- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to jasonnew Land dot com. My name's
- 0:09Speaker 1: Jason new Land.
- 0:10Speaker 2: This is.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday. Let me boy you to sleep. And Vinnie
- 0:23Speaker 1: has just awoken at seven in the morning on I
- 0:30Speaker 1: think Wednesday, the second of July two thousand twenty five.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I just heard him. I've heard his ears flap. However,
- 0:58Speaker 1: he's not coming here.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I just flushed the toilets. Maybe that disrupted his sleep. Anyway,
- 1:13Speaker 1: only listen when you can safely close your eyes. It's
- 1:19Speaker 1: quite warm already. It's supposed to be well according to
- 1:27Speaker 1: people that told me, there should be some raine today,
- 1:37Speaker 1: but it looks like it's going to be. If it
- 1:40Speaker 1: does rain, it's going to be a warm, rainy day.
- 1:46Speaker 1: So I'm off to see Uncle Sausages again. I'm a
- 1:51Speaker 1: neighbor Uncle Sausages, that's what Vinny calls them. I saw
- 2:00Speaker 1: him Monday Tuesday. Because i've seen him today, I'll probably
- 2:07Speaker 1: see him tomorrow and Friday as well. I was hoping
- 2:13Speaker 1: to try and just see him on Monday, Wednesday. Friday
- 2:20Speaker 1: kind of needs me to visit a bit more often,
- 2:24Speaker 1: so I'll continue to do.
- 2:25Speaker 4: That with the hope, but that maybe he'll be able
- 2:32Speaker 4: to go home or come home because he lives opposite me.
- 2:39Speaker 3: But I really don't know. I genuinely.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Have zero idea if he'll be allowed to come home.
- 2:52Speaker 1: When I say aloud, of course he can do what
- 2:54Speaker 1: he wants. He's mobile, so he can physically leave if
- 2:59Speaker 1: he wanted to, But that possibly wouldn't be a good idea.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I don't know if you can hear that. Hinis just
- 3:12Speaker 1: climbed onto the sofa with me after chasing.
- 3:19Speaker 3: A fly for a little bit.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Now Vinnie is going to stay with a neighbor, So
- 3:30Speaker 1: quarter to nine I'm going to take him to a
- 3:34Speaker 1: neighbor for him to stay there for the day, well
- 3:38Speaker 1: for a few hours.
- 3:41Speaker 3: And then I got a taxi.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Book to the four between nine and nine point fifteen
- 3:50Speaker 1: to go to the hospital. And of course Sausages has
- 3:56Speaker 1: gone making weird noises of it. Uncle Sausages is having scared.
- 4:06Speaker 1: He's having a doctor come around to tell him, hopefully
- 4:13Speaker 1: some kind of dreamer plan, cause he's he's in limbo
- 4:18Speaker 1: at the moment. He's not really sure what's going on.
- 4:24Speaker 1: This has been in there since Friday last week or
- 4:30Speaker 1: the week before last, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Juesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and Wednesday, so this is the.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Thirteenth day he's been there.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And other than giving him medication to reduce the ammonia
- 4:51Speaker 1: in his blood to stop him from being so yellow
- 4:57Speaker 1: or cerebral cerebellum or where they call it, it's I
- 5:04Speaker 1: don't think he's on any other medication. And he said
- 5:08Speaker 1: he stopped having that drink as well, so he's not
- 5:10Speaker 1: stopped having.
- 5:11Speaker 3: That medication.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Constantly getting monitored, constant blood tests. He's not He's not
- 5:22Speaker 1: wired up to any kind of machine or anything to
- 5:26Speaker 1: check his vitals. So you know, they do come around
- 5:32Speaker 1: and do his blood pressure and stuff like that. He
- 5:38Speaker 1: was on a trip for a short while before his
- 5:43Speaker 1: full body scan because he was kneel by mouth, so
- 5:49Speaker 1: it's so hard they had to get liquid into his body. Hey,
- 5:54Speaker 1: don't be parking, many don't be barking. It's too early.
- 6:03Speaker 1: There's someone in the garden. I hope that's not the builders.
- 6:10Speaker 1: That's way too early for them to be coming here
- 6:12Speaker 1: and climbing on the roof. Seven in the morning yesterday,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I heard one of the buildings that Basically, there's scaffolding
- 6:24Speaker 1: outside by well outside my windows, which leads to the roof.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I didn't realize until I got home yesterday afternoon. I
- 6:42Speaker 1: can't open my windows. The scaffoldings so close to my windows,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and I can't actually open them. I can put them
- 6:54Speaker 1: on a latch, you know, so they're open kind of
- 6:58Speaker 1: a crack. I can't open them up to let any
- 7:02Speaker 1: air in wrong time of the year for that.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Wow, So it's a bit of.
- 7:11Speaker 1: A sweat box in here. In the bedroom, I can
- 7:15Speaker 1: open the top window, so I don't know how they
- 7:18Speaker 1: managed to do it, but the living room can't open
- 7:22Speaker 1: any of the windows.
- 7:26Speaker 3: So I'm hoping that they'll.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Be finished fairly greatly because I don't know. Just I
- 7:39Speaker 1: don't want to be sitting in here not being able
- 7:41Speaker 1: to open the windows. I open the windows in the
- 7:44Speaker 1: winter all year round my windows are open, and how
- 7:49Speaker 1: I can't open them. I think I might have talked
- 7:54Speaker 1: enough about not being able to open my windows. I'm
- 7:58Speaker 1: not really sure what else to add. And bad bet
- 8:07Speaker 1: so yeav and he's gonna.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Stay with.
- 8:12Speaker 1: A neighbor, and then I am. I'll head up to
- 8:17Speaker 1: the hospital and taxis.
- 8:19Speaker 3: I got that boot.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I couldn't get an earlier taxi.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Because there's the school.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Runs, so there's no no taxis between pretty much seven
- 8:35Speaker 1: and nine. And there was no reason I couldn't go
- 8:40Speaker 1: there too early because I've been waiting around for hours
- 8:44Speaker 1: and hours. And again there at seven is a little
- 8:49Speaker 1: bit too early because they were all getting ready and
- 8:54Speaker 1: the nurses are going around and I'm kind of in
- 8:56Speaker 1: the way a little bit and having their breakfast.
- 9:01Speaker 3: And yeah, I think the I have got.
- 9:06Speaker 1: There around eight, just after eight before that was a
- 9:11Speaker 1: one off time, and that was a bit too early,
- 9:16Speaker 1: but that was just because one of my neighbors came
- 9:18Speaker 1: mere left and he left arm seven, dropped off his
- 9:23Speaker 1: daughter at school and his wife at work, and then
- 9:28Speaker 1: dropped me off at the hospital. So by the time
- 9:32Speaker 1: I got to the ward it was about quarter past eight,
- 9:37Speaker 1: maybe a little bit later, but it was still a
- 9:43Speaker 1: bit too early. I think anything before nine is a
- 9:47Speaker 1: little bit, you know, plus plus plus plus plus plus.
- 9:54Speaker 3: There is.
- 9:56Speaker 1: The visiting hours of eleven o'clock onwards in that board,
- 10:02Speaker 1: so I shouldn't really even be in there before eleven o'clock,
- 10:07Speaker 1: but no one says anything to me.
- 10:12Speaker 3: I think that was a wind.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think I just spoke through my nose then I
- 10:18Speaker 1: could hear my knees or Kevin.
- 10:22Speaker 3: It was weird.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I think in a ward like that, visiting ours don't
- 10:28Speaker 1: really seem to apply so much. You know, if it
- 10:33Speaker 1: was award for people with broken bones or people at
- 10:40Speaker 1: their appendix out things like that basic quite simple. I
- 10:48Speaker 1: don't know, you know, normal operations where the person is
- 10:55Speaker 1: going to be fine and recover normally, like you know,
- 10:59Speaker 1: then I suppose.
- 11:02Speaker 3: The visiting there was.
- 11:03Speaker 1: A being more strict. But here in the Carn ward
- 11:11Speaker 1: the Uncle Sausages is in it's they're more flexible. I
- 11:20Speaker 1: feel like I've got to know some of the staff
- 11:22Speaker 1: now because I've been in there and every day since
- 11:26Speaker 1: he got in Friday, Saturday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- 11:40Speaker 1: So there's will be the eleventh day that I've gone
- 11:43Speaker 1: in there. I did have the weekend off last weekend. Fridayday,
- 11:48Speaker 1: Saturday and Sunday Sundays pretty much a no goo. Unless
- 11:56Speaker 1: I get a taxi, I can't get in there, and
- 12:00Speaker 1: I have tried to get the buses when I can,
- 12:06Speaker 1: I might attempt to get the bus back. You know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: two Texas a day is way too expensive, although I
- 12:17Speaker 1: have asked. I called Universal Credit yesterday to see you
- 12:23Speaker 1: back again in an advanced payment, and they said what's
- 12:27Speaker 1: it for? I said, taxis? Maybe it's for taxis and
- 12:33Speaker 1: she said what do you mean? I said, okay, it's
- 12:41Speaker 1: they kind of like they take you to places, phone
- 12:44Speaker 1: them up and they come and click picked you up.
- 12:47Speaker 1: I know what taxis means, but what what you Why?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Why you again? Why are you get so many taxes?
- 12:55Speaker 1: I said it's because of Uncle Sausages, and she said,
- 13:00Speaker 1: oh okay, and then the phone cut off and I thought,
- 13:08Speaker 1: oh you cat me back. She didn't didn't call me back.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And the reason I didn't phone back is because firstly,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I'd already been on a phone for way too long waiting,
- 13:29Speaker 1: you know. Secondly, the chance to me getting the same
- 13:33Speaker 1: person is pretty practically non existent, so I'd have to
- 13:37Speaker 1: co for.
- 13:37Speaker 3: The whole thing again.
- 13:42Speaker 1: So what I did is I went online and I
- 13:44Speaker 1: left her. They call it like a journal injury, where
- 13:50Speaker 1: I just typed in that I spoke to someone. They
- 13:54Speaker 1: hadn't left a note or anything on the system, which
- 13:57Speaker 1: is I don't know if that's just the way out.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But I was always taught when I worked in a
- 14:03Speaker 1: call center, which basically was what they're doing. Is it
- 14:08Speaker 1: when you when you work in a call center and
- 14:10Speaker 1: a customer phones up? But now why are they called?
- 14:15Speaker 3: When they called, why they.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Called, and what the outcome of the call was, you know,
- 14:25Speaker 1: even if it's a case of old customer card wanted
- 14:29Speaker 1: to speak to renewals, transferred them to renewals. Yeah, just
- 14:35Speaker 1: something like that, just to keep a track. It's just good,
- 14:40Speaker 1: good customer service.
- 14:41Speaker 3: I would argue. I wouldn't argue, but I would say, but.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to respond. It seemed
- 14:54Speaker 1: really weird because it says if you want an advanced payment,
- 14:59Speaker 1: click una clicked, and it's big, a big writing came
- 15:07Speaker 1: on a screen saying no way, go away, you're not
- 15:11Speaker 1: enough here they said. There was like a drop down
- 15:17Speaker 1: list of things, and not one of them was a
- 15:20Speaker 1: trance to payment. I think the way they're working out
- 15:26Speaker 1: if you do get one is you can pay ten
- 15:32Speaker 1: percent back over the year, so for ten months. So
- 15:38Speaker 1: if you borrow I guess three hundred pounds, you pay
- 15:42Speaker 1: thirty pounds a month. Back for ten months, so just see,
- 15:50Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to go back to me,
- 15:52Speaker 1: but I kind of need to plan ahead a bit
- 15:55Speaker 1: now because I don't know how long of course Sausages
- 15:59Speaker 1: is going to be in there, and of what he
- 16:03Speaker 1: called through my life's savings getting backward and forward over
- 16:08Speaker 1: the last ten days, so now I kind of have
- 16:13Speaker 1: to be a bit strategic. So yeah, that's my planned
- 16:23Speaker 1: day to day.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Get there.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Hopefully I can sit with him while the doctor talks
- 16:31Speaker 1: to him and tells him how they're hoping to proceed medically,
- 16:42Speaker 1: and that way I can have more of an understanding
- 16:46Speaker 1: and perhaps I can explain it better to Uncle Sausages
- 16:50Speaker 1: because he doesn't always and this is not criticism. I
- 16:56Speaker 1: don't think he understands always what they're selling and saying
- 16:59Speaker 1: to it. And I think part of that is overwhelmed,
- 17:08Speaker 1: A huge part of it. He's overwhelmed. And you can't
- 17:12Speaker 1: blame him. You know, he's never been in hospital before,
- 17:16Speaker 1: never been unwell before in his life, doesn't even have
- 17:21Speaker 1: a doctor, he's not registered with a doctor's surgery. He's
- 17:27Speaker 1: seventy eight years nearly, and he's been.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Tipped top health.
- 17:34Speaker 5: So this is.
- 17:36Speaker 1: I don't think he is. I don't think anyone in
- 17:41Speaker 1: that situation could really fully grasp what's going on. It's
- 17:48Speaker 1: a confused, very confusing time. I find it confusing one
- 17:56Speaker 1: d I find a lot of things confusing. I can't
- 18:04Speaker 1: think of anything off had, but they're sure there are
- 18:06Speaker 1: some stuff. So that's my plan. Yesterday I went. I
- 18:23Speaker 1: wasn't gonna go. Actually I went Monday. I told him
- 18:28Speaker 1: that I was going to visit Wednesday, but i'd give
- 18:31Speaker 1: him a call. Tuesday. He had called him and he
- 18:38Speaker 1: said he'd seen a doctor and he wasn't very happy.
- 18:44Speaker 1: And I said, you want me to come, but you
- 18:46Speaker 1: want me to come in and he said there's something
- 18:49Speaker 1: only you can decide. So I thought that was a yes,
- 18:55Speaker 1: wasn't it. Also, he was a bit he felt a
- 18:59Speaker 1: bit low because his his neighbor, the man in the
- 19:04Speaker 1: bed next to him, had left, so it's spent They
- 19:08Speaker 1: spent a week with this man. They got to know
- 19:11Speaker 1: each other quite well, and suddenly he had no one
- 19:15Speaker 1: to talk to, so it's kind.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Of a little bit.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I think he felt a little bit lonely, although he
- 19:26Speaker 1: does have tennis on the TV nails, so that's that's bride.
- 19:30Speaker 1: That's burked him up a little bit. For the first week,
- 19:34Speaker 1: he didn't watch any television, and I kept saying, why
- 19:39Speaker 1: don't you stick the TV on, just have it in
- 19:44Speaker 1: the background, don't even have to have the sound up.
- 19:48Speaker 1: So there's plenty of sports on normal TV, especially in
- 19:51Speaker 1: the weekend, but he said.
- 19:53Speaker 3: No, no, no, no no.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And when I did eventually just turn it on a
- 20:00Speaker 1: couple of days ago, I think Monday, he was really
- 20:05Speaker 1: surprised at how good the picture was and whim wouldn't
- 20:10Speaker 1: had just started the way that's tennis just started on Monday, And.
- 20:18Speaker 3: I think it's.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I think it's a pleasant distraction. So when I visited
- 20:26Speaker 1: him yesterday, he was half asleep. He was listening to
- 20:33Speaker 1: because I think I got to him probably abound. I
- 20:38Speaker 1: lived here at midday, so I got there probably twenty
- 20:43Speaker 1: to one. After all twenty to one, he was half asleep,
- 20:48Speaker 1: but he was listening to the.
- 20:51Speaker 3: To the tennis.
- 20:53Speaker 1: So I think for him, listening to sport or some
- 21:00Speaker 1: kind of sporting activity.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Whether it's.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Football, rugby, cricket, tennis, he relaxes him and it feels nice.
- 21:12Speaker 1: And I just I just stood down and stared at
- 21:21Speaker 1: him for a while made him jump when he looked up.
- 21:25Speaker 3: It was worth it.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I think he was surprised to see me, even though
- 21:31Speaker 1: I did sellimos on my way. He seems to be
- 21:38Speaker 1: talking a lot quieter as well, and slower. I don't
- 21:46Speaker 1: know quite why that is. He didn't want to go
- 21:52Speaker 1: out yesterday, so that was the.
- 21:55Speaker 3: First time.
- 21:57Speaker 1: That he didn't want to go out for walking that
- 22:00Speaker 1: you know, come out into the sunshine. Although I did
- 22:06Speaker 1: manage to get him what he's been craving for a
- 22:09Speaker 1: few days. That's ice. Let I say ice. I'm talking
- 22:17Speaker 1: about ice, ice, not not, I says, in removing people
- 22:24Speaker 1: that have lived here in their whole lives. I'm talking
- 22:27Speaker 1: about ice is in frozen water. So he was on
- 22:34Speaker 1: about get some get some water, Go get some water,
- 22:40Speaker 1: frozen frozen water. I said, you mean ice. He said, yeah,
- 22:46Speaker 1: frozen water. And I said, well, I can give you.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Some of that.
- 22:53Speaker 1: He said, we need to get a flersk of flowers.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I said why, He said that keep the ice frozen
- 23:02Speaker 1: for longer. I thought to myself, well, I don't have
- 23:09Speaker 1: a flask. I can't be trusted with flasks. That sounds strange,
- 23:17Speaker 1: doesn't it, But I don't think I've ever had a
- 23:22Speaker 1: flask where I didn't break it.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I don't know why. I just have a happy of dropping.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Flasks and breaking the inside bit way, did you know
- 23:32Speaker 1: the glass be inside?
- 23:36Speaker 3: Although it's been a little while. I think the.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Last time I had a flask was two thousand and five,
- 23:47Speaker 1: probably two thousand and four, two thousand and five, Yeah,
- 23:56Speaker 1: maybe later, Maybe it's been a while.
- 24:09Speaker 3: So what I did is.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I said to you know, you can just get a
- 24:15Speaker 1: cold drink from Costa. I'll get you a bottle of
- 24:20Speaker 1: coke and it will be colder being a fridge.
- 24:24Speaker 3: So I did that the.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Day before and then he said I want some ice.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I was just pleased and stop saying frozen water. So
- 24:37Speaker 1: you want some ice? He said, yeah, I want some ice.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So I did is. I went downstairs got him and
- 24:46Speaker 1: I'm a bottle of coke from Costa him from the
- 24:54Speaker 1: pin because there's a big cost well, a larger costa
- 24:57Speaker 1: with seeds, and there's a smaller cost which is closer.
- 25:01Speaker 3: To his ward. We have no seats.
- 25:04Speaker 1: It's just a takeaway. So I go into the larger Costa.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I get myself a bottle of vent to get him
- 25:12Speaker 1: a bottle of coke, and I get myself a chocolate
- 25:17Speaker 1: brownie because I'm worth it. And I then walk up
- 25:25Speaker 1: to the other Costa and this a customer there at
- 25:32Speaker 1: the till, and the man serving hans back to me,
- 25:36Speaker 1: and he was doing, I don't make in a coffee,
- 25:40Speaker 1: I suppose, so I'm kind of offering behind the lady
- 25:45Speaker 1: who's being served. And then another lady comes in and
- 25:51Speaker 1: he says, there is like a place where you queue,
- 25:54Speaker 1: and she said, are you're being served.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Or you're queueing?
- 25:58Speaker 1: I said, I am, I'm not being served, but I'm
- 26:03Speaker 1: not really cueing. But I am cueing, but I'm not
- 26:07Speaker 1: really culling.
- 26:09Speaker 3: And she said to me, what you mean?
- 26:12Speaker 1: I said, well, if I get the queue there, the
- 26:16Speaker 1: man who's got his back face to us might think
- 26:18Speaker 1: that I'm that I've just got the items out of
- 26:23Speaker 1: the fridge and try and charge me for this stuff,
- 26:27Speaker 1: but I've already bought it at the other costa. And
- 26:31Speaker 1: she said, it's okay, why are you waiting in? Then
- 26:37Speaker 1: I said, I'm going to see if I can get
- 26:39Speaker 1: some ice.
- 26:42Speaker 3: She said, I see. I said, yeah. Ice.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I thought she might correct me by saying frozen water,
- 26:55Speaker 1: but she didn't so that was good frozen broken water.
- 27:00Speaker 1: So I personally don't drink ice. I never have ice
- 27:08Speaker 1: ever because ice it's tap water and I don't drink
- 27:14Speaker 1: tap water. So I don't never have ice in anything
- 27:20Speaker 1: apart from when I do. But generally, no, I'm not
- 27:28Speaker 1: saying I've never had eyes, because I have, and if
- 27:36Speaker 1: I reckon in this weather, I probably would have ice
- 27:39Speaker 1: if I was if I was sitting outside the pub,
- 27:43Speaker 1: for example, I might have ice in the glass because
- 27:49Speaker 1: of the heat. But generally I don't have eyes. But
- 27:57Speaker 1: the ice wasn't for me anyway. And the man turns around.
- 28:06Speaker 1: He finishes serving the lady that was already there, so
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's just me and the other lady who's waiting in
- 28:13Speaker 1: the queue. So I'm standing in the queue now. And
- 28:17Speaker 1: he said anything else, and I said no, no, wait, wait,
- 28:20Speaker 1: wait wait, He said, what do you mean wait? I said,
- 28:24Speaker 1: wait a second, I need to just explain. He said,
- 28:27Speaker 1: no you wait, I said, well, he said, I don't know.
- 28:32Speaker 1: I'm already sure what's going on? I sai, that's fine.
- 28:38Speaker 1: These two bowls, the factor and the coke. I already
- 28:41Speaker 1: purchased them from the other Costa up there. He said, okay.
- 28:46Speaker 1: He looked very confused. He said, what about the chocolate brownly?
- 28:53Speaker 1: I said, that's in my pocket. You can't even see it.
- 28:57Speaker 1: He said, I'm fair enough, and he said, well, how
- 29:01Speaker 1: can I help? I said, I was wondering, just wondering.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Say no if you like.
- 29:09Speaker 3: He said, I will say no if I like.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I've got complete control of what I say. I said, okay,
- 29:16Speaker 1: thank you, shirty.
- 29:18Speaker 5: He just.
- 29:21Speaker 1: You know, I'm just asking, is there any chance I
- 29:25Speaker 1: can get some ice in a cup? They looked at
- 29:32Speaker 1: me and I said that's the end of the sentence.
- 29:36Speaker 1: There was nothing else that was it. Can I get
- 29:40Speaker 1: some ice in a cup?
