- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Over the past day and a half or so,
- 0:08the talk about Glaine Maxwell getting a pardon has really
- 0:11ramped up, and according to James Comer, there are some
- 0:16members of the committee that are in favor of Glene
- 0:19Maxwell getting a pardon. And if you thought that this
- 0:23committee was actually impaneled for justice, I'm sorry, but you
- 0:27were wrong. And that's why I told you from the
- 0:30beginning that this whole committee was nothing more than political theater.
- 0:34The whole point was to protect Donald Trump at all costs,
- 0:37no matter what. And if that means giving Glaye Maxwell
- 0:40a pardon to protect Donald Trump, then that's what they're
- 0:43gonna do. And all these vile sons of bitches that
- 0:46are in support of it, they'll come out and they'll
- 0:48rally around it. They'll come out and they'll give you
- 0:51all kinds of rosy words and how Glaine Maxwell's gonna
- 0:55help them out, all this crazy shit. But the truth is,
- 1:00Ghlaine Maxwell has nothing to offer, nothing that doesn't incriminate her.
- 1:05If Maxwell had anything of substance to offer, she would
- 1:08have offered it up a long time ago, and Furthermore,
- 1:11she's absolutely cooked as a witness. Say she gave them
- 1:15some kind of evidence that they thought was actionable, and
- 1:18say that they indicted somebody using that evidence. How do
- 1:22you think that's going to hold up in court? When
- 1:24Glenne Maxwell's in the box getting absolutely hammered. We all
- 1:27know how that story ends, and these dirt bags in
- 1:30Congress they know too. The truth is, though they don't care.
- 1:35So today, in this episode, that's what we're talking about,
- 1:39because if you want to see what route looks like,
- 1:41you don't have to go digging through the old files.
- 1:44Just watch what's happening right now. Watch elected officials, people
- 1:47who swear up and down that they're there to hold
- 1:50power accountable, just casually float the idea of pardoning Glainne
- 1:54Maxwell like they're talking about tax policy. A pardon for
- 1:59a while woman a jury already found guilty of helping
- 2:03run a pipeline of abuse and taking part in that abuse. Yo.
- 2:08That's not a slip of my tongue. That's not just
- 2:10asking questions. That's a signal, and it's a disgusting one.
- 2:15Because let's just rip the mask off this thing right now.
- 2:18Maxwell wasn't some socialite who got caught in the wrong circle.
- 2:22She wasn't standing in the corner pretending not to notice.
- 2:25The conviction made it crystal clear. She participated, she recruited,
- 2:29she facilitated, She helped build the machine, full stop. So
- 2:34what the fuck? Kind of gutlass spineless political creature looks
- 2:37at that and says, yeah, maybe we should let her walk.
- 2:40I'll tell you the kind, the kind that's terrified, Terrified
- 2:44of what she might know about Donald Trump, terrified of
- 2:48who else she can point to, Terrified of how far
- 2:50this thing actually goes if it stops being strangled in
- 2:53its crib right now. Because that's what this is. Don't
- 2:56kid yourself. It's not about mercy. Nobody's losing sleep over
- 2:59her can nditions. Nobody suddenly discovered a conscience about sentencing.
- 3:03That's a joke. This is about containment, same disease, same symptoms.
- 3:08We've been watching from the start. Delay it, muddle it,
- 3:11lose the record, shrug your shoulders, tell everyone it's complicated,
- 3:15tell everyone to move on. And when that doesn't work,
- 3:18when people keep asking questions you don't want to answer,
- 3:22you escalate, you don't expose more, you shut it down,
- 3:26and nothing shuts it down cleaner than a pardon, because
- 3:30a pardon doesn't let someone out of prison. It slams
- 3:33the brakes on everything that could come next. No leverage,
- 3:36no pressure, no incentive to talk. Case closed, story buried.
- 3:40Everybody gets to excel and pretend this nightmare somehow just
- 3:44resolved itself. That's the play, and the fact that it's
- 3:48being floated out loud in the open tells you how
- 3:51bold this is gotten. They're not even hiding the instinct anymore.
- 3:55They're testing how far they can go before people snap.
