- 0:34Hi everybody and welcome to another
- 0:36edition of our heartto-he heart podcast.
- 0:39I am back with my media over here Daniel
- 0:42Diaz Leva and my bestie Ryan Holtzman
- 0:46and we're here for a mini episode to
- 0:48talk about how sports has changed in our
- 0:51city. When we were younger guys, I
- 0:53remember there was a sport for every
- 0:55season. I feel like our kids in today's
- 0:57world have to focus on one sport year
- 1:00round to be good at it because if not
- 1:03they won't get any playing time. Do you
- 1:05guys agree or disagree?
- 1:07>> Yeah, I think that's definitely the case
- 1:09nowadays. I mean growing up, Danny, we I
- 1:11mean we soccer, football, basketball,
- 1:14anything. It's we played year round,
- 1:16right? And now it's to the point where
- 1:18if you want your son or daughter to be
- 1:21on a team in middle school and through
- 1:23high school, you almost have to, you
- 1:25know, specialize in one specific sport.
- 1:27And that come there's a lot of things
- 1:29that come with that like personal
- 1:30training, personal private lessons,
- 1:33going to camps, going to tournaments,
- 1:35and you hope that you know your kids get
- 1:37good enough at that specific sport to be
- 1:39able to be on the team. And you know,
- 1:41for us, I have Luke and Gabrielle,
- 1:43they're 12-year-old twins. They're doing
- 1:45jiu-jitsu for fun, which they love.
- 1:47Absolutely love. No pressure. There's no
- 1:49like goal there. And they're also
- 1:51playing lacrosse. And they're playing
- 1:52for their team for Guliver. And they're
- 1:54also playing in their own respective
- 1:56club team. And you know, the ultimate
- 1:59goal for Sofh and I is all right. When I
- 2:02went to school, my best friends were my
- 2:04teammates. And for me specifically, it
- 2:06was lacrosse. And they're my best
- 2:08friends to this day. And I want
- 2:10Gabrielle and Luke to have those same
- 2:11the same bond that I had with my
- 2:14friends. So in order to do that, we got
- 2:16to make sure that they you can even make
- 2:18that team, right? And it's challenging.
- 2:20I mean, it's it's all about the social
- 2:22aspect. Sports kids are considered the
- 2:25cool kids of school, and I want Luke and
- 2:26Gabrielle to be a part of that. I want
- 2:28them to learn all the life lessons that
- 2:29come along with sports that we can dive
- 2:31into. Um, but yeah, it's it's a
- 2:33challenge now. You really have to pick
- 2:34one and kind of go with it.
- 2:36>> Do you agree or disagree? No, I agree
- 2:38100%. I mean, I I um I remember when
- 2:41Danny started playing baseball and I um
- 2:44uh wanted to coach the baseball team in
- 2:46T-ball where I saw that we showed up to
- 2:50the to the uh first meeting of of all
- 2:53the coaches and several of the teams
- 2:56that we were were in our league, they
- 2:58were year- round players.
- 3:00>> Yeah.
- 3:01>> Excuse me. And these were
- 3:03>> these were five-year-old kids.
- 3:04>> Yeah.
- 3:04>> Right. And I was shocked. I was like,
- 3:07you know, these kids should be playing
- 3:08for fun. It should be, you know, about,
- 3:10you know, uh, sportsmanship and team
- 3:13building and things of that nature.
- 3:14>> In addition, you know, and obviously
- 3:15when we grew up playing, you'd have rock
- 3:17stars and you'd have guys that, you
- 3:19know, couldn't put on a glove, right?
- 3:20Like, and everything in between. And I
- 3:22thought that that was a benefit of it.
- 3:23And so, you know, when you come in and
- 3:25you have kids that are playing year
- 3:26round and they're going to rock your
- 3:27kids who've never played before, I was
- 3:29going to that was kind of discouraging
- 3:30for your kids, right? So, like I came in
- 3:32just shocked. It was very jarring to me
- 3:34when I started this process with my
- 3:36kids. And so, you know, I think it's
- 3:38extremely competitive now. And you have
- 3:40to do all of those things to be
- 3:42competitive in sports.
- 3:43>> It's also very expensive cuz like you
- 3:44said, there's the trainer involved.
- 3:46There's the club the club um fees.
- 3:50There's travel. Travel's huge now.
- 3:54>> We're we're gone every weekend.
- 3:56Literally every weekend. I have a wagon.
