75: The 5th Franchise: Kronk Gym
19-0. Never been knocked down, and he’s just getting started.
Deontae Pettigrew is Kronk Gym’s new heavyweight, and he’s not here to borrow the legacy. He’s here to add to it. He was a bodyguard who didn’t start boxing until 28. He just finished a man in round two in Argentina, and he’s grateful for every bit of it: “Forget if they’re happy to have me. I’m happy to be here.”
Paul Bhatti bought a brand that had flatlined. Now he’s building Kronk bigger than it ever was. The 5th franchise is back.
