Welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. I'm really excited for you to hear this episode with Greg, the Hydrogen Man. Just a heads-up that we already know we need to record a part two because although we do cover a lot of ground, there's still more to share about Greg's near-death experience You will hear great details about his encounter with the afterlife and God Himself, the knowledge and wisdom he received, his amazing discoveries of the nature of water and hydrogen, and the miraculous healings he and others have had from hydrogen and water. Of course, this conversation is for entertainment purposes only and should not be confused with medical advice And for those who are interested in the pineal gland, we talk a lot about that at the end of the discussion. This conversation really runs the

learn more about your story. Thank you for coming on Soul Elevation. Greg Hman: and thank you for the invite Kara: So I wanna start with your first near-death experience, and we'll go from there Greg Hman: Yeah. Um, you know, the near-death experience happened unfortunately, you know, I, I think what instigated it was when I OD'd unfortunately. I made some very, uh, bad decisions in my youth, and I started having issues when I was really young, and ultimately I took like... I tried to take 1,000 pills in one sitting. Yeah. And I didn't quite reach it, but I got about 830 something odd pills down. Kara: Oh my goodness Greg Hman: Yeah. And it, um, it was supposed to stop my heart. Um, what it ended up doing was I was apparently really lucky to survive, but when it happened, there was like, there was a lot of like, um,
• 3:00
visions, a lot of dark things that I saw at first, and then I did survive, which was obviously unusual, and the doctor was pretty surprised about that. And what happened after that was that I had a heart condition after that. So my heart wa- my heart was fine before that, and then, um, I basically damaged my heart. And- Right ... that's what brought on where my heart would, um... The doctors told me that basically in time it would end me, that I would eventually die. I didn't, I wasn't gonna... 'Cause my heart was, I have now weakened it, right, is what happened. And then, um, one day I was just, I actually went with a friend of mine and my brother, we went to, you know, just out to nature. My friend was having a hard time and stuff, and, um, family life and things, and so we just went out to nature to spend like a relaxing day, and did not expect what ended up ultimately happening, which, which was when... You know, it's kind of a,
• 4:00
sometimes I don't really know if to call it a near-death experience, but ultimately what happened was we were all hanging out. I felt something almost come over me, which is kind of weird, almost like, uh, this feeling of like peace, uh, very, very calm, where I just felt like being literally alone and super quiet. Which was really strange because that's not what I was there to do. I was there to hang out with my friends at the river. And, um, I ended up n-naming this day the day on the rock because I ended up telling them, "I'm gonna leave for quite a while, guys." I'm like, "I just wanna get away for a little bit." You know? And they were like, "Okay." They thought it was weird. I thought it was strange. And I walked very far away, where eventually I sat on a rock right by the river. And I just kind of closed my eyes and it was almost like I just didn't... I don't know, I didn't wanna think anything, I guess. I don't know what it was. I don't, really don't know what actually came over me. And have you ever been like you're so quiet that you can start hearing your own heartbeat? Kara:
• 5:00
Угу, угу Greg Hman: And so here I, all I heard was the, the rushing of the water, and I could hear my own heartbeat, and I could hear how it would stop, and then it would be erratic 'cause of the issue that I had with my heart. And all of a sudden it would, like, stop, have these longer periods where it was, it would stop, and it felt like I was literally drifting away, and it felt like I was... Kind of felt like I was drifting towards death. It was kind of an weird feeling, um, and I just decided, like, I'm just gonna go ahead and go with it kinda deal. Kara: And how long was this after your initial NDE, the overdose? Greg Hman: Yeah, the overdose, I mean, I don't know if I would call it quote-unquote the overdose an NDE, but it seems to be what instigated the heart issue. And that was when I was like 18, and then this, I think this was probably five years later maybe, Kara: Okay Greg Hman: like that, maybe six years. And, um, and so ultimately what ended up happening
• 6:00
was I was almost like drifting into a place where there was, uh, so many different things. It's hard to describe really. Like some things felt like temptation, some things felt like it was trying to get my attention. Um, and as I went down wherever, it felt like a dark corridor, and as I kept going deeper and deeper, I began to just kind of ignore everything. In some ways it felt like a meditation at first, and I was trying to ignore thoughts, and I was embracing the peace. And as I was going down this dark corridor, ignoring whatever thoughts were coming seemed to almost aggravate something, um, in this place where I was at, almost like it wanted me to listen, but I was just not gonna listen. And then I noticed that whatever was there seemed to know everything about me. That was the, that's the one thing I could really tell. As I went through this corridor, I noticed that the last thing that I wanted to use was what we would call fear,
• 7:00
and it started pulling out all my fears. The first thing was almost like seduction, as weird as that sounds, Kara: Hmm. Greg Hman: and temptations, and weird things, um, that I wasn't paying attention to. Because the thing about my issue is that I had longed for death. I had longed for death for, you know, quite some time, probably since the age of seven or eight. And so , I kinda longed for it rather than feared it, and, um, and it was hard to tempt me with things. It was hard to tempt me with, like, money or, um, things. You know? I just... It wasn't of much of interest to me. And then as I went down this, uh... It... Something instinctively in me felt like it didn't want me to go down this path that I was going down, and then eventually it's the fear, and he knew my fears. Whatever, whatever this was knew my biggest fears, and it was like, had to do with, like, bugs, and scorpions, and snakes, and creepy crawly stuff, and they started, like... I saw my body laying down on the earth, and all this stuff started
• 8:00
crawling all over it, and it really wanted me to, like... It really made me feel like I wanted to jump, you know? Kara: Hmm. Greg Hman: tried to stay calm. For whatever reason, instinctively I just felt, "Stay calm," you know? "Don't, don't be afraid. Just stay calm no matter what." And my whole body ended up being covered with them, and, um, they were, they were crawling in my nose and my ears. It was really creepy Kara: this was like a vision, or was this actually happening on the rock by the river? Greg Hman: Um, this was happening in the vision, meaning I, I mean, I was, I had my eyes closed Kara: Mm-hmm. Greg Hman: I was going through all this, and then my body started decomposing to the earth, and then everything just went. And my heart, I remember throughout the process, 'cause this took like hour and a half, two hours of just sitting there, and the thing about it is I could feel my heart continuing to pause longer, and the longer the pauses were, the deeper I was going into wherever it is that I was headed. And I wasn't really doing a lot of thinking, so I wasn't thinking like, "I'm
• 9:00
gonna die or not gonna die," but I did... I was observing like, my heart's stopping, and every time it stops, I feel like I'm going deeper into wherever this place is. And once everything went dark, then all of a sudden there was a huge burst of light. And then there was a, uh, what I would call a being. We could call her an angel. Um, I have my own opinions about who she is at this point, but she appeared before me, and she was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. And, and it wasn't just so much about h- the beauty that she, um, what she looked like, as much as it was, there was, um, there's an emotion. I think... See, I think the women actually understand this more because women are more connected to emotions. You know, they're, they're, some people even say they're more emotional, right? whatever was emanating off this being of light, I could feel what was emanating off of her, and it was like, I could feel the depth of her peace. I could feel her infinite patience. I could
• 10:00
feel this, like, what felt like infinite love, and it felt very motherly, extremely motherly. Um, it just, you know, hands down felt like the ultimate mother energy, and all these other just beautiful emotions. And what was funny about being in this place with her when she appeared is that she exposed everything. And what I mean by exposed everything, like, when I stood before her, every... It was like I was naked, but not naked like with clothes. It was naked like my heart was completely exposed, and you could see everything. And I could see a lot of things about myself that maybe either I didn't wanna see or I didn't even know were there. as all this is being exposed in this moment, it ha- the moment happened so quick that it probably only took one second that when she appeared and I felt all this coming off of her and I'm all exposed, I said right away, but not... There was... I didn't say it from my brain. Um, it came from my heart, which
• 11:00
meant that there was no time to think about it. You know, it just, it was like blurted out, and then I said, "I wanna be like you." You know? And I remember that because all my life I'd been looking for some type of joy. I, I'd been looking for something, and I didn't really know exactly what I'm looking for, but it was one of those things that if I ever found it, I'd probably know and it, and I knew that it was connected to my deep sadness that started, you know, around the seven or eight years of age, which caused me to do many terrible things to my body, which ended up causing a lot of health issues, unfortunately. so when I was before her, I just knew, you know, I, I immediately, "I wanna be like you." And I'll always remember what she responded. When she would speak, it felt like ultimate truth, so there was no arguing with her. Like, she'd say something one time, and that was it. There was no more repeating. And she said, "You are me, and I am you." And I immediately, I don't know why I rebuttaled, but I, I re- I was like, "Look at me. I'm not like you. Look at you. You're,
• 12:00
you're s- you, you're all the beautiful things." And when I say all the beautiful things, you know, all the things of, again, love and compassion and patience and, and just all these beautiful aspects that humans can kind of touch on, but do we truly excel at them? I mean, to be quite honest, after being in front of a being like this, there is no human like this. I've never met a human that had this level of love and compassion, no matter how amazing a human may be. I've never seen anything like this before. again, I rebuttaled her. You know, I was like, "Look at me. Look at you." And she didn't even say anything. You could ... And you could feel it, again, off of her. Everything, there was a lot of emotion, and you could just feel that she spoke the truth and no matter how much I tried to argue about it. And as I stood before her, I remember, like, entering her arms, and she held me. And I remember feeling, like, all this pain that I'd carried for so long. you were being held, you know, by, by something so
• 13:00
magical and so beautiful, and it felt very healing. And I didn't just sit in her arms for five minutes. I, I was probably in her arms for, like, half an hour maybe, maybe more. And, um, and I was just feeling that embrace, and that's, that's what I needed. You know, sometimes I think that's, like, what a baby needs. They just need to be held. And I think it kind of felt like that except that instead of a baby being in the arms of a human, we're talking about, I don't know, what we might call an adult, but an adult in the arms of something very heavenly and something very beautiful. And after spending some time with her- In her arms. She, for whatever reason, decided to take my hand, and then we started leaving. And when we started floating away and drifting away, that's when I saw planet Earth. And that's where I felt, m- m- I'm going to die here. You know, I, I realized, I could feel that this is what was happening. And as I was drifting away, something pulled, like I was tethered. I didn't realize that I was tethered. And when I
• 14:00
lo- when I realized what was tethering me, it was almost like a string, I guess you could call it. Some type of cord. And when I felt it, there was all these emotions that rushed in, and I could feel all my attachments. And what I mean by attachments, like, I could feel that I was attached to, you know, all my friends, family, people that I cared about. And the attachments felt like they were from love. They didn't feel, for me at least, they didn't feel like they were from fear. I felt all the love. I felt all the love for my family and friends and, and I didn't feel any of the pain either, which was the other thing, because my life had really been a life of pain and suffering, which is why I thought about my end every single day, basically. Which, at some point, really kind of drives you a little nuts, you know? And so eventually what ended up, you know, what ended up happening was I felt that, and when I felt that, it felt very like, um, like I felt like I wanted to go back. I felt like I was... Dare I even say I felt like I was almost supposed to go back maybe?
