- 0:13Speaker 1: of you who are pay attention. This is really wonderful.
- 0:16Speaker 1: This is lovely, and we're going to show just a
- 0:19Speaker 1: little some pictures here. I got this email from Amanda.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Wait is this.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Well?
- 0:28Speaker 4: I guess so.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, email of the intra.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it is good morning, lords, says Amanda. Since it
- 0:40Speaker 1: seems you've been having a hard time finding some happy
- 0:44Speaker 1: which is true, yep, I thought I would send you
- 0:47Speaker 1: a video of the little blind dog Nora and her
- 0:52Speaker 1: happy life. I try to post once a day on
- 0:56Speaker 1: Nora's page to leave something out there. Don't start it
- 0:59Speaker 1: just quite yet. For people to smile at everything else
- 1:03Speaker 1: on social media is so ugly. We need more of this.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Animals are just the best, and this little blind girl
- 1:10Speaker 1: dog is the happiest dog I've ever seen. She amazes
- 1:13Speaker 1: me every day and enjoy and so I hope you've
- 1:17Speaker 1: got a chance to and I'll just sort of describe
- 1:20Speaker 1: it as it goes along. But you can run it now.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Dawson This is Nora when she was a puppy, a
- 1:26Speaker 1: little puppy mostly, and it's just the screen is now
- 1:31Speaker 1: black and there you go. This is Nora and.
- 1:41Speaker 5: These are still pictures.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Look at that little puppy born with no eyes.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Australian shepherd or at least a mix of.
- 1:49Speaker 1: One born with no eyes. Now, for some reason, she
- 1:54Speaker 1: could sense exactly where that ball was. There she is
- 1:57Speaker 1: looking out the window of the car and playing with
- 1:59Speaker 1: the ball. And that's her. That's her pal. I forget
- 2:02Speaker 1: his name, Spike or what's his name. There's Nora. A
- 2:07Speaker 1: beautiful little puppy, has no just the happiest dog in
- 2:12Speaker 1: the world. Loves other dogs.
- 2:17Speaker 4: And uh yeah.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Animal content is helping me get through, yeah, everything that's
- 2:23Speaker 5: going on. I mean I have my own animal content
- 2:26Speaker 5: at home, which which is helpful.
- 2:29Speaker 4: There's Nora with Amanda.
- 2:31Speaker 5: We have a family text chain going with Joe's siblings.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Yeah, because his sister lives.
- 2:38Speaker 5: In Maine where they've been getting all the all the
- 2:41Speaker 5: snow and she's got to rescue German shepherds and she's
- 2:46Speaker 5: been sending us video of what it's like to try
- 2:49Speaker 5: to let them outside and to play in all the
- 2:52Speaker 5: snow there. So we kind of have this chain going
- 2:56Speaker 5: of sending each other pictures of our dogs. And it
- 2:58Speaker 5: is nice because before that we would send group texts
- 3:02Speaker 5: complaining about everything that's going on. Can you believe this?
- 3:05Speaker 5: What's happening there? And I much prefer the the puppy
- 3:11Speaker 5: text chain. Might I encourage you, in whatever text chain
- 3:14Speaker 5: you're in, to send uh pictures or videos like Nora
- 3:18Speaker 5: or like It's it's a nice thing to share.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Sue sends me at least two every morning, and doesn't
- 3:24Speaker 2: that make like it?
- 3:25Speaker 5: Doch down? Doesn't that make you feel a little bit better?
- 3:28Speaker 2: Like this morning she sent me one called cutest mowing
- 3:33Speaker 2: mowing mewing And it's just cats. It's just the sound
- 3:37Speaker 2: of cats mewing.
- 3:44Speaker 4: That's a little kid here. They want milk?
- 4:00Speaker 6: Wow do do do?
- 4:11Speaker 2: It's old love Johnson. Ok, that one makes it sound
- 4:16Speaker 2: like a duck arm snort.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Noah, his story.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Mm hmm yep.
- 5:01Speaker 1: My wife sends me a picture every day and sometimes
- 5:04Speaker 1: it's a couch, sometimes it's a chair. Sometimes it's a
- 5:08Speaker 1: bad She said, this is where Klaus is hiding today.
- 5:12Speaker 5: It's not a picture of Klaus, that's where this is
- 5:17Speaker 5: where Klaus is hiding.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Klaus likes to run and hide under things immediately if
- 5:22Speaker 1: he senses anything off in.
- 5:24Speaker 5: The room, he just you know what, send us your
- 5:28Speaker 5: your pupp distraction, your kiddy distraction, and maybe we can
- 5:31Speaker 5: put a little gallery together of friends of the program
- 5:35Speaker 5: pets on our social medias.
- 5:37Speaker 2: What was that weird sound between all those meals. It
- 5:39Speaker 2: was just kind of an editing sound, you know.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Just to signify a transition.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah, uh yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 5: So the Golden Retrievers Riley and Oakley m hm, they
- 5:51Speaker 5: do what we call the Golden purr. And if you
- 5:55Speaker 5: if you get pet in them in just the right spot,
- 5:58Speaker 5: like behind the ear, they sound like a cat. They
- 6:02Speaker 5: will have this rumbly kind of kind of kitty purr.
- 6:07Speaker 5: And it's the goal every night as we're winding down
- 6:10Speaker 5: to see if we can get the golden purr going.
