- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everybody, and welcome to the program. Look, we're
- 0:03just gonna jump right into it today. All right down
- 0:07in Florida, another investigation, this time run by the state itself,
- 0:14has decided that there was no criminal wrongdoing in Jeffrey
- 0:19Epstein getting that sweetheart of a deal. Nobody committed any crimes. Oh,
- 0:26we got preferential treatment, folks, but nobody committed any crimes.
- 0:31I mean, did you really think that an internal investigation
- 0:36was going to unearth anything. It's an absolute joke. This
- 0:43is the State of Florida's version of Leon Black having
- 0:50the I'm using quotes here air quotes the independent law
- 0:55firm look Out, Apollo Global. That's what this is right here.
- 0:59So the state's investigate itself, Huh, that always works out
- 1:02so great. They're gonna expose themselves for being complicit in
- 1:09giving Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal. That's exactly what we
- 1:12should have expected from this investigation. Right, It's a joke.
- 1:17The investigation's a joke. The State of Florida is a joke. Hell,
- 1:21the whole entire justice system in the nation is a joke.
- 1:26And continuously we see shit like this happen. And if
- 1:33what they did wasn't against the law, then perhaps, maybe,
- 1:39just maybe, some more laws need to be put on
- 1:41the books to hold these prosecutors responsible. Let's jump into
- 1:48this article from the Palm Beach Post and let's see
- 1:51what the author, Jane Musgraves, has to say. Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:58Florida probe finds no crime and how case was handled
- 2:01that is just so ludicrous on its face. Just the
- 2:04headline alone is enough to launch me into orbit. This
- 2:09shit is aggravating time after time, day after day. The
- 2:15federal government just gets in the way of bringing people
- 2:18like Epstein to justice. Oh but don't worry, they have
- 2:21no problem kicking in your door if they think you're
- 2:24a drug dealer. The whole entire world is upside down, folks.
- 2:30And I swear to God, I swear to you. I
- 2:33feel like we're living in a simulation at this point.
- 2:35This can't be real life, right, Like I said. This
- 2:40article was authored by Jane Musgrave and yet another blow
- 2:46for survivors of serial child molester Jeffrey Epstein. Florida's top
- 2:51law enforcement agency on Monday said have found no evidence
- 2:54of wrongdoing in the way Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies
- 2:57or the state's attorneys handled the wealthy Palm Beach Residen's case. Well,
- 3:03whoever came to that conclusion should be put on a
- 3:07ship right along with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
- 3:10and sent to the furthest island chain that is uninhabited
- 3:15in the Pacific Ocean, so that they can't meddle in
- 3:18anybody else's life anymore. I mean, are you kidding me?
- 3:21How could you sit on one of these bodies with everything
- 3:24you know and come to the conclusion that that non
- 3:28prosecution agreement was legit, It was all above board, it
- 3:31was kosher. The travesty of this whole entire thing is
- 3:41beyond words, folks. Honestly, it is beyond words. In three
- 3:48separate reports that were the product of a nearly two
- 3:50year investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said it
- 3:54found no proof Epstein's riches or influence with powerbrokers won
- 3:59himself special treatment. No, none at all, Nope, had nothing
- 4:03to do with it. Barry Krisher was just you know,
- 4:05Barry Krisher is just an attack dog of a prosecutor, right, folks,
- 4:08just we can really rely on him to do the
- 4:10right thing. How can anyone think or say that this
- 4:17was above board, that this was acceptable, because it was
- 4:22literally none of those things. It was not above board,
- 4:25it was not acceptable, and it's literally a travesty of justice.
- 4:30I honestly have no idea how the people in Florida
- 4:34who looked at this case can say to themselves or
- 4:37us with the straight face that there were no laws
- 4:40broken here. We need to fix this shit asap. And
- 4:49the current crop of politicians in Florida and elsewhere, well,
- 4:54they certainly don't seem to be the guys or the
- 4:56gals to do it, folks. The agency dismissed allegations that
- 5:02former state Attorney Barry Krisher bowed the pressure from Epstein's
- 5:05high powered legal team to help craft a plea agreement
- 5:08that has been widely criticized as the deal of the century.
- 5:12I mean, were the investigators high, And I don't mean
- 5:16on marijuana, right, I'm talking about high. Were they like
- 5:21hitting the K two? Maybe that leak eleak getting a
- 5:24little wet, because nobody who's sober can come to this conclusion,
- 5:30nobody with a brain that's working at even half capacity.
- 5:34But yet here we are with some of the smartest
- 5:37people in the room, the elected officials and the appointed judges,
- 5:42and all of these jerkoffs who make up the political
- 5:45class who think they can lord over us. Frankly, folks,
- 5:49I have had a belly full of these people. Further
- 5:55investigators said they found no evidence deputies allowed the self
- 5:58described financier file to have sex with two young women
- 6:02when he was allowed to leave the county stockade on
- 6:05work release. Well, Denise George begs to differ, and well,
- 6:13looking at all the stuff in this case and how
- 6:16things were handled in Florida, I have zero confidence in
- 6:19Florida as a law enforcement type of place. Okay, so
- 6:23throw all the shit you hear from Florida out the window.