- 3:58I have a tent. I have four coolers, five
- 4:01folding chairs. I mean, it's it's part
- 4:03of our lives now, right? We're we're lax
- 4:05parents.
- 4:05>> Well, and you know, I I have to bring up
- 4:08the fact that you also have a
- 4:09four-year-old son and he's kind of the
- 4:11tag along. Do you think it's fair for
- 4:13Cruz to be sitting there all weekend
- 4:16just watching his brother and his sister
- 4:18play lacrosse?
- 4:18>> That's a good point. Um, we've thought
- 4:20about it. I mean, he loves it, but he's
- 4:22also that kid who's kind of happy
- 4:23golucky and goes with the flow, right?
- 4:25But at the same time, it's kind of
- 4:26giving him a vision of his future, too,
- 4:28right? And and what he likes to do. So,
- 4:30we have a little lacrosse stick that we
- 4:31cut down and he, you know, scoops up the
- 4:33ball on the sidelines. He cheers for his
- 4:34his brother and his sister.
- 4:36>> Yeah.
- 4:36>> And we I mean, he he loves it, but it to
- 4:39your point like
- 4:41>> why isn't he doing some something other,
- 4:43you know, than a sport. Maybe it's in an
- 4:45art class or a camp or what have you,
- 4:48but he's he's with us 247,
- 4:50>> right, Danny? as a dad um to one athlete
- 4:54and one that's heavily in the arts, do
- 4:57you find that we are struggling on the
- 4:59weekends to give the kids enough time to
- 5:02be, you know, in their sporting events
- 5:05and then having their social lives? Like
- 5:07I remember when Adriana was deep in
- 5:09competitive soccer and we would get
- 5:10birthday invitations. We didn't know if
- 5:13we had to go to the game, right,
- 5:14>> or if it was fair for her, you know, at
- 5:166, seven, eight years old to cancel that
- 5:18birthday party. What are your thoughts
- 5:20on that? Look, I think, you know,
- 5:22everybody handles those things
- 5:23differently and, you know, you obviously
- 5:24make your friendships around kind of
- 5:26sports and teams and things of that
- 5:27nature. I think we've, you know,
- 5:29balanced it pretty well. Um, and we've
- 5:31given our kids a little bit of space to
- 5:33kind of make decisions for themselves
- 5:34and, you know, not really forced things
- 5:36on them, which I think is a good thing.
- 5:39Um, but, you know, I I think Adriana is
- 5:41pursuing her passion. I mean, we've not
- 5:44been insistent on her just playing one
- 5:46sport. we've kind of allowed her, you
- 5:48know, which is how I kind of grew up,
- 5:49although I played soccer and baseball
- 5:52intentionally and and very competitively
- 5:54for most of my my younger years until I
- 5:57kind of got into high school and then I
- 5:58was playing more basketball and
- 5:59football. But, um, you know, Adriana's
- 6:02been kind of, you know, she's she even
- 6:03played flag football last year, right? I
- 6:05mean, she was exposed to different
- 6:06things and, um, she's made friends, you
- 6:09know, across teams and across, you know,
- 6:11schools and across clubs and things of
- 6:13that nature. And I think that that's
- 6:14worked out well for her. And the same
- 6:15thing with Danny on, you know, his piano
- 6:18and his art and and now fishing, which
- 6:20everybody's gotten heavy into fishing.
- 6:22>> All all the kids want to go.
- 6:23>> What a rage for fishing right now. And,
- 6:25you know, I love that they're doing this
- 6:27because we live in Miami. We live on the
- 6:29water.
- 6:30>> What better place to be fishing than in
- 6:33our own backyard? So, I'm so glad that
- 6:35there's a rise of fishing again. And
- 6:37there's nothing I love more, Ryan, than
- 6:39Friday after school. And this happened
- 6:40to us last night. We had all these bikes
- 6:43thrown in our front yard. And when we
- 6:45look behind the window, everybody's in
- 6:47the canal fishing, which side story,
- 6:50there is a crocodile in our canal right
- 6:52now, and I'm freaking out about it
- 6:54because all I see is a child getting
- 6:56napped by one. But
- 6:58>> they'll be all right. Of course, they'll
- 6:59be all right. We live in the Everglades.
- 7:00I mean, there's going to be crocs and
- 7:02alligators.
- 7:03>> Another episode for another day.
- 7:06>> Get your crocodiles out.
