- 5:00Speaker 3: Sebastian's case. So this evening Cornell will do the interview.
- 5:06Speaker 3: But if I have any question, or if you guys
- 5:11Speaker 3: have any questions and I see him come up, I
- 5:14Speaker 3: will read them and give him my opportunity to answer him. Also,
- 5:22Speaker 3: I would just like to tell you who Sebastian, Sebastian
- 5:26Speaker 3: Royce is. He is a son, a brother, uncle, a
- 5:34Speaker 3: loving father of three. Seebastian also served in Iraq. He
- 5:45Speaker 3: is uh back and he comes back and now he's
- 5:52Speaker 3: had to fight for his freedom. How fair? How fair
- 5:57Speaker 3: is that he goes away to fight on behalf of
- 6:02Speaker 3: the United States or on behalf of us for our
- 6:06Speaker 3: freedom and then have to come back and fight for
- 6:11Speaker 3: his So since Cornell haven't came through, I'm going to

- 6:40Speaker 3: you to go ahead and give the listening audience a
- 6:43Speaker 3: little brief description on who is Sebastian Royce.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Well, that's a right now. He made justice. But as
- 7:01Speaker 2: you stated, I was a loving father and a brother.
- 7:05Speaker 2: I've worked, I went to the military, I am a or.
- 7:11Speaker 2: I have went to college, got a degree. I got
- 7:15Speaker 2: an honored with discharge of the military. Uh. I was
- 7:22Speaker 2: married at that now without been in here, That's where
- 7:29Speaker 2: I'm at right now.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Well, you just you said something that caught my attention.
- 7:38Speaker 3: You said that you was a loving father. You are
- 7:43Speaker 3: still a loving father no matter where you at. So
- 7:48Speaker 3: we're just going to get that straightened. Now let's get
- 7:52Speaker 3: into what you were like the people the listening ordience
- 7:56Speaker 3: to know about your caste.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Okay, as you stated, Ivoly convicted the first grade murder,
- 8:07Speaker 2: they get fifty five years and ten thousand dollars five.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I had to give a person there he was like, okay,
- 8:19Speaker 2: their background state was charved by indom was potentially knowing
- 8:24Speaker 2: knowingly because of the death of Candiot you there with
- 8:29Speaker 2: after he was in the state presented every and showing

- 8:52Speaker 2: Williams Show Building. The jury willis him to bring Barrera
- 8:56Speaker 2: to the shipping tide and it was shot for rare
- 9:01Speaker 2: very shortly after the shooting. Wood and the least find
- 9:04Speaker 2: their involvement the lease and we'll re contact with the

- 9:29Speaker 3: Saying, go ahead, We're still listening.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Okay, the two occupants and to the pick up where
- 9:36Speaker 2: Martin Extrange and Chagulum both of the proceed in disposition

- 9:52Speaker 2: with at least your cover showcase is there they the
- 9:56Speaker 2: chippy side up Topsy was performed, was shot the times

- 10:04Speaker 2: that rare a drawing on that plan the boys was
- 10:07Speaker 2: read in this perfect please before a plan was probably
- 10:11Speaker 2: playing a love during the investigation of police because of
- 10:14Speaker 2: the drawing and was whome the least before they shot her. Really,
- 10:19Speaker 2: that's where why I had question. He had a half
- 10:22Speaker 2: of his house and he s her playing the rove.
- 10:27Speaker 2: I left the rickor fleck. I'm going to give you
- 10:29Speaker 2: my person to prove that I am actually answering to
- 10:33Speaker 2: the clown and that all my fucking I said. It
- 10:36Speaker 2: was complicated for me for in order Judge and M
- 10:40Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty first dish report for Brandon County
- 10:44Speaker 2: for an A legs trunk is that I was never picked.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Just let me going. So that.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I was trying to pick up some questions. Could I know,
- 11:01Speaker 3: Go ahead, I'm I'm trying to get my thoughts together.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Go ahead, I'm still listening to you, Okay.
- 11:10Speaker 2: So I want to take this back through two thousand.
- 11:16Speaker 2: There's the reason that I'm doing this because out of
- 11:18Speaker 2: friend and said Brian. So it was in jail and
- 11:22Speaker 2: my fans want fiction that Bryan and it brought up
- 11:26Speaker 2: to my house. At my house, we quired. Everybody crashed
- 11:30Speaker 2: out at my house in a few days. I had
- 11:33Speaker 2: to text we're k talking on my word and they
- 11:36Speaker 2: were trying to say that ten Brian murdered a convenience
- 11:41Speaker 2: store Twitter and Rosa. Well, I said that there was
- 11:45Speaker 2: nobody that dectually happened. He said that Brian was at
- 11:48Speaker 2: my house.
- 11:48Speaker 1: On that.
- 11:50Speaker 2: This interrogation kept going on and everything, and then you
- 11:55Speaker 2: can't make sure. And the suspect that with a heavy
- 12:00Speaker 2: set black and with an actual desert was a skinny
- 12:05Speaker 2: black mane like that buck and talking with any other
- 12:11Speaker 2: little crew cut. It didn't even look like I mean,
- 12:14Speaker 2: there was ain't that because he was black. But anyway,
- 12:19Speaker 2: they wanted me to come to ta Yah.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Yeah, well I think you your your phone went h.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Your phone went down. H.