- 6:26It's all tainted in garbage, especially after this ruling. So
- 6:33it's Florida is just a shit show, folks. I don't
- 6:37even know what to say about that place. Why anyone
- 6:40would live there is beyond me. If this is the
- 6:42way that the state prosecution is going to conduct itself,
- 6:46and then after they're exposed for obvious wrongdoing, they don't
- 6:51even get baptized for it. Yeah, you can miss me
- 6:55with that shit. I'll be avoiding Florida at all costs.
- 7:02While investigators didn't discount the allegations in two ongoing civil
- 7:05lawsuits that Epstein molested two young women in his office
- 7:09in downtown West ponm Beach, Florida, they said deputies who
- 7:13were guarding him were unaware of it. So again their ignorance.
- 7:18Wasn't their job to make sure that they kept people
- 7:21safe from Jeffrey Epstein. Wasn't that what they were doing,
- 7:24but they weren't aware if he did that? What really
- 7:28were they doing? My guess is they were living the
- 7:32life of luxury, all kinds of great meals with their
- 7:36new boy, Jeffrey. And you know what's the big deal?
- 7:39They'll look the other way. A couple of girls come
- 7:41through dad, No big deal. When it comes to drug cartels,
- 7:47it's plato or promo, either silver or lead, meaning you
- 7:51take the bribe or you get the lead. In America,
- 7:55they don't even have to threaten the lead. These dudes
- 7:57are just taking the bribes. Probably, I'm so fed up
- 8:02with the broken, disgusting Department of Justice and the whole
- 8:11entire situation that we find ourselves in. Does anyone have
- 8:15any confidence in the institutions? And then when decisions like
- 8:19this are rendered. How can they expect anybody to believe
- 8:24in what they got going on or to believe the
- 8:26narratives that they're pitching to US agents find no financial
- 8:33intelligence that crimes were committed. Oh, no financial intelligence. Well,
- 8:39first of all, you'd have to have some intelligence to
- 8:42search for the intelligence, you bunch of boops. Second of all,
- 8:47nobody believes anything that's coming out of the office of
- 8:49anyone in Florida. Okay. Fdl E agents also said they
- 8:55uncovered no financial intelligence that any of the ninety one
- 8:59deputies who were paid a total of one hundred and
- 9:03twenty eight one hundred and thirty six dollars to watch
- 9:06Epstein traded money for favors. The money for Epstein's security
- 9:10detail at the Florida Science Foundation was paid to the
- 9:13Sheriff's office and then distributed to deputies. Investigators said, yeah,
- 9:18I'm sure that there was no little something something on
- 9:20the side, right, give me a break, man. Guess what.
- 9:26I don't trust the police either, Okay, I don't trust
- 9:29any of the institutions in this nation. Can I be
- 9:32any more clear? And I don't know how anyone does.
- 9:38Just take a look at TV for five seconds. Just
- 9:40read some articles in the news and you'll see the
- 9:44way these people conduct themselves to think that these guys
- 9:47would be above getting a few bucks on the slide
- 9:50from Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, stop it. Oh well, it
- 9:52wasn't on their taxes. It cautioned that the findings were preliminary,
- 9:59but it's based on its review of available information, no
- 10:03crimes were committed. Further, even if additional evidence is uncovered,
- 10:07given that more than a decade has elapsed, the statue
- 10:10of limitations as long past, and there it is. The
- 10:13devil's in the details. Folks, kick the can down the road.
- 10:17Let's get the statue of limitations kicked in so nobody's
- 10:21ever held accountable and the dance goes on. Meanwhile, the
- 10:30survivors are left once again holding the bag. I hope
- 10:34you feel good about yourselves, Florida, and I hope the
- 10:37FDLE who conducted this garbage ass investigation feels good about
- 10:42themselves too. Sheriff Rick Bradshaw, who asked Governor Ron DeSantis
- 10:48in August twenty nineteen to order FDL to investigate his
- 10:52deputy's conduct after news of Epstein's cushy treatment exploded applauded
- 10:58the findings. You know, Ron de Santa, this is another
- 11:00one strikes me as a weirdo. I don't trust any
- 11:04of these dudes. I wonder how many parties he was
- 11:07hanging out with with his boy Matt gets. After an
- 11:13extensive investigation, FDL determined that there was no inappropriate or
- 11:18criminal activity on the part of any PbSO member with
- 11:21respect to their participation in Epstein's work release or the
- 11:25permit detail. He said in a written statement. As if
- 11:28this is getting them off the hook, right, this is
- 11:31his mia kulpa. See, we did nothing wrong. Why because
- 11:35your friends in another government agency said so sorry? How
- 11:39about an independent board takes a look at this, not
- 11:42one of your friends, not a law firm who you
- 11:45have ties to, A real independent investigation. I'd be calling
- 11:50for a federal investigation. But Merrick Garland doesn't know his
- 11:54ass from his elbow, so that's out as well. But
- 12:02he said, the state agency won't have the last word.