• 15:00
But I can't tell you if I was supposed to or not, that's just what it felt like. And it felt almost like a temptation in the sense that I was tempted to go back. And I wanted to come back and even almost share the experience of like, I met this angelic being and, you know, and all this stuff. that's what I was kind of looking to come back. But then when in that moment, she's got my hand. So I mean, it's like, do you go this way or do you go back to Earth? And I, and I was in this moment of choice. that was a very big pivotal moment because emotionally, it's kind of like a moment of emotion where you feel strong, you feel love, you're like, "I could go back to this life and I could be a different person now." You know, it just felt like. Um, but then I had to like talk to myself for a moment, it's like, "Hey, wait a second. Don't you remember you wanted this? You've been practically thinking about this every single day for, easily over a decade, this is your opportunity. Like, you're right here at
• 16:00
death's doorstep. Like, what are you doing? You're literally thinking about going back?" And so I made a decision that went against my emotion and I made like a, hard stop And I just made a very hard decision, and it was a very hard decision to say, to let go of all my family and loved ones and everybody else. And it was like, it's almost like jumping off a cliff, you know? It's just... Or jumping in cold water or something. It's just, you just make this choice. And so I made that choice, and I let go of them. And once I did that, she took me and Planet Earth started drifting away, and then we went to the star, our sun. And as we went to the sun, once we went into the sun, it was l- almost like a door or a portal. I guess some people call them star, like a gate, but for me it was like some type of portal. And the moment we went through it, we started traveling at an immense speed down... It reminds me a lot, I just saw the movie like a couple weeks ago. You ever seen the movie
• 17:00
Contact? Kara: Uh, it's been a while, but Yeah, it's a great movie Greg Hman: Jodie Foster. Do you remember when she was going through, like, these wormholes and she's in outer space? Kara: Uh-huh Greg Hman: was almost identical to that. Um, and the speed was immense. Uh, it's hard to describe the level of speed that we were traveling at. And as we were traveling, it almost felt like we were merging this being and myself, like becoming one. And then we would hit another, like, star, and boom, we would shoot off in a whole other direction. So you shoot off in one direction, then you shoot off in another direction, and then you reach another place, and you shoot off in another And we were traveling. We were literally, like, traveling the stars. And I remember the feeling 'cause The interesting thing about this place is that everything was emotion, and there was really not a lot of thought anymore. Thought was very, very minimal, and emotion's interesting because emotion can convey and communicate a lot of things very quickly. Um, I'm sure we've all had certain emotions that we just can't put them into words, and there's just, again, these
• 18:00
very, very emotional things. And so the emotion I felt was I could feel that I had left planet Earth behind, and it was extremely far away. You know, I could really, really feel that. And w- as I felt that distance, I even felt like, I don't, I don't know if I would call it a fear per se, but I remember feeling like, "I'm never finding my way back." Like, this is too far. I'm never gonna find my way back. And I could feel that, and at that point, there had to be a sense of surrender. And wherever we were going, I had no idea, And so as this was happening, eventually we arrived somewhere. And when we arrived, it was like everything went just completely stop and super quiet, you know? And when we arrived, there was m- more beings. These beings were... They were in a circle, and they were, like, in what you might call outer space or the heavens. And when I arrived, they all would speak in unison with one voice, which was also kind of odd. I'd never experienced anything quite like that. The first thing they
• 19:00
said was, "We've been waiting for you." And I was r- really shocked because I didn't know that anybody was waiting for me. And if I were to describe it, it, it's kinda odd. It felt like a dinner, as, as weird as that sounds. It felt like, "We've been waiting for you." Dare I say like a supper, but they didn't say anything about food. They didn't say anything about a table. It just had that weird feeling, which is confusing sometimes, some of the things that happened that day. when they said they'd been waiting for me, like, all this rush of emotions and visions came with it, and I realized that whoever they were, they've known who I am for quite some time. they'd been there almost, like, since the day I was born, and sometimes even felt like they were there since the, before I was born. Like this life was selected or something in some way. On, on top of all this- They had, they, they took me back. There were certain visions where it would take me back to when I was in my mother's womb. which was really interesting because being in my mother's womb taught me a lot about life. Um, because I wou-
• 20:00
I would ask the average person, "Do you remember being in your mother's womb?" Probably not, right? and I realize why we don't remember. It's because the human body had not been developed yet. So your brain and your, y- your human body just hadn't been developed, and that's why we didn't really start formulating the thoughts yet. But what I realized when I was in that moment is that our soul was present at that moment, and our soul is something that has a much longer life. You know, it's existed for a very long time, and it seems to have its own set of memories. when I somehow tapped into the memory of, or the memories of the soul, it took me back in that moment, and I was there, and I remember what it felt like. And that's... The one thing I learned about being in my mother's womb was that was the deepest peace I've ever had in my life of being a human, was at the beginning. And that was the first thing that I realized, and I felt a lot of love, you know, being
• 21:00
inside. It just felt a lot of love, and I, and I know it was emanating from my mother I also learned and realized that we hadn't really suffered yet. So when you're a baby inside, you don't know what cold is, and you're very, very warm, and you're very, very, like, nurtured and comforted. you don't know what hunger is. You know, you really don't know what pain is. Um, and so you're just, again, you're at this deep peace, so I kind of felt, you know, felt that, uh, those emotions, and they taught me something about life. And I think it even taught me a lot of stuff like, you know, I'm not religious, but there's a lot of things about in the scriptures that I don't personally... 'Cause I'm not a, I'm not a Bible thumper or a scholar by any means, but there's a lot of things that began to just kind of, uh, become clear to me in time. Like, you must be like a child to enter the Kingdom of God, for example. And w- what exactly is it about a child that changes things as far as being entered the kingdom, and being able to see this place, and makes such a difference? What can
• 22:00
we learn from these things? before this, what I kinda called a council, like I said, they'd been waiting for me apparently, I remember just kind of feeling bad about it. And then, then things got kind of strange because they started making, like, a sound. One of them made a sound, and then the next one made a sound, and each sound that they would make were interjecting with the other sounds. And eventually, they, it made a sound that you couldn't mimic with the human vocal cords. It was, I don't even know if a machine could do it. Um, it could probably get close, but I don't even think a machine could do it because eventually I realized that it's a sound that goes beyond what the human ear could probably hear And whatever it was doing is it seemed to be opening a door, and so it was right in the center. and the funny thing about it was this happened, like, probably 20 years after the fact, or maybe even more than 20 years afterwards. I stumbled upon an image in Japan that was basically the same as what I had seen. And, uh, and I, I remember
• 23:00
being blown away by it 'cause when I saw it, it was a, like a mural that was painted. it caught my eye immediately. I was like, "Who, who painted this?" Because I don't think you could paint something like that if you hadn't been there. I don't, I don't ... I... That's why I became very curious about who had done it, and I learned a little bit about a story about a guy I'd never heard of whose name is Kukai. he's kind of this really ancient, uh, Japanese monk who brought a lot of beautiful wisdom, um, to Japan. And he started off, like, hot... He was-- He did a lot of beautiful things, but he started off hot springs also. For those who know Japan, they're just full of hot springs here. and he was kinda like the father, you know, the grandfather of it all, and they still have the original hot spring, you know, that o- that he, uh, that he had opened, you know, for people's healing. And water seems to be a big theme. I was still by the river and that, and the water, you know, was a huge kinda, like, part of this journey. The sound of the water kinda seemed to be with me for a very long time. Even throughout this process, I didn't
• 24:00
realize till later that it was still running in the background somehow. I could, I could still kinda hear it. and so then I felt almost like a huge honor as far as, uh, this door that, that was being opened with this sound. And if I were to probably try to describe the sound at all, it would be like Om, but it was not a normal Om. There was multiple sounds within the Om. And then the door opened up and when I went through it, and I don't even know why I did it, it was all very instinctual, but when I went through the door, I did not expect... I did not expect anything. Any of this, this was all, you know... I didn't expect to see anything really. And when I went through the other side, that's where what some people might call, quote unquote, "God" or the Almighty. And He, I didn't recognize Him, at first. It was something that took me a long time to realize what it was because, quote unquote, "He's so different than," I think, any idea that we have or any concept that we have. And I think that, in fact, it's so different, He's so different that,
• 25:00
you just didn't even know it was Him. I, I had no idea that it was Him. Kara: But it was still like a personified Greg Hman: No, he, um, first of all, he was enormous. I mean, j- just beyond any explanation as far as how big he was. Huge. Um, and he didn't look like a person. He looked like water. So it, it moved like a... It actually moved like a river, and maybe a, kinda like the wind, but it was really like a river. It was like this cosmic river. And, um, there was a lot of different colors. Um, it was flowing, and it was nothing but the most brilliant information. It was almost like the closest thing we could understand would be like the internet. Constant flow of information, but it was on a massive scale. It was so massive that, like, I would say, like, what kind of wisdom do you think it would take to build something like the Pyramid of Giza? Kara: Oh, just un- yeah, unbelievable. Multi- multidimensional
• 26:00
eternal and yeah, things we, you, you just, you can't, you can't Greg Hman: quantify Kara: It with the human brain. Yeah, absolutely Greg Hman: was like that every nanosecond. Kara: Mm. Greg Hman: just the most brilliant information constantly. And everything was an answer, which I realized very quickly was confusing because you don't understand something unless you know the question. So if somebody gave... Kara: point. Greg Hman: So it wa- it was extremely confusing. And if I tried to even grab one of these nuggets and try to find the question just to understand this one little thing out of this massive thing, it would all fade away somehow. And so I had to make a choice. I could either choose to just go into this thing and just not, not really be able to, understand it logically, or I could grab what I would call a tiny, tiny little nugget of just
