- 4:10Speaker 2: We're going into Week eight, and last week I was
- 4:14Speaker 2: nine and six for sixty percent. For the season, I
- 4:18Speaker 2: am sixty three and forty four for fifty eight point
- 4:22Speaker 2: eight eight percent, so not horrible, still staying over the
- 4:25Speaker 2: fifty percent mark like I have all year. We'll see
- 4:29Speaker 2: what we do this week. Let's go into it and
- 4:31Speaker 2: see who won all the games last week and who
- 4:35Speaker 2: I predict predicted for this week. So let's go into that.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Going to some fantasy stats, I well lost in my
- 4:45Speaker 2: fantasy week, but I am four and three on the year,
- 4:47Speaker 2: so it's not horrible. I'm actually pretty proud of that
- 4:53Speaker 2: because I am in third place right now, all right,
- 4:55Speaker 2: So let's go into this. So for Week seven, it
- 4:58Speaker 2: kicked off on Thursday Night Football. It was the Denver
- 5:01Speaker 2: Broncos beating the New Orleans Saints. I was right on
- 5:04Speaker 2: that one. I was incorrect on the Sunday morning game
- 5:11Speaker 2: from England. It was the Jacksonville Jaguars over the New
- 5:14Speaker 2: England Patriots thirty two to sixteen. I picked New England.
- 5:17Speaker 2: They lost. The Houston Texans lose to Green Bay twenty
- 5:21Speaker 2: four to twenty two. I missed that one. Atlanta Falcons
- 5:25Speaker 2: lost to the Seahawks thirty four to fourteen. I lost
- 5:28Speaker 2: on that one. I guess this one. Buffalo over Tennessee
- 5:33Speaker 2: thirty four to ten, Detroit over Minnesota thirty one, twenty nine.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Picked that one. Philadelphia and New York Giants twenty eight
- 5:41Speaker 2: to three. I picked that. Cincinnati Bengals over the Cleveland
- 5:46Speaker 2: Browns twenty one to fourteen. Sad news out of that game, though.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Deshaun Watson got a very bad injury. He tore his
- 5:55Speaker 2: ACL he or was it his ACL? Yeah, he tore
- 5:59Speaker 2: his ACL. He's out for the entire year now. Kind
- 6:03Speaker 2: of good news for Cleveland fans. Not so good news
- 6:07Speaker 2: for him. Some Cleveland fans don't mind it because they
- 6:11Speaker 2: wanted him out anyway, but you don't want to see
- 6:14Speaker 2: somebody go down with an injury. The Indianapolis Colts over
- 6:20Speaker 2: the Dolphins sixteen to ten. I picked that one. The
- 6:23Speaker 2: Las Vegas Raiders lost to the Los Angeles Rams twenty
- 6:28Speaker 2: to fifteen. I didn't pick that one. Washington commanded this
- 6:32Speaker 2: game forty to seven over the Carolina Panthers. Now I'm
- 6:38Speaker 2: going to talk about what happened in that game in
- 6:41Speaker 2: just a minute. Let's get through with this. Kansas City
- 6:44Speaker 2: Chiefs over the San Francisco forty nine Ers twenty eight
- 6:47Speaker 2: to eighteen. Brandon Ayuk also I believe to his ACL
- 6:51Speaker 2: he is out for the year as well. Very very
- 6:54Speaker 2: sad news New York Jets and the Pittsburgh Steelers. I
- 6:58Speaker 2: had the Jets beating the Steelers, but it was thirty
- 7:00Speaker 2: seven to fifteen Pittsburgh. Great game for Russell Wilson coming
- 7:04Speaker 2: back after being out for a year. Baltimore Ravens over
- 7:08Speaker 2: the Buccaneers forty one to thirty one. I picked that
- 7:13Speaker 2: and this game. It's funny, I actually picked the Chargers
- 7:18Speaker 2: to win it. It didn't. I lost on this one too.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Cardinals with the seventeen to fifteen win over the Los
- 7:26Speaker 2: Angeles Chargers. So in that Washington game, Jane Daniels went
- 7:32Speaker 2: down with a rib injury. He left the game in
- 7:35Speaker 2: the first quarter, came back after halftime in the street
- 7:38Speaker 2: close he was waving his hand. His mom said, he's fine.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Now he's week to week. I'll tell you this, I
- 7:46Speaker 2: want Jaden Daniels in that game Sunday against the Bears
- 7:51Speaker 2: because when we beat Washington, I don't want Anyboddy saying,
- 7:56Speaker 2: oh well you beat him without you beat him without
- 8:01Speaker 2: Jadeen Daniels, you're not You're still not that good. I
- 8:05Speaker 2: don't want to hear excuses because they are at five
- 8:08Speaker 2: and two team right now, and even with Mariota in there,
- 8:12Speaker 2: he's a veteran quarterback and he should know what he's
- 8:15Speaker 2: doing in there, So I don't want to hear any excuses.
- 8:18Speaker 2: So I would much rather Jaden Daniels play than not play.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Not to mention, everybody wants to see the two rookies
- 8:26Speaker 2: play each other, number one versus number two, that'd be
- 8:30Speaker 2: an amazing, amazing matchup. So I hope he is good
- 8:35Speaker 2: to go what they're saying he should be, but things
- 8:39Speaker 2: can change. So let's go over this week's games really
- 8:41Speaker 2: quick for a week eight and I'll give my predictions.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Thursday night football kicks it all off with the Minnesota
- 8:49Speaker 2: Vikings at the Los Angeles Rams. I got the Vikings
- 8:52Speaker 2: in that one. Sunday at noon, we got the Baltimore
- 8:55Speaker 2: Ravens at the Cleveland Browns. I've got the Baltimore Ravens.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I don't see Cleveland winning that, but then again, now
- 9:02Speaker 2: with a new quarterback, it might spark something in them.
