Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot takes, cold facts, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and let's recap rogue style.
- 0:31Speaker 2: What's up you guys. Welcome to sound Bites number six.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I am Lenda McLaughlin, host of the Rogue Recap. He
- 0:36Speaker 2: is Eric Eggers. He is host of the Drill Down. Eric.
- 0:39Speaker 2: How are you today?
- 0:40Speaker 3: Well, I'm somewhat amazed and impressed that we made it
- 0:43Speaker 3: to the second hand, Linda, So you know what I mean.
- 0:47Speaker 3: I mean, I mean some people can one hand it
- 0:48Speaker 3: you Polydaco's out there, we see you when we love you,
- 0:51Speaker 3: But for most of the rest of the country, secondhand,
- 0:54Speaker 3: let's go.
- 0:55Speaker 2: You're so random, Okay. So I sent Eric a list
- 0:58Speaker 2: of things today and he said to me, that is
- 1:00Speaker 2: not one show's worth of material. So we are going
- 1:02Speaker 2: to bum rush this show because the whole goal of
- 1:07Speaker 2: Rogue Recap and Soundbites is to play you stuff and
- 1:10Speaker 2: show you stuff that is not getting played or shown anywhere,
- 1:12Speaker 2: and today is might be the pinnacle of that moment.
- 1:15Speaker 2: So this morning in New York City, and I try
- 1:19Speaker 2: not to be like focused here on the Northeast, but
- 1:21Speaker 2: I have to tell you guys this there was a
- 1:22Speaker 2: car explosion. If you're listening, you're going to hear it.
- 1:25Speaker 2: If you're watching, you're going to see it. And it's
- 1:27Speaker 2: really scary because it's down in it's by the Raging
- 1:30Speaker 2: Bull in front of the Exchange, and it's super scary
- 1:33Speaker 2: obviously because nine to eleven, YadA, YadA, But you have
- 1:36Speaker 2: to see this is happening in New York City this morning.
- 1:39Speaker 2: It's out of mountains. So if you're listening, this is a.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Taking over to the city street, riding up into the air.
- 1:58Speaker 5: People are running everywhere hard, we're backing up and the
- 2:02Speaker 5: black skilling up just like nine to eleven. I mean,
- 2:05Speaker 5: it's super scary game area. And you're just like, yeah,
- 2:12Speaker 5: that sounds that sounds good, right, we think.
- 2:18Speaker 6: Eric, Uh, it is terrifying.
- 2:21Speaker 3: And like you said, everything, any explosion in New York
- 2:25Speaker 3: City is going to be terror coded. But I would say,
- 2:28Speaker 3: you know, the first thing I thought of when I
- 2:30Speaker 3: see an explosion in front of the Bowl on Wall
- 2:33Speaker 3: Street is I'll take signs that Mom Donnie's economic policies
- 2:36Speaker 3: are no longer just a metaphor for a thousands.
- 2:38Speaker 2: You know, they blew up.
- 2:41Speaker 3: They literally did in fact, communism is under attack. No,
- 2:44Speaker 3: it's bad, and you know that.
- 2:47Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Did they figure out an explanation for what happened? Is
- 2:49Speaker 3: just some random thing or do they explosedly.
- 2:52Speaker 2: And again I use that word very strongly, supposedly, And
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'm sure we'll get more information later if they ever
- 2:57Speaker 2: get to the bottom of it. But they are thinking
- 2:59Speaker 2: it might have been one of these charging electric cars.
- 3:02Speaker 2: So I don't know if you remember this, but I
- 3:04Speaker 2: guess it was. It might be two years ago. Now
- 3:07Speaker 2: there was a huge problem in all of these garages
- 3:11Speaker 2: in Lower Manhattan because these car batteries that are chargeable
- 3:16Speaker 2: in these evs are catching on fire.
- 3:19Speaker 6: It was literally exploding.
- 3:20Speaker 3: No, with the same problem, and with the same problem
- 3:23Speaker 3: in Florida too, after hurricanes like they would get flooded
- 3:25Speaker 3: and somehow the flooding caused corrosion and then they exploded.
- 3:29Speaker 3: I think it's actually gonna be a theme of today's show,
- 3:31Speaker 3: because I know we're going to talk about like the
- 3:32Speaker 3: data centers later. But no, it's ironic that when the
- 3:35Speaker 3: green energy policies end up literally exploding and causing more
- 3:39Speaker 3: pollution than the problem they are tended to solve us.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Yes, and I mean where is John Kerry when you
- 3:44Speaker 2: need him? I mean, you know he is obviously the
- 3:48Speaker 2: pre eminent voice on all things climate change and catch
- 3:51Speaker 2: up mister Harry, please.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Well, the good news is while green energy is little,
- 3:54Speaker 3: exploding oil is cheap.
- 3:56Speaker 6: So we're good.
- 3:56Speaker 2: You know you're crazy, So anyway, I will add one
- 4:01Speaker 2: more point to that. In the land of Mom Donnie,
- 4:03Speaker 2: which I unfortunately am subjected to in the last two weeks,
- 4:08Speaker 2: I have seen two other things that have never happened
- 4:10Speaker 2: in New York City. One was Penn Station was closed
- 4:13Speaker 2: because of a fire on the tracks. It shut down
- 4:16Speaker 2: all of the trains for Long Island Railroad, New Jersey
- 4:20Speaker 2: Transit and Amtrack. So really hold on to that, like
- 4:23Speaker 2: this is an epicenter of travel and commuters. During rush hour,
- 4:28Speaker 2: I was on a train. We couldn't get into Penn Station.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Of course, nobody knows why, because nobody ever knows why.
- 4:33Speaker 2: And you know, the AM Track announcer comes over over
- 4:36Speaker 2: a loudspeaker that literally sounds like something out of Charlie
- 4:38Speaker 2: Brown and he says, yeah, we don't know what's happening either.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I so like we'll come back, like when we got something,
- 4:44Speaker 2: all right, all right, cool, thanks bro, you know, like
- 4:47Speaker 2: zero information. Get to Penn Station. It's mobbed. I'm like,
- 4:51Speaker 2: what is going on? Then I get on the train
- 4:54Speaker 2: the subway, the subway stops moving. They tell everyone to
- 4:58Speaker 2: get off the train. We get off the tra train
- 5:00Speaker 2: in times square. Then they say, oh, sorry, fossil alarm,
- 5:03Speaker 2: get back on the train. We get back on the
- 5:04Speaker 2: train and they're like oh no, no, no, no, yeah, sorry.
- 5:07Speaker 2: This train is now going to go in a different direction,
- 5:09Speaker 2: so you can get back on, but only if you're
- 5:10Speaker 2: going in that direction, which is a direction that train
- 5:12Speaker 2: doesn't go in. I'm like, this is one morning. This
- 5:15Speaker 2: isn't like over a course of days. Right that night,
- 5:19Speaker 2: coming home, they completely shut down Penn Station. I stood
- 5:22Speaker 2: there for two and a half hours with many, many
- 5:25Speaker 2: other people, and then they shuttled everyone to Grand Central,
- 5:30Speaker 2: where you had to live within a certain radius to
- 5:32Speaker 2: get buses or shuttles home. I of course do not
- 5:36Speaker 2: live within that radius, had to get car service. It
- 5:39Speaker 2: was a disaster. And then the next day Long Island
- 5:42Speaker 2: Roadroad was like, by the way, we're going on strike.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I'm like, mom, doney, you are crushing it. Bro, Like
- 5:47Speaker 2: negotiation skills, keeping stuff up to snuff. You know, it's nice.
- 5:51Speaker 2: You don't just have to worry about getting killed on
- 5:53Speaker 2: the subway anymore.
- 5:54Speaker 3: You might not even I love that we sort of
- 5:56Speaker 3: just glided past. So I had car service, like not
- 5:59Speaker 3: a big deal.
- 6:00Speaker 2: It was a very big deal.
- 6:01Speaker 4: It was fours bro, They're.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Really big deal. And the best part was is because
- 6:06Speaker 2: I got a friend who has a company. I was like, yo,
- 6:08Speaker 2: you have any cars in the area, because like, I'm
- 6:10Speaker 2: literally in pensation for two and a half hours. He
- 6:12Speaker 2: was like, yeah, it was gonna cost you, though, dude,
- 6:14Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, all right, thanks.
- 6:15Speaker 6: Can you see?
