Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Mister Holman, it's good to talk to you after a
- 0:04Speaker 1: very busy day in LA. You had an inner agency
- 0:08Speaker 1: operation yesterday. Who all was involved in what happened in La?
- 0:13Speaker 2: You know, we had ICE both both Division Advice at
- 0:15Speaker 2: Eerrow Enforcement ROO operations, We had HSI, we had a
- 0:20Speaker 2: da US Marshals atf ATPI and the I r S
- 0:27Speaker 2: and we had an assistance of the US Attorney here
- 0:31Speaker 2: in Los Angeles was with me overseeing the operation.
- 0:34Speaker 1: What did the operation net in terms of arrest With the.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One current investigation, we wrestled forty and one person was
- 0:43Speaker 2: arrested for interference, So total.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Forty one arrest one for impeding impeding. Yes, and that
- 0:49Speaker 1: individual will likely be charged and probably bonded out and
- 0:56Speaker 1: I have to deal with the charges.
- 0:57Speaker 2: But he will be charging competing again, that's you ought
- 1:01Speaker 2: to face that consequence. The US Attorney here in Los
- 1:04Speaker 2: Angeles says, charged them.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Okay. And when you say that there were problems with
- 1:10Speaker 1: the financials of this, is that under the purview of
- 1:15Speaker 1: ICE or is that part of the reason that the
- 1:19Speaker 1: FBI and some of these other agencies I R S
- 1:21Speaker 1: were involved. Yeah, it's a multi agency investigation.
- 1:25Speaker 2: And when we talked about customers for all tax evasion,
- 1:27Speaker 2: money laundering. Many different natures are part of the task force.
- 1:31Speaker 2: How many security task Force? So and plus we have
- 1:34Speaker 2: the other agencies also helping us at large criminal arrests.
- 1:37Speaker 2: And a good thing about that President Trump came up
- 1:40Speaker 2: as ideal of all the government searching and arrestling for
- 1:43Speaker 2: illegal aliens in this country. Where are public safety threats
- 1:46Speaker 2: and national security threats?
- 1:47Speaker 1: What's good about that?
- 1:49Speaker 2: When we find a criminal threat, an illegal alien, public
- 1:53Speaker 2: safety threat or a national security case. If the DAS
- 1:58Speaker 2: was we're sent illego aliand with a they can prosecute
- 2:01Speaker 2: like nine to twenty two g illegal Alian possession of
- 2:03Speaker 2: weapons the family. So they can prosecute any gun charges
- 2:06Speaker 2: that we find. You know, and you got the The
- 2:09Speaker 2: AHF can prosecute GUNSDA can prosecute any drugs we find.
- 2:13Speaker 2: So having these other long enforce and agencies with US
- 2:15Speaker 2: gives us a chance to start a criminal prosecution separate
- 2:19Speaker 2: from the over arching investigation. Then right they get done
- 2:22Speaker 2: dealing with that criminal prosecution, then we can deportm to
- 2:25Speaker 2: the United States.
- 2:26Speaker 1: So one of the first places that you served a warrant,
- 2:31Speaker 1: a search warrant on and you had done already had
- 2:35Speaker 1: done some work. The I nine work was that a
- 2:37Speaker 1: factory there is a warehouse, warehouse where they sell a
- 2:40Speaker 1: lot of clothing. Yeah, a warehouse, and that's where we
- 2:43Speaker 1: rusted over forty one.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And many of them were hiding, you know, trying not
- 2:48Speaker 2: to be arrested by ice. So it took a while
- 2:49Speaker 2: to find their hiding and they're after is hiding and
- 2:52Speaker 2: you know boxes. But we're able to find them all
- 2:54Speaker 2: and take custium. And what's important about that is we
- 2:57Speaker 2: want to take statements from all these people and make
- 3:00Speaker 2: sure are we going are we going to identify anybody
- 3:02Speaker 2: that was in forced labor, because the garment industry is
- 3:06Speaker 2: famous for that. We got to make sure with anybody
- 3:08Speaker 2: in forced labor, anybody being views or threatened, not being
- 3:11Speaker 2: paid properly. You know, there's a lot of things we
- 3:13Speaker 2: look at. Are they victim of trafficking? Do we find
- 3:16Speaker 2: any juveniles? So yes, they Fortunately we found the kids
- 3:20Speaker 2: that were forced into forced labor. But the investigation continues.
- 3:24Speaker 2: The interviews are continuing, all right.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And then this particular company also had a storefront and
- 3:31Speaker 1: there was a warrant served there as well. Correct Correct
- 3:34Speaker 1: and there was a huge reaction in terms of protesters,
- 3:41Speaker 1: and I say huge in terms of the vitriol that
- 3:45Speaker 1: was being protested in the streets, particularly outside the retail outlet.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Tell us about that.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Well, you know, it takes it takes a while to
- 3:54Speaker 2: sort of a warrant, right, We got a lot of
- 3:56Speaker 2: looking for documents, looking for evidence, talking to but are
- 4:00Speaker 2: being arrested. You know, there's a lot goes into search
- 4:03Speaker 2: on It takes several hours. So then while we're executing
- 4:06Speaker 2: that search onring and going through the process that we
- 4:08Speaker 2: go through. Of course, the community here in LA the
- 4:11Speaker 2: non government organization, the Open Border Advocates, they're very well
- 4:15Speaker 2: coordinated in Los Angeles to social media. So where we
- 4:20Speaker 2: got out that we had an enforcement action that a
- 4:21Speaker 2: specific location, more and more protesters started gathering and it
- 4:25Speaker 2: got to the point where the crowd got big by
- 4:28Speaker 2: a couple hundred people, and they were trying to impede
- 4:31Speaker 2: our efforts not only to take the arrested illegal aliens
- 4:36Speaker 2: and placement transportation to get into the office, they also
- 4:39Speaker 2: are trying to prevent our officers from leaving the vacility,
- 4:42Speaker 2: you know, strong the facilities let them leave, and we're
- 4:45Speaker 2: seeing us more and more throughout the country. It's well organized.
- 4:49Speaker 2: You know, they can protest all they want. They have
- 4:51Speaker 2: that right, They got the first point of rights. But
- 4:53Speaker 2: when you start, when you get to the point you're threatening,
- 4:55Speaker 2: impeding and preventing us doing the job, it's a crime
- 5:00Speaker 2: and we're gonna have to be forced to take action.
- 5:03Speaker 1: All right, So what are the instructions to the agency
- 5:07Speaker 1: if someone is impeding they're coming or going from a
- 5:14Speaker 1: crime scene, if they're transporting detainees, if somebody's impeding that,
- 5:21Speaker 1: if somebody's getting up and putting their hands on a
- 5:23Speaker 1: federal officer, what is their instruction if that happens.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Well, yesterday the beginning of the operation, I spoke to
- 5:30Speaker 2: my tone what I expected to happen, and the US
- 5:32Speaker 2: Attorney I also spoke to the same information. We gave them,
- 5:37Speaker 2: like zero tolerance, zero tolerance. If someone impeeded you, you
- 5:40Speaker 2: arrest them. If someone put hands on you, you arrest them.
- 5:44Speaker 2: If someone tries to get between you and alien your wrestling,
- 5:47Speaker 2: you're going to prosecute. You're going to wrestle and prosecute them.
- 5:49Speaker 2: So the message was clear, and that's the message of
- 5:52Speaker 2: trying to send now You can protest and you can hate.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Shame on you, I mean, but you can hate what
- 5:57Speaker 2: ICE does and who I say is.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You can pro.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Tests and throw out all the nasty words you want,
- 6:03Speaker 2: but you can't cross that line. I've been saying this
- 6:06Speaker 2: for months, and so now that it's getting to the
- 6:08Speaker 2: points getting out of control, and it's getting to be
- 6:10Speaker 2: a significant threat to our officers, and now you've got
- 6:14Speaker 2: the dock scene, you've got the threatsgains officers and their families.
- 6:17Speaker 2: We have gone to a zero tolerance position. We will
- 6:20Speaker 2: not let anybody break the law, impede us, interfere with us,
- 6:25Speaker 2: put hands on us, you will be arrested. That's exactly
- 6:29Speaker 2: the message going forward to all agents.
- 6:32Speaker 1: This warehouse and retail outlet that you served warrants on.
- 6:38Speaker 1: The belief is and the evidence suggests that this is
- 6:43Speaker 1: a cartel related business here in the United States, that
- 6:48Speaker 1: this money, the eighty million dollars that they are suspected
- 6:52Speaker 1: of undervaluing, the double digit millions in tariffs that they
- 6:58Speaker 1: are suspected did, and we'll be charged with violations on
- 7:04Speaker 1: U income tax evasion. You believe that all of that
- 7:10Speaker 1: is for it is benefiting an illegal cartel, a cartel
- 7:16Speaker 1: in Mexico or Columbia. Do you know which cartel?
- 7:19Speaker 2: No, it's it's a it's a larger investigation and this
- 7:23Speaker 2: company is one of many that we're we're searching and
- 7:27Speaker 2: gathering evidence on the fact that much of the money
- 7:30Speaker 2: in this industry is laundered to Colombia in Mexico in
- 7:36Speaker 2: support of cartal activities. We also got tax evasion and
- 7:40Speaker 2: we also got customs fraud and you know, ICE big
- 7:44Speaker 2: part of ICE responsibilities are customs, customs laws, customers enforcement.