- 9:04Speaker 2: So we'll see. Tennessee Titans are traveling to Detroit to
- 9:10Speaker 2: play the Lions. I've got the Lions taking that one.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Arizona Cardinals are going to Miami. I've got the Cardinals
- 9:17Speaker 2: in that game. He got a three and four team
- 9:20Speaker 2: against a two and four team. Now Tua Tagliola. They're
- 9:23Speaker 2: hoping that he plays in this one. He did do
- 9:27Speaker 2: a interview already saying he was not gonna wear a
- 9:30Speaker 2: Guardian hat. You can hear the ct when he talks.
- 9:35Speaker 2: He was rambling on about, you know how you could
- 9:38Speaker 2: get out of bed and sprain your ankle, and he
- 9:41Speaker 2: was comparing all these stupid things to his third concussion.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Tua either needs to wear this Guardian camp mandatory or
- 9:51Speaker 2: he needs to retire. But it's gonna be neither. And
- 9:55Speaker 2: I would hate to see it when he gets another concussion,
- 9:57Speaker 2: because he will. He's sharmansoft obviously in the head. He
- 10:03Speaker 2: gets hurt, he gets head injuries. He does stupid things.
- 10:06Speaker 2: He doesn't slide. This is why he gets hurt. I
- 10:10Speaker 2: watched over and over again how he gets hurt, and
- 10:13Speaker 2: it's always the same. Three concussions in your career is
- 10:18Speaker 2: not a good thing. One more and he's gonna have
- 10:21Speaker 2: scrambled eggs in his head. We'll see what happens if
- 10:24Speaker 2: he comes back. You know, we'll see what happens there.
- 10:28Speaker 2: The New York Jets go to New England. I've got
- 10:31Speaker 2: the Jets winning that one. Atlanta Falcons traveling to Tampa Bay.
- 10:36Speaker 2: I got the Buccaneers Green Bay going to Jacksonville. Now,
- 10:41Speaker 2: people are gonna laugh at me, but I picked Jacksonville,
- 10:45Speaker 2: and I'll tell you why. Jacksonville shocked the world last week.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Nobody thought they were gonna beat the Patriots, and for
- 10:52Speaker 2: some reason, teams like that always have one big upset
- 10:57Speaker 2: in them. What a crazy way it would be for
- 11:01Speaker 2: them to come home from London after being there for
- 11:03Speaker 2: two weeks, come here back to Jacksonville and beat Green
- 11:09Speaker 2: Bay at home. That would be nuts. So I'm calling
- 11:13Speaker 2: that as an upset. If I lose, I lose, but
- 11:15Speaker 2: you know, I think it's fun. So we'll see Indianapolis
- 11:19Speaker 2: Colts at the Houston Texans. I've got the Texans in
- 11:21Speaker 2: that one. Philadelphia and Cincinnati. I've got Philly winning that.
- 11:27Speaker 2: The Chargers at home against New Orleans. I've got the
- 11:30Speaker 2: Chargers bouncing back and winning, going to four and three.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Let's see these are the three o' clock starts. Now,
- 11:37Speaker 2: Buffalo Bills and the Seattle Seahawks. I've got the Buffalo Bills,
- 11:40Speaker 2: Chicago Bears at the Washington Commanders, with or without Jayden Daniels,
- 11:44Speaker 2: I've got the Bears. The Bears defense is gonna feast
- 11:47Speaker 2: out of which I were quarterbacks out there, and you
- 11:51Speaker 2: can tell that by seeing that. Even Carolina was getting
- 11:53Speaker 2: to the quarterbacks. So if Carolina can, the Bears can.
- 12:00Speaker 2: And then of course we've got Denver Broncos at home
- 12:04Speaker 2: against Carolina. I've got the Broncos winning that one. The
- 12:09Speaker 2: Chiefs and Raiders in Vegas. I've got the Chiefs going
- 12:13Speaker 2: seven to zero, seven to twenty game Sunday Night football.
- 12:18Speaker 2: We got the Dallas Cowboys going to San Francisco. I
- 12:21Speaker 2: think San Francisco wins that one. And then Monday Night
- 12:25Speaker 2: Football again in primetime. Russell Wilson at home against the
- 12:29Speaker 2: New York Giants. I think Pittsburgh's gonna win that. Russell
- 12:33Speaker 2: Wilson definitely earned his starting for this week. As much
- 12:37Speaker 2: as I would love the Bears to get that fourth
- 12:39Speaker 2: round pick for Justin Fields, if Russell Wilson stays like this,
- 12:44Speaker 2: I would definitely stick with Russell Wilson. He earned his
- 12:47Speaker 2: spot of being a starter already when they told him
- 12:50Speaker 2: he was going to be so yes, I agree that
- 12:53Speaker 2: he should be in there as long as he can
- 12:55Speaker 2: keep the job, and that's what he did. Let's look
- 12:58Speaker 2: at the power rankings really quick, alright, So let's check
- 13:05Speaker 2: this out. Number thirty two, we got the Carolina Panthers,
- 13:09Speaker 2: who are one and six. When you lose to the
- 13:12Speaker 2: Commanders forty to seven, and the Commanders are a good team,
- 13:15Speaker 2: but when you lose forty to seven, yeah, you're gonna
- 13:18Speaker 2: be pushed back down into the ABYSS. Last week they
- 13:22Speaker 2: were thirty. They dropped two spots at thirty two. Let's
- 13:26Speaker 2: see the New England Patriots. Last week we're thirty two.