- 29:41Speaker 3: Please?
- 29:46Speaker 1: I don't know what else he expected me to say.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Did he expect a song? I don't know, put our
- 29:55Speaker 1: piece of paper and start reciting poetry. I don't know
- 29:58Speaker 1: what he expected. And he said sure. So he went
- 30:04Speaker 1: got some eyes and I said, it's it's.
- 30:07Speaker 3: For it's for a patient. I think.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I said it's for a customer. And I realized that
- 30:12Speaker 1: hospitals don't they call them patients, not customers, don't they
- 30:17Speaker 1: I suppose customers would be a private hospital when they
- 30:22Speaker 1: call them customers. And he said, fine, isn't it.
- 30:28Speaker 3: What do you think it's weird? Right?
- 30:31Speaker 1: Do you know when you see someone every day, if
- 30:35Speaker 1: you don't know them, you don't know anything about them.
- 30:42Speaker 1: And that's what is going on with this bloke in
- 30:45Speaker 1: the coster. I've seen him nearly every day for the
- 30:50Speaker 1: last two weeks, nearly, well yeah, it's nearly from the
- 30:59Speaker 1: get onto two weeks, and I feel like I know
- 31:05Speaker 1: him a little bit, and I don't. I don't know
- 31:07Speaker 1: anything about him, but just it's weird.
- 31:11Speaker 3: And it's a little bit like people in.
- 31:12Speaker 1: The street I've seen for years and years.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Heading towards work, walking through.
- 31:23Speaker 1: The park, getting ready in their bathroom. I mean, okay,
- 31:30Speaker 1: obviously involves climbing a tree, but I can't. I just
- 31:35Speaker 1: see people doing things that are normal, and I kind
- 31:39Speaker 1: of feel like I know them a bit, but I
- 31:45Speaker 1: I don't know who they are, don't know anything about them.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I noticed that on there I was going to work
- 31:53Speaker 1: on a bus and I started to nod to people
- 31:57Speaker 1: because it was the same people the same time every day.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Almost felt like I knew them. And I remember saying
- 32:11Speaker 1: to someone once, like after about six months of doing this,
- 32:16Speaker 1: I said to her, you know, I feel like I
- 32:19Speaker 1: know you're now seeing you every down the bus. She said, yeah,
- 32:25Speaker 1: we should do our work at your place, literally sit
- 32:30Speaker 1: opposite it on the desk. I said, oh, for you
- 32:36Speaker 1: look familiar, You just looked different. You look different when
- 32:42Speaker 1: you're in the dest and what you do when you're outside.
- 32:45Speaker 1: She said, I know, because I'm wearing a coat now.
- 32:50Speaker 1: And she is kind of strange without being rude. She
- 32:55Speaker 1: used to wear a Kim costume of work. No one
- 32:59Speaker 1: knew why, but it didn't seem it didn't seem to
- 33:08Speaker 1: affect her work because she was on the phone. So
- 33:12Speaker 1: now I could see her.
- 33:15Speaker 3: When the management came around, you.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Know, from the head office. She was just like all
- 33:21Speaker 1: the weird people that dressed a bit strange, were like
- 33:26Speaker 1: or acted a bit weird, or put into it like
- 33:28Speaker 1: a room, just hiding away. I looked forward to those
- 33:34Speaker 1: days because it was a nice break from working. Me
- 33:38Speaker 1: and those other people would just sit around chating. And
- 33:46Speaker 1: never got around to asking her about the kym costume.
- 33:51Speaker 1: But the blood dressed as a a pirate. He was,
- 33:56Speaker 1: he was interested, he was he was just a big
- 34:00Speaker 1: fan of pirate movies. He said, He's always wanted to
- 34:04Speaker 1: be Kirk Douglas and I said, Okay, it's hard to
- 34:13Speaker 1: follow that up, pretty, isn't it. Someone just comes out
- 34:17Speaker 1: without all. In case anyone's wondering the reason why I
- 34:21Speaker 1: wear a pirate costume to work, Actually, he's a pirate uniform.
- 34:27Speaker 1: The reason I where this pirate uniform is because I'm
- 34:31Speaker 1: a big fan of Kirk Douglas when he was in
- 34:35Speaker 1: pirate movies in the nineteen fifties. It's hard to have
- 34:43Speaker 1: a follow up, Christian, what's your favorite dessert?
- 34:53Speaker 3: It just doesn't fit, does it?
- 34:57Speaker 6: Oh?
- 34:57Speaker 3: Dessert?
- 35:03Speaker 7: Oh?
- 35:06Speaker 1: Was that dessert that doesn't people don't eat anymore? Angel delight?
- 35:13Speaker 1: There was this dessert I I don't know if it's
- 35:16Speaker 1: it might still get sold, but it was one of
- 35:19Speaker 1: my favorite desserts. So it's kind of like, see, it
- 35:24Speaker 1: looked like yet looked like custard. It wasn't custard, because
- 35:32Speaker 1: I cannot stand custard. It wasn't custard, but it was
- 35:38Speaker 1: cold strawberry choco Banahna flavored. There might have been different flavors,
- 35:49Speaker 1: but they're the ones that I remember. There was this
- 35:53Speaker 1: powder which you put in and I don't know if
- 35:55Speaker 1: you mix it with milk and just user like a
- 36:03Speaker 1: what do they call it? A mixing thing which makes
- 36:06Speaker 1: it all fluffy, not drill.
- 36:11Speaker 3: A whisk a whisk.
- 36:15Speaker 1: So yeah, and it makes it all fluffy and bubbly
- 36:19Speaker 1: and or yum yum, yum yum. And my stepmom used
- 36:25Speaker 1: to make niker boker glories. Be careful how quickly you
- 36:30Speaker 1: say that word, nika boka glory, which is if you
- 36:36Speaker 1: don't know what it is, it's in a big, long,
- 36:40Speaker 1: quite a high glass dish. I think it's basically did
- 36:46Speaker 1: I use the same the same thing for Sundays as well,
- 36:52Speaker 1: not on Sundays, but like a long dish. I don't
- 36:57Speaker 1: know anyway. So what she used to do is she'd
- 37:02Speaker 1: put in different levels of stuff, so there'd be some
- 37:09Speaker 1: ice cream, there'd be some fruit, there'd be some angel
- 37:17Speaker 1: delight maybe somewhere dream at the top, there'd be.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Some what those.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Those fingers they're not bread, but oh wow, I can't
- 37:33Speaker 1: even remember what they recalled. I used to love them
- 37:36Speaker 1: because they would melt in your mouth.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Wow. What what was they called?
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm sure there's something fingers And they were kind of
- 37:49Speaker 1: pastry ish.
- 37:52Speaker 3: And they had a bit of sugar on top.
- 37:56Speaker 1: And I think what she used to do is if
- 38:00Speaker 1: just stick them in so they melted or crumbled them
- 38:04Speaker 1: up and made little toppings kind of all bread crumbs
- 38:09Speaker 1: as well. And yeah it was sugar and it was lovely, amazing,
- 38:18Speaker 1: possibly a flake at the top. Oh, it was glorious.
- 38:25Speaker 1: And then his big long spoons of a tiny, tiny.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Little kind of spoon thing at the end. So big
- 38:37Speaker 3: long handle.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Probably quite could for helping with constipation, I imagine, but
- 38:46Speaker 1: it's not a focus on that. So with very long handle,
- 38:51Speaker 1: which you can really get.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Into the.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Art to reach places, which is like I was found
- 38:58Speaker 1: right at the bottom of the dish. There was one
- 39:03Speaker 1: bit that seemed to just be very hard to get
- 39:06Speaker 1: to and then maybe be a bit of ice cream
- 39:11Speaker 1: or a bit of chocolate or something just right in there.
- 39:15Speaker 1: And I dig it, really dig from different angles until
- 39:20Speaker 1: I got to it. I never quit when it comes
- 39:25Speaker 1: to chocolate, I never quit. Oh. And also trifles, we
- 39:36Speaker 1: didn't have custard of our trifles we had angel did
- 39:39Speaker 1: I The reason for that is because custard is horrible.
- 39:46Speaker 1: I didn't like custard. I would not eat I would
- 39:50Speaker 1: never ever eat custard ever, not gonna happen. And that's
- 39:56Speaker 1: just not gonna happen. Ever, so this is one of
- 40:01Speaker 1: those things I don't like. So we used to have
- 40:05Speaker 1: I think because I was so anti custard. Maybe my
- 40:09Speaker 1: brothers also didn't mind custard, so my stepmom would just
- 40:18Speaker 1: figure a way around it. So we used to Angel
- 40:22Speaker 1: Delight instead on top and some cream lovely. It was
- 40:29Speaker 1: oh y. So I'm thinking, why am I talking about
- 40:39Speaker 1: Angel Delight.
- 40:42Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 40:44Speaker 1: But I'm not sure if they sell it any mine
- 40:46Speaker 1: the shops. I think it's one of those things that
- 40:50Speaker 1: possibly wasn't nutritionally the most beneficial edible product in the world,
- 41:07Speaker 1: but it was yummy, so yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy yummy.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Another thing I used to like to eat is Vanetta
- 41:18Speaker 1: ice cream. Again, I don't know if it's still around.
- 41:24Speaker 1: And another understand I didn't understand why it's not the
- 41:27Speaker 1: most popular ice cream in the world because it's layered again,
- 41:33Speaker 1: kind of like a lasagna or a trifle, spasically a trifle.
- 41:41Speaker 3: It's just.
- 41:43Speaker 1: That it's a version of a lasagna, isn't it. And
- 41:50Speaker 1: I learned to make lasagnas, and I did. I learned
- 41:54Speaker 1: when I was at school, but I learned on a
- 41:57Speaker 1: more industrial level when I worked the canteen in a bakery,
- 42:04Speaker 1: so those hundreds of people being served, and I made
- 42:07Speaker 1: this massive lasagnas and my boss, who is the chef,
- 42:15Speaker 1: he was doing all that stuff, and I said, why
- 42:17Speaker 1: don't you teach me how you do it? You know,
- 42:21Speaker 1: because it's very different making a little lasagna to making
- 42:24Speaker 1: a massive lasagna.
- 42:26Speaker 3: It's just a little.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Bit, I don't know, it's a different kind of process.
- 42:32Speaker 1: So in the end he told me to do it
- 42:35Speaker 1: so he didn't have to do it. I just thought
- 42:38Speaker 1: that made sense. It gave me something to do a
- 42:41Speaker 1: bit more interesting, and so he got me. When it
- 42:46Speaker 1: was a lazagna day, I would always do the lasagna.
- 42:49Speaker 3: I do the whole thing, maybe two or.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Three of them, and they could.
- 42:56Speaker 3: Just stand you out.
- 42:59Speaker 1: I think I felt quite proud because they didn't come
- 43:02Speaker 1: out nice, and he went because he was a trained chef,
- 43:06Speaker 1: he went through the whole thing with me and stepped
- 43:09Speaker 1: by step. I felt quite accomplished, actually, because people liked
- 43:15Speaker 1: the lasagnas. They were popular, and I think we did
- 43:21Speaker 1: a vegetarian version as well as Yeah, because there was
- 43:31Speaker 1: I think the problem there was a lot of people there.
- 43:36Speaker 1: It wasn't so much to the vegetarian, but they could
- 43:41Speaker 1: only eat me like hell heal me and stuff like
- 43:47Speaker 1: that which the kitchen didn't provide, the captain didn't provide.
- 43:53Speaker 1: So what they would do instead is maybe a vegetarian version,
- 44:00Speaker 1: So they were quite popular as well. What I did, though,
- 44:05Speaker 1: is to make the designs taste a bit nicer. I
- 44:14Speaker 1: with the vegetarian ones, I just sprink a little bit
- 44:17Speaker 1: of meat in there as well, just to add a
- 44:19Speaker 1: little bit of taste, a little bit of pork. So
- 44:23Speaker 1: I think that was they were popular. I didn't I do.
- 44:31Speaker 1: I really didn't. Well, even now, thirty four years later,
- 44:40Speaker 1: I still wouldn't. I was still gonna say I was joking.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I would not ever do that. Wow, No, no, no,
- 44:50Speaker 1: You fed them pork and they didn't think they were
- 44:54Speaker 1: eating any meat, or.
- 45:00Speaker 5: Don't.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I'm not sure there was even one vegetarian lair at all,
- 45:06Speaker 1: like vegetarian vegetarian, but the vegetarian aren't meat, or the
- 45:11Speaker 1: vegetarian meals were a substitute for Because of religious issues
- 45:20Speaker 1: or religious beliefs or whatever, those of pork grinding's really
- 45:29Speaker 1: went down the tree.
- 45:30Speaker 3: It just shows you if you don't know I was fine.
- 45:37Speaker 1: I still find it fat.
- 45:38Speaker 3: I didn't do that, by the way. I'm just joking.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I still find it though. The amount of people, not
- 45:46Speaker 1: even necessary religious of any persuasion that was saying, don't
- 45:52Speaker 1: eat moork.
- 45:53Speaker 3: It's a dirty animal.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Name a clean one. Where is there a clean animal?
- 46:01Speaker 1: Just name one. I mean my little the love of
- 46:05Speaker 1: my life right now, Annie, he's a dirty little back
- 46:10Speaker 1: up you know, humans a day he was just then
- 46:15Speaker 1: clean animal. I'm technically clean for maybe five minutes after
- 46:21Speaker 1: I've had a shower, and then I fought.
- 46:25Speaker 3: You know, it's.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Oh, dear, oh, that's a bit of activity downstairs. So
- 46:36Speaker 1: I'm just waiting to see if Finish can start barking
- 46:40Speaker 1: or not.
- 46:42Speaker 3: It's called eight in the morning.
- 46:47Speaker 1: I've got one hour until I need to take Finnie
- 46:53Speaker 1: over to see the neighbors. And they've got a little
- 46:58Speaker 1: dog there till about me day, so he's gonna be
- 47:02Speaker 1: happy running around with the other dog how he likes.
- 47:07Speaker 3: And then.
- 47:10Speaker 1: I'm hoping I can get back by two o'clock at
- 47:15Speaker 1: the latest.
- 47:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 47:22Speaker 3: Yeah, ideally.
- 47:25Speaker 1: There's a lot of shouting outside.
- 47:27Speaker 3: That's weird. Ear for that.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I just heard someone go, right, what's that about I
- 47:37Speaker 1: don't know.
- 47:46Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I just love Angel Delight. I used to teut the
- 48:01Speaker 1: what was that ice cream I was talking about? It
- 48:06Speaker 1: was basically what they did a mint version and possibly
- 48:11Speaker 1: had different versions, but the one I liked was just
- 48:14Speaker 1: vanilla ice cream with it was bits of chocolate, like
- 48:25Speaker 1: I don't know how to explain it, vonetta or ice
- 48:27Speaker 1: cream for those who don't know. It's like a big, long,
- 48:32Speaker 1: oblong kind of block that came on a tray, a
- 48:39Speaker 1: brown tray, I think, wrapped in plastic but why you know,
- 48:45Speaker 1: just like ice cream, you know, frozen kind of plastic and.
- 48:50Speaker 3: Then inside a box with Vanetta on the side and
- 48:57Speaker 3: a picture of it.
- 49:01Speaker 1: And I really liked it as a kid and I
- 49:04Speaker 1: used to eat it, and I've had it as an adult.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I don't know if it's still produced, cause I've not
- 49:11Speaker 1: had any for a while. I just liked the layout.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Chocolate ice cream, then chocolate and it's like these little
- 49:23Speaker 1: not flakes. I know how to explain it, but it's
- 49:31Speaker 1: nice anyway. There was a time when I was about sixteen,
- 49:36Speaker 1: living in a flat of the chip shop, and I
- 49:40Speaker 1: had such little money. I would sometimes spend all my money,
- 49:46Speaker 1: which would be maybe a pound on some ice cream
- 49:53Speaker 1: viaetta or ice.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Cream and.
- 49:59Speaker 1: Possibly thinking about it, possibly a.
- 50:07Speaker 3: What would I have with it? What I was saying what they.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Called like the non syrup maybe syrup, no sponges, but
- 50:21Speaker 1: like pie. Oh can't think what they call it. It's
- 50:27Speaker 1: like pastry. And then there's sort of syrupy stuff at
- 50:32Speaker 1: the top which is very sticky and thick. Oh the
- 50:38Speaker 1: name of it is gone out of my head. But
- 50:41Speaker 1: I used to heat that up and then they have
- 50:44Speaker 1: that with the ice cream. And that was my dinner.
- 50:47Speaker 3: That was my lunch.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I don't feel so full, but not in a good
- 50:55Speaker 1: way because I needed food, proper food, not just sugar.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Probably wasn't my best decision ever. And there was a
- 51:16Speaker 1: time when I used to have. Yeah, when I was
- 51:19Speaker 1: in a chip shop. I got a part time job
- 51:22Speaker 1: cleaning before work. I needed to try and get some money,
- 51:27Speaker 1: and I used to get home. I used to work
- 51:32Speaker 1: from six point thirty to eight thirty, and then i'd
- 51:37Speaker 1: start work at nine, so I'd go home.
- 51:41Speaker 3: It's only a five minute walk.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Get home, have some corn flakes, have a can of coke?
- 51:48Speaker 1: Would you believe at I mean, I've not done that
- 51:53Speaker 1: since that time. A cann of coke with my cornflakes.
- 51:57Speaker 1: It's a weird mix. And I'd watch breakfast TV for
- 52:02Speaker 1: like fifteen minutes. Then I'd go downstairs and start working.
- 52:09Speaker 1: And I think my boss told me I had to
- 52:17Speaker 1: quit my morning job because I was working too many hours.
- 52:24Speaker 1: It made me too tired. It was like, yeah, but
- 52:29Speaker 1: I need the money. Maybe it wasn't much. It's probably
- 52:37Speaker 1: fifteen pounds a week. Maybe, I mean probably what two, four, six, eight, ten,
- 52:50Speaker 1: twelve twelve hours, so Monday to Saturday, twelve hours a week.
- 53:06Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe fifteen two one pound.
- 53:13Speaker 1: Fifteen hour probably so twenty pounds a week, maybe eighteen
- 53:20Speaker 1: pound a week, which would really make a difference to
- 53:26Speaker 1: my lifestyle. But it was quite diring, you know, waking
- 53:35Speaker 1: up at six in the morning. Yeah, back then, I
- 53:44Speaker 1: wasn't a big fan of early starts. I really, really,
- 53:49Speaker 1: really really wasn't. I mean really, I was not a
- 53:54Speaker 1: big fan of starting to getting up early. It was
- 54:00Speaker 1: there's a constant struggle for me. And now I wake
- 54:07Speaker 1: up at four or five every day in the morning.
- 54:17Speaker 1: I don't know why that noise is, someone's making noise
- 54:22Speaker 1: in the garden.
- 54:23Speaker 3: So I'm going to go.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 54:28Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy, Be gentle with
- 54:32Speaker 1: its are you deserve to feel safe. Lots of love.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Bye. Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe
- 55:02Speaker 3: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 55:07Speaker 3: feel calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 55:20Speaker 3: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 55:26Speaker 3: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 55:33Speaker 3: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 55:48Speaker 3: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 56:08Speaker 3: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 56:21Speaker 3: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 56:31Speaker 3: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 56:44Speaker 3: find like some people do and myself as well. Sometimes
- 56:49Speaker 3: I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 57:00Speaker 3: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 57:05Speaker 3: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 57:18Speaker 3: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 57:22Speaker 3: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations, so it
- 57:27Speaker 3: kind of was hypnosis really, And I managed to find
- 57:35Speaker 3: it again and it still has the same effect on me,
- 57:41Speaker 3: and part of it was the person's voice relaxed me,
- 57:55Speaker 3: just felt so peaceful and look forward to listening to
- 58:02Speaker 3: her in the morning and in the evening. And I
- 58:15Speaker 3: knew before even pressing the play button that since I've
- 58:24Speaker 3: done that, press the play button. This is in the
- 58:28Speaker 3: days of CD players, press the play button. In fact,
- 58:43Speaker 3: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 58:47Speaker 3: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 58:58Speaker 3: listening to her words because I had them memorized. Really,
- 59:13Speaker 3: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 59:24Speaker 3: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 59:46Speaker 3: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: till two thousand and six, I knew, I knew how
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: me for over a decade. Maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: Some people may be.
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: Listen every day. That's something that I do.
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: Which you may not realize by listening, is when I
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: by the words that I say. So if I set
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing, I
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: will be focusing on my feet. I will be noticing
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: my feet relaxing. If I said focus on your hands,
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: the air in the room, the temperature.
- 1:03:52Speaker 9: Of the room.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: On the backs of your hands, you may start to
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: my hands are feeling now. And when it comes to
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: carry on talking. It's suddenly when I listen back to
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: do the editing, I hear snoring, and I think, I
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: don't remember snoring. I remember talking. It's snorings I pick
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: turned up. That's why I sound like when I snare
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: and I get really into the whole experience. I don't
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: know how you feel. How relaxed do you feel in
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: your feet, How relaxed you feel in your hands. I
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: have noticed more and more the more relaxed, deeper level
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes. It's
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: to breathe easier without necessarily focusing when your breath. However,
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: so naturally, you breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my eyes closed,
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: attend to visualize beautiful or field with trees and flowers
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice too,
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: If nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: enjoying that feeling of pace serenity with a joyful art,
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: time seems to just drip by so very slowly relaxed,
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: this moment, completely free. You like to say that your
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: mind slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:16:24Speaker 3: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: to drip out of your body, to appear out of
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: every part every body being released from your brain, your
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: mind slowly but surely mhm of source, same.
- 1:18:01Speaker 10: Legs, legs, racks, ri.
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: Sur very deep thy ricks sweet deep, and the feelings,
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders, deep in
- 1:19:40Speaker 3: each part of your body, further and deeper and deep,
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: like to said, the feedings in the back of your neck,
- 1:20:48Speaker 3: the feedings in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body. Peace,
- 1:22:03Speaker 3: deep sets pace spreads through.
- 1:22:29Speaker 9: A very cold.
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:23:02Speaker 3: You focus on your mind, your mind becomes be's slow, deeper,
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: relax fairy slater stomach taste for many a stomach back
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: notice letice sound relaxed.
- 1:25:53Speaker 9: Now feel.
