- 1:24[SPEAKER_29]: Just hang up.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_29]: That's what you have to do.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_29]: Do not talk to those people.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_29]: Okay.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, we just talked to it.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_29]: No.

- 1:40[SPEAKER_29]: 7, 5, 12, 40, the phone number.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_29]: And you know.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_29]: Let's see what I got to do.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_29]: Aaron, yeah, he's done.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_29]: He's done, football.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_29]: Let's see, as the Pittsburgh lost yesterday, big time, big time.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_29]: That much else going on.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_29]: Council meeting last night.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, geez.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, I, not sure what they did.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_29]: But they got the golf course in the zoo out of the way.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_29]: It didn't do anything, didn't cut anything, didn't revamp anything, didn't reimagine anything.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_29]: Just got the topics out of the way, which I guess was the goal.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_29]: And it came to the meeting, well, unprepared, let's say.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_29]: Let's say, see, what are we going to go in on it?
- 2:48[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, you know, somebody sent me good friend of the hotline, Hans Wilder, you know, Hans.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_29]: Well, he made it up a little song, a little rap song about me, which I thought was nice using AI.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_29]: It's amazing.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know why they don't teach us in the schools, and you know, whether you like it or not, it's amazing.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_29]: You still have to have talent, you still have to come up with lyrics, and it's came up with some good ones.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_29]: I don't think a Johnny Spazana would ever play this.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_29]: There's nothing dirty in it.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_29]: I like this stuff.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_29]: You know, he just wouldn't.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_29]: He's got to have his bad bunny and all that stuff.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_29]: Well, this song is good and should be played.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_29]: Let's take a listen.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah, so C601.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_26]: We have here in the snow.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_26]: We're gonna go with the filming and check on the mic now.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_26]: Let me show you how it go
- 3:50[SPEAKER_26]: Yo, it's a town where the river runs black Jeff Graham in the booth with a suit and they yak it Used to be me and I was poor when the facts out Girl, street plug and votes of a jack Yeah, he ran the show Now he's tapping the cake, politics in the rear view, parts to leg City council sitting in the shuffle and bread I have to dance, I work still begging for friends Yeah, what a sound nice
- 4:10[SPEAKER_26]: It's with a knee, your shoulder, the Asian ball, it's in this point, follow on, yeah I got class, they got cyst, they got eyes, I miss enough dreams with a twist and a swagger All the town, there's a stormy symphold in a far off girl in the 20th of local Where you see blasts, never say, you know, we ain't dead yet, we just move the soul Oh, money running circles in a budget wheel, you come and get in texture for trying to feel
- 4:34[SPEAKER_26]: But we still stand tall as we keep it real, Jeff's got a pass in a pint in here.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_26]: Used to run a setting, now he runs the bed on the tube box.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_26]: All spring steamed lamb on the box and it's harder than the desert sand.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_26]: Asian quiesa hundred bars, serving craze with a wing a laugh and a pop.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah, you like that now that's me that's music.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_29]: I mean that's
- 5:22[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, I sent it to Johnny, so that's nice.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_29]: But I got to play bad bunny today.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_29]: Twenty-seven times, because the suit were a little scum up, whoever bad bunny is, I don't even know.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_29]: That's a good song, but the amazing thing is, as much as people know, they made fun of only because they used AI.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_29]: Well, his problem was not to use it to research things.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_29]: It's just, he'd come out and say, I ran this through AI.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_29]: You know, you just,
- 5:50[SPEAKER_29]: same with a AI tells you then you look smart and you can do pictures you can do all sorts of things I mean obviously there's room for abuse obviously society life problems um... that I'll tell you it's uh... anybody who thinks you're going to put that genie back in the bottle definitely not definitely not uh... what else we got going on here
- 6:19[SPEAKER_29]: to my shelves, let's check the use junkie see what he's doing.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_29]: Let's see.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_29]: I know some of you don't like rap music.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_29]: I get it, but when it's well done, I like it.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_29]: I like anything if it's well done.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_29]: So there was a new story here in town about if somebody charged with fracturing the skull on a two-year-old, what the hell kind of person would do that.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_29]: You know, we talked about our protests out in Minneapolis and the unfortunate death of that lady.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_29]: Over and around the death tolls up to 2000 and their protests.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_29]: And nobody over here cares.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_29]: Remember when the Gaza stuff was intense?