- 13:29Speaker 2: This week they move up to thirty one. They won
- 13:32Speaker 2: a one spot they lost to the Jaguars. Cleveland Browns
- 13:39Speaker 2: lost Levengals twenty one to fourteen. Last week they were
- 13:43Speaker 2: twenty nine. This week there are that last week twenty nine,
- 13:47Speaker 2: they dropped one spot to number thirty. Tennessee Titans at
- 13:50Speaker 2: one and five or twenty eight. Last week went down
- 13:54Speaker 2: one spot to twenty nine. Let's see Las Vegas Raiders.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Last week they were twenty seven. This week they are
- 14:02Speaker 2: twenty eight, so they dropped one spot. Jacksonville Jaguars at
- 14:06Speaker 2: two and five with that went over the Patriots. They
- 14:09Speaker 2: moved up from thirty one last week to twenty seven
- 14:12Speaker 2: this week. New York Giants dropped one spot from twenty
- 14:16Speaker 2: five to twenty six at two and five. The Miami Dolphins,
- 14:21Speaker 2: who were out of bye week last week, dropped one
- 14:24Speaker 2: spot from twenty four to twenty five. Let's see the
- 14:28Speaker 2: New York Jets, who are now two and five with
- 14:30Speaker 2: the loss of the Steelers last week. We're twenty two
- 14:34Speaker 2: this week twenty four. Los Angeles Rams last week, we're eighteen.
- 14:40Speaker 2: This week they're twenty three at two and four. New
- 14:44Speaker 2: Orleans Saints at two and five last week, they were
- 14:46Speaker 2: number eighteen. This week their number twenty two. Wow, a
- 14:50Speaker 2: lot of people dropped. Arizona Cardinals at three and four
- 14:54Speaker 2: beat the Chargers seventeen to fifteen. Last week they were
- 14:57Speaker 2: twenty and they still dropped to twenty one. That's crazy,
- 15:01Speaker 2: and they won. The Indianapolis Cult last week were number
- 15:05Speaker 2: nineteen this week at four and three. Their number twenty.
- 15:09Speaker 2: The Cincinnati Bengals at three and four. They beat the Browns.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Last week they were twenty three. This week they're nineteen.
- 15:15Speaker 2: The Los Angeles Chargers, with the loss of the Cardinals,
- 15:18Speaker 2: dropped the spot. They were seventeen last week. They're eighteen now.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Denver Broncos at four and three run from number twenty
- 15:27Speaker 2: one to number seventeen. They moved up four spots. Atlanta
- 15:32Speaker 2: Falcons at four and three last week they were number twelve,
- 15:35Speaker 2: this week number sixteen. Let's see the Dallas Cowboys coming
- 15:40Speaker 2: off of bye week at three and three. Last week,
- 15:42Speaker 2: they were fifteen. This week they're fifteen again. Chicago Bears
- 15:48Speaker 2: at four and two out of bye week, moved up
- 15:50Speaker 2: from number sixteen to number fourteen. That's good. San Francisco
- 15:55Speaker 2: forty nine Ers at three and four lost of the
- 15:57Speaker 2: Chiefs twenty eight to eighteen and now possibly losing Brandon
- 16:03Speaker 2: Ayuk that's a big thing. Last week they were top
- 16:07Speaker 2: ten at number ten. This week they are number thirteen,
- 16:11Speaker 2: so they dropped three spots. Seattle Seahawks at four and
- 16:15Speaker 2: three beat the Falcons. They were number fourteen last week.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Now they're number twelve. Philadelphia Eagles at four and two
- 16:21Speaker 2: they beat the Giants twenty eight to three. Last week,
- 16:25Speaker 2: they had number thirteen this week number eleven. Tampa Bay
- 16:30Speaker 2: Buccaneers lost of the Ravens forty one to thirty one.
- 16:32Speaker 2: At four and three last week, they were number seven
- 16:35Speaker 2: this week their number ten, the Washington Commanders with that
- 16:39Speaker 2: big forty to seven win, still stayed the same at
- 16:42Speaker 2: number nine. The Pittsburgh Steelers at number eight, beat the
- 16:46Speaker 2: Jets thirty seven to fifteen. Last week, they were not
- 16:49Speaker 2: top ten. They were number eleven this week. Their number eight.
- 16:53Speaker 2: The Houston Texans last week were number four, but they
- 16:57Speaker 2: lost to the Packers made them number seven now at
- 16:59Speaker 2: five two. Minnesota Vikings five and one, lost to the
- 17:04Speaker 2: Lions thirty one to twenty nine, getting their first loss
- 17:06Speaker 2: of the season. Last week, they were number two this
- 17:09Speaker 2: week number six. The Green Bay Packers beat the Texans
- 17:14Speaker 2: twenty four to twenty two. Last week, they were number eight.
- 17:17Speaker 2: This week their number five, Wow, they hit the top five.
- 17:21Speaker 2: The Baltimore Ravens at five and two, who beat the Bucks,
- 17:25Speaker 2: went from number five to number four. Buffalo Bills at
- 17:29Speaker 2: five and two beat the Titans thirty four to ten.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Last week they were number six. Now they're number three.
- 17:35Speaker 2: The Detroit Lions, who last week were number three, are
- 17:38Speaker 2: now number two after beating the Vikings at five and
- 17:41Speaker 2: one and of course number one last weekend. This week,
- 17:44Speaker 2: six and zero beat the forty nine ers twenty eight
- 17:47Speaker 2: to eighteen in Kansas City. Chiefs. Not a shaker there,
- 17:51Speaker 2: all right. So I got something that I wanted to
- 17:53Speaker 2: do today. Let me get it here. If you ever
- 17:59Speaker 2: wondered right now who the twelve sexiest quarterbacks in the NFL? Are?