- 6:15Speaker 3: Yeah, the good news is, from what I understand it,
- 6:19Speaker 3: despite those numerous and time consuming challenges from a transmission standpoint,
- 6:23Speaker 3: New York was a notoriously patient and understanding when it
- 6:26Speaker 3: comes to these things.
- 6:27Speaker 6: I'm sure the crowd was very gentle and subdued.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Oh and then mom Donna comes on and say, listen, guys,
- 6:34Speaker 3: none of us would be happening if Ken Griffin hadn't
- 6:36Speaker 3: taken it to my end was paying taxes like it's supposed.
- 6:38Speaker 2: To be, bro. It's kind of like ho col When
- 6:40Speaker 2: she talked about the long Island Roads. Like she's like, yeah,
- 6:42Speaker 2: it's Trump's fault. I'm like, I'm wait what I'm like, Okay,
- 6:46Speaker 2: here's the thing.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Like in London, dude, like that stuff happens all the time.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah all the time, Like trains are getting canceled.
- 6:53Speaker 3: I mean yeah, Like it's just like lots of liberal
- 6:56Speaker 3: governance policies, unions, expectations.
- 6:59Speaker 6: Oh yeah.
- 6:59Speaker 3: So I would just say, uh, get prepared, get get
- 7:03Speaker 3: real comfortable, and like, get real familiar with your car service.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Guy.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been driving. It's even more fun. Okay, onto
- 7:09Speaker 2: the next crazy thing. So this is a teacher. You
- 7:12Speaker 2: might remember this story. This guy decided that his name
- 7:16Speaker 2: is David Wilcox, and he put together this project in
- 7:20Speaker 2: Cumberland County. It's a high school where he wanted his
- 7:24Speaker 2: students to uh put together charts to describe and display
- 7:30Speaker 2: their sexual orientation, their gender, their politics, and sort of
- 7:34Speaker 2: make in Kamala Harris's favorite words, aven diagram of the
- 7:38Speaker 2: crossover of what they consider their identities. Now, there is
- 7:43Speaker 2: no video for this, but I just want to show
- 7:45Speaker 2: for those of you watching an image of this man,
- 7:50Speaker 2: because he's real special and I think people that are
- 7:52Speaker 2: very special should be seen. Yes, this is exactly who
- 7:55Speaker 2: I want my child talking to about their sexuality.
- 7:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a tough one.
- 8:00Speaker 3: It's like if mister Belvedere and Jared from Subway had
- 8:02Speaker 3: a love child, I think this is what he would
- 8:04Speaker 3: look like. And uh, it's odd because you know, imagine
- 8:09Speaker 3: a world where teachers who are a little bit too
- 8:12Speaker 3: interested in gender and discussing sexuality with kind of preteens
- 8:17Speaker 3: ends up having some proclivities they're not socially acceptable.
- 8:22Speaker 6: It's an odd thing. It also reminds me.
- 8:23Speaker 3: You have a friend who taught for a long time
- 8:25Speaker 3: and in Florida, you know, we've had lots of different
- 8:27Speaker 3: educational kind of topics come up, including whether or not
- 8:29Speaker 3: to allow teachers to have weapons in the classroom. And
- 8:33Speaker 3: my friend who's a big liberal, but he you know,
- 8:35Speaker 3: he's got a grace as a humor. He said, listen man,
- 8:36Speaker 3: because he, you know, taught middle school. He goes, look,
- 8:39Speaker 3: either arm me or let me groom them in peace.
- 8:41Speaker 6: Okay, But like this.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Guy, literally, it's always the same thing, right. It's like
- 8:48Speaker 2: people who use words like instead of saying pedophile, you
- 8:51Speaker 2: say minor attractive persons. I'm like, ah, yeah, no, that's no.
- 8:55Speaker 3: I think this guy took the escalator past minor attractive person.
- 8:58Speaker 3: He's up, He's up in the pedophop house, one hundred.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Percent pro well said. And now look at this, we
- 9:03Speaker 2: find out that he was having inappropriate conversations and communications
- 9:08Speaker 2: with his students.
- 9:09Speaker 3: And oh, by the way, when this is only gonna
- 9:11Speaker 3: happen more because as you know, it's not like teachers
- 9:14Speaker 3: are like lining up to get hired at these schools.
- 9:16Speaker 6: I mean every school has got an employee shortage.
- 9:19Speaker 3: So what happens is they have to lower the thresholder
- 9:21Speaker 3: who's what's acceptable to let in the classroom, And so
- 9:24Speaker 3: you're going to start seeing like a lot worse behaviors. Unfortunately,
- 9:27Speaker 3: just because you know, the screening process is not as robust,
- 9:30Speaker 3: so some of these people become like self selecting populations
- 9:33Speaker 3: and they you know, unfortunately they're in these spaces not
- 9:36Speaker 3: because they want to be great educators, because they want
- 9:38Speaker 3: to access the pre teen populations.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Yes, and I have to say in closing on that story,
- 9:42Speaker 2: David Wilcox has submitted his resignation letter but remains under
- 9:46Speaker 2: police investigations. So something to think about, something to think over.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Pay attention to, I'm like, all right, I really these
- 9:54Speaker 2: are things when people start messing with your kids, which
- 9:56Speaker 2: we have a lot of today and Today's show. I
- 9:59Speaker 2: just if you want to be weird and you want
- 10:01Speaker 2: to draw men diagrams of who you like to sleep with,
- 10:03Speaker 2: knock yourself out, do it at your own kitchen table,
- 10:05Speaker 2: hanging up on your fridge. Even you know we've got
- 10:07Speaker 2: magnets for that. Knock yourself out. Please leave my kids alone,
- 10:10Speaker 2: Thank you very much. All right. For those of you
- 10:12Speaker 2: who think that being aware of Islam as a takeover
- 10:15Speaker 2: religion that wants to invade and not assimilate, I would
- 10:19Speaker 2: like you to hear first him from this e mom
- 10:21Speaker 2: as to why that is the accurate way of thinking
- 10:24Speaker 2: prior to playing Eric any footnotes.
- 10:27Speaker 3: This is in London, correct, So I think this is
- 10:29Speaker 3: This is in London, but I think you will hear.
- 10:33Speaker 3: You know, London in many ways is like twenty years
- 10:35Speaker 3: ahead of some of the more islama fied cities in
- 10:38Speaker 3: the United States. But yes, it's an interesting kind of
- 10:41Speaker 3: a window into what might be coming.
- 10:42Speaker 7: One hundred percent, respected elders, sisters, we have a weight
- 10:48Speaker 7: on our shoulders which is very heavy, and that weights
- 10:51Speaker 7: on our shoulders. Is the same way that.
- 10:54Speaker 4: The prof down.
- 10:56Speaker 7: Because this task of changing the world order, it's mine
- 11:01Speaker 7: and yours and everyone else around here, the young, the old,
- 11:05Speaker 7: and you have been contributing to it. And let me
- 11:08Speaker 7: tell you how the first blow to America, because I
- 11:14Speaker 7: want to focus on the US, and the first blow
- 11:18Speaker 7: that was dealt to the US was when it was Afghanistan.
- 11:26Speaker 7: It was Afghanistan. They dealt such a blow to the US.
- 11:32Speaker 7: Now we can actually step in, Now we can project
- 11:35Speaker 7: our leadership. Now we can give the final blow to America.
- 11:41Speaker 7: We we, all of us in this room, should be
- 11:44Speaker 7: rubbing our hands together because it's the time and opportunity
- 11:48Speaker 7: to project Islam as an alternate world order.
- 11:51Speaker 2: You know, yeah, but we are we we are that.
- 11:54Speaker 7: No, we're nothing, We're not we So.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Just taking outside the bark. This guy does not seem
- 12:02Speaker 2: to be a person that has any interest in working
- 12:05Speaker 2: with America. He has one interest taking over America for
- 12:09Speaker 2: his new world Islamic order.
- 12:13Speaker 3: I love the idea he says, we should be rubbing
- 12:14Speaker 3: our hands together, you know, like it's like the visual
- 12:17Speaker 3: of scheming.
- 12:18Speaker 6: Not because they're cold.
- 12:21Speaker 3: My biggest question is when they have these like Islamic
- 12:23Speaker 3: confabs and they're talking about, you know, death to America.
