A six-year-old boy in Fairmont, West Virginia, fell from a second-story window and was found to have cocaine in his system. His mother, Stevie Thibodeaux, claims she was asleep and had installed childproof locks, but investigators found drug paraphernalia and white powder in the apartment. Thibodeaux admitted to using cocaine there and was arrested, charged with child neglect for creating a risk of serious injury or death.