- 18:04Speaker 2: There's a list. There's always a list, and these are
- 18:07Speaker 2: all current NFL players. I believe these aren't of all time.
- 18:12Speaker 2: So if somebody didn't make the list that was a
- 18:14Speaker 2: former quarterback, you can't get mad because this is what
- 18:17Speaker 2: it is. Okay. So number twelve, Joe Flacco says, after
- 18:21Speaker 2: more than fifteen years in the NFL, this Colts quarterback
- 18:24Speaker 2: rounds out our list of the sexiest quarterbacks. They said
- 18:28Speaker 2: he looks like a dad, and he actually does in
- 18:30Speaker 2: the picture. If you look up the people, this is
- 18:32Speaker 2: from people, So you go look it up. Yeah, you'll
- 18:35Speaker 2: see Joe Flacco has the dad. Look at this picture,
- 18:37Speaker 2: even with the jersey on, he looks like a dad
- 18:39Speaker 2: wearing a Flacco jersey. Number eleven Jordan Love from the Packers.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Jordan Love has a big heart. Was on full display
- 18:48Speaker 2: last season when he helped a Green Bay Packers fan
- 18:50Speaker 2: dig her car out of the snow during a winter storm. Yeah,
- 18:54Speaker 2: not bad. Number ten. There's another older one, Derek Carr.
- 19:00Speaker 2: He came in at number ten. He's a decent looking guy.
- 19:02Speaker 2: He's got the dad look too. Let's see number nine
- 19:08Speaker 2: on the list, Jalen Hurts from the Eagles. Eh, maybe
- 19:14Speaker 2: he's a looking dude. Twenty six, he's young. Number eight
- 19:17Speaker 2: Josh Allen. Not a shocker. These weren't a cub's head
- 19:21Speaker 2: in this picture. That's crazy. Oh no, that's a buffalo
- 19:23Speaker 2: Bill's had. I thought that was a cub hat for
- 19:25Speaker 2: a second. I was like, Wow. Let's see number seven.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Rock Purty not a shocker, twenty four years old. Let's
- 19:34Speaker 2: see number six. Patrick Mahomes. I don't understand it. He
- 19:38Speaker 2: sounds like Kermit the Frog. I just don't see it.
- 19:41Speaker 2: I get he has a pretty good looking wife with
- 19:45Speaker 2: his wife Britdy, but I just don't understand it. I
- 19:49Speaker 2: don't get it. But I guess teach their own Number
- 19:53Speaker 2: five Justin Herbert, he's definitely got that he almost looks
- 19:58Speaker 2: like an actor. He looks like he could be a
- 20:00Speaker 2: big time actor with the muscles and the face and
- 20:02Speaker 2: the hair. He definitely looks like it. Number four Dak Prescott.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Does anybody agree with that? Let me know in email,
- 20:13Speaker 2: email me all my informations down below. You can get
- 20:16Speaker 2: my email, my social media follow me out there. I
- 20:20Speaker 2: don't know. I don't, I just can't. I can't picture it.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Let's see number three, Russell Wilson. I can see that
- 20:28Speaker 2: with Russell Wilson. He's a good looking guy again, another
- 20:32Speaker 2: dad mode. Number two Caleb Williams from the Chicago Bears
- 20:36Speaker 2: and he's new. He came in number two and he's new.
- 20:41Speaker 2: I mean, I don't want to sound I don't want
- 20:46Speaker 2: to sound like a Homer here, but I can see
- 20:49Speaker 2: him being in the top five. He's not a bad
- 20:52Speaker 2: looking kid. And number one Joe Burrow. Joe Burrow is
- 20:57Speaker 2: Cody Rhodes. He looks like the Wish version of Cody Roads.
- 21:00Speaker 2: It is insane what the Harry's got now. If you
- 21:03Speaker 2: put him and Cody next to each other, they could
- 21:05Speaker 2: play brothers or cousins in a movie. It's insane. And
- 21:08Speaker 2: he's only twenty seven, which is even more crazy. But yeah,
- 21:12Speaker 2: he does it, and people say he looks like a
- 21:14Speaker 2: Disney prince. I can see that with Joe Burrow. But yeah,
- 21:18Speaker 2: so that's the list. Do you agree? Do you disagree?
- 21:20Speaker 2: Who would you take off the list? Who would you
- 21:22Speaker 2: put on the list? Let me know an email and
- 21:25Speaker 2: we'll talk about that next week. If anybody responds, we'll
- 21:28Speaker 2: talk about it. If not, go look up this list
- 21:31Speaker 2: because it'll amaze you. All right. So that's it for
- 21:34Speaker 2: the NFL. Let's move on to the NC Double A.
- 21:38Speaker 2: It's very sad when your team wins back to back
- 21:41Speaker 2: national championships and then disappear from the top twenty five,
- 21:49Speaker 2: when all their good players go on to the NFL.
