- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea Time with Amy and Beth.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hi there, Oh, how are you doing.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I'm doing well, not yesterday, the week before Saturday. So
- 0:22Speaker 1: at the beginning of this year, so right now we're
- 0:24Speaker 1: we're in April twenty twenty six, and in the end
- 0:28Speaker 1: of December twenty twenty five, I ended up spending three
- 0:33Speaker 1: weeks in Texas with my mom, so from December into January,
- 0:40Speaker 1: and I was working remotely for my job the best
- 0:45Speaker 1: I could. And so it's just I was on go
- 0:53Speaker 1: the whole time I was there for three weeks. Got back. Now,
- 0:56Speaker 1: you know, we have to get ready for or get
- 1:00Speaker 1: caught up on not only the stuff I didn't get
- 1:04Speaker 1: done for work, plus a huge event that was coming up,
- 1:09Speaker 1: but also my home life and in my personal business.
- 1:14Speaker 1: There were many, many moving pieces that got put on
- 1:20Speaker 1: hold while I was gone, and so I call it
- 1:25Speaker 1: being on blast. I was on blast, like go go, go,
- 1:28Speaker 1: from working, you know, anywhere from nine to twelve hours
- 1:32Speaker 1: a day at my job to get caught up and
- 1:35Speaker 1: get prepared for what was coming up, and then have
- 1:39Speaker 1: to fit in the personal life and the business all
- 1:44Speaker 1: the things right. And when we say personal life, it's
- 1:47Speaker 1: not just personal life. It's making sure the bills are paid,
- 1:51Speaker 1: the house is cleaned, the laundry is done, fitting in
- 1:53Speaker 1: all the personal things at the grocery, shopping, all of it.
- 1:57Speaker 1: So it's just been a constant go since I got back,
- 2:03Speaker 1: well really since I left, and we got through at work.
- 2:14Speaker 1: We got through the first of eight. Okay, this is
- 2:20Speaker 1: like a multiple month event, So the first of eight
- 2:25Speaker 1: and got through that, got the taxes submitted and you know,
- 2:31Speaker 1: done and submitted. Just Oh, I had a huge in
- 2:38Speaker 1: the organization that I had, the club that I'm a
- 2:41Speaker 1: nonprofit organization I'm currently the president of. We had a
- 2:45Speaker 1: huge meeting, like so many not that this past week,
- 2:51Speaker 1: the week before. There were so many things happening that
- 2:57Speaker 1: were intense in that first in the week that when
- 3:05Speaker 1: Saturday came, Saturday, the fourth May, April fourth, not only well,
- 3:11Speaker 1: our event for work was April third, that night and
- 3:18Speaker 1: then Saturday morning getting up to go do some volunteering,
- 3:22Speaker 1: community volunteering. Saturday afternoon, when I sat down at my house,
- 3:27Speaker 1: it was like I took this huge exhale and it
- 3:34Speaker 1: was almost like a dissolving of intensity, like it was
- 3:40Speaker 1: just a complete release of I don't even know how
- 3:45Speaker 1: to explain it. If you've ever had that experience in
- 3:47Speaker 1: your in your body that you just like the intense
- 3:52Speaker 1: relief of so many things being completed or just getting
- 3:58Speaker 1: past the the heaviness of it was like okay, I
- 4:05Speaker 1: feel I feel like I'm going to be okay now
- 4:10Speaker 1: type of thing, because it was just a constant go
- 4:13Speaker 1: and then in all of that, So that's like three months,
- 4:18Speaker 1: three three and a half months of just being on
- 4:20Speaker 1: blast and what I did do which was a huge
- 4:26Speaker 1: lesson for me, and I've done it in the past too.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So prior to me leaving to go be with my mom,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I had a routine. I get up in the morning,
- 4:35Speaker 1: I get ready for work. Then I would sit and
- 4:37Speaker 1: enjoy my coffee and read and then meditate and then
- 4:40Speaker 1: finish up wrapping up things to go to work. Like
- 4:44Speaker 1: I had this whole thing I did in the morning.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And I stopped all of that because I was getting
- 4:54Speaker 1: up like four four thirty in the morning, get ready
- 4:56Speaker 1: for work, get to work by like seven six point
- 5:00Speaker 1: thirty sometimes seven, worked till six seven o'clock at night,