- 12:26Speaker 3: We want to install, you know, this new Islamic order.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Do you think they follow the Roberts rules of order
- 12:31Speaker 3: When it comes to just how you facilitate the floor discussion,
- 12:34Speaker 3: it's like death doormatica excuse me, sir, mack Mood had
- 12:37Speaker 3: the floor. Okay, that's the point of order.
- 12:38Speaker 4: You know.
- 12:41Speaker 6: Sorry, sorry, yeah, And this concludes my time. Thank you.
- 12:46Speaker 2: I mean, I really I have no sensitivities to this
- 12:50Speaker 2: religion at all. And a big part of that is
- 12:53Speaker 2: because I'm informed. So people are like, oh, it's Islamophobia.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, it's islam informed.
- 12:59Speaker 2: I am informed. You're still living in, I don't know,
- 13:01Speaker 2: some sort of rainbow fantasy that everybody's going to get along.
- 13:04Speaker 2: You and the Pope obviously all think that Islam is
- 13:07Speaker 2: a religion of peace. And yet, and yet, every single
- 13:10Speaker 2: time we look at any nation that thinks that bringing
- 13:14Speaker 2: in people who practice this religion faithfully as they see
- 13:18Speaker 2: it right, they take over and they ruin, they knock
- 13:22Speaker 2: down churches, They rape the other people that are there,
- 13:25Speaker 2: because that is the mentality. We have to rape we
- 13:27Speaker 2: have to pillage, we have to control, conquer. That's it.
- 13:31Speaker 3: So I would love for them to play that clip.
- 13:33Speaker 3: They never will do it, but I'm old. Nu's remember
- 13:35Speaker 3: a time when they would host Democrat presidential primary or
- 13:39Speaker 3: like debates on like Fox News or even on some conservatives.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Imagine them playing that clip for Democrat presidential contenders and
- 13:48Speaker 3: allowing them to respond to it, or for like the
- 13:50Speaker 3: California goaubnatorial contenders and see what they said. I promise
- 13:53Speaker 3: you the reason why Trump exists and the reason why
- 13:56Speaker 3: mag exists is because, like people will at least acknowledge,
- 14:00Speaker 3: as you have just done, that perspective is real and
- 14:04Speaker 3: it has support, you know, universally as opposed to baring
- 14:09Speaker 3: your head in the sands no pun intended and pretending
- 14:11Speaker 3: that that is not a real thing. So I do
- 14:13Speaker 3: think that to me, the conversation I think is that
- 14:16Speaker 3: is so useful for the countries like allow people on
- 14:19Speaker 3: the left to see that, hear that, and respond to
- 14:22Speaker 3: it just in whatever honest way they feel comfortable.
- 14:25Speaker 6: I would literally love to hear what they have to say.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah, And the problem is is that they won't even
- 14:30Speaker 2: entertain that clip. As we're going to see in this
- 14:32Speaker 2: next clip the complete and utter lack of or misinformation.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I'm like, guys, do you go ahead? Please?
- 14:43Speaker 3: Well no, this is great because I like, so, I've
- 14:44Speaker 3: just been through a thing where I've had to do
- 14:47Speaker 3: it a couple of times now, so I have I'm
- 14:49Speaker 3: already a white Republican male, right, so I don't need
- 14:51Speaker 3: more help to feel empowered. But I now know that
- 14:54Speaker 3: because I have a certain kind of credit card, if
- 14:56Speaker 3: something doesn't go my way, I can just get I
- 14:58Speaker 3: can call the credit card company up and they will
- 15:00Speaker 3: cancel transaction. It's like a no questions asked kind of thing.
- 15:02Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Not only do I get little sandwiches at airports, but
- 15:05Speaker 3: I can just cancel transactions like I'm all right.
- 15:08Speaker 6: But so it's fun to.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Hear this person think of their like white privilege. Even
- 15:14Speaker 3: though they keep it in their pocket, They're like, they're
- 15:16Speaker 3: willing to get it out if and when they need to.
- 15:19Speaker 2: This is a well set up clip. Take a look,
- 15:24Speaker 2: are you LGBTQ?
- 15:26Speaker 8: Oh yeah, I'm clear. Okay, what would happen to you
- 15:29Speaker 8: if you walked into Gaza or any any place called Palestine?
- 15:35Speaker 2: I don't know, Uh you, I would assume my white
- 15:39Speaker 2: privilege would keep me safe in that aspect, I'm not.
- 15:41Speaker 8: A white privilege in Palestine would keep you safe.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I'm just saying like I'm an American, I'm white.
- 15:48Speaker 2: They're not gonna you know.
- 15:49Speaker 3: You know, it's like it's like the old MS commercial
- 15:51Speaker 3: being white. It's everywhere you want to be.
- 15:55Speaker 2: But like he's standing there, right, he's got the piercings
- 15:59Speaker 2: and he's got signs. The signs are not clear, but
- 16:01Speaker 2: one of them is like, you know, free stop the
- 16:03Speaker 2: war in Iran. Right, Meanwhile the Iranians are begging us
- 16:06Speaker 2: to finish it, and then the other ones like trans
- 16:09Speaker 2: rites or you know, some nonsense. But it's like you
- 16:12Speaker 2: think for one second that you know he had. The
- 16:15Speaker 2: first question he asks him is you know, are you queer?
- 16:18Speaker 2: And he's like, yeah, I'm queer, okay, And then he says, okay, well,
- 16:21Speaker 2: how do you think that would be for you in
- 16:23Speaker 2: any of these countries? And there's some piece of him,
- 16:27Speaker 2: as you can see in his face as he speaks,
- 16:29Speaker 2: that knows they would hang him from a crane. But
- 16:33Speaker 2: he can't say that because it conflicts with his two signs.
- 16:36Speaker 2: So he's like, h how do I answer this? Oh,
- 16:38Speaker 2: I know, I'll go to my white privilege. I'm like, bro,
- 16:41Speaker 2: they don't care about your white privilege. They care that
- 16:44Speaker 2: last night Harry and Larry were in your bedroom and
- 16:47Speaker 2: they don't like that. So they're going to kill you
- 16:50Speaker 2: because that freedom that you have here in America, that
- 16:52Speaker 2: you're so used to and that you take for granted,
- 16:55Speaker 2: is going to be stomped through the desert like a camel,
- 16:59Speaker 2: you idiot. So in this post, which I have to
- 17:02Speaker 2: give the hat tip to Wall Street Apes, I love
- 17:04Speaker 2: Wall Street Apes. If you guys aren't following them, police
- 17:06Speaker 2: follow But he points out all of the places where
- 17:11Speaker 2: your sexuality, if you're queer, lesbian, whatever the words and
- 17:15Speaker 2: acronyms are, who cares, right, it doesn't matter if you
- 17:18Speaker 2: are not a straight person. In Iran, it's actively enforced
- 17:22Speaker 2: into the penal code. Highest rates of execution for being
- 17:25Speaker 2: a gay personal lesbian Saudi Arabia death penalty, Yemen death penalty,
- 17:28Speaker 2: Somali death penalty, Nigeria death penalty, Uganda. Aggravated homosexuality carries
- 17:34Speaker 2: the death penalty under the twenty twenty three Anti Homosexuality Act.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I mean, it's a list of the who's who, and
- 17:40Speaker 2: this guy's like, no, no, it's totally fine. I just
- 17:42Speaker 2: like pull my white privilege card.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Well he does, and unfortn you know, I have it
- 17:46Speaker 3: on fairly good authority that one of his favorite things
- 17:49Speaker 3: to do with Harry and Larry is the camel stop.
- 17:53Speaker 2: God. That's amazing. I wish that I thought of it first.
- 17:58Speaker 2: It's great. So yeah, it's just more more confusion, more
- 18:03Speaker 2: just frustration with people like this that are outside with
- 18:06Speaker 2: their signs and they don't even know what they're protesting
- 18:09Speaker 2: for against or how it would be received.
- 18:11Speaker 6: So I would just tell you this and then we
- 18:12Speaker 6: should move on.
- 18:12Speaker 3: But you know, at the at the Government Accountability Institute,
- 18:15Speaker 3: we do a white elephant gift exchange every year for.
- 18:19Speaker 6: At Christmas time.
- 18:20Speaker 3: I know, and I have just decided that I will
- 18:23Speaker 3: absolutely buy a Queers or Palaestin T shirt that be
- 18:26Speaker 3: my white elephant gift exchange.