- 12:48Speaker 9: It's a bastion.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Yeah. I can hear you here, I can hear you now,
- 12:53Speaker 3: I can hear you now for now. It's joining us
- 12:56Speaker 3: now as what Well, so you were saying that back
- 13:01Speaker 3: in two thousand that you had you alibiate for one
- 13:07Speaker 3: of your friends, that one of your friends is at
- 13:09Speaker 3: your home and he tried to say that he was
- 13:17Speaker 3: a part of a murder or something, and you elebate
- 13:20Speaker 3: for him. He said that he was at your house right.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Yes, trip.
- 13:27Speaker 3: And go ahead through.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Okay, so public back to the several police department and
- 13:36Speaker 2: it target. He told me that after I told him
- 13:40Speaker 2: the same story, he said that he thought right, and
- 13:43Speaker 2: I told him, you know, I'm done with this interview.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I was trying to help you as much as I did,
- 13:48Speaker 2: and about community are without lawyer for my parents person
- 13:54Speaker 2: and so once I told him that, and I tried
- 13:57Speaker 2: to count believe he's pushing me sit down and I
- 14:01Speaker 2: don't have any like that. He'll tell me when I
- 14:03Speaker 2: can leave you, and I'm telling them that you know
- 14:06Speaker 2: you can't do this. You messing up. And the don't
- 14:10Speaker 2: wade that he was let me allow me to leave
- 14:13Speaker 2: you was my thing. And I would take a line
- 14:16Speaker 2: to te later on like I never show up after
- 14:22Speaker 2: you put the hands off me and then let me.
- 14:27Speaker 2: So you still.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I just want to jump in right place. So you're
- 14:31Speaker 3: saying that the detective at the time that there was
- 14:36Speaker 3: you was doing an interview and you asked for them
- 14:40Speaker 3: to that you wasn't gonna talk to them no more,
- 14:43Speaker 3: not that your parents or a lawyer was present. You
- 14:47Speaker 3: said that they put hands on you, they rushed you up.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Yes, he was pushing me off me and you want
- 14:56Speaker 2: to let me pass. He was showing me to sit down.
- 14:58Speaker 2: If I didn't have anybody in the turn people tell.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Me, well, that's crazy for to tell you that you
- 15:08Speaker 3: don't have no rights for an attorney. Everybody have a
- 15:11Speaker 3: right to an attorney. If the question, and if you
- 15:15Speaker 3: asked for an attorney, asked kind they should the question
- 15:18Speaker 3: was supposed to cease. They shouldn't have said anything else
- 15:21Speaker 3: they should have had. Was you being arrested or was
- 15:25Speaker 3: you detained?
- 15:29Speaker 2: No. I went up there on my will to tell
- 15:33Speaker 2: them the same story that I've been telling them. That
- 15:36Speaker 2: I said Brian was anything that had been in my
- 15:38Speaker 2: house and the old way that he would allow me
- 15:42Speaker 2: to be well, and that I had to for.
- 15:46Speaker 3: After I.
- 15:48Speaker 2: After I left by agreeing to that, I never went
- 15:52Speaker 2: back because I was like the hands on me. I
- 15:56Speaker 2: already told them everything you didn't do. Later on they
- 16:01Speaker 2: let me alone for a while after that, and later
- 16:04Speaker 2: on a Pennant doctory showed I was at another house
- 16:09Speaker 2: and he shows up and me and my dad are
- 16:11Speaker 2: forever and he's asking me about all that, and I said,
- 16:15Speaker 2: I never showed up because you're you're man. Put his
- 16:19Speaker 2: hand on I'm trying to tell them that didn't happened,
- 16:24Speaker 2: and you are trying to stay online. And so this
- 16:29Speaker 2: goes on to where this new can doctor. He tries
- 16:32Speaker 2: to set up I mean to take a lot to work.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I don't show up, and he calls me when you
- 16:38Speaker 2: ill my uncle's funeral day and he tells me about it.
- 16:42Speaker 2: It's your uncle's funeral today, right, And I was like yeah.
- 16:45Speaker 2: He was like, why are you show up?
- 16:47Speaker 3: Said?
- 16:47Speaker 2: He told her that I know. I don't want to
- 16:50Speaker 2: go anywhere else around him. And so he shows up
- 16:54Speaker 2: in the rest with a warrant or note pads. I
- 16:59Speaker 2: had take it for no tag get ready to the
- 17:03Speaker 2: read me my right. They didn't know let me take
- 17:06Speaker 2: up my work for him because met them off the
- 17:11Speaker 2: grocery store.
- 17:12Speaker 9: Yeh suck.
- 17:14Speaker 3: So now here now they harassing you because uh, you
- 17:19Speaker 3: wouldn't do no light detective. But is from my knowledge,
- 17:25Speaker 3: I don't is light detective. If a is a light
- 17:29Speaker 3: detective test admissible and court, why would they so what
- 17:37Speaker 3: would I mean that for them?