- 7:49Speaker 2: So this is this is one business out of many
- 7:51Speaker 2: we're looking at. So it's a part of bigger investigation
- 7:54Speaker 2: and as we've gathered more and more in evidence, then
- 7:56Speaker 2: we'll decide what we want to currently prosecute. You know,
- 7:59Speaker 2: it's specifically for now in front of the media including
- 8:05Speaker 2: Merrit TV were there and a flatbed truck pulls up
- 8:09Speaker 2: in front of this retail organization where a warrant was
- 8:15Speaker 2: being served. There's there are megaphones and they're broadcasting out
- 8:22Speaker 2: as loud as possible, relentlessly, and they're coaching those that
- 8:29Speaker 2: are arrested or might be arrested, telling them what to do,
- 8:32Speaker 2: what to not do. Et cetera, et cetera. And that's all.
- 8:38Speaker 2: That's all legal. That's you have no problem with that right.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I have no problem if they want to shout, you know,
- 8:43Speaker 2: here's your concentration. They're gonna be read the rights anyways.
- 8:46Speaker 2: But if they want to shout the rights to not
- 8:48Speaker 2: speak and get a lawyer, perfectly fine with that.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I mean, they have that right. But then they started,
- 8:57Speaker 1: I saw demonstrators, we have it on video, as does
- 9:01Speaker 1: several of the media outlets here in LA started attacking vehicles,
- 9:07Speaker 1: transport vehicles, vehicles with agents in them, pounding on the windows,
- 9:15Speaker 1: throwing bicycles, anything they could find against the cars, impeding
- 9:20Speaker 1: their exit, and attacking the vehicles. That's not free speech,
- 9:26Speaker 1: that's a crime.
- 9:27Speaker 2: They've damaged a lot of government property. They slash tires
- 9:30Speaker 2: of the agents who are serving the warrants. This is
- 9:33Speaker 2: all government property. Again, you got the right to protest,
- 9:35Speaker 2: you got the right your first moment rights, but you
- 9:38Speaker 2: don't have the right to destroy government property. These men
- 9:41Speaker 2: and women aren't forced them law. They're there with a
- 9:43Speaker 2: warrant signed by judge in the criminal investigation. That's a
- 9:50Speaker 2: serious criminal investigation. So yeah, a lot of they went again.
- 9:53Speaker 2: They crossed the line.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Have you checked your home title recently? Many homeowners never have,
- 9:59Speaker 1: leaving themselves vulnerable. Scammers can steal your home title, forge

- 10:36Speaker 1: any change, and if fraud should happen, they'll spend up
- 10:40Speaker 1: to a million dollars to fix it. Go to home
- 10:43Speaker 1: title loock dot com now use promo code Phil. That's
- 10:47Speaker 1: home title lock dot com. Promo code Phil. Did anybody
- 10:52Speaker 1: contact anyone that you know of from the demonstrators, from
- 10:58Speaker 1: the protesters that wanted any actual information about what was
- 11:03Speaker 1: going on?
- 11:03Speaker 2: No, they don't. They don't want the truth. They don't
- 11:06Speaker 2: want to know, you know, it's just they do not
- 11:09Speaker 2: want immigration laws enforced. It's a sanctuary city. And then
- 11:14Speaker 2: and the representatives of these angels and these open borders groups, yes, say,
- 11:19Speaker 2: you look at other statements. Not one mention of criminals,
- 11:22Speaker 2: not one mentioned of forced labor, not one mention of
- 11:26Speaker 2: tax evasion or or or customers fraud or money laundering
- 11:31Speaker 2: or cartel support.
- 11:32Speaker 1: It's all about there.
- 11:35Speaker 2: They don't want immigration laws and forced against anybody. And
- 11:39Speaker 2: I really think if they understood and asked those questions
- 11:44Speaker 2: or understood why exactly we're there and doing what we're doing,
- 11:47Speaker 2: I think you have less people out their protests. Okay,
- 11:50Speaker 2: this is just this isn't just immigration enforcement. This is
- 11:53Speaker 2: a part of a bigger criminal syndicate that ICE is
- 11:57Speaker 2: trying to investigate and and take that. But those questions
- 12:01Speaker 2: aren't asked. It's all about immigration enforcement. They don't want
- 12:04Speaker 2: to know the facts because the facts is going to
- 12:06Speaker 2: decrease the support they have. And these demonstrations and these
- 12:09Speaker 2: riots last night, you know, after the more and more
- 12:14Speaker 2: of these, then Joe's and open boarded advocates started yelling
- 12:17Speaker 2: and screaming and doing demonstration. Now we've got hundreds of
- 12:20Speaker 2: people in the federal building breaching and federal building. You know,
- 12:24Speaker 2: we had we had people we arrested and custody in
- 12:27Speaker 2: that federal building. We get officers, got non non enforcement officers,
- 12:31Speaker 2: they're in personnel that were in extreme danger and and
- 12:34Speaker 2: it was just it really get out of hand and
- 12:37Speaker 2: it's just going to continue. This is what we're dealing with.
- 12:41Speaker 2: As we're driving here today New York City, hundreds of
- 12:44Speaker 2: protesters had the Federal plaza. Is Luckily NYPD's respiring helping
- 12:50Speaker 2: our officers. But this is going across this, This is
- 12:52Speaker 2: this is a message coming from the open border advocates.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Take it on fight fight Ice we see there today.
- 12:59Speaker 2: You've seen the post ICE or Nazis. Ice are racist,
- 13:02Speaker 2: So that the these sorrols funded groups, these open.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Border advocates are.
- 13:08Speaker 2: We are well positioned and to social media, they can
- 13:11Speaker 2: get a lot of people out there to uh to
- 13:14Speaker 2: protest what we do. And we don't mind the process.
- 13:17Speaker 2: I'm gonna say it again, we don't mind the protest.
- 13:19Speaker 2: You gotta write the protest. But they're putting our officers
- 13:22Speaker 2: in dangers. Last night, not when we put our officers
- 13:24Speaker 2: in dangers. They put our detainees people we rest yes
- 13:27Speaker 2: yes day, they were put in danger, and other employees
- 13:30Speaker 2: of that facility were put in danger.
- 13:33Speaker 1: If someone had called you from one of these organizations.
- 13:36Speaker 1: And there was a spokesperson that was on the microphone
- 13:41Speaker 1: yesterday that I watched on a local outlet here for
- 13:44Speaker 1: quite some time, and he was saying, this is uh,
- 13:53Speaker 1: this is terrible abuse from the federal government, this is
- 13:56Speaker 1: terrible abuse from ICE, this is genocide. There weren't enough
- 14:01Speaker 1: adjectives and superlatives for him to use describing how bad
- 14:08Speaker 1: what was going on was in his eyes. And he
- 14:16Speaker 1: apparently is on top of an organization that has sixty
- 14:22Speaker 1: or eighty advocacy organizations under this umbrella, and he was
- 14:27Speaker 1: telling them, look, if you're not if you're not a member,
- 14:31Speaker 1: then you're not helping. You need to join because we
- 14:34Speaker 1: need to get organized and we need to push back
- 14:39Speaker 1: against ICE. We need to stop them from doing what
- 14:42Speaker 1: they're doing, and we need to get these people released
- 14:46Speaker 1: that were arrested, that these are just people trying to
- 14:50Speaker 1: make a living and they were just arrested just out
- 14:54Speaker 1: of the blue, no warning, and basically saying there was
- 15:00Speaker 1: no justification whatsoever for this operation. If that person had
- 15:11Speaker 1: contacted you, contacted the federal building and said I would
- 15:16Speaker 1: like to sit down with Tom Homan and find out
- 15:21Speaker 1: what's going on in the community so I can share
- 15:24Speaker 1: this with the community. Would you talk to them? Would
- 15:26Speaker 1: you have talked to them? And heartbeat?
- 15:28Speaker 2: I mean, I spend almost every day talking to the
- 15:31Speaker 2: media in groups. As you know, there's networks out there
- 15:36Speaker 2: that are not supportive of this administration, not supportive of
- 15:39Speaker 2: the work advice. And I've never said known anybody. I mean,
- 15:42Speaker 2: I've taken some pretty harsh interviews with non friendly networks
- 15:46Speaker 2: that want to spend the entire twenty minute interview attacking ice.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I've never said no to an interview with anybody, any enngines,
- 15:55Speaker 2: any groups, any network. I speak to everybody because I
- 15:58Speaker 2: was just simping weigh out of the facts at the
- 15:59Speaker 2: end that you may not agree with it. You may say, well,
- 16:02Speaker 2: I still don't support it. If I think it's important
- 16:03Speaker 2: to get the facts out, and I'll talk to anybody.
- 16:06Speaker 2: And you know, I work at the White House, and
- 16:07Speaker 2: White House Press cor knows that the White House Press
- 16:10Speaker 2: knows it was a difficult interview. We'll get it home.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I'm not afraid to talk to anybody because the facts
- 16:15Speaker 2: are the facts. And again at the end of it,
- 16:16Speaker 2: they may say, well, we don't care. We you know,
- 16:18Speaker 2: we don't. We don't, we don't, we don't support your mission.
- 16:22Speaker 2: But it's important to get the facts out. I think
- 16:23Speaker 2: the more and more the facts get out, the more
- 16:25Speaker 2: and more people realize this isn't a racial attack, this
- 16:28Speaker 2: isn't racism, this isn't you know a bunch of Nazis
- 16:32Speaker 2: run running around the streets of our major cities. These
- 16:35Speaker 2: men and women are out forcing the law we've talked about. Yesterday,
- 16:38Speaker 2: the Congress, you know, created these laws and acted them.
- 16:41Speaker 2: And yesterday we were sure a warrants signed by judiciary,
- 16:43Speaker 2: a judge who looked at all the evidence presented to them,
- 16:47Speaker 2: which you know, you got to show significant probable calls
- 16:49Speaker 2: to get a search wart to go into somebody's residence
- 16:51Speaker 2: or somebody's business to look for evidence. A judge looked
- 16:54Speaker 2: all the facts, says, yes, you've got the facts, here's
- 16:56Speaker 2: your search warrant. And we're executing those search warrants looking
- 16:58Speaker 2: for evidence for a criminal violation. That's what we That's
- 17:01Speaker 2: a mess we we keep sending out over and over again.