- 6:15Speaker 7: Nick says, I love the cat videos, but I'm loving
- 6:17Speaker 7: baby gorillas and baby goats.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I saw a cute baby gorilla one the other day.
- 6:23Speaker 2: It was was a.
- 6:24Speaker 7: Little kid, and you know, they have the glass wall
- 6:29Speaker 7: and they were both pounding on each sides of the
- 6:32Speaker 7: glass at each other, you.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Know, like the kids.
- 6:37Speaker 7: The cats. Yeah, the cat's being jerk videos or are
- 6:42Speaker 7: also good ones too. But yeah, we we should put
- 6:46Speaker 7: out a call on our social media's send a Sure.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Yeah Nora inspired us, but but you know, we have
- 6:53Speaker 5: lots of vax content. We have our dog here with
- 6:58Speaker 5: us every day. But but we'd love to see your pets.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Send us some cute animal therapy.
- 7:04Speaker 5: We can all use it.
- 7:07Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I know, I'm not gonna I was gonna say, I don't.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I don't pets. I don't like pets. And but it's
- 7:13Speaker 1: a really negative reason. I mean, I like them when
- 7:15Speaker 1: I have them. But it's just I mean, there is
- 7:18Speaker 1: it because you're selfish? No, and you don't want to
- 7:21Speaker 1: take care of them.
- 7:22Speaker 5: No, because they because oh it's because oh I know
- 7:24Speaker 5: what you're you know, they they go away?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Yeah, and I and it just it's hard, I can,
- 7:32Speaker 1: you know, I don't.
- 7:33Speaker 4: I just I don't.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Why Why do I Why do I put myself through
- 7:36Speaker 1: that time after time after.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Time for the times while they're here. That's that's why
- 7:41Speaker 2: you do it. I know for sure.
- 7:44Speaker 5: Oh it's worth it, It's worth it.
- 7:48Speaker 2: But I still miss mister f of course you do.
- 7:52Speaker 4: He was really the most wonderful guy.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Hudson was having fomo this morning.
- 7:59Speaker 5: He wanted to come to work with you.
- 8:00Speaker 7: Well, I just he wanted to be with me. He
- 8:03Speaker 7: usually I'll get up at you know, three three fifteen,
- 8:07Speaker 7: and I'll leave him in bed, or we'll go to
- 8:10Speaker 7: we'll go to the bathroom, we'll go out back and
- 8:12Speaker 7: I'll look at the moon and he'll he'll pee, and
- 8:15Speaker 7: then we'll go back to bed, and he gets in
- 8:17Speaker 7: bed with us soon and then I shut the door
- 8:19Speaker 7: and then I get ready for work. Sure, but lately
- 8:22Speaker 7: he's been doing this thing where it's like he sits
- 8:25Speaker 7: on the edge of the bed like is he coming back?
- 8:29Speaker 7: And then it's and then you hear the scratch on
- 8:30Speaker 7: the door. So I took him downstairs for a bit
- 8:34Speaker 7: while I did walking, and and then I made him
- 8:36Speaker 7: sit with me in the shower, you know, in the bathroom,
- 8:40Speaker 7: and he was fine after that.
- 8:43Speaker 5: They get neat, like I think my dogs are needy.
- 8:46Speaker 5: They will follow me from like I'm sitting in a
- 8:49Speaker 5: chair and I'm just like getting up to drink, get
- 8:51Speaker 5: a drink, and I'll I'll even tell him I'm coming
- 8:54Speaker 5: right back. Yeah, you don't have to come with me.
- 8:57Speaker 5: Into the kitchen. I will be right back.
- 9:00Speaker 1: They get Claus is so damn needy. You pet him,
- 9:05Speaker 1: so he'll come and finally he'll settle on the couch
- 9:08Speaker 1: next to your chair, and he'll sort of and then
- 9:10Speaker 1: you start petting him, and then you stop petting him,
- 9:13Speaker 1: and then he starts clawing at your arm, and then
- 9:16Speaker 1: you pet him against more, and then you stop, and
- 9:18Speaker 1: then you stop, and then he'll and sometimes he'll he'll
- 9:21Speaker 1: bite you to get you to and I say that
- 9:24Speaker 1: that's not working for me.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Well didn't you learn, Bill, You don't, you don't stop you.
- 9:31Speaker 1: On the other hand, if you keep petting him, he
- 9:34Speaker 1: gets it gets so overstimulating for him.
- 9:36Speaker 4: He'll bite you. You can't win, No, you can't win.
- 9:41Speaker 1: And then then you go oh and he runs and
- 9:43Speaker 1: hides under the couch. Is the weirdest animal.
- 9:48Speaker 5: We're lucky to have him.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Yeah, well we'll we'll put posts on our social media.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Send us your.
- 9:55Speaker 5: Email us radio from hell at x ninety six dot com.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Katie's Katie's on it.
- 10:00Speaker 7: Send us your cute pet, you know, therapy pictures.
- 10:04Speaker 5: It can be video or pictures, yeah, or stories. You
- 10:09Speaker 5: could send us stories about your animals.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Any of that.
- 10:14Speaker 7: Dogs or kids in that they always ask what are
- 10:17Speaker 7: you doing, where are you going, what food is that?
- 10:20Speaker 7: But cats are teens. They come to you when they
- 10:23Speaker 7: want something that makes sense.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah, totally