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: In the hole of your back in a spy from
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: your brain all the way down the middle of your back.
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: Sending and receiving millions of messages every day. De comfort
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: increase deeply relaxed.
- 1:27:51Speaker 11: Ms, legs, spreading these signals down your spinal cord.
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: Into reparts of your body, shins and your calfnessles, your outbursts,
- 1:29:35Speaker 3: fields of peace and tranquility, spreading through your body, tips
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: of your tooth, to your eyes, your fingers. Wait, you
- 1:30:09Speaker 3: look back, letting go, re letting payse to drift in mind,
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: just wondering away, happy to let go, let go completely,
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: let go, so drink no Boddy enjoyes sense si joy, space,
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: this space, pace and safety, s very.
- 1:35:52Speaker 5: Rights and.
- 1:36:24Speaker 12: Be living to.
- 1:37:22Speaker 3: Letting go. Maybe we can just focus on the different
- 1:37:47Speaker 3: parts of your body just to notice. Woy you so,
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: Louise Notica, a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, yes
- 1:40:58Speaker 3: and paste to breeze muse. You may have you may
- 1:42:48Speaker 3: not have noticed your mind drifting an annual deeply in
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: the directions ditle blisshul pace, blish pace arrest two pays sir,
- 1:46:16Speaker 3: let it go, please my mind okay at the film's
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: hosts very fast pace for pay like, and you could
- 1:49:34Speaker 3: start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that sense
- 1:49:55Speaker 3: of physical comfort that is growing within you. Throughout your
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: body and your mind starts to slow down, and that
- 1:50:14Speaker 3: could be almost in recognition of I guess my speech
- 1:50:22Speaker 3: not being particularly fast and things just generally feel calmer.
- 1:50:40Speaker 3: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:50:48Speaker 3: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:50:56Speaker 3: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:51:04Speaker 3: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:51:20Speaker 3: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:51:32Speaker 3: and it stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:51:46Speaker 3: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:51:59Speaker 3: that negative with positive healing energy, which then fills your
- 1:52:08Speaker 3: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:52:21Speaker 3: those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling.
- 1:52:36Speaker 3: Positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 1:52:51Speaker 3: wave of comfort, comes from just allowing yourself a few minutes,
- 1:53:11Speaker 3: maybe half an hour, however long you want it to be.
- 1:53:16Speaker 3: Just rest, allow your mind and your body to almost
- 1:53:31Speaker 3: preset itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness,
- 1:53:51Speaker 3: which allows more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: to move around your body and into your mind must
- 1:54:14Speaker 3: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:54:23Speaker 3: almost mirroring each other, with that growing positivity and calmness.
- 1:54:38Speaker 3: And it feels nice, really does feel nice to know
- 1:54:45Speaker 3: that you are the one that has allowed yourself to
- 1:54:54Speaker 3: feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:55:05Speaker 5: More of this.
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:55:25Speaker 3: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:55:31Speaker 3: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:55:48Speaker 3: becomes even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing. And
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: as I moved down on your body, starting at your head,
- 1:56:10Speaker 3: the parts that you have already focused on or can
- 1:56:14Speaker 3: continue to relax deeply those parts that have not yet
- 1:56:24Speaker 3: focused on what just automatically release any remain intention in
- 1:56:37Speaker 3: anticipation of even more comfort about to come.
- 1:56:49Speaker 7: Now.
- 1:56:51Speaker 3: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: of your forehead, any background sounds like mister Herbert the pigeon,
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: just allow you to feel you're more relaxed. Just means
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:57:29Speaker 3: This is the world I live in. The countryside. There's
- 1:57:37Speaker 3: lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on your forehead,
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: just notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you
- 1:57:58Speaker 3: focus only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:58:10Speaker 3: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:58:21Speaker 3: how your eyelids feel so heavy, it has so light
- 1:58:31Speaker 3: that at the same time, all the muscles around your
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: eyes relaxing.
- 1:58:40Speaker 9: Completely. Moving your focus.
- 1:58:48Speaker 3: Down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:58:55Speaker 3: your comes, the hole of your mouth relaxing, calm, Lease,
- 1:59:13Speaker 3: lets you focus now on your jawl just the parts
- 1:59:21Speaker 3: of your jaw near your mouth, your chin, all the
- 1:59:26Speaker 3: way up the size of your face, to your ears,
- 1:59:34Speaker 3: of your jaw leading or relaxed. Let me calm, focusing
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: on your leck, the front of your neck, and your throat,
- 2:00:09Speaker 3: legs in loose and calm, the sides of your neck,
- 2:00:22Speaker 3: right and left side of your leg, legs and lace
- 2:00:34Speaker 3: and calm. Now the back of your neck, focusing on
- 2:00:48Speaker 3: the back of your leg, letting go with any tension
- 2:00:59Speaker 3: that make be there before and enjoy in fact sense
- 2:01:08Speaker 3: of increasing comfort and release I think you can experience
- 2:01:20Speaker 3: in the back of your neck. Moving down your back
- 2:01:32Speaker 3: moving either side of your spine right from the top
- 2:01:37Speaker 3: of your back.
- 2:01:39Speaker 9: All the way.
- 2:01:41Speaker 3: Down to the bottom of your back, down to your
- 2:01:53Speaker 3: lower back, up and down your spine. You can feel
- 2:02:07Speaker 3: the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 2:02:22Speaker 3: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 2:02:29Speaker 3: to spread outwards from your spine into both sides of
- 2:02:39Speaker 3: your back, the top of your back, the middle end
- 2:02:46Speaker 3: your back. And as you're scared.
- 2:02:53Speaker 9: Gently and slowly up.
- 2:02:57Speaker 3: And down your back, the muscles in the top of
- 2:03:03Speaker 3: your back relax and become a loser. The muscles in
- 2:03:13Speaker 3: the middle of your back also seemed just almost define
- 2:03:20Speaker 3: from each other, separating and almost melting, and in your
- 2:03:34Speaker 3: lower back seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 2:03:51Speaker 3: The spreads into your hips sit down your lower back,
- 2:03:57Speaker 3: into your hips, into the area where your cosix are,
- 2:04:09Speaker 3: and into your buttocks. As muscles that spread bring your
- 2:04:18Speaker 3: lower back into your hip area start to mount, start
- 2:04:33Speaker 3: to reading, let go, and you know where about to
- 2:04:45Speaker 3: focus on your shoulders, back your spye, continue.
- 2:04:55Speaker 5: To let go.
- 2:05:00Speaker 3: To relax.
- 2:05:05Speaker 9: So coy.
- 2:05:13Speaker 3: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 2:05:19Speaker 3: already feeling really they're already.
- 2:05:42Speaker 5: Come.
- 2:05:49Speaker 3: I feel those muscles. The move from you.
- 2:06:01Speaker 9: Into your shoulders feels so soft and gentle, so smer.
- 2:06:26Speaker 3: And calm. The feeding your shoulders sins to spread deep
- 2:06:51Speaker 3: into your shoulders, a sense relaxation, not just traveling deeply
- 2:07:02Speaker 3: into your muscles, also relaxing the butterness and moving all
- 2:07:20Speaker 3: the way to underneath your arms, relaxing the whole area
- 2:07:28Speaker 3: between the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms.
- 2:07:38Speaker 6: He then.
- 2:07:44Speaker 5: You just so.
- 2:07:46Speaker 3: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, always says that.
- 2:08:00Speaker 5: Deep he.
- 2:08:05Speaker 3: Message into your arms. You may feel almost as if
- 2:08:22Speaker 3: your arms and believes that because the sun relaxed so deeply, relaxed, so.
- 2:08:48Speaker 5: Calm, so.
- 2:09:18Speaker 3: The feels spreading oh way down your arms to ours.
- 2:09:33Speaker 9: Including you always circumfus spreads.
- 2:09:53Speaker 3: The way into wrists, your formly sadrists so heavy, yet
- 2:10:16Speaker 3: the same time.
- 2:10:26Speaker 9: Silight and gentle.
- 2:10:56Speaker 3: Like said.
- 2:10:59Speaker 13: Now as hands peace nds as sens.
- 2:12:02Speaker 5: Pace.
- 2:12:14Speaker 9: It just seems to feel similia hands relax deeper else
- 2:12:58Speaker 9: things it's you think it taps attention, bet your body
- 2:15:08Speaker 9: cho f age schools.
- 2:18:17Speaker 3: In the faith. Then you faint si pace sc suck pace.
- 2:20:00Speaker 9: Co pays.
- 2:20:36Speaker 7: Sack same.
- 2:21:00Speaker 14: Peace fall, gold, relaxation, the spreading chest, the story.
- 2:21:35Speaker 3: Let's take go.
- 2:21:40Speaker 9: Everything.
- 2:21:52Speaker 3: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 2:21:58Speaker 3: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:22:07Speaker 3: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:22:13Speaker 3: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step
- 2:22:23Speaker 3: represents a deepening of that comfort, and the furthes you
- 2:22:39Speaker 3: walk down those steps that deeper more relaxed. Do you feel.
- 2:22:51Speaker 5: So?
- 2:22:52Speaker 3: Starting with number twenty suit ninety eighteen seventeen sixtehhhhhh three four.
- 2:29:32Speaker 15: Two uh eight insists.
- 2:35:56Speaker 6: US six five US.
- 2:39:26Speaker 9: The usaid, Now, as you focus on your lives, we're
- 2:43:48Speaker 9: gonna countdown from ten downs one.
- 2:43:57Speaker 3: Focusing just your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:44:10Speaker 3: your eye walls themselves, a whole area that makes up
- 2:44:19Speaker 3: your eye. As we count down ten down to one.
- 2:44:38Speaker 3: As to focusing on your eyes, you become twice is
- 2:44:52Speaker 3: relaxed with each number counting down that you may find
- 2:45:08Speaker 3: the way you want to do is just to drift
- 2:45:13Speaker 3: off to sleep. And if that's what you want, then
- 2:45:23Speaker 3: just allow yourself to do that. Now, focusing on your eyes,
- 2:45:38Speaker 3: how to begin counting down from ten down to one?
- 2:45:48Speaker 3: Right now, ten.
- 2:46:24Speaker 15: Nine eight sn ludireeh.
- 2:55:02Speaker 3: So count down ten to one.
- 2:55:14Speaker 9: Ten nine.
- 2:55:18Speaker 3: Eight, seven, six, five four three.
- 2:55:35Speaker 5: Two one.
- 2:55:45Speaker 3: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:55:48Speaker 3: to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for you to
- 2:55:54Speaker 3: notice the calming of your body, maybe even a little
- 2:56:02Speaker 3: bit of pressure there. Like you'll count it down from
- 2:56:06Speaker 3: ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:56:10Speaker 3: expect me to go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:56:20Speaker 3: You can try it again, but this time I go
- 2:56:23Speaker 3: this lower, This time that you focus on the whole
- 2:56:31Speaker 3: of your body before we focus on your legs. Just
- 2:56:37Speaker 3: notice how your body does start to feel more relaxed
- 2:56:52Speaker 3: with every number that I count down nine eight, seven, six, five,
- 2:57:46Speaker 3: four three one. I just notice how how you feel, generally,
- 2:58:46Speaker 3: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting
- 2:59:00Speaker 3: down from ten to one. It's that space that you have,
- 2:59:09Speaker 3: that space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting
- 2:59:32Speaker 3: or lying down and just being there, not doing anything,
- 2:59:37Speaker 3: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything. So
- 2:59:44Speaker 3: it opens up a space, you know, a bit of
- 2:59:47Speaker 3: a space, a gap. And the more I came down
- 2:59:59Speaker 3: from ten to one, the bigger that gap. Becomes so
- 3:00:06Speaker 3: there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's a
- 3:00:19Speaker 3: nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or discomforts physically
- 3:00:33Speaker 3: or emotionally, moves away. Allows you.
- 3:00:48Speaker 5: To just.
- 3:00:51Speaker 3: Slow down. Someone can count a game from ten down
- 3:00:57Speaker 3: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap, and
- 3:01:08Speaker 3: it's it widens. It's almost like that the stress of
- 3:01:12Speaker 3: attention falls into the gap, gives you that distance that space.
- 3:01:35Speaker 9: Now ten.
- 3:01:45Speaker 3: Nine, eight, seven, six, five four three.
- 3:03:42Speaker 16: Did you.
- 3:03:44Speaker 3: By feel now? Can you notice that they feeling calm,
- 3:04:16Speaker 3: relaxed that We're now focus on your legs, just a legs.
- 3:05:00Speaker 3: We're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 3:05:20Speaker 3: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing because
- 3:05:28Speaker 3: I'm sure like most of your body is not a
- 3:05:31Speaker 3: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the hole
- 3:05:43Speaker 3: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 3:05:50Speaker 3: of your fires, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 3:05:58Speaker 3: inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh that leads
- 3:06:04Speaker 3: into your hip and it goes down to your knee joint.
- 3:06:19Speaker 3: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 3:06:27Speaker 3: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 3:06:34Speaker 3: or in your thighs.
- 3:06:45Speaker 9: But I don't think we.
- 3:06:47Speaker 3: Perhaps will give enough attention to her thighs, perhaps as
- 3:07:00Speaker 3: we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are to
- 3:07:10Speaker 3: our lives, how much they actually differ us all through
- 3:07:31Speaker 3: our lives.
- 3:07:39Speaker 9: And it may seem sound really weird, but.
- 3:07:44Speaker 3: I think that all her body parts, especially our thighs,
- 3:07:51Speaker 3: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 3:07:59Speaker 3: of the acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what air thighs
- 3:08:17Speaker 3: do for us. And I know this makes sound a
- 3:08:26Speaker 3: bit strange. Maybe you think, why am I shure? How
- 3:08:33Speaker 3: should be out in the garden hugging a tree or something.
- 3:08:42Speaker 3: It's hard to set on my crophone up on a tree.
- 3:08:45Speaker 3: That's what I'm doing this indoors owise I wouldn't be
- 3:08:48Speaker 3: outside work in a tree. I can't see the television
- 3:08:51Speaker 3: for the tree we moved down to your knees gain
- 3:09:03Speaker 3: such an important part, and I think we don't necessarily
- 3:09:12Speaker 3: I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate all
- 3:09:20Speaker 3: that one needs to do for me until I have
- 3:09:25Speaker 3: a problem with my need occasionally, if I ever maybe
- 3:09:30Speaker 3: i'll bash it or it's aching for some reason. It's
- 3:09:36Speaker 3: then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 3:09:42Speaker 3: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 3:09:50Speaker 3: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's
- 3:09:57Speaker 3: possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know, that's comfort.
- 3:10:09Speaker 3: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 3:10:14Speaker 3: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 3:10:23Speaker 3: and love to your needs for all that they do
- 3:10:26Speaker 3: for you. You can still have that attention on your thighs.
- 3:10:41Speaker 3: Maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you notice that
- 3:10:47Speaker 3: name are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on
- 3:11:06Speaker 3: the bottoms of your legs, your shins, your carve muscles,
- 3:11:11Speaker 3: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and
- 3:11:19Speaker 3: the course your ankles so important. Anyone that's had even
- 3:11:32Speaker 3: like the slightest sprain of an ankle knows how how
- 3:11:38Speaker 3: much should we take our ankles for granted. And it's
- 3:11:48Speaker 3: kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 3:11:53Speaker 3: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot of thinner
- 3:11:57Speaker 3: than the rest of our arms, which is okay. It doesn't.
- 3:12:02Speaker 3: You can't see any problem with that because we're just
- 3:12:05Speaker 3: picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner than
- 3:12:13Speaker 3: the rest of our legs, and from a physics perspective
- 3:12:23Speaker 3: or logical even it doesn't really make sense that all
- 3:12:27Speaker 3: this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles then
- 3:12:36Speaker 3: leading to your feet, that thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 3:12:49Speaker 3: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 3:12:55Speaker 3: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, helps you
- 3:13:07Speaker 3: to get around, to be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 3:13:20Speaker 3: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:13:28Speaker 3: pointing calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if
- 3:13:34Speaker 3: I worked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles get
- 3:13:38Speaker 3: some work. But of course that's not true. The calf
- 3:13:42Speaker 3: muscles are being used whenever we use our legs. Then
- 3:13:52Speaker 3: your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped in
- 3:14:04Speaker 3: a way almost as a protector for the bone, leading
- 3:14:18Speaker 3: of course to your ankles and your feet.
- 3:14:28Speaker 5: We're not going to.
- 3:14:29Speaker 3: Focus on your feet. We're just going to focus on
- 3:14:31Speaker 3: the legs. And I realize, now i've mentioned your feet,
- 3:14:38Speaker 3: you'll probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 3:14:43Speaker 3: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 3:14:49Speaker 3: them in your awareness the same as you have your
- 3:14:55Speaker 3: thighs in your awareness.
- 3:14:57Speaker 5: Even though we haven't been.
- 3:14:58Speaker 3: Focusing on your thighs a few minutes, were focusing on
- 3:15:05Speaker 3: your ankles, there's still that sensation.
- 3:15:14Speaker 17: Of comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement.
- 3:15:30Speaker 3: Of energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations.
- 3:15:39Speaker 3: Of course, there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that
- 3:15:44Speaker 3: we have in our thighs, but the skin on the
- 3:15:57Speaker 3: outside of the thighs, as in the outside of all
- 3:16:03Speaker 3: of our body, it can be very sensitive, sensitive to attached,
- 3:16:14Speaker 3: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs the bones, there's
- 3:16:29Speaker 3: the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to
- 3:16:34Speaker 3: all this stuff inside your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd
- 3:16:43Speaker 3: be nice if you could actually put your fingers inside
- 3:16:48Speaker 3: your thighs and message, so you can message on the
- 3:16:53Speaker 3: outside of the gorse, but able to get deep into
- 3:16:57Speaker 3: the muscles, to be able to do some message inside
- 3:17:02Speaker 3: your thighs. Massage in the bones of your leg, massage
- 3:17:12Speaker 3: the veins, just gently.
- 3:17:17Speaker 9: Healing thighs.
- 3:17:23Speaker 3: You can move down message inside your knees. Some message
- 3:17:30Speaker 3: in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy
- 3:17:38Speaker 3: deep into the joints new knees. Of course, there's the
- 3:17:48Speaker 3: back you.
- 3:17:50Speaker 6: Need.
- 3:17:51Speaker 3: The inside crease you need is a very sensitive area.
- 3:18:00Speaker 3: Very it feels very nice when it struck it. It
- 3:18:05Speaker 3: might be because it's an area that's not really touched
- 3:18:09Speaker 3: very often. It's almost like a hidden part a crease
- 3:18:17Speaker 3: your legs. It's almost.
- 3:18:21Speaker 5: Like a part that.
- 3:18:24Speaker 3: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:18:35Speaker 3: it's protected by your legs, so you can let you
- 3:18:45Speaker 3: put in your fingers into the increase your legs, folding
- 3:18:56Speaker 3: between your legs. You can just message withing fingertips. Fingertips
- 3:19:03Speaker 3: going inside massage in the muscle tissue you can cause
- 3:19:14Speaker 3: field the bones of your knees, heating for your fingertips.
- 3:19:28Speaker 5: And then as you go.
- 3:19:29Speaker 3: Down to calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 3:19:35Speaker 3: to be able to side really put my fingertips.
- 3:19:38Speaker 9: Step inside the calf muscles, massage.
- 3:19:43Speaker 3: In every single tissue of the muscle, healing every part,
- 3:19:58Speaker 3: and then doing the same from my shies massage and
- 3:20:05Speaker 3: generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them, hearing in a
- 3:20:13Speaker 3: loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's the
- 3:20:20Speaker 3: precious bones that they are be Their legs are so
- 3:20:24Speaker 3: precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:20:30Speaker 3: the more precious of any tube on the planet. When
- 3:20:44Speaker 3: you start to think about the legs in this way,
- 3:20:56Speaker 3: they can change your perspective. It might sound a bit
- 3:21:07Speaker 3: silly to start with the idea of having love for
- 3:21:12Speaker 3: your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting to be
- 3:21:22Speaker 3: able to put your hands in your thighs, massage the
- 3:21:29Speaker 3: muscles and the bones, to get your fingers deep in there,
- 3:21:37Speaker 3: releasing atension. Just to show how much you care about
- 3:21:50Speaker 3: your legs, what you care for, what your legs do
- 3:21:55Speaker 3: for regularly, your needs, your calves, your ankles, the strength
- 3:22:09Speaker 3: of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to
- 3:22:17Speaker 3: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're
- 3:22:24Speaker 3: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are truly
- 3:22:41Speaker 3: a gift because of what they do for you, supporting
- 3:22:52Speaker 3: all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:22:59Speaker 3: even if you're only a stone's still want a lot
- 3:23:04Speaker 3: of weight for these little ankles. How a lot of
- 3:23:10Speaker 3: the heavier the mainstone double dome in my A course,
- 3:23:20Speaker 3: support my body.
- 3:23:22Speaker 5: All the time.
- 3:23:26Speaker 3: Whether they do give off a sigh of relief or
- 3:23:29Speaker 3: a sick down that's for old legst.
- 3:23:37Speaker 5: Hm.
- 3:23:38Speaker 3: My feet feel circo. My toes clap, soph Your legs
- 3:24:08Speaker 3: really are amazing. And I know they're talking about talking
- 3:24:16Speaker 3: about your legs is probably possibly among the most most
- 3:24:22Speaker 3: boring things you ever heard anyone saying. Possibly boring or not,
- 3:24:32Speaker 3: everything I said, it is true. Your legs are amazing.
- 3:24:47Speaker 3: Your legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:25:07Speaker 3: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:25:13Speaker 3: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:25:50Speaker 3: the legs are so such a most you know, very
- 3:25:54Speaker 3: important part of your body. When you're relaxing, the rest
- 3:26:00Speaker 3: of your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort,
- 3:26:20Speaker 3: like I feel in my hips. My hips feel really nice,
- 3:26:29Speaker 3: and also my lower back as well. My lower back
- 3:26:33Speaker 3: really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:26:39Speaker 3: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:26:45Speaker 3: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:26:48Speaker 3: muscles just relaxed so much that there is a natural
- 3:26:53Speaker 3: stretch as the tension has reduced a lot, and am
- 3:27:18Speaker 3: going to count down ten down to one. You can
- 3:27:25Speaker 3: continue to film wonderfully relaxed ten nine eight, seven, six,
- 3:27:54Speaker 3: five four three two one relax. So I'm just going
- 3:28:27Speaker 3: to count down from five down to one, and as
- 3:28:32Speaker 3: a countdown, if you just focus on the numbers, just
- 3:28:38Speaker 3: the numbers counting down, and notice how you feel in
- 3:28:48Speaker 3: this moment as you hear the numbers counting down, knowing
- 3:28:54Speaker 3: that those numbers counting down rivers sense you feeling calmer,
- 3:29:08Speaker 3: not just in your body, but also relaxing your mind.
