For the longest time, I thought sneezing, itchy eyes, runny noses and random reactions to certain things were just normal inconveniences. And growing up in Nigeria, I realized that many of us don't really talk about allergies. More often than not, we call it catarrh or a cold.
In this episode, I share my personal experience with allergies and talk about why so many people misunderstand them. We explore what allergies actually are, how they happen, some of the common triggers people encounter in everyday life and why awareness matters more than most of us realize.