- 7:10[SPEAKER_29]: It's still still killing people that don't come here long and the guys and the whatever they are, whatever they call them are still killing guys.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_29]: But nobody, I'll hear a Columbia University, they were all upset.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_29]: Nobody over here is upset about all these people getting killed in Iran.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_29]: That's okay.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_29]: That's okay.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_29]: It's not Israel.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_29]: That's not, you know, we just don't like anything to do with Israel.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_29]: That's them now.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_29]: Jesus, this is something.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_29]: horrible what's going on over there.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_29]: And hopefully your mull is take a dive here.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_29]: Ah.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_29]: These are good people.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_29]: There's a man arrested in Rochester.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_29]: He previously tried to kill a sister for being a bad muslim girl.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_29]: Didn't add something.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_29]: Didn't add something.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_29]: She didn't wear scarf or something.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_29]: The tablecloth on that head properly or whatever they do it.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_29]: Uh-huh.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_29]: Pharmacy's busy with food.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_29]: I had a flu shot already.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_29]: I went along partially with the regiment.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_29]: I won't do all of it, but I did that one.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_29]: The nice nurse Stephanie said, when I was at the doctor's office, you had your flu shot, and I'm not going to say no to her.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_29]: She's so nice.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_29]: So, I say, oh, okay.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_29]: And 755, 1240, you're from a number.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_29]: Any reaction to our song or anything like it?
- 8:50[SPEAKER_29]: Probably didn't like it.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_29]: That's not going to play well with people like the angry man.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_29]: He wouldn't like that kind of song.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_29]: Let's look at the police platter.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_29]: See who's sluggin' who's chokin' who.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_29]: So what we do in the water town, we choke women.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_29]: Pretty much.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_29]: There's nothing on here, really.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_29]: For water town, let's go back in here.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_29]: Who back to the 12th?
- 9:25[SPEAKER_29]: See if there's anything going on there.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_29]: Oh yeah, we got more.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_29]: Unlicensed operation aggravated him.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_29]: Is that crime anymore, everybody's doing it?
- 9:36[SPEAKER_29]: Really?
- 9:38[SPEAKER_29]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I am in the mail.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_06]: Um, first of all, I took one time my life, I took a blue shot.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_29]: Mm-hmm.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, and then in time, a window, I had the blue.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_29]: Well, yeah, I don't know if they're any good or not, but... Yeah.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_29]: The social thing, the country club, you don't want to say I didn't get my blue shot though.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_29]: Look at your scans.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_06]: Well, nah.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_06]: Uh... And anyway, what I want to do is, uh...
- 10:13[SPEAKER_29]: yeah because uh... suspended you know the whole thing that's been to the devil you know the devil you don't know hey i heard uh... somebody that's taxed to be jersey mics is opening tomorrow another arsenal i hear good things about that place jersey mics it's a subshot uh... my wife says we don't need any more subshot okay all right
- 10:41[SPEAKER_29]: uh... that was a thing i want to say you don't know what's going to happen and we will go down to be careful there right and uh... there are bad actors over there to bad actors get get all the things uh... it's not good no no but you know you look at that country to see the people on the street looks fairly modern and then you look at those goons are running the place you know where the robes and funny hats and what the heck is that all about
- 11:12[SPEAKER_29]: I mean, really, why can't they wear a suit?
- 11:14[SPEAKER_29]: Like, everybody else.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_06]: Well, look at this guy and sit in Syria to cook over Syria and now he came to weigh up from the suit he used to use to wear.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, you know, yeah, I mean, you're not in some kind of tribal ceremony, you know, like that's one thing, but you're doing business.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_29]: Why do you mean, you know, they wear a suit?
- 11:34[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_29]: I don't get it.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_06]: They're all kinds of elements over there, but that's not those simple, you know, nature of what's a vacuum, and that once is a vacuum, you don't know what's going to fill it up.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_29]: Mm-hmm.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_29]: OK, sounds good.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_29]: Well, thank you, sir.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_29]: Well, thank you, thank you.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_29]: I'm by no.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_29]: There's a guy, 30-what?
- 12:00[SPEAKER_29]: He calls the cops and says, there's two people fighting at the McDonald's, and there was nobody fighting.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_29]: What the heck are you thinking, buddy?