- 17:42Speaker 9: That's that's right, thank you for having me off. Uh
- 17:46Speaker 9: uh answer that question now? Uh any recording devices? Uh
- 17:51Speaker 9: at the videos off I'm not really actually admitted in
- 17:54Speaker 9: the court unless that the end camera with you all
- 17:57Speaker 9: that bother the court case all of this a polyp
- 18:01Speaker 9: test and that nature wouldn't be in Missipan in court
- 18:04Speaker 9: and that was not fun. But the court was only
- 18:07Speaker 9: for the officer's own the belopit to determine whether or
- 18:10Speaker 9: not he was telling the truth, so that this way
- 18:12Speaker 9: they can try to make the happy David. The fact
- 18:15Speaker 9: that after they that the the poly wealth test came
- 18:18Speaker 9: back negative to any case that he was not telling
- 18:21Speaker 9: the truth. But it's not a messible in court because
- 18:23Speaker 9: they can be political and they're not only that the
- 18:26Speaker 9: ape in which is the detectives you know all and
- 18:28Speaker 9: say that partly that Dan so but that man said
- 18:32Speaker 9: that question. But in subfence to this, mister suspassion, are
- 18:39Speaker 9: you indicating that because the fact that he failed to
- 18:42Speaker 9: tell them information about a mother, that your friends be
- 18:46Speaker 9: a client, that your friend, that they targeted you to
- 18:50Speaker 9: try to make you, uh a subspect. Another copter don't
- 18:53Speaker 9: you indicate?
- 18:54Speaker 2: So the left room and okay, so I.
- 19:02Speaker 9: Can't say yeah, Uh, is that any information of evidence
- 19:09Speaker 9: to some knowledge that can exclude you from uh being
- 19:14Speaker 9: accused of this crime? Is that anything that you can say,
- 19:16Speaker 9: see that you know us on somebody else being accused
- 19:19Speaker 9: of this crime or admit this crime that would exclude
- 19:23Speaker 9: you that just includes yourself? Yeah, several things that their back.
- 19:33Speaker 9: The consistency is known as uh, yeah, prove that I'm innocent?
- 19:43Speaker 2: Okay?
- 19:44Speaker 9: And what that you can include?
- 19:51Speaker 2: Okay do you want me?
- 19:54Speaker 3: Yeah? See the things that can improve you anything?
- 20:00Speaker 2: What do you have? Okay? So, like I said, with
- 20:07Speaker 2: a deferent charges, they ended up being dismissed and then
- 20:11Speaker 2: subsequently in October, I was accused, arrested and charged by
- 20:17Speaker 2: the grand jury, and night in the office related to
- 20:19Speaker 2: the desk, and after being arrested, I was thinking question
- 20:23Speaker 2: about my whereabouts on October elevens and over and about
- 20:28Speaker 2: the fact the circumstances surrounding there the victim and my
- 20:32Speaker 2: whereabout I kept staying over and over again, and I
- 20:37Speaker 2: wish I could help them, but I didn't know what
- 20:39Speaker 2: happened because I wasn't there.
- 20:44Speaker 3: The leading could I jump in right quick. You know,
- 20:47Speaker 3: I'm want to kind of because you know, I did
- 20:52Speaker 3: you remember I told you you I do. I like
- 20:55Speaker 3: to read. I do a lot of h I like
- 20:57Speaker 3: to investigate myself. And I was looking I was reading
- 21:06Speaker 3: one of the articles that they said that when you
- 21:12Speaker 3: were arrested, that it wasn't for for the actual crime
- 21:20Speaker 3: of the mercer. They said, they arrested you on a
- 21:24Speaker 3: probation violation. That's what that's what's going in the new newspaper.
- 21:32Speaker 3: That's what they that's what they're showing. So if they
- 21:37Speaker 3: arrested you on a probation violation, how can how did
- 21:41Speaker 3: it turned into you being sentenced for fifty five years
- 21:46Speaker 3: years for something that you didn't commit.
- 21:52Speaker 2: That's really another question. How did I even mess up
- 21:57Speaker 2: my probation? I never did it for that was stayed
- 22:00Speaker 2: there my job. When my when when she got up there,
- 22:06Speaker 2: she said that I was you know, I did a
- 22:08Speaker 2: perfect probation. I never was in trouble or did verny
- 22:11Speaker 2: followed m hm, so cash basically, so after that they
- 22:21Speaker 2: did varigated me, and the lead investigators finally got up
- 22:27Speaker 2: of the room. And who comes in after that blow
- 22:31Speaker 2: and behold, it's that say that. The very first thing
- 22:38Speaker 2: that he tells me is page best seen you in
- 22:42Speaker 2: real A lot of time in Pedric Bryan. He didn't
- 22:46Speaker 2: try telling me that it was because of me that
- 22:47Speaker 2: my friend said to jail on every blowing it because
- 22:54Speaker 2: of me he was proven anything you guilty by doing this.
- 22:59Speaker 2: He showed me that that art feeling for not getting
- 23:02Speaker 2: to Big Brant. Lieutenant doctor got up and he detectives
- 23:07Speaker 2: came back in and they had asking me about this murder.
- 23:12Speaker 2: They had asked me, Stephen, I did it? And when
- 23:17Speaker 2: was the last time that I've seen Canna. I told
- 23:19Speaker 2: him that I left time I've seen hand this with
- 23:22Speaker 2: the semi davy lamps down Swich with my friends Mally.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Stephen was there. I told him, yes. I told the
- 23:30Speaker 2: investigators I said keep the home. The reason I said,
- 23:33Speaker 2: because they were asked the murder and I was. I
- 23:36Speaker 2: was scared that he was in trouble. So after that,
- 23:45Speaker 2: what did what you do after that? But what did
- 23:48Speaker 2: he do after that? Took home? I said, I don't know.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I wasn't there to stopped the ball.
- 23:55Speaker 3: So that, like said, so let me just I just
- 23:59Speaker 3: want to jumping real quick. I'm sorry to rupt and
- 24:04Speaker 3: so the detective after the lead detective left out the room.