- 3:29:16Speaker 3: Just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's
- 3:29:22Speaker 3: nothing to say, there's nothing to think about. Starting with
- 3:29:31Speaker 3: number five, four, three.
- 3:30:01Speaker 1: To one.
- 3:30:17Speaker 3: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:30:26Speaker 5: Letting go.
- 3:30:29Speaker 3: Of the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:30:36Speaker 3: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:30:43Speaker 3: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:30:51Speaker 3: that happens.
- 3:30:54Speaker 9: It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:30:58Speaker 3: It's just natural. As is your body relaxes, your mind
- 3:31:04Speaker 3: also starts to relax. And the more mind relaxes, the
- 3:31:10Speaker 3: more your body relaxes.
- 3:31:11Speaker 5: It's just a.
- 3:31:12Speaker 3: Continuous circle of relaxation. And there is that calmness that
- 3:31:24Speaker 3: comes from relative quietness. You know, even if this background
- 3:31:32Speaker 3: sounds either your side or mine is still going to
- 3:31:39Speaker 3: be quite calm. You know, you haven't got the television on,
- 3:31:45Speaker 3: there's no music in the background, unless you're listening to
- 3:31:49Speaker 3: the recorded with music. Of course, you're very likely not
- 3:31:57Speaker 3: going to be sitting in a room with other people.
- 3:32:00Speaker 3: Of Course you might pap, but generally it's more ideal
- 3:32:05Speaker 3: if you can do this on your own, so no distractions,
- 3:32:16Speaker 3: and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically arises,
- 3:32:31Speaker 3: a sense of comfort starts to grow, and without trying
- 3:32:42Speaker 3: to build it up into something fantastical, something magical, this
- 3:32:53Speaker 3: is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:33:06Speaker 3: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:33:11Speaker 3: completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:33:18Speaker 3: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:33:24Speaker 3: that happens naturally. And part of the process of this
- 3:33:35Speaker 3: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 3:33:47Speaker 3: advantage of this space.
- 3:33:53Speaker 9: This time, just.
- 3:34:02Speaker 3: Leto to just be here, to be in tune with
- 3:34:13Speaker 3: how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to
- 3:34:26Speaker 3: relax deeply that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on
- 3:34:38Speaker 3: what it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:34:51Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:35:01Speaker 3: of fallen asleep, the actual fall. The sleep part is
- 3:35:06Speaker 3: the tiny bear at the end. The deeper relaxed you.
- 3:35:14Speaker 9: Become, the easier.
- 3:35:22Speaker 3: You find yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose
- 3:35:38Speaker 3: stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process
- 3:35:58Speaker 3: congradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly and just
- 3:36:31Speaker 3: observing the sensation of letting go.
- 3:36:50Speaker 9: Completely.
- 3:36:56Speaker 3: This time I account from six down to one. You
- 3:37:06Speaker 3: can notice your mind calming down with each number that
- 3:37:18Speaker 3: you hear me saying, naturally feeling calm and slow, peaceful
- 3:37:41Speaker 3: sex five one, being aware how you mind slowed right down,
- 3:40:41Speaker 3: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your
- 3:41:04Speaker 3: mind and may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:41:17Speaker 3: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:41:27Speaker 3: your attention.
- 3:41:34Speaker 5: That's what you can do.
- 3:41:41Speaker 3: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:41:53Speaker 5: With love.
- 3:41:56Speaker 3: My little petals from a flower. Just sprinkle the petals
- 3:42:02Speaker 3: feel love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts know
- 3:42:10Speaker 3: that you're not banding a number. You just need them.
- 3:42:17Speaker 3: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:42:33Speaker 5: For now.
- 3:42:41Speaker 3: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 3:42:46Speaker 3: count down this time from seven down to one, each number,
- 3:42:56Speaker 3: just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 3:43:11Speaker 3: both of those thoughts which will allow them to just
- 3:43:21Speaker 3: melt away relaxed deeply. With every number, those thoughts will
- 3:43:36Speaker 3: become more and more relaxed. Starting with number seven, six, five.
- 3:46:02Speaker 5: One.
- 3:46:19Speaker 3: Let you know, notice how relaxed your feeling in your body.
- 3:46:45Speaker 3: We got to focus on your hands because the more
- 3:46:58Speaker 3: relaxed Jory hands on relax your body and mind. Do
- 3:47:23Speaker 3: you focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:47:34Speaker 3: needed to be done. There's no clutching of fists or
- 3:47:40Speaker 3: tents and the fingers or anything like that. It's just
- 3:47:51Speaker 3: noticing and focusing on your hands. Let simarly feel because
- 3:48:20Speaker 3: the all relax your hands feel, the calm my mind feels,
- 3:48:33Speaker 3: and all.
- 3:48:37Speaker 9: Confidence feel.
- 3:48:40Speaker 3: Throround your body.
- 3:48:48Speaker 5: Gee may.
- 3:48:53Speaker 3: Have already not tiste mind is starting to dress likes him.
- 3:49:41Speaker 3: Just on my hands and fingers, an she experience a
- 3:49:58Speaker 3: real deepen of that relaxation in your hands and fingers
- 3:50:12Speaker 3: or relaxed. With each number from eight down to one,
- 3:50:40Speaker 3: you can almost feel that heating relax energy spread it
- 3:50:51Speaker 3: into your hands and fingers, becoming a relaxing with each
- 3:51:11Speaker 3: number going down eight down to one, drifting drifting again
- 3:51:39Speaker 3: started with.
- 3:51:44Speaker 9: Number eight.
- 3:52:30Speaker 3: Seven s just being here now nothing to think about,
- 3:55:48Speaker 3: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 3:56:04Speaker 3: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 3:56:12Speaker 3: you just normally feel when you take away and other stuff.
- 3:56:23Speaker 18: That we add.
- 3:56:25Speaker 3: And thinks like stress and where were heard over thinking anxiety, intension,
- 3:56:41Speaker 3: generally thinking about stuff. Take that away.
- 3:56:48Speaker 9: This is what we did.
- 3:56:49Speaker 5: We do now.
- 3:56:57Speaker 18: You left with.
- 3:57:00Speaker 3: A real sense of peacefulness which comes to you very
- 3:57:09Speaker 3: good place because obtimately it's just a feeling of feeling
- 3:57:23Speaker 3: and comfort, almost as if you've got inside yourself and
- 3:57:31Speaker 3: you've found a special place where everything is basible the
- 3:57:45Speaker 3: place week in film, relaxed and your natural sense of
- 3:57:53Speaker 3: confident place we be here. You can accept yourself when
- 3:58:11Speaker 3: place way untruit please anygdios in place way, you can
- 3:58:25Speaker 3: actually just love yourself In some ways. More importantly, you
- 3:58:34Speaker 3: can like yourself, appreciate you a sense of gratitude.
- 3:58:55Speaker 18: Se the air around it.
- 3:59:05Speaker 3: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:59:13Speaker 3: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:59:28Speaker 3: your body, The healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling
- 3:59:43Speaker 3: to each every single part of your body. You start
- 3:59:56Speaker 3: to realize that actually, the healing energy, it's not just
- 4:00:03Speaker 3: entered into your brain, it's become part of your brain
- 4:00:15Speaker 3: when its spinal fluid is now mixed with healing energy,
- 4:00:27Speaker 3: not just allowing you to feel so much more relaxed
- 4:00:35Speaker 3: and healthy in this moment, but also you start to
- 4:00:47Speaker 3: realize that actually what's happening now without a healing, relaxing
- 4:00:58Speaker 3: energy spreading through your body, is actually changing your life.
- 4:01:11Speaker 3: It's actually changing the way you're going to feel not
- 4:01:16Speaker 3: just now, but tomorrow and the next day. As your
- 4:01:24Speaker 3: health improves, not just your physical health, but your mental health.
- 4:01:36Speaker 3: Things that used to bother you in the past, for
- 4:01:41Speaker 3: some reason, no longer have the effect that they used
- 4:01:47Speaker 3: to because something has changed deep within you. Maybe things
- 4:02:02Speaker 3: that he used to cause you to feel anger no
- 4:02:11Speaker 3: longer having that power to control you the way they
- 4:02:21Speaker 3: seem to be able to before. As you realize that
- 4:02:30Speaker 3: you're the one who decides what affects you. You're the
- 4:02:43Speaker 3: one who decides to feel relaxed and can't when you
- 4:02:54Speaker 3: choose to enjoy noticing these natural developments and the healing
- 4:03:11Speaker 3: continue to grow and improve your life day by day.
- 4:03:25Speaker 3: Include of course, your ability to relax so much ideasier
- 4:03:39Speaker 3: and sleeping. It's the most natural thing in the world
- 4:03:50Speaker 3: to you because falling asleep is something that you've done
- 4:04:01Speaker 3: so many times.
- 4:04:04Speaker 18: In your life, and you know that you were born.
- 4:04:11Speaker 3: As we all work with the ability to fall asleep, naturally,
- 4:04:22Speaker 3: born with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 4:04:36Speaker 3: healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep
- 4:04:48Speaker 3: and we don't even want to try to stay awake.
- 4:04:54Speaker 3: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, though it's Christmas
- 4:04:58Speaker 3: or holiday or something I want to look forward to.
- 4:05:01Speaker 3: I don't want to go to sleep. But the more
- 4:05:06Speaker 3: you want to stay awake, the more we just start
- 4:05:11Speaker 3: to drift. And the more he finds drifting. We try
- 4:05:19Speaker 3: to stop yourself and drifting asleep, the deeper is strongerout
- 4:05:26Speaker 3: drifting becomes because we're born not just with the need
- 4:05:38Speaker 3: to relact deeply, but to naturally fall asleep. But it's
- 4:05:47Speaker 3: our birthright. It's part of our DNA. Sometimes as we
- 4:06:01Speaker 3: get older in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten
- 4:06:12Speaker 3: the relaxing completely. It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience,
- 4:06:28Speaker 3: it's also really easy. It's very very easy to let go,
- 4:06:49Speaker 3: because that's what it is.
- 4:06:50Speaker 5: It's just.
- 4:06:54Speaker 3: Decided until let go. And when you press the play
- 4:07:05Speaker 3: button on my recordings, you have given permission from my
- 4:07:16Speaker 3: voice to relection. When you press that play button, you
- 4:07:25Speaker 3: have given me permission for my words to effect in
- 4:07:37Speaker 3: a positive, only a positive way, opening up your mind.
- 4:07:55Speaker 5: To use for.
- 4:08:01Speaker 3: And healing suggestions that can have such an amazing effect
- 4:08:21Speaker 3: on how you feel right now, as well as those
- 4:08:32Speaker 3: changes that continue long after the recording ends, those changes
- 4:08:43Speaker 3: within you that continue to flourish and grow, transforming your
- 4:08:57Speaker 3: life in positive, beautiful way, allowing you to move forward
- 4:09:12Speaker 3: in your life in the direction that you choose.
- 4:09:18Speaker 9: For yourself.
- 4:09:28Speaker 3: This feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness,
- 4:09:47Speaker 3: this feels so nice, such a health the place to be,
- 4:10:09Speaker 3: and that positivity grows within you. Eat every day. Moving forward,
- 4:10:31Speaker 3: you'll have to find that you're all relaxed physically and
- 4:10:42Speaker 3: in your mind. It's all relaxed. And it's not that
- 4:10:51Speaker 3: you're thinking slower, it's just that your mind would be
- 4:10:57Speaker 3: less to knockdown if unnecessary negativity, because from now on,
- 4:11:09Speaker 3: your mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to
- 4:11:19Speaker 3: start noticing when negativity arises, and you can just say stop, stop,
- 4:11:39Speaker 3: and then negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 4:11:53Speaker 3: Stop and then negativity disappear. And did you notice that
- 4:12:13Speaker 3: you feel way more laxed than you probably expected. You
- 4:12:28Speaker 3: can now congratulate yourself because you are the person that
- 4:12:37Speaker 3: has done this. You are the one that has opened
- 4:12:44Speaker 3: your mind up to the simple faiths. You can feel
- 4:12:53Speaker 3: more relaxed in your body and in your mind. You've
- 4:13:03Speaker 3: opened your mind up to the birthright of being able
- 4:13:09Speaker 3: to just fall asleep easily when you cheers. And that's
- 4:13:26Speaker 3: a nice feeling. Don't you think it feels nice? Doesn't it?
- 4:13:36Speaker 3: To feel calm?
- 4:13:40Speaker 9: The hearing energy is spreading through your body in your
- 4:13:45Speaker 9: mind to spend time a special place where negativity can
- 4:14:03Speaker 9: no longer enter.
- 4:14:10Speaker 3: Negativity is banned, it's barred, it's not allowed entry. It
- 4:14:19Speaker 3: doesn't it doesn't, This doesn't deserve to be here, doesn't.
- 4:14:24Speaker 18: Be long here.
- 4:14:28Speaker 3: Negativity has no place in your life, which makes room
- 4:14:43Speaker 3: for more comfort or hearing, or relaxation or peace. It
- 4:15:14Speaker 3: feels nice, doesn't.
- 4:15:17Speaker 5: Just let go.
- 4:15:25Speaker 3: Everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down to one.
- 4:15:47Speaker 3: You can continue to relax, she can drift to sleep.
- 4:16:03Speaker 3: With every number he'll save, you can fill twice relaxed,
- 4:16:18Speaker 3: or if you choose, you can fill twice sleeping now
- 4:16:35Speaker 3: twenty nineteen, eighteen seventy six stays fifty four thirty two eleven,
- 4:18:01Speaker 3: two nine, eight, seven six five. This is your time
- 4:19:28Speaker 3: to just take a break, your time, relax, to allow
- 4:19:43Speaker 3: your mind to slow down, to give yourself permission to
- 4:20:00Speaker 3: take a break from everything. Ensure the only person that
- 4:20:15Speaker 3: can make that decision. You're the only person that can
- 4:20:21Speaker 3: actually tell your mind just relax, to just take some
- 4:20:41Speaker 3: time off so that you can focus on your body,
- 4:20:55Speaker 3: getting touch me, how you feel physically, and in the
- 4:21:10Speaker 3: process of this body scan where you focus on different
- 4:21:18Speaker 3: parts of your body, those parts that you focus on
- 4:21:29Speaker 3: and observe even though you're non purpose requesting those parts
- 4:21:41Speaker 3: of your body to relax. It's kind of expected. You
- 4:21:48Speaker 3: expect when you listen to one wist to feel more relaxed.
- 4:21:57Speaker 9: Naturally, because when you're listening to me, your attention.
- 4:22:11Speaker 3: Is focused on my words, and does my words guide
- 4:22:22Speaker 3: you to focus on those parts of your body. Your
- 4:22:36Speaker 3: focus increases, which actually calm your mind. When your mind
- 4:22:59Speaker 3: calm down, body relaxes, and when your body calms down,
- 4:23:28Speaker 3: mind relaxes. The ready started to focus on your body
- 4:23:50Speaker 3: came already. I feel that energy spreading, bring your body
- 4:24:05Speaker 3: pushing out stress, attention, he all the parts of your buddy, cleading,
- 4:24:23Speaker 3: your skin, bones, blood, all your audience inside your boddy,
- 4:24:33Speaker 3: one of the muscles, one of the fat of everything.
- 4:24:42Speaker 3: Every hair on your body is filled with that he unity.
- 4:24:56Speaker 3: Knowing your brain fills by the energy, the feeding and
- 4:25:13Speaker 3: comfort relaxation increases, deep bay increases in a way that
- 4:25:40Speaker 3: your mind starts to fill perhaps spent to realsy because
- 4:25:57Speaker 3: it's not needed, and then may start to drift if
- 4:26:16Speaker 3: that's what's needed. So if you're listening to this, we
- 4:26:25Speaker 3: need is deep revexation, and that's where you get.
- 4:26:31Speaker 18: If what you need is.
- 4:26:34Speaker 19: To fall asleep.
- 4:26:37Speaker 3: Actually easily, that's your wind drifts. That's also what happened
- 4:26:52Speaker 3: because by listen out, play button ask and listening to
- 4:27:01Speaker 3: me give permission your body and wind. In fact, give
- 4:27:16Speaker 3: the command to your body and wind to relax deeply,
- 4:27:30Speaker 3: to drift off the slain, if that's what he wants.
- 4:27:39Speaker 5: Need.
- 4:27:47Speaker 3: I as I focus.
- 4:27:50Speaker 9: On different parts of your body, may.
- 4:28:00Speaker 3: Start just drevet and then you come back again.
- 4:28:08Speaker 18: You hear me.
- 4:28:09Speaker 3: Talking focusing on a different parts of your body.
- 4:28:20Speaker 5: You may.
- 4:28:22Speaker 3: I'm just drifting, be unrealized, drifting into your store, drifting
- 4:28:35Speaker 3: to life again to my voice, fusine, what a different
- 4:28:42Speaker 3: part of your body starts to relaxee dem because I'm drifting.
- 4:28:54Speaker 3: It's basically already in the sleeps the boy you draft,
- 4:29:09Speaker 3: long draft, long draft, fetch me, I've drafted continues into sleep.
- 4:29:27Speaker 3: And that's the most.
- 4:29:31Speaker 5: To do.
- 4:29:36Speaker 3: In your time. When you've experienced the I about to sleep.
- 4:29:43Speaker 5: Because.
- 4:29:50Speaker 9: If you don't have to sleep, it's strangely pleasant. S
- 4:30:01Speaker 9: accents deep sleep feels seterm xiting finds you. You feel
- 4:30:34Speaker 9: that he which is spreading through.
- 4:30:41Speaker 3: X deeply.
- 4:30:49Speaker 20: X stared fass.
- 4:31:37Speaker 9: Shoulders as chists fas spreading said your body.
- 4:33:39Speaker 5: In a you.
- 4:33:46Speaker 3: Let's focus again the parts of your body, focusing this
- 4:33:57Speaker 3: time on your forehead, now on your mouth, your lips.
- 4:34:09Speaker 3: The time the whole of your mouth.
- 4:34:26Speaker 9: Like you said, on your fingers, maybe get.
- 4:34:37Speaker 3: If you think it's a little bitsy, focus on each
- 4:34:42Speaker 3: one individually, both hands. You should focus on both of
- 4:34:57Speaker 3: your hands now I seemed just notty to man your
- 4:35:09Speaker 3: gads started left handed mass if just fixed together now
- 4:35:27Speaker 3: focusing these.
- 4:35:34Speaker 5: Just not.
- 4:35:36Speaker 3: Heavy days. Help now focusings you says just SEPs.
- 4:36:41Speaker 9: To see to say secups six sections, usual religions.
- 4:39:07Speaker 2: Fas.
- 4:40:00Speaker 3: Said nut square butt FIUs.
- 4:40:25Speaker 18: I said.
- 4:40:33Speaker 3: By fils mhm, let'sh go, let's go, let's go everything,
- 4:41:33Speaker 3: let's think, go, letin go, let's go everything ever to
- 4:42:15Speaker 3: start now, and like you just to first of all,
- 4:42:19Speaker 3: just to see yourself.
- 4:42:22Speaker 5: Lying down.
- 4:42:24Speaker 3: On the message table, lying on your front. Your hair
- 4:42:30Speaker 3: is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable
- 4:42:39Speaker 3: and breathing. It's really easy, and you feel you feel
- 4:42:48Speaker 3: confident in how you look as well. So there's none
- 4:42:51Speaker 3: of that issue of body problems or shyness because I'm
- 4:42:58Speaker 3: a professional and this is a therapy session, so none
- 4:43:06Speaker 3: of that stuff matters. And whatsoever, this is about you.
- 4:43:16Speaker 3: This is about how you feel, how you can enjoy
- 4:43:24Speaker 3: that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting
- 4:43:30Speaker 3: go and allowing my hands and my fingers to relax
- 4:43:36Speaker 3: you by a message your body. So I want to
- 4:43:47Speaker 3: start off just by placing my hands on the back
- 4:43:52Speaker 3: of your head, just gently, just you can feel my
- 4:43:58Speaker 3: hands feel like really on you. So you can maybe
- 4:44:06Speaker 3: feel the warmth with my hands on the back of
- 4:44:09Speaker 3: your head. With my hands to the side of your head,
- 4:44:15Speaker 3: not pressing, but just holding there very gently, maybe over
- 4:44:22Speaker 3: your ears, and a little bit on your face, just
- 4:44:26Speaker 3: so you can feel my.
- 4:44:28Speaker 9: Hands so you can become accustomed.
- 4:44:34Speaker 5: To them.
- 4:44:43Speaker 3: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:44:45Speaker 3: head again and gently let them slide down on to
- 4:44:52Speaker 3: the back of your neck. You can feel my hands
- 4:45:09Speaker 3: generally stroking the back of your neck to start with,
- 4:45:17Speaker 3: just so you can get used to the the feeling
- 4:45:21Speaker 3: of my hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize
- 4:45:28Speaker 3: that you're safe. It's all good, it's all fine. And
- 4:45:39Speaker 3: I want to start giply messaging the muscles in the
- 4:45:43Speaker 3: back of your neck with both hands. And this is
- 4:45:59Speaker 3: a very true rust in situation really, because our necks
- 4:46:05Speaker 3: are so fragile to have someone have their hands around
- 4:46:10Speaker 3: your neck in that way and sometimes be problematic for people,
- 4:46:17Speaker 3: which is why massages are quite good because it allows
- 4:46:21Speaker 3: you to relax and to get in touch with trust,
- 4:46:36Speaker 3: to feel peaceful and calm. There's a massage the side
- 4:46:48Speaker 3: of your neck, gently moving from the bottom of your neck.
- 4:46:58Speaker 3: It would be sort of near where you shoulders start.