- 12:05An ongoing internal affairs investigation will determine whether deputies violated
- 12:10any department policies. The results are expected soon, he said, Yeah, okay,
- 12:15I have a lot of confidence in that. Meet the
- 12:19new boss same as the old boss. If you think
- 12:21anything's different that now that Merrick Garland's in there, though
- 12:24when Barr was in there, you're wrong. Maybe it's package different, right,
- 12:28But it's all the same shit. These people all have
- 12:30the same goal in mind. Neither Krisher nor the State
- 12:36Attorney's office responded to phone calls or emails about the
- 12:39fdl's findings. The probe cast a shadow over Krisher, a
- 12:43respected sixteen year state attorney who won awards and accolades
- 12:47for his work on behalf of young victims of sexual
- 12:49assault before he left office in two thousand and nine.
- 12:52Talk about a joke, So let's just put it into perspective, okay,
- 12:58And I don't care how you feel about Russia Limbaugh,
- 13:00all right, This same prosecutor, Barry Krisher, tried to put
- 13:06Rush Limbaugh on jail for a billion years because of drugs,
- 13:09but at the same time is giving Epstein a sweetheart deal.
- 13:16It's bullshit, it's garbage, And I'm sick of these disgusting
- 13:19prosecutors not treating this stuff as with the seriousness that
- 13:23it deserves because it's one of their buddies or somebody
- 13:25who contributed to their political campaign or their boss's political campaign.
- 13:34The trampoline effect is severe. His departure came six months
- 13:41after Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges, even
- 13:44though Palm Beach police said he had learned dozens of
- 13:47teens to his mansion for massages that many said led
- 13:51the sexual assault. Two state charges. Folks, just remember that
- 13:54two state prostitution charges with underage girls. By the way,
- 13:58and there's no longdoing on the behalf of the state
- 14:03for giving him this sweetheart deal. I try and come
- 14:07to terms with that. I know there's no way that
- 14:10anyone can justify this to me. He served twelve months
- 14:16of an eighteen month sentence and was allowed to leave
- 14:19the stockade for twelve hours a day, six days a week.
- 14:22Imagine that kind of sweetheart deal for some scumbag child molester.
- 14:28I honestly have no idea how anyone finds it acceptable.
- 14:35This dude's in there. All these little girls came forward
- 14:38and said he was touching them and abusing them and
- 14:40assaulting them. And he's able to leave six days a
- 14:44week for twelve hours a day. Why because he has
- 14:47to go to work. What does that even mean? So
- 14:53is el Choppo able to leave six days a week.
- 14:57Was gas Pipe Casso allowed to do that? What about
- 14:59the UNI A bomber? Hell, maybe we should let David
- 15:03Berkowitz out for a weekend retreat to run around the
- 15:06streets of Yonkers again. I'm telling you everything is upside down, folks.
- 15:11I don't even know what to say at this point.
- 15:14I'll tell you this much though this article has me heated,
- 15:18I'm just so disgusted by all of it, the whole
- 15:21entire thing. Everything we witness on a daily basis just
- 15:25compounds and compounds and builds, and it's like shoving five
- 15:29pounds ten pounds of shit into a five pound bag.
- 15:36After Epstein was charged by New York prosecutors in twenty
- 15:39nineteen with child sex trafficking, the case became a global sensation,
- 15:43in Epstein in international pariah. He was found in a
- 15:47Manhattan jail cell shortly after he was arrested and denied bond.
- 15:53US attorney alex Acosta resigned from cabinet job over controversy.
- 15:58So if alex Acosta resigned, and he should have, how
- 16:01is it that Parry Krisher and the rest of those
- 16:03assholes escape any punishment? So it's all Acosta's fault, right, Sorry,
- 16:10I'm gonna I'm not gonna let them off that easy.
- 16:12We're not just gonna escapegoat one guy. So all of
- 16:14the higher ups can skirt no way, not here, not
- 16:17on this podcast. Never mukaesion down all of them, the
- 16:22whole entire lot of them. And that's on the federal side.
- 16:26When we're talking about the state people, Krisher, Krista Marx,
- 16:31all of those people, and none of them are helped responsible. Huh.
- 16:35Everything was above board, folks. It was a quality investigation.
- 16:40You guys all had Epstein red wrong? Okay. In an
- 16:45attempt at damage control, former South Florida US Attorney Alex
- 16:49Acosta sought to blame Krisher for a controversial non prosecution agreement.