• 27:00
brilliance Kara: Oh my God, I, I'm so glad that you're sharing this because I, I have not had a near-death experience, but I've had many, like, mystical cosmic experiences where still alive as far as I know, but I'm in that kind of hypnagogic state, and I have traversed... I've, I've, I understand what you're saying with, like, the immense speed and going from one point to another and, and all of that. And I know exactly what you're talking about where it's like my- sometimes my human mind kicks in, and maybe this isn't exactly how you experienced it, but you're putting words to things that I'm like, "Yes! Oh my God." Because lot of times I'm in a where it's so familiar and, like, at a soul level, and I'm like, "Oh my God, yes," but I f- I always, I realize I always forget. And it's almost like it's that I have lots of experience with this before or after this life,
• 28:00
or if it's even, like, I regularly... Part of my consciousness is always there, but I, my human mind can't remember it or whatever it might be. Um, maybe it's that I experience this sometimes while I'm sleeping, but it's completely erased by the time I get back. But there's, like, a part of my brain that's going, "Remember this time. Remember this time." And it's... And in order to do that, there's a part of me that has to be activated and, and paying attention, but I can't completely have the experience when that part's active. And so there's another part where it's like, "Okay, if I just let go, I m- I'll forget, but then I can completely be in this." And there's that tension between the two. And so it's amazing. I mean, like, I'm so... I'm just blown away that you have remembered as much as you have about this and brought it back and have found the words to express it
• 29:00
that is huge, you know? And, and I, I'm just so glad that you brought that to the forefront about that tension between the two things and, like, do I want, just, like, do I want this piece of information because this is amazing and it's blowing my mind, or do I really fully wanna be in it? You know, this is so amazing. Greg Hman: Yeah, I mean, you're, you're really conceptualizing it, and I completely understand what you're talking about. And one thing that I did throughout the process that I didn't really talk about, but I'm gonna bring it up because of what you're saying is, I would have these moments where I would try to put bookmarks. Like, I would try to just for m- just to remember enough. 'Cause I know that there's still things that I don't remember, by the way, Kara: Ja Greg Hman: come back to me. They've been coming back to me. Um, in fact, uh, I'll get into that next part because... So here I am before, again, what we might call the Almighty, and He's like this river, and for whatever reason, I don't know why I did

this, but I walked into Him just... It was literally looked like a scene out of a movie where somebody's, like, walking into the river, but I'm walking into Him, and this information's all coming, and I've surrendered to the fact that I'm not gonna be able to grasp all this information. But it was flowing through me, kind of like when you're in water, and this is, you know, I've become quite a big fan of water, and it's even part of how I overcame all these crazy medical issues. Um, there's all this stuff that I feel was kind of brought to me from the o- from this experience, actually, which is kind of interesting 'cause even, I don't know if you've even seen some of my channel where I've even had doctors who've been very intrigued by the work that, the things that I've created, like certain protocols for health, how they've affected the blood, and they're like, "How are you doing this?" Um, I have one doctor who literally measured, he's a diabetic, and he has a CGM meter, so which is a continuous glucose monitoring system, and when he was trying these protocols that I've created for health, he's literally like, "Do you realize that
• 31:00
whatever this protocol that you've created is doing the impossible?" He goes, "This shouldn't even be possible." He goes, it, it was blowing his mind, and he's a very brilliant doctor. He's a surgeon, and he's been very supportive of my work now because a huge part of my work, mostly because I caused all these medical issues from unfortunately poisoning myself one too many times, so I had to find a way to reverse these things. And I believe that a lot of this came from this experience. So back to this moment where I'm walking into Him, and then I open my arms, and I just lay in Him, and some people would say, I've had people say it's like a baptism. And again, I'm not trying to be religious, but we know about as above, so below, and I've realized, at least for me, that if anything on planet Earth that is tangible is like God, it seems to be water. and interestingly enough, um, he, he taught me a ton of things. Like, I have a whole book inside of me. We probably don't have enough time to go over everything that was taught to me, but he has said some very l- um, interesting
• 32:00
things to me. Like, I could give you one basic one. Like, he was telling me, first he goes, "You as humans have too many laws. You have too many, too many rules and laws," he said. "And because you have too many, first it's over-complicated," and two, he says, "It makes everybody guilty." And later on I went and Googled it, and I found this interesting. Did you know that the average person, every- literally everybody breaks, uh, multiple federal laws on a daily basis? Everybody Kara: does make sense. I, I, Yeah We do have too many rules and laws and Greg Hman: And you need lawyers because we don't, nobody knows all the laws. Even lawyers don't know all the laws. Kara: then the language that kinda covers up to keep people in the dark of, yeah Greg Hman: And, and what he told me was, he goes, "This makes you all guilty." Kara: Угу Greg Hman: of an interesting, like these different things that he would teach me that were so simple and basic that made so much sense, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Like I said, I literally have a book in me. He, he'd give me so much

stuff. and he said one of the... I'll just share this last one because it's so beautiful. He said, "You know, y- the first basic rule that you guys should have is that no action can be taken if it harms the air or the water." That should be like our foundational rule for humanity. Um, because anything that harms the air or the water harms us. It's, it's really, quote-unquote, "That simple." And I didn't, I started thinking about like, okay, so if you build a car or if you build... Anything that you build that requires energy, I be- I began to realize like energy itself is constantly polluting, you know? Our very system, you know, our very way of survival actually is harming the very environment that gives us life. And so, you know- Kara: that's where you get into that, like, zero point energy that people are always wanting to research and seems to get thwarted, you know, as people make progress. But because that's the point of the zero point, that vector equilibrium energy that they're utilizing
• 34:00
It doesn't have ... It, it takes in equally with what it gives out, And so there is no, like, off-gassing or so, as some of the, you know- e- even when it comes to ETs and files disclosure and things like that, Greg Hman: Yeah Kara: it's like that ... This is not human because it doesn't give off any heat. You know, they, they're pr- they're going these in- incredible speeds with no heat signature because of Greg Hman: Okay Kara: the way that they're it. You know, it's like they're, they're looking for a heat signature, and there's nothing, so what is this, you know? And that's ... You know, that's so ... Like you say, it's so simple with, like, rule one, don't harm the air, don't harm the water. They're, they're so critical and elemental to our experience, but that almost makes them invisible. It's really easy to take them for granted, and so we do. We're born into this world where they just are an afterthought, and, um,
• 35:00
wow Greg Hman: and I began to do, you know, one of the things that I started trying to figure out with all the medical issues, he was guiding me so much to water. I started looking at water, like, lab reports. And the more I looked at the water, I realized, oh my goodness, water is highly contaminated. And I don't care where you get it, from well water to even, they've even tested the snow on top of mountains, and it's contaminated. Um, and it's just so, it's so contaminated. We're talking about the number one source of microplastics that enter your body is from your water. We're talking about pharmaceutical drugs in your water, three specifically at very high levels, not to mention all the other ones. Um, not to mention parasites and bacterias and molds and other chemicals and, and people who even get their... I became a water expert, actually, in all this because people will say, "Well, I ca- I've had my water tested," right? Or, "The municipal water that comes into my home has been lab tested." Oh, really? For how many things? You know,
• 36:00
they usually test for 50 to 100 things when we have over 5,000 chemicals. And so we're not testing for everything. Um, the beautiful thing though, and I don't know why it's become such a passion of mine, and I've educated a lot, again, on my channel about this, 'cause I want people to be healthy. I want, because I believe that health has everything to do with happiness. And I think that it's important that people are happy because we tend to share in what we feel. If, you know that whole adage about hurt people hurt people? Kara: Yeah Greg Hman: how are you gonna bring any joy or happiness into the world if you're... When you're sick or you're in pain, anybody who's ever been through that, it's very difficult to be patient. You know? You're, you're hurting and, and you're frustrated and you feel this. And so it became a very big project, quote-unquote, "a pet project of mine." And I mean, there's a lot of famous doctors and health gurus and all these people out there, um, but all the things that I ever tried to follow never quite worked the way that I hoped that
• 37:00
they worked. And I ended up having to create my own path, and I did. And, and I share a lot of this, you know, information and whatnot. Um, and some of the things that we've seen, you know, I make no medical claims. But some of the things that I've literally seen, and people can see the interviews that I've done on my channel, are things that you just can't even believe. Even I can't believe them. I can't believe the medical issues that people have quote-unquote, "had," and they, their doctors are telling them the issue is gone. Like, by the way, my heart condition is gone. I was told I needed open heart surgery. I was told it was k- I was told it was gonna kill me. I fixed my heart, Kara: And did that happen as a result of this experience with God, or did that happen through the protocols that you did when you came back? Greg Hman: Yeah, it was through the knowledge that he really helped provide me and that Kara: then the action you took on the knowledge? Greg Hman: So it's not just like some miracle because I th- to be quite honest, I don't think we really
• 38:00
understand how things work sometimes, like the human body. I mean, how often do you go to your doctor and your doctor says, "Hey, what kind of water are you drinking?" You know? Kara: Yeah Greg Hman: and you don't realize that something that's in your water could easily be causing harm to you, and you don't even realize it. And you're not... And, and second, you don't even drink enough water every day probably, right? The average person. And then on top of it all, um, I discovered... Have you ever heard of a place called Lourdes, France? Kara: Угу Greg Hman: waters of Lourdes and like miracles, right, um, are unexplained. Well, the Japanese discover that that water's full of a special gas dissolved into the water called molecular hydrogen gas. And that's why I became known as the hydrogen man because I becan- I began to fall in love with hydrogen. And hydrogen moves a lot like God does, except I call it the... I think it's like a beautiful thing right in front of us, but it's, it's odorless, it's colorless, it's tasteless.