- 4:47:01Speaker 3: I guess all the way up to your jaw is
- 4:47:08Speaker 3: kind of area on the side of your neck. Of
- 4:47:14Speaker 3: course it's a lot longer than the front of your neck.
- 4:47:29Speaker 3: The message in the back of your neck, especially that
- 4:47:37Speaker 3: area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's that area's message.
- 4:47:47Speaker 3: You can actually feel a sense of release in the
- 4:47:51Speaker 3: back of your neck. Maybe you can breathe it out
- 4:47:59Speaker 3: as well. Not just how it feels, notice how you feel.
- 4:48:15Speaker 3: They're moving down to that area between your neck and
- 4:48:18Speaker 3: your shoulders, that muscle area starting to message that area
- 4:48:28Speaker 3: on both sides. This would be the area that a
- 4:48:34Speaker 3: lot of people would message if they were going to
- 4:48:36Speaker 3: give you like a shoulder message. Even that's not technically
- 4:48:42Speaker 3: the shoulders, but it's sort of muscles that lead to
- 4:48:45Speaker 3: the shoulders from the neck and the game that can
- 4:48:51Speaker 3: hold tension and stress, and when massaged sometimes a nice
- 4:48:58Speaker 3: deep message useful And do you decide how deep that
- 4:49:06Speaker 3: massage is just allow my knuckles just to dig in,
- 4:49:25Speaker 3: to get to those muscles, to really relaxed all the
- 4:49:35Speaker 3: time being found yet gentle within just striking down the
- 4:49:54Speaker 3: area to actual shopness, moving to the muscles of your
- 4:50:03Speaker 3: shoulders and maybe initially just pulling up the shoulders a
- 4:50:14Speaker 3: little bit off the table just to give you a
- 4:50:17Speaker 3: little bit of a stretch very gently. Then you've got
- 4:50:28Speaker 3: the muscles at the front of your shoulders the side
- 4:50:32Speaker 3: of the bank. Again, this is the part that can
- 4:50:42Speaker 3: really take quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit
- 4:50:48Speaker 3: of needed if if you wish to really release the
- 4:50:58Speaker 3: tension to really get into those muscles and let your
- 4:51:07Speaker 3: fingers in there. You feel really nice sometimes just being
- 4:51:14Speaker 3: stroked gently, being messaged quite strongly, you can all be
- 4:51:25Speaker 3: beneficial to the real obsolution with the muscles in your shoulders.
- 4:51:45Speaker 3: Now to move down your arms with in one arm
- 4:51:55Speaker 3: at a time, starting with your right arm, but there
- 4:52:05Speaker 3: is I'll just lift your arm up, just hold it
- 4:52:09Speaker 3: to the side of you that where it is to
- 4:52:14Speaker 3: be attached, and I just message the tops of your
- 4:52:21Speaker 3: arms all the way down to your fore arms into
- 4:52:37Speaker 3: your wrists, generally messaging that parts softer part which is
- 4:53:01Speaker 3: the underpart of the arm, which leads to the crease
- 4:53:08Speaker 3: in your elbow. The inside it's much more sensitive skin.
- 4:53:24Speaker 3: Sometimes just having that stroked feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing.
- 4:53:44Speaker 3: Now moving down to your right hand, just holding your
- 4:53:54Speaker 3: hand in both of my hands, just pressing gently on
- 4:54:08Speaker 3: the back of your hand, stretching your fingers ever slightly
- 4:54:19Speaker 3: at the same time pressing down and massaging each finger,
- 4:54:34Speaker 3: and then starting to massage the palms and the hand.
- 4:54:45Speaker 3: Just turning the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:54:56Speaker 3: having your hand held can really be an emotional experience sometimes,
- 4:55:04Speaker 3: even if it is a stranger, someone you don't know
- 4:55:09Speaker 3: very well, like a massage person or a therapist. Maybe
- 4:55:17Speaker 3: because it's intimate, you can feel nice, you can feel safe.
- 4:55:38Speaker 3: As I put that right arm back down where it was,
- 4:55:47Speaker 3: do the same with your left arm, think the same
- 4:55:59Speaker 3: message and the muscles, and you are all the way down,
- 4:56:05Speaker 3: dear rest striking the inside of your own just being
- 4:56:18Speaker 3: gentle or as firm as you require. And then messaging
- 4:56:33Speaker 3: your left hand, stretching the fingers, gently, massaging the palm
- 4:56:49Speaker 3: of your left hand. You feel so so relaxed, so.
- 4:57:15Speaker 9: Can't get him.
- 4:57:30Speaker 3: I'll just rest your left arm back down. Starts message
- 4:57:43Speaker 3: your back, the biggest part of your body, started at
- 4:57:53Speaker 3: the top, starting again where you would have been, the
- 4:58:00Speaker 3: area at the top in between your shoulders, your egg
- 4:58:07Speaker 3: going back. Massage in the area again, but this time
- 4:58:12Speaker 3: moving downwards, making it downward. Stroke to a middle of
- 4:58:25Speaker 3: it back working for me outside inwards, massage.
- 4:58:33Speaker 5: In that.
- 4:58:36Speaker 3: You're back, but the outside of your back parts were urs.
- 4:58:49Speaker 3: We maybe rest against almost the path that connects your
- 4:59:02Speaker 3: front to your back. Just messaging down firmly but gently,
- 4:59:20Speaker 3: as firm as you want, moving down, moving across a
- 4:59:28Speaker 3: little bed, move all the way down again, be very gentle.
- 4:59:35Speaker 3: You have firm if you cheers. Eventually we get to
- 4:59:45Speaker 3: the spine. We can massage the muscles and either side
- 4:59:51Speaker 3: of your spine from the top of your neck or
- 4:59:55Speaker 3: the way down to your lower back.
- 5:00:05Speaker 9: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people would use.
- 5:00:15Speaker 3: The knuckle or the you know, the two fingers and
- 5:00:19Speaker 3: just go your side of the spine almost just push down.
- 5:00:26Speaker 3: You're all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 5:00:30Speaker 3: each time releasing tension, opening up the body, stretching your
- 5:00:41Speaker 3: body so that you feel more relaxed. But at the
- 5:00:48Speaker 3: same time rejuvenated. And now I'm going to move to
- 5:01:04Speaker 3: one side, to your right side, and from the bottom
- 5:01:13Speaker 3: of your lips to your pelvis, we're gonna message that
- 5:01:20Speaker 3: area of your Back'll stretch over the other side and
- 5:01:26Speaker 3: I'll pull the muscles gently and massage will push from
- 5:01:33Speaker 3: one end that side and the way to my side
- 5:01:38Speaker 3: to the middle of the fact to where your spine
- 5:01:40Speaker 3: is massaging that side of your spine the opposite side
- 5:01:48Speaker 3: to where outstanding. It's most likely leading bread. There's that
- 5:01:56Speaker 3: big area which is.
- 5:01:59Speaker 5: Firm.
- 5:02:00Speaker 3: Yeah, lot's there to message. Potentially one of the most
- 5:02:09Speaker 3: important places to actually have a message because you really
- 5:02:17Speaker 3: feel it, really feel the release and the pleasure of
- 5:02:24Speaker 3: having your lower back massaged. It releases so much from
- 5:02:31Speaker 3: your body that's not useful starting a healing process which
- 5:02:41Speaker 3: you'll continue long after this recording is over. The message
- 5:02:55Speaker 3: in this part of your body not only feels really
- 5:02:58Speaker 3: good for you, it's actually fun to do because it is,
- 5:03:04Speaker 3: as I said, like kneaded bread. It's a part that
- 5:03:09Speaker 3: you can really get hold of and really message deeply.
- 5:03:17Speaker 3: If that's your choice, then they're going to move over
- 5:03:27Speaker 3: to the other side of your body. And do the
- 5:03:30Speaker 3: same with the opposite part of your own back, kneading
- 5:03:42Speaker 3: and messaging from your side on the way to the
- 5:03:50Speaker 3: middle of your back where your spine is pressing and
- 5:03:58Speaker 3: kneading firm and gentle at the same time. It feels
- 5:04:09Speaker 3: so releasing this mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation
- 5:04:23Speaker 3: or mixed together. Plus there's that feeling from your stomach
- 5:04:33Speaker 3: because it's being stretched. Even though you're in your stomach now,
- 5:04:39Speaker 3: you can feel it being.
- 5:04:40Speaker 9: Stretched because the whole area is connected to your stomach.
- 5:04:53Speaker 3: Now we're gonna move or move further up to your
- 5:04:58Speaker 3: top of your body, and we did the same this time,
- 5:05:04Speaker 3: starting with your upper back. Put my hands forward over
- 5:05:12Speaker 3: and massive massage in that area up to your spine,
- 5:05:20Speaker 3: from the side of your body up to your spine
- 5:05:24Speaker 3: to someone ever massage area, the muscle tissue, whatever fatty
- 5:05:31Speaker 3: tissue even will be possibly from your chest. It's all connected.
- 5:05:38Speaker 3: The chest and the back connect together. I'm going to
- 5:05:44Speaker 3: be massaging and just pulling some of the skin from
- 5:05:49Speaker 3: your side up the massage in the area.
- 5:05:58Speaker 5: Of your upper back.
- 5:06:01Speaker 3: All away to your spine, and then I'll move down
- 5:06:07Speaker 3: a bit and I'll continue with the middle of your back,
- 5:06:11Speaker 3: doing exactly the same thing. There's gentle as deep as
- 5:06:20Speaker 3: you choose. Now I'll move from the other side again
- 5:06:32Speaker 3: and do the exact same thing with the top of
- 5:06:36Speaker 3: your back on the other side, from pretty much underneath
- 5:06:46Speaker 3: your arm area really to your spine, and they can
- 5:06:59Speaker 3: tell you in that all the way down, including your
- 5:07:06Speaker 3: love your middle of your back. Now I'm gonna go
- 5:07:23Speaker 3: to your thighs, the backs of your thighs, and the
- 5:07:29Speaker 3: size of your thighs, starting with your right leg. Massage
- 5:07:41Speaker 3: the back and the sides of your thighs gently and firmly.
- 5:07:52Speaker 3: There's a lot of muscles there. Scenario that can be
- 5:07:56Speaker 3: very tense at times and maybe on the eats a
- 5:08:00Speaker 3: little bit more pressure than the rest of the body
- 5:08:03Speaker 3: that's up to you. You can gently stroke the back
- 5:08:14Speaker 3: of your legs where you know, opposite your knee joints,
- 5:08:20Speaker 3: underneath your knee joint, very sensitive, gentle area, and working
- 5:08:33Speaker 3: down your calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles thoroughly
- 5:08:43Speaker 3: and deeply, if you choose, using both hands, fingers, digging
- 5:08:56Speaker 3: deep to your incourse at the back of your back
- 5:09:10Speaker 3: of your inkurse just generally message in that area. Maybe
- 5:09:24Speaker 3: left in the leg and stretching a little bit. Moving
- 5:09:39Speaker 3: to the right foot, massage the bottom of your feet
- 5:09:58Speaker 3: and the side of your feet can't leap it firm enough,
- 5:10:09Speaker 3: so they don't gole Just allow the pleasure that you
- 5:10:20Speaker 3: get from heavy your feet message to just overtake you.
- 5:10:30Speaker 3: As I continue to message your feet, the bottoms of
- 5:10:35Speaker 3: your feet, the sides, your arches, your heel. You can
- 5:10:45Speaker 3: put a lot of pressure into your heel and it
- 5:10:48Speaker 3: feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be a bit
- 5:10:53Speaker 3: more gentle.
- 5:10:59Speaker 9: Stretch in your.
- 5:11:00Speaker 3: Toes the message in the bottoms of your toes with
- 5:11:07Speaker 3: my fingers, each one individually. Moving over to the left
- 5:11:23Speaker 3: leg to do exactly the same thing, starting at the
- 5:11:32Speaker 3: top of the thighs, work in the back of the
- 5:11:37Speaker 3: thighs and the sides, massaging deeply and gently the whole area,
- 5:11:50Speaker 3: working all the way down. This is an area that
- 5:12:00Speaker 3: maybe you could like to spend more time relaxing the message. Perhaps,
- 5:12:12Speaker 3: if you wanted, I could make a future recording m
- 5:12:17Speaker 3: spend more time on one particular area. As she moved
- 5:12:26Speaker 3: down to your calf muscles, massagy your calf muscles and
- 5:12:43Speaker 3: gently moved down your ancord, your feet, massagy backs of
- 5:12:59Speaker 3: your feet, buds of your feet, stretching your toes and
- 5:13:10Speaker 3: the massage in each toe individually. That feeling of pleasure
- 5:13:18Speaker 3: and release. The experience when you're having your feet and
- 5:13:23Speaker 3: massaged feels read. Now she turned over and your mind
- 5:13:46Speaker 3: laying on your back, she's gonna start again. Your nick hair,
- 5:14:00Speaker 3: yea in your shoulders, just to get back in touch
- 5:14:14Speaker 3: with that area. Lets you move up. I can clean
- 5:14:32Speaker 3: my hands with a little afresh because now gonna massage
- 5:14:37Speaker 3: your face simply starting off with your forehead. Your eyes
- 5:14:53Speaker 3: are closed, Just stretch your eyes a little it push
- 5:15:01Speaker 3: it up with your eyebrows. Just message in around your scalp,
- 5:15:17Speaker 3: massaging down your cheeks, around your ears, into your chaw,
- 5:15:28Speaker 3: gently the sides of your neck chin, and just move
- 5:15:51Speaker 3: it down your neck down to your chest, starting by
- 5:16:03Speaker 3: message in the very top of your chest.
- 5:16:10Speaker 9: The collar bone is.
- 5:16:13Speaker 3: Give side of the collar bone. They just message in
- 5:16:25Speaker 3: the hole of the chest. Move in the chest around
- 5:16:46Speaker 3: because it's quite a large area. You can move from
- 5:16:51Speaker 3: one side to the next.
- 5:16:57Speaker 9: Move in my heads.
- 5:17:01Speaker 3: Underneath pretty much with your arms on, stretching up, stretching
- 5:17:12Speaker 3: some of the muscles of your back in the process
- 5:17:19Speaker 3: moving up over your chest and then moving down again.
- 5:17:41Speaker 3: Then laying my heads they just message gently and slide
- 5:17:46Speaker 3: down towards your stomach, starting in the middle of your chest,
- 5:17:56Speaker 3: and then gradually my head's moving a palms massage in
- 5:18:03Speaker 3: its sliding at the same time moving down to just
- 5:18:13Speaker 3: below your redcage, moving down the messaging up again, giving
- 5:18:31Speaker 3: you a chest all the attention when it needs to
- 5:18:39Speaker 3: feel completely relaxed. Remembering that I'm also you're going to
- 5:18:51Speaker 3: be focusing on your sides as well, an area that
- 5:18:57Speaker 3: really doesn't get much attention. The feeling really good when
- 5:19:04Speaker 3: it's massaged. Just stroking my hands down the sides of
- 5:19:14Speaker 3: your body, just below your arms, all the way down
- 5:19:21Speaker 3: to your hips. Now move into your stomach area. Can
- 5:19:37Speaker 3: stand on one side of you like I did when
- 5:19:40Speaker 3: I did your lower back. When you do a similar process,
- 5:19:46Speaker 3: just stretching the muscles from the side gently massaging from
- 5:20:01Speaker 3: one side to the next, move in the whole area
- 5:20:10Speaker 3: from blow your ribs all the way down to blow
- 5:20:14Speaker 3: your belly button, and then move around to the outside
- 5:20:24Speaker 3: of you and repeat that process of relaxing deeply, calmly.
- 5:20:43Speaker 3: You feel the loose, you feel free. There's something about
- 5:20:50Speaker 3: having your start massage. It's different from any other part
- 5:20:58Speaker 3: because we do have a tendency holding a different kind
- 5:21:03Speaker 3: of stress in her stomach that we may not be
- 5:21:07Speaker 3: aware of. There's an out message your stomach in front
- 5:21:19Speaker 3: of your stomach, thinking circles around your belly bottom. I
- 5:21:31Speaker 3: think going the other way around the gentleness and of
- 5:21:41Speaker 3: freedom that comes from feeling how you're feeling. There's an
- 5:21:53Speaker 3: out moved down the tops of your thighs, lost massaging them.
- 5:22:03Speaker 3: I can do this to your legs at the same time,
- 5:22:08Speaker 3: pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs, the
- 5:22:18Speaker 3: front of your thighs, and moving down to your knees,
- 5:22:28Speaker 3: gently massaging your knees, sliding down your shins, pressure on
- 5:22:40Speaker 3: either side of your shin gently softly but firmly, moving
- 5:22:53Speaker 3: down to your ankles, brook in the tops of your feet,
- 5:23:08Speaker 3: and then with each foot in each hand, just gently
- 5:23:14Speaker 3: messaging the whole of the foot, the top of the bottom,
- 5:23:23Speaker 3: your heel, your ankle, your toes, massage in every part
- 5:23:31Speaker 3: of your feet. It feels so good to still let
- 5:23:39Speaker 3: go and enjoy the process, enjoy fear so deeply relaxed.
- 5:24:05Speaker 3: So much comfort and so many feelings become just from
- 5:24:12Speaker 3: touching your skin, and you can just lie there as
- 5:24:29Speaker 3: long as.
- 5:24:30Speaker 5: You choose.
- 5:24:35Speaker 3: Enjoying the feeling of deep comfort being massaged.
- 5:24:46Speaker 5: But me.
- 5:24:54Speaker 3: Enjoy feeling deeply. And all we're gonna do is blow
- 5:25:19Speaker 3: out some candles. In your mind, there's going to be
- 5:25:36Speaker 3: a hundred candles, and you're going to blow each one
- 5:25:47Speaker 3: out individually, one by one, starting at one hundred. As
- 5:25:58Speaker 3: I count down all the way down to one. At
- 5:26:10Speaker 3: least time I say a number, you can imagine that
- 5:26:19Speaker 3: candle in front of you, and I'd like you to
- 5:26:25Speaker 3: actually eat physically generally blow that candle out, just it's
- 5:26:45Speaker 3: not big blows, just a gentle, and that candle will extinguish.
- 5:27:01Speaker 3: And then I'll say the next number. As you move down,
- 5:27:09Speaker 3: then you just blow that one out as well. And
- 5:27:21Speaker 3: as we move down the numbers, you'll find yourself feeding more,
- 5:27:32Speaker 3: more relaxed.
- 5:27:37Speaker 5: If you need.
- 5:27:39Speaker 3: To sleep, you'll also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleepy.
- 5:27:52Speaker 3: In fact, you may.
- 5:27:55Speaker 9: Struggle to blow out all one hundreds of these candles.
- 5:28:11Speaker 3: Less you feel more and more deeply relaxed, more deeply
- 5:28:39Speaker 3: tied and the fur you go down, the more your
- 5:28:51Speaker 3: mind starts to drift. You may find that you stop
- 5:29:05Speaker 3: listening to me after a while. And even though that
- 5:29:18Speaker 3: may be background sounds where you are, you'll be aware
- 5:29:27Speaker 3: of those sounds at the moment he may start just
- 5:29:46Speaker 3: or even notice them at all, because they're unimportant where
- 5:30:06Speaker 3: I am. Look at the sounds of the birds. There's
- 5:30:13Speaker 3: all horrist the pigeon likes to say hello sometimes, and
- 5:30:21Speaker 3: there's the old playue that goes by, maybe traffic trains
- 5:30:32Speaker 3: in the distance, but that sit is important.
- 5:30:44Speaker 9: Whatsoever.
- 5:30:51Speaker 3: Candles who blow out the less important anything is a
- 5:31:04Speaker 3: candles blowouts. The father seemed to move away, sounds, general
- 5:31:31Speaker 3: date days, stuff seems to just put away on its side.
- 5:31:48Speaker 5: Feel calm.
- 5:31:56Speaker 3: With every candle blowouts? The next number, did you hear
- 5:32:18Speaker 3: me say? Then you buy that candle out to see?
- 5:32:37Speaker 3: So easy, so simple. I'm gonna stop by introducing the
- 5:33:01Speaker 3: first candle.
- 5:33:07Speaker 21: She's a hundred, first candles, one hundred.
- 5:33:24Speaker 3: When you blow that candle out, you'll find immediately light
- 5:33:41Speaker 3: change now as well as a real sense of positivity right, living, relaxation, shadow, sleepiness,
- 5:34:14Speaker 3: spending Starting one hundred, I can't well nineteen nine, Canned

- 6:17:35Speaker 9: Wait two se six sho.
- 6:25:41Speaker 3: Nine SI. Or let go of all of those thoughts, worries,
- 6:32:12Speaker 3: concerns about the past, thoughts about the future, and even
- 6:32:19Speaker 3: things you've been thinking about today. Just let it all
- 6:32:24Speaker 3: go because none of it is useful in this moment,
- 6:32:35Speaker 3: this is your opportunity to just focus on feeling relaxed,
- 6:32:54Speaker 3: allowing yourself to get in touch with that natural since
- 6:33:03Speaker 3: a peace that we all have within us. It's available
- 6:33:11Speaker 3: for everyone. It just sometimes takes a little bit of
- 6:33:16Speaker 3: effort to set up the right time and place in
- 6:33:24Speaker 3: order for you to just let go. Because when you
- 6:33:30Speaker 3: do decide to let go and relax, that's what your
- 6:33:38Speaker 3: body starts to do because you've chosen, You've chosen to
- 6:33:47Speaker 3: just allow your body to unwind and your mind starts
- 6:33:54Speaker 3: to slow down. And it's a nice feeling. It's a
- 6:34:02Speaker 3: nice feeling at the beginning, just to know that you
- 6:34:07Speaker 3: have chosen to decide to relax deeply, and because you've
- 6:34:17Speaker 3: made that decision, your body or just follow suit, because
- 6:34:26Speaker 3: sometimes all the muscles in your body need is just
- 6:34:31Speaker 3: permission from you to relax. Because so often we're busy,
- 6:34:40Speaker 3: we're going from here to there, we're walking around and
- 6:34:44Speaker 3: we're doing stuff, and the body doesn't have any time
- 6:34:52Speaker 3: space to really relax deeply. So it kind of waits
- 6:35:01Speaker 3: for you to lead the way, waits for your permission.