- 7:07>> To to your point, Danny, it's like, you
- 7:09know, Luke is now exposed by being on
- 7:10the Brothers United Columbus team. You
- 7:12would never have known those kids at
- 7:13Columbus and those boys. And Gabrielle's
- 7:16up in in Miami Shores and she's meeting
- 7:18a whole group of girls that go to
- 7:19university school. They go to Miami
- 7:21Country Day or St. Thomas. And it's kind
- 7:23of it's it's opening up their circles
- 7:24for their future network and and future
- 7:26friends, too.
- 7:27>> One of the things that I love that you
- 7:28guys did a couple years back ago, which
- 7:30you didn't do this year because our
- 7:31schedules are just so insane, was that
- 7:33you got season tickets to the Miami
- 7:35Hurricanes basketball season.
- 7:36>> That was fun. And um it was the perfect
- 7:39situation because it's close enough to
- 7:41home where you guys were able to get to
- 7:43the games on a school night. You were
- 7:44able to get back home as opposed to
- 7:46having to go to the stadium
- 7:47unfortunately to my to watch the heat
- 7:49games
- 7:50>> in Ryan's golf cart
- 7:51>> in Ryan's golf cart. They would, you
- 7:53know, just cross US one and get there.
- 7:56Um how awesome was that?
- 7:58>> It was great because it's almost like
- 7:59our our schedules are so busy. Our lives
- 8:01are so frantic and crazy with school and
- 8:02sports and whatever. It was kind of a
- 8:04break in the middle of the week. Most
- 8:06games were like a Wednesday or a
- 8:07Thursday and we kind of got to hit pause
- 8:11and be together and just, you know,
- 8:13enjoy the moment, be like in the present
- 8:15with our kids and our our friendship and
- 8:18it's you see people that you know and
- 8:20it's a community, you know, school. It's
- 8:22a community game and so it's you see the
- 8:25same faces every single game
- 8:27>> and it's it was fun and you're home, you
- 8:29know, you're home before bedtime. So
- 8:31>> it was the ideal scenario. I wish that
- 8:33everybody's schedules would lighten up a
- 8:35little bit to be able to partake in that
- 8:37again because I know our kids enjoyed it
- 8:38so much. But one of the reasons why we
- 8:41didn't do it, I mean, your twins, for
- 8:43example, let's talk about their schedule
- 8:45after school. These kids do not go to
- 8:48bed until what time sometimes?
- 8:50>> Yeah. So, we're Monday, Wednesday with
- 8:52Luke and Gabrielle. So, I come home from
- 8:55work and I take Luke to Columbus. We
- 8:57leave the house at 6:30. His practices
- 8:59till 8:30. He messes around with his
- 9:01friends playing football after lacrosse.
- 9:03And we're home by 9,00 9:15,
- 9:06>> Ryan. And that's not even having started
- 9:07homework.
- 9:08>> Well, they're supposed to do their
- 9:10homework before practice,
- 9:11>> do they?
- 9:12>> They they have been. They have been. And
- 9:13actually, and and same with Gabrielle.
- 9:15So Sophia's taking Cruz and Gabrielle to
- 9:18Miami Shores for her lacrosse practice.
- 9:19So we're we're going in different
- 9:21directions.
- 9:22>> Um but at the same time, it's it's
- 9:24really helped them in with it with their
- 9:26discipline. I mean, we twice a week I
- 9:29take Luke and Gabrielle to to Coral Oaks
- 9:31to the gym and we work out. We train in
- 9:33the mornings.
- 9:33>> And that's before school.
- 9:34>> That's before school.
- 9:35>> These kids get up to train at 5 a.m.
- 9:38>> They're up at They're up at 5:30. And by
- 9:39the way, they're the ones asking me. I'm
- 9:41not pressuring them.
- 9:42>> They want to wake up. They have, again,
- 9:45back to the discipline. They have their
- 9:46clothes laid out. They have their book
- 9:48bags, you know, prepared and ready. They
- 9:50make sure their homework is done. And
- 9:51it's keeping them on a very disciplined
- 9:53schedule. And since we've done this with
- 9:55the early morning wake up and the late
- 9:56practices, their grades have never been
- 9:58better. They had all A's and B's last
- 10:00quarter. More A's than B's.
- 10:02>> Interesting.
- 10:02>> And so I think that discipline, if we're
- 10:04instilling it, you know, now hopefully
- 10:06they carry that on as they as they grow.
- 10:08>> I think that's that's a huge, you know,
- 10:10thing. I uh I grew up like that as well.