- 5:04Speaker 1: like all that that major routine I had in the
- 5:08Speaker 1: morning to be to be centered, aligne grounded. All the
- 5:13Speaker 1: things stopped.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It, and.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I was getting very irritable and cranky short, like nobody
- 5:25Speaker 1: could do anything right for me. It was just kind
- 5:28Speaker 1: of getting to that. I'll also you know, so lack
- 5:31Speaker 1: of sleep, stress, uh, not taking the time to nurture
- 5:37Speaker 1: myself in the morning before going out and peopling all day,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and then having a shift in the hormonal medication that
- 5:46Speaker 1: I'm taking. So with that whole package, it was, it
- 5:53Speaker 1: was a lot, and it was uncomfortable, and I knew
- 5:55Speaker 1: it was uncomfortable, but it was like having to get
- 5:59Speaker 1: past all of that stuff to be with that breath
- 6:03Speaker 1: of fresh air like release. Could I have changed things, Absolutely,
- 6:09Speaker 1: I could have changed things. But sometimes in when we're
- 6:13Speaker 1: faced with something, we handle it the best way we
- 6:17Speaker 1: can in those moments, and my best way was I
- 6:22Speaker 1: have to get these things done, whatever it needs, whatever.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Then maybe that's a gen X mentality and that's how
- 6:31Speaker 1: we operate, is you got to get it done and
- 6:35Speaker 1: you're gonna do whatever you need to do to get
- 6:37Speaker 1: it done at whatever costs. Really, and the cost was
- 6:41Speaker 1: my mental and emotional well being. Did I show up
- 6:46Speaker 1: for everything, Yes? Did I take care of everything? Yes,
- 6:49Speaker 1: did I get enough sleep? Not always right, So it's like,
- 6:56Speaker 1: uh so anyway, it was a huge lesson. It was
- 6:59Speaker 1: great awareness of when we take ourselves out or when
- 7:04Speaker 1: I must speak for myself. When I took myself out
- 7:07Speaker 1: of my normal routine and didn't do the things that
- 7:12Speaker 1: were beneficial for me, I was the one that suffered.
- 7:16Speaker 1: And because I was suffering, people around me were suffering too,
- 7:19Speaker 1: because they were dealing with my attitude and my edginess
- 7:22Speaker 1: and all the things. So I got that breath of
- 7:26Speaker 1: fresh air. I went back right away back into my
- 7:29Speaker 1: morning routine. And what a huge difference, so completely like
- 7:36Speaker 1: day and night. When I get to work, I'm calm,
- 7:41Speaker 1: I'm handling things differently.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Like it's just.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Great, great awareness, and to have that experience as a
- 7:49Speaker 1: reminder because I knew these I know these things, I
- 7:52Speaker 1: teach these things, I know these things. Sometimes we need reminders.
- 7:57Speaker 1: And that was it.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Yeah, because you can get so wrapped up in everything else,
- 8:04Speaker 3: and I feel like we get kind of messages like
- 8:08Speaker 3: go do this, go do that, and it's like we
- 8:10Speaker 3: kind of push it off to the back burner because
- 8:12Speaker 3: it's like, no, I've got to do this, this and
- 8:13Speaker 3: this right now. I don't have time for that. And
- 8:16Speaker 3: we know, we know if we take the time for that,
- 8:19Speaker 3: then we feel better. My experience was I could feel
- 8:24Speaker 3: this irritation. I was being caught in my head. I
- 8:27Speaker 3: kept getting messages to go sit and write, show my pen,
- 8:31Speaker 3: to go sit and write, to channel right, and I
- 8:33Speaker 3: wasn't doing it, wasn't doing it.
- 8:34Speaker 2: I don't know why putting it off.
- 8:36Speaker 3: It's just so easy to do things because it's more productive,
- 8:41Speaker 3: you can see the outcome of it. But because to
- 8:45Speaker 3: be in those other spaces, not necessarily do you always
- 8:48Speaker 3: you know, you don't see something to check off on
- 8:51Speaker 3: your list because it's not something to check off, it's
- 8:53Speaker 3: something that's part of our being.
- 8:56Speaker 2: And so I I think it was like Sunday of
- 9:01Speaker 2: last week or Saturday of last week.