- 6:35:10Speaker 3: And when you do give your permission, you give to
- 6:35:17Speaker 3: say so when you say okay, it's time for your
- 6:35:23Speaker 3: body to let go completely and relax totally. Your body
- 6:35:33Speaker 3: just follows, so like a breath of relief, ah relax
- 6:35:47Speaker 3: and feeling at the end of the day, of very
- 6:35:51Speaker 3: physical day that you may experience in the past when
- 6:35:56Speaker 3: you get home and you just sit down in a chair,
- 6:36:00Speaker 3: maybe you kick your shoes off, and of feels so nice.
- 6:36:06Speaker 3: I know that you don't have to get up again
- 6:36:11Speaker 3: for a little while at least if you choose, you
- 6:36:14Speaker 3: can just sit there for maybe an hour to feels blissen.
- 6:36:27Speaker 3: And just by sitting down like that, nobody knows that
- 6:36:33Speaker 3: it's time to relax. Your body has been given permission
- 6:36:38Speaker 3: from you because it's a mindset in your mind, you're
- 6:36:48Speaker 3: prepared to let go of everything and just completely allow
- 6:37:01Speaker 3: the stress of your body to evaporate. An intensions can
- 6:37:10Speaker 3: just gradually.
- 6:37:14Speaker 9: Vanish.
- 6:37:21Speaker 3: It's almost like magic, really, because that sense of relaxation
- 6:37:33Speaker 3: in your body, it's a very natural state. It's not
- 6:37:39Speaker 3: something unusual. It may feel unusual when you first start
- 6:37:44Speaker 3: to relax. You if you haven't really spent a lot
- 6:37:48Speaker 3: of time focusing and giving yourself this space to let
- 6:37:53Speaker 3: go completely and relax. They seem most stalium, but it isn't.
- 6:38:02Speaker 3: It's actually the most natural thing in the world to
- 6:38:08Speaker 3: lecker completely, to relax totally, the most natural thing in
- 6:38:18Speaker 3: the world to allow yourself to feel really calm in
- 6:38:31Speaker 3: your mind. And it is almost like a literal unwinding.
- 6:38:41Speaker 3: It's like you press a button and all the tension
- 6:38:47Speaker 3: just releases. It's like a wheel, like a cog, but
- 6:38:54Speaker 3: the inside of a clock just unwinding. And he watched,
- 6:38:58Speaker 3: I could see that the little wind up not that's used,
- 6:39:04Speaker 3: just going the opposite way that you gus to wind up,
- 6:39:12Speaker 3: and the energy that frymetic stress for energy gradually winding down,
- 6:39:22Speaker 3: losing its power, losing its strength. There's a sense of
- 6:39:30Speaker 3: relaxation becomes stronger and deeper, and to may find the
- 6:39:42Speaker 3: relaxed you feel, your mind starts to wander. Maybe you
- 6:39:55Speaker 3: seem to stop listening to me for a while, mind
- 6:40:00Speaker 3: goes somewhere else and you realize you're listening to me again,
- 6:40:09Speaker 3: and that's just your mind to drifted to sleep, which
- 6:40:15Speaker 3: is quite natural because sometimes when we're stressed and tense,
- 6:40:27Speaker 3: when I when I actually be aware of what we need,
- 6:40:32Speaker 3: when we physically your emotionally.
- 6:40:36Speaker 18: Need in this moment, but when you allow.
- 6:40:43Speaker 3: Your body and mind to relax completely. You let go
- 6:40:50Speaker 3: all thoughts, concerns, worries, ideas, all let go and I
- 6:40:59Speaker 3: have them to drop the floor.
- 6:41:07Speaker 9: You start to.
- 6:41:10Speaker 3: Get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation, feelings
- 6:41:21Speaker 3: so nice to be in touch with the calmness of
- 6:41:30Speaker 3: the different body parts this day. Become looser and looser,
- 6:41:42Speaker 3: believe in your breath in scenes easier and more natural, effortless,
- 6:41:55Speaker 3: as they call it inter history of mouthful. Notice too,
- 6:42:00Speaker 3: your lungs breathing in comfort and relaxation and then just
- 6:42:11Speaker 3: breathing out any excess remain intentional stress from every part
- 6:42:21Speaker 3: of your body and mind. As you start to focus
- 6:42:29Speaker 3: on your mind, maybe you notice that things come to
- 6:42:37Speaker 3: a standstill, maybe just much much lower than before, because
- 6:42:48Speaker 3: your mind is not really needed. When listening to my voice,
- 6:43:00Speaker 3: chew your mind to relax just as deep as your body.
- 6:43:09Speaker 3: That's sychronicity between the relaxation of your body relaxation of
- 6:43:22Speaker 3: your mind. Let you know, the feeling completely calm, is
- 6:43:34Speaker 3: relaxed is the great healing experience.
- 6:43:45Speaker 18: He has.
- 6:43:53Speaker 3: So many positive benefits of your body, mind, and your life.
- 6:44:04Speaker 3: To be able to let go everything and to relax
- 6:44:12Speaker 3: completely in all parts everybody and mind. Even your body surrised,

- 6:52:48Speaker 3: A body scan focusing on firstly how you feel in
- 6:52:56Speaker 3: your body, not trying to change have or not trying
- 6:53:02Speaker 3: to relax, not trying to move away from any discomfort
- 6:53:08Speaker 3: or stress or tension. Just accepting, observing and accepting how
- 6:53:16Speaker 3: you feel in the different parts of your body. Just
- 6:53:21Speaker 3: allowing yourself to be exactly as you are, to notice
- 6:53:31Speaker 3: to get in touch with how you actually feel in
- 6:53:39Speaker 3: this moment. Start off by focusing on your hands. Just
- 6:53:55Speaker 3: be aware of your hands. Like you to move your
- 6:54:03Speaker 3: hands around, Just maybe move your fingers a little bit.
- 6:54:11Speaker 3: I've been closer your hands very gently. Just so thing
- 6:54:17Speaker 3: you can get in touch with how your hands and
- 6:54:25Speaker 3: your fingers fell very very slow movements. Focusing now on
- 6:54:46Speaker 3: your feet, if you can just do kind of an
- 6:54:53Speaker 3: equivalent with your feet you've just done with your hands,
- 6:55:00Speaker 3: Maybe turn in your ankles, but if your feet around,
- 6:55:09Speaker 3: if your toes gently, only very gently and very slowly,
- 6:55:22Speaker 3: noticing the hell your feet feel in this moment. Focusing
- 6:55:38Speaker 3: now on your eyes, I'd like you to just focus
- 6:55:45Speaker 3: on your eyelids. Maybe you can open and close your
- 6:55:51Speaker 3: eyes a couple of times to really get in touch
- 6:55:56Speaker 3: with how you feel when you do close your eyes.
- 6:56:01Speaker 3: The muscle changes in your eyes when you do close them,
- 6:56:10Speaker 3: maybe raising your eyebrows, it stretches the tops of your eyes,
- 6:56:20Speaker 3: perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes, just so
- 6:56:29Speaker 3: you can really get in touch all aspects of how
- 6:56:40Speaker 3: your eyes feel.
- 6:56:44Speaker 18: Right now.
- 6:56:54Speaker 15: Now.
- 6:56:55Speaker 3: Focusing on your thighs then just starts you to gently
- 6:57:02Speaker 3: tense your thighs, just very very gently.
- 6:57:11Speaker 6: Just enough.
- 6:57:13Speaker 3: See you can become.
- 6:57:17Speaker 9: More achuned.
- 6:57:21Speaker 3: To the physical sensation of your upper legs, the front
- 6:57:30Speaker 3: of your thighs, on the backs of your thighs, noticing
- 6:57:40Speaker 3: and observing how your thighs feel right now, moving your
- 6:57:58Speaker 3: focus to the back of your neck. Just noticing the
- 6:58:06Speaker 3: back of your neck, the muscles. Of course, they lead
- 6:58:13Speaker 3: to the side of your neck. They also lead to
- 6:58:17Speaker 3: the top of your back, which leads to your shoulders.
- 6:58:24Speaker 3: So as you focus on the back of your neck,
- 6:58:30Speaker 3: maybe you can move your head gently upwards, as if
- 6:58:36Speaker 3: you're looking up. Maybe moving your head down as if
- 6:58:44Speaker 3: you're looking down. Perhaps moving your head side to side,
- 6:58:52Speaker 3: right left by very slowly, very gently. I'm not trying
- 6:59:06Speaker 3: to force anything. It has to be very very gentle,
- 6:59:17Speaker 3: just so you can be in touch with the feelings,
- 6:59:30Speaker 3: with the sensations of physical sensations of how the back
- 6:59:39Speaker 3: of your neck feels. Right now, as we now focus
- 6:59:58Speaker 3: on the tops of your arms, the parts where your
- 7:00:03Speaker 3: biceps and dry SIPs are between your elbow and your shoulders.
- 7:00:12Speaker 3: To focus on those parts, the tops of your arms,
- 7:00:19Speaker 3: you may like to just tense them, but very very
- 7:00:27Speaker 3: chicking and slowly see you know, straining or putting any
- 7:00:38Speaker 3: pressure whatsoever on your arms. It's just soothy can gain
- 7:00:51Speaker 3: more of a sense of how your upper parts in
- 7:01:02Speaker 3: this moment. Just notice, I see, gently, very gently and
- 7:01:17Speaker 3: slowly tighten the muscles and then Leo, notice how the
- 7:01:30Speaker 3: tops of your arms feel. Right now, as our focus
- 7:01:49Speaker 3: on your stomach, the area the lower abdomen area below
- 7:01:57Speaker 3: your belly bottom, moving all the way down to your hips,
- 7:02:07Speaker 3: just above your grid. Maybe you're able to tense these
- 7:02:18Speaker 3: muscles in the area very very gently and slowly. If
- 7:02:36Speaker 3: that's a difficult thing to do, maybe you can just
- 7:02:42Speaker 3: move your body, pushing your stomach up, maybe move a
- 7:02:51Speaker 3: little bit of a side, use no.
- 7:02:54Speaker 9: Hips, just so get in shape.
- 7:03:04Speaker 3: Hell long lower ato an area is feeding in this moment.
- 7:03:23Speaker 3: I just not to send the physical sensations with a
- 7:03:34Speaker 3: lower abdomen as we live. Your attention to your mouth,
- 7:03:58Speaker 3: not to see your limp and inside your mouth, your teeth,
- 7:04:07Speaker 3: your gums, your tongue. Just notice have your tongue and
- 7:04:23Speaker 3: your mouth feels.
- 7:04:28Speaker 5: It.
- 7:04:28Speaker 3: May help by moving your tongue around your mouth, moving
- 7:04:38Speaker 3: it to your left, maybe pressing it jickly against the
- 7:04:45Speaker 3: side of your mouth, and then to the right.
- 7:04:51Speaker 9: Chickly to the.
- 7:04:52Speaker 3: Side of your mouth, perhaps pressing up against it the
- 7:05:00Speaker 3: top of your mouth, and let it down gently against
- 7:05:07Speaker 3: the bottom of your mouth, always very slowly, a very
- 7:05:21Speaker 3: very gentle.
- 7:05:26Speaker 2: So I think you can.
- 7:05:31Speaker 3: Be aware how you feel in your mouth area. Now
- 7:06:00Speaker 3: had to focus on your wrists and I'll ask you
- 7:06:16Speaker 3: to maybe just routine your wrists, moving your hands in
- 7:06:26Speaker 3: a circular motion very gently and slowly, just so again
- 7:06:46Speaker 3: feel the sensations that you are currently.
- 7:06:59Speaker 5: It's big and s.
- 7:07:05Speaker 3: Rists perhapsolutely any eyes up and down the gay champlain
- 7:07:28Speaker 3: si checks. Start to observe lower back, the bad parts
- 7:08:18Speaker 3: just above your hips where your coxis are the whole
- 7:08:34Speaker 3: area which also really does include the signs of your
- 7:08:41Speaker 3: body because those muscles are very much connected. Those muscles
- 7:08:54Speaker 3: also move into your hyperia, connecting to your body sides
- 7:09:04Speaker 3: of your lips. And if you're physically able to do so,
- 7:09:21Speaker 3: maybe it can very gently just your body evers slightly,
- 7:09:34Speaker 3: very slowly some side to side, just enough, yeah, to
- 7:09:50Speaker 3: engage how you feel you love back, perhaps safely your
- 7:10:14Speaker 3: hips gently up and down gently it's slightly orders the
- 7:10:34Speaker 3: touch with physical sensations of your love back.
- 7:11:00Speaker 9: As we know, your attention.
- 7:11:11Speaker 3: To your joe an area for your chin all way
- 7:11:20Speaker 3: help to the area your ears are a lot of Joel.
- 7:11:38Speaker 5: You just.
- 7:11:41Speaker 3: It's like great to do side gently open your mouth.
- 7:11:51Speaker 5: Wide.
- 7:11:52Speaker 3: I stretcher just very gently and slightly. I've been your
- 7:12:02Speaker 3: bun I think crises me down jaently it's sary, sorry, can't.
- 7:12:29Speaker 9: Eat touch.
- 7:12:37Speaker 3: Hi Joe fans now to sit down chest area.
- 7:13:24Speaker 9: I need to do anything.
- 7:13:28Speaker 3: To move your chest because in move every time you brain.
- 7:13:40Speaker 9: Moves supery gently.
- 7:13:45Speaker 12: And spery.
- 7:13:49Speaker 3: Automatically. With each scrap you take extra focus on.
- 7:14:08Speaker 5: Chest.
- 7:14:14Speaker 3: Females, my prey. Your focus to your forms. Jump of bis.
- 7:15:04Speaker 3: Maybe you're able to very checkly and slowly dance the
- 7:15:17Speaker 3: muscles in your arms, and when you do that you
- 7:15:25Speaker 3: can feel it words as well, very gently and slowly jackly,
- 7:16:01Speaker 3: soft flame sad four arms down bins. Focus the rest
- 7:16:45Speaker 3: of the bank, upper back and the rail the middle
- 7:17:00Speaker 3: back again this spot of your body. Also every time
- 7:17:23Speaker 3: of grave, men know how to set usually by you up, sir.
- 7:17:42Speaker 3: Your other back in the middle of your back can
- 7:17:50Speaker 3: really fill.
- 7:17:54Speaker 18: That gent.
- 7:18:46Speaker 3: Focus. But hens the muscle was a nice bis in
- 7:19:06Speaker 3: a mid section, just like the same how HAPs.
- 7:19:42Speaker 5: Fail a.
- 7:19:59Speaker 3: Che day gave my hands my beside the side and
- 7:20:13Speaker 3: gently hint.
- 7:20:40Speaker 5: She had like.
- 7:20:47Speaker 3: Soft la. It's everything starts to slow down, including the
- 7:21:19Speaker 3: thoughts in your mind and your mind itself just starts
- 7:21:28Speaker 3: to gradually. It doesn't have to be instant, but just
- 7:21:34Speaker 3: gradually starting. It's almost like time is string shin. It's
- 7:21:47Speaker 3: a slower pace to maybe what you're used to in
- 7:21:56Speaker 3: your day to day life. It's a slower movement of energy,
- 7:22:18Speaker 3: very small movements which make up the larger movements, which
- 7:22:31Speaker 3: is always the case. Now, when you move your hand,
- 7:22:39Speaker 3: it might seem like it's one movement, but it's lots
- 7:22:42Speaker 3: of minute different muscles moving in accordance with each other.
- 7:22:50Speaker 3: And what happens in this space that we're sharing is
- 7:23:07Speaker 3: we move from that big movement into those smaller movements.
- 7:23:28Speaker 3: Starting to focus on how your body feels, and not
- 7:23:39Speaker 3: just as a whole, not just oh, i'm feeling this way.
- 7:23:44Speaker 3: I'm feeling stressed or tense, or I'm feeling relaxed and calm.
- 7:23:51Speaker 3: I'm feeling this way, I'm feeling that way. Starting to
- 7:23:58Speaker 3: notice that your body begins to present to you small
- 7:24:10Speaker 3: feelings around your body, small physical sensations in your legs,
- 7:24:29Speaker 3: whether pleasurable or not. Maybe resisting the temptation to label
- 7:24:43Speaker 3: them or to judge them those feelings, just thinking them,
- 7:24:53Speaker 3: thinking about them is just.
- 7:24:55Speaker 23: Being neutral, just feelings, not being particularly concerned, just noticing
- 7:25:14Speaker 23: what your body.
- 7:25:17Speaker 3: Is telling you feelings in your arms instead of feeling
- 7:25:31Speaker 3: the hole of the arm, Maybe notice those individual feelings,
- 7:25:42Speaker 3: all those different muscles and the skin, the hairs of
- 7:25:53Speaker 3: your arms, all the internal parts of your arms, the veins,
- 7:26:09Speaker 3: the bones, just being aware of maybe your elbow on
- 7:26:18Speaker 3: your right arm has a certain feeling. Maybe you're left
- 7:26:27Speaker 3: wrist also has its own individual physical sensation. What about
- 7:26:52Speaker 3: your forearm on your right arm, your right forearm, there
- 7:27:06Speaker 3: may not be any particular feeling that you could even
- 7:27:14Speaker 3: give a name to, may not feel like anything other
- 7:27:21Speaker 3: than just a feeling. You know, it's there. The feelings
- 7:27:32Speaker 3: in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders when you think about them,
- 7:27:39Speaker 3: kind of almost like they're the same, you know, the
- 7:27:43Speaker 3: same feeling, almost like you both of your shoulders are
- 7:27:48Speaker 3: just one thing.
- 7:27:51Speaker 5: Of course they're not.
- 7:28:01Speaker 3: And when you focus on your left shoulder and then
- 7:28:06Speaker 3: on your right shoulder, maybe find that you move the
- 7:28:13Speaker 3: muscles a little bit, maybe tense the muscles gently, noticing
- 7:28:25Speaker 3: the difference in each shoulder. Your lower back, the left
- 7:28:56Speaker 3: side of your lower back and the right side, and
- 7:29:00Speaker 3: if your lower back, of course that connection to your
- 7:29:10Speaker 3: buttocks and to your hips, and also moving up into
- 7:29:24Speaker 3: the middle of your back and sometimes like right now,
- 7:29:37Speaker 3: actually I want to focus on their part. When I
- 7:29:41Speaker 3: focused on my buttocks and then I focused on the
- 7:29:47Speaker 3: middle of my back, I almost felt like the muscles
- 7:29:50Speaker 3: in my lower back were being stretched very gently, just
- 7:30:00Speaker 3: stretched a little bit. Even though I wasn't doing anything
- 7:30:07Speaker 3: to try to stretch your lower back, it just seemed
- 7:30:14Speaker 3: to happen. The feeling of very gently stretching your lower
- 7:30:26Speaker 3: back comes along. I have feeling in your chest, just
- 7:30:53Speaker 3: noticing what sense stations you are experiencing in your chest
- 7:31:06Speaker 3: right now. And there's so much of the chest. Of
- 7:31:22Speaker 3: obviously there's the collar bone leading to the chest. You've
- 7:31:26Speaker 3: got the chest bone, You've got the muscles in your chest.
- 7:31:38Speaker 3: Of course, if you're female, there's possibly the breasts. If
- 7:31:44Speaker 3: you're male, you've got the different well why not that
- 7:31:52Speaker 3: different these days, But there may be more muscles the
- 7:32:00Speaker 3: top of the chest, but at the side underneath it's
- 7:32:07Speaker 3: pretty much the same. Whether you're a man or a woman.
- 7:32:11Speaker 3: There's muscles there, muscles that stretch out to your back
- 7:32:18Speaker 3: as well as breast tissue stretches and moves into your back.
- 7:32:27Speaker 3: To just being aware of your chest being with whatever
- 7:32:46Speaker 3: feeling there is in your chest, and when I noticed that,
- 7:33:06Speaker 3: I focused on my chest. I feel it in my
- 7:33:14Speaker 3: back and my upper back. I mean, I guess the
- 7:33:18Speaker 3: obvious reason would be because you know, I'm breathing in
- 7:33:29Speaker 3: and it stretches my chest and my back at the
- 7:33:32Speaker 3: same time. It feels it feels okay, it doesn't feel
- 7:33:56Speaker 3: I got a little bit of pain in my right chest,
- 7:34:02Speaker 3: a little bit, not pain, but little discomfort, maybe stiffness possibly,
- 7:34:09Speaker 3: I don't know. I notice my shoulders are also wanting
- 7:34:18Speaker 3: to flex for some reason. I think that's probably part
- 7:34:25Speaker 3: of my upper back, that connection between my shoulders and
- 7:34:34Speaker 3: my upper back, because I can move my shoulders and
- 7:34:39Speaker 3: stretch the muscles in my back, moving the shoulders backwards up,
- 7:34:49Speaker 3: which then moves to I think it's the scapulous in
- 7:34:55Speaker 3: your back. It feels quite nice. Actually, a good thing
- 7:35:13Speaker 3: about this is you can, if you want to, you
- 7:35:17Speaker 3: can just flex or stimulate the various muscles in your
- 7:35:32Speaker 3: body gently in order to get more of a sense
- 7:35:38Speaker 3: of how they feel. And when you're relaxing, when you
- 7:35:53Speaker 3: do tense and muscle, then you let it go and
- 7:35:57Speaker 3: you let it relax. It relaxes way more than it
- 7:36:06Speaker 3: would normally, you have to feel that you're able to
- 7:36:16Speaker 3: do that. There's no point in doing it if there's
- 7:36:20Speaker 3: an issue with the per part of your body. You
- 7:36:29Speaker 3: need to be gentle with yourself at all times when
- 7:36:38Speaker 3: relaxing deeply. It's important to be kind to yourself as
- 7:36:57Speaker 3: you notice your mind. How much has your mind slowed
- 7:37:06Speaker 3: down since we started this recording, How came and peaceful
- 7:37:36Speaker 3: is your mind right now? We have nothing to think
- 7:37:45Speaker 3: about and just my voice to listen to. Because you
- 7:37:55Speaker 3: know the intention behind the recording this relaxation, at the
- 7:38:06Speaker 3: very least, for you to feel more relaxed at the
- 7:38:13Speaker 3: end of the recording than you did at the beginning,
- 7:38:21Speaker 3: at the very least, with your mind to slow down
- 7:38:32Speaker 3: because your body continues to relax, because that's what you
- 7:38:47Speaker 3: want to happen. That's what you expect to happen. For relaxation,
- 7:39:11Speaker 3: to fill your body, maybe calm your mind to the
- 7:39:27Speaker 3: point of boredom when you start, maybe to drift away.