- 12:12[SPEAKER_29]: Oh my god, you can make a career off right in those tickets.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, let's see.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, there's a guy who grabbed a 38-year-old woman by both of her shoulders, pulled her towards her and yelled at her face during a domestic incident.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_29]: Get over here, he said.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_29]: Well, here's a guy up at Maywood, operates a car with a suspended registration.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_29]: Oh my God.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_29]: And let's see.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_29]: There's another aggravated unlicensed guy on Huntington Street.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_29]: I hope and said about when you're watching out the window at the cars go by, probably about one every four of those as an unlicensed driver in.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_29]: And I'm not saying that's good or bad.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_29]: You know, society's rules, but you gotta be driving somebody's car and you know, they had to have insurance, so you're not doing that many favors.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_29]: There's another one.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, there's a guy got a bench warrant.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_29]: I never knew what those were.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_29]: State police wrote a DWI for 0.08.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_29]: And so if you're parking me or expired by three minutes or something, come on.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_29]: Come on.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_29]: Well, let's see, about that, so...
- 13:45[SPEAKER_29]: Nothing else new to April.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_29]: I heard some stuff today.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_29]: I wish I could repeat it.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_29]: I'm gonna have to tell a close friend, this piece of the guy I suppose.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_29]: I can't say it on here, so it's so juicy, but I got it from a good source.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_29]: But I have to repeat it to somebody, so...
- 14:03[SPEAKER_29]: Well, I don't know.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_29]: Maybe I'll call a former council member and repeat it.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_29]: So anyway, 755, 1240, the phone number, Beth Hall is on TV now, during a future guest.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_29]: Now, Beth, what is the difference between a forecast and a future guest?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_29]: Now, I think those are synonymous when it comes to weather.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_29]: Now, when you, you've tried to use like,
- 14:33[SPEAKER_29]: It's corollary word there, no, that's a different story, but a future cast, says you're looking at the future, a forecast says you're looking ahead, which is also happens to be the future.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_29]: Now, that says it's going to be cloudy today, rain tomorrow, and chance of snow Thursday.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_29]: So, you know, the stories about snow get going so quickly.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_29]: I was sitting at this morning, some customers, and all of a sudden, one of them says, well, we're getting such the 12 inches of our names, we'll just see that.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, TV, so I look it up online, whether, no, no such thing.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_29]: Probably said it was possible in the, but what happens is, people hear that, and then somebody else goes down to cool sunnaces, or here we're getting slammed today.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, by the time it's all over, we can get anything.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_18]: hmm now we might get a little snow tomorrow night as we inch we're inching towards what I call home day of winter which would be um groundhog day that would be home play but after dinner on the air oh man I'm just calling to insight everyone to our annual uh respect like prayer vigil that life-grade water
- 15:56[SPEAKER_18]: is putting in.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_18]: It'll be January 20th at 6.30.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_18]: We're back at public square, like we used to be doing it since the late 80s anyhow.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_29]: Right.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_18]: And I don't promise it, it'll be as glitzy or as crowded as the no kings, but everyone's invited to light up the square and to pray for
- 16:27[SPEAKER_18]: all human life so you're the right to life lady i am i am the right to life lady yeah thank you lose it i can't hold in there's so much so much going on and of course uh... row was overturned two years ago three maybe it's coming coming up i'm three years ago but there's still quite a
- 17:00[SPEAKER_29]: All right, what about the lady in Minneapolis who got killed?
- 17:03[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, that was horrible.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_18]: That was horrible.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_18]: And we don't leave, we respect all human life.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_18]: I also think that it's a distraction that plays into what the radical left really is.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_18]: has in mind and really no failure in life.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_18]: And I'm sure, you've heard the phrase, one death is a tragedy of million deaths are a statistic and basically that's what the right to life, right, since 1972, is all about, I see, I'm about it, as 2,000 people have
- 18:00[SPEAKER_18]: Nobody cares, and nobody cares, and these women that say they're four women, and yet you know, the big promotion is making sure abortion isn't safe legal and rare, but it's gone from a doing yourself operation at home, take a pill and you're on your own.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_18]: And so we haven't changed our strategy or our intent and that's what we're praying about.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_18]: We're praying that people will understand that it's in a atrocity.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_29]: How many people are going to be at the square for your little
- 18:57[SPEAKER_18]: depending on the weather of course it's a you know it's always held in January around the anniversary of the road is weighed and it's usually cold and smelly and so we typically get a hundred but boy I sure would like to have like maybe half the number of people that show up for the no kings rally.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_29]: Well you know what one of the things about the square
- 19:28[SPEAKER_29]: more ambulatory people, it's easy, I guess, but it's hard to get there.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_18]: Well, it is not on the Tuesday night.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_29]: I mean, I'd like to go, but I, you know, that's a lot of, that's a lot of water.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_29]: And if I pull up and park by the curb there, they'll take it me.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_29]: So, anyway, hey, listen to Supreme Court's hearing arguments today.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_29]: And I know how long a West Virginia law that has to do with the,
- 19:57[SPEAKER_18]: Biological males playing on girls sports teams who have an opinion I don't think I don't think I mentioned play women's sports I I feel pretty strongly about that.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_18]: I thought we settled in was a title nine.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, so the and It seems rather common sense
- 20:23[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, I mean, there's some sports like Chess or something which it matters.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, some people, some people I've talked to think that sensing is sort of an easy one.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know if Fencing is, that's pretty rigorous, but you know the thing about Chess?