- 3:59And well, maybe she deserves it, maybe it's time to
- 4:02move forward. Maybe the system got it wrong. No, no,
- 4:06it didn't. A jury sat there and listened to what
- 4:09she did, not rumors, not internet garbage, actual testimony, actual victims,
- 4:15and they said guilty, not adjacent, not questionable, guilty. So
- 4:20fucking spare me the performance, because when you start talking
- 4:23about pardoning someone like that, you're not correcting a miscarriage
- 4:26of justice, you're creating one. You're telling every victim that
- 4:30none of it mattered. You're telling every person watching that
- 4:33if the right names are attached, the rules bend, and
- 4:37more than anything, you're telling the truth to sit down,
- 4:40shut up, and die quietly in the corner. But here's
- 4:44the problem. They're not dealing with a quiet story. They're
- 4:48dealing with a fuse that never burned out. And every
- 4:51time they try something like this, every time they reach
- 4:54for the nuclear option to protect whatever is left standing
- 4:57behind her, they don't calm it down. They the poor
- 5:00gasoline on it. Because people aren't blind, they see exactly
- 5:04what this is. Not oversight, not justice, certainly not reform.
- 5:08What they see is a last ditch, desperate move to
- 5:11keep the lid on something that was never supposed to
- 5:14be fully uncovered in the first place. And if they
- 5:17think a pardon is going to make this go away,
- 5:20well they're about to find out just how wrong they are.
- 5:26Today's article is from Politico and the headline Oversight members
- 5:30split over whether to pardon Glainne Maxwell. Committee chair says
- 5:35this article was authored by Hailey Fuchs. Members on the
- 5:39House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are divided over whether
- 5:43President Donald Trump should pardon Jeffrey Epstein's convicted co conspirator,
- 5:48Ghlaine Maxwell in exchange for her cooperation in the Panels.
- 5:52Epstein investigation Chair James Comer said in an interview on Wednesday.
- 5:57What an absolute fucking joke her help for the panel?
- 6:01What is she going to tell them? What exactly is
- 6:04she going to say that's going to hold up in court? Remember,
- 6:07she can say whatever she wants. It's about actionable evidence
- 6:10that can be used to get convictions. And if that
- 6:14doesn't occur, then she's worthless as a witness. And even
- 6:18if she was to give them that information, like I
- 6:20was saying, she's already cooked as a Juror would you
- 6:24listen to a word she had to say? I know
- 6:27I wouldn't. Maxwell, who was deposed by the Oversight Committee
- 6:33as the sole convicted accomplice in the Epstein sex trafficking scheme,
- 6:37previously invoked her Fifth Amendment right in declining to answer
- 6:40the panel's questions. Her lawyer has said that she would
- 6:44only speak if granted clemency of power available solely to Trump,
- 6:47who has not ruled out the prospect of a pardon. Well,
- 6:51even if he does do that, remember what I talked
- 6:53about early on dual sovereignty, and what dual sovereignty is
- 6:59is the state has the ability to try people for
- 7:01crimes even if they were pardoned on a federal level.
- 7:05So the State of New York could open a case
- 7:06into Glenn Maxwell if she was pardoned, and go after
- 7:09her at the state level. SAM in New Mexico. The
- 7:14only place where she might be protected is in Florida,
- 7:17and that's because of the ridiculous SNPA that should have
- 7:20never been given to Jeffrey Epstein. When asked whether he
- 7:25believed it was a favorable deal to issue a pardon
- 7:28in return for Maxwell's testimony, Comer said, a lot of
- 7:31people do. My committee split on that, he added, declining
- 7:34to name who on the panel supported granting a pardon.
- 7:38I don't speak for my committee. YO, put names to it.
- 7:41Don't be cowards. Put your name to it. If the
- 7:44GOP wants to pardon Glainn Maxwell champion that shit, don't
- 7:49do it behind closed doors. Don't try and sneak it
- 7:52in debate it. Let the American people hear both sides
- 7:56of the story, and then let the American people decide
- 7:58what they think. If you think the American people are
- 8:01going to be down with Glen Maxwell getting a pardon,
- 8:04you have a whole less other thing coming and you
- 8:06have not been paying attention. And if you think that
- 8:09your boys fired up now let them give Glenn Maxwell
- 8:11a pardon and then watch the fire and brimstone content
- 8:15rain down around them. Colmer himself wasn't in favor. Oh no,
- 8:21of course not. Colmer's just above board, what a great guy.
- 8:24Absolute clown, doesn't care about anybody but himself and Donald Trump,
- 8:27of course. And it's amazing that comer can even speak
- 8:31without deeply he's gargling Donald Trump's nuts. I think it
- 8:36looks bad, he said, honestly, other than Epstein, the worst
- 8:39person in this whole investigation is Maxwell. Well, he's not
- 8:43wrong about that. Maxwell's an absolute animal, and what he
- 8:48did to those girls and those women unconscionable. And when
- 8:52you look at the evidence and you listen to the testimony,
- 8:55it's wild to me that these christ dis king types
- 8:59are so willing to give somebody like Lane Maxwell a pardon.