- 7:40:01Speaker 15: Rift in.
- 7:40:15Speaker 3: It's almost as if you are moving further away from
- 7:40:24Speaker 3: your body in your mind, just leaving them there, kind
- 7:40:38Speaker 3: of liking it an escape pod in a spaceship, a movie,
- 7:40:44Speaker 3: a space movie. You know, when they get into a
- 7:40:46Speaker 3: little part in it. Since the month far away from
- 7:40:53Speaker 3: the spaceship Siven three taters drift down s at peace,
- 7:42:46Speaker 3: at peace and focusing on that feeling of those individual
- 7:43:22Speaker 3: parts of your body, that relaxing. One by one, you
- 7:43:39Speaker 3: may find that every now and then he realized that
- 7:43:55Speaker 3: you aren't listening to my voice. It gives your mind
- 7:44:03Speaker 3: started to imagine something different, maybe started to almost move into.
- 7:44:19Speaker 24: Some kind of a dreamy state, and then you become
- 7:44:28Speaker 24: aware of my voice again.
- 7:44:33Speaker 3: And even though you may want to focus on my voice,
- 7:44:40Speaker 3: you may also wish to allow your mind to just
- 7:44:48Speaker 3: drift naturally into that space and comfort safety. If you
- 7:45:09Speaker 3: feel warm comfort spreading through your body like a warm
- 7:45:26Speaker 3: blanket covering you Champlin, keeping your body, it just the
- 7:45:43Speaker 3: perfect temperature. And even if you can hear backgrounds, sounds,
- 7:46:06Speaker 3: they just don't seem to matter anymore. There's that sense
- 7:46:18Speaker 3: of peace spreads through your mind like a gentle breeze,
- 7:46:38Speaker 3: yet strong enough to blow away all negativity, strong enough
- 7:46:50Speaker 3: to remove from your mind any anxiety or stress that
- 7:47:04Speaker 3: was there before, and blow away any other thoughts of
- 7:47:19Speaker 3: feelings that just don't fit with the sense relaxation that
- 7:47:45Speaker 3: this feeling your body end your mind. Unless you focus
- 7:48:11Speaker 3: on your mind and count down from ten down to one.
- 7:48:19Speaker 3: With each number, your mind will become slightly relaxed, just
- 7:48:48Speaker 3: just slightly. From ten down to nine, just a sly movement.
- 7:49:01Speaker 3: Nine down to eight, just another small change in how
- 7:49:13Speaker 3: you feel. Eight down to seven, that feeling is a gap,
- 7:49:27Speaker 3: almost like a gap that starts to get wider, the
- 7:49:33Speaker 3: gap between those feelings that you used to have in
- 7:49:41Speaker 3: your mind compared to the feelings you have there growing now,
- 7:49:52Speaker 3: feelings of comfort and security and confidence, and that gap
- 7:50:02Speaker 3: will become the wider. Make down to seven, seven, down
- 7:50:07Speaker 3: to six. When you get to five, your mind will
- 7:50:16Speaker 3: start to have a certain physical sensation, almost like there's
- 7:50:30Speaker 3: a magnet outside of your head sucking the tension and
- 7:50:37Speaker 3: the stress and any remaining feelings that you don't want,
- 7:50:44Speaker 3: sucking them out through your skull. Then down to four
- 7:50:56Speaker 3: you can start to really experience that sense of not
- 7:51:03Speaker 3: just emptiness, but space, place full of fresh air, place
- 7:51:19Speaker 3: where you can stretch. It's almost as if as you
- 7:51:25Speaker 3: go down to four and three, your mind is expanding,
- 7:51:31Speaker 3: with this sense of peace and tranquility growing as it
- 7:51:44Speaker 3: moved down to When you get to one mind just
- 7:51:56Speaker 3: feels exactly how you want, almost perfect feeding, maybe a
- 7:52:18Speaker 3: sensation that you'd like to keep a place that's safe
- 7:52:28Speaker 3: where nothing can affect you at all, and you can
- 7:52:48Speaker 3: stay in that that space of comfort, confidence, confident in
- 7:52:57Speaker 3: your own ability to create this space and this fear
- 7:53:06Speaker 3: of comfort within your own mind just by counting ten
- 7:53:15Speaker 3: down to one. And this is something that you can
- 7:53:22Speaker 3: do yourself when you're on your own, the time when
- 7:53:31Speaker 3: you can maybe sit down, maybe just for a few minutes,
- 7:53:40Speaker 3: closere eyes, just count slowly from ten down to one
- 7:53:56Speaker 3: and re experience these in your mind. And when you
- 7:54:09Speaker 3: feel that way in your mind, your body copies your mind,
- 7:54:25Speaker 3: and the feeling it's spread through your spine and your
- 7:54:31Speaker 3: nervous system into every part of your body, travels through
- 7:54:39Speaker 3: your blood stream, heathing and relaxing every article of your existence.
- 7:55:06Speaker 3: We can we can practice this a few times before
- 7:55:15Speaker 3: the end of the recording, and then you can practice
- 7:55:19Speaker 3: on your own and each time you count from ten
- 7:55:26Speaker 3: down to one, the feelings of comforts, calmness, and deep
- 7:55:39Speaker 3: deep relaxation becomes stronger. Deeper feeling your mind your brain
- 7:55:59Speaker 3: with deep positive chemicals and spread throughout your body, relaxing
- 7:56:09Speaker 3: you so quickly, relaxing your whole body and mind so
- 7:56:20Speaker 3: very very easily, just by counting ten down to one.
- 7:56:38Speaker 3: So I'm gonna do now, I'm gonna count from ten
- 7:56:42Speaker 3: down to one. I'd like you to repeat the number
- 7:56:47Speaker 3: after me. So when I say ten, you can just
- 7:56:53Speaker 3: repeat to yourself.
- 7:56:57Speaker 12: Ten.
- 7:57:03Speaker 3: Just notice, be aware of how you feel in your
- 7:57:13Speaker 3: mind and your body, and when I say nine, you
- 7:57:22Speaker 3: can repeat to yourself.
- 7:57:28Speaker 5: Nine.
- 7:57:32Speaker 3: Became noticing increase in comfort and calmness in your mind
- 7:57:45Speaker 3: and in your body, the same and the same eint
- 7:57:57Speaker 3: when I say seven, six, when I say five, four,
- 7:58:13Speaker 3: when I say three, two. Lastly, when I say one,
- 7:58:27Speaker 3: you can be that number.
- 7:58:37Speaker 5: Now.
- 7:58:37Speaker 3: Of course, when you do this on your own without
- 7:58:43Speaker 3: listening to me, you can say the numbers or whatever
- 7:58:49Speaker 3: speed that you feel is necessary for you, so you
- 7:58:58Speaker 3: can adapt. So you feel you want to say the
- 7:59:04Speaker 3: numbers ten down to one faster than I do, then
- 7:59:11Speaker 3: you go ahead and do that. Or if you feel
- 7:59:15Speaker 3: when you do it yourself that you'd like to.
- 7:59:18Speaker 25: Have more.
- 7:59:21Speaker 3: More space between the numbers, maybe take a lot longer
- 7:59:29Speaker 3: to get from ten or the way down to one,
- 7:59:39Speaker 3: that's your choice. Also to do. So I'm going to
- 7:59:52Speaker 3: count from ten down to one. I get to one,
- 8:00:02Speaker 3: that will be the end with this recording. Let's, of
- 8:00:07Speaker 3: course you're listening with music, and the music will continue
- 8:00:20Speaker 3: ten nine eight, twenty ninety eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen,
- 8:05:27Speaker 3: thirty twelve eleven, ten nine eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 8:06:22Speaker 6: Two one.
- 8:06:37Speaker 3: Now open your eyes, noticing a physically film having counted
- 8:06:48Speaker 3: down from twenty to one, allowing stress tension to leave
- 8:06:57Speaker 3: through your fingertips and your toast. And as you focus
- 8:07:01Speaker 3: on your fingertips, maybe they feel a little bit tingling,
- 8:07:09Speaker 3: which is supposed quite understanding considering the tension has been
- 8:07:15Speaker 3: exiting your body through your fingertips. So now I'm going
- 8:07:24Speaker 3: to count from twenty pout to one again. This time
- 8:07:32Speaker 3: you go to feel relief of tension and stress and
- 8:07:37Speaker 3: the anxiety.
- 8:07:38Speaker 25: That you may have.
- 8:07:43Speaker 3: Leaving through your stomach, just leaving through your stomach, almost
- 8:07:52Speaker 3: as if it's just releasing the whole of your stomach
- 8:07:59Speaker 3: or navil to just above your chest or below your
- 8:08:03Speaker 3: chest rang so surrounding your belly by an area, the
- 8:08:07Speaker 3: whole area you can feel the tension of your body
- 8:08:14Speaker 3: where there's left just releasing from that area, and you
- 8:08:19Speaker 3: may notice that your stomach may become very relaxed. As
- 8:08:25Speaker 3: my countdown twenty that's one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen,
- 8:09:00Speaker 3: fifty forty thirty, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 8:09:50Speaker 3: four three to or you can be your eyes again.
- 8:10:12Speaker 3: You can choose, but you can just keep them closed
- 8:10:15Speaker 3: because it feels relaxing. Just notice saying the stomach feels
- 8:10:22Speaker 3: Notice as your focus, just a little scan of your body,
- 8:10:29Speaker 3: notice saying your body feels focusing upper body, back, chest, stomach, legs, arms, hands, feet,
- 8:10:46Speaker 3: Just noticing, and you know, you may start to feel
- 8:10:55Speaker 3: a sense of tiredness, which would may be the reason
- 8:11:00Speaker 3: listening to this recording, because you like to let go
- 8:11:08Speaker 3: completely of everything and drift off into a nice, natural, calm,
- 8:11:19Speaker 3: relaxing sleep. So now the focus on your forehead, and
- 8:11:38Speaker 3: if you choose, you can incorporate your eyes in this
- 8:11:42Speaker 3: focus as well. With your forehead and your eyes, it's
- 8:11:48Speaker 3: that whole area basically almost as if you were wearing
- 8:11:53Speaker 3: a mask, you know, like a I don't know, Patman
- 8:11:57Speaker 3: mask or something I'm trying to sorrow or something, you know,
- 8:12:04Speaker 3: the kind of mass that covers your eyes, but also
- 8:12:07Speaker 3: covers quite a lot of the forehead. Focused on that
- 8:12:13Speaker 3: area because that's the area that we're now going to
- 8:12:16Speaker 3: release tension stress on your mind, your brain, from your mind,
- 8:12:24Speaker 3: and any tension that you may have remain in your face,
- 8:12:29Speaker 3: in your neck, your jaw, your eyes, your forehead, or
- 8:12:35Speaker 3: your scalp. So basically any intension within your head area,
- 8:12:42Speaker 3: including your mind and your brain, that's going to be
- 8:12:49Speaker 3: released through your forehead and your eyes. As I count
- 8:12:58Speaker 3: down the game tween down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, three.
- 8:14:44Speaker 5: One.
- 8:14:52Speaker 6: Let s.
- 8:14:55Speaker 3: Let you scare your face, jure your eyes, the cheap bones,
- 8:15:03Speaker 3: your ears, your forehead, your scalp, your neck, back of
- 8:15:13Speaker 3: your neck, front of your neck, the side of your neck,
- 8:15:17Speaker 3: and your throat. Noticing being aware of the comfort increased
- 8:15:31Speaker 3: in relaxation, not just in your head and neck and mind,
- 8:15:42Speaker 3: also the rest of your body. Just notice how loose
- 8:15:52Speaker 3: the calm you film and how easily it is to
- 8:15:59Speaker 3: just let a.
- 8:16:02Speaker 9: Completely, let go completely easily.
- 8:16:26Speaker 3: To do bows, to focus on the top of your head.
- 8:16:36Speaker 3: I'm looking to allow every last piece of tension or
- 8:16:45Speaker 3: stress the mind be lingering or hiding in your body
- 8:16:51Speaker 3: or mind, my head.
- 8:16:55Speaker 1: To just.
- 8:16:57Speaker 3: Be sucked down the top of my head released to
- 8:17:07Speaker 3: the air, was sucked down into the clouds edge. The
- 8:17:14Speaker 3: big cloud of my head was like a whirlpool. It's
- 8:17:21Speaker 3: just gonna suck that tension out of the top of
- 8:17:25Speaker 3: your head. Just take it away. Good to focus. Imagine
- 8:17:37Speaker 3: an opening on the top of your head with a tension,
- 8:17:42Speaker 3: stressed an maybe issues, maybe worries of concerns that are
- 8:17:48Speaker 3: not used to you. Now you can all be sucked
- 8:17:52Speaker 3: down at the top of your head and taken away.
- 8:17:58Speaker 3: That's I count down a game twenty dowt one now
- 8:18:10Speaker 3: twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventy, sixteen fifty fourteeny too well, ten
- 8:19:21Speaker 3: nine eight, seven, six four three. Why prey.
- 8:20:21Speaker 18: You notice it?
- 8:20:22Speaker 3: How you feel, how relaxed and calm if physically and
- 8:20:36Speaker 3: mentally feel right now? Help your mind feels. It feels
- 8:20:53Speaker 3: so nice to just let go, to give yourself some
- 8:20:58Speaker 3: space to breathe easily, to think calmly, just to take
- 8:21:12Speaker 3: a break from all that pointless worry and concerns about
- 8:21:19Speaker 3: things that you don't need to think about right now,
- 8:21:28Speaker 3: because this is your time to let go. This is
- 8:21:34Speaker 3: your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful in your mind,
- 8:21:46Speaker 3: relaxed in your body. They're can feel so good, so
- 8:21:56Speaker 3: nice to just not have to do anything to be
- 8:22:04Speaker 3: able to really enjoy that serenity that comes of letting
- 8:22:15Speaker 3: go completely, that peacefulness that comes with.
- 8:22:28Speaker 5: In this.
- 8:22:30Speaker 3: Peaceful space. And you can keep this sense of calmness
- 8:22:41Speaker 3: through the longs you choose if you choose to drift
- 8:22:53Speaker 3: off into a deep, healing, natural sleep, and you can
- 8:23:00Speaker 3: do that. It's completely up to you. And you can
- 8:23:12Speaker 3: keep this feeling of calmness physically in your mind for
- 8:23:18Speaker 3: so long because you choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relaxed,
- 8:23:36Speaker 3: and I'd like you to make up your mind, then
- 8:23:42Speaker 3: you get to relax. And I want to explore that
- 8:23:53Speaker 3: with you. What it feels like when you actually decide
- 8:24:00Speaker 3: that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself, but giving
- 8:24:05Speaker 3: yourself that. Yes, it is a command, really, isn't it.
- 8:24:11Speaker 3: When you're telling yourself relax in a gentle but firm
- 8:24:18Speaker 3: way that only you can really tell yourself in that way.
- 8:24:27Speaker 3: You can't really have someone else saying to you and
- 8:24:28Speaker 3: now relax, relax, you know, and it needs to be gentle.
- 8:24:35Speaker 3: But you can't someone else can't really have the same
- 8:24:42Speaker 3: the same kind of influence or power that you have
- 8:24:50Speaker 3: over your own physicality, over how you feel, because when
- 8:25:02Speaker 3: you say it to yourself, it means more. It's personal,
- 8:25:09Speaker 3: and your brain and your unconscious mind and your body
- 8:25:15Speaker 3: listens to what you say. So for example, we'll test
- 8:25:21Speaker 3: it out. We're doing your test. Few your tests along
- 8:25:25Speaker 3: the way, and you can get more of an idea
- 8:25:29Speaker 3: of the force, the positive force that you can have
- 8:25:36Speaker 3: in creating a sense of comfort and relaxation in your
- 8:25:43Speaker 3: body and your mind quite quickly just by you telling
- 8:25:50Speaker 3: yourself to relax. So I'm going to start by its
- 8:26:00Speaker 3: focus on your hands. So focus on your hands. Just
- 8:26:06Speaker 3: tell your hands to relax. Just say relax. As you
- 8:26:13Speaker 3: focus on your hands, you could say my hands are relaxed,
- 8:26:20Speaker 3: or I want my hands to relax.
- 8:26:24Speaker 6: Now.
- 8:26:24Speaker 26: I think if you.
- 8:26:25Speaker 3: Actually do it directly by focusing and imagining that your hands,
- 8:26:33Speaker 3: can you hear what you're saying. You know, they've got
- 8:26:35Speaker 3: little ears to a little weird.
- 8:26:40Speaker 27: So talking to your hands and just say relax, noticing.
- 8:26:57Speaker 3: How your hands start to relax. Now, focus on your
- 8:27:12Speaker 3: eyes and tell your eyes to relax. You're just saying
- 8:27:17Speaker 3: the same word, relax, and find the right tone for you.
- 8:27:26Speaker 3: You know, I might say relax, but you you might
- 8:27:31Speaker 3: say relax or relax. You know, you might say it
- 8:27:38Speaker 3: differently to yourself, and that's important for you to gauge
- 8:27:46Speaker 3: what feels the right for you. To just tell your
- 8:27:51Speaker 3: eyes to relax whilst focusing on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 8:27:57Speaker 3: the muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows, and just tell
- 8:28:02Speaker 3: your eyes directly relax now. Now, I just did that myself,
- 8:28:38Speaker 3: and sometimes you may feel that you need a bit
- 8:28:48Speaker 3: more time for the different parts to relax, you know,
- 8:28:54Speaker 3: because I start talking again and maybe that part hasn't
- 8:28:58Speaker 3: relaxed fully. But what happened is it would just continue
- 8:29:02Speaker 3: to relax even though I'm talking. That's happening with my eyes.
- 8:29:10Speaker 3: Something else I noticed is when I started focusing on
- 8:29:15Speaker 3: my eyes, they actually almost became They got worse before
- 8:29:19Speaker 3: they got better in a way, so that I felt
- 8:29:21Speaker 3: a degree of tension growing in my eyes and then disappearing.
- 8:29:28Speaker 3: So I think what that was really was just me
- 8:29:31Speaker 3: becoming more aware of the tension that was already there
- 8:29:38Speaker 3: that I wasn't. I wasn't focused on it before, so
- 8:29:42Speaker 3: I wasn't really acknowledging it or really conscious to those feelings. Yeah,
- 8:30:01Speaker 3: my eyes is still continue to relax, as well as
- 8:30:05Speaker 3: my hands. Actually, my hands have got a certain kind
- 8:30:11Speaker 3: of energy, like not buzzing, but I can kind of
- 8:30:19Speaker 3: feel a degree of energy in my hands. Maybe that's
- 8:30:25Speaker 3: where the tension is being released. Maybe that's cause in them.
- 8:30:37Speaker 3: The next part, I think we should focus on the
- 8:30:40Speaker 3: back of the neck. That's a part of it is
- 8:30:42Speaker 3: quite often, well for me, holds tension. I don't know
- 8:30:47Speaker 3: about it for yourself, but I think it's quite a
- 8:30:51Speaker 3: standard place where tension is sometimes held. So, and I'm
- 8:30:58Speaker 3: doing exactly what you're doing as you do it as well,
- 8:31:02Speaker 3: so I'm telling my body parts to relax as well.
- 8:31:06Speaker 3: So if you tell your neck the back of your neck,
- 8:31:09Speaker 3: focus on the back of your neck and just say
- 8:31:14Speaker 3: relax in your own words, in your own tone, in
- 8:31:19Speaker 3: your own voice. You can say out loud, or you
- 8:31:22Speaker 3: can just say to yourself internally when you're focusing and
- 8:31:27Speaker 3: you're saying it literally to the back of your neck,
- 8:31:32Speaker 3: as if the back of your neck can actually hear
- 8:31:35Speaker 3: what you're saying, So do that now, just say relax
- 8:31:42Speaker 3: to the back of your neck, then I'll do the same.
- 8:32:24Speaker 18: Then what I noticed, and you may.
- 8:32:27Speaker 3: Have had similar thing is, even though I was focusing
- 8:32:32Speaker 3: on the back of my neck, other parts started to
- 8:32:43Speaker 3: I don't know, showed themselves to me or maybe because
- 8:32:46Speaker 3: they want to be relaxed as well. But I started
- 8:32:49Speaker 3: noticing the feelings in my shoulders, tension in my shoulders,
- 8:32:54Speaker 3: and in my upper back. Whether that was because my
- 8:33:01Speaker 3: back of my neck was saying I'm pretty much okay,
- 8:33:07Speaker 3: it's the other parts to need attention, but my low
- 8:33:16Speaker 3: my back of my neck is still relaxing. But I
- 8:33:20Speaker 3: just became more aware of other parts that needed attention. Now,
- 8:33:27Speaker 3: this might happen and it's not. It doesn't mean that
- 8:33:32Speaker 3: it's going wrong. It just means you're being notified with
- 8:33:38Speaker 3: more places that also want to feel relaxed. So I'm
- 8:33:45Speaker 3: going to focus on my other back. So you can
- 8:33:50Speaker 3: do the same, even if you don't have any feelings
- 8:33:55Speaker 3: of attention that you're obvious in your other bag. He's
- 8:34:01Speaker 3: just focus on your back and the whole area from
- 8:34:06Speaker 3: his shoulder blades down to the middle. Let your back neck,
- 8:34:11Speaker 3: the spine needs all the shoulder blades. That yeah, that's
- 8:34:21Speaker 3: the parts that it's given me.
- 8:34:28Speaker 6: That not.
- 8:34:30Speaker 3: That it needs relaxing. The sounds canast that hard to
- 8:34:33Speaker 3: relax and you can do the same. Now relax your
- 8:34:48Speaker 3: up the back.
- 8:34:59Speaker 5: M hm.
- 8:35:01Speaker 3: There's something strange happened there.
- 8:35:03Speaker 18: And this.