- 17:04Speaker 2: But these advocates, many of these advocates. They don't want
- 17:07Speaker 2: to know the facts. This this is about this about
- 17:10Speaker 2: taking on Trump administration, about taking on men and women
- 17:12Speaker 2: at ice and the the the rhetoric, as you know,
- 17:16Speaker 2: is increasing every day. So we're out there again today
- 17:20Speaker 2: looking for you know, public safety threats, people who find
- 17:24Speaker 2: orders are removal issued by judge. And I'm sure you're
- 17:27Speaker 2: gonna see some more you know, protests today, but but
- 17:30Speaker 2: I want to make it clear they can protest all
- 17:32Speaker 2: they want. We're not gonna stop doing this job. It's
- 17:36Speaker 2: made it's making more dangerous. We got to send more resources,
- 17:39Speaker 2: make sure we have you know, a plan for you know,
- 17:41Speaker 2: securing not only the property, but the men and women
- 17:44Speaker 2: who are serving those warrants and the men and women
- 17:46Speaker 2: who are arresting. So we got we just got add
- 17:48Speaker 2: more resources. But we're not going to stop enforcing the law.
- 17:51Speaker 2: The American people voted for this to happen. President Trump
- 17:55Speaker 2: sitting in an office because you want to secure the
- 17:57Speaker 2: border and and and concentrate on let me state to
- 18:00Speaker 2: trust in national security tests. And we're going to continue
- 18:02Speaker 2: doing that without apology. So it makes it more difficult,
- 18:06Speaker 2: makes a hell a lot more dangerous, but We're gonna
- 18:08Speaker 2: keep doing it.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You've heard me talk about Jase Medical. If not, listen
- 18:13Speaker 1: up because they're doing incredible work in medical preparedness. And
- 18:17Speaker 1: today I've got two major updates to share. First up,
- 18:21Speaker 1: the ivermectin use case. You've probably seen the headlines calling
- 18:25Speaker 1: it a wonder drug. The scientists who discovered it even
- 18:29Speaker 1: won a Nobel Prize, and now Jase is offering a
- 18:32Speaker 1: thirty day supply at the best price you'll find anywhere. Next,
- 18:37Speaker 1: the upgraded Jase case, an emergency supply of antibiotics delivered

- 19:06Speaker 1: dot com code Phil. Look. I know there were some
- 19:10Speaker 1: heartbreaking stories. I mean they were talking about some of these.
- 19:14Speaker 1: There was a father that had been here for twenty
- 19:16Speaker 1: years and he had children here and all of that,
- 19:21Speaker 1: but he was he was working for a criminal enterprise.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Don't know if he was involved in the criminal part
- 19:27Speaker 1: of it or not, and not saying that he is,
- 19:30Speaker 1: but when he's working for a criminal enterprise that's tied
- 19:34Speaker 1: to a cartel. I didn't hear any of them standing
- 19:37Speaker 1: up and saying, look, they've served a search warrant on
- 19:42Speaker 1: this company, this warehouse over here because they're suspected of
- 19:47Speaker 1: serious financial crimes. I mean, when you were talking about it,
- 19:50Speaker 1: and I was looking at the documents on it, we're
- 19:53Speaker 1: talking about over one hundred million dollars of this just
- 19:57Speaker 1: just one company. When you've add in the tear and
- 20:00Speaker 1: the undervaluation and the I R S charges and stuff,
- 20:05Speaker 1: it looks to me like he gets up around and
- 20:07Speaker 1: over one hundred million dollars. That's just what they know
- 20:10Speaker 1: or suspect at least. And none of them said that,
- 20:15Speaker 1: when they didn't say, Okay, you're all wondering what happened.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Let me tell you what happened. You may not like it,
- 20:22Speaker 1: you may not agree with it, but here's what happened.
- 20:24Speaker 1: A federal judge signed a warrant pursue it to reviewing
- 20:28Speaker 1: extensive information and said, this is a criminal enterprise, appears
- 20:33Speaker 1: to be tied to cartels, and so there are I
- 20:39Speaker 1: R S issues here, there are there's da is interested
- 20:44Speaker 1: in this, ATF is interested in this. ICE investigated the
- 20:50Speaker 1: company and found out there are dozens of illegal immigrants
- 20:56Speaker 1: working there. So none of these people that we're standing
- 21:02Speaker 1: up informing the community, we're giving them any of the
- 21:06Speaker 1: facts or any of the information. Absolutely not. And if
- 21:10Speaker 1: they're just fomenting the crowd.
- 21:13Speaker 2: An additionary thing you said, what we also finding these
- 21:15Speaker 2: things is very important is many times we do these operations,
- 21:20Speaker 2: we'll find victims of trafficking. We'll find people who are
- 21:23Speaker 2: working for nothing because they're paying off smuggling fees. You know,
- 21:28Speaker 2: we've done operations where these aliens are working for pennies
- 21:31Speaker 2: on the dollar, working incredible hours, being forced to live
- 21:36Speaker 2: in these facilities against your will, not free to leave,
- 21:41Speaker 2: and they're threatened if you leave or if you try
- 21:45Speaker 2: to leave, if you try to report us for violating
- 21:48Speaker 2: labor laws and treating your what you're doing, we'll call
- 21:50Speaker 2: life sign you. So a lot of these people are
- 21:54Speaker 2: when we go to some of these work sites. Now,
- 21:55Speaker 2: this Yesterday work site is still doing some investigatory images
- 21:58Speaker 2: and looking at but many of these work sites now
- 22:00Speaker 2: talking about Yesterday, we haven't droven on the fact yet,
- 22:03Speaker 2: but we'll find vicxim's traffic and we saved them.
- 22:06Speaker 1: We talked yesterday.
- 22:07Speaker 2: About we ran in operation when I was running the
- 22:10Speaker 2: office in Dallas, and we're hitting all these massage parts.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Many of these young women were locked inside these facilities
- 22:16Speaker 2: at night. All their identifications and passports were locked in
- 22:20Speaker 2: a safe.
- 22:20Speaker 1: They have no access to them.
- 22:21Speaker 2: They're forcing the prostitution to pay off smuggling fees for years.
- 22:25Speaker 2: So there's a total different aspect. Not only the work
- 22:28Speaker 2: site enforcement have a criminal investigative aspect, but we find
- 22:32Speaker 2: a lot of victims within these work sites. We actually
- 22:34Speaker 2: save a lot of people. As I said the other day,
- 22:37Speaker 2: some of these factories we're going too, we find children,
- 22:40Speaker 2: they're not going to school, they're being forced into labor
- 22:43Speaker 2: to pay off smuggling fees. And many of these people
- 22:45Speaker 2: just can't leave because if they leave, the cartels threatening
- 22:48Speaker 2: their families back in their country. They're threatened to call Ice.
- 22:53Speaker 2: They'll physically assultimate. I've been doing this a long time
- 22:56Speaker 2: and that's what upset me over the last administration. The
- 22:59Speaker 2: BIDA minute can they stopped all work site enforcement, and
- 23:02Speaker 2: I said from day one, this is ridiculous because many
- 23:05Speaker 2: victims of trafficking are found and rescued at work sites.
- 23:09Speaker 2: So on top of all the criminal stuff we're talking about,
- 23:11Speaker 2: there's that aspect too that people need to understand.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Do they not understand it or are they just not
- 23:18Speaker 1: wanting to share that with the crowd. Do they really
- 23:22Speaker 1: not know? I think it's half and half.
- 23:23Speaker 2: I think that the protesters and the ones that come
- 23:26Speaker 2: out and the real strong anti immigration advocates, the anti
- 23:31Speaker 2: borders advocates, they don't want to know the truth. But
- 23:34Speaker 2: I think the American people And that's why, thank god
- 23:37Speaker 2: we're talking today and I'll talk to anybody about this.
- 23:41Speaker 2: We need to educate the American people who watch these
- 23:43Speaker 2: protests and listen to the hate they spiel about Ice
- 23:46Speaker 2: being racist and Nazis, and they'll pick the most sensitive
- 23:50Speaker 2: case out there, about a father or something, and that's
- 23:52Speaker 2: what it's all about. So that's why it's important the
- 23:55Speaker 2: work you and I are doing right now to get
- 23:58Speaker 2: the truth out there. People are setting back watching this,
- 24:02Speaker 2: just hearing from the advocates and you hear from us too,
- 24:04Speaker 2: And why we do it.
- 24:05Speaker 1: We do it. It's important. Karen Bass, mayor of La
- 24:08Speaker 1: spoke yesterday and was very sympathetic to the community here,
- 24:18Speaker 1: the garment district, the community at large, and was saying, hey,
- 24:26Speaker 1: we had no idea, we weren't informed, we weren't told
- 24:29Speaker 1: this was happening. They just came in here and did
- 24:34Speaker 1: all of this, didn't give us the heads up, didn't
- 24:37Speaker 1: tell us what's going on, and that creates anxiety and
- 24:40Speaker 1: chaos in the city.
- 24:41Speaker 3: When you raid home, depot and workplaces, when you tear
- 24:45Speaker 3: parents and children apart, and when you run armored caravans
- 24:49Speaker 3: through our streets, you cost fear and you cost panic,
- 24:53Speaker 3: and deploying federalized troops is a dangerous escalation. But we
- 24:58Speaker 3: need to be real about this. This is about another agenda.