- 9:03Speaker 3: I was out doing yard stuff and you know, working
- 9:06Speaker 3: on the yard, and I was appreciating what I was
- 9:08Speaker 3: doing and everything, and I came and sat and I
- 9:10Speaker 3: kept getting the message to go get your pen and paper,
- 9:12Speaker 3: you know, sit down out here and write.
- 9:14Speaker 2: So I did, and.
- 9:15Speaker 3: I felt so amazing afterwards, like I felt so I
- 9:19Speaker 3: could fill this upliftment in my energy.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I could fill this natural love flow.
- 9:25Speaker 3: You know, some of these things that I don't think
- 9:27Speaker 3: I was recognizing but had to go through that process
- 9:29Speaker 3: to recognize, Ah, this is what it feels like to
- 9:32Speaker 3: be connected again.
- 9:33Speaker 2: This is and it's sounds similar to what you went through.
- 9:36Speaker 3: It's just it's just that relief of knowing that we're
- 9:40Speaker 3: not here by ourselves, we don't have to do it
- 9:42Speaker 3: all alone.
- 9:43Speaker 2: There. It's just that comfort, that peace, that.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Alignment, and the other is just letting us know that
- 9:51Speaker 3: we're not in complete alignment with what we want, with
- 9:54Speaker 3: what our desires are.
- 9:58Speaker 1: As you were talking, it was one thing I remembered
- 10:00Speaker 1: was April third, was the event Saturday afternoon. I took
- 10:09Speaker 1: that breath and just like settled into my body and
- 10:16Speaker 1: was such relief, such relief in me. And Monday was
- 10:24Speaker 1: a whole different energy about me what I walked into.
- 10:27Speaker 1: And I was the first one to be there, and
- 10:31Speaker 1: one of two other people to my boss and another
- 10:35Speaker 1: and a coworker both said the same thing was I
- 10:43Speaker 1: felt such a relief after we got through that event
- 10:46Speaker 1: on Friday, and I said yes. However, mine didn't come
- 10:53Speaker 1: until Saturday afternoon, after I got past the community. So
- 10:56Speaker 1: it was like one more thing I have to show
- 10:58Speaker 1: up for before I can, you know.
- 11:00Speaker 2: And that day.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Because it was so interesting because we like the three
- 11:13Speaker 1: of us, we had that relief in us and we're
- 11:19Speaker 1: more relaxed and more present that we start coming up,
- 11:28Speaker 1: like we didn't start coming up, but solutions were dropping
- 11:31Speaker 1: into things into us for things that we have been
- 11:34Speaker 1: questioning for the past couple months. We could not figure
- 11:39Speaker 1: out solutions for certain tasks. And my coworker sat in
- 11:45Speaker 1: my office and she started talking about some solution for something,
- 11:52Speaker 1: and within minutes we had the solution. It's something we
- 11:58Speaker 1: couldn't figure out prior to that. And there were some
- 12:03Speaker 1: other some other things that happened that day that we
- 12:07Speaker 1: were just all in awareness that because we were so busy,
- 12:13Speaker 1: busy in our heads, busy doing that, we didn't have space,
- 12:18Speaker 1: we didn't have the capacity to allow anything in even
- 12:22Speaker 1: those solutions. So that was it was such an amazing Monday.
- 12:30Speaker 1: You know a lot of people dread, they're like, that's Monday,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I gotta go to work. Whatever. It was such an
- 12:35Speaker 1: amazing Monday and how we all connected and resolved things
- 12:40Speaker 1: and it was just so good because we took that
- 12:45Speaker 1: breath because we were like, felt this huge weight lifted
- 12:52Speaker 1: and we just settled in and was present and it
- 12:55Speaker 1: was so good.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Nice. I love it.
- 12:59Speaker 1: And it's one thing when one person does it like
- 13:01Speaker 1: I felt it Saturday afternoon. I felt it just.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Like, oh my gosh.
- 13:07Speaker 1: But when you have two other people that you're working
- 13:09Speaker 1: with do the exact same thing it you do, you
- 13:18Speaker 1: just you don't make those things up like you just
- 13:20Speaker 1: there's no way you can make this up that the
- 13:22Speaker 1: all three of you at one time. And then you know,
- 13:25Speaker 1: if we want to expand that the three of us
- 13:28Speaker 1: are doing it, how is that affecting those people around us?