- 24:08Speaker 3: You said, Detective Smith came in there. What's his last name? Smith?
- 24:15Speaker 2: No, get a doctor. Detective Smith at the room. He
- 24:19Speaker 2: was the lead investigator.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Okay, So the other one that was looking trying to
- 24:25Speaker 3: grow Roy your friends a situation, he steps in the room.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Did he have any did he have any was he
- 24:41Speaker 3: let me see? Let me I'm trying to get my words.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Was he involved in this case?
- 24:48Speaker 2: Yeah, he had no. Like he wasn't part of the
- 24:52Speaker 2: schedule yet he made him needed a point to be
- 24:55Speaker 2: part of the fact my private investigators, if time Beason
- 25:04Speaker 2: might have undertone it. But I just know that you
- 25:07Speaker 2: had something to do with it. I'm not looking at
- 25:09Speaker 2: the litls. Why was he even looking?
- 25:11Speaker 4: He wasn't even pease.
- 25:21Speaker 9: So when it came up, found that you know, uh,
- 25:26Speaker 9: all the time that they was confiscating all of your
- 25:29Speaker 9: property as a result of the fact that they were
- 25:32Speaker 9: trying to lead you to a crime. Okay, each time
- 25:36Speaker 9: they compensated your property, each time they compiscated your property,
- 25:42Speaker 9: did they do an inplatory and take that topaty and
- 25:45Speaker 9: place it into a police department, because you know, that.
- 25:52Speaker 2: I'm assuming that they did, but when we tried to
- 25:54Speaker 2: receive it recently, they they I've never seen it myself.
- 25:59Speaker 2: And when we tried me they hit you with the
- 26:02Speaker 2: government closed point zero two eight. The information that basically
- 26:08Speaker 2: staying it's just unapproriate.
- 26:10Speaker 9: It's because you have to uh find well about your property.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Have you ever.
- 26:19Speaker 9: Any times and doubles anything like that? It's the conversation
- 26:23Speaker 9: you have your property.
- 26:26Speaker 2: No, but I've never been convicted of any because charges
- 26:31Speaker 2: of all. Okay, song, but yet.
- 26:37Speaker 3: God, go ahead, go ahead with your statements, Sebastian.
- 26:45Speaker 2: But yeah, okay, So after after this goes on and
- 26:49Speaker 2: on and on, y it basically okay. So let me
- 26:55Speaker 2: go back there to the bits I'm gonna tell right here.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Like I said, I was scared for my plan, so
- 27:02Speaker 2: I lied without taking them home. But the truth was
- 27:07Speaker 2: Stephen had left with Kansas, and the before me and
- 27:10Speaker 2: Bobbie maclona, we both had individual lives, probably home that's
- 27:17Speaker 2: for a little long and out my home which was
- 27:19Speaker 2: only a possible way, and my girlfriend David lamp was there.
- 27:24Speaker 2: She left for a little bit. Once she showed back
- 27:26Speaker 2: up shortly after I was in Martha Johnas went to
- 27:30Speaker 2: sleep and I woke up and got preaty for girls.
- 27:32Speaker 2: I was alarming national Guard time and continued and kept
- 27:36Speaker 2: continued to question the powers and hours hours and they
- 27:40Speaker 2: were trying to treat me. Threw nothing the trip so
- 27:43Speaker 2: I was telling the truth. Came home and I was
- 27:48Speaker 2: fine as lost and after the night and then they
- 27:51Speaker 2: started asking me and by toils and I stoptment and
- 27:57Speaker 2: over and over again, and then we then ending this
- 28:00Speaker 2: interrogation because I was the bosses. I wanted my burning.
- 28:04Speaker 2: They didn't tell me always being rid of the destiny
- 28:07Speaker 2: and it's rare. They took me to Partter County. It
- 28:10Speaker 2: told me in isolation, not allowing me to talk to
- 28:12Speaker 2: or see anyone from the phone call over. I was
- 28:16Speaker 2: rand by it for eighteen grands ment that anything about
- 28:21Speaker 2: about a week later I was taking around county where
- 28:24Speaker 2: I was raising from.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Now that you know the distance, so.
- 28:30Speaker 2: I can give you something consistency on my face in
- 28:33Speaker 2: no particular order. It just don't make ship as proved
- 28:40Speaker 2: that there was so much line and corruption of this.
- 28:42Speaker 2: If you were like.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Right back, okay, yeah, we were for you to call
- 28:50Speaker 3: back if it hangs up, I want you to call
- 28:52Speaker 3: back so we can finish our conversation real quick. That
- 29:00Speaker 3: want Cornell and jump there real quick, Cornell.
- 29:05Speaker 9: Yes, Fairy's fine. Okay, so uh going deterrogations, the interrogating
- 29:10Speaker 9: you're telling them the truth have nothing to do with
- 29:13Speaker 9: the Okay that any direct information that they presented it
- 29:19Speaker 9: to actually edicate the too committed to all right.
- 29:27Speaker 2: No, there's no evidence, there's no the footage, there's no nothing.
- 29:32Speaker 2: The only thing that they have is they're saying, my
- 29:35Speaker 2: pot tells them that it was a whole bone. Understand
- 29:40Speaker 2: it said that I said have murdered. Everybody else that
- 29:43Speaker 2: was understand was was going at me examine with every
- 29:48Speaker 2: answer if they didn't sem me with it today. But
- 29:52Speaker 2: nobody else says that I murdered. Stand for my vote finding.