- 25:02Speaker 3: It's not about public safety. There's clearly no plan and
- 25:06Speaker 3: there is clearly no policy. Los Angeles is a city
- 25:09Speaker 3: of immigrants where fifty percent of the population is Latino,
- 25:13Speaker 3: a percentage of the populations are from Asian countries and
- 25:16Speaker 3: from all over the world, and we embrace all Angelinos.
- 25:20Speaker 3: It doesn't matter where you came from or when you
- 25:22Speaker 3: got here. But the most important thing right now is
- 25:26Speaker 3: that our city be peaceful, and so protests and expressing
- 25:30Speaker 3: your fears your beliefs is appropriate to do, but it
- 25:36Speaker 3: is just not appropriate for there to be violence. And
- 25:40Speaker 3: I don't want people to fall into the chaos that
- 25:44Speaker 3: I believe is being created by the administration completely unnecessarily.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Are you in a position to inform a mayor of
- 25:54Speaker 1: a federal operation like this, particularly when you have a
- 25:59Speaker 1: sanctuary city that has declared that they're not going to
- 26:02Speaker 1: help her support eyes. Do you put agents lives in
- 26:06Speaker 1: danger if you come in and inform the mayor of
- 26:09Speaker 1: what you're getting ready to do. We are in the
- 26:11Speaker 1: midst of a brutal allergy season. According to experts, it
- 26:16Speaker 1: is longer and more severe than in years past. For
- 26:19Speaker 1: many of us. That means sleepless nights, tossing, turning, and sneezing,
- 26:24Speaker 1: and the dreaded post daisal drip. That's not even half
- 26:27Speaker 1: of it. But there is a solution. Sambrosa Night syrups.
- 26:32Speaker 1: It's effective. Try it and get your best night's sleep.
- 26:35Speaker 1: If you watched My town Hall with RFK Junior, then
- 26:38Speaker 1: you know Sambrosa is sponsoring Merit TVs Make America Healthy
- 26:42Speaker 1: Again campaign. That's because Sambrosa contains no dyes synthetic colors
- 26:48Speaker 1: or artificial flavors, and no high fruit toase corn syrup.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Just a base of nutrient rich honey and seven organic
- 26:57Speaker 1: herbs and a small dose of antihistory that will have
- 27:01Speaker 1: you sleeping like a baby. Go to Sambrosa dot com
- 27:05Speaker 1: and use code merit for twenty five percent off your
- 27:08Speaker 1: first order. Wake up, rested and invigorated again. Go to
- 27:12Speaker 1: Sambrosa dot com and use code merit for twenty five
- 27:15Speaker 1: percent off your first order.
- 27:17Speaker 2: So absolutely you know these surprise operations. It's about officer safety,
- 27:23Speaker 2: is about community safety, you know, especially as you say,
- 27:27Speaker 2: the sanctuary city, so work gets out. They're waiting for us.
- 27:30Speaker 2: A lot of people are looking for bad people. The
- 27:33Speaker 2: element's surprise keeps you officer safe, It keeps you handle
- 27:36Speaker 2: safe because we know that work gets out. The worst
- 27:40Speaker 2: of the word'st gonna be waiting for us, and many
- 27:43Speaker 2: of them will continue to hide or run, but some won't.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Some will be laying in wait, and terrible things will happen.
- 27:52Speaker 2: We talked about this yesterday. When we're driving around and
- 27:55Speaker 2: look at the operations. I'm telling you right now it's
- 27:59Speaker 2: a matter of time before one of our law enforcements
- 28:03Speaker 2: should take a life for these radicals kill an officer.
- 28:10Speaker 2: It's coming. It scares the hell out of me. But
- 28:13Speaker 2: as this rhetoric continues, and not only from open worts,
- 28:16Speaker 2: avoicates members of Congress, Members of Congress, you know HAKEM.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Jeffreys who says he's going he's going to do every
- 28:22Speaker 2: ization out.
- 28:23Speaker 4: You've spoken about what you term is overly aggressive tactics
- 28:26Speaker 4: by ICE agents here. Are you concerned though that possibly
- 28:30Speaker 4: deemed masking some of these agents puts their safety or
- 28:33Speaker 4: their family safety in jeopardy.
- 28:35Speaker 1: In one it seems to me that.
- 28:38Speaker 5: The officials at the Department of Homeland Security, including ICE,
- 28:46Speaker 5: should be held to the same standards as every other
- 28:50Speaker 5: part of law enforcement in terms of transparency.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Now, how dare we wear masks?
- 28:56Speaker 2: We're a mass protect their identities, their family identities because
- 28:59Speaker 2: of being docs, and they're being threatened, their families being threatened,
- 29:02Speaker 2: are trying to give themselves some sort of protection. And
- 29:04Speaker 2: you've got a member of Congress that says he's gonna
- 29:08Speaker 2: he's gonna identify every ICE agent out there's wearing a mask.
- 29:12Speaker 2: We got we've got agents being threatened, families being threat
- 29:14Speaker 2: You and I talked about, Yes, I had over a
- 29:16Speaker 2: thousand protesters of my home. Again, as the boarders are,
- 29:20Speaker 2: I can deal with that. But the men and women
- 29:22Speaker 2: out there doing these dangerous jobs, their families are scared.
- 29:26Speaker 2: They're concerned about their safety and their families. It's already
- 29:29Speaker 2: a dangerous job. So as this rhetoric continues to increase
- 29:33Speaker 2: and the tax on ice continuing to increase, when they
- 29:36Speaker 2: hear it from some judges, members of Congress, then people
- 29:40Speaker 2: in the public, it's okay, it's okay to tack dice.
- 29:42Speaker 2: I got member of Congress talking about I got to
- 29:44Speaker 2: judge saying it's nothing about it, so they feel supported
- 29:48Speaker 2: in the continue to tax advice my biggest fear. And
- 29:51Speaker 2: last night we went to bed last night, I actually
- 29:54Speaker 2: prayed that the officers last night who were stuck in
- 29:58Speaker 2: that building and being threatened by hundreds of people, we'll
- 30:01Speaker 2: get home safe. I also pray that illegal aliens there
- 30:05Speaker 2: in their cussy would remain safe. Just doesn't have to
- 30:10Speaker 2: be inhumane, and we're trying not to be inhumane. You saw,
- 30:13Speaker 2: yes Sie, how the people are in cussy at the
- 30:15Speaker 2: processing center retreated, They were treated with dignity. Even I
- 30:21Speaker 2: sat next to a young man that was crying, trying
- 30:24Speaker 2: to figure out what was going on with him and
- 30:26Speaker 2: try to sell him down, saying, you're in a safe place.
- 30:28Speaker 1: We were in this processing area and these individuals being
- 30:31Speaker 1: processed or sitting on benches there, and there was a
- 30:34Speaker 1: young man and I saw him over there and he
- 30:38Speaker 1: was kind of shaking and crying. And you walked around
- 30:45Speaker 1: long areas, went over benches and everything, and got up
- 30:49Speaker 1: to him and introduced yourself and sat down next to him.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Where what country is he from? They won't got the mala.
- 30:57Speaker 1: And I watched you talking to him, and uh, it
- 31:06Speaker 1: looked like a father talking to their son. I mean
- 31:08Speaker 1: you had your arm around his shoulders. Were what were
- 31:11Speaker 1: you saying to him?
- 31:12Speaker 2: He was he was scared and he was uh, he
- 31:15Speaker 2: was crying, and I, you know, we talked where are
- 31:17Speaker 2: you from? When don't you come? Where are you working?
- 31:21Speaker 2: And I asked him you're scared? He said yes. I said,
- 31:23Speaker 2: not to be scared about. We're gonna take care of you.
- 31:26Speaker 2: You're in a safe place, he asked me.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Was hungry?
- 31:28Speaker 2: He said yes. So when I left, I told the officers,
- 31:30Speaker 2: you know, let's get this guy's on eat. So it
- 31:33Speaker 2: was about this doesn't have to be inhumane, and we're
- 31:37Speaker 2: and we're pushing real hard not to be inhumane. We
- 31:41Speaker 2: got enforced law, but it can be done in humane manner.
- 31:43Speaker 1: So you know, I get it. This young man may
- 31:46Speaker 1: be there trying to get a better life. I get it.
- 31:49Speaker 2: I understand it. But he's here in violation law. He's
- 31:52Speaker 2: part of a bigger operation. So again, you know law enforcement.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I was. I started as a cop. I was a
- 31:58Speaker 1: borg TiAl agent.
- 31:59Speaker 2: And I said, yes, I say, you know, even the
- 32:01Speaker 2: borgtoe throughout my career and even after I spent many
- 32:05Speaker 2: last few years on the border, just down there when
- 32:07Speaker 2: I was retired and working for a news network. See
- 32:11Speaker 2: these border stations and giving their lunches to Illeguohilians. I
- 32:14Speaker 2: see ICE officers feeding these people out their own pockets sometimes.
- 32:18Speaker 2: So the men and women are ice. This is what
- 32:21Speaker 2: you and I talked about, and I know you're working
- 32:23Speaker 2: on a serious about this. Men and women of ice
- 32:26Speaker 2: their mothers and fathers too.
- 32:27Speaker 1: They have children. They don't hang your heart on the
- 32:30Speaker 1: hook when they go to work either.
- 32:31Speaker 2: As Tom Holman, now, I'm pretty hard stunts I want
- 32:34Speaker 2: to I don't want to force law with apology, but
- 32:37Speaker 2: doesn't mean you got to be inhumane, doesn't mean you
- 32:41Speaker 2: don't have a heart for these people. Sometimes depends with
- 32:44Speaker 2: the eye I certainly don't have a heart for and
- 32:46Speaker 2: that rapes a child. But there's the right way and
- 32:49Speaker 2: wrong way to do this job, and we're trying to
- 32:50Speaker 2: do it the right way.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Well, he seemed to be afraid, as some of them were,
- 32:56Speaker 1: that once they were in custody, they were going to
- 32:59Speaker 1: be abused. And I think that's rhetoric that's being spewed
- 33:05Speaker 1: out there. If they get a hold of you, boy,
- 33:08Speaker 1: they're going to treat you horribly. They're going to send you.