- 21:57Speaker 2: You know, losing JJ McCarthy, that her, losing Jim Harbaugh
- 22:01Speaker 2: that hurt, and you can just tell that they're just
- 22:04Speaker 2: not the same team right now. It may take them
- 22:06Speaker 2: a few years to get back. They'll most likely make
- 22:08Speaker 2: a Bowl. I think they'll get back in the top
- 22:10Speaker 2: twenty five, but they're not going to be anywhere near
- 22:12Speaker 2: the top. But you know, if you really look at
- 22:14Speaker 2: this list, there's a lot of teams that did not
- 22:19Speaker 2: be in here. Last year in the top ten, and
- 22:21Speaker 2: they're just killing it right now. You know, in fact,
- 22:26Speaker 2: there's a few of them that were in the top
- 22:28Speaker 2: ten last year that aren't anymore. And it's just crazy
- 22:31Speaker 2: to look at. It's a cool landscape that changes in
- 22:33Speaker 2: the NCAA. So let's look up the top twenty five.
- 22:37Speaker 2: So we've got Vanderbilt at number twenty five this week.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Last week they were not ranked, and they popped into
- 22:43Speaker 2: the rankings. Michigan is officially out of the rankings this
- 22:46Speaker 2: week at five and two. Navy is number twenty four.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Last week they were number twenty three. Let's see number
- 22:56Speaker 2: twenty three this week is the seven to zero Army
- 23:00Speaker 2: they stayed. It looks like, oh yeah, Navy was number
- 23:07Speaker 2: twenty five last week because Michigan was twenty four, So
- 23:10Speaker 2: they went up a spot two number twenty four. Army
- 23:13Speaker 2: stayed the same at twenty three. SMU at six and
- 23:16Speaker 2: one went down a spot, Missoo at six and one
- 23:21Speaker 2: went down two spots to number twenty one. The Illinois
- 23:25Speaker 2: Fighting a Line I went up two spots to number
- 23:27Speaker 2: twenty at six and one. Pittsburgh at six and oh
- 23:32Speaker 2: went up a spot to number nineteen. Mississippi Old Miss.
- 23:37Speaker 2: They are now five and two. They stayed the same
- 23:41Speaker 2: at number eighteen. Boise is number seventeen. They went down
- 23:45Speaker 2: two spots and they're five and one. KSU went up
- 23:49Speaker 2: a spot one and they are number sixteen now at
- 23:52Speaker 2: six and one. Alabama dropped eight spots with their loss,
- 23:58Speaker 2: which is crazy. They're five and two two. They dropped
- 24:01Speaker 2: eight spots. They are now number fifteen. Texas A and
- 24:05Speaker 2: M at six and one is still in the same
- 24:07Speaker 2: spot at number fourteen. IU went up three spots. They're
- 24:13Speaker 2: seven and oh. They are now at number thirteen. The
- 24:16Speaker 2: Notre Dame Fighting Irish are six and one. Stayed the
- 24:19Speaker 2: same at number twelve. BYU is seven and oh, and
- 24:26Speaker 2: they went up two spots to number eleven. ISU is
- 24:31Speaker 2: number ten. They dropped the spot and they're seven to oh.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Clemson is number nine. They went up a spot. They're
- 24:38Speaker 2: six and one. LSU stayed the same six and one
- 24:41Speaker 2: at number eight. Tennessee went up four spots into the
- 24:44Speaker 2: top ten. They are number seven this week at six
- 24:48Speaker 2: and one. The University of Miami is seven and oh,
- 24:53Speaker 2: same spot at number six. Texas dropped four spots to
- 24:56Speaker 2: number five. They are six and one. Ohio State the
- 25:02Speaker 2: Ohio State University is five and one, same spot at
- 25:07Speaker 2: number four. Penn State University is number three, stayed the
- 25:12Speaker 2: same at six, and Oho the University of Georgia. Georgia
- 25:16Speaker 2: is six and one. They went up three spots at
- 25:19Speaker 2: number two. And Oregon, the Oregon Ducks are seven and
- 25:24Speaker 2: oh and number one in the nation. Right now, the
- 25:27Speaker 2: Oregon Ducks. Think about that last year, where do they
- 25:32Speaker 2: even rank? Where they even ranked? Let's see, Hold on,
- 25:38Speaker 2: where were they last year? Let me look us up
- 25:48Speaker 2: really quick. Oregon Ducks ranking? Will that have been twenty
- 25:56Speaker 2: twenty three? Last year? They were eight and one in
- 26:02Speaker 2: the conference. They were twelve and two overall, so they
- 26:05Speaker 2: would have been in the top twenty five somewhere trying
- 26:12Speaker 2: to see it doesn't really say but from last year,
- 26:17Speaker 2: but yeah, they had to be at twelve and two.
- 26:19Speaker 2: They should have been ranked somewhere last year. Okay, so
- 26:26Speaker 2: last year they finished number six, this year they're number one.
- 26:29Speaker 2: That's amazing. Alright, So let's go over the games for
- 26:35Speaker 2: this week, the top twenty five games. Alright, So Thursday
- 26:40Speaker 2: night we're gonna have a rank game. Syracuse is gonna
- 26:44Speaker 2: take on Number nineteen Pittsburgh. So that's pretty crazy on
- 26:48Speaker 2: a Thursday night. Well, college football is moving on Friday night.
- 26:52Speaker 2: There's a few games. We've got Boise State taking on UNLV.