• 39:00
You can't see it. You can't smell it. It's like invisible. But it's also some- I call it the ascension molecule because that's what it does. It literally ascends, and there's just nothing like it in the universe. And we didn't know the profound effect that it has on the human body, and it's one of the reasons that I came to Japan because the Japanese have over two... I mean, there's literally over 2,000 medical studies on this gas. Not 100, not a thousand, over 2,000. And, uh, they're using it medically here. They're, they're using it at roughly 30 university hospitals, and it's exactly a Japanese technology that I used that helped me overcome this heart issue. And the reason that I thought it was so weird is because the machine is named the Lourdes HydroFix. It's named after those waters in France. Kara: Wow Greg Hman: then, you know, it's funny how all these things interjected because I didn't know the guy who created it, and it's this Japanese gentleman who had created it
• 40:00
for his daughter that was dying. Honestly, it's such a sad story. I don't wanna connect to it 'cause I'll start crying right here, but all I can tell you is that it was this guy's first daughter. So here his daughter gets born, and doctors are like, "She's gonna die by the age of three. Sh- maybe she'll be m- lucky to make it to five." And if you can imagine what that would feel like as a parent, right? Your, your little girl is gonna die. And he started seeing the medical research about hydrogen, and he couldn't use any device on her because the average person doesn't realize that when you make these gases, there's ways to make them where the purity is different, and the machine just didn't exist. So he had to create it himself. And he went to all these amazing companies in Japan. He went to Toyota, by the way. He went to Yamaha. He went to, uh, G-SHOCK. He went to all these very, um, big industries and top engineers. And so he ended up creating this beautiful machine, and I didn't know that. But what I've come to realize about life and different things, even this story, is when you do
• 41:00
something from love- You know, you don't let corruption get in the way. The love that he had for his daughter, like I said, I really began to fall in love with water. And I, and as you said, I think the average person, they could care l- they don't even think about it until it's not there, until they can't wash their hands, until they can't take a shower. Until there's no water, people don't think about it, and they don't seem to care or think about what's in our water. And the good news is it's actually, I just believe that now it's quite spiritual, water. And I'm sure you've... Have you ever heard of the work of Masaru Emoto? Kara: Oh yeah Greg Hman: And another Japanese guy. And discovering, you know, that water appears to have memory and respond and all these things, and we're obviously made of water and, and it's this whole thing. And so, um, I began to look at God's creation and I realized something very funny, 'cause I wanted to figure out, how do you clean water? Everybody thinks that a water filter will clean your water. It doesn't completely clean it. It only does partial,
• 42:00
um, cleaning, and I have a whole video where I explain the whole thing. I won't bore everybody with it. But what I can tell you is Planet Earth has a beautiful way of cleaning water, and it's so magical, and I don't think we think about it, but it starts with hydrogen. It starts with the sun, the very portal, I think it's a portal by the way, that's bringing God's beautiful life force. Kara: Yeah Greg Hman: why when it hits the Earth, it makes everything c- ... If without the sun, we're dead. Kara: Угу. Greg Hman: light in the sky. And it's just pure cosmic life energy, and it's so powerful, you know. But ultimately, when it hits the water on Planet Earth, the water begins to ascend because it literally comes down as either rain or snow. And rain or snow, what I came to realize, is distilled water. And when I started looking at all the lab reports, I realized the combination of carbon and distillation, uh, ultimately, like, everybody always wants to know what equipment I use. I
• 43:00
like, I always choose the best equipment, so there's this American-made equipment, and it's not expensive. It's cheaper than water filters actually. And the website's called, uh, mypurewater.com. And if pe- you know, you can see their lab reports and everything. And of course, if people want discount codes and support what I'm doing, they can use the code UPRISING144K if they want. But ultimately, it does this, it mimics the same process that Earth mimics, and then you end up having this ultra-clean water, and you can do all sorts of things with that water. And so these are a lot of the things that I kinda learned through this process. And so in the end, back to where I was, I mean, I just laid in him, and it really did look like a baptism, and I just let all his, uh, knowledge and wisdom run through me. I didn't try to pick up any of it, but somehow I think I felt instinctively that it was absorbing or downloading into me somehow. I didn't know how I would retrieve it at some point, but I chose that rather than trying to grab
• 44:00
the one nugget to remember Kara: Mm. Greg Hman: and then I, I spent a lot of time with him. I think I was laying in there for at least an hour, and probably maximum of two hours. Time is a little difficult, you know, when all this was happening. I, again, I thought it was... I was... I thought I was not coming back, so I thought I was done. And, um, for whatever reason, as I laid there inside of, it's weird to say, but I was like inside of him, you know, like you're in this body of water. I remember because of everything being an answer, and it was confusing, he didn't speak with a lot of words, but he did speak, he did say something. Throughout my confusion and realizing that I needed a question in order to understand the answer, he said, "There are no questions here, only answers." , To touch on this too, 'cause people are always act weird about, "Oh, are, are you saying it's a he? Are you saying it's a she?" You know, this type of stuff. so the being of light that greeted me was extremely female, right? But it's not like she had female body parts. It was this
• 45:00
being of light. It was the energy that she emanated that was female. And when I was with the, what some might call the Father or God, it was a very male energy. It was extremely male. Um, so it was just kind of interesting that it was actually more of an energy rather than the way we think of as male and female. And, Kara: total sense Greg Hman: you know, and after, after I was laying, um, in him, all of a sudden i- I could hear the water just in the very, very far distance into, into the universe somehow, and my body was still on that rock. And it felt like it had probably the minimum amount of life that it could have in it to just stay alive. for whatever reason, I felt like could I possibly open my eyes? Could I come back? And I tr- I, I did it, right? And I opened my eyes really slowly and, and that's when I

saw what I believe the ancient scriptures... I'm not trying to revert to the ancient scriptures a lot, but he did... I didn't get into this, but he, uh, he showed me some beautiful things within scripture, and I know this will be, uh, uh, 'cause I've done this before where it gets kinda controversial. and I, and it, I, it saddens me that, uh, that so many people get so upset. I think that there's a lot of misunderstandings in what we understand is the truth. But I think within the scriptures, there's a lot of wisdom that has been untapped. I don't think that people have understood, because a lot of these things were kinda shown and revealed to me, and as they were revealed to me, it became, like, very clear that I never had understood them. And I, I, I grew up, uh, Catholic, right? As a kid. And r- the religion never spoke to me. I just, I never, never felt like, "Oh, yeah, this is the truth," you know? If anything, I was always like, "What are we doing here? I don't get it," you know? It, it was always very confusing to me, right? And then when the
• 47:00
scripture started to become to be revealed to me, without me looking for it, by the way, it, it would come to me, and then I would have to go grab the book and look at the verse or whatever. I began to see the true meaning behind these words, and they were beautiful and, and there was something there, I, like, dare not talk about it for the most part because any time that I have, and I've only tried very few times, it, it ends up getting pretty ugly. People get really angry, um, because it, I think it's, you know, it's touching on their beliefs. And the scriptures do say, "Seek and ye shall find." I mean, you should maybe be open, you know, to, to seeing a different perspective or seeking out a, you know, anything that you can find. Not to bring this too much up, but, like, Matthew 7:23 I think is a very interesting verse because these guys are basically going to Jesus and basically saying, "Hey, we cast out demons in your name, Jesus. We prayed in your name. We did all these things in your name," right? And then Jesus says, "I never knew you."