- 10:13Um you know, I think kids thrive in a
- 10:16disciplined, you know, very consistent,
- 10:18steady environment. It just creates, you
- 10:21know, again, consistency and and it
- 10:23manages their expectations when they
- 10:25know what their schedule's going to be
- 10:26like.
- 10:27>> It it just it relieves a lot of anxiety
- 10:29and pressure.
- 10:30>> It does.
- 10:30>> But when they're growing, and I would
- 10:33love to talk to a doctor about this,
- 10:35when they're growing, I know that the
- 10:37endocrinologist has always told me that
- 10:39they sleeping is so important for kids
- 10:42when they're growing. these schedules
- 10:44where these kids are work and maybe not
- 10:46your kids per se or our kids per se, but
- 10:48there's, you know, practice that goes
- 10:50all the way up to 10:30 at night. And
- 10:52we're talking about little kids. We're
- 10:54not talking about high schoolers. We're
- 10:56talking about first, second, third
- 10:58graders. I'll never forget Adriana's
- 11:00soccer club team in second or third
- 11:02grade. Wanted her at a practice till
- 11:049:30 at night. I kept thinking, she's a
- 11:07child. She's growing. She needs sleep.
- 11:10Um, what do you guys think about that?
- 11:11this end of the day practice. I mean,
- 11:14shouldn't they be in bed by a certain
- 11:16time at a certain age?
- 11:17>> Yeah. I mean, for us, the days that they
- 11:19don't have practice, they're usually in
- 11:20bed early and we're very thoughtful of
- 11:22that, right? So, if they go to bed at
- 11:239:30 on a Monday, let's try to get them
- 11:258:15 on a Tuesday,
- 11:27>> right?
- 11:27>> And try to catch up. And then obviously
- 11:28on the weekends, I mean, our kids are
- 11:30sleeping in like teenagers now.
- 11:31>> Exactly.
- 11:31>> So,
- 11:32>> I mean, we left our kids sleeping at
- 11:33home. Right now, they've got the day off
- 11:35from school and they, you know, they
- 11:37need that rest. Um, and the when you
- 11:40said that they sleep in on the weekends,
- 11:41it's very seldom that your kids sleep on
- 11:43the weekend because they're always in
- 11:44tournaments.
- 11:45>> That's true. In tournament season, Yeah.
- 11:48I mean, sometimes we have to be in
- 11:50Wellington for an 8:30 game.
- 11:52>> That's crazy,
- 11:53>> right? Um, it's it's kind of bananas,
- 11:56but you know, also we we stay at hotels
- 11:59with the other families and it's great
- 12:01bonding. We have some of our greatest
- 12:02memories, you know, doing that. So,
- 12:04there's pros and cons, right?
- 12:05>> Yeah, of course. Danny, when you were
- 12:07growing up, was it more that you played
- 12:09for the team of your school or did you
- 12:12play for a club team? And have has that
- 12:14reversed in today's world?
- 12:15>> When I was growing up, uh, I played
- 12:17baseball at South Miami Cory League. Uh,
- 12:20and the majority people that I played
- 12:21with, um, you know, all kind of went, we
- 12:24all went to a lot of the same schools
- 12:25and obviously, you know, feeder schools
- 12:27to, you know, Guliver and and Palmer and
- 12:30Ransom and, uh, and Columbus and Benn
- 12:32and and so, you know, it wasn't so much
- 12:35the school team until you got to like,
- 12:37let's say, middle school or high school.
- 12:39It was really just the club team, right?
- 12:42Um, same thing with soccer. I played
- 12:43soccer at the YMCA. like we didn't have
- 12:45Pinerest Premiere and like you know
- 12:47today it's like you have a million
- 12:48options to kind of pick your poison.
- 12:50>> They're like mini pro leagues.
- 12:51>> Yeah. But but that's where we played and
- 12:54so you know no less competitive. Um you
- 12:58know a lot of the folks that I grew up
- 13:00playing baseball with. For instance, I
- 13:01have numerous friends that that got
- 13:04drafted and played you know in the
- 13:05minors if not you know ultimately into
- 13:07the pros. You know same thing with
- 13:09soccer. Guys got pulled into club teams
- 13:11with you know Real Madrid and Barcelona
- 13:13and stuff like that. Um, and then you
- 13:15know when I went to middle school and
- 13:18high school, I played both on my school
- 13:20team. We were at Carver, we, you know,
- 13:23and at Carver I played volleyball, I ran
- 13:25cross country, I played soccer, I played
- 13:28uh basketball, and then when I got to
- 13:30Palmer, I played, you know, uh, football
- 13:32and basketball. And so that was it. I
- 13:34only played on on the the school team.