- 16:54Under the agreement, federal prosecutors agreed the shell of the
- 16:57fifty three page indictment they had prepared again to Epstein
- 17:00if he pleaded guilty to state charges. So again, it's
- 17:04all about Acosta, right, Barry Krisher sliding on through. I
- 17:09wonder if this guy has pictures of somebody with a
- 17:11goat or something, how the hell do you avoid this
- 17:14kind of scrutiny? This kind of pressure must be nice
- 17:20to be part of the big club. The Palm Beach
- 17:25County State Attorney's office was ready to let Epstein walk free,
- 17:29no jail time, nothing, Acosta said during a nationally televised
- 17:33press conference. Prosecutors in my office found this to be
- 17:36completely unacceptable. So you have his story, you have Chrishier story,
- 17:40and then the truth is somewhere in the middle. Right,
- 17:42one thing is certain, both Christier and Acosta both assholes
- 17:47who need to be reprimanded for their role in this.
- 17:54Chrisher pushed back. He issued a statement saying Acosta was
- 17:57distorting the facts and misrepresenting how the system works. Boy,
- 18:01talk about an oxymoron, breaking news, Barry Krisher, This system
- 18:06does not work, okay, so spare us your nonsense. Mister
- 18:12Acosta should not be allowed to rewrite history, Chrisher said
- 18:14in the statement, I can emphatically state that mister Acosta's
- 18:18recollection of this matter is completely wrong. So this is
- 18:22what happens, right when you have scumbags who were involved
- 18:25in something like this get called to the carpet, they
- 18:28start finger pointing and blaming, and in reality they're all
- 18:34to blame. In my opinion Acosta on down. Every single
- 18:36one of these people that had anything to do with
- 18:38this non prosecution agreement should never ever collect a state
- 18:43pension or work for the state ever, again, point blank period.
- 18:51The explosive press conference was largely blamed for costing Acosta
- 18:55his cabinet post as US Labor Secretary under President Donald
- 18:58Trump to resign the next day, as he should have.
- 19:02He should have never been put in that position in
- 19:04the first place. However, in an investigation in late twenty nineteen,
- 19:10the Palm Beach Posts found that only one of Epstein's
- 19:14survivors was called to testify before the grand jury that
- 19:18indicted Epstein. So again, all of those allegations, all of
- 19:21those girls, why only call one to testify before the
- 19:25grand jury? Also, why assail her credibility in that very
- 19:29grand jury room? Why call her a prostitute? Why say
- 19:33that she was drinking smoking weed? All this other bs
- 19:36that the prosecution should be fighting against. They're joining in
- 19:40on the part of the chorus. But no, they did
- 19:42nothing wrong. They really have people's best wishes at the
- 19:50forefront of their mind. And if you're a parent in Florida,
- 19:53you can feel real safe that the state cares about
- 19:55your children, said nobody ever. Further, rather than treating the
- 20:03team as a survivor, Chrisher's prosecutors focused on her social
- 20:06media postings, where she talked about drinking liquor with boys
- 20:10and talking about sex. There you have it, folks, That's
- 20:12exactly what the prosecutors are supposed to do. Boy, I'll
- 20:15tell you what, lucky, this isn't my daughter. We'll just
- 20:19leave it at that, because I would be howling. You
- 20:23think I got a big fat yap. Now, boy, you
- 20:26ain't seen nothing yet. Her posts had been provided to
- 20:31Krisher's office by Epstein's top tier lawyers, including Harvard law
- 20:35professor Allen I kept my underpants on Dershowitz. Rather than
- 20:39treat her as a victim, she was portrayed as being
- 20:41eager to participate in Epstein's lords schemes. Sources told the
- 20:45paper and the jerk offs in the grand jury room,
- 20:48if the people who sat on that grand jury, what
- 20:51a bunch of idiots, What a bunch of morons. Interview
- 21:00with FDLE investigators, Chrisher acknowledged that only one team testified
- 21:04before the Grand jerry, even though he said three were
- 21:07summoned imagine that only one. So we only have the
- 21:11testimony of one girl, one little girl, about this Epstein case,
- 21:16and they could have had a bunch more, but they
- 21:18decided not to. Krisher recalled. One witness was out of
- 21:25town and the other victim's mother did not want her
- 21:28to testify. Investigators wrote, so one was out of town.
- 21:31How about postpone the grand Jerry till she gets back.
- 21:34What do you say? Former Palm Beach police Chief Michael
- 21:41Ryder told the investigators that Chrishier's office told him they
- 21:44wouldn't prosecute Epstein for crimes if the teens were sixteen
- 21:48and over and it involved extraordinary circumstances, meaning intercourse. FDL
- 21:54agents wrote, you know, I mean, I don't know how
- 21:58many ways I can say this. Okay, I'm gonna say
- 22:01a bad word here, so you might want to cover
- 22:03your ears. The state of Florida and the whole entire
- 22:09justice system down there is absolutely fucked disappointed that Chrisher
- 22:17wasn't vigorously pursuing the case. Writer asked the FBI to investigate.