- 9:02I mean, they probably want to get her on the
- 9:04podcast circuit, right, maybe have her as Dan Bongino's co host.
- 9:10Representative Robert Garcia of California, the oversight panel's top Democrat,
- 9:14emphasized that the committee democrats unanimously opposed a pardon for Maxwell.
- 9:19That would be a huge step backwards and quite frankly
- 9:22so disrespectful to the survivors, he said in an interview.
- 9:26She is a known abuser, she is a known lier,
- 9:28and that's really what it comes down to. What exactly
- 9:31are you going to use her for now? Look, if
- 9:34Glaine Maxwell was going to provide the key that took
- 9:37down the international banking cartel, cool, I'm all in. But
- 9:41we know that's not the case. And we know that
- 9:43the whole entire thing is being scripted and being built
- 9:48for one purpose to protect Donald Trump and Donald Trump's friends.
- 9:53That's it. If the DOJ or the oversight Republicans are
- 9:58out there trying to negotiate he ate some sort of pardon,
- 10:01that is not only a huge slap in the face
- 10:03to the investigation, to anyone, to the American public, it's
- 10:07also a part of a massive cover up bingo. That's
- 10:09what's going on. And boy, if they give her a pardon,
- 10:13that's the exclamation point behind the cover up. And there's
- 10:16no denying yet at that point. Pressure has been mounting
- 10:19on the Justice Department to pursue new prosecutions in the
- 10:22Epstein case, particularly after the United Kingdom arrested Andrew mount
- 10:27Batton Windsor formerly known as Prince Andrew and former Ambassador
- 10:31Peter Mandelsson for crimes related to their association with the
- 10:35disgraced financier. The Oversight Committee probe's work has been complicated
- 10:41by the fact that Maxwell is unwilling to answer questions
- 10:44and the central figure, Epstein, died behind bars years ago. Bullshit.
- 10:48Stop Only people who don't know the story talk like this.
- 10:52Glenn Maxwell has nothing left to offer, Okay, besides maybe
- 10:56some dirt on Donald Trump and his buddies. Nothing left offer.
- 11:01Let her rotten prison. Maxwell's lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, told
- 11:08Politico in an extended interview last month that he believed
- 11:11there was a good chance his client would ultimately be
- 11:13pardoned by the president. Marcus said he reached out to
- 11:17then Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche last year to help
- 11:21facilitate Maxwell's interview with the Department of Justice. She was
- 11:25granted limited immunity for the two day conversation and moved
- 11:29to a minimum security prison camp shortly afterward. Cover up.
- 11:33The whole thing's to cover up, and it's all being
- 11:35orchestrated by Donald Trump. So all the people out there
- 11:38that are so gung ho on getting Trump. This is
- 11:40what you should be focused on. Forget all the other bullshit,
- 11:44all the other nonsense. This is where it's at. You
- 11:47want meating potatoes, I'm giving it to you. Whether you
- 11:50eat it or not, that's up to you. In her
- 11:54interview with Blanche, she emphasized that she had not seen
- 11:57Trump engage in propriety with Epstein. Well, she said Epstein
- 12:01never engaged in impropriety either. She also lied about Prince Andrew.
- 12:05She also lied about Jess Dalley. She also lied about
- 12:07Virginia Roberts. She also lied about Annie Farmer, all verifiable lives.
- 12:12So what are we even doing right here? And why
- 12:14is this conversation even taking place? Besides the fact that
- 12:18they hate you and they don't respect you, The President's
- 12:23relationship with Epstein has been the source of much intrigue,
- 12:26as Trump is maintained the two out of falling out
- 12:28years ago. Garcia said the Oversight Committee should investigate why
- 12:33and how Maxwell was moved to a different facility. After
- 12:36her interview with Blanche, well, how long have I been
- 12:39calling for that? And finally they're catching up. Well that's cool.
- 12:43Maybe they're listening. And if you're listening, forget all this nonsense.
- 12:47Forget all the arguing, forget all the back and forth,
- 12:50and forget counting on the DOJ to do the right thing.
- 12:54So there's only one option left to us, Special counsel
- 12:59Or Plus. All the information that goes with this episode