- 29:57Speaker 9: Oh and call.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Us back on Sebastian, please please call us back, call
- 30:08Speaker 3: us back. Okay, So Angela, if you cook, could you
- 30:18Speaker 3: run a commercial for us, please into Sebastian. Call us back.
- 30:26Speaker 6: Texas has led the nation in the number of exonerations
- 30:29Speaker 6: or people that it clears of wrongful convictions, and in
- 30:33Speaker 6: the last few years, the state lawmakers have been working
- 30:36Speaker 6: to prevent more wrongful convictions and fix the ones that
- 30:40Speaker 6: are already on the books. As part of the year's
- 30:42Speaker 6: long effort to hopefully prevent more wrongful convictions in the
- 30:45Speaker 6: state of Texas, lawmakers have taken an extra step this
- 30:48Speaker 6: year and trying to correct some of the policies that
- 30:52Speaker 6: are in place. They've specifically focused on jail health informants
- 30:56Speaker 6: or people who are in jail with the suspect and
- 31:00Speaker 6: will testify at their trial. They're focusing on photo lineups
- 31:04Speaker 6: or in person lineups where a witness is identifying a suspect.
- 31:08Speaker 6: And they're focused on coerced confessions, specifically recording any type
- 31:13Speaker 6: of interrogation in a jail house to try to prevent
- 31:16Speaker 6: any coerced confessions or false confessions. This is part of
- 31:19Speaker 6: an effort that's been going on for years since there
- 31:23Speaker 6: was a very well known case of a man who
- 31:26Speaker 6: was wrongfully convicted and actually died in prison, and that's
- 31:29Speaker 6: Timothy Cole, and it's set off into motion this process
- 31:33Speaker 6: where whilemakers have gotten together to try to study what's
- 31:36Speaker 6: going on in our criminal justice system that's leading to
- 31:39Speaker 6: these wrongful convictions. And this is the latest step in that.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Wow.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Okay, so Sebastian have been called back. Like I said,
- 31:59Speaker 3: I like to read. I like to read about the
- 32:03Speaker 3: different things that's going on in.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Collect came from that's.
- 32:10Speaker 8: That has.
- 32:15Speaker 10: Let me show you do not have an account or
- 32:17Speaker 10: enough pients to complete this call to pay for just
- 32:20Speaker 10: this call using your credit or debit card, Please press
- 32:23Speaker 10: one to decline the golf press for to learn how
- 32:26Speaker 10: to put need your prepaid account a better pre debit
- 32:30Speaker 10: account if you watch your number, would like to find
- 32:39Speaker 10: an account to pay for future.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Calls Y.
- 32:43Speaker 4: Zero zero.
- 32:49Speaker 10: Dot net or by downloading the str Noble app on
- 32:52Speaker 10: your start.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Pun okay, but so okay until us a bashing back up.
- 33:00Speaker 3: Let me just let you guys know, according to the
- 33:03Speaker 3: National Registrict of a wrong Exeneration, between three thousand and
- 33:09Speaker 3: nine thousand people in Texas are currently serving sentence for
- 33:15Speaker 3: a wrongfully conviction. Did you hear what I said? Three
- 33:21Speaker 3: thousand to nine thousand people are current in prison in
- 33:29Speaker 3: the state of Texas on wrongful convictions. That that to
- 33:44Speaker 3: me is crazy, That is unbelievable, Cornell, did you hear that.
- 33:56Speaker 9: You're both japers and wrong for convictions with him?
- 34:02Speaker 2: Okay?
- 34:03Speaker 9: And Texas also leads nation and executions.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Man. This is a proven fact.
- 34:08Speaker 9: So because of this man, and you know here in
- 34:11Speaker 9: the United States, you know, there's not a laws being
- 34:15Speaker 9: to protective wrong be convicted. And because of this man,
- 34:19Speaker 9: individuals you know, being this represent about attorney like they
- 34:23Speaker 9: dipunicated identification for testimony aapocated of the climate Lab fight.
- 34:29Speaker 9: So as a result is now you know a lot
- 34:32Speaker 9: of individuals are looking out of thousands and thousands that
- 34:35Speaker 9: he is a cousins because there's no law to protect
- 34:38Speaker 9: us from wrong for devictions and that's just very wrong.
- 34:42Speaker 9: In number that just gave us like to show up
- 34:45Speaker 9: that just after this disu needs to be addressed.
- 34:47Speaker 3: I mean, I mean this my I mean just seeing
- 34:52Speaker 3: them numbers and reading them out loud, my heart aches
- 34:58Speaker 3: because you got men and women in the that's currently
- 35:01Speaker 3: in prison and they know that, and they know that
- 35:07Speaker 3: for crimes that they didn't do.
- 35:08Speaker 2: You know, I was me and.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Sebastian had talked, and I don't want to the little
- 35:13Speaker 3: that I what he had told me. I don't want
- 35:15Speaker 3: to jump ahead until I get him back on the online.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Correct.
- 35:23Speaker 3: It's just it's just unbelievable, you know, I don't I
- 35:29Speaker 3: don't know what to say. Maybe I just have too
- 35:32Speaker 3: much compassion or whatever they may want to say about me.