- 20:43[SPEAKER_29]: Is there a, I've never seen, well, I don't see many women chess players.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_18]: it's a true story.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_18]: Well, you'll probably see a lot of women chess players once the theocracy and Iran calls and I'll see everything.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_18]: They championed the so-called feminist and women's movement.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_18]: They don't care about those women and Iran, they're living
- 21:21[SPEAKER_29]: I know if you don't, you don't wear the tablecloth on your head, they tell you.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_18]: Oh my goodness, yes, yes, yes, so, but anyhow, I'll probably call it back and remind everybody to about the pre-arvisual.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_18]: Okay, well, the pre-arvisual is on public square at 630.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_18]: Okay, so you think TV will cover that they were boy, they couldn't get enough of that 10 don't know they don't they used they used to cover us But we sent out we sent out information right Uh, you know press releases and they used to cover it and come down and interview us But nope nope.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_29]: I know but they couldn't wait to get down there for The thing the other day for Mrs. Good
- 22:12[SPEAKER_18]: right and I guess as you always bring up Ashley Babett she's a forgotten soul in your mind and that was that was awful it was totally awful and it ended up that she her family got what what did they call it a settlement right settled my name yeah but they don't they don't like that it's all
- 22:43[SPEAKER_29]: any other poor soul that they can they can you know you for their purposes I guess so well certainly any other topics that are on your mind as the resident writes a life person I think I can't think of I think of it you know that other lady who used to be a right to life person who's that she lived up in a rotland I think
- 23:12[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, I had a rungie, yeah, we're she.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_18]: Well, she's busy.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_18]: You know, I don't, the usual suspects that I hang around with are church people.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_18]: Anna was a great, you know, a great person.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_18]: And she was in church.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_18]: And I was praying.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_18]: And she had a large family.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_18]: And so I know she's still praying.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_18]: But we're pretty busy with our prayers in our pro-life work.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_29]: we've got the usual suspects we see are either of these sort of rallies or now what about with you would you get like and this always gets me any elected officials to come to your event because you know if I was in elected office I want to stop down at the thing for the uh... miss miss good just to say i'm sorry that happened you know we we all stop down
- 24:09[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, you're not going to get back to your timble, he's we have, we have had people you know who came seem to be a regular person, actually, that I do remember was Darrell Auberson he would come.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, he's a good man, yeah.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, and I don't know Scott Greatchane.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_29]: He said I think Scott sent flowers or something.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_18]: Well, that would be something, at least for not invisible like we are in the media.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_18]: Now, of course, there's a big, the big rally, the annual march for life rally in Washington, D.C., and you will not see coverage on the mainstream media of that, and that's been
- 25:04[SPEAKER_18]: over 100,000 to 1,200,000,000 in January from all over the country all over the world.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_18]: And Donald Trump was actually the first one to actually address March to Life.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_29]: Well, maybe I don't think you'll get any state legislators at this one.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_29]: He's secular, I'm looking at him.
- 25:40[UNKNOWN]: Fuck you.
- 25:40[UNKNOWN]: Well, I'll see what I can do.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_29]: Although, maybe, you know, if a smart thing on the docs, Dr. Kimball, since he's running for mayor, it's pretty obvious, he should go to these things.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_29]: Just show a little respect, say, hey, thanks for coming out here and all of that.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_29]: You know what I always hate, though, is when people come up to you and say things, like, well, I don't disagree with you on anything, but I respect you right to be it.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_29]: Now, don't say that.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_29]: Just say, hey, good to see ya.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_29]: Hey, you just drink this stuff about feeling they have to deny something ahead of time.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_29]: You always hear that.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_29]: Well, I don't normally hang out with Republicans, but, you know, well, whatever.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_29]: And, you know, just get out of my face at that point.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, the governor's state of the state is today.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, wow.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_18]: And you know how much the budget is?