• 48:00
he kinda was letting them know, "You never understood what I was really about." And, and he said something very interesting and very important, So much of this still comes to me, by the way. Ever since that day, I get stuff quite regularly, and He wants me to see things, and one of the things that He said was, notice specifically in that verse where Jesus says, " The way that you enter the Kingdom of God is by doing the Father's will." And He, so, it- He didn't say that you have to go to church. He didn't say you gotta give 10%. You know, He, He literally said, "By doing the Father's will." And I don't think that people necessarily understand what that means, and I won't try to get into all that. But these are just things that I learned, you know, throughout this process. And when I opened my eyes while being with Him in, in His waters, I'd never seen the world like that. I w- um, my eyes had been... I realized at that moment, and I realize even now ever since that day, I know that my eyes are closed. I know that we have a whole other set of

eyes, and we have forgotten who we are. You know, we've forgotten, And it's all part of the process, right? This is all written, and this was all supposed to happen, and, you know, it is what it is. And personally, I can see the good in it 'cause, um, not trying to... Reverting back a little bit, you know, I did get the opportunity to ask why I had been going through all that pain and suffering as a child, 'cause I was pretty upset. I remember being very angry with God 'cause, you know, I prayed and I'm like, "Help me," and I felt like I wasn't getting answers. I felt like I wasn't getting help. I reached a point where I didn't even believe in God anymore. I was like, "Is He not even real?" You know? Here I'm asking for help, and all these questions, I was very fortunate because all these questions ended up being answered. They ended up being satisfied. And when they were and He showed me the wisdom and the understanding of why, all my anger just completely dissolved, and I've never been angry with Him ever- ever since, regardless of the atrocities that are happening on Planet Earth and, and whatnot. I just

Greg Hman: Yeah, so, so when I was little, right, I would pray all the time asking for help. And when I was praying... So when I asked Him, I was like, "Where were you?" You know, that was like my question. I'm like, "Where were you? I was praying all the time. I really needed you." And He showed me, so He would show me visions, and He would speak with like these emotions almost, um, without words. But first He showed me that He was there and that He was watching over me. And then He did say to me, He said, "I couldn't interfere." And, and then He said, "For if I had, you would have never found me." And with that came a lot of emotion because .. i realized that my pain and my suffering was because I didn't have Him. It's, you know, He's what makes me feel whole. You know, not things, right? experience that we're going through, 'cause we get old, we get sick, we die, we suffer. We go through all these things and we're like, "Why?" the thing I've learned about love and how to raise our love consciousness is you cannot truly be grateful unless you've lost something. You don't... You... How, how are you supposed to be grateful for your legs or your sight or whatever if you've never lost the ability to walk for, let's say, 10 years or 20 years? Can you imagine what it would feel like if you were blind for 20 or 30 years and then you got your eyesight back one day? Or your legs back if you couldn't walk? And you would be overcome with emotion. The, you would be overcome with a, with a level of gratitude that would bring you to tears, or if somebody, like this happened, uh, to somebody I recently know who... Somebody died that somebody very much loved and cared about, I talked to that person and I, I ask her, you know, "How would you feel if he came back? If all of a sudden he walked through the door, you know?"
• 53:00
She's like, "The, the level of love and, and gratitude that I would have," and I always tried to tell her that while he was still here. It's like try not to let something like that happen before you can find that gratitude. Try to find that love now, you know? And I, and I learned, I learned a lot of these things through this, through this process, and that's what he showed me. He showed me that, that he allowed it to happen because he knew what it would do to my heart and to me, and I learned a lot about gratitude. I learned a lot about love and how much I love Him. And once you begin to love Him, things change. The things that I value, like for example, I value clean water now. Like I could have cared less about clean water before, you know? And now I, like, literally love clean water, you know? And I love that hydrogen stuff, it's so beautiful, and the way it cleans the blood and, you just... And I began to fall in love with, um, small, like taking care of myself more, you know? First I was trying to destroy myself. Now I'm
• 54:00
like, you know, kinda like, I don't wanna call it a health nut, but I, I re- I wanna respect myself more. And you know, you realize, you know, in the scriptures they say that the body's a temple of God, And so you, you begin to want to be good to yourself, but you're do- I, I feel like I'm doing it for different reasons. I don't have to be forced to do it. I don't need to be put under fear to do it. You know? Like, "Oh, you better go to church, otherwise you're gonna go to hell," you know? It, it's like this is not something that I do because I'm afraid that I'm gonna go to hell. I do the things... I wanna be good, and it feels good to be good. And Kara: Right Greg Hman: anxiety to not be good, right? It makes me feel terrible if I'm not kind to people, you Kara: Yeah. Greg Hman: And So, Kara: so with the, you know? it's really fascinating what you've been through and the changes that you've had. And you know, now you're known as Greg the Hydrogen Man or the H Man, so it's become really entwined with, you

know, your purpose and, and what you're here for. And you shared about where people can get more of, you know, how, how people can do this for themselves. I'm curious about of the particulars about what changes you saw and, and the time that it took and, and that sort of thing with when you started to work with the hydrogen. I'm thinking about people who are listening who maybe think, "Oh, this might be something that can help me with my health things," but what kind of change would be required? What kind of commitment would it be? What kind of time would it take? Are there risks with it? That type of thing. Greg Hman: Well, in my opinion, there's definitely risks of doing it incorrectly. and that goes with water too, because there are certain protocols, like I've... Like, to name a few of the things that I've seen, this is how crazy it's gotten. Um, and some of the data is gonna be presented potentially to the ADA, which is the American Diabetes Association, because some of the stuff we're seeing

But we're seeing the proof, right? And ultimately, things that I've seen, like, disappear, for example, are like, you know, arthritis, blood pressure issues, cholesterol issues, um, a lot of, you know, different types of inflammation, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, uh, leaky gut, um, Alzheimer's, dementia. Like, I literally have these stories where this daughter was using part of my techniques for her mother, who has dementia. Sh- she never recognized her own daughter anymore, and she did these techniques, and now she recognizes her, and she talks with her. I'm not making any medical claims, you know, but there's a guy who I interviewed on my channel who had cancer, and his cancer, you know, m- just mysteriously disappeared, and just on and on it goes. channel. what I decided to create because spending time with the Almighty gave me... One thing that he showed me was he showed me the heart of man, as crazy as that sounds, and it gave me a deep peek into the heart of people and which really, really changed my view and really put me in a place also to not be like, not judge as much, when you really understand where people are at. And so in some of these protocols, what I've done is there's different levels to them. And so I have some that are easy for people who are like, "Okay, this is gonna be tough. Do you have something easy I can start out with?" And so I always say foundationally, you always just start with clean water. Like just learn how to clean your water. It's not the most expensive thing in the world. cheaper than a set of tires for a car, you know, whatever, right? So you first you clean your water, and then if you can put the hydrogen in it, which is really the most magical part of the whole protocol, and just that. So, you know, the average person should be drinking clean water anyway and
• 58:00
be properly hydrated and, and so that's kind of the easier protocol. In fact, if people wanna see the protocols, we found the really cheap way to do it because I was getting bombarded with emails and people wanted, uh, like me to help them personally. And so I did consults, but it's very time-consuming. And so I had these very kind people, um, who had done my protocols and received a lot of health benefit from them. And so they volunteered their time and, um, we created a website. And so the website is called myhydrogenprotocol.com. the only amount that we charge is what it cost us to get it all up and running. And so we have it super cheap. It's like eighty-nine bucks or something. And that's not a monthly fee. It's like a one-time fee, that's it. And you have access to all the information that I've been compiling and protocols that I've been creating and all the different levels. Like, if I just wanna do the lowest level, if I wanna step it up. And it all depends on the medical issues that you have and how fast you wanna get, quote-unquote, results and how much you think you can push yourself as far as like foods that you would
• 59:00
eliminate, foods that you would start eating, you know, all the-- all these different things. And so I don't know, does that answer your question? Kara: Yeah, yeah. And when, um, when you talk about the risks if you're doing it wrong, what would be some things that people would wanna watch out for? Greg Hman: Um, well, the thing I would say is, so when you create something, like for example, water filtration, um, there's different types of water filtration. They're not all created equal, and a lot of them really don't remove everything. And some of them get even worse. They start growing mold, for example, in certain, uh, filters, and your water actually is getting dirty and you don't even know it. And so I teach on-- I only share equipment that I personally use. I do a massive amount of research before I recommend it. But the most difficult subject that is a very big problem in America right now is how you make the hydrogen, and that's one of my biggest concerns because there are literally-- I've seen lab reports of different ways of making it, and you can imagine what everybody looks for, and I did the same
• 1:00:00
thing. So I understand. Everybody looks for the cheapest way to make it, and that is a problem, um, because doing it the cheap way is not necessarily doing it the best way. And I will say, and I'm not gonna name any companies, right? But I will say that I've seen certain types of hydrogen literally cause harm. that's why I show people because I studied every modality of making hydrogen, and I know all about... Just like I became a water expert, I, I became a hydrogen expert, and there's really, like, no such thing in the world. I had to figure it all out on my own. It took a long time. My channel's been out for over a decade, by the way. And so this has been a long, a long journey. Um, and so the equipment that I-- I'm just grateful that it exists. If people wanna see the equipment I use, the Japanese equipment, the website's called holyhydrogen.com, which is kind of funny, right? Holy Hydrogen. It's named after Lourdes, France. And, and do you know the story of Lourdes, by the way? Kara: Um, it's been a long time. I have, I do,