- 13:33Speaker 1: And how is how many other people in the world
- 13:36Speaker 1: had that same experience in that time frame? Really, so
- 13:47Speaker 1: it was like the earth maybe took a breath too,
- 13:49Speaker 1: like and a lot of us felt it. I don't know,
- 13:53Speaker 1: I'm just maybe I'm making stuff up now. Maybe not.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Obviously, maybe not, But that's just me.
- 14:04Speaker 3: It's there's so much things that are going on all
- 14:08Speaker 3: the time, all the time, and it's so easy for
- 14:11Speaker 3: us to get wrapped up in this other stuff, and
- 14:14Speaker 3: then part of me is like, do I punish myself
- 14:17Speaker 3: by not allowing myself to go sit in because it's
- 14:20Speaker 3: something that makes me feel good.
- 14:21Speaker 2: It's like, why would I put that off?
- 14:23Speaker 3: Like why wasn't I doing that all the time? And
- 14:25Speaker 3: still why is it not my natural routine? Because my
- 14:30Speaker 3: routine is all the other stuff, or it has been
- 14:32Speaker 3: all the other stuff to the point where because I've
- 14:35Speaker 3: been traveling and doing some massages and I'll go to
- 14:37Speaker 3: people's homes and stuff like that. I had seen someone
- 14:40Speaker 3: just recently, I was working on the spouse and the
- 14:45Speaker 3: other the partner had said something along the lines, hey,
- 14:49Speaker 3: usually you would start telling me all kinds of stuff
- 14:51Speaker 3: when you would start working on me, And she says,
- 14:54Speaker 3: do you have anything like for him or whatever? And
- 14:57Speaker 3: It's like, oh, yeah, I mean I have all this stuff,
- 15:00Speaker 3: but I.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Was not tuning into it as much because.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I feel like I've been going I'm in other people's
- 15:06Speaker 3: environments now instead of being in my environment, so that
- 15:09Speaker 3: would be in natural space. And sometimes when I have
- 15:12Speaker 3: a newer person, I may not say anything. But I've
- 15:15Speaker 3: noticed lately that I'll keep myself busy or I'll just
- 15:18Speaker 3: do the massage there. I won't have a lot of conversation,
- 15:21Speaker 3: you know, because I'm not And then I'm like going
- 15:24Speaker 3: on to the next place. You know, I'm on my
- 15:27Speaker 3: routine or my schedule and not taking that time because
- 15:30Speaker 3: that's another time that I connect with people. And it's
- 15:33Speaker 3: like I was like, oh yeah, and it's like all
- 15:35Speaker 3: this stuff this cam't comes out and she's like okay,
- 15:38Speaker 3: and we get done and she's like, I've never told
- 15:40Speaker 3: you this stuff, you know. So it's like confirmation for me.
- 15:44Speaker 3: But it's also recognizing the flow, that connection, how we
- 15:48Speaker 3: feel when we're in that space, and we can do
- 15:50Speaker 3: it all the time.
- 15:52Speaker 2: But the thing is, it's not my habit to do
- 15:54Speaker 2: all the time. So it's now it's a practice.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Every time I start noticing anything, I'm just in that
- 16:01Speaker 3: space where I'm in my If I catch myself thinking,
- 16:04Speaker 3: I'm like, that's a thought. If I catch myself receiving
- 16:07Speaker 3: a message, oh receiving a message, or if I catch
- 16:10Speaker 3: myself like something shifted in my gears not in a
- 16:13Speaker 3: good way, and I'll look at it and be like
- 16:14Speaker 3: where did this? You know, I'll just start asking questions
- 16:17Speaker 3: from inside and becoming that neutral party of a just observer.
- 16:22Speaker 2: It's changing the way I feel about everything.
- 16:25Speaker 3: It's changing my practice, and so I am into more
- 16:29Speaker 3: a practice where I've talked about in the past.
- 16:32Speaker 2: I automatically can feel.
