Anosh Ahmed, former CFO of Loretto Hospital, faces a second indictment for allegedly orchestrating a COVID-19 testing fraud scheme that could have netted tens of millions. Arrested in Serbia in January, he’s now back in the U.S. to face new charges. Lab owner Mohamed Sirajudeen recently pleaded guilty, admitting to conspiring with Ahmed to defraud the government — a major blow to the defense.