• 1:01:00
I have known the story, but I, I know that people go to, go there to immerse themselves in the, in the water, and there have been miracles there and so forth. But I don't remember the s- the origin story Greg Hman: This is where it all comes together and I just can't believe it. Remember, it was a woman that appeared, like a woman of light before the children and said, "The water will come out of here." Or, you know, "Dig here and the water, the spring will come from here." And that's what I encountered, this woman of light, you know? And people think it was, like, the Virgin Mary and, you know, the being of light that I encountered felt very much like that, too, which is kind of weird. It had, like, virgin energy, which is kind of weird to say that, but you could feel eman- emanating off of her. There was just something that you just can't describe. And so I f- I find it odd how all this has come together, Kara: Yeah. Yeah. That's amazing. I wondered, I meant to come back to that part when you said, "I have my ideas about who that was," and I had a feeling as you were going through, I'm like,
• 1:02:00
"I wonder if it's Mother Mary type of thing." now with hydrogen, I, I know very little about hydrogen in terms of adding it to water. Is it something that people need to access hydrogen, or are you purchasing hydrogen and what you're talking about is be mindful about who you purchase from? Greg Hman: So there's the way that, um... So this is what's so beautiful about the whole thing. So the Japanese obviously did something that nobody's ever done, by the way. Um, the metal technology that they used, nobody in the world uses it. They're like, "There's only this one company." Because they invested in something that nobody invests in because nobody cared about hydrogen, right? So when people make it, you can make it really cheap, but again, it's the purity and the way that you go about doing it. So he builds this beautiful device, but the beautiful part about it, it's as, as amazing as the device is, the magic is actually the water because the device literally is no good if you don't have
• 1:03:00
water. Water's the magic here. The machine just happens to be really good at extracting what the magic is, which is what's in the water. So, like, to give it to you really simply, water's actually made of two gases. It's made of hydrogen and oxygen. Both gases when they come together and they bind together, they create this beautiful thing we call water, so it finds a way to separate those two bonds and extract the nectar, that, that pure hydrogen, and that's what it's... And it's really good at it. You know? It, um, it makes, like, these little nano bubbles, which are an important part of the technology. Um, it even doesn't just dissolve the gas into the water so you can drink it. It's also designed to be able to create the gas so you can inhale it. So this is where, where like the dementia, like it literally goes straight to your brain. Um, it'll affect your eyes in really positive ways, your lungs. You know, it'll obviously go into your blood. So you can inhale the gas and you can drink the
• 1:04:00
water, and my protocols involves doing both because both seem to affect the body in different ways. And then there's some really interesting, uh, laboratory reports. So I've actually released on my channel, like, what it does to the blood, like live blood analysis, and when you see what it does to the blood, you're literally... I had a doctor contact me, and she said, "What you're showing there is impossible." She's like, "The, y- you're, you're being duped or you're, you're showing things to people that are not even real." And she tried to prove me wrong, and I was willing to work with her 'cause I wanted to just find the... The truth is always what's important, you know? And so she ended up doing the same lab test, um, in her own lab, and the results came back the same and she became a huge proponent of hydrogen. She said, "This stuff's like a miracle." I mean, it, it is so miraculous. I really think it's... Personally, I think hydrogen's gonna change the world, of medicine. I think it can change the world of agriculture, obviously the world of health, and I think it's gonna change the world of energy too. It's a very... It's a clean energy, and it's
• 1:05:00
extremely abundant. I mean, I think it's like over 80% of the universe is hydrogen. I mean, it's, it's massive. Kara: So with the healing that you had, you were inhaling it and drinking it? Greg Hman: Yeah. That was, that was- It, when I actually, so when I first started, I didn't know what I was doing, so I bought terrible devices. I bought things like the Kangen machines, and these hydrogen pills that they sell, and cheap bottles. And, and I kept, I was trying to, I was always going the wrong direction, and then I quickly realized First I thought this stuff just doesn't work, and then I had ... And I'm looking at the medical data thinking, well, they clearly show it appears that it does work. What am I doing wrong? And then I had to study how to make it, and then I, I literally had to learn about the science of metallurgy, and I had to learn about a lot of different things about how to make it, but also how to use it. So I had to implement certain protocols, figure out how many milligrams of hydrogen you need for it to be therapeutic. Uh, I actually, I'm, I'm literally the guy
• 1:06:00
in, in the world that I'm the one who created the technique on using the water and the gas. Nobody ever did it the way that I've done it, and since then my technique was copied and actually lab tested, and it showed that I was right. And, and I e- I could even explain why even though the experts haven't figured out why. But I won't waste time on that. But ultimately using both is, is what's ideal. And once I figured that out, and that's actually how I found the Lord's machine, it was very difficult to find, and I feel kind of silly because if I would have just looked up what the number one machine in all of Japan is, I would have found it so quickly. Kara: Oh. Greg Hman: do that, and I, I kept looking, I kept looking at data points and calling companies and asking a million questions, and took a years of research. And, um, and once I found it and I looked at the data, I was like, "This thing is so perfect." Like, h- it, it lined up with all the medical research. I was always going off the medical data. and I didn't wanna listen to just anybody 'cause y- you know, there's influencers and they're
• 1:07:00
always trying to sell something . And so wanted to go off the data, and then I ended up finding this machine. And then once I started using that, my heart condition was gone in less than six months. Kara: Wow Greg Hman: my cardiologist confirmed it, and I, and I'd already been confirmed as, you know, having the issue. I was already well-documented. In fact, like I said, my doctor told me, he's like, "You're gonna die." He just straight up told me. He's like, "You're not gonna be around a super long time, and, uh, eventually we're gonna have to probably do surgery if you wanna try to survive." And, um, and I kinda made peace with it. I was fine with it, so I was like, "I'm just gonna let myself go." but I didn't realize that this stuff would make my heart condition potentially, you know, m- just magically disappear. And then, I wasn't the only one. So when I started sharing this information on the internet, I can tell you there w- uh, there was a woman that I did a story on. Uh, she's almost 100 years old. She had three different heart conditions, and her doctor straight up told her, "You're gonna die because you're almost 100 years old. We can't do surgery on you. You won't survive it.
• 1:08:00
Um, I think you should just be grateful every day that you wake up, basically, and, uh, and enjoy your family." And one of her family members heard about me, and she started doing the protocol, and all her heart conditions went away. Her doctor wrote me an email. He was like, "How, how is this... How did you do this?" 'Cause they-- we just saw the issues disappear. And on top of it all, they had to take her off of the pharmaceutical she was on because the body started working right. This woman was almost a h- she's 98 years old Kara: Oh my gosh, Greg Hman: It's Kara: phenomenal Greg Hman: She'd, uh, she'd been on these pharmaceuticals for over 30 years, and it took w- it took about six months, if I remember correctly. And that seems to be the magic number. It's always about six to eight months of following the protocol, and it begins to be really easy, you know? Um, I remember, like, my father was an interesting story because he had... Let's see. He had arthritis, glaucoma, blood pressure issues, cholesterol issues, and he was kinda like borderline diabetic. He didn't really wanna do
• 1:09:00
all the, like, change of diet, do all these things, and, uh, I didn't think it would work, but it was part of the beauty of what I saw about these protocols is he did do the clean water, and I did buy him one of those machines 'cause he, he wouldn't buy one for himself. And and then he started doing, you know, the, the protocol, and then all of a sudden, all these issues started going away, and he was, you know, r- really surprised by it. He ended up falling in love with the water, too. And, Kara: Wow Greg Hman: it, it's, it's funny how you can, quote-unquote, "fall in love with water," but, you know. Kara: yeah. do, have you noticed, 'cause we've talked a lot about the human body, but we started this amazing discussion with the near-death experience and, and the spiritual aspects of what has even motivated you in the physical work that you're doing now. Is there any connection as people utilize these protocols in terms of connection with their,
• 1:10:00
their divinity that's within them or any kind of... I'm just thinking about we know that that the pineal gland, for example, gets calcified And there is a water element to that. Um, as you go through this protocol, I wonder if it helps people to connect with themselves spiritually more as a, as a byproduct Greg Hman: that is such a good question because I've noticed that it has. And see, that's what... I, I don't think that people place enough importance on the spiritual aspect and how it's connected to the body. You know, not to bring Jesus up again, but, like, he gave us these things. Kara: welcome here. Greg Hman: Okay. Kara: Don't worry. Greg Hman: Because he said something so brilliant that I never hear anybody touch on it, right? But when he had this conversation with Nicodemus, you know, Nicodemus pursues him at night, um, and he basically... I could quote it. He says, "We know you are a man of God, for no man could do such things if God were
• 1:11:00
not with him." And he basically asks him, like, "What's the answer?" You know, like, "What's the way?" You know, "How are you doing this?" And, you know, interestingly enough, th- Jesus is supposed to give, like, a really big answer here, and he doesn't say, "Look, all you gotta do is accept me as your Lord and Savior, go to church, and give 10%, and that's all you gotta do, and you're gonna get into heaven." But he doesn't say that at all, actually. He says, "You must be born of water." That's what he says. You gotta be born of water. That's... Go look in your Bible. It's right there. You know? And, um, and he, and he also... You know, of course, Nicodemus gets confused, right? Now, here's the secret about this, because Nicodemus refers to a woman. He says, "Well, how am I supposed to climb back into my mother's womb?" And so I don't think people realize that there is... Jesus was saying clearly something about the woman, otherwise Nicodemus wouldn't have responded that way. So whether something got
• 1:12:00