- 18:28Speaker 6: It will kill I know, it is no, I know
- 18:31Speaker 6: it's going to do so well.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It's like I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. Okay, So,
- 18:34Speaker 2: if you're following the Data Center conversation that is taking
- 18:38Speaker 2: over the nation, and it was interesting because I saw
- 18:40Speaker 2: Bloomberg yesterday was running all these clips of these graduation
- 18:45Speaker 2: ceremonies and they had their honorary speakers, and one of
- 18:49Speaker 2: the speakers and I won't quote the school because I
- 18:51Speaker 2: can't remember, but hey, got up.
- 18:52Speaker 3: It's been like a bunch of them, like I've seen
- 18:55Speaker 3: like multiple college commencement speakers booed off the stage referencing
- 18:59Speaker 3: a and everything else.
- 19:01Speaker 2: So this generation that is currently going to go out
- 19:04Speaker 2: into the workforce or at least give it their best
- 19:06Speaker 2: old college try can't get a job because why people
- 19:09Speaker 2: like Mark Zuckerberger laying them off for their AI bots.
- 19:13Speaker 2: This is a real thing. So there's a guy here.
- 19:17Speaker 2: I don't even ask me how I found it because
- 19:18Speaker 2: I really don't know. I don't know how my algorithm
- 19:20Speaker 2: is working, but it's feeding me some interesting stuff. But
- 19:22Speaker 2: this guy's name is Clayton Tucker, and he is currently
- 19:26Speaker 2: out spreading the word that there is a twenty twenty
- 19:30Speaker 2: four rule that says we can stop a data center
- 19:34Speaker 2: because projects that are considered of national security and they
- 19:39Speaker 2: have any products in the making of their final I
- 19:43Speaker 2: guess version of whatever they're doing that come from China,
- 19:46Speaker 2: they're not allowed to do that everything has to be
- 19:48Speaker 2: made in America, So it actually stopped this one data
- 19:52Speaker 2: center from being built. Now, when I tell you, this
- 19:54Speaker 2: guy is like standing on a stage with a bandstand
- 19:57Speaker 2: behind him in a cowboy hat. This is the last
- 19:59Speaker 2: thing I thought this guy was going to say.
- 20:01Speaker 3: But he's brilliant and he's right, and it's consistent by
- 20:04Speaker 3: the way, Florida's Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, he's had bills
- 20:08Speaker 3: intro student legislation that like kind of would prevent Chinese
- 20:11Speaker 3: technology from being used in parts of the infrastructure for
- 20:15Speaker 3: exactly that reason, right, Like I mean, you saw when
- 20:17Speaker 3: they went to present they went to China, all the press, delegation,
- 20:20Speaker 3: everybody else that had to turn over everything that Chinese
- 20:23Speaker 3: people gave him because they're worried about secret recordings and
- 20:25Speaker 3: all that stuff. So you know that stuff is also
- 20:28Speaker 3: a threat in any piece of software that comes over here. Yeah,
- 20:32Speaker 3: So good for this guy for using at least our
- 20:34Speaker 3: awareness of that. From a public policy standpoint, there's a
- 20:37Speaker 3: way to stop this data center thing from happening.
- 20:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent. Take a listen.
- 20:41Speaker 8: There is a county that stopped a data center because
- 20:44Speaker 8: of the twenty twenty four National Defense Authorization Act. The
- 20:48Speaker 8: Act says that if you built anything related to national security,
- 20:52Speaker 8: that it cannot use any components from China. All data
- 20:55Speaker 8: centers have components from China. That's how the supply chains work.
- 20:59Speaker 8: So they were able to sue them and got them
- 21:01Speaker 8: stopped for that reason.
- 21:04Speaker 2: I mean, absolutely genius. I can't fault this guy for
- 21:07Speaker 2: one second. And he's just you know, he's actually running
- 21:12Speaker 2: for public office. His name is Clayton Fuller. I think
- 21:14Speaker 2: I want to make sure I get his name.
- 21:15Speaker 6: It was Clayton Tucker.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Clayton Tucker, excuse me, Clayton Tucker. And he's just like
- 21:20Speaker 2: up there, like hey guys, just sharing the knowledge, you know,
- 21:23Speaker 2: protect your communities. And I will say, as you and
- 21:26Speaker 2: I were talking about before, if you're doing any kind
- 21:28Speaker 2: of research on AI and these data centers, you are
- 21:31Speaker 2: hearing about water shortages, humming and buzzing.
- 21:35Speaker 6: It's not just like Internet research.
- 21:37Speaker 3: I mean, I think the good news is, here's how
- 21:38Speaker 3: you know, like AI hasn't taken over because we are
- 21:42Speaker 3: aware of these things. It's so pervasive. Linda, there's a
- 21:45Speaker 3: TV show on NBC called Stumble. It's like it's like
- 21:48Speaker 3: a cheerleader. It's like the office, but for like a
- 21:50Speaker 3: cheerleading team and a junior college down ahead. Because I
- 21:55Speaker 3: have children and I'm an active and engaged father. Blame
- 21:58Speaker 3: it on the kids anyway. Like the plot of one
- 22:01Speaker 3: of the episodes is literally like an AI data center
- 22:04Speaker 3: wants to come to town or whatever, and they're all like, yeah,
- 22:06Speaker 3: it's gonna bring jobs.
- 22:06Speaker 6: And then but then again, this is a network TV show.
- 22:10Speaker 3: And then like the next episode, like, okay, actually it's
- 22:12Speaker 3: sucked up.
- 22:12Speaker 6: All the water and the power and everything else.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Uri And I was, you know, a friend of my
- 22:17Speaker 2: husband's was just saying the other day that his company
- 22:20Speaker 2: is has been engaged to help build one of these
- 22:23Speaker 2: data centers. This is one of the places where the
- 22:25Speaker 2: community voted yes, and it's a wide swath of land
- 22:30Speaker 2: in the middle of the country. There are no homes
- 22:32Speaker 2: or anything around it, so okay, fine, And he said
- 22:36Speaker 2: that the company told him there is no expense too
- 22:40Speaker 2: high to get this done. Just get it done. So
- 22:43Speaker 2: for the next however long, the people that are building
- 22:46Speaker 2: this data center will have jobs and they'll thrive, and
- 22:49Speaker 2: then as soon as they're done with them, you're done.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Thank you for playing and move on.
- 22:53Speaker 6: Yeah, so I like that.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I know I made fun of you for like casually
- 22:56Speaker 3: referencing car service earlier. But when I was reading about
- 22:59Speaker 3: Lake Haho news, I saw that the UH one of
- 23:03Speaker 3: the one of the utilities there is going to stop
- 23:07Speaker 3: serving power to the residents in and around that area
- 23:10Speaker 3: because it has to go to the data centers in Nevada.
- 23:14Speaker 3: So it's insane, and I do think that. So you
- 23:17Speaker 3: got two kind of competing threats right there, the Chinese
- 23:20Speaker 3: Spiana piece of it, and there's also hey, what are
- 23:22Speaker 3: we gonna do about this? And eventually you're we're waiting
- 23:25Speaker 3: for the green energy people to be like, hey, yeah, the.
- 23:28Speaker 6: Power is coming problem somewhere. Yeah, you know, you get.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Involved in this. But they're not about that right because
- 23:33Speaker 2: they can't make money off of it. And probably half
- 23:35Speaker 2: of them we're insider training on it already because they
- 23:37Speaker 2: got all their lobbying friends telling them, hey, you should
- 23:40Speaker 2: buy in this because it's about to take off, bro,
- 23:41Speaker 2: and they're like, all right, I'm in on that.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Meanwhile, Trump's flying Jensen Wong over the China be like
- 23:46Speaker 3: more Ai, let's go bro.