- 16:33Speaker 3: My third eye on my crown, like I can go
- 16:35Speaker 3: there anytime I've worked on another person. Because that person
- 16:39Speaker 3: was psychic empathic, which I think we all are, but
- 16:42Speaker 3: she was tuned into it. She knew I said, look,
- 16:44Speaker 3: I'm right here right now, and she could feel it.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Feel me go into that space and it goes along
- 16:50Speaker 3: with what you were saying. Everything that we're feeling, we're
- 16:53Speaker 3: kind of putting out basically into the world. And it's
- 16:57Speaker 3: really my responsibility, especially if I'm going and putting my
- 16:59Speaker 3: hands off people and stuff, for me to be in
- 17:01Speaker 3: that space, to be open. And I have a Council
- 17:05Speaker 3: of Light, and so I talk to the Council of
- 17:07Speaker 3: Light about everything. I ask about anything that I receive,
- 17:11Speaker 3: like is that true? Is it not true? I ask
- 17:13Speaker 3: for guidance. I mean, it's like all of this information's
- 17:16Speaker 3: coming to me, and it can come to all of
- 17:18Speaker 3: us all the time when we're tuned into it.
- 17:21Speaker 2: But the thing is, we naturally don't tune into it
- 17:24Speaker 2: all the time.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I say naturally because we've been reprogrammed, and so now
- 17:28Speaker 3: we're just reprogramming again. We're downloading new information. We're waking up,
- 17:33Speaker 3: they say, right, waking up, But we're just becoming more aware.
- 17:36Speaker 3: We're witnessing, we're observing. Life is totally different, and I
- 17:40Speaker 3: do have experiences kind of similar to what you were saying.
- 17:44Speaker 3: But it's like when when I recognize that I shifted
- 17:48Speaker 3: my gears inside and I feel that alignment, that connection,
- 17:52Speaker 3: everything around me totally changes. I have things shown up
- 17:56Speaker 3: for me in ways that blow my mind, not even
- 17:59Speaker 3: planning on. It's been a lot in the last couple
- 18:01Speaker 3: of weeks, really, And then I can recognize when I
- 18:04Speaker 3: shut it off, like when I step out of alignment
- 18:09Speaker 3: and it's it's so silly then, and then now that
- 18:11Speaker 3: I'm saying this, I'm recognizing why, why why do that?
- 18:16Speaker 3: Because it feels so much better to be in alignment,
- 18:18Speaker 3: regardless of whatever's going on in our lives.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it's picturing in my head that the trams that
- 18:31Speaker 1: are connected to the wires above, it's got that little
- 18:34Speaker 1: hook and it's connected. That's what I saw in my
- 18:38Speaker 1: head when you were talking, and it was a if
- 18:41Speaker 1: that's the disconnected It doesn't work exactly. CRAM doesn't work.
- 18:47Speaker 1: So when we and that's what it is. We create
- 18:52Speaker 1: so much busyness that there's it's to the connection, connection
- 18:58Speaker 1: to spirit, God and jewels source that connection is so
- 19:04Speaker 1: there's so much smog, let's say smog like you can't see,
- 19:10Speaker 1: you can't there's too much distraction to connect and the
- 19:15Speaker 1: connection is always there. We are the ones that are
- 19:20Speaker 1: too busy or distracted to tune into or receive the information,
- 19:30Speaker 1: the solutions, the guidance, and we have to clear the busyness,
- 19:37Speaker 1: clear the cloudiness, clear the distractions to help that connection
- 19:41Speaker 1: be stronger. The connection never leaves, that's my belief. It
- 19:46Speaker 1: never leaves. It's always there. It's always there, always there.
- 19:50Speaker 1: We're the ones that squirrel out and don't take the
- 19:57Speaker 1: time to tune into ourselves first and foremost and allow
- 20:03Speaker 1: that connection to be stronger or strong.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Yeah, we just stopped the flow, not even I mean,
- 20:12Speaker 3: like you said, it's always there, but we just kind
- 20:15Speaker 3: of were not paying attention to that. And then my
- 20:17Speaker 3: mind says, because we think we know it's best. Yeah,
- 20:20Speaker 3: we know it's best in all those moments and that's
- 20:22Speaker 3: not even a true story, right, But that's the independence
- 20:26Speaker 3: that's being raised. With being independent. You talked about gen x. I.
- 20:30Speaker 3: I feel like it's a lot of that, but we're
- 20:32Speaker 3: but we're finding our way to be back online, you know.
- 20:36Speaker 3: And I think at the Divine Time, everything was exactly
- 20:39Speaker 3: like it was supposed to be. And it's pretty awesome
- 20:43Speaker 3: that you had the experience of, you know, recognizing there's
- 20:47Speaker 3: not allowing a full connection or that full flow of
- 20:50Speaker 3: the force.