- 35:36Speaker 3: But it hurts to see these numbers that high. And
- 35:43Speaker 3: recently two weeks ago, I believe in the state of Texas,
- 35:50Speaker 3: Texas being Spencer was design read it. He served over
- 35:58Speaker 3: thirty four years wrongfully convicted. He was wrongfully convicted and
- 36:02Speaker 3: did thirty four years. Thirty four years out of a
- 36:09Speaker 3: person like they can't get that time back. Love ones
- 36:12Speaker 3: had transition, children have graduated, you know, they lose that time.
- 36:22Speaker 3: And then I've seen that he that Ben Spencer Oura,
- 36:29Speaker 3: Texas is in the top sixty men that have served
- 36:36Speaker 3: the longest time in prison. Win's enough enough? When are
- 36:47Speaker 3: we gonna stand up? When we speak up? Three thousand
- 36:55Speaker 3: to nine thousand people people that that number is too
- 37:02Speaker 3: too big. People losing time to be with their loved ones,
- 37:08Speaker 3: to enjoy life. But they are in prison fight and
- 37:15Speaker 3: these prisons that don't have air conditions, then they eating
- 37:20Speaker 3: feed no peerburg and jelly sandwiches every day. And some
- 37:24Speaker 3: people may be saying, oh, you know, that's that's what
- 37:30Speaker 3: you know, that goes along with the process, But some
- 37:32Speaker 3: of them are.
- 37:34Speaker 2: Not any to accept this call to.
- 37:45Speaker 9: Thank you for using.
- 37:50Speaker 3: Oh that's okay, Sebastian. We were just talking about what
- 37:56Speaker 3: I have read from the National Registry. Between three thousand
- 38:01Speaker 3: and nine thousand people are currently incarcerated in the state
- 38:06Speaker 3: of Texas. Wrong to me, and you are among in
- 38:11Speaker 3: that number. So let's let's go. Let's let's continue with
- 38:17Speaker 3: the with this show. Okay, Yeah, let's let's this. I
- 38:25Speaker 3: got I'm just get it.
- 38:28Speaker 2: Did I need to get some passionatensistencies in Yes, I
- 38:32Speaker 2: would love for you to.
- 38:34Speaker 3: I would love for you to put it out out there.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Okay, So I stayd before I was arranged for the
- 38:45Speaker 2: eighteen grads of medicals that I said is, then it
- 38:48Speaker 2: as is. Okay. So here's here's a fashion in consistencies.
- 38:52Speaker 2: I'm the particular. So I've never been I've never been
- 38:56Speaker 2: convicted of any drut charges. That were the courts accomplished
- 39:00Speaker 2: dation of all my money and property. It only met
- 39:03Speaker 2: in my house was on the body of haven Land,
- 39:06Speaker 2: and she was charged for it. She told him that
- 39:09Speaker 2: she had it was less than a grand The only
- 39:14Speaker 2: gun found in my house was a forty five puniverer.
- 39:17Speaker 2: It was excluded from the murder. Yet during my trial,
- 39:21Speaker 2: Officer rifle Berry continued to refer to the forty five
- 39:24Speaker 2: and all of the test and they did on the
- 39:25Speaker 2: gun there my trial. Over and over, he just kept
- 39:28Speaker 2: talking about it, even though he told him that it
- 39:31Speaker 2: was excluded. Officer Rifeerberry was speaking on behalf of the
- 39:37Speaker 2: blisted expert Jeffrey Brown with the DPS in love Texas.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Upon further inquiry the confirmation on the on the confirmation
- 39:48Speaker 2: of his identification, I cannot find its expert. Where have
- 39:52Speaker 2: I ever been in the expert by the name of
- 39:54Speaker 2: Jeffrey Brown with the DPS and love It or anywhere else,
- 39:59Speaker 2: Nor can I I find them at all. And when
- 40:02Speaker 2: I asked the DPS for his information, his certification and
- 40:07Speaker 2: all the test perteam. So my case, they hit me
- 40:10Speaker 2: with the government code five five two point zero two
- 40:13Speaker 2: eight for the commission. In two thousand and seven they
- 40:20Speaker 2: took cash and company which I never received back. That
- 40:25Speaker 2: was the first time. Later on they arrested me, they
- 40:29Speaker 2: put the warne out their tempering with evidence. So in
- 40:33Speaker 2: two thousand and nine they took twenty five hundred cash
- 40:37Speaker 2: for me, and they only claim that they they allo
- 40:40Speaker 2: took my best best cars I was in, and they
- 40:44Speaker 2: throe and went through my break account for reasons to
- 40:46Speaker 2: believe it was proceeded a selling myth. I proved every
- 40:50Speaker 2: bit of it, and me and my mom proved every
- 40:51Speaker 2: bit of money, and my friend proved worried about his
- 40:57Speaker 2: car and everything in. Our attorney was on the miller
- 40:59Speaker 2: who ever died of her brain tumor my next attorney
- 41:03Speaker 2: Bill he took over and I've never heard another word
- 41:07Speaker 2: about it. I tried to get evidence you had from
- 41:10Speaker 2: memory the police apartment, were any information on the where
- 41:13Speaker 2: ads to my property? And once again was shit with
- 41:16Speaker 2: government cod to coinstuate the appropriate commission. They're trying to
- 41:21Speaker 2: hide everything from me. They won't give it you.
- 41:26Speaker 3: You know, is your is your family able to get
- 41:33Speaker 3: a hold of your property?
- 41:37Speaker 2: My my mom tried and they acted like they were
- 41:41Speaker 2: helping her. So there was this woman she was once
- 41:44Speaker 2: my mom said, I told her and if they took
- 41:48Speaker 2: everything for me, the lady was was seemed very helpful
- 41:54Speaker 2: and she tried to help my mom fill out everything.