- 26:57Speaker 2: We've got Rutgers and USC. We got University of North
- 27:01Speaker 2: Carolina and Virginia Saturday. These are the Saturday games. We've
- 27:07Speaker 2: got Notre Dame and Navy playing at eleven. We got
- 27:11Speaker 2: Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech. We're going over the big games.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Oklahoma and ninth, number eighteen, Old miss Washington at number thirteen, Indiana,
- 27:23Speaker 2: Nebraska at number four, Ohio State, let's see Wake Forest
- 27:29Speaker 2: and Stanford, Maryland and Minnesota, Oklahoma State and Baylor Bowling
- 27:36Speaker 2: Green and Toledo. We've got Rice taking on Yukon. We've
- 27:40Speaker 2: got Texas Tech and TCU. We got Northern Illinois taking
- 27:44Speaker 2: on Ball State. We got Eastern Michigan and Akron. We've
- 27:49Speaker 2: got Kent State and WMU. We've got number twenty Illinois
- 27:54Speaker 2: take it out number one Oregon. That is going to
- 27:57Speaker 2: be huge for Illinois if they can beat them. They
- 27:59Speaker 2: beat Michigan last week. That was a big one. This
- 28:03Speaker 2: one's even bigger because you've got a number twenty taken
- 28:07Speaker 2: on a number one. If they can beat Oregon, Illinois
- 28:11Speaker 2: is gonna move up high in that ranking. Next week,
- 28:14Speaker 2: we've got number eleven BYU taken on UCF. We got
- 28:17Speaker 2: number twenty one, Missouri take it on number fifteen Alabama.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Northwestern goes to Iowa. Let's see Texas. Number five takes
- 28:28Speaker 2: on number twenty five, Vanderbilt, let's see. Florida State takes
- 28:34Speaker 2: on number six the University of Miami. Let's see West
- 28:39Speaker 2: Virginia and Arizona. LSU number eight takes on number fourteen,
- 28:44Speaker 2: Texas A and m Number three. Penn State takes on Wisconsin,
- 28:48Speaker 2: Michigan State and Michigan. That's always big because obviously Michigan
- 28:54Speaker 2: wants to get back on the winning circle and maybe
- 28:56Speaker 2: get try to squeeze back in the top twenty five somehow.
- 29:00Speaker 2: We've got Auburn in Kentucky. You got Kansas versus number sixteen,
- 29:04Speaker 2: Kansas State, number twenty two SMU take it on Duke,
- 29:10Speaker 2: let's see. And then we've got Washington State take it
- 29:14Speaker 2: on in San Diego State, Cincinnati and Colorado. And the
- 29:17Speaker 2: last game of the night at eleven PM on Saturday,
- 29:20Speaker 2: it will be Nevada taken on Hawaii. So those are
- 29:24Speaker 2: the games for this week, the big ones in the NCAA.
- 29:27Speaker 2: We'll see next week where all the rankings are for
- 29:30Speaker 2: college football. All right, let's move on. This isn't gonna
- 29:35Speaker 2: take long. We're only going to talk about this for
- 29:36Speaker 2: a minute. To b Crown Jewel added one more match
- 29:40Speaker 2: to their thing. It's gonna be Bronson Reed taking on
- 29:44Speaker 2: Seth Rollins. I think we all saw that coming when
- 29:48Speaker 2: Seth challenged them. I didn't think they would wait till
- 29:50Speaker 2: Survivor Series. That is definitely a match that you can
- 29:52Speaker 2: do at Crown Jewel on I believe it's November third, No,
- 29:58Speaker 2: November second, it's a Saturday in Saudi Arabia, so that's
- 30:01Speaker 2: gonna be a decent one. So right now we've got
- 30:04Speaker 2: the Gunther and Cody Rhodes. The two champions will meet
- 30:08Speaker 2: for the Crown Jewel Championship, not any of their titles,
- 30:13Speaker 2: and then Naya Jacks will be taking on Live Morgan
- 30:18Speaker 2: for the Woman's Crown Jewel title. And then of course
- 30:21Speaker 2: we've got the Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed. So far,
- 30:25Speaker 2: like this is literally next weekend. So the fact that
- 30:30Speaker 2: we haven't gotten more than three matches for Crown Jewel.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Yet it makes you wonder, like, what's going on? Are
- 30:36Speaker 2: we not trying to hype this up as a big
- 30:38Speaker 2: pay per view for them anymore? I thought we were
- 30:40Speaker 2: doing that, but I guess not. All right, So let's
- 30:44Speaker 2: move on to baseball news. So MLB we've got our
- 30:48Speaker 2: World Series set. Dodgers and the Yankees will kick off
- 30:54Speaker 2: the World Series this Friday night, October twenty fifth, at
- 30:59Speaker 2: seven o'clock in LA. So the Dodgers, of course have.
- 31:03Speaker 3: The the home field advantage because in the All Star Game,
- 31:10Speaker 3: the American National League won it, so then they get
- 31:14Speaker 3: the home field advantage.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I kind of like how they do that. It's kind
- 31:17Speaker 2: of cool. Dodgers beat the Mets in six games, and
- 31:28Speaker 2: the Yankees it looks like what they went it in five? Wow,
- 31:32Speaker 2: Yankees won it in five. So yeah, that is set.
- 31:36Speaker 2: We will have Game one on Friday, Game two will
- 31:40Speaker 2: be Saturday. Monday will be Game three, Game four is Tuesday,
- 31:45Speaker 2: and Wednesday is Game five, and then if necessary for
- 31:50Speaker 2: Game five six and seven, then six and seven will
- 31:53Speaker 2: move back to the Dodgers, and that'll be Friday, November first.
- 31:58Speaker 2: On Saturday, November second, so by next Saturday, we will
- 32:01Speaker 2: have a World Series champion, so we'll see who that is.
- 32:07Speaker 2: WNBA news. Of course, the New York Liberty won in
- 32:13Speaker 2: five games over the Minnesota Links and they won the
- 32:17Speaker 2: w NBA Championship, So you know, congratulations to the New
- 32:21Speaker 2: York Liberty on that. And that's pretty much in with
- 32:24Speaker 2: those two. Pretty quick, pretty quick news on those three.
