, what's yours for Daniel, I'm going to say
- 24:25Speaker 1: I reckon the same eight eight.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Okay, So okay, that's a little spanner in the world.
- 24:30Speaker 2: All right, So but overall, Mad, you have to decide.
- 24:33Speaker 2: So you've got to pick between Daniel and Brad.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Here we go. We're gonna let you do it. Here
- 24:39Speaker 1: you go. She's got she's got a whiteboard in front
- 24:42Speaker 1: of her. She's going to tick one of the names,
- 24:44Speaker 1: Brad or Daniel. Okay, and this is too. This is
- 24:47Speaker 1: for a second date. So you tick the person you
- 24:49Speaker 1: want to go on a second date with.
- 24:50Speaker 5: Wait, I'm not marrying them on the next episode is that.
- 24:53Speaker 1: You can do what you want me to go. He's
- 24:56Speaker 1: got to ask me first, okay, but we'll see how
- 24:58Speaker 1: we go. Alrighty you ready big big reveal?
- 25:06Speaker 2: H Bright, we went with the sweet one.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Well, that concludes our Tinder love story. I hope you're
- 25:21Speaker 1: happy with everything, Mad, Yes.
- 25:24Speaker 5: Well, clearly your advice worked on reading the Tinder profile
- 25:27Speaker 5: and getting verified, so.
- 25:30Speaker 1: I'm glad it helped give you guys it updates. I'm glad. Well,
- 25:35Speaker 1: I'm glad we met Broud as well.
- 25:37Speaker 5: You guys an updates.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Yeah, we'll be in touch, we'll be.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Thanks everyone for coming along on this journey over the
- 25:43Speaker 2: last three weeks to help Maddie find love through Tinder,
- 25:45Speaker 2: and thanks to Tinder for helping us out and getting
- 25:49Speaker 2: Maddie as two dates, soon to be a second so,
- 25:53Speaker 2: soon to be married, soon to be all right, up next,
- 26:06Speaker 2: Jake dreads this same I genuinely hate this segment, but
- 26:10Speaker 2: we got some feedback that people like it apparently, so,
- 26:14Speaker 2: so guys, it's time to play make them say where
- 26:17Speaker 2: we phone someone and it's actually on his turn. Yes,
- 26:20Speaker 2: so he's gonna call a friend and we gotta I
- 26:22Speaker 2: gotta give him a word to try and make our
- 26:24Speaker 2: friends say it.
- 26:24Speaker 1: So we're gonna have a normal conversation. I hate this
- 26:26Speaker 1: normal conversation. And then what word are going to try
- 26:29Speaker 1: and make our friends say? Weekend? Weekend? Okay? I feel
- 26:33Speaker 1: like I don't want it to be too hard.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, fuck this that's kind of hard because it's like, oh,
- 26:40Speaker 2: I don't know how to make them say this.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Okay, see it's stressed. Well, I know you've done it. Once,
- 26:44Speaker 1: but it's terress. What's my into? Like the conversation? I
- 26:49Speaker 1: don't know, man, we're calling our friend Ben. I'm hoping
- 26:52Speaker 1: he's like having lunch at work. It I'm just going
- 26:54Speaker 1: in cold, have no plan. I don't know how you
- 26:57Speaker 1: do this so confidently, let's do it?
- 27:00Speaker 3: What are you calling me for?
- 27:02Speaker 5: Oh?
- 27:02Speaker 1: What's going on? Man? I was just are you working?
- 27:06Speaker 3: I'm got a minute while? What's up?
- 27:08Speaker 1: It sounded to aggressive when you're picked.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Up because he's trying to get a rope in the tree.
- 27:14Speaker 1: That's right. I just want cool about tours birthday?
- 27:17Speaker 3: Oh? Yeah?
- 27:17Speaker 1: Are you? Are you getting up too much? Coming up
- 27:19Speaker 1: on after work on Friday?
- 27:22Speaker 3: No?
- 27:23Speaker 1: No, you know? What about what about the following few days?
- 27:27Speaker 1: What are you doing?
- 27:28Speaker 3: Okay?

- 27:47Speaker 1: Monday this week? Is it a what's it called a
- 27:50Speaker 1: long thing?
- 27:52Speaker 3: Queen? Now?
- 27:53Speaker 1: No? King? What's is it a thing? What's it called?
- 27:56Speaker 3: The queen? King's birthday?
- 27:58Speaker 1: On Monday?
- 27:59Speaker 3: The King and the King and the Queen con have
- 28:01Speaker 3: my birthday.
- 28:02Speaker 1: No, but like you know what I mean, now we
- 28:04Speaker 1: get a public holiday.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, is it one of them?
- 28:10Speaker 1: I thought I thought it was because then we could
- 28:13Speaker 1: like drink and like be hung over whatever.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Yeah, we do have yeah, Ja.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Mark, that was good man. Oh that was so good.

- 29:05Speaker 1: good man, that was really good. You're on the spot
- 29:09Speaker 1: and you're like, is it a long weekend? This weekend?
- 29:11Speaker 1: It is? And you know what, I've got to give
- 29:14Speaker 1: it to you.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Because the rule is obviously we're not allowed to say
- 29:17Speaker 2: the word we want them to say. And so your
- 29:19Speaker 2: approach started off for like, I was like, oh, fuck,
- 29:23Speaker 2: he's trying.
- 29:23Speaker 1: But then I was I saw him. I was like,
- 29:24Speaker 1: you're gonna get him say long weekend. Oh, you're way
- 29:31Speaker 1: too good at the Holy Ship let's go come back
- 29:35Speaker 1: next week because Jake's going to call a friend. He sucks.

- 29:41Speaker 1: like and you don't know what you're talking about either. No,
- 29:44Speaker 1: that was good. Fuck.