- 23:47Speaker 2: I don't even get me started. And then it's like, oh,
- 23:50Speaker 2: we're not making your chips, just kidding or making your chips.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Oh did you short that before we told you. I mean,
- 23:55Speaker 2: it's a whole other conversation. But my issue right now
- 23:59Speaker 2: is the data centers are a little bit scary because
- 24:02Speaker 2: President Trump did say and I think I don't don't
- 24:05Speaker 2: quote me on this, but I believe it was January
- 24:07Speaker 2: of February when we really started talking about these data
- 24:09Speaker 2: centers and he said, the government is not going to
- 24:12Speaker 2: supply you with your buildout, with your locations or any
- 24:16Speaker 2: help to get this done. You need to figure it out,
- 24:18Speaker 2: get your stuff built, and figure out where you're getting
- 24:19Speaker 2: power and water. And I'm like, at the time, I
- 24:22Speaker 2: was like, oh, I'm glad they're not going to be
- 24:23Speaker 2: hurting taxpayers with that. Now I'm like, oh shit, they're
- 24:25Speaker 2: hurting taxpayers. Are taking our water in our electric and
- 24:28Speaker 2: they're paying so much that these utility companies are like, well, yeah, sure, yeah,
- 24:33Speaker 2: we'll take your four times the rate. You know. Feet
- 24:36Speaker 2: that's the problem, right. I don't know, I'm not sure
- 24:40Speaker 2: where this ends up or how that all shakes out,
- 24:42Speaker 2: but it does. It freaks me out a little bit.
- 24:44Speaker 2: And other things that freak me out. More trans killers?
- 24:46Speaker 2: How about that segue You're welcome. Really weird. We've got
- 24:51Speaker 2: these two trans kids, seventeen and eighteen, and I'm not
- 24:56Speaker 2: going to say their name because there's been some back
- 24:58Speaker 2: and forth about their names and the picture being used.
- 25:00Speaker 2: And I'm sure you've seen that too. But they went
- 25:02Speaker 2: into this mosque in California and shot three people, killed
- 25:07Speaker 2: three people, and then suicided each other. Why Manifesto go
- 25:13Speaker 2: pro cameras? I could not believe. And I actually think
- 25:16Speaker 2: Elon Mush would look into this. I was on X
- 25:18Speaker 2: yesterday looking up information on this because that's where I
- 25:21Speaker 2: go to first, as you know, and they actually auto
- 25:24Speaker 2: rolled the video of him or them or whatever they
- 25:28Speaker 2: were shooting the other one, and I was.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Like, really, who I mean, like just like, oh my gosh,
- 25:34Speaker 3: that's Charlie Kirk stuff.
- 25:35Speaker 6: Yeah, carib right.
- 25:37Speaker 2: It's like when you see it, Like when I saw
- 25:38Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk get murdered, I was like it was so
- 25:41Speaker 2: shocking and jarring that it it really uh, it really
- 25:44Speaker 2: took hold of me. Obviously we all know Charlie and
- 25:46Speaker 2: he was a friend. But I was like, ah wait,
- 25:49Speaker 2: wait wait, I'm sorry did that just happen on live television?
- 25:52Speaker 2: Like we were carrying that and it was just just horrible.
- 25:56Speaker 2: But this trans murder stuff is getting to a spot
- 25:59Speaker 2: where I'm really having a hard time not looking to
- 26:04Speaker 2: the parents and the physicians that are administering these SSRIs.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Something is.
- 26:09Speaker 3: I would say this, like what I saw, Let's talk
- 26:11Speaker 3: about like how the story got covered, because you know,
- 26:13Speaker 3: because I think most people have an awareness that there
- 26:15Speaker 3: was a mosque shooting in San Diego. Yes, and even
- 26:19Speaker 3: if you just saw the headline, but the headline then suggests,
- 26:22Speaker 3: or like the commentary next to the headline suggests that
- 26:24Speaker 3: it's connected to, you know, Islamophobia or some other level
- 26:28Speaker 3: of kind of white, bigoted, kind of anti Muslim perspective.
- 26:33Speaker 3: And then but then so this particular detail, and again,
- 26:36Speaker 3: the fact they happen to be trans doesn't necessarily mean
- 26:39Speaker 3: that they, you know, committed this shooting in a mosque,
- 26:42Speaker 3: but that part of the story is at least as
- 26:45Speaker 3: relevant as I mean, there's no evidence they were islamophobic.
- 26:47Speaker 6: I don't think. I haven't read the manifesto, but.
- 26:50Speaker 2: No, it has been ready in its entirety.
- 26:52Speaker 3: But yeah, so there's a lot The point is like
- 26:54Speaker 3: this is another data point in a different story that
- 26:58Speaker 3: is not being discussed in connection to the mosque shooting.
- 27:03Speaker 3: I think that the narratives suggest allow people to kind
- 27:05Speaker 3: of draw the inference of something that's not necessarily true,
- 27:08Speaker 3: which is like, this is another instance of like Islamophobia.
- 27:10Speaker 2: And I think too, you know, and alec lace who.
- 27:14Speaker 3: And by the way, I'm sorry, Linda, but just like
- 27:15Speaker 3: to the to the scenario we talked about earlier, I
- 27:18Speaker 3: would bet you, like real money that in that scenario
- 27:22Speaker 3: where we said, hey, here's this clip of these moms
- 27:25Speaker 3: in London talking about want to impose a new world order?
- 27:28Speaker 3: Like what do you think elected Democrats, they would reference
- 27:32Speaker 3: this shooting at this mosque as reasons why we need
- 27:35Speaker 3: to protect and stand up, you know, look out for
- 27:37Speaker 3: and fight against Islamophobia. Yeah, in addition to everything else, right,
- 27:40Speaker 3: this would get referenced before anything else.
- 27:42Speaker 2: And to your and to exactly that point when it
- 27:45Speaker 2: happened yesterday, I went, oh, man, what are the Democrats
- 27:48Speaker 2: going to do? We got their two favorite groups, We
- 27:50Speaker 2: got the trannies, we got the Muslims. Who are you
- 27:53Speaker 2: going to side with? That's gonna get weird for you, you know,
- 27:56Speaker 2: who's the victim here. And obviously this particular or mosque
- 28:01Speaker 2: has some people that liked nine to eleven, you know,
- 28:04Speaker 2: praised the people that you know, committed the crimes on
- 28:07Speaker 2: nine to eleven, had other strange anti American type posts
- 28:12Speaker 2: and such on social media. So it's not like one
- 28:15Speaker 2: of these like, you know, we're just a mosque, We're
- 28:17Speaker 2: doing our thing, We're not bothering anybody. This is definitely
- 28:20Speaker 2: a politically engaged mosque with a history of making comments
- 28:24Speaker 2: against America. So there's that part too. Not to mention
- 28:28Speaker 2: the fact that you have these two kids seventeen and
- 28:31Speaker 2: eighteen years old, and this video if you could see
- 28:34Speaker 2: it on the screen, obviously I am not playing it, but
- 28:36Speaker 2: this was the video where he literally is loading the gun,
- 28:40Speaker 2: turns and shoots the other assailant. And I'm like, oh god,
- 28:45Speaker 2: you know, like I'm trying to figure out. And I
- 28:49Speaker 2: always feel this way when you were about to kill
- 28:53Speaker 2: people who aren't bothering you, you don't have anything to
- 28:55Speaker 2: do with you, YadA, YadA, YadA. And these people obviously
- 28:58Speaker 2: had an agenda. They were anti Trump, they wanted to
- 29:01Speaker 2: kill Trump, they wanted to kill Vance, they hated America.
- 29:03Speaker 2: They fell oppressed blah blah blah because they had been
- 29:06Speaker 2: poisoned with this bullshit for I don't know how many years. Right,
- 29:10Speaker 2: it's like their entire indoctrination of education.
- 29:13Speaker 3: No, you know, you've seen the stories about how like
- 29:15Speaker 3: tech leaders, they allow their children to have incredibly limited
- 29:18Speaker 3: screens in them And I would just say, like to me,
- 29:20Speaker 3: like the big takeaway is, think about what just happened.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Those are two teenagers, like seventeen year olds who live
- 29:25Speaker 3: in San Diego, California. Bro, you're sitting on a winning
- 29:29Speaker 3: lottery ticket, like you should have no problems, but if
- 29:32Speaker 3: you know, you should be able to go to the
- 29:34Speaker 3: beach and hang out and go to the zoo and
- 29:36Speaker 3: just like enjoy one of the nicest places in the world.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Yep.
- 29:41Speaker 3: But because they people then voluntarily choose to spend their
- 29:45Speaker 3: time online, yes, and these kind of like artificial environments
- 29:49Speaker 3: you know, engagement it No, it's it's so bad. You know,
- 29:53Speaker 3: I still think we are we have yet to fully
- 29:57Speaker 3: reconcile the negative impact that the access we have given
- 30:04Speaker 3: our children to spaces and places that do things to
- 30:08Speaker 3: their brain that other substances do to the braid you
- 30:12Speaker 3: have to be are illegal, right, like yeah, Like, hey,
- 30:14Speaker 3: you're a parent, you know, I'm a parent, Like I
- 30:16Speaker 3: can give my kids on a tablet, but it would
- 30:17Speaker 3: be illegal. And I gave my kids a scotch every day. Yeah,
- 30:20Speaker 3: and I think.