- 41:57Speaker 2: So once that was turned in the stead of singing,
- 42:01Speaker 2: you got of sending that evidence property back like a
- 42:05Speaker 2: s everything that they could send my mom like and
- 42:10Speaker 2: there and that Graham that was my girlfriend. And she
- 42:14Speaker 2: told me that they think that type of well she
- 42:18Speaker 2: didn't ask her that. She asked all the stuff that
- 42:20Speaker 2: they took and everything she was tried and then she
- 42:23Speaker 2: get a hot on them. They won't call her back.
- 42:26Speaker 3: So basically, what I'm hearing is that the stuff when
- 42:31Speaker 3: your mother asked for your friend, they sent her things
- 42:36Speaker 3: to like, well, this is what you're you're trying to
- 42:39Speaker 3: prove that you was selling meth.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I guess that's what they were trying
- 42:47Speaker 2: to do. But there was no medicalid.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Next in the grand and then you and you and
- 42:53Speaker 3: you just said and you beat that you and you
- 42:56Speaker 3: know you wasn't ever convicted, uh, any drug charges? You
- 43:03Speaker 3: know I even read that it wasn't no convictions.
- 43:07Speaker 9: You know, No, I never heard.
- 43:11Speaker 3: I never heard.
- 43:15Speaker 2: And then you are are you going?
- 43:17Speaker 3: And you was hit with a cold?
- 43:19Speaker 1: What was that?
- 43:20Speaker 3: What is the code?
- 43:23Speaker 2: So there's poplic information that it's the government. It's basically
- 43:27Speaker 2: say I was saying a little and because when I'm incarcerated,
- 43:33Speaker 2: they don't have to give me any information even though
- 43:35Speaker 2: it's my information, they don't have to give it to
- 43:37Speaker 2: me to give it to anybody who represents me as
- 43:41Speaker 2: far as like my mom or dad, praying to anybody else,
- 43:47Speaker 2: they don't have to give it to them. I do state,
- 43:51Speaker 2: yea the tiny So what I did when I've seen that,
- 43:58Speaker 2: I tried to policy to get a quarter point of
- 44:01Speaker 2: attourney with the judge and as to this, so that
- 44:05Speaker 2: I could it's just information from the Amoral Peace Department
- 44:09Speaker 2: and also from the DPS. I love it to say, well,
- 44:11Speaker 2: take you do the same thing. And she denied because
- 44:17Speaker 2: it's gonna get her in trouble. She knows that she
- 44:19Speaker 2: signed off on and stuff legally couldn't myself. And so
- 44:27Speaker 2: then I tried to go pack that, and this is
- 44:30Speaker 2: where I'm at now. I went above her and went
- 44:32Speaker 2: to the Attorney General and that was on May seventeen.
- 44:36Speaker 2: But this year and I still have to do anything
- 44:39Speaker 2: back for them, and they haven't even helped me back.
- 44:41Speaker 2: And I seen an inquiring letter and they haven't even
- 44:43Speaker 2: answered me at all. That's how much Atturney.
- 44:46Speaker 3: General Barnell, do you have anything to see on this?
- 44:54Speaker 2: Well, I guess.
- 44:56Speaker 9: The tall point to hey about this is that the
- 45:00Speaker 9: same trial course judge to issue the product to the
- 45:03Speaker 9: detectives to go to your bank account and which betrieve
- 45:07Speaker 9: your money take from your bank account that you know,
- 45:11Speaker 9: just the same thing, say.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Judge, it's very rumorous things that do.
- 45:19Speaker 9: So is this thanks for putting on your question right
- 45:22Speaker 9: now that denied you said, the information that you're trying
- 45:26Speaker 9: to get, Yes, okay. So is that anything that you
- 45:33Speaker 9: help file against the just to try to enforce this,
- 45:36Speaker 9: just to make a ruling on your case, to.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Make a ruling on my case?
- 45:45Speaker 1: What you mean?
- 45:46Speaker 9: Yes, to have this to release your information about the
- 45:49Speaker 9: wealthouse of your property, to help control redocuments. So anything
- 45:53Speaker 9: from the police department. Have you follow anything against the
- 45:57Speaker 9: judge for that reason?
- 46:02Speaker 2: Yes, I mean we haven't answer the things. Like I said,
- 46:08Speaker 2: we have to try to get her to give me
- 46:12Speaker 2: a counsel to release that information to me so that
- 46:15Speaker 2: I can finish with my risk.
- 46:18Speaker 4: Okay.
- 46:19Speaker 9: And what happened? What did she do with that?
- 46:24Speaker 2: Like I stated previously, she's she denied me. She's give
- 46:28Speaker 2: me any counsels. Okay.
- 46:32Speaker 9: So everything that has been confiscated come you at this point?
- 46:36Speaker 9: That no conviction to support the confiscation of all of
- 46:40Speaker 9: your competing the compisation for your friends money to be
- 46:44Speaker 9: taken out of your account. There's no evidence supported that
- 46:47Speaker 9: you have been ever competed for compt right.
- 46:51Speaker 2: I have no drug triages whatsoever for you.