lost in translation, he did say something there. And then Jesus, he wasn't trying to make fun of him or anything, but he's like, like basically like, "That's not what I'm talking about," right? Like I'm... You know, and he makes comments like, "And you call yourself a great teacher of Israel?" Like, "This is not what I'm talking about." But he mentions the body because he says, "What is of the flesh is flesh. What is of the spirit is spirit. I tell you again, you must be born again." And he was saying that you must be born again of water and of spirit. And then he said of flesh, and then he compared the spirit to the wind. And so, and, and h- I... He implied that it was unpredictable 'cause he says, "You know not where it comes from or where it goes, so it is who those who are born of the spirit." And so, um, I, I think what ultimately... And, and the wind, by the way, is a gas. That's what we're breathing in. Like right now you're literally breathing in like 20% oxygen, you know? And hydrogen is this magical gas. In my opinion, just straight up magical. We've
• 1:13:00
seen the data. We can see... I can show you all sorts of proof, you know. Um, if anybody wants to look up the medical data, you can, you can look it up and read it. There's tons of it. I've been reading through it forever you know, many years. And so I think what this whole... To answer your question, what I began to realize through this process is I fell in love with the idea of being good. I fell in love with the idea of wanting to clean my blood. I fell in love with the idea of taking care of this body. What I did not expect is exactly what you're talking about. I did not expect that the blood... Remember that the blood is flowing through your entire body. It's what brings all these nutrients, and it's carrying gases. It's carrying oxygen, but it's also carrying hydrogen too, by the way. And hydrogen opens up these other parts of the body. This is really quite fascinating. It was discovered by the number one university in the world that studies hydrogen, which is in Japan, called Keio University. And the
• 1:14:00
hydrogen opens up what's called ghost vessels Now, the reason that this is really important, ghost vessels, anybody can Google what they are, but they're like these blood vessels that we have in our body where blood is no longer getting there anymore. So they're just like empty. They're like a ghost town. And if you look in the ancient scripture, I think I made a very big discovery, to be quite honest with you. There's a, there's a verse that says, "Life is in the blood," right? But notice it doesn't say, "Life is the blood," it says, "Life is in the blood." What exactly is in the blood that g- brings the life? And I think the Japanese discovered it without even realizing it, and I'll give you the secret right now. If we cut our blood supply off to, like, an arm, um, the arm's gonna die or your hand's gonna die, right? When you get no blood, it's gonna die. So if somebody has a stroke, this is one of the things they use hydrogen for, by the way, in Japan. People can also look up on NHK News. If you put NHK on YouTube and then space and put
• 1:15:00
hydrogen, it's a Japanese news outlet. They did a whole story. You can see the ambulances using hydrogen and all the stuff, all the medical data. And so ultimately, l- when you have a stroke, if you're not getting proper blood supply to, like, let's say, a part of the brain, that part of the brain will literally start to die after five minutes of getting no blood supply, right? What they discovered is if you put hydrogen gas and you start inhaling it and it goes to your brain, it will keep that part of the brain alive without blood. Kara: Wow Greg Hman: is huge because what it's letting you know is that hydrogen is life, and that's ultimately the discovery that I've discovered. This woman of light was pure life, pure light. You could feel it. She was... And she was the mother. And, and by the way, every human on this planet, at least that I know, came through a woman.
• 1:16:00
Okay? Life comes from the woman, from the mother, you know? And that's what I think this might be, as crazy as this sounds, and it's somehow within the water, you know? In fact, there's another verse that says something like, "And the voice of God is like the sound of many waters," you know? And so there's all... There's a lot of stuff about water in the Bible, you Kara: Yeah Greg Hman: really crazy is when I was on the other side, all the things that I saw, I'd never heard of them in any book. I've never heard it on any podcast. I've never seen anything like this, ever. And it took years while I was going through the process of learning how to clean my body, and I use water a lot to do all sorts of techniques and protocols, and I stumbled upon this book, and I kid you... I, I have, I have it here if you, if you want me to show it to you. Inside this book, it's stories of Jesus that you've never heard before. Apparently, I looked up the history of this book, and it's
• 1:17:00
very controversial. Everybody says it's a scam. Well, not everybody, but a lot of people say it's a scam. I've talked to people who've said it's changed their life. But this book has all these stories of Jesus, and Jesus at the very last three pages describes the other side with utter perfection. Everything I saw, I could literally read some of these pages to you, and it's what I saw. He even describes... Go ahead Kara: Sorry, are these like the Dead Sea Scrolls or Greg Hman: They apparently come from something like that. Uh, according to the guy who translated them, so he was a famous translator, and his father was a famous translator, and he was translating for the hidden archives of the Vatican. And so then the son followed in his father's footsteps, and he was secretly translating these manuscripts, and he never divulged them until he was on his deathbed. This is a story. And then he, um, that gave them to a woman that he trusted on his deathbed and he
• 1:18:00
said, "Go ahead and release them." And he said, "And I wanna make sure that everybody has access to them." Let me show you something interesting here. I'm gonna, I'm just gonna grab it to show you. Because he said, "I want all the money and all the proceeds from all the sales of these books to be used to just make more books, and I never want them to sell for more than $1." Kara: Wow. Greg Hman: yeah. And then I started... Kara: called? Greg Hman: It's called The Essene Gospel of Peace Which is interesting too because do you remember, I don't know if people noticed this, when I used to go to the Catholic church as a kid, they, they repeat everything. Everything's re- I realized after a while of going there that everything was repetition, and they always say things like, um, uh, "May God be with you," and then they always say, "And also with you." And it's always that, right? I didn't realize until spending time with the Almighty that He, 'cause He showed me so many things, it's like, did you ever notice that Jesus never said one time in the whole Bible, "May God be with you"?
• 1:19:00
But you notice what He said repeatedly? "Peace be with you." And notice the title, The Essene Gospel of Peace. And so it, it's all these little hints, they're all there, right? Um, and then interestingly enough, I started looking at some of these manuscripts, and they are in Aramaic, so the original language of Jesus. And, but the thing that blew my mind on a personal level, because I'm a very big skeptic, and it's just kind of my personality, and, and there's just too much nonsense out there in the world. I hate to say that, so, you know, you never, I never know what to believe. And as I was reading this book, I was skeptical. I was like, "No way," you know? And I was just keeping an open mind, I guess. But when I reached those last three pages, it, uh, it, it blew my mind. Because, like, here, let me just share this one piece. I'm not gonna share a lot. This, th- because this really blows my mind here, because it's exactly what I told you today. Jesus says, He ...
• 1:20:00
See, remember I told you God had this type of, like, sound. There was a voice. And lit- and He literally says right here, "Then it is that you shall let into your ears the holy stream of sound." See, He's like water, He's like a stream, and there's a sound to it. And I'm just like, "Okay." And then He says, "For it can only be heard in the silence." So in peace. Only in peace is there silence, and He's saying you can only hear it when everything is silent, which is true. That was my experience. And He goes on to say things like, "Think of the streams that are born in the desert after a sudden storm, and the roaring sound of the waters as they rush past. Truly this is the voice of God, if you did but know it." And the reason that it hits me so hard is "If you did but know it," because I was right there before Him, and I didn't know it. I didn't know that this was God, because what's our idea of God? The white beard? You know, the, the, the, the guy with the white hair or whatever. And so you
• 1:21:00
never think that He would've been like water. And so it was, for me, there's so much in here that I literally one sentence, you know? Kara: Right Greg Hman: and remember when I told you that He, that He took me back to my mother's womb? So He goes on to say things like, "I tell you truly, when we were born, we enter the world with the sound of God in our ears." And by the way, we do. I was shown all this. This is why it blows my mind that this is all written in this book. And so much more... Oh, oh, and you know what? I gotta share this one. Sorry. Remember I told you that we travel the stars? So Kara: Mm-hmm. Greg Hman: he goes on right here, it says, "It is the holy stream of sound that traverses the vault of stars." The vault. The vault. You open this vault, this door that has to be unlocked, right? Um, and you, you traverse the vault of stars, "And crosses the endless kingdom of the Heavenly Father." And it was endless. It

was so big, and you're crossing these. So there's so much amazing stuff in this little book that this guy and, and it's so beautifully written. It's, like, so poetic. I've just be- You know, I just find it funny that I've fallen in love with this stuff that I never thought in a million years I would've fallen in love with. But I do wanna answer your question about the, the pineal gland thing, because it's absolutely the case. If you don't... If, if you think that... And you can tell me your opinion. Isn't it very clear that they're poisoning us? And, and I say poisoning us whether it's being done on purpose or not. You look at the lab reports of what's in water, you're gonna see the craziest, gnarliest stuff in there. Watch my video 388. It's free. I show you all sorts of stuff that's in the water. You look at the stuff that's in our food. It's, it's unbelievable. Stuff that we know for a fact makes us sick, like, uh, red number 40. I mean, you, you see it, you know, in, in foods and they use it for coloring and, you know, all these
• 1:23:00
different things. It's where they're... And, and why would they put this stuff in our food? Which by the way, when you eat it, it's going into your blood, right? So if it's going into your blood, you don't think it's affecting, yeah, your pineal gland and every organ in your body, and dysregulating your emotional state. Your... Even, even the way your brain functions, you know? Because opening up those blood vessels, opening up the way that the waters move, these are waters in your body. You have so many different types of waters, and proper hydration, and all these simple techniques that I've created, and they're so... They're really not the most complicated thing in the world, these techniques that I created, and yet doctors are baffled. Baffled by them. They're like, "How in the world," you know, "are you accomplishing this?" And that's why they went as far as testing this stuff. So to answer your question, does it affect you spiritually? Absolutely. I noticed the biggest impact after following my protocols for three years. I had a very, very big impact after that, and then after that it was, like, every year.