- 30:21Speaker 2: That the same poison. I agree with you.
- 30:23Speaker 6: It is a move.
- 30:24Speaker 2: And they talk about these kids and if you're watching,
- 30:28Speaker 2: if you're not watching, right now, we're showing a screenshot
- 30:30Speaker 2: that has all of these trans shooters and they've all
- 30:34Speaker 2: done these mass shootings and each of them is like binary,
- 30:38Speaker 2: gender fluid, trans confused, you know. I mean one guy
- 30:43Speaker 2: who looks like his name's just Larry. I'm not sure,
- 30:45Speaker 2: but you know, my point in this is we have
- 30:47Speaker 2: a situation where these parents have let it go too far.
- 30:52Speaker 2: And when you let your child sit on these electronics
- 30:55Speaker 2: and these social media platforms or YouTube or whatever, they
- 30:59Speaker 2: are going to end up been wormholes of shit that
- 31:01Speaker 2: you have no control over. And this doctor the other
- 31:05Speaker 2: day put this thing out and I think we'll do
- 31:06Speaker 2: it next week. But she was so interesting. She's been
- 31:08Speaker 2: studying kids' brains and she talks about the white matter
- 31:12Speaker 2: in the brain and how there's so much because they're
- 31:15Speaker 2: not using their brains. They're just being fed information. And
- 31:18Speaker 2: how when they take a pencil or a pen and
- 31:20Speaker 2: they write on a piece of paper, the synapse is
- 31:23Speaker 2: in the brain they fire off.
- 31:24Speaker 4: She goes.
- 31:25Speaker 2: It looks like little fireflies. It's incredible how the brain works.
- 31:28Speaker 2: And I was like, Wow, that's amazing. Because I'm very
- 31:31Speaker 2: strict with my kids about everything when it comes to
- 31:34Speaker 2: social media. We've removed YouTube from the house. My youngest
- 31:38Speaker 2: son doesn't have a phone. He has like a bark
- 31:40Speaker 2: phone that only he can talk to me, and that
- 31:42Speaker 2: on you know, stupid stuff right, like you're really hunkering down.
- 31:45Speaker 2: But I just pulled him from public school because I
- 31:48Speaker 2: can't believe what they're learning. I can't believe the amount
- 31:51Speaker 2: of time that they're on their computers. I can look
- 31:53Speaker 2: at his search history and see everything he's done during school,
- 31:56Speaker 2: and I'm like, why are you looking at this? What
- 31:59Speaker 2: is don't they see this?
- 32:01Speaker 3: No, it's because the teachers are checked out. And I'm
- 32:03Speaker 3: sorry that you don't have YouTube anymore. But if I
- 32:05Speaker 3: was allowing my kids to have YouTube, what I would
- 32:08Speaker 3: have them watch is a reality show of you being
- 32:09Speaker 3: in a public school PTO Meeta. That would be I
- 32:12Speaker 3: think that's a sub offtened opportunity. I'm very sad you
- 32:17Speaker 3: have chosen to exit the market.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Because, yeah, I'll tell you, my husband and I we
- 32:22Speaker 2: really and actually part of the reason why is because
- 32:25Speaker 2: of the stuff on YouTube about Charlie Kirk and I
- 32:29Speaker 2: am so frightened of the how desensitized these kids are.
- 32:35Speaker 2: I mean, I'm like, you're looking at that guy get
- 32:38Speaker 2: murdered and you don't care. It's like those Luigi Mangioni,
- 32:42Speaker 2: the Mangionistas. I'm sure you saw them the other day.
- 32:44Speaker 2: It's not a part of our story today, but just
- 32:46Speaker 2: very quickly, these are women standing outside of a New
- 32:50Speaker 2: York courthouse saying we support him. He killed this awful
- 32:55Speaker 2: CEO and screw his kids, and screw his wife and
- 32:58Speaker 2: screw his mom. They're better off without them. Enjoy your
- 33:02Speaker 2: blood money. I have no words for that. You are
- 33:06Speaker 2: Satan has enteredview. This is spiritual warfare and I'm not
- 33:09Speaker 2: getting it. Like, I'm not about that. That's that's next
- 33:12Speaker 2: level sick now.
- 33:13Speaker 3: It's just it's just what happens when you know, my
- 33:15Speaker 3: son when he first started like kind of reading a
- 33:17Speaker 3: lot of books, right like, and he started to just
- 33:20Speaker 3: his behaviors are changed. And I just told him, I
- 33:22Speaker 3: was like, look, man, like you could. I love that
- 33:23Speaker 3: you love to read. But if you spend more time
- 33:26Speaker 3: in the fake world than you do in the real world,
- 33:28Speaker 3: and that impacts your ability to function the high level
- 33:31Speaker 3: in the real world, then we're gonna start spending less
- 33:33Speaker 3: time in the fake world. Yeah, And you know, I
- 33:35Speaker 3: think that just speaks to you know, there's all these
- 33:37Speaker 3: studies of decense at highs. You're much more likely to
- 33:40Speaker 3: say something on the keyboard. You'll send a text or
- 33:42Speaker 3: an email. There's somebody you wouldn't say somebody in person
- 33:45Speaker 3: because you don't have to be confronted with like the
- 33:47Speaker 3: feedback of their reaction and how that makes you feel
- 33:50Speaker 3: emotionally and all those things. We're so detached from the
- 33:53Speaker 3: normal what used to be the social contract of a
- 33:55Speaker 3: regular interaction with and the consequences no, and that, you know,
- 33:59Speaker 3: and now we're sort of multiple generations removed from it.
- 34:02Speaker 3: And that's I think that's how you see something like
- 34:03Speaker 3: this now that this is there's always been some version
- 34:05Speaker 3: of this, right, Like Charlie Manson had his people, like
- 34:08Speaker 3: Head Bundy had crazy women. I mean, look, crazy women
- 34:12Speaker 3: have loved men that built this country.
- 34:13Speaker 6: Okay, so I'm not here to just to go anti
- 34:16Speaker 6: crazy woman.
- 34:17Speaker 2: But I well, as a woman, I will tell you
- 34:20Speaker 2: I'm sick of dumb women. I'm thick of dumb white
- 34:23Speaker 2: liberal women getting out there and acting like they have
- 34:26Speaker 2: a say. I'm sick of women coming out and saying
- 34:29Speaker 2: that they're oppressed, that they're not treated fairly.
- 34:32Speaker 4: You know.
- 34:32Speaker 2: I'm sick of these gym rats that go in and
- 34:35Speaker 2: film tiktoks and then go, why are you looking at me?
- 34:37Speaker 2: Nobody is looking at you, bro, Nobody stop. Like, I'm
- 34:42Speaker 2: sick of all of it. And I do think a
- 34:44Speaker 2: lot of that is that social media stuff. If you're
- 34:47Speaker 2: not saying something because you really care, you know, and
- 34:50Speaker 2: there's a couple of things that we're going to get
- 34:51Speaker 2: to in the next couple of minutes that we really
- 34:53Speaker 2: care about, then you're you're not you're not adding anything constructive, right,
- 35:00Speaker 2: if you're not gonna help, don't hurt. And unfortunately that
- 35:03Speaker 2: mantra is not shared enough in my opinion, But hey,
- 35:05Speaker 2: who the hell am I right? Okay, let's look at
- 35:08Speaker 2: one other thing in the same topic. This is a
- 35:12Speaker 2: friend of mine told me about this, and I didn't
- 35:13Speaker 2: think it was real, and it is. I used to
- 35:15Speaker 2: watch Tell me if you did Peppa Pig with my youngest,
- 35:18Speaker 2: and I love Peppa Pig. I thought it was super
- 35:20Speaker 2: cute cartoon. Please.
- 35:23Speaker 3: I did not watch Pepa Pig, but only because when
- 35:25Speaker 3: it comes to entertainment for my children, we're Mormon. I'm
- 35:28Speaker 3: excuse me, We're Muslim, which means no pork, you know.
- 35:31Speaker 3: So we're big on the Wiggles and big on the
- 35:35Speaker 3: like Pja Mask but the Peppa Pig.