- 33:11Speaker 2: To an ICE facility that's a most terrible place in
- 33:14Speaker 2: the world. They're going to send you to a concentration camp.
- 33:17Speaker 2: And as you and I talked about the ICE standards,
- 33:21Speaker 2: detention standards are the highest industry. I'll put an ICE
- 33:25Speaker 2: detention standard up against any other federal detention facility, any
- 33:30Speaker 2: state prison, any counted yail, and I stand by that.
- 33:34Speaker 2: I'll put our attention to standards and our facilities up
- 33:36Speaker 2: against anybody. So I was simply trying to calm young
- 33:39Speaker 2: men down and let them know things are gonna be
- 33:41Speaker 2: all right now.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Those people that we saw being processed when I was
- 33:46Speaker 1: in there looking, they were being treated absolutely with dignity
- 33:55Speaker 1: and respect. Nobody was being harsh with them at all.
- 34:00Speaker 1: It was really them that determined to a great extent
- 34:03Speaker 1: how they were treated, if they were cooperative and conducted
- 34:07Speaker 1: themselves in a reasonable fashion. I saw everybody involved bending
- 34:15Speaker 1: over backwards to take care of them and make sure
- 34:19Speaker 1: they had what they needed. And with someone like this,
- 34:25Speaker 1: I also saw men and women being put onto a
- 34:31Speaker 1: shuttle and it had a divider down the middle where
- 34:34Speaker 1: there were men on one side and women on the
- 34:36Speaker 1: other side.
- 34:38Speaker 2: What is the reason we don't want women sitting next
- 34:43Speaker 2: to unrelated male adults. Same thing with children. You know,
- 34:49Speaker 2: when we have a child through a smuggling operation, we
- 34:51Speaker 2: find children on accompany children, we hold them in a
- 34:55Speaker 2: different facility, far away from unrelated adults well safety of
- 34:58Speaker 2: the anim.
- 35:00Speaker 1: And you have a unit where families go. If a
- 35:05Speaker 1: family is detained, you keep that family intact and send
- 35:08Speaker 1: them to a particular location where they stay together.
- 35:12Speaker 2: They go to a family residential center. A family residential
- 35:15Speaker 2: center is vasillity built for families. These facilities have child psychologists,
- 35:20Speaker 2: they have family counseling, they have uh you know, attorney access. Uh,
- 35:27Speaker 2: they even have education programs. Uh, it's not, it's not.
- 35:31Speaker 2: It's not a jail with constantina wire and armed guards.
- 35:35Speaker 2: It's it's it's a facillity built precipity for families, purpose
- 35:40Speaker 2: for families.
- 35:41Speaker 1: You said they are even exercise classes, Uh for the
- 35:44Speaker 1: women there. Yeah, I mean.
- 35:47Speaker 2: I remember I went down there two one faciity is
- 35:49Speaker 2: three years ago and they had zumba classes for for
- 35:51Speaker 2: the for the mind while the children in education, they
- 35:53Speaker 2: had activities for the mothers. I mean again, treating with dignity.
- 35:57Speaker 2: They're in violation lawl on forced law if they get
- 36:00Speaker 2: in order to remove them and remove them. But again,
- 36:02Speaker 2: we try to give them the care and feeding they need.
- 36:04Speaker 1: While what our crew were reporting on the street is
- 36:07Speaker 1: a lot of fear mongering, like if these ice monsters
- 36:11Speaker 1: get their hands on you, you're immediately going into some
- 36:15Speaker 1: hellish dungeon type situation. That isn't what I saw at all.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Nobody wants to get arrested. I get it. They're here
- 36:22Speaker 1: wanting a better life, I get it. But deal with
- 36:26Speaker 1: the facts because if they get arrested and detained. Nobody
- 36:30Speaker 1: is abusive, nobody is harsh with them. This isn't like
- 36:36Speaker 1: some prison with abusive guards. That is not at all
- 36:39Speaker 1: what I saw. These men and women were treated in
- 36:44Speaker 1: a polite fashion. They were when I say dignity and respect.
- 36:49Speaker 1: They were spoken to in a civil way. They were
- 36:52Speaker 1: asked questions, they got answers to their questions. And you say,
- 36:57Speaker 1: at some point, if they get a in order to remove,
- 37:02Speaker 1: they will be flown back to Guatemala, for example, at
- 37:07Speaker 1: government expense, and when they land, they're given one thousand
- 37:11Speaker 1: dollars to help them get on their feet back in
- 37:15Speaker 1: their home country. Correct.
- 37:18Speaker 2: We're really pushing the CPP home app to have illegal
- 37:23Speaker 2: amans who want to leave and should leave, work with us.
- 37:27Speaker 2: It gives you a chance to get your favors in order,
- 37:30Speaker 2: make arrangements, get you on planes and your home, give
- 37:32Speaker 2: us some money. And what we're trying to educate them
- 37:34Speaker 2: is is if we have to go through the whole
- 37:36Speaker 2: process of going through corporas scenes get order removal, I
- 37:39Speaker 2: have to to find you and enforce that order removal,
- 37:42Speaker 2: then you are automatically giving statutory bars and re entry
- 37:46Speaker 2: so you can't come back for a guess visa or
- 37:48Speaker 2: a worker's visa, or a tourist visa or you know.
- 37:52Speaker 2: And a lot of these people will have you assistant
- 37:54Speaker 2: child that will turn twenty one and can petition for
- 37:57Speaker 2: a family member in the future. So we're saying, go
- 37:59Speaker 2: on your own work with ICE, let's get your arrangements
- 38:02Speaker 2: in order and go home.
- 38:05Speaker 1: We'll help.
- 38:05Speaker 2: You'll give some cashman to get there and leave yourself
- 38:08Speaker 2: the opportunity. It's going to come back under a different
- 38:11Speaker 2: legal program, whether it's a visitor visa, a tourist visa,
- 38:15Speaker 2: a work visa, you know, or you know something you know,
- 38:18Speaker 2: apply for a green card, whatever, but we have to
- 38:23Speaker 2: be forced to go through the enforcement procedure. You have
- 38:25Speaker 2: a statutory barrier with some five years to twenty years
- 38:28Speaker 2: sometimes forever or ever coming back having an opportunity to
- 38:31Speaker 2: come back. That's why we're trying to push the most
- 38:34Speaker 2: humane way to do it. Work with us, and let's
- 38:36Speaker 2: do it.
- 38:36Speaker 1: If somebody yesterday was treated unfairly, would it be the
- 38:41Speaker 1: ICE agents or the people that were being detained who
- 38:47Speaker 1: was treated unfairly yesterday? It's men and women law.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Enforcement, the ICE agents, the FBI agents, the US marshals
- 38:54Speaker 2: all putting they're already in harm's way of enforcing the law.
- 38:57Speaker 2: That's why you carry a badge in the gun. That's
- 38:59Speaker 2: why they carry That's why they were a cavalart of
- 39:01Speaker 2: rescues all yesterday with all the all the gear they
- 39:04Speaker 2: need to enforce law and protect themselves. But on top
- 39:07Speaker 2: of all that, what happened yesterday puts them in extreme danger.
- 39:12Speaker 2: So when last I know for a fact, last night,
- 39:14Speaker 2: at one point the protesters vastly outnumbered the men and
- 39:19Speaker 2: women inside that building. It causes chaos, It causes a
- 39:23Speaker 2: very dangerous situation, not just for the agents, but for
- 39:25Speaker 2: the people outside and the people that have in custody,
- 39:29Speaker 2: you know.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So it's it's again. It worries me.
- 39:34Speaker 2: That this riddick will continue to escalate. It's going to
- 39:39Speaker 2: turn out not good for somebody.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Well, one of our camera men that was down there
- 39:45Speaker 1: last night, listening to those that were in the crowd,
- 39:50Speaker 1: he said it was interesting that there was a mix
- 39:54Speaker 1: in the crowd outside the federal building when everything moved
- 39:57Speaker 1: over to the detention center area. They breached the building
- 40:02Speaker 1: at the parking entrance for a time that it was
- 40:08Speaker 1: described as like a party out there, that there were
- 40:15Speaker 1: a lot of people that they didn't seem to really
- 40:19Speaker 1: get the gravity of what was going on. That they
- 40:23Speaker 1: were just drinking and partying and playing music and laughing
- 40:26Speaker 1: and just out on the street like this is a
- 40:30Speaker 1: great excuse to get out on the street and have
- 40:34Speaker 1: a good time. And then there were people that were
- 40:38Speaker 1: there organizing other people, and they were overheard say, you
- 40:43Speaker 1: think this is something today, we had no time to
- 40:46Speaker 1: organize because we were surprised. Wait till tomorrow, because tomorrow
- 40:52Speaker 1: we're going to really be organized. We're going to really
- 40:55Speaker 1: put on a united front. We're going to really push back,
- 41:01Speaker 1: and these people are going to be released. Well that's
- 41:04Speaker 1: not going to happen. Well, that's not going to happen,
- 41:06Speaker 1: is it. No, But they're saying that with twenty four
- 41:11Speaker 1: hours or more a day to organize, that they're going
- 41:17Speaker 1: to really get aggressive income prepared today.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Well, we'll be prepared to We're going to force law
- 41:26Speaker 2: without apology, and we're not going to be bullied, not
- 41:29Speaker 2: for a force in the law. You know, when I
- 41:31Speaker 2: talked about over a thousand protests with my house, I
- 41:34Speaker 2: was contacted saying if you release these people, there'll be
- 41:37Speaker 2: no protests. But did they get released, No, they had
- 41:40Speaker 2: their protests. We're going to enforce the law. So if
- 41:44Speaker 2: they want to continue increasing the rhetoric, we're going to
- 41:46Speaker 2: continue increasing our response. So we're aware of the threats
- 41:51Speaker 2: for today, we're well prepared for that. Again, protests, all
- 41:57Speaker 2: you want, you have that right. If you cross the line,
- 42:01Speaker 2: there's zero tolerance zero. I want to make a message
- 42:05Speaker 2: clear for all the future protesters, have fun with your protests.