- 22:21That ultimately ultimately led to the involvement of federal prosecutors
- 22:25and the infamous non prosecution agreement, Krisher acknowledged that he
- 22:30and Writer were at odds. Investigators wrote, with some of
- 22:33the teams scared and giving conflicting statements. Krisher said he
- 22:37didn't believe the case was as strong as Writer did.
- 22:41I mean what, you didn't believe the case was as
- 22:44strong as Rider? Did? You have a bunch of little
- 22:46girls coming forward and telling you that this happened. But nah,
- 22:50this isn't a strong case. Is there ever gonna be
- 22:53a forensic investigation into the finances? Are we gonna see
- 22:57if Epstein paid any of these people off? Or we're
- 23:00not gonna even bother ask those questions as investigators. Writers
- 23:08assessment of the strength of the case did not conport
- 23:11to our assessment of the strength of the case, Chrisher
- 23:13told investigators. After interviewing Krisher, prosecutors who were involved in
- 23:18the case, judges and police FDL agents said they found
- 23:22no evidence that any laws were broken. Yeah, okay, sure
- 23:25they didn't. We interviewed all of the lawyers and all
- 23:28the people that were on the hook to get in trouble. Oh,
- 23:31I'm sure they spun themselves a nice story. They've had
- 23:33plenty of time to concoct one. No evidence was developed
- 23:42to substantiate a criminal predicate that would warrant FDL to
- 23:45continue a criminal investigation into the matter at this time,
- 23:48it concluded. Attorney Bradley Edwards, who represented more than a
- 23:53dozen of Epstein's survivors, didn't return a phone call or
- 23:56email to comment. Edwards convinced the US District Judge Kenneth
- 24:01Morrow that federal prosecutors violated the Crime Victim Rights Act
- 24:05by not letting them know about the non prosecution agreement
- 24:08until it was too late to change, but he said
- 24:11there was nothing he could do because Epstein was dead. Again,
- 24:14the system is so fubar, folks. Because he's dead. Let's
- 24:18drop the case. Let's just forget about all of it.
- 24:21As if there were no co conspirators. Here's an idea,
- 24:24drop a rico net over all of them, and we
- 24:27wouldn't have to have this conversation. Last month, a deeply
- 24:34divided Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, for a
- 24:36second time, said federal prosecutors didn't violate the Act. It
- 24:41found the law didn't apply because federal prosecutors didn't indict
- 24:44Epstein themselves and instead relied on Krisher to do so.
- 24:48Was that by plan? Did they do that with the
- 24:51intent purpose knowing that they would be able to concoct
- 24:55this get out of jail free card for themselves if
- 24:57they were ever caught. I know that's a cynical way
- 24:59to look at things, but do we really trust these people?
- 25:06As a state prosecutor, Krisher wasn't bound by federal law.
- 25:10Edwards expressed disappointment on behalf of his clients, who have
- 25:13fought for more than a decade to have their voices heard.
- 25:16He vowed to take the fight to Congress and convince
- 25:18lawmakers to close loopholes in the law that kept Epstein's
- 25:21young survivors in the dark. In the end, the upshot
- 25:25of multiple investigations in lawsuits is that Bradshaw eliminated work release.
- 25:31Many criminal defense lawyers said it helped those who committed
- 25:33nonviolent offenses by being allowed to leave jail to work,
- 25:37They can make sure they had a job waiting for
- 25:39them after they had served their sentences. Look, I'm not
- 25:42against that, honestly. If we're talking about nonviolent offenders, right,
- 25:48that doesn't mean sex offenders. Okay, we're talking about nonviolent
- 25:51offenders I'm all about rehabilitation, folks. I don't want people
- 25:54to rot in prison. I want people to be rehabilitated
- 25:58those who can be. But those those who are a
- 26:01menace to society, those who can hurt the people we love,
- 26:04they need to be locked up. In the wake of
- 26:10the controversy over Epstein's lenient treatment, Bradshaw asked the county's
- 26:14Criminal Justice Commission to review its merits. After the advisory
- 26:19board found no benefit to the agency, Bradshaw dismantled the program.
- 26:24So the moral of the story is you can get
- 26:27away with all sorts of bullshit if you're a federal prosecutors.
- 26:34Sorry about that, folks had some dogs barking real quick.
- 26:37But it comes down to the situation of so you
- 26:40can get do all of this stuff right, be involved
- 26:43in cutting these sweetheart deals, and the only penalty when
- 26:47all is said and done, is that this work release
- 26:51program is cut. How can anyone justify that? But like
- 26:59with this whole entire case from the very beginning, down
- 27:05is up, left is right, right is left, and the
- 27:09federal government remains inept. If you'd like to contact me,
- 27:14you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.