- 26:34[SPEAKER_29]: Probably, I don't know.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, a couple hundreds of dollars.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_18]: $254 billion.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_18]: Wow.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_18]: And I was trying to figure out if the fraud in Minnesota that they have exposed is around $9 billion.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_29]: We got a ton of it here.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_29]: And now, nobody carries that, I mean, I don't know, we don't carry any of these.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_18]: Well, no, you don't want to be a racist.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_29]: Now, you have to, like, channel seven tonight, they'll have to lead with that.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_29]: They'll have, like, uh, been at 50 to two minute package summarizing the governor's thing and then they'll get reactions from walls that can gray and those people and play those and all of that.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know what's in the budget.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_29]: So whatever.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_18]: It's always too much, right?
- 27:31[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, that's right.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_29]: That's right.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_29]: Well, thank you so much.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_29]: And we'll all be there in the 20th.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_29]: And look forward to it.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_18]: All right.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_18]: Thank you, Jeff.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_29]: Thank you.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_29]: Right now.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_29]: Claire heard of the fetching on the air.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_29]: I'm just saying she's very nice.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_29]: 7-5-5-12-40 are a phone number.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_16]: If you'd like to give us a hug, the honor will be back with more in a moment.

- 28:23[SPEAKER_16]: Located at 19309 Grove's Cemetery Road in La Fargeville, just watch for the huge sign next to the cemetery, proudly owned by the Thompson Family for 35 years.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_16]: Call LA Quarria 315-688-2004.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_17]: When it comes to remembering your loved ones, only the best will do.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_17]: That's why one important phone call to make should be to eight cousin monuments.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_17]: For over 100 years, eight cousin monuments in water town has encrafted the finest quality, custom monuments, and that tradition still lives on today.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_17]: A Gazi Monument.

- 29:30[SPEAKER_05]: With your IQ with a forecast, I'm meteorologist Joe Lundberg on the news and talk authority AM-1240WATN.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_08]: Now, AM-1240-WAT and presents the hotlock sponsored by Herringers Contracting, the roof people who call you back, LA Quarry, the destination for all your crushed limestone in the North Country, and Watertown Appliance, the proud studio sponsor for the hotline with Jeff Graham.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_29]: All right, we're back, back on a, I listen to the city council meeting guys, night courtesy of Steve Reed Productions, City of Watertown, and it was kind of interesting.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_29]: was it demonstrably better than the previous meetings?
- 30:11[SPEAKER_29]: Well, there wasn't the tension in here.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_29]: I noticed some internal body language.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_29]: I see Dr. Kimball is trying to like be up, a guiding force to one of the new council members.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_29]: Did you have a question to wind us?
- 30:25[SPEAKER_29]: You know, helping him out and so on.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_29]: And then, I don't know what else, the Mr. Schoen talked more last night.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_29]: He wanted to buy a
- 30:37[SPEAKER_29]: hold the golf course.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_29]: I guess you can sponsor a hole.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_29]: He wanted the first hole.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, I don't know what it cost.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_29]: And you know what?
- 30:49[SPEAKER_29]: That's the problem.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_29]: That is the problem.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_29]: So, what are we to do here?
- 31:00[SPEAKER_29]: What are we to do?
- 31:02[SPEAKER_29]: Well, um,
- 31:08[SPEAKER_29]: because they've run that course for three-fold years and only once did Mr. North come on the show and I can say well, Graham, and idiot, he's a jerk, he's a, you know, obtuse sees, mean, he's whatever, but this reaches a lot of people, FOC free of charge.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_29]: You can tell me what they got for a tournament this week, or a special or something like that, and they never do it.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_29]: And you know, they could because they've even done spots on the air, which means, you know, certainly, if you're in for something like this, yeah, I don't know.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_29]: I don't get the whole thing.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_29]: I don't get the whole thing.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_29]: So anyway, um, and listen to, and I thought maybe this is the problem.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_29]: I should never
- 32:00[SPEAKER_29]: going to a meeting.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_29]: It's like a cross-examining a witness.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_29]: We should never go in without no one with the results going to be.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_29]: And it was just like the repregnant pauses and what do you think?