- 42:10Speaker 2: When you cross that line, you'll be held at combo.
- 42:12Speaker 2: You will be criminally prosecuted. I work with the highest
- 42:16Speaker 2: levels of DJ. Every week we're in meetings, got the
- 42:19Speaker 2: highest levels of DJ are promising prosecutions across the board
- 42:25Speaker 2: on anybody that violates law. If you if you impede us,
- 42:29Speaker 2: if you put hands on them, if you normally harbor
- 42:34Speaker 2: concealed in illegal alien, you're going to be prosecuted.
- 42:37Speaker 1: You cross the line. There's zero tolerance. And I just
- 42:40Speaker 1: want to get that message out there.
- 42:41Speaker 2: So if you want to come protest protests, but when
- 42:44Speaker 2: you breach a building and you prevent ice from doing
- 42:47Speaker 2: their job like you have see you try to stop
- 42:49Speaker 2: a transport van from leaving, or the operation that courage
- 42:53Speaker 2: that we have prisoners in that van, and you're going
- 42:57Speaker 2: to try to stop us.
- 42:58Speaker 1: You are going to be arrested because they were slashing
- 43:02Speaker 1: tires on He'll be arrested for damagon government property. Okay,
- 43:06Speaker 1: what is it? Let me ask you, because I haven't
- 43:10Speaker 1: had anybody tell me this straight up. The advocates and
- 43:16Speaker 1: those that are anti ice, which you.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Know we're the were the advocates when half a million
- 43:22Speaker 2: children were smuggling in this country. Were the advocates when
- 43:26Speaker 2: the last administration lost track of three hundred thousand children.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Were the advocates with a significant increase in sex trafficking
- 43:34Speaker 2: women and children under the last administration cause of the
- 43:36Speaker 2: open borders. Were the advocates for a quarter main Americans
- 43:40Speaker 2: dying from Fatanah because of the open border. We were
- 43:43Speaker 2: the advocates and were the advocates for the hundreds of
- 43:46Speaker 2: angel moms that as I met, that were separated from
- 43:49Speaker 2: their children because they bury their children, because their children
- 43:51Speaker 2: were killed by an illego Alian. Were the advocates in
- 43:55Speaker 2: I mean they really about humanity and the safety and
- 43:58Speaker 2: well being migrants.
- 44:01Speaker 1: Where were they were? Where four thousand.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Aniens died, making the journey under Biden ministries and historic
- 44:05Speaker 2: high number of aliens died making that journey. Where are
- 44:07Speaker 2: the advocants set the advocates pick and choose. So this
- 44:11Speaker 2: isn't about humanity, isn't about protection. If it's really cared
- 44:14Speaker 2: about the protection of illego aliens or migrants come in
- 44:17Speaker 2: this country, where were they when four thousand died making
- 44:19Speaker 2: this journey?
- 44:21Speaker 1: Well, I would add to that, where are the advocates
- 44:25Speaker 1: for those that are being enslaved in the United States
- 44:29Speaker 1: right now because of the exploitation of the cartels, holding
- 44:32Speaker 1: their families under scrutiny and threatening them, intimidating them with
- 44:38Speaker 1: torture or death if they don't do their criminal activity
- 44:42Speaker 1: here in the United States? Where are they advocating for
- 44:46Speaker 1: them to be found, rescued and gotten out from under
- 44:51Speaker 1: the thumb of the cartel? Where are they for that? No,
- 44:55Speaker 1: where's be fun?
- 44:56Speaker 2: Where are they when the three hundred thousand missing the
- 44:59Speaker 2: children were all they found nearly nine thousand of them?
- 45:01Speaker 2: Where's the thank you guys? Where's the thank you? For
- 45:04Speaker 2: Ice taking twenty nine members in tda Altar Streets in
- 45:07Speaker 2: New York City two weeks ago? Where where's the thanks
- 45:11Speaker 2: for ICE for all the public safety threats they've taken
- 45:14Speaker 2: off the streets in Massachusetts, over a dozen illegal aliens
- 45:19Speaker 2: who raped children. The men and women and ICE are
- 45:23Speaker 2: doing a fantastic job. And you and I discussed many times.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Immigration enforcements have always been controversial. It's always been emotional.
- 45:30Speaker 2: I get it, But we really are doing the best
- 45:34Speaker 2: we can to make this country safe again, and we
- 45:36Speaker 2: continue yessay was a current investigation have to do with
- 45:39Speaker 2: money launder and tax evasion, customers fraud, get that, But
- 45:43Speaker 2: the majority of our time is spent arresting public safty
- 45:46Speaker 2: thrusts and now security threats. But as I said many times,
- 45:49Speaker 2: if you're in the country legally, he's not okay. Either
- 45:52Speaker 2: you can leave it in your own or eventually we'll
- 45:53Speaker 2: find you. We're going to force to law enter the
- 45:56Speaker 2: country legally as a crime, and especially when you spend
- 45:58Speaker 2: millions of dollars in do a premial judge said you
- 46:04Speaker 2: must leave, and you don't leave, become a fugitive. Unless
- 46:07Speaker 2: we find these people remove them, then what message we
- 46:09Speaker 2: send the whole world?
- 46:11Speaker 1: Well, that's my question, and maybe they'll I'm sure there
- 46:15Speaker 1: will be a lot of comments in the comment sections
- 46:18Speaker 1: on this, But what is it the advocates are saying
- 46:24Speaker 1: they want. Do they want the US marshals to quit marshaling?
- 46:28Speaker 1: Do they want the ICE agents to just stay home
- 46:33Speaker 1: and watch cartoons all day? What dea everybody that was
- 46:38Speaker 1: involved in this interagency action yesterday? Do they want those
- 46:44Speaker 1: people to just draw their pay and stay home and
- 46:48Speaker 1: let this turn into the wild wild West again? Because
- 46:52Speaker 1: they're enforcing money laundering atf on, trafficking of arms, human trafficking,
- 47:02Speaker 1: all of these agencies, You're all coming together to control
- 47:06Speaker 1: this criminal activity. And I guess I'm saying, I'm curious,
- 47:10Speaker 1: what is the alternative? What is it they're asking you
- 47:14Speaker 1: to do? What do you think they're asking you to
- 47:17Speaker 1: do or stop doing? Do they want to just go
- 47:23Speaker 1: through and pick which laws they want you to enforce
- 47:26Speaker 1: and not the others? And isn't that why we have
- 47:31Speaker 1: elections and legislation. I mean, if they don't like the law,
- 47:34Speaker 1: change it. I agree with you.
- 47:36Speaker 2: I think some advocates don't want to immigrates to law
- 47:39Speaker 2: enforce at all. Some want to just concentrate on the criminals.
- 47:44Speaker 2: But we do privatize criminals. Well, here's the people you
- 47:46Speaker 2: understand you and I talked about this. If there's no
- 47:49Speaker 2: consequences for violent in our laws, if you want to
- 47:53Speaker 2: make a claim and you lose that claim, you don't leave,
- 47:56Speaker 2: and we don't execute that order by a federal judge,
- 48:00Speaker 2: we send a message of the whole world. You can
- 48:02Speaker 2: cross the border legally. It's to crime, but don't worry
- 48:04Speaker 2: about it. We'll give you due process, a great taxpayer expense,
- 48:08Speaker 2: and a federal judge says you must leave, and you
- 48:10Speaker 2: become a fugitive, but no one's looking for it. Because
- 48:12Speaker 2: you don't think the immigration laws should been forced. You're
- 48:16Speaker 2: never going to fix the problem. People don't keep coming
- 48:18Speaker 2: to the United States. Aliens can continue to be assaulted
- 48:23Speaker 2: by the members of the car tells women at JOVI
- 48:24Speaker 2: be sexually assaulted. Aliens will continue to diet record pace,
- 48:28Speaker 2: and when Borgertoll gets overwhelmed, that's when the phatamom comes
- 48:31Speaker 2: across car killed Americans. They got to understand if there
- 48:34Speaker 2: isn't a consequence for breaking the laws, the amount of
- 48:39Speaker 2: death and abuse will continue on that border. I spent
- 48:42Speaker 2: I started in nineteen eighty four. People need to understand
- 48:45Speaker 2: if you don't have consequences, the cartels will take advantage.
- 48:49Speaker 2: They're overwhelmed the border on purpose with humans, so they
- 48:55Speaker 2: can get their rested pro realistic products across the border.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Because border tours overwhelmed, we have to secure the boarder,
- 49:01Speaker 2: which you've done right now. Now it's the time to
- 49:03Speaker 2: show consequences. So and again, if you're vulnerable and you
- 49:07Speaker 2: are escaping for your persecution, there's a method and process
- 49:10Speaker 2: to do that. But we got to enforced the laws
- 49:14Speaker 2: of this country. We're in national laws. And I'll say
- 49:16Speaker 2: it again, here's what they all forget, all these genos.