- 27:25Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. All of the links
- 27:31that go with this episode can be found in the
- 27:33description box. All right, folks, I'll be back later on
- 27:37or tomorrow morning, depending. I hope you all have a
- 27:40fantastic night, and then welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 27:46There is no doubt at this point that Jeffrey Epstein
- 27:49received special treatment throughout his whole entire life basically, but
- 27:54especially during that first run for the prosecution, and it
- 27:59was a just people on the outside saying it. It
- 28:02was judges, it was police officers, FBI agents, and all
- 28:08of their concerns fell on deaf years as Jeffrey Epstein
- 28:12was able to just skate right in to the plea
- 28:14deal and do whatever he wanted, basically when he should
- 28:18have been locked away in a state prison, as you
- 28:21all know, instead he did his time in a stockade
- 28:24where he was basically alone. And not only that, he
- 28:27was able to spend basically every day out at quote
- 28:31unquote work, which we know as BS. Considering we've already
- 28:36talked about how police officers tried to hit him with
- 28:39parole violations, and those parole violations were declined by his
- 28:43parole officer. So it's just been a circular layer of
- 28:49shit when it comes to Epstein and the way he's
- 28:52been protected throughout. So today I thought we'd go all
- 28:55the way back to two thousand and eight and talk
- 28:58about his original convey and what went down in that courtroom.
- 29:03And to do that, we have an article from the
- 29:05New York Post from two thousand and eight, right after
- 29:09his conviction. This article was authored by Samuel Goldsmith. Headline,
- 29:16Jeffrey Epstein pleads guilty to prostitution charges. I mean, right
- 29:21off the bat, prostitution charges. Huh, that's all this guy got,
- 29:24prostitution charges. Meanwhile, a child can't be a prostitute. How
- 29:30can a child consent to have sex with a scumbag
- 29:33like this? They cannot, So how can you tell me
- 29:35that there's a child prostitution charge? The fuck does that
- 29:38even mean? Investment banker, science patron, self made billionaire, philanthropist
- 29:47and former math teacher, as well as pedophile, scumbag, piece
- 29:51of shit, human excrement, you know, all the rest of it.
- 29:56Jeffrey Epstein can add a new title to his impressive resume,
- 30:00convicted sex offender. That's the perfect title for this guy,
- 30:03convicted sex offender. The only thing that was a joke
- 30:07is the fact that he didn't have to live up
- 30:09to what people on that registry have to live up too.
- 30:14First of all, he never even had to register as
- 30:17an offender in New Mexico. So right off the bat,
- 30:20you say to yourself, well, what's the point. I thought
- 30:22it was this national registry and it was going to
- 30:25be taken seriously. Well, he didn't check in in New York.
- 30:29Really down in Florida, well they lost paperwork. And in
- 30:33New Mexico, forget it, he wasn't even considered a sex offender.
- 30:38The Manhattan money Man Pedophile appear in the Florida courthouse
- 30:42today where he pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute.
- 30:46How the hell is that even possible? Please, somebody tell me.
- 30:49I hate to digress here, but man, oh man, there's
- 30:52no such thing as an underage prostitute. Imagine it was
- 30:55your daughter that this dude molested, and the police came
- 30:58to you and said, oh, we're gonna hit him with
- 31:00underage prostitution charges. What what does that mean? You mean
- 31:05you're gonna hit him with child molestation charges? Right? He
- 31:12immediately began serving an eighteen month jail term, which will
- 31:15be followed by one year of community confinement, which is
- 31:18essentially house arrest. And he didn't adhere to any of
- 31:22these rules. We just did an article. We just talked
- 31:26about how he was walking down the street in Palm
- 31:28Beach and a cop rolled up on him, tried to
- 31:31hit him with a parle violation, and was stopped at
- 31:34every turn. As a result of the plea deal, Epstein
- 31:40fifty five will be placed on the National Sex Offender Registry.
- 31:44Sounds like a good idea and sounds like a good move,
- 31:47but then we come to find out, all these years
- 31:49later that it didn't do anything. He was still molesting girls,
- 31:54still raping girls, and still abusing people all the way
- 31:57up to his second arrest. According to multiple reports, and
- 32:01according to the Attorney General of at least the Virgin Islands,
- 32:07they will be tracking you for the rest of your life.
- 32:09Circuit Court Deborah del Puccio said for the period of
- 32:14his home confinement, Epstein cannot view or possess any pornography.
- 32:19Relevant to his deviant behavior patterns, Puccillo said, before deciding
- 32:23to bar him from looking at any porn at all. Well,
- 32:26that's kind of difficult, considering his whole entire house is
- 32:29covered with it, all of his decores naked girls and
- 32:33young girls topless. Did you guys go in there and
- 32:36pull all those pictures down? Did anyone ever show up
- 32:39and chin check them over it? Oh? Of course not.