- 32:12[SPEAKER_29]: And we'd say anything.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_29]: All of that, I don't know.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_29]: And I was kind of against this, but I'll go along with that.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_29]: Whatever you think.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_29]: It was, I talked to another veteran observer of city council.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_29]: It was bad.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_29]: So I want I was hoping for it and I know some people disagree with this and you don't like it when I say it He said well, well, why don't you do that when you were there and I sure'd have But nobody says I was all like good, so let's assume these people are better than you know Better than me.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_29]: I was hoping it's This idea of a synergism for the part that Thompson Park not that zoo at times in Vargan not the Thompson Park golf course Not the pool like this in that
- 32:57[SPEAKER_29]: one identity, run by one person, and promote it.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_29]: And you could do that.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_29]: But everybody's got their faith to me.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_29]: I can't mix once I have this little conservancy man.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_29]: We got our conservancy.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_29]: We got all his money because the mayor lined up the sky with the New York Times and he wrote an article that people sent in money.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_29]: That's great.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_29]: Then he got to happen again.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_29]: And then,
- 33:25[SPEAKER_29]: You know, you got the usual things going out at the park, pools, pickleballs, and all that, and you got over the golf course.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_29]: And somebody asked last night, is anybody spoken to the food vendor about what his plans are for the year, and the answer was, no, we haven't talked to him.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_29]: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, that's not acceptable.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_29]: There should have been an answer.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_29]: And then somebody brought up leasing it again and nobody had a firm answer on his issue of home rural legislation.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_29]: I don't claim to know, but I do know it's come up a lot of times and people say, well, I'm just sure I'm legal theory.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_29]: Well, maybe it is, but can somebody get some definitive words, so they don't keep talking about leasing it, the mythical people.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_29]: But in essence, the park ultimately should be one entity with one park super intended.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_29]: And they should be, you know, you're saying the golf course.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_29]: What's the golf course manager doing the winter?
- 34:26[SPEAKER_29]: Well, other things, hopefully, promoting other things.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_29]: I thought they had those winter activities.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_29]: Stuff like that, getting ready for some.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_29]: I have a lot of things.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_29]: There's so much.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_29]: But the two of them right now, they've bought into the golf course thing that they agreed to last night.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_29]: Why, what do you think?
- 34:46[SPEAKER_29]: Well, I don't know what do you think.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_29]: I'll go along with that.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_29]: You know, it was like the Germans and Rhymes there in France, you know, the Allies were just dictating the terms there.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_29]: You signed here, signed here, signed here, and we'll let you next week's agenda, I hope so, for your sake.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_29]: And I don't know, and they want to give this visitor's building to the city if it is a city's not, I don't know.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_29]: They were supposed to maintain it and didn't, now that it's in this repair, they want the city to be responsible for it.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_29]: to put a new roof on it.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_29]: And obviously, since there are a little more flush, but you know the other thing, and this came out, and I know everybody likes executive sessions.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, it's a little difficult to breach the sanctity of executive sessions.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_29]: But somebody asked, could we have a council liaison to the Conservancy Board?
- 35:43[SPEAKER_29]: If Conservancy is a private corporation, you have no right to know anything.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_29]: But they wanted to have a liaison.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_29]: It's to mix, said, well, yeah, you can come over, but you gotta remember, we're private entity, and these meetings are private, and you can't say anything.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_29]: They said that, not making it up.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_29]: We're on the tape back.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_29]: What is so secret?
- 36:03[SPEAKER_29]: Now, I'm not talking about, you know, some employee had some horrible problem, and they wanted to discuss it.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_29]: That's not what we're talking about.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_29]: Never once was a reference made to an animal last night or a program.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_29]: or what's going to happen to this visitor's building if they want to get rid of it.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_29]: And there was some vague suggestions about the city world, maybe you could use that for some.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_29]: I don't know.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_29]: But obviously that's all subtle.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_29]: Next stop on the train track is the budget that will be coming up next month in a preliminary
- 36:47[SPEAKER_29]: And I don't know, what do they keep talking, some of the numbers thrown about 25% increase, well, I can happen, but I don't know what they're going to do.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_29]: And the other one is this high-growth thing.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_29]: Like that lady said yesterday, in 2016, they were going to make that a priority.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_29]: There's no solution for it.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_29]: Thanks.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_29]: what you've got to do is find ways to conserve power so that when you have to switch over and start paying the full boat for it won't be as onerous that's what you got to do and you got to look for a successor buyer to whatever is produced at the ira hydro plant because you won't be dealing with the issue of quote excess power over and above with the city use because that that that's out of that's gone
- 37:42[SPEAKER_29]: But there's no equation that says, you know, well, the city used 72 kilowatts, so that comes off the top, no.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_29]: City pays the, whatever the rate tariff is, for a minute, municipalities.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_29]: Effective 2030.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_29]: Just like any other municipality would.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_29]: So, but they, they don't seem to discuss that.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_29]: So I don't know, what cuts are coming in the spring.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_29]: we don't know.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_29]: We don't know.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_29]: But they agreed to give this $200,000 issue of $75,250 the following year.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_29]: And Councilman showed it said, thanks for reducing the ask.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_29]: Okay.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_29]: And who lives in the house ever came up last night?