• 1:24:00
And what's interestingly enough, in this old ancient book, Jesus talks about the body having a seven-year cycle. Kara: Hmm. Greg Hman: thing about that is in the world of science, we know, by the way, that we have a seven-year cycle. And what I... Do, do you know what I'm talking about, by the way? You know Kara: Yeah. I mean, even in like, uh, the, it's the Waldorf School, I think they, they talk about that w- because of the ages of the children and so forth. But Yes Greg Hman: Yes Kara: the, the human body, the cells are completely regenerated in seven years, right? Greg Hman: exactly it. And so he tells you how to live, and I took a lot of my healing techniques from hi- from some of his stuff too in that book. But I had to modernize it 'cause we live in different times now. And so this seven-year cycle, I, one of the things that was uncovered by , the surgeon that followed my protocol, is that we found a way... He discovered that what my protocol was doing is it can literally put you in a state where your body goes
• 1:25:00
into autophagy and mitophagy, which is the cleansing of cells and mitochondrial cells, without fasting, without having to fast. Kara: Wow. 'Cause that's, I associate fasting with that. I was like, "Oh, it Greg Hman: Yeah, so I- Kara: Or you know? Greg Hman: And that's the, that's the beauty of this technique because one of the goals on my technique is because I trust so much the human body and how it's ultimately, um, functioning, the body has... So I believe in the Creator so much, I mean, 'cause like I met Him. And so, and now that I know He's real, and I saw His level of wisdom, and that I'm like nothing, and I'm so small, I have complete faith in, in His, um, structure. I realized, and I lined it up with the science, the human body, one of the goals is to have no deficiencies. And if you begin to quickly notice in your, in any research that you would do is that almost everybody is deficient in something, okay? Why wouldn't you
• 1:26:00
want to overcome deficiencies? Because what you notice is that deficiencies lead to disease, by the way. So I can give you a very famous example, like if you're deficient in vitamin C, you get scurvy. How do you fix scurvy? Some pharmaceutical drug? No. You just get your vitamin C levels right, right? So then I began to think, and this was me trying to overcome my medical issues originally- Why don't I overcome every nutritional and every mineral deficiency and see if my body can start functioning and heal itself, right? How often do you walk into the doctor's office if for a problem and he says, "Let's check you for nutritional and mineral deficiencies"? And gas deficiencies. Nobody tests for gas deficiencies, but Japan is starting to do it. I actually had a test where they test me, and I was like off the charts. Uh, the guy couldn't believe my score because it just... it was doing the impossible again. And because by the way, we produce hydrogen in our body, but we produce the majority in our gut, and all these things that are in our food like the glyphosates,

for example, you know, these pesticides, they, they cause issues with our gut microbiome. And, and we have almost eighty percent of our immune system in our gut. So how the body functions has everything to do with our ability spiritually, and I don't think people have put that together and that is one of the biggest messages that I wanna bring to the world, is I wanna show people how to clean their water. I wanna show people how they can do things to neutralize free radicals, overcome nutritional deficiencies. Um, there is a doctor of over thirty years, thirty years of experience of doing blood work. She was doing mine because I wanted to make sure that my techniques were working. So I, I was testing it on myself first. And I still remember when she called me because she called me and she was so blown away, and I was really nervous because I used to work in the medical field, by the way, for over twenty years, and we know if you've ever worked in medicine that you only call people when there's a problem. You don't, Kara: Yeah Greg Hman: you don't call

when there's no problem, otherwise you're having to call everybody. And, uh, when she called me, I got real nervous, and she immediately tried to calm me down 'cause she said, "Look, um, I'm not calling 'cause there's a problem." ' And she said, "There's no problem." She said, "It's just that I saw your blood work, and I've never seen blood work like this in over thirty years of doing this." She goes, "It's so unbelievable." She said, "I wanted to know what you're doing." And, um, and it was funny because as I was going to the lab that was taking my blood every three to six months, they started to know who I was, and the reason they knew who I was, they're like, "Is that the guy?" And, and then I was like, "What's going on here?" And the nurse, she goes, "Well, we've all been talking about you." And I said, "Why?" She said, "Because when we take people's blood, we put them in these trays." She says, "Yours looks different than everybody's." And I was like, "What?" She goes, "By the time it got to the lab, everybody's like, 'Who is this guy?'" And then they saw the results, and then they were like, "Who is this guy and what is he doing? There's something going on here," and that's why the doctor called me. And

so all these things that I've been doing in time, but blood is super important. It's flowing everywhere through your body, and it does affect the pineal gland and the inhalation of the hydrogen, you should see what it does. I, um, on my channel, this was from a clinic in Japan that is working with people who work with dementia and Alzheimer's patients, and they do what's called thermal imaging. So they noticed that the hydrogen increases core body temperature, this is really important for blood flow because what they found out in Japan is that almost every single person that has cancer, their core body temperature is lower than it's supposed to be Kara: Oh, interesting Greg Hman: became very fascinating finding, and then they started correlating and figuring out that that also pertains to a lot of other medical conditions. So they're starting to see that there's a correlation between core body temperature and disease. And you know what affects core body temperature is

the way that your blood moves. Kara: Hmm. Greg Hman: You you, want proper blood flow, right? This is part I look at health very different than the average person. Some people will be like, "Oh, you just gotta have a ton of protein." It's like, you know, you actually want your blood vessels really clean, and you want proper hydration, and you want that blood moving the way that it should, and you want the proper nutrients and gases and minerals in the blood to be carried throughout the body where they need to be, and then just, you know, neutralizing free radicals. And a lot of ... You know, I have a whole different technique than anybody ever. My, my technique is completely different than anybody's I've ever seen, and I took a lot of that from- Kara: like you have amazing results as well, so Greg Hman: It's been shocking. can't believe it. I'm... And you know, know the scriptural verses about as you do unto others, you do unto yourself? And it became very clear to me that, you know, God lives in all of us, right? So he lives in you, and if I do something cruel to you, I don't just do it to you, I do it to him too.
• 1:31:00
And if I do it to him, and he lives in me, that means I'm doing it to myself, right? And so then I began to understand this whole process about what it really means to love your neighbor as yourself, and these beautiful things that, you know, Jesus taught. You know, that, that's, you know... Remember when he was asked, "What is the most important? If you could just simplify the most important part of all your teachings into one sentence?" He said, "Love one another as I have loved you." He, he didn't say, again, he didn't say, "Well, you better go to church, give 10%." Like, he didn't say any of this stuff. He talked about love. He talked about forgiveness. He talked about repentance. He talked about being born of water. These are the things that he really talked about. And, um, and you know, and I tend to look more at whenever the Spirit is speaking to me, 'cause that's what's been happening. And, and the, the vi- the visions and the messages have been getting stronger and stronger and stronger. And I mean, I've become, to be honest, afraid of speaking, because I think it depends on the audience. You know?
• 1:32:00
I'm just gonna guess your audience... I'm, I'm thankful for, you know, speaking with you about this, because I feel like it's something that it would be a shame if I didn't s- if I didn't share it, it would be a shame, Kara: Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Well, Gregg, this has been an amazing discussion. I love how much we've covered in terms of the spiritual and the, the health and the innovation, and it's, it's really been deep and profound. How can people find out more information and connect with your work? Greg Hman: So people can go to YouTube. I put a lot of stuff on there that's all free. The channel's called Uprising144k. The 144k, as you probably know, the 12 tribes of 12,000, that equals 144,000. Which I just recently found out that the Giza pyramid, all the white stones on the outside, uh, totaled 144,000. So I thought that was kind of funny. Kara: Oh, wow. Greg Hman: Just all these different

connections. Um, but that's the YouTube channel. They can go to my Instagram, they can go to Twitter, they can go to Rumble, but the majority is on YouTube. But I always tell everybody to, to subscribe to all of them because I, my channel has been threatened multiple times. And so if one ever gets removed, you're only gonna find me if you subscribe to all the other ones, 'cause that's how I'll show people where the new channel is at. Kara: OK Greg Hman: people want to follow the protocol or learn about it, they can go to the website myhydrogenprotocol.com. And then if people wanna email me, people can reach out to me directly at uprising144k@gmail.com Kara: Beautiful. Well, thank you again so much. What a beautiful discussion. Bless you Greg Hman: Thank you so much Thank you so much for joining me for this episode of Soul Elevation. If someone in your life would be inspired or uplifted by what you heard today, please take a moment to share it with them. These are the kinds of conversations that ripple out and elevate collective consciousness.