- 13:37Um, and obviously different things. And
- 13:40again, you know, we were competitive
- 13:42because we were athletic and we just
- 13:43kind of did it and we did it for fun.
- 13:45>> Um, but you know, it it's it's
- 13:48completely changed. Like I don't know
- 13:50today that, you know, if I would have
- 13:52played the way that I played, I would
- 13:54never have gotten to a level of
- 13:56competitiveness as a basketball player
- 13:59or as a football player or as a baseball
- 14:01player. Had I not hired the hitting
- 14:03coach, hired the pitching coach, hired,
- 14:05you know, been playing 24/7, I don't
- 14:07think that I would have been as
- 14:08competitive as I was in today's
- 14:10environment. For sure.
- 14:11>> I totally agree with that.
- 14:12>> Yeah.
- 14:13>> I think it's sad that people have to get
- 14:15to that point just to have fun in
- 14:17today's world cuz I'm talking from a
- 14:20non-athletic perspective, which would be
- 14:22me. Um, my only sport is none of the
- 14:26above. And um if I just wanted to try in
- 14:30today's world try my hand at volleyball,
- 14:34I wouldn't even have a spot on the team
- 14:36to try because I would need to line up a
- 14:39million and one coaches,
- 14:41>> which is kind of sad for those people
- 14:43that did not start at 2 years old
- 14:46kicking the soccer ball.
- 14:47>> At what point do you see that changing
- 14:49or you don't see that changing?
- 14:51>> I don't see it changing. I see it
- 14:53getting more intense.
- 14:54>> Yeah.
- 14:55>> To be quite honest. And what is the end
- 14:57goal for a lot of these people? Is it
- 14:59Olympics? Is it sports team? I mean,
- 15:01let's be honest. Who's going to go pro?
- 15:04A fraction of the people. Like for
- 15:06example, your kids, I know you
- 15:09personally, so I know your kids play for
- 15:11fun, but is there a goal in mind for
- 15:12their lacrosse journey?
- 15:15>> I don't know if they know that yet. Um,
- 15:18for Sofh and I, it's it's really just
- 15:21them being a part of a team because you
- 15:23learn so many intangibles on a team and
- 15:26and I played lacrosse in middle school,
- 15:29high school, and college. I even played,
- 15:31you know, in men's leagues until I was
- 15:3340. I retired. I hung up the cleats when
- 15:35I was 40 and I discovered tennis, which
- 15:37is my new love.
- 15:38>> Um, but it's really just them being a
- 15:40part of something.
- 15:41>> Yeah. And to your point, it's
- 15:43unfortunate that we have to put all this
- 15:45time into the private coaches to, you
- 15:48know, just working with them personally,
- 15:50you know, getting them to the gym, doing
- 15:51the tournaments so they can make those
- 15:53teams to have that experience because
- 15:55>> if we don't do all that, there's a
- 15:57chance they may not make that team.
- 15:59>> And that's that's your point, right?
- 16:00Like that's where I think it's a you're
- 16:01doing a discredit to these kids, right?
- 16:03Because I think that, you know, as I had
- 16:05suggested that you have kind, you know,
- 16:07when we were growing up, you had the the
- 16:09high performers and you had the guys
- 16:10that were just trying this out for fun,
- 16:12right? And everything in between.
- 16:14>> There's so much so many social skills
- 16:16and so many just team building skills
- 16:18that you get by being a member of the
- 16:20team
- 16:21>> that you're you're not giving exposure
- 16:23to an enormous amount of kids that
- 16:26would, you know, really benefit from,
- 16:28you know, learning how to do that and
- 16:30collaborating and whatnot. just fine
- 16:32motor skills alone.
- 16:34>> That too for sure. But you know, look, I
- 16:36I I will say this. You know, maybe
- 16:38you're not playing football or lacrosse
- 16:41because you're not great, right? That
- 16:43you're not, you know, competitive from a
- 16:45team perspective. Um, and obviously the
- 16:48team element is is is super important
- 16:50what we're talking about, but but the
- 16:51wellness orientation is super important
- 16:53as well, right? So, I think that today
- 16:56we're more and more intentional about
- 16:58wellness um and you know PE and you know
- 17:01just being active and outside um and I
- 17:04think everybody needs to do that at an
- 17:06early age so that you have that
- 17:08disposition right and so you know your
- 17:10kids seeing you play tennis and working
- 17:12out at at Legacy and things like that
- 17:14you know that's projecting on them right
- 17:16and they kind of have an opening to
- 17:18playing sports or just to being fit and
- 17:21and and inclined to wellness.