- 46:55Speaker 9: Okay, okay, So have you ever will any who's for
- 47:00Speaker 9: us that's in your hometown and that areat to tab
- 47:03Speaker 9: to see if you hit them. To look into this
- 47:05Speaker 9: matter as to why the City of Love, tex Texts
- 47:11Speaker 9: is reducing an issue and all of them to fire
- 47:14Speaker 9: out the way out all of your property and the
- 47:16Speaker 9: autor that the issue for them to compensate your money
- 47:19Speaker 9: out of your bank account with out of conviction. And
- 47:22Speaker 9: have you ever tried to get your money back from there?
- 47:27Speaker 2: There's I've tried to problem and received to get my
- 47:31Speaker 2: money back. In fact, like our sitting later on in
- 47:33Speaker 2: two thousand and nine, when you cook my money and
- 47:36Speaker 2: my Transcris started to try to get it back and
- 47:39Speaker 2: we proved for bitterly that it was legit and my
- 47:42Speaker 2: basic alone that here is anurd taye. They had put
- 47:45Speaker 2: over ten thousand dollars in there, and.
- 47:50Speaker 9: And then the the.
- 47:55Speaker 2: PM reporter my best friend is trying to do that
- 47:58Speaker 2: and they are kind of shut them down, and they
- 48:00Speaker 2: seem like they're scared that they don't want to do that.
- 48:03Speaker 2: That's ane or anything.
- 48:08Speaker 9: Okay, So the question that anybody stroke tonight is that
- 48:14Speaker 9: anything the technical take sure that you will like, but
- 48:17Speaker 9: the audience to know about mass.
- 48:20Speaker 2: And that you have to put that in your I
- 48:31Speaker 2: would like to do to know that I didn't do it.
- 48:33Speaker 4: I mean, I.
- 48:35Speaker 2: Stated factory getting along and was massive because I get
- 48:41Speaker 2: a condition with trying, and he came a long later on,
- 48:46Speaker 2: and then they think it according to to health of
- 48:51Speaker 2: dignity and anyway, because I mean I can get some more.
- 48:59Speaker 2: That's I mean, it just got of makes sense. It
- 49:01Speaker 2: proves my right.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Okay. I had to bunk you back September thirty thirty
- 49:12Speaker 3: September thirty because we're running at right now. Okay, I'm
- 49:24Speaker 3: gonna give you two minutes to to speak. Then Cornell,
- 49:31Speaker 3: I'm gonna give give you two minutes and then I'll
- 49:34Speaker 3: wrap I'll wrap it up. I have a headache because
- 49:40Speaker 3: everything I heard here I hear from me and from
- 49:46Speaker 3: other states, all of you guys saying the same thing.

- 54:08Speaker 3: You can read their cases as public records. Everything they say,
- 54:14Speaker 3: it's true. We have a corrupt system and we need
- 54:21Speaker 3: to voice our opinion. We need to stand up. Enough
- 54:25Speaker 3: is enough, as I just read what gave me the headache,
- 54:30Speaker 3: the reading that Texas have between three thousands until nine
- 54:38Speaker 3: thousand men and women currently incarcerated on wrong for convictions,
- 54:46Speaker 3: wrong for conviction. Let me go ahead, but it's just
- 54:54Speaker 3: gonna make me even matter, you know, I think guys

- 55:08Speaker 3: September thirty, when Sebastian will be back. But I have
- 55:13Speaker 3: another show coming up on I believe the twenty fourth

- 55:21Speaker 3: I will post it when we talk about Marcella Hell.
- 55:25Speaker 3: He's a man coming out of Missouri, Missouri. Course had
- 55:31Speaker 3: the Supreme Court and don't have to deny him from
- 55:36Speaker 3: being executed a state they want to execute que an
- 55:42Speaker 3: innocent man next week. I believe one of twenty fourth
- 55:47Speaker 3: the state of Missouri, Missouri. DNA shows that he was
- 55:53Speaker 3: not the person that did it, and they still want
- 55:56Speaker 3: to execute him. My heart goes out to each and
- 56:02Speaker 3: every man and won't and that's facing a rocal conviction.
- 56:09Speaker 3: As you guys already.
- 56:11Speaker 2: You know that I have.
- 56:14Speaker 3: My husband is incropercerated and he's quiting a wrong for conviction.
- 56:23Speaker 3: And that's why I'm out in Denver visiting him this weekend.
- 56:29Speaker 3: I am a very private person. I don't let a
- 56:32Speaker 3: lot of my information out. But in order to be
- 56:36Speaker 3: to applicate on his behalf and the other men and
- 56:41Speaker 3: women that reach out to me, I have to let
- 56:43Speaker 3: you know that this is what is personal. I'm going
- 56:49Speaker 3: to be a voice for them. So with this say,
- 56:53Speaker 3: I'm going to end my show with this. Always employ
- 56:57Speaker 3: your voice for construction, construction purpose or be or to
- 57:04Speaker 3: represent a voiceless even if it's shaking, as you see
- 57:10Speaker 3: my voice be shaking, and and I hope I represent
- 57:16Speaker 3: and the people for there where you guys can get
- 57:18Speaker 3: the message and for you who they sayer where you
- 57:25Speaker 3: just mentally, I have this to say to you, stay
- 57:31Speaker 3: dehydrated and concentrate on your journey. If you don't have
- 57:41Speaker 3: nothing to say, to say good at all, if you
- 57:44Speaker 3: don't have nothing to contribute or to come up with
- 57:48Speaker 3: a call to help us fight this and justice just
- 57:53Speaker 3: drink your water and stay your lane. With that being said,