- 32:29Speaker 2: The NBA season officially kicked off on Tuesday night. It
- 32:34Speaker 2: was the Knicks and Celtics, and then of course the
- 32:36Speaker 2: Timberwolves and the Lakers. But like I said, I do
- 32:40Speaker 2: record usually a day earlier than the show gets released
- 32:43Speaker 2: sometimes and this week I did record on Tuesday, so
- 32:47Speaker 2: I don't get to see who won those games, like
- 32:50Speaker 2: ahead of time. I don't have a future a ball
- 32:52Speaker 2: to see the future, so I'm not sure who won those.
- 32:55Speaker 2: But the big kickoff is of course on Wednesday, which
- 32:59Speaker 2: is when the show was released, so tonight, and so
- 33:03Speaker 2: the big release of all the games. We've got the
- 33:05Speaker 2: Pacers and the Pistons at six o'clock at six point thirty,
- 33:09Speaker 2: we got the Machick at the Heat, the Cavaliers at
- 33:12Speaker 2: the Raptors, the Nuts at the Hawks, Bucks at the
- 33:15Speaker 2: seventy six ers at seven, the Hornets and the Rockets,
- 33:20Speaker 2: the Bulls and the Pelicans, Grizzlies, and the Jazz, Sons
- 33:24Speaker 2: and the Clippers, and then of course the Warriors and
- 33:28Speaker 2: the Blazers kick everything off opening the big opening night.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Opening night, technically, like I said, is Tuesday. But and
- 33:41Speaker 2: that's weird. Oh way, Boston is the NBA champions, right,
- 33:45Speaker 2: so they kick off. They kicked off their season on
- 33:48Speaker 2: Tuesday at home against the Knicks, and they got to
- 33:51Speaker 2: raise their banner up. But yeah, so, like I said,
- 33:56Speaker 2: I mean, I'm hoping to see the Chicago Bulls with
- 34:01Speaker 2: about forty five to fifty. But I know that's a
- 34:04Speaker 2: little generous. I do believe with Lonzo ball back, if
- 34:09Speaker 2: he can stay healthy, he could be a difference maker
- 34:11Speaker 2: in there. A lot of people are saying, oh, you
- 34:13Speaker 2: got to keep Kobe White in the starting lineup with
- 34:15Speaker 2: him or instead of him. I don't necessarily think you do.
- 34:19Speaker 2: I think if a Lonzo can run that offense, still
- 34:21Speaker 2: you put Lonzo ball in. I think that Kobe A
- 34:25Speaker 2: will be good off the bench as a six man,
- 34:27Speaker 2: but he definitely Lonzo needs to start if he is
- 34:32Speaker 2: able to. Even if you start him and then bring
- 34:36Speaker 2: in Kobe like ten minutes later. At least. You know,
- 34:40Speaker 2: Lonzo right now is on a minute restriction, but that
- 34:42Speaker 2: might go up as the season starts. We'll see about that.
- 34:45Speaker 2: But I would love to see the Chicago Bulls. What
- 34:48Speaker 2: about forty five to fifty? And I think that this
- 34:51Speaker 2: team is underrated, and I think that people are looking
- 34:54Speaker 2: at it and saying, oh, they're not going to go anywhere.
- 34:57Speaker 2: They might they might shock a lot of people. So
- 34:59Speaker 2: we'll see. But yeah, so you know, that's the NBA.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Next week, we'll talk about the opening week. We'll see
- 35:06Speaker 2: where everybody is in the standings at that time when
- 35:10Speaker 2: I do it next Thursday. I should be recording next Thursday.
- 35:13Speaker 2: I just had a lot of stuff going on this week,
- 35:15Speaker 2: so I had to record it early. But yeah, so
- 35:17Speaker 2: I should be recording Thursday, and we'll talk about the
- 35:19Speaker 2: NBA a little next Thursday. We'll see where everybody's at.
- 35:23Speaker 2: We'll do a little Brownie James and James check up,
- 35:25Speaker 2: see what he did in his first week in the NBA.
- 35:28Speaker 2: How many minutes he played, how many points he scored?
- 35:32Speaker 2: All Right, so that is technically it for sports today.
- 35:36Speaker 2: Let's move on to entertainment. Not a lot going on
- 35:40Speaker 2: in the entertainment world this week to talk about, but
- 35:42Speaker 2: I do have a list that I found, and it's fun.
- 35:45Speaker 2: With Halloween being next week next Thursday. Actually, oh you
- 35:49Speaker 2: know what, I probably won't be recording next Thursday. I'll
- 35:52Speaker 2: probably record my show again on Wednesday because it's Halloween
- 35:57Speaker 2: on Thursday, and I'm gonna be having fun for halloweens.
- 36:00Speaker 2: So let's move on really quick to my top list
- 36:05Speaker 2: of the scariest movies of all time, and let's see
- 36:07Speaker 2: if you agree with this. Actually, it's the top ten
- 36:10Speaker 2: scariest movies of all time, so let's start it out.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Let's go from number ten to number one, and let's
- 36:18Speaker 2: see if you guys agree with this. Number ten. I
- 36:22Speaker 2: don't know if I necessarily agree with this one being
- 36:24Speaker 2: at number ten. It's the remake of It from twenty seventeen,
- 36:28Speaker 2: so not the original, but the remake. Let's see number nine, Insidious.