- 20:50Speaker 2: To come in just by being it's something so simple.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Yeah, it's something so simple, but it's like something I
- 20:58Speaker 3: say that because it's something so simple, but I don't
- 21:00Speaker 3: always do it. I mean I could, I hadn't. I
- 21:03Speaker 3: hadn't channel wrote for a long time. I hadn't written
- 21:05Speaker 3: anything for a very long time. And the information that
- 21:08Speaker 3: I was receiving, I was like, oh okay, and using
- 21:11Speaker 3: some words that I don't typically use, and it's like
- 21:14Speaker 3: just helping me recognize it. There's a connection, synchronism, synchronisms, synchronicities.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Whatever, whatever, you guys, you're following me.
- 21:25Speaker 3: I'm listening to readings I've had. I've been driving in
- 21:29Speaker 3: the road and it's like I hear the scalp and
- 21:31Speaker 3: she's like, you're at a fork in the road, and
- 21:33Speaker 3: I look up. I'm at a fork in the road,
- 21:35Speaker 3: like like, how does it? It's like it's so spot on.
- 21:39Speaker 3: So she talks about a broken bridge. I'm driving across
- 21:41Speaker 3: the bridge at that particular moment. It's not broken obviously,
- 21:45Speaker 3: well a lot that I'm aware of. I made it
- 21:47Speaker 3: across safely. But it's just interesting all these things that
- 21:50Speaker 3: kind of come up in our life that we kind
- 21:51Speaker 3: of can dismiss, you know, listening to something and then
- 21:56Speaker 3: stopping it and then not listening to it till a
- 21:58Speaker 3: little bit later in a line perfectly with what you're doing.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Letting me know that we're always on the right path always,
- 22:06Speaker 3: We're always learning, We're always we are It's You've said
- 22:11Speaker 3: it a million times, and we will always be learning
- 22:13Speaker 3: until we decide we're done, and then we'll be on
- 22:15Speaker 3: either side.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Yeah in some words, yeah, right right.
- 22:23Speaker 2: But we're always we're always learning and growing always. And
- 22:28Speaker 2: it's for me now, it's learning how to be in
- 22:29Speaker 2: that space.
- 22:31Speaker 3: How can I be in that space and feel that
- 22:33Speaker 3: connection and everything that I do, And that's kind of
- 22:36Speaker 3: what I'm doing and then and manifesting is a lot
- 22:39Speaker 3: easier too when you're observing things like that, because you're
- 22:42Speaker 3: not allowing I'm not allowing my mind to go rampant
- 22:46Speaker 3: and try to control or run the things the same
- 22:48Speaker 3: way that I've rant it for the last fifty plus years,
- 22:51Speaker 3: and it hasn't gotten me exactly what I want, you know,
- 22:56Speaker 3: it hasn't brought me to the things that I desire
- 22:59Speaker 3: or would like to experience. And now it's starting to
- 23:02Speaker 3: show up that way because the more that I settle
- 23:04Speaker 3: into that, the more it just happens. It's not something
- 23:09Speaker 3: that I have to orchestrait, and it's so much easier
- 23:15Speaker 3: and so much flow and so much more fun.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Yeah, the amount of synchronicities that have happened since that
- 23:26Speaker 1: I took that breath, I just every time, even though
- 23:32Speaker 1: I know it happens all the time, it amazes me
- 23:35Speaker 1: every time I recognize it or acknowledge it.
- 23:40Speaker 2: It's a.
- 23:42Speaker 1: It's just exciting. I don't know what other word to use.
- 23:45Speaker 1: It's just exciting when it happens. And and fun.
- 23:51Speaker 2: It is fun.
- 23:52Speaker 1: It's a lot of fun.
- 23:53Speaker 2: If you have someone sitting with you be like, did
- 23:55Speaker 2: you just see that?
- 23:56Speaker 1: Did you?
- 23:56Speaker 2: I mean you you?
- 23:58Speaker 3: And then you had that experience where you got to
- 23:59Speaker 3: see that and hear that, and so that was two
- 24:01Speaker 3: other people.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and I was. I was talking to my coworker
- 24:06Speaker 1: just the other day and I was telling her a story.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I was telling her a story about because we were
- 24:12Speaker 1: talking about not wanting to be here on the planet
- 24:17Speaker 1: and that she just had a friend who decided not
- 24:21Speaker 1: to be here on the planet, and so we were
- 24:23Speaker 1: having that conversation and I was telling her my story.