- 32:42You see, this is what I'm talking about. With platitudes
- 32:45and flowery words. It's all fine and well, and it
- 32:48sounds great and feels great when they're telling us this shit,
- 32:52But the reality is they don't ever follow through, and
- 32:55the federal government lets people like Epstein slide all the time. Epstein,
- 33:01dressed in South Florida formal wear jeans, white sneakers, a
- 33:05button down shirt, and blue blazer, refused to talk to
- 33:08reporters on his way into the courthouse and made notes
- 33:11statement in court. You know, it's not very often that
- 33:15we can look back and see a situation unfold the
- 33:19way the Epstein situation unfolded right before our eyes. And
- 33:24while it's all happening, it's easy to just get caught
- 33:27up and say, oh, this is a coincidence. That's a coincidence.
- 33:30But really, when you look at the big picture here,
- 33:32how can anyone look at this and say that Epstein
- 33:35didn't catch a sweetheart deal, that there wasn't all sorts
- 33:39of negligent behavior by the government from the DOJ to
- 33:43the state level. How can you look at this and
- 33:46say that His spokesman, Howard Rubinstein, said, mister Epstein accepted
- 33:53responsibility for the charges relating to conduct that occurred several
- 33:57years ago and fully resolved his case. Yeah, he fully
- 34:00resolved this case. Huh, everything's all good, Howard Rubinstein, Your
- 34:04guy is not an absolute monster, prolific sex predator that
- 34:09never happened. Under the terms of the plea deal, Epstein
- 34:14will have to undergo an HIV test by Wednesday, with
- 34:17the results being handed over to his survivor, identified in
- 34:21court papers as Jane Doe. So this sick, dirty bastard
- 34:27had to take an HIV test as well and hand
- 34:29it over. Now, we all know that Epstein was a sick, disgusting,
- 34:34disturbed individual, and we know that the things he was
- 34:38doing and making these children do are literally some of
- 34:44the most disgusting acts that you can imagine, and yet
- 34:49he was able to get away with all of this
- 34:51and barely gets slapped on the wrist when he was caught.
- 34:55So you take a look at how things went down,
- 34:58and you tell me what you think, because personally, I
- 35:02have zero faith in any of these institutions at this point.
- 35:05And the scariest part is, even when this has been
- 35:08brought to their attention, they haven't done anything to go
- 35:11back and resolve this or fix it. Instead they tell us, ask,
- 35:15screw it. The plea deal's going to stand, and that's
- 35:18just the end of it. Doe was a fourteen year
- 35:22old high school student when Epstein paid her two hundred
- 35:24dollars for a massage at his Palm Beach mansion in
- 35:27early two thousand and five. In court papers, she said
- 35:31he used a vibrator on her while he masturbated. So
- 35:35fourteen years old and this guy gets the slap on
- 35:38the wrist that he got. And again, it wasn't one
- 35:41fourteen year old. It wasn't you know, someone provided him
- 35:44this girl. He had no idea what her age was.
- 35:47He was looking for girls, this age. This is what
- 35:49he wanted. This is what his thing was, is kink.
- 35:54The guilty plea came after protracted negotiations and a lengthy
- 35:58investigation by Palm Beach police, who were investigating the virtual
- 36:02congo line of young women that Epstein had going in
- 36:05and out of his thirteen thousand square foot mansion. So
- 36:08they're saying in the article here a congo line of women, Okay,
- 36:13young women. What you really should be saying is a
- 36:16congo line of children, because that's what it was. Epstein,
- 36:22who's robbed elbows with the likes of Bill Clinton, Prince
- 36:25Andrew and Donald Trump over the years, could have faced
- 36:28up to five years in prison if convicted at trial.
- 36:31Five years huh. Meanwhile, my loved one went and did
- 36:35eighty four months over some illegal gambling. Give me a
- 36:39fucking break. Okay, you tell me the justice system isn't
- 36:43absolutely broken. A guy like this is only staring at five.
- 36:47You're only gonna hang a five piece on Jeffrey Epstein's
- 36:50bitch ass. How about a few zeros after that five? Please?
- 36:56The judge was critical of two of the deal's conditions,
- 36:59indicating she thought he was getting special treatment by being
- 37:02allowed private counseling for his sex offender treatment and to
- 37:05serve his time in county jail instead of state prison.
- 37:08Huh So another judge thinks he was getting special treatment here,
- 37:12huh not just me and you you feel this fancy,
- 37:16pancy private psychiatrist is an adequate in lieu of a
- 37:20sex offender treatment program, She asked. Prosecutor Lana Bella jesus,
- 37:26Lana Bella Hollavic, Yes, your hona, Yes, your honor. Bella
- 37:30Hollavic said, As for sending him to jail, Puccio said,
- 37:34there's significant budget cuts in the county already, and sending
- 37:37him to the county jail and not the Department of
- 37:40Corrections is a significant cost to the taxpayer and the county.