- 35:37Speaker 6: But we just were never there.
- 35:38Speaker 2: I was, we were big fans of Polup Patrol, but
- 35:40Speaker 2: I gotta say I could not get into the Wiggles.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Those people drive me nuts. I'm like, I'm out, No.
- 35:45Speaker 3: No, I mean, I was so invested in the Wiggles.
- 35:47Speaker 3: I even knew bout like the little drama between the
- 35:49Speaker 3: different colors.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Oh I know, I know, Oh I can't. But this
- 35:53Speaker 2: is an episode of Pepa Pig. So you figure the
- 35:55Speaker 2: age range for Peppa Pig is somewhere between like three
- 35:59Speaker 2: and six, Say six is really getting up.
- 36:01Speaker 6: There and college age Stoner's.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Isn't that South Park? But anyways, so this is an
- 36:08Speaker 2: episode where they're they're introducing this new character and she
- 36:11Speaker 2: has two mummies.
- 36:13Speaker 6: Take a listen. I'm Penny, Pela, Bet.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I live with my mommy, am my other mommy.
- 36:20Speaker 9: One mommy is a doctor, and one mommy cut spaghetti.
- 36:26Speaker 2: I lost spaghetti.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Lovely, Penny.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Why do we have to have this conversation. I don't understand.
- 36:37Speaker 2: I'm not asking you about your sexuality or your life
- 36:42Speaker 2: if and when a situation arises that and it has
- 36:46Speaker 2: for me. My son in second grade had a classmate
- 36:48Speaker 2: that had two mummies, and he's like, why does she
- 36:51Speaker 2: have two mommies? And I was like, I'm not sure
- 36:54Speaker 2: she said, and he said, well, she said that her
- 36:55Speaker 2: mommies are married. I said, well, two women and two
- 36:58Speaker 2: men can get married in the United States. Now, I
- 37:00Speaker 2: personally do not have a problem with people being gay.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I have a lot of gay friends, gay family members,
- 37:04Speaker 2: so on and so forth. What I have a problem
- 37:06Speaker 2: with is bringing it into the classroom. Why we're into cartoons.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Why is this why? I don't understand.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean the argument for it is representation matters, right,
- 37:16Speaker 3: and so you have like kids like you just mentioned
- 37:18Speaker 3: that they're watching show and so make it's nice for
- 37:21Speaker 3: them to see their families, you know, portrayed on screen.
- 37:23Speaker 3: But to the point, there's also families who are trying
- 37:25Speaker 3: to keep from having those conversations with their children. And
- 37:28Speaker 3: you'd like to think, Look, parenting small kids is so hard.
- 37:31Speaker 3: You like to think you can kind of like have
- 37:33Speaker 3: you know, we put you put your kid for the
- 37:35Speaker 3: TV for fifteen minutes because you're trying to take a
- 37:37Speaker 3: shower or clean or something, and then next thing, you know,
- 37:40Speaker 3: it kind of brings up something else. To me, what's
- 37:43Speaker 3: funny about it is like, why I think this is
- 37:45Speaker 3: problematic is not, you know, not just because you're kind
- 37:48Speaker 3: of portraying with some people consider be a non traditional family.
- 37:52Speaker 6: But they couldn't.
- 37:52Speaker 3: It's still gender coded, notice, right, Like it's clear like
- 37:56Speaker 3: there's the one who works and then there's.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Make the spaghetti. Yeah, I'm like, is that all she does? Really?
- 38:03Speaker 2: Why are you defaming her? Maybe she does other things
- 38:05Speaker 2: during the day, right, It's just again, there's just no need.
- 38:09Speaker 2: They're three, they don't know two mommies, they don't know
- 38:12Speaker 2: two daddies. They don't know mommy and daddy. They just
- 38:14Speaker 2: know I'm safe here and you can just go about
- 38:17Speaker 2: doing the regular show, show them at the playground, show
- 38:19Speaker 2: them playing a game, show them playing baseball. That's what
- 38:22Speaker 2: kids want to see. Kids don't give a rip about
- 38:24Speaker 2: the marriage and who's a doctor and who's not keep
- 38:26Speaker 2: it moving like it's enough already okay, and other things
- 38:31Speaker 2: that are enough. Did you know that it is not
- 38:33Speaker 2: illegal to be nude in front of a two year old?
- 38:35Speaker 6: And Oregon, Dude, I saw ex So this is wild
- 38:39Speaker 6: to me.
- 38:40Speaker 3: I saw this clip and what's funny is and you'll
- 38:42Speaker 3: see that this guy who's got a child who was
- 38:47Speaker 3: exposed to a naked person in Organ, which I think
- 38:49Speaker 3: of all the states to be exposed to naked person,
- 38:51Speaker 3: Orgon's like bottom ten, like you don't want you know,
- 38:53Speaker 3: like there's a kind of weird stuff happening there. But
- 38:58Speaker 3: my favorite part about this clip is the cop who
- 39:01Speaker 3: is like, look, bro, I'm a cop in organ What
- 39:03Speaker 3: do you think my life is like?
- 39:05Speaker 6: And then.
- 39:09Speaker 3: It's like he's having a kind of go bend of
- 39:12Speaker 3: a backwards to explain. He understands he's not disagreeing with
- 39:16Speaker 3: the parent, but he's also is paid by the people
- 39:19Speaker 3: who make the laws, which he is he has to
- 39:21Speaker 3: explains here it is.
- 39:24Speaker 6: In the state of Oregon.
- 39:26Speaker 10: Someone can walk up to your two year old kid
- 39:29Speaker 10: completely bare naked, and that's not a crime, even if
- 39:32Speaker 10: it's on your property.
- 39:33Speaker 8: Correct, Well, so it's trespassing, But what I'm saying is
- 39:35Speaker 8: there's no laws against the actual nudity portion of it.
- 39:39Speaker 11: So you can expose yourself to children in organ.
- 39:43Speaker 8: Again, if you're not doing it for sexual gratification or
- 39:48Speaker 8: the gratification of somebody else.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Yes, you are allowed to walk around in public naked
- 39:52Speaker 2: on private property.
- 39:53Speaker 10: This is where I live, and someone just came and
- 39:54Speaker 10: exposed themselves to my two year old boy, and this
- 39:56Speaker 10: officer saying that it's not a crime. So a naked
- 39:59Speaker 10: person came up onto my property here, approached my two
- 40:02Speaker 10: year old kid completely naked, which I ran over to
- 40:06Speaker 10: him and covered his eyes so he wouldn't see. My
- 40:09Speaker 10: obvious thought is to call nine one one, as someone's
- 40:11Speaker 10: indecently exposing themselves.
- 40:13Speaker 11: To my child on my property. At what point did
- 40:16Speaker 11: this become a normal and acceptable thing to do. The
- 40:18Speaker 11: cops will literally do nothing about it. They're basically saying,
- 40:22Speaker 11: we have to wait for that person to do something
- 40:24Speaker 11: more serious to your kid before we can intervene.
- 40:29Speaker 2: How insane is that I actually had to grock that
- 40:33Speaker 2: and make sure it wasn't fake because it seemed so
- 40:36Speaker 2: insane to me. And there is a law that says this,
- 40:40Speaker 2: that it's not a crime to be nude. And then
- 40:43Speaker 2: when he says, well, it isn't a crime to be
- 40:45Speaker 2: nude because unless you're getting off on it, like it's cool, I'm.
- 40:48Speaker 6: Like, which think about that. By the way, whose job
- 40:52Speaker 6: is it to be that detective?
- 40:54Speaker 2: Yes?
- 40:54Speaker 3: Right, like the gratification investigation determine that.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Well, I don't know.
- 41:00Speaker 3: That's why that cop. By the way, that's why that
- 41:02Speaker 3: cop is so exasperated. Like, look, bro I just got
- 41:05Speaker 3: done like bright.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Blue gloves broo.
- 41:09Speaker 3: He's like, this is my third horn dog naked man
- 41:11Speaker 3: investigation of this week. Okay, this guy's just lazy, but
- 41:15Speaker 3: the other few those were real pervs.