- 38:35[SPEAKER_29]: You know, the house could produce $16,17,000 a year in income.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_29]: It's not a lot, but it's something, yeah.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_29]: Well, what can I say?
- 38:55[SPEAKER_29]: I didn't think it was that effective for meeting.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_29]: All right.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_29]: Sorry I have to say that.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_29]: But from their point of view, they got these issues off the table.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_29]: So that's, so there you go.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_29]: Hey, listen, we're going to take a break here.

- 42:54[SPEAKER_29]: got a message here from somebody said not good, I don't know, there's a lot of things that could apply to.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_29]: Somebody said after listening to last night's work session with the Hems and Haws, the cities in big trouble.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_29]: Another person, I says, were you thrown off the blue ribbon panel?
- 43:11[SPEAKER_29]: Yes, yes, I was, for real.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_29]: Not preaching the dog, but they wanted.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_29]: Somebody said they should build a completely new downtown up there
- 43:23[SPEAKER_29]: could do that.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_29]: And somebody says maybe the house in the park could be a little gracy mansion for the manager and the golf course manager could be a, his personal surfer for fur in your season.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_29]: Well, that's a possibility.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_29]: So many should be living up there.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_29]: Maybe the mayor should be living in the park.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_29]: Why wouldn't you want to?
- 43:44[SPEAKER_29]: Especially if you get kids you're up in the park, you can listen to the owls.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_29]: How many animals are there?
- 43:50[SPEAKER_29]: You ever notice I have this something that counts on candidate burns up in the campaign.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_29]: That is the health and well being of the beasts.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_29]: But the only time you ever hear anything about up there is.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_29]: They put out a press release about mourning the loss of their yak or something.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_29]: They have a yak.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_29]: I don't even know what the yak is.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_29]: But after noon you're on the air.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_27]: All right.

- 48:49[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah, somebody builds a house that's great.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_29]: But...
- 48:53[SPEAKER_29]: commercial property like that as to the assessment roles now this is outside the city of course probably we couldn't handle the sewer line or something but and i and i don't really know they say they make the sub-written front here but they all do that going to directly do you want to do what you don't i don't know if one's better than the other really uh... sub like a pizza i think a lot of it comes down to the role
- 49:22[SPEAKER_29]: I mean, lettuce is lettuce, assuming it's fresh and ham is ham and turkey is turkey, but really it's the role and if there's a special sauce or make it more imaginatively than just throwing it all out.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_29]: So anyway, I don't know.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_29]: People say that, but used to be they always, when companies open, they'd be like a ribbon cutting or something, local officials, but
- 49:49[SPEAKER_29]: And really aren't any officials of the towns, you know.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_29]: So it's just, there's no real merit to do it.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_29]: I'd be very disappointed if the mayor of Carter Ribbon outside the city.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_29]: I think that would be very, uh, not that, I mean, against this place, hopefully there are a lot of people in the, that's good.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_29]: You know, again, I mean, those type of businesses, they, they either sell snacks, they,
- 50:19[SPEAKER_29]: You know, I'll do the table workers, a lot of places, you know, you're skimming on sales tax, all that?
- 50:25[SPEAKER_29]: I don't think they have football squares there, but this is the year.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_29]: There's been more, I've heard more talk of football squares this year than in 20 30 years.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_29]: Is that to the state stare at them out?
- 50:47[SPEAKER_29]: Yeah.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_29]: I don't need to veto this commercial.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_29]: But we'll see.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_29]: We will see.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_29]: I have to get out there at some point.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_29]: See what they're all about.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_29]: Some are great.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_29]: I should have the role of this phrase.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_29]: If the role is off, ruins the whole thing.