- 36:34Speaker 2: I don't know if I've ever actually seen Insidious. I'm
- 36:37Speaker 2: gonna have to watch that one. It's from twenty ten.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Number eight, Sinister from twenty twelve. Number seven, the original
- 36:47Speaker 2: Halloween from nineteen seventy eight, great movie. Jamie Lee Curtis
- 36:53Speaker 2: always looking hot as she does as Lorie Strode. Yeah,
- 36:57Speaker 2: that was one of my favorites. That would definitely be
- 36:59Speaker 2: in my top ten. The Ring number from two thousand
- 37:04Speaker 2: and two. Naomi Campbell or Nami Watts. She's amazing. I
- 37:08Speaker 2: love her and the Ring. Alright, so let's go into
- 37:18Speaker 2: the next one. Number five Texas Chainsaw Massacre the original
- 37:24Speaker 2: from nineteen seventy four. I agree with that one being
- 37:27Speaker 2: in the top ten. Number four of the Shining definitely
- 37:30Speaker 2: should be in there. The iconic line here's Johnny Shining
- 37:34Speaker 2: might be number one. I may have to make my
- 37:36Speaker 2: own list for next week. I think I'm going to
- 37:39Speaker 2: of my top ten, not a top ten anybody else,
- 37:43Speaker 2: but a top ten for me. Number three The Conjuring
- 37:47Speaker 2: from twenty thirteen. That's a good one. Number two Hereditary
- 37:51Speaker 2: from twenty eighteen. I have not seen that yet, so
- 37:54Speaker 2: I may have to watch that one maybe this week
- 37:58Speaker 2: and see if it'll make my number one. The Exorcist
- 38:05Speaker 2: from nineteen seventy three, that definitely would be. That would
- 38:09Speaker 2: most likely be my number one because that movie is freaky.
- 38:13Speaker 2: The Shining would be in the top three. Halloween probably
- 38:16Speaker 2: would be. Like I said, I've never seen Heredity yet,
- 38:19Speaker 2: I don't know you know much about it. I'd have
- 38:23Speaker 2: to like look and see alright. So let me know
- 38:27Speaker 2: in the email and the comments if you think that
- 38:30Speaker 2: this list is right, let me know what your list
- 38:32Speaker 2: would be. And let's move on to the box office.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Let's see where everything was at the box office last week.
- 38:43Speaker 2: Let me find it really quick. The box office was
- 38:49Speaker 2: crazy because I already looked ahead, because I usually do
- 38:53Speaker 2: because I like to see what's there. And I was
- 38:55Speaker 2: in shock. All right, So here we go. Number ten
- 39:00Speaker 2: the re release of The Nightmare before Christmas two weeks
- 39:04Speaker 2: in a row. It did one point two million again
- 39:08Speaker 2: for a total gross of ninety three million at the
- 39:11Speaker 2: box office. But it's only in two weeks out because
- 39:13Speaker 2: of the fact that they re released it. Number nine
- 39:17Speaker 2: is Saturday Night, which is a Staray Night Live movie
- 39:20Speaker 2: about the show. Been out for four weeks. It did
- 39:23Speaker 2: one point seven million last weekend, seven point five million total.
- 39:27Speaker 2: That movie doesn't have to do a lot, it's not
- 39:29Speaker 2: really meant for that. Number eight, The Transformers one movie,
- 39:34Speaker 2: did two million at the box office fifty seven million
- 39:37Speaker 2: total gross in five weeks. Number seven, Piece by Piece
- 39:42Speaker 2: did two million at the box office this week, seven
- 39:45Speaker 2: point six million total gross. Number six Joker fali Ad
- 39:52Speaker 2: two point one million at the box office last weekend,
- 39:55Speaker 2: only fifty six million in three weeks. It is already
- 39:58Speaker 2: going to be streaming on Inxfinity and Prime starting on
- 40:02Speaker 2: October twenty ninth. That's how bad the movie did it bomb.
- 40:06Speaker 2: They just want people to watch it at home so
- 40:08Speaker 2: they can make some money. We live in time. Number five,
- 40:14Speaker 2: second week four point two million at the box office,
- 40:17Speaker 2: four point five million total gross. Let's see Number four Beetlejuice.
- 40:25Speaker 2: Beetlejuice still in the top five seven weeks in five
- 40:28Speaker 2: million at the box office last weekend, two hundred and
- 40:31Speaker 2: eighty four million total gross. Number three was last week's
- 40:35Speaker 2: number one, The Terrifier three nine point three million last weekend,
- 40:39Speaker 2: thirty six million total gross. In two weeks. The Wild
- 40:44Speaker 2: Robot the Kids movie and its fourth week it did
- 40:47Speaker 2: ten million at the box office last weekend one hundred
- 40:50Speaker 2: and two million total gross, and the number one movie
- 40:53Speaker 2: last week at the box office. Not a Shocker Smile
- 40:56Speaker 2: two in its first week out, did twenty three million
- 41:00Speaker 2: dollars at the box office. So scary movies, still doing it,
- 41:03Speaker 2: still making that money. Smile too. Looks really good. I
- 41:07Speaker 2: can't wait to see it streaming so I can watch it.
- 41:10Speaker 2: I've seen the first one. I actually own the first one.
- 41:12Speaker 2: I love it. Not a horror movie i'd put in
- 41:15Speaker 2: my top ten, but it's definitely a good one. So
- 41:18Speaker 2: let's see. Last, but not least, let's see what is
- 41:22Speaker 2: going on around the Chicago Land area this weekend. If
- 41:26Speaker 2: you are looking for something to do. We've got a
- 41:29Speaker 2: week until Halloween, so I'm sure there's some fun stuff
- 41:32Speaker 2: going on. Let's see best things to do in Chicago
- 41:36Speaker 2: this weekend. So let's go into this Arts in the