- 8:35:05Speaker 3: Often happens. I've been doing this for sixteen years or something,
- 8:35:12Speaker 3: and often I'm I'm surprised, but amazed really that there
- 8:35:21Speaker 3: can be a feeling. So, when I was focusing on
- 8:35:25Speaker 3: the back of my neck, my other back was starting
- 8:35:29Speaker 3: to feel quite stressed and in need of attention. As
- 8:35:36Speaker 3: soon as I started talking to you about my upper
- 8:35:39Speaker 3: back and talking about, you know, getting ready to ask
- 8:35:44Speaker 3: the upper back to relax, my other back already started
- 8:35:49Speaker 3: to relax. It's almost as if it doesn't need to
- 8:35:55Speaker 3: hear the words, just needs the intention, just needs to
- 8:36:05Speaker 3: be noticed. That is something that often happens in this
- 8:36:19Speaker 3: type of situation is when you start to relax a
- 8:36:27Speaker 3: couple of parts of your body, as we've done with
- 8:36:30Speaker 3: our hands, our eyes and eyelids, and now back of
- 8:36:38Speaker 3: the neck, top of the back, up a back, the
- 8:36:47Speaker 3: rest of the body seems to just take notice and
- 8:36:53Speaker 3: decide in its own way to start relaxing. Other parts
- 8:37:02Speaker 3: of your body start to just become looser. I suppose
- 8:37:12Speaker 3: it's kind of like a bit of an avalanche, you know,
- 8:37:16Speaker 3: the little ball starts rolling before you know, the whole
- 8:37:20Speaker 3: of your body is completely relaxed and can't And if
- 8:37:32Speaker 3: you focus on your face, you focus on your eyes,
- 8:37:43Speaker 3: your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles around your eyes. Maybe
- 8:37:54Speaker 3: you start to notice that your forehead is more relaxed
- 8:37:59Speaker 3: than it will us. Maybe your face is more relaxed.
- 8:38:06Speaker 3: I would say my entire face is a lot more
- 8:38:10Speaker 3: relaxed than us. So I'm going to focus now on
- 8:38:25Speaker 3: your shoulders again, just like before. Just tell your shoulders
- 8:38:33Speaker 3: and you can do them individity. You can do my shoulder,
- 8:38:36Speaker 3: that shoulder. I just do both at the same time.
- 8:38:43Speaker 3: Just tell your shoulders, actually focus on them in your mind,
- 8:38:48Speaker 3: focus on that they feel. Maybe you can see them
- 8:38:54Speaker 3: in your mind on Just tell your shoulders two relacs,
- 8:39:41Speaker 3: as nice as they were acts. But did you notice
- 8:39:57Speaker 3: it's specially on my back. Is the connection between the
- 8:40:03Speaker 3: different parts the bank, shoulders, the neck being all connected.
- 8:40:16Speaker 3: Being such a large part of your body it's all
- 8:40:22Speaker 3: it's hard to separate them from each other. My lower
- 8:40:31Speaker 3: back is starting to relax on the saone. Maybe I'm
- 8:40:39Speaker 3: going too slow and that could be an issue because
- 8:40:46Speaker 3: we all go at different speeds. And the idea of
- 8:40:52Speaker 3: the beginning of this recording was for you to be
- 8:40:55Speaker 3: able to just say to yourself, relax without focusing on
- 8:41:10Speaker 3: any particular part of your body. Because when you know
- 8:41:16Speaker 3: that telling your hands to relax and your hands relax.
- 8:41:29Speaker 3: Let me tell your eyelids, your eyes, the muscles are
- 8:41:36Speaker 3: around your eyes, your eyebrows to relax, and they relax.
- 8:41:51Speaker 3: You tell the back of your neck to relax and relaxes.
- 8:42:12Speaker 3: You tell your upper back to relas and it relaxes.
- 8:42:39Speaker 3: You tell your shoulders.
- 8:42:43Speaker 18: To relax, they relax.
- 8:43:18Speaker 3: You told your hands to relax, They relaxed, and they
- 8:43:23Speaker 3: continued to relax. You told your eyelids, the muscles around
- 8:43:37Speaker 3: your eyes, your eyebrows to relax, they relaxed and continue.
- 8:43:50Speaker 9: To relax.
- 8:43:57Speaker 3: When you told the back of your neck, focus on
- 8:44:00Speaker 3: the back of your neck and told it to relax,
- 8:44:11Speaker 3: it relaxed and continued to relax. And you told your
- 8:44:26Speaker 3: upper back to relax, be relaxed and continued to relax.
- 8:44:47Speaker 3: That's with your shoulders. He told your shoulders to relax,
- 8:44:53Speaker 3: and your shoulders relaxed and continued to relax. And it's
- 8:45:11Speaker 3: not just that, it's that the rest of your body
- 8:45:21Speaker 3: has also been listening, and their relaxation has been spread
- 8:45:27Speaker 3: in so through your eyes, the relaxation spread to your forehead,
- 8:45:37Speaker 3: round your face, into your skin, into your jaw, into
- 8:45:51Speaker 3: the fronts, the sides of your neck or worry, down
- 8:45:55Speaker 3: your chest and stole your relaxed hands and shoulders meet
- 8:46:09Speaker 3: up through your arms, relaxing four arms up, arms, elbows.
- 8:46:19Speaker 18: Your wrists, let.
- 8:46:32Speaker 3: The lower bang, your hips, butt exploy, just start to
- 8:46:42Speaker 3: relax and continue comfort spreading through your leggs, way down
- 8:46:57Speaker 3: to your ankles, the tops of your feet, the sight
- 8:47:07Speaker 3: of your feet, and the bottoms of your feet, relaxing
- 8:47:19Speaker 3: into your toes, each toe relaxing, calm. And as your
- 8:47:47Speaker 3: body relaxes more, your mind becomes slower, pasil to the
- 8:48:12Speaker 3: point where if you chose to fall asleep, he can easay,
- 8:48:33Speaker 3: He say, drift away, because it's nothing I know in
- 8:48:44Speaker 3: your mind. To pray space on your body teasters and
- 8:49:29Speaker 3: with that connection between your body relaxing, the word do
- 8:49:36Speaker 3: you say to yourself? Relax means that you don't need
- 8:49:50Speaker 3: to focus on just one part. You can just focus
- 8:49:56Speaker 3: on your entire body, saying owtful word relas and sir
- 8:50:25Speaker 3: those for miniar sensations of comfort spreading throughout your body.
- 8:50:44Speaker 3: They speak calming and he every part to your body
- 8:50:58Speaker 3: fearing relaxed. So we need to do now. One is
- 8:51:23Speaker 3: just tell yourself relax, said fading completely for the sorry,
- 8:52:03Speaker 3: starting down with number twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen fifty
- 8:53:28Speaker 3: forty zo well.
- 8:55:01Speaker 28: Us using.
- 8:58:42Speaker 25: Us eighthhhh, yes, usus.
- 9:03:50Speaker 29: Uss four.
- 9:06:00Speaker 3: So counting down from ten to one ten nine eight seven, six,
- 9:06:24Speaker 3: five four three two one. And maybe that was a
- 9:06:45Speaker 3: bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe it's a
- 9:06:49Speaker 3: bit too fast for you to notice the calming of
- 9:06:55Speaker 3: your body, maybe even a little bit of pressure there,
- 9:07:02Speaker 3: like you're count it down from ten to one. Would
- 9:07:05Speaker 3: you expect me to do? Man, expect me to stick
- 9:07:09Speaker 3: go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 9:07:17Speaker 5: Too.
- 9:07:18Speaker 3: I can try it again, but this time I'll go
- 9:07:21Speaker 3: a bit slower this time, as you focus on the
- 9:07:29Speaker 3: whole of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 9:07:35Speaker 3: Just notice how your body does start to feel more
- 9:07:45Speaker 3: relaxed with every number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 9:08:33Speaker 3: five four three two one. Wow, I just notice how
- 9:09:42Speaker 3: how you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 9:09:52Speaker 3: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 9:10:03Speaker 3: that space that you have, that body space between being
- 9:10:20Speaker 3: active physically or mentally, just sitting or lying down, just
- 9:10:32Speaker 3: being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, or needing
- 9:10:38Speaker 3: to think about anything.
- 9:10:42Speaker 30: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 9:10:46Speaker 30: of a space, a gap. And the more I camped
- 9:10:56Speaker 30: down from the ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 9:11:04Speaker 30: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation.
- 9:11:16Speaker 30: It's a nice feeling, and it moves.
- 9:11:25Speaker 3: Those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally moves away. Allows
- 9:11:43Speaker 3: you to just slow down, someone to count again from
- 9:11:55Speaker 3: ten down to one, and notice that gap widening the
- 9:12:04Speaker 3: gap And as it widens, it's almost like the stress
- 9:12:10Speaker 3: of attention falls into the gap. It gives you that distance,
- 9:12:30Speaker 3: that space. Now ten nine, six, eight, seven, six, five
- 9:13:34Speaker 3: four three two one. How does your body feel? Can
- 9:14:59Speaker 3: you notice st do you feel in calmer? Are you
- 9:15:11Speaker 3: feeling more relaxed as we now focus on your legs,
- 9:15:41Speaker 3: just your legs. We're just gonna start with focusing on
- 9:16:02Speaker 3: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 9:16:21Speaker 3: to be doing because I'm sure like most of your
- 9:16:28Speaker 3: body is not not going on right now. Just focusing
- 9:16:41Speaker 3: on the whole of your thighs, the tops of your thighs,
- 9:16:47Speaker 3: the sides of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs.
- 9:16:54Speaker 3: You're outer thighs and you're inner thighs. Basically the whole
- 9:17:00Speaker 3: of your thigh that leads into your hip and it
- 9:17:07Speaker 3: goes down to your knee joints. Now, this is a
- 9:17:18Speaker 3: big area. It's a very heavy area. It's very strong,
- 9:17:28Speaker 3: probably the strongest muscles in your body or in your thighs.
- 9:17:43Speaker 3: But I don't think we perhaps will give enough attention
- 9:17:51Speaker 3: to our thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important our
- 9:18:04Speaker 3: thighs are to our lives, how much they actually do
- 9:18:24Speaker 3: for us all through our lives. And it may seem
- 9:18:39Speaker 3: sound really weird, but I think that all of our
- 9:18:44Speaker 3: body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC, a bit
- 9:18:55Speaker 3: of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement. Thank you, gratitude
- 9:19:14Speaker 3: for what ad thighs do for us. And I know
- 9:19:23Speaker 3: this may sound a bit strange. Maybe you think, why
- 9:19:30Speaker 3: am I Surely I should be out in the garden
- 9:19:33Speaker 3: hugging a tree or something. Wow, it's hard to set
- 9:19:41Speaker 3: a microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 9:19:44Speaker 3: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 9:19:48Speaker 3: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 9:19:57Speaker 3: you move down to your knees gain such an important part.
- 9:20:07Speaker 26: And I think we.
- 9:20:08Speaker 3: Don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily
- 9:20:15Speaker 3: appreciate all that my needs do for me until I
- 9:20:23Speaker 3: have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally if I
- 9:20:28Speaker 3: maybe I'll patch it, or it's aching for some reason.
- 9:20:34Speaker 3: It's then that I realize how much it does. You know,
- 9:20:40Speaker 3: the benefit of being able to use my legs without
- 9:20:48Speaker 3: any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's
- 9:20:55Speaker 3: possibly not appreciated until it's temporary, really removed. You know,
- 9:21:02Speaker 3: that's comfort. As you focus on your knees, regardless of
- 9:21:12Speaker 3: how your knees feel, you can have that sense of
- 9:21:19Speaker 3: gratitude and love to your needs for all that they
- 9:21:24Speaker 3: do for you. You can still have that attention on
- 9:21:37Speaker 3: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice
- 9:21:45Speaker 3: that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus now
- 9:22:04Speaker 3: on the bottoms of your legs, your shins, and your
- 9:22:08Speaker 3: calf muscles. The bones between your knees and your feet incorporates,
- 9:22:17Speaker 3: and the course, your ankles so important. You know, anyone
- 9:22:28Speaker 3: that's had even like the slightest sprain of an ankle
- 9:22:34Speaker 3: knows how how much we take our ankles for granted.
- 9:22:46Speaker 3: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 9:22:48Speaker 3: think that. You know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 9:22:54Speaker 3: thinner than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 9:22:59Speaker 3: It doesn't can't see any problem with that because we're
- 9:23:03Speaker 3: just picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner
- 9:23:11Speaker 3: than the rest of our legs. And from a physics
- 9:23:19Speaker 3: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 9:23:25Speaker 3: all this weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 9:23:34Speaker 3: then leading to your feet. That thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 9:23:47Speaker 3: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 9:23:53Speaker 3: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 9:24:05Speaker 3: you to get around and be mobile. And there's the
- 9:24:18Speaker 3: calf muscles of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 9:24:26Speaker 3: see the point in calf muscles didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 9:24:32Speaker 3: if I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 9:24:36Speaker 3: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 9:24:40Speaker 3: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs,
- 9:24:50Speaker 3: and your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 9:25:02Speaker 3: in a way, almost as a protector for the bone,
- 9:25:15Speaker 3: leading of course to your ankles and your feet. We're
- 9:25:27Speaker 3: not going to focus on your feet. We're just going
- 9:25:29Speaker 3: to focus on the legs. And I realize, now that
- 9:25:35Speaker 3: I've mentioned your feet, you probably focuses numb them anyway,
- 9:25:40Speaker 3: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 9:25:47Speaker 3: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 9:25:51Speaker 3: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 9:25:56Speaker 3: haven't been focusing on your thighs a few let me
- 9:26:02Speaker 3: focus in on your ankles. There's still that sensation of
- 9:26:16Speaker 3: comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement of energy
- 9:26:31Speaker 3: because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 9:26:38Speaker 3: there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that we have
- 9:26:43Speaker 3: in our thighs, but the skin on the outside of
- 9:26:56Speaker 3: the thighs, as in the outside of all of our
- 9:27:01Speaker 3: body can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch, sensitive
- 9:27:13Speaker 3: to temperature. And inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle,
- 9:27:28Speaker 3: there's the blood, vessels, the ar trees, to all this
- 9:27:32Speaker 3: stuff that's inside your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be
- 9:27:42Speaker 3: nice if you could actually put your fingers inside your
- 9:27:46Speaker 3: thighs and a message, so you can message on the outside,
- 9:27:52Speaker 3: of course, but to be able to get deep into
- 9:27:55Speaker 3: the muscles, to be able to just message inside your thighs,
- 9:28:02Speaker 3: message in the bones of your leg massage or the
- 9:28:11Speaker 3: veins and just gently healing the figs and you can
- 9:28:21Speaker 3: move down message and inside your knees, just message in
- 9:28:28Speaker 3: those bones, but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing energy
- 9:28:36Speaker 3: deep into the choice of your knees. Of course, there's
- 9:28:46Speaker 3: the back of your your need the inside crease where
- 9:28:52Speaker 3: your knee is. It's a really sensitive area. It's very
- 9:29:00Speaker 3: nice when you stroke it. That might be because it's
- 9:29:05Speaker 3: an area that's not really touched very often. It's almost
- 9:29:10Speaker 3: like a hidden part that crease your legs. It's almost.
- 9:29:19Speaker 31: It's like a part that.
- 9:29:22Speaker 3: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 9:29:33Speaker 3: it's protected by your legs, so you can imagine putting
- 9:29:44Speaker 3: your fingers into that crease in your legs. Folded in
- 9:29:54Speaker 3: between your legs, you can just mess out with your fingertips.
- 9:30:00Speaker 3: Let your fingertips going inside, massage in the muscle tissue.
- 9:30:11Speaker 3: You can of course feel the bones of your knees
- 9:30:17Speaker 3: healing through your fingertips. And then if you go down
- 9:30:30Speaker 3: to your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like
- 9:30:33Speaker 3: to be able to really put my fingertips step inside
- 9:30:38Speaker 3: my calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle,
- 9:30:49Speaker 3: healing every part, and then doing the same for my shins.
- 9:31:02Speaker 3: Massage in generally stroking the bones, generally stroking them healing
- 9:31:11Speaker 3: and loving way, because they deserve to be treated as
- 9:31:18Speaker 3: the precious bones that they are. Because our legs are
- 9:31:22Speaker 3: so precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 9:31:28Speaker 3: and more precious of any chore on the planet. When
- 9:31:42Speaker 3: you start to think about your legs in this way,
- 9:31:54Speaker 3: it can change your perspective. You might sound a bit
- 9:32:04Speaker 3: a bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 9:32:09Speaker 3: love for your legs, show an appreciation for your thighs,
- 9:32:19Speaker 3: want them to be able to put your hands in
- 9:32:23Speaker 3: your thighs the message the muscles and the bones, and
- 9:32:32Speaker 3: to get your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension.
- 9:32:40Speaker 3: Just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 9:32:50Speaker 3: how much you care for what your legs do for
- 9:32:53Speaker 3: you regularly, your meed, your can't your ankles. The strength
- 9:33:07Speaker 3: of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to
- 9:33:15Speaker 3: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're
- 9:33:22Speaker 3: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are
- 9:33:38Speaker 3: truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 9:33:49Speaker 3: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 9:33:57Speaker 3: even if you're only eat eight stone, still a lot
- 9:34:02Speaker 3: of weight for these little ankles. Now I'm a lot
- 9:34:09Speaker 3: heavier than eats now double that. Yeah, my ankles support
- 9:34:19Speaker 3: my body all the time. Whether they do give off
- 9:34:26Speaker 3: a side of relief.
- 9:34:27Speaker 32: When I sit down.
- 9:34:30Speaker 3: That's we've had my whole legs thre my feet, feet
- 9:34:38Speaker 3: also go un my toes clap.
- 9:34:43Speaker 31: I'm so happy.
- 9:35:03Speaker 3: Your legs really are amazing, and I know to talking
- 9:35:13Speaker 3: about talking about your legs is probably possibly one of
- 9:35:19Speaker 3: the most the most boring things I've ever heard. Anyone
- 9:35:23Speaker 3: say possibly you're boring or not. Everything I said is true.
- 9:35:34Speaker 3: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 9:35:55Speaker 3: they deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to take some
- 9:36:07Speaker 3: time out of the day to just lego completely. Legs
- 9:36:37Speaker 3: really can relax. And because the legs are so such
- 9:36:51Speaker 3: a most you know, very important part of your body,
- 9:36:56Speaker 3: and your relax reles, the rest of your body also
- 9:37:01Speaker 3: naturally follows in that journey of comfort. I feel it
- 9:37:19Speaker 3: in my hips. My hips feel really loose, and also
- 9:37:27Speaker 3: my lower back as well. My lower back really feels
- 9:37:33Speaker 3: it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a
- 9:37:38Speaker 3: chair and there's no stretching as far as I'm aware
- 9:37:44Speaker 3: that I'm doing. It's almost as if the muscles are
- 9:37:47Speaker 3: just relaxed so much that there is a natural stretch.
- 9:37:53Speaker 3: That attension has reduced a lot. And I'm now going
- 9:38:16Speaker 3: to count down from ten downs of one and you
- 9:38:23Speaker 3: can continue to fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 9:39:01Speaker 33: Three tube one relax.
- 9:39:24Speaker 3: So I'm just gonna countdown and fire down to one.
- 9:39:29Speaker 3: And as a countdown, if you just focus on the numbers,
- 9:39:36Speaker 3: just the numbers counting down and notice how you feel.
- 9:39:46Speaker 26: In this moment.
- 9:39:49Speaker 3: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 9:39:54Speaker 3: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 9:40:07Speaker 3: a body, but also relaxing your mind. I just notice
- 9:40:15Speaker 3: how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 9:40:22Speaker 3: there's nothing to think about, starting with.
- 9:40:29Speaker 26: Number five four three.
- 9:41:05Speaker 3: What As you notice the gradual.
- 9:41:24Speaker 26: Letting go.
- 9:41:27Speaker 3: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 9:41:34Speaker 3: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 9:41:42Speaker 3: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 9:41:53Speaker 3: It's not really a special procedure.
- 9:41:56Speaker 26: It's just natural.
- 9:41:57Speaker 3: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 9:42:05Speaker 3: and the more your mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 9:42:09Speaker 3: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 9:42:21Speaker 3: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 9:42:29Speaker 3: if there's background sounds either your side online, it's still
- 9:42:36Speaker 3: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 9:42:42Speaker 3: the television on, there's no music in the background, unless
- 9:42:47Speaker 3: you're listening to that recording with.
- 9:42:48Speaker 32: Music, of course, you're very likely not going to be
- 9:42:56Speaker 32: sitting in the room with other people, of course you
- 9:42:59Speaker 32: might be.
- 9:43:01Speaker 3: Generally, it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 9:43:04Speaker 3: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 9:43:16Speaker 3: about stuff, relaxation automatically rises, a sense of comfort starts
- 9:43:33Speaker 3: to grow, and without trying to build it up into
- 9:43:42Speaker 3: something fantastical, something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 9:43:56Speaker 3: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost in
- 9:44:07Speaker 3: the sense of relaxing completely happens.
- 9:44:12Speaker 32: Really when you put no effort into it.
- 9:44:16Speaker 3: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 9:44:22Speaker 3: that happens naturally. And parts of the process of.
- 9:44:33Speaker 26: This recording and others.
- 9:44:37Speaker 3: Is simply to allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 9:44:51Speaker 32: This time. It's just.
- 9:45:00Speaker 3: Let go.
- 9:45:03Speaker 32: To just be here, to be in tune.
- 9:45:11Speaker 3: With how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 9:45:23Speaker 3: to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending
- 9:45:36Speaker 3: on what it is that you wish.
- 9:45:39Speaker 26: For yourself.
- 9:45:42Speaker 32: In this moment.
- 9:45:50Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 9:45:59Speaker 3: of for and asleep. The actual fall asleep part is
- 9:46:04Speaker 3: a tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 9:46:16Speaker 3: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also if
- 9:46:34Speaker 3: you choose, stay.
- 9:46:38Speaker 26: Focused on my voice and really enjoy the process.
- 9:46:56Speaker 31: Congratually lack sin, each muscle.
- 9:47:14Speaker 32: In your body.
- 9:47:19Speaker 26: Effortlessly and just observing.
- 9:47:34Speaker 3: The sensation.
- 9:47:40Speaker 32: I'm letting go completely this time on account from six
- 9:47:58Speaker 32: thout one and make you notice the wid.
- 9:48:09Speaker 31: Go down.
- 9:48:12Speaker 3: With each number.
- 9:48:16Speaker 1: You hear me say.
- 9:48:22Speaker 32: Naturally, say peace. Six five
- 9:49:26Speaker 3: Fo attatata.