- 41:16Speaker 2: But can you imagine, like this is this is the
- 41:19Speaker 2: stuff that I don't understand. This guy's on his property,
- 41:22Speaker 2: on his house, looks like a quiet little neighborhood two
- 41:24Speaker 2: year old in the grass letting him play for a minute. Oh,
- 41:27Speaker 2: by the way, here comes Hunky Dory down the street
- 41:29Speaker 2: with all of his family jewels. He'd like to exercise
- 41:32Speaker 2: his freedom of nudity. The hell's going on. I'll tell
- 41:35Speaker 2: you what. You're lucky, that's not my front law. I
- 41:37Speaker 2: would have beat the shit out of him with a bat.
- 41:41Speaker 3: Which here's the irony, Like, if you had beat his
- 41:44Speaker 3: ass with your bat was arrested.
- 41:46Speaker 6: If you had been beaten him when you were naked,
- 41:48Speaker 6: you're totally fine.
- 41:49Speaker 12: You know.
- 41:49Speaker 6: It's like, listen, she just like kind of doing a thing.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Yeah, she was naked and that and it got weird.
- 41:54Speaker 3: Sorry, Organ's wild. I do Perry Atkinson's show on the
- 41:58Speaker 3: Dove Shouts. I got Perry everyone in the and he's
- 42:01Speaker 3: in Oregon, and so we always end up talking about
- 42:04Speaker 3: like how crazy Organ is. They change the law so
- 42:06Speaker 3: it is now legal to pump your own gas, but
- 42:08Speaker 3: it used to not because you like you had to
- 42:11Speaker 3: use like one of their full service attendants or whatever
- 42:13Speaker 3: it is. So Organ's got a whole bunch of crazy laws.
- 42:15Speaker 3: But I was today years old when I learned that
- 42:17Speaker 3: public community was Okay.
- 42:19Speaker 2: It was today years old. Okay, we have time for
- 42:21Speaker 2: a couple more clips. I want to play Brandon Gill.
- 42:24Speaker 2: I know I've talked about him before. I love him.
- 42:26Speaker 2: This guy is a star. He's got two young kids,
- 42:29Speaker 2: he's probably in his thirties, you know, like he gets
- 42:32Speaker 2: it right. He's like in our generation of people, like
- 42:35Speaker 2: married kids, trying to raise your kids, trying to just
- 42:37Speaker 2: live life, pay your mortgage, and you're like, I'm sorry,
- 42:40Speaker 2: why am I in the land of crazy misfits? So
- 42:43Speaker 2: this is him during some congressional testimony where some moron
- 42:47Speaker 2: has to sit there and explain to him why you
- 42:49Speaker 2: need tampons in the boys bathroom?
- 42:50Speaker 4: Right?
- 42:51Speaker 2: Okay, So this is an exchange that he's having with
- 42:53Speaker 2: one of the witnesses. It is. He's so great, the
- 42:56Speaker 2: way that he sets us up. I love it.
- 43:01Speaker 13: I can't even say this without laughing. Adapting an lg
- 43:05Speaker 13: B plus inclusive teen pregnancy prevention program for transgender boys.
- 43:13Speaker 13: I can't even say this without laughing. Do you think
- 43:16Speaker 13: that that is a you know, useful form of our
- 43:19Speaker 13: tax spend?
- 43:21Speaker 9: I am not familiar with that grant, but I think
- 43:23Speaker 9: bench research government investment in scientific.
- 43:27Speaker 13: And pregnancy for transgender boys. Do you think that that
- 43:33Speaker 13: is a useful spend of our tax dollars?
- 43:35Speaker 9: I think government investment in all kinds of scientific research
- 43:39Speaker 9: is of the utmost.
- 43:40Speaker 13: Important including pregnancy prevention for transgender boys.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Okay, classic, he can't he really can't stop laughing. And
- 43:50Speaker 2: she looks like the perfect person.
- 43:51Speaker 3: Too, Dude, that poor woman, you know what I mean,
- 43:55Speaker 3: She's like she's probably there to defend like real stuff,
- 43:58Speaker 3: you know, like which I don't know, like the flu
- 44:02Speaker 3: or like real like public health related things.
- 44:05Speaker 2: Science. Shut up about the science you're.
- 44:07Speaker 3: I know, but went because they know because she can't write. She's,
- 44:10Speaker 3: to your point, like she's trapped. You can't, like with
- 44:12Speaker 3: the whole the Muslim and the Trains thing, like if
- 44:15Speaker 3: you if you're like a public health person, then you're
- 44:17Speaker 3: programment funding stuff, so you can't be like, can't come
- 44:20Speaker 3: out on the wrong side or something that the people
- 44:22Speaker 3: who are writing your check support. That's Brandon Gill is
- 44:25Speaker 3: very good, and he is very good.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Okay, We've got two fun clips to end the show today.
- 44:29Speaker 2: I will let you pick which one you would like. First,
- 44:31Speaker 2: we have Chinese Trump or the Dancing Accordion Dog.
- 44:37Speaker 6: Dude, we gotta we gotta go Chinese Trump.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Next, copy this, No, guys, just full disclosure. Okay, I
- 44:43Speaker 2: thought this was fake. This is how good this guy is.
- 44:45Speaker 2: He started doing this when Trump was in Beijing last
- 44:48Speaker 2: week when he met with Eijenping, and I saw him
- 44:51Speaker 2: and I was like, bro, he is the best Trump
- 44:54Speaker 2: impersonator I've ever seen in my life, and I've seen
- 44:56Speaker 2: a lot of them.
- 44:59Speaker 12: Nowadays, everybody's talking about old money, and today I'm gonna
- 45:03Speaker 12: show you what real old money looks like. A Jaida,
- 45:07Speaker 12: I'm a Guangzho. Look at this place, the Chang Klan
- 45:10Speaker 12: and Sistrel hole over one hundred years ago, all the
- 45:14Speaker 12: ten families and the Chin dynasty that come together to
- 45:17Speaker 12: build this thing. Look how big this is. This is
- 45:20Speaker 12: a huge project, history badness. And they hired the best craftsman,
- 45:25Speaker 12: the best one, best of the best. I mean you
- 45:28Speaker 12: look at the roof, Look at that. Every single sculpture
- 45:32Speaker 12: tells a different story.
- 45:33Speaker 2: So you guys, are I mean honestly right. He is
- 45:37Speaker 2: phenomenal and he's obviously, you know, a Chinese guy from
- 45:41Speaker 2: China and started doing this when you know, the entire
- 45:44Speaker 2: entourage arrived last week and I saw his first one.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Did you see it? He was like it was like
- 45:49Speaker 2: right by where the the brigade of cars of American
- 45:53Speaker 2: cars where And he's like I'm here, blah, blah blah,
- 45:56Speaker 2: and I was like, oh my god, this guy is
- 45:58Speaker 2: like the worst AI And I'm like, holy shit, that's him.
- 46:01Speaker 3: That's not he's amazing, he's elite. But here's the irony, right,
- 46:05Speaker 3: Like he can't like that video he did which you
- 46:08Speaker 3: just if you're watching you saw with came out on TikTok.
- 46:11Speaker 3: He cannot do one of President g No, he cannot, right.
- 46:15Speaker 6: I mean that's like the irony.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Well, what would you say, you grunt a little bit,
- 46:18Speaker 2: grunt grunt wave grunt grunt.
- 46:20Speaker 6: There's really not I'm just saying. I'm just saying like that,
- 46:22Speaker 6: you know it.
- 46:22Speaker 3: There's a really interesting article about what like comedy is
- 46:25Speaker 3: like in China, you know, in the post kind of
- 46:27Speaker 3: g Era during Cobe and everything else.
- 46:30Speaker 6: Uh, it's it's just interesting.
- 46:31Speaker 3: It's fun to watch, but like it's you know, just
- 46:33Speaker 3: like you're not allowed to take stuff back from China.
- 46:36Speaker 3: In China, you're not gonna make fun of the president.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Yes, full full disclosure. Hi jiji, we got we got
- 46:43Speaker 2: no got no beef with you, bro? Should I do
- 46:45Speaker 2: accordion dog or should I leave it?
- 46:46Speaker 6: What do you think it's up to you? All Right?
- 46:49Speaker 2: Yeah, this is ten seconds. If you're watching, this is
- 46:52Speaker 2: an elderly woman on an accordion.
- 46:55Speaker 4: Playing, please please.
- 47:09Speaker 2: Watch our video podcast because you should see that. It
- 47:12Speaker 2: will make you happy. It makes me happy.
- 47:14Speaker 3: No, it absolutely makes you think, after all, like the
- 47:17Speaker 3: terrible and dark stories that we had to talking about today.
