Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon is seeking caring adults who can show up, listen, and build trust through simple moments like snacks, hikes, or just hanging out. No expertise needed—just a willingness to be steady, encouraging, and present. Flexible commitments, usually just a couple days a month, can help kids build confidence, resilience, and hope for their future.