- 49:20Speaker 2: There are millions of people standing in line today taking
- 49:25Speaker 2: their tests, doing their background investigation, paying the fees to
- 49:28Speaker 2: be part of the greatest nation on earth, and they're
- 49:31Speaker 2: sitting in the back seat while millions of people cheating
- 49:34Speaker 2: the system. If you're an illegal inn of this kind
- 49:36Speaker 2: of like maybe that young man, it wasn't part of
- 49:38Speaker 2: the criminal investigation. It's part of a different thing. He's
- 49:41Speaker 2: only in the United States. He's gonna go home. He's
- 49:43Speaker 2: been ordered to pourt. He's don't go home?
- 49:47Speaker 1: What what? What is?
- 49:48Speaker 2: What are options not to not to execute that order?
- 49:52Speaker 2: To cause we do must shut down the immigration court
- 49:54Speaker 2: as well. Just shut down the entire process now because
- 49:58Speaker 2: there's no consequences. It's as unfortunate it is. He violated law,
- 50:02Speaker 2: he entered country. Lea was at the crime and a judge,
- 50:05Speaker 2: after a lot of taxpayer money spent on the process,
- 50:08Speaker 2: said you must go home.
- 50:09Speaker 1: You got a home now. Congress needs to fix the system.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I give it to them.
- 50:14Speaker 2: But in the meantime, we just don't ignore the law.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Because when we ignore the law, that's what happened last
- 50:19Speaker 2: four year. We just talked with a fatinaw. The sex trafficking,
- 50:22Speaker 2: the abuse all continues.
- 50:25Speaker 1: If they change the law, you'll change what you enforced.
- 50:29Speaker 2: To enforce the laws and acted by Congress, So wherever
- 50:31Speaker 2: the law they enforced. Look, I worked for six different presidents.
- 50:36Speaker 2: I worked for Democrat presidents. I didn't agree with a
- 50:39Speaker 2: lot of what they were doing. Well, we enforce the laws,
- 50:42Speaker 2: we enforce the policy administration. We operate within the within
- 50:47Speaker 2: the within the within the framework provided us. Every administration
- 50:51Speaker 2: is different. You know, when I was the number three
- 50:53Speaker 2: and commander of Obama, I worked within a framework provided
- 50:57Speaker 2: by that administration. Here's the policy administration. Here's what you're
- 50:59Speaker 2: going to do.
- 51:00Speaker 1: You don't have to like it.
- 51:02Speaker 2: But you know in under present Trump, you know I
- 51:04Speaker 2: came back second time for retirement because I truly believe
- 51:07Speaker 2: this border security equals national security. A secure border saves
- 51:12Speaker 2: lives basement I've done for over forty years. I guarantee
- 51:17Speaker 2: you a secure border, safe lives. But you can't have
- 51:20Speaker 2: a secure border if you don't have strong interior enforcement.
- 51:24Speaker 2: For those who vidalated the system got in, we got
- 51:27Speaker 2: to show consequences. And showing consequence shows a whole world.
- 51:31Speaker 2: You can come to the greatest nation on earth, which
- 51:33Speaker 2: is the right way and wrong way to do it?
- 51:35Speaker 2: And if you can't get in the right way, and
- 51:38Speaker 2: if you're escaping fear and pursuoncution from your homeland, there's
- 51:41Speaker 2: a way to get here. We're the most giving nation
- 51:44Speaker 2: in the world. You look at every nation in this world.
- 51:47Speaker 2: We welcome more refugees in this nation by far, not
- 51:50Speaker 2: even close in every nation in the world.
- 51:54Speaker 1: So if they were all of a sudden to vote
- 51:56Speaker 1: for amnesty anybody that's been here ten years or more,
- 52:00Speaker 1: you might think it insane. But if they pass that law,
- 52:04Speaker 1: then you would stop arresting, detaining, and deporting anybody that
- 52:08Speaker 1: had been here over ten years. Whatever the law is,
- 52:11Speaker 1: you're going to enforce it. We have to enforce the
- 52:14Speaker 1: laws that are not to be divers I'm not saying
- 52:17Speaker 1: you would agree with it, and you've not agreed with
- 52:18Speaker 1: everything before, but you enforce the laws as they're written.
- 52:22Speaker 1: So why are they not demonstrating with Congress instead of Ice.
- 52:27Speaker 1: You're not making the law, they don't, say, mister Homan,
- 52:31Speaker 1: here's a badge. Decide which laws you want to enforce.
- 52:35Speaker 1: And by the way, get all your guys around and
- 52:37Speaker 1: tell them just a case by case basis, make the
- 52:40Speaker 1: call on the street, whatever feels right to you that day,
- 52:44Speaker 1: do what you want. That's not the deal. The deal
- 52:47Speaker 1: is the law is the law, and you enforce the law.
- 52:50Speaker 1: So if they don't like that, why are they down
- 52:53Speaker 1: protesting in front of a multi agency criminal operation instead
- 52:59Speaker 1: of on Capitol He'll protesting with the legislators saying change
- 53:03Speaker 1: the immigration laws. You didn't make the laws.
- 53:07Speaker 2: And you know there's there's plenty of videos out there
- 53:10Speaker 2: me testifying in front of Congress where I study exactly that.
- 53:13Speaker 2: When when the Democrats attack us and say you know
- 53:16Speaker 2: this or that on board, say look, if you want
- 53:18Speaker 2: to know why the border is broken. You want to
- 53:19Speaker 2: know why we have this many people in custody. You
- 53:22Speaker 2: want to know why we're being overwhelmed. Look in the mirror,
- 53:26Speaker 2: because this can be fixed if you would do your job.
- 53:30Speaker 2: I've testified at least a dozen times in that very issue.
- 53:34Speaker 2: I tell the members of Congress you want were in
- 53:36Speaker 2: place blame, look in the mirror, because you can fix this.
- 53:40Speaker 2: You can, you can, you can, pat you can change
- 53:42Speaker 2: three laws today and solve eighty five percent problem on
- 53:47Speaker 2: the border. But in the meantime, people, you know, I
- 53:51Speaker 2: think a lot of what's happening right now is really
- 53:54Speaker 2: anti President Trump. Writer, it's about President Trump in this administration.
- 53:59Speaker 2: It isn't about common They're putting politics over public safety're
- 54:02Speaker 2: putting politics over common sense. Even members of Congress when
- 54:06Speaker 2: they make the statements they make about minimum vice. Really,
- 54:11Speaker 2: you're going to attack the men and women law enforcement.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Now they're the bad guys, but the ones who broke
- 54:15Speaker 2: all the victims? Are you at that really the stance
- 54:17Speaker 2: you take or is it just politics, it's just words
- 54:21Speaker 2: to get a political message out.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Well, you're the borders are and you can't interpret the law.
- 54:27Speaker 1: You just have to enforce it. And I've heard you
- 54:31Speaker 1: multiple times, including in LA on Friday, stand in front
- 54:37Speaker 1: with the US attorneys, stand in front of that group
- 54:39Speaker 1: and say number one, enforce the law, zero tolerance, stay safe,
- 54:47Speaker 1: keep everybody safe, the immigrants, the agents. Let's get everybody
- 54:51Speaker 1: home safe tonight. I think it was the last thing
- 54:54Speaker 1: you said is let's get everybody home safe tonight, not
- 54:58Speaker 1: just the agents, but the let's get everybody home safe tonight. Safety. Safety, safety,
- 55:04Speaker 1: But enforce the law and don't let anybody abuse or
- 55:08Speaker 1: impede what you're doing. Enforce the law. So you don't
- 55:13Speaker 1: have the right to go in there and say, you know, hey,
- 55:18Speaker 1: you know some of this is kind of rigid, so
- 55:21Speaker 1: you know, let's kind of pick and choose. Well, just
- 55:25Speaker 1: make it up we go along. You can't do that,
- 55:27Speaker 1: and you're the borders are. So my question to you
- 55:30Speaker 1: is when you've got Jane and John Ice agent out here,
- 55:36Speaker 1: they have less than zero opportunity to interpret the law.
- 55:41Speaker 1: They can only enforce the law. Why are people targeting them?
- 55:46Speaker 1: They have zero latitude in what they do. If they
- 55:50Speaker 1: don't enforce the law, they're in violation of oath that
- 55:54Speaker 1: they've taken. Just as you did to support and enforce
- 55:59Speaker 1: the cost of these in the United States. You took
- 56:02Speaker 1: an oath when you took office. These people that were
- 56:06Speaker 1: these badges and carry these guns, they have zero right
- 56:11Speaker 1: to interpret the law. Why are people on them? Why
- 56:15Speaker 1: are people hating on them and spitting on them, yelling
- 56:21Speaker 1: at them, giving them hell? They have zero latitude here.
- 56:27Speaker 2: They're upset the other type of minimue ICE because they're
- 56:30Speaker 2: executing a law under the Trump registration. And I'll say this,
- 56:34Speaker 2: I mean it are the value administration. ICE agents weren't
- 56:39Speaker 2: able to execute the off because their policy, their framework
- 56:42Speaker 2: was you're only gonna like, you're only gonna force this park,
- 56:48Speaker 2: not this this. Now the President Trump's in power says I,
- 56:52Speaker 2: We're going to force the laws act by Congress the
- 56:54Speaker 2: way you were supposed to. So it's a hate president
- 56:57Speaker 2: based on ICE. Condy don't one executing the agenda. But
- 57:01Speaker 2: they need to understand not only are executing the Trump agenda,
- 57:04Speaker 2: they're executing the laws that were written in the books
- 57:06Speaker 2: that they weren't allowed to reenforced the last four years.