- 37:44Are you sure that's what you want to do? I mean, really,
- 37:48and remember this name, okay. Lana Bella Hollavic, when asked
- 37:54if she thought that it was appropriate for him to
- 37:58be part of this program, she says, yeah, yus, your honor.
- 38:00Of course, the prosecution failed. The prosecution could have sent
- 38:05the old boy up the river. They did not. Both
- 38:11Bellohovic and Epstein lawyer Jeffrey Goldberg said yes, and the
- 38:15judge rolled her eyes as she granted the request. Why
- 38:18would she grant their request? Why would Judge Puccio grant
- 38:21the request here, just say no, He's going to the
- 38:23lock up. That's the end of it. Pucchio barred Epstein
- 38:28or anyone on his behalf from trying to reach out
- 38:31to the survivor and order that he stay away from
- 38:33schools and playgrounds after his release. He'll also have to
- 38:37submit to warrantless searches of his home, car, body, and computer.
- 38:41On his way to court, Epstein was served with a
- 38:43copy of a big buck lawsuit by Doe, who since
- 38:47moved to another state, and obviously now in retrospect, we
- 38:52know that that Doe was Virginia. The sex assault suit
- 38:57was filed months ago, but Epstein had been evading service,
- 39:01said Doe's lawyer, Theodore Leopold. He said his client respects
- 39:05what the prosecutor's office has done and is doing the
- 39:09best she can under the circumstances. Well, I wonder if
- 39:12she'd feel the same now, because I'm guessing, not considering
- 39:16all we know about the prosecution, their negligence, and their
- 39:19willingness to help a guy like Epstein, I don't know
- 39:22how anyone could be confident here, and all kidding aside,
- 39:26if I was one of these survivors, I'd sue the
- 39:29federal government the same way that Larry Nasser's survivors are
- 39:33suing the FBI. I would do the same thing here.
- 39:37Epstein's legal team had tried to paint the girl as
- 39:40an untrustworthy and troubled scam artist from a troubled family,
- 39:44but doesn't today sort of say it all. Leopold said,
- 39:47he's going to be deemed sex offender and pedophile for
- 39:50the rest of his life, and that speaks volumes about
- 39:53what really happened here. And it was just the scratch
- 39:56of the surface, right the tip of the iceberg. This
- 39:59man was up to such devious shit that later on,
- 40:03when we all found out, it was so disgusting that
- 40:06we're still talking about it now every day, three years later.
- 40:10That's how significant his disgusting behavior was, and that's what
- 40:14the federal courts continue to let him do. Basically, while
- 40:20the civil deal brought an end to the federal investigation
- 40:22into excuse me, while the plea deal brought an end
- 40:25to the federal investigation into Epstein, he's still facing a
- 40:28string of civil suits from Doe and other young women
- 40:31who claim he took advantage of what they thought would
- 40:34be innocent massages. Jeffrey Herman, who's representing two other survivors,
- 40:39said the guilty plea is a very positive development for
- 40:42the civil cases and in some measure of justice for
- 40:45these girls. And we know it's not though, really, when
- 40:48it comes down to it, Epstein was paying out a
- 40:50few bucks, but he wasn't facing real justice. Epstein maintains
- 40:58he thought all the girls who were brought over to
- 41:00his house were eighteen or over and that they knew
- 41:03the massages would be erotic. Oh yeah, erotic. Yeah, they knew.
- 41:07Thirteen fourteen year old girls knew that. Han Jeffrey, a
- 41:11newly released inmate from the stockade the jail where Epstein
- 41:14will live for the next eighteen months, said he's very
- 41:17lucky not to be going to state prison. No shit,
- 41:20he would have got tooled up if he went to
- 41:22state prison. He's probably better off here, the man said.
- 41:26If there's someone who did something with kids or any
- 41:28sex crimes, they get fucked up there. He probably would
- 41:31get killed over there for messing with the little girl.
- 41:34And look, we all know that's how the jails go.
- 41:37But Epstein lucked out once again, was able to go
- 41:40to the stockade and have all of this special treatment.
- 41:43So once again, folks, just another spotlight on how it
- 41:46all went down, and a quick trip back in the
- 41:48time machine to the actual sentencing to where we hear
- 41:51another judge yet again say Epstein caught a sweetheart deal,
- 41:56yet the government refuses to do anything about it. And
- 41:59in fact, just like the article we talked about yesterday,
- 42:02well they say that there is no redress and that
- 42:06the plea deal will stand. I say, that's a bunch
- 42:10of bullshit. All right, folks, it's gonna do it for
- 42:14this one. If you'd like to contact me, you can