- 17:23>> Yeah, no doubt. I mean, I'm just I'm
- 17:26blessed and lucky that they want to come
- 17:27work out with me in the mornings, right?
- 17:29Yeah. And they're learning their bodies.
- 17:30Like, they're like baby giraffes, you
- 17:32know, and they're trying to hop on one
- 17:33foot and understand how their bodies
- 17:35work, right? I mean, we're not doing 300
- 17:36lb squats in their back.
- 17:37>> Yeah.
- 17:38>> But they're, you know, they're learning
- 17:39how to how to cut laterally, how to run
- 17:42sprints, you know, they're just learning
- 17:43their bodies now. And hopefully they
- 17:45take that discipline into their lives
- 17:46because, you know, fitness is a part of
- 17:49my life. It's a part of your life,
- 17:50right? Big time. And it's without that,
- 17:52I don't know where I'd be. And so, we
- 17:54want to instill that in them at a very
- 17:55young age.
- 17:56>> I love that. I love that you do that.
- 17:58I'm always in awe that they wake up
- 18:00early to work out with you because we
- 18:02could barely get ours to roll out of bed
- 18:04in the morning and make it to school on
- 18:06time. So, it just it shocks me that they
- 18:09do that and then they have a full day of
- 18:10school and then they go to practice.
- 18:12>> Yep. Yep. Kudos to you and so for
- 18:15instilling that in them because I think
- 18:17that's
- 18:17>> kudos to the kids for for first and
- 18:19foremost wanting to do it right.
- 18:21>> Do you see your fouryear-old going down
- 18:23that same path?
- 18:24>> So Cruz will just randomly stop us in
- 18:27the middle of the house and give us 10
- 18:29push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 10 squats. And
- 18:31he says, "Look how big my look at my
- 18:32muscles."
- 18:33>> That's hilarious.
- 18:34>> So he sees them doing it. He sees Sofh
- 18:36and I doing it. So I think, you know,
- 18:38he's he's well on his way. So Sofh was
- 18:41one of my first founding guests, if you
- 18:44will. Actually, she was my very first
- 18:46interview when I told her I wanted to
- 18:47start doing this. Um, when we were
- 18:50building up the foundations for Heartful
- 18:53Living, I did a dual episode with her,
- 18:55which if you're not familiar, it's
- 18:57Sophia Holtzman. It's 121 days in the
- 18:59NICU followed by a co surprise, which
- 19:02was your four-year-old Cruz. Uh, did you
- 19:05ever envision this life for them when
- 19:07they were born as micro preeis?
- 19:11>> That's a lot to unpack. I mean, no. The
- 19:13the the short answer is no. I mean, we
- 19:16were just so happy that they got out of
- 19:18the hospital healthy. And, you know, the
- 19:21doctors told us if they do make it out,
- 19:23you know, here's a list, a laundry list
- 19:25of things that could happen. I mean,
- 19:27blind, deaf, not being able to walk,
- 19:30speech, what have you. and they've
- 19:32surpassed all of that. And so I have a
- 19:35different perspective than some parents.
- 19:36Like just seeing them out on the field,
- 19:39you know, practicing with their team or
- 19:41just throwing a football with their
- 19:42buddies or kicking a soccer ball, it's
- 19:45just like it's everything. I mean, that
- 19:47they're able to laugh and have fun just
- 19:50playing sports.
- 19:51>> If that's not heartful living,
- 19:52>> it's amazing.
- 19:53>> I don't know what is.
- 19:55>> We're very blessed.
- 19:56>> Yeah. Well, thank you guys for being
- 19:57here today. Um I hope you'll come back.
- 20:00>> Of course. I love having this tribe here
- 20:02with me and I love having a dad's
- 20:05perspective here every once in a while.
- 20:07>> So hopefully you guys will come back. We
- 20:09could talk about vacation, plan a
- 20:12vacation,
- 20:14>> much needed a
- 20:15>> much needed vacation. We could talk
- 20:16about any anything you guys want. Just
- 20:18promise you'll come back.
- 20:19>> You have my word.
- 20:20>> Thank you all. Thank you all for
- 20:21listening today. Have a good one.
- 20:23Bye-bye.