- 57:10Speaker 2: So it's it's been a complete one eight on the
- 57:13Speaker 2: Men and Advice, record number of retirements, record number of
- 57:18Speaker 2: people quitting right in the middle of their career forgetting
- 57:21Speaker 2: the retirement benefits because many of them were upset that
- 57:26Speaker 2: they took out not to enforced law. They were trained
- 57:29Speaker 2: in forced law. Then they get out they said, you
- 57:30Speaker 2: only forces. That's what I said before. We work within
- 57:33Speaker 2: the framework of that administration. But now the President Trump
- 57:38Speaker 2: says not going to force the law. So men and
- 57:40Speaker 2: women are advice or easy targets because they're executing the
- 57:44Speaker 2: laws that many people just don't like or many people
- 57:46Speaker 2: just don't think to be enforced.
- 57:48Speaker 1: But I think the biggest problem is.
- 57:51Speaker 2: They hate the Trump administration, which I don't understand why,
- 57:56Speaker 2: because I guarantee I've worked for six presidents. No one
- 57:58Speaker 2: has done it better. In president we got the most
- 58:01Speaker 2: secure border in the history of this nation today because
- 58:04Speaker 2: the President Trump, which means less fatal fantandol seizure is
- 58:08Speaker 2: down over half. Look at one thousands of lives mean said,
- 58:11Speaker 2: sex trafficking is lower than it has been in a decade.
- 58:17Speaker 2: No respected terrorists people on to batch test. Have you
- 58:19Speaker 2: heard about any of being a rested on the southern border.
- 58:22Speaker 2: Joe Biden had over four hundred we rested. We had
- 58:25Speaker 2: over two main guideways. We average eighteen hundred got aways
- 58:30Speaker 2: a day under Biden, and the got away the other
- 58:32Speaker 2: day twenty six, eighteen hundred and twenty six. And people
- 58:37Speaker 2: just understand that is national security at its finest. So
- 58:41Speaker 2: look at the facts. If you actually look at the facts,
- 58:45Speaker 2: you've got to support whether it's administration done for the
- 58:48Speaker 2: safety and security the United States, and a big part
- 58:50Speaker 2: of that is what the men and women in ICE
- 58:51Speaker 2: do every day across this country.
- 58:53Speaker 1: I've known Karen Bass for I don't know, it says
- 58:58Speaker 1: fifteen twenty years, and she is a decent human being
- 59:06Speaker 1: and a very pleasant person to talk to. I think
- 59:11Speaker 1: that she has the capacity to understand. But should she
- 59:18Speaker 1: be addressing this community and saying, don't be hating on
- 59:23Speaker 1: the moms and dads that are ICE agents. You need
- 59:28Speaker 1: to be organizing and activating at a congressional level if
- 59:34Speaker 1: you don't like what's happening. Would she serve the community
- 59:37Speaker 1: better with that message than saying, well, they're just coming
- 59:41Speaker 1: in and creating chaos. I think it's terrible. Of course,
- 59:44Speaker 1: you would to mean.
- 59:45Speaker 2: She's the mayor of the city, and I would think
- 59:47Speaker 2: her number one responsibility is in Los Angeles is the
- 59:50Speaker 2: safety and security of her communities.
- 59:53Speaker 1: I'm taking bad people off the ship. Why don't you
- 59:56Speaker 1: support that. Well, she spent a lot of time in Congress.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: She was head of the Black Caucus, she was member
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: of Congress Front. I don't know how many years, but
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: a good while. So she knows how that system works.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: She knows if you don't like the law, you need
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: to and can change it. If she was giving that
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: message today saying, Okay, everybody calmed down. These men and
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: women over here, these are moms and dads. This just
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: happens to be their job. They're enforcing the law. And
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: if you get mugged, you don't want a police officer
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: saying yeah, we're not really a big on mugging, so
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: we're not going to look, we're not going to enforce that.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: We're not going to protect you. We're not going to
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: try to find that criminal and take them off the street.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: People would be outraged.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: Okay, again, it's politics over common sense. They do not
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: want to give Trump registration a win. They don't want
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: to met that we're fixing what they broke. Even some
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: honest people. You know, I watched a lot of networks,
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: even some honest Democrats. They get interviewed what happened? How
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: can you be lost? And everyone will say immigration was
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: a big part of it. So rather than learning a
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: lesson that national security and border security is important, President
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: Trump has turned to the wunds complete one a most secure,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: boring lifetime. They can't give him, they can't get my
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: thumbs up for that. Not gonna get him win for that.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: So they're preaking politics over a publicly state. There's no
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: other explanation. I mean, I'm not a stupid man. I
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: wake up every day. Why the hell would you not
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: support taking public safety threats off the street. It's got
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: to be politics. There's no other reason a common sense
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: person doesn't want the laws of this country enforced.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: It comes down to simple common sense. We have arrested
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: an illegal immigrant who is a pedophile. Now I know
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: that child molesters and pedophiles, and those aren't the same thing.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: There's a range there between what's a pedophile and what's
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: a child molester. A pedophile as a child molester, a
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: child molesters not necessarily a pedophile. These are definitions we
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: don't need to worry about at this point. They're bad
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: actors with children, and they tend to have multiple victims
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: across the years. If you take someone off the street
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: and they've arrested them, that's how they wound up getting
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: in jail and then bonded out. And then if they
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: don't show up and they spend another ten or twelve
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: years on the street, they could have ten more victims,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: twenty more victims, forty more victims. Does it make sense
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: that they really want you to turn that person loose. No,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: it doesn't make sense. Let me give you example exactly
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: what you just said. There's a case of Massachusetts. They'll
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: go and raped a child. It's actually saw to the child.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: They're not a retainer. They released them after you did it.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: As the time, it took us two years to find them,
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: twenty five months to find him. What did he do
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: in twenty five months? Where was the other victims? You
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: and I both know the recitizen rate amongst these people
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: are really high. Who supports that he's in the country illegally?
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: He raped a child. Why wouldn't every single person in
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: this country saying, Noah, he doesn't belong here, he's in
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: the country legally. That's one that needs to go. We
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: can all agree that he needs to go. When we
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: got people again who won't honor the ICE detainer and
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: release them to the street, I said, principle, is it politics?
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: I can't figure it out, but again we're taking it on.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: That's why we have sent additional resources then to flood
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: the zone to address some serious criminal violations and criminal investigations.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: And that's why in sanctuary cities we flood the zone,
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: have these increase operations at a certain time period so
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: less of these people are walking the streets or the community.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: LA is a big city.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: The ICE officers are understaffed, don't compared to you, we
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: got over twenty minion illegal analysis country. ICE is outnumbered vastly,
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: and I think that's a genius idea of the President
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: to bring all of federal LA enforcement in this to
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: look for these public safety thrust in now security threats.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: But people want to know why was up huge operations.
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: We fled the zone yesterday because we're outnumbered and we
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: sent a lot of officers for officer safety reasons and
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: try to rest the back guys as quick as possible
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: to do the operation quick as possible.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: The more resources have doing it, the more efficient that
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: process is. You're coming back to La absolutely, because they're
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: continuing to be threats to public safety in La County.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: Go come back to LA We'll flood the zone. What
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: are the focuses that you have going forward is what
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: I think is going to prove to be one of
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: the biggest rescue operations in the history of this country.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: You're setting out to rescue as many of these missing
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: children as can possibly be found. And at this point
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: the number is probably under reported, but a pretty good
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: estimate is three hundred thousand children that have just fallen
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: through the cracks. They've just come across the border, and
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: nobody knows where they've gone. A lot of the border
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: patrol people have told me that disturbing number have been
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: shipped off to the same addresses in big cities, which
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: just doesn't make sense unless that's a clearing house to
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: put them into forced labor or prostitution or whatever. Some
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: of them have probably found their way to family that's here,
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: there's no question about that. Doesn't mean that they're here legally.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Here legally, but not all of them are in horrible
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: situations of forced labor or forced prostitution. But we have
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: to it would be naive to assume that a fair
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: number of them are not in a hellish existence.
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: Right now, we found, like I say, we're around eight thousand.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: I think now many of them were safe with family,
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: some weren't. And you're exactly right. We get to report
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: every week and how many kids were finding were and
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: a lot of reports come back so well, we checked
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: the address, it's the park. We checked the address, it's
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: a gas station. And that again a failure of the
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: last administration not properly vetting these sponsors and the information
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: given to them.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: So we're looking for them both.
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: When when the information you get from this case the
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: sponsor is here's is this address. Let's go find a
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: sponsor in the child and you pull up and it's
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: a park or it's a home depot, right, say, here
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: we go. Now, how do we find them? And that's
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: what that's what that's the hard part. We talked about
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: this for the hardest part is finding somebody don't want
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: to be found. So since a child don't have a
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: digital footprint, they don't have credit cards to pay bills,
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: or have driver's license or any of that stuff, we've
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: got to count on digital footprinted sponsors. And the sponsors
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: are given false information, give the false ID, given false address.
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: It's a hell of a challenge, but we're all there
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: every day looking.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: For When you find those children, they're going to be
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: given resources, medical help, psychological help, trauma help. They're going
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: to be given all kinds of resources to help get
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: them back to some measure of humanity, with an eye
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: towards getting them back to their family, reunited with their family, Our.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: Whole, our whole, six months pregnant, being trapped by two men.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: So she's going to need care, right, How important is
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: it to you to find these children? To Very important
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: as a father. Yeah, you know, you lay awake, sleep
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: at night, and every week we get the numbers and
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: I get depressed. The numbers are higher. But again, it's
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: a difficult job. And I think any rational human being
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: would want to find every one of these kids, everyone
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: of them. And if they're with family, okay, we'll do
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: with immigration consequences later, but let's make sure. Let's save
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: the ones are in trouble. Let's say the ones are
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: living with a pedophile and living a life of hell,
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: or children that sold into sex slavery. Very important to me,
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: this is uh as a father, as a human being
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: as a law enforcements. You've seen terrible things in my career.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: I love kids, so yeah, it's important to find everything.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Hey, doctor Phil, here my network, merit TV has it all.