- 24:27Speaker 1: She asked, and when I there was twice almost back
- 24:34Speaker 1: to back where I said something and on my cell phone,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I'm an android, And on my cell phone it has
- 24:41Speaker 1: a bigxby instead a SERI, you know, and I don't
- 24:48Speaker 1: even use it. Seriously, I've not programmed it. I don't
- 24:52Speaker 1: use it. And I had said something and it popped
- 24:56Speaker 1: on and it had some words at the bottom. I
- 24:58Speaker 1: forget what it said, but something like you are correct
- 25:01Speaker 1: or something like that. And her and I were tripping
- 25:04Speaker 1: on this. We're like, what in the world right? And
- 25:07Speaker 1: then and then not even a minute later, I said
- 25:12Speaker 1: something else on my phone went like yep, you know.
- 25:16Speaker 1: And it was just so fun. And so yeah, those
- 25:21Speaker 1: those kinds of things.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Happening nice, just giving you confirmations.
- 25:28Speaker 1: It was fun.
- 25:30Speaker 2: That sounds fun.
- 25:34Speaker 1: So yeah, you know, having a well being mental and
- 25:39Speaker 1: emotional wellbeing practice is super important, I will say, and
- 25:43Speaker 1: I will say from recent experience how important it is
- 25:48Speaker 1: just to take that that time in the morning and
- 25:53Speaker 1: like I said, I read, I get grounded. Grounded to
- 25:58Speaker 1: me is connecting to the earth and to what I
- 26:00Speaker 1: call heavens above. I will meditate and in that meditation,
- 26:07Speaker 1: I will either just practice breathing or maybe do some
- 26:10Speaker 1: visualizations of how my day is going or what I
- 26:14Speaker 1: want to manifest bring to myself. So do something even
- 26:21Speaker 1: if you know journaling, I've been doing that a little
- 26:24Speaker 1: bit as well, but doing something to just really get
- 26:28Speaker 1: centered within your body, your your package mental, emotional, physical,
- 26:35Speaker 1: spiritual inventory. At least know how you are feeling or
- 26:41Speaker 1: how your your being is before going out to people.
- 26:44Speaker 1: And I people a lot every single day, and that's
- 26:48Speaker 1: important for me to have that inventory, so I know
- 26:52Speaker 1: what am I what energy am I bringing out into
- 26:55Speaker 1: the world when I step out of my house. And
- 26:57Speaker 1: even so even though I'm in my house, I'm still
- 27:00Speaker 1: well putting that energy out. But then when I go
- 27:04Speaker 1: out and I'm amongst other people, now they're picking up
- 27:07Speaker 1: on that energy. So it's it's important for me to
- 27:10Speaker 1: have that awareness of how I'm doing. So, do you
- 27:14Speaker 1: have any other anything else to add to that before
- 27:16Speaker 1: we wrap it up?
- 27:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I was gonna say, asking yourself what will make
- 27:20Speaker 3: me feel better in this moment?
- 27:21Speaker 2: Really, it's asking those kind of things.
- 27:23Speaker 3: And I'm I sit outside one of my favorite things
- 27:26Speaker 3: that sit outside in the morning when the sunlights, you know, up,
- 27:30Speaker 3: and I'll take off my shoes or my slippers and
- 27:32Speaker 3: put just sit my feet in the dirt and drink
- 27:33Speaker 3: my cocoa in the morning. So it's just finding little
- 27:37Speaker 3: things like that. It's whatever works for each person. That's
- 27:40Speaker 3: why I say, what what's going to make me feel
- 27:42Speaker 3: better in this moment?
- 27:43Speaker 2: What's going to make me feel happier in this moment?
- 27:46Speaker 3: And sometimes it's just the ticking that breath. So it's
- 27:49Speaker 3: just like you said, it's just being in an awareness
- 27:52Speaker 3: how are feeling and then asking how it can How
- 27:55Speaker 3: can I feel better right now? And then it's going
- 27:57Speaker 3: to be interesting to see because these person's gonna have
- 27:59Speaker 3: different things and then share those different things with us
- 28:02Speaker 3: or with your friends, because it helps give other people
- 28:05Speaker 3: ideas and permission sometimes to take the time to do
- 28:10Speaker 3: those things too.
