- 0:59And now, here's your host, David Fiorazzo.
- 1:03Friends, family in Christ, thank you so much for tuning in to another episode.
- 1:06We've got an exciting announcement we're going to talk about today.
- 1:11And we played the conference video again.
- 1:13Why?
- 1:14Because we want you to get the word out about next year's Worldview Matters Conference.
- 1:19This one sold out this year.
- 1:20We doubled the occupancy.
- 1:22We expanded.
- 1:23We got a new venue, Tundra Lodge Resort in Green Bay, and we really want to fill it again.
- 1:29So please get the word out.
- 1:30You can register now.
- 1:31And plus, we have another one of the speakers who's going to be there.
- 1:36And that is the founder, president, and editor-in-chief of Harbinger's Daily News.
- 1:42It's Brianna Klassen.
- 1:44She's back with us.
- 1:45Good to see you, sister.
- 1:47Yes, thank you so much for having me.
- 1:49Yes, thanks for your time.
- 1:50And we're so glad you're coming back.
- 1:53You were one of the speakers.
- 1:54We wanted to have come back again because the media and where people get truth and news and good information is so important now more than ever, not just with the misinformation and lies.
- 2:06but because of AI and other stuff going on that affects news and news feeds and the information people are getting.
- 2:13So we love Harbingers.
- 2:15You guys have been a great relationship to have with me.
- 2:18But I want you to talk about a big announcement that you recently made.
- 2:22If you haven't been to HarbingersDaily.com, friends, you don't know about this.
- 2:26But I'm excited about this, and you can just break the news, and I'll let you do it instead of me.
- 2:31Go ahead, Brianna.
- 2:33Well, despite the fact that most of our audience and writers are located in the United States and Israel and other countries around the world, we actually reach in 125 countries every single day.
- 2:44So praise the Lord for that.
- 2:46But we've been headquartered in Canada and the situation over the past decade in Canada has deteriorated to such an incredible extent.
- 2:56where you have a blatant hostility against biblical truth.
- 2:59And more than that, you have the legislative groundwork being laid to criminalize passages from the Bible.
- 3:06And then as a result, that's also criminalizing bold Christian ministries who want to be teaching the full counsel of God.
- 3:13And by the way, you got very specific when we were talking before we got on the podcast.
- 3:17There's hate crimes legislation there that would criminalize the promotion or quoting or sharing certain Bible verses, whether that be Old Testament or New Testament, for example, Romans 1.
- 3:29And I'm guessing having to do with homosexuality, the LGBTQ and what the Bible says opposing that.
- 3:37Talk to us a little bit about that.
- 3:43to following in those footsteps on what's happening in Canada, which is a threat to religious freedom and pastors and churches?
- 3:52Well, so the bill was Bill C-9, and it essentially removed the religious exemption from the law that was already within the law.
- 4:00And they said, actually, at the beginning, that this was to combat anti-Semitism.
- 4:06But that didn't make much sense when the people arguing in favor of it stood up in Parliament and said that the people
- 4:13kind of hate speech that they want to be outlawed comes from Leviticus, Deuteronomy, and the Book of Romans.
- 4:19And two of those, of course, are from, you know, the Old Testament, the Torah.
- 4:22So they really were targeting Jews and Christians in that in that speech, and, you know, refusing to mention Muslims.
- 4:30And there's legitimate hate speech that we see going on there with them promoting anti-Semitism in the streets and the destruction of, you know, Judeo-Christian civilization.
- 4:40But no, so they specifically advocated in it to brandish these biblical verses as hate speech.
- 4:50And we already have the conservative, sorry, the conversion therapy ban, which I talked about a little bit last time, which a lot of Christian leaders have dubbed the Trojan horse against the church.
- 5:03because they come in saying that they want to outlaw things that are already banned under the law and shock therapies and all of this kind of stuff.
- 5:13But the actual law itself is effectively criminalizing the teaching of biblical sexuality.
- 5:20It's effectively criminalizing Christian counseling and even prayer.
- 5:24If somebody comes to you and says, oh, I have unwanted feelings and I want to be in line with what God's word says about homosexuality,
- 5:33homosexuality, marriage, all these things, and you offer to pray for them, that's technically not okay under the law.
- 5:39That's technically criminalized, all of these things.
- 5:41And a lot of people don't understand that.
- 5:43You have many states, even within the United States, that are trying to pass similar laws.
- 5:48You had a man in Malta that was charged under that country's conversion therapy ban,
- 5:53that they tried to throw in prison because he went on a radio program and shared his testimony of how he left homosexuality to follow Christ.
- 6:01And that was the entire, you know, guilty thing that he did, apparently, that they wanted to throw him in jail for.
- 6:07And so really all of this legislative groundwork that's being laid to target the church can take place at any time.
- 6:16And, you know, we've already seen how far the Canadian government is willing to go.
- 6:21During COVID, they arrested pastors across the country.
- 6:25They imprisoned, you know, dissenting voices and they halted donations for certain groups that they disagreed with and froze bank accounts.
- 6:34So it's just not an ideal situation in Canada.
- 6:38It's something that's getting progressively worse until, you know, you...
- 6:43any Christian ministry has a hard time surviving.
- 6:48And when Bill C-9 came out, for example, where they removed that religious exemption, I know of many ministries that they had to get their staff together and have a meeting and talk about the ramifications because it really, truly affects all of these ministries.
- 7:04And friends, right here in the United States, we've got midterms coming up in a matter of weeks.
- 7:09If you don't think elections are important, what Brianna was just sharing about what's happening in Canada, there are people in America, even in our government, state and federal, who want to do—
- 7:22What she just explained has happened, happened during COVID and is happening when people want to quote the scriptures regarding biblical sexuality.
- 7:31There are people in America that want to already criminalize Christians who promote those Bible verses.
- 7:39That's our free speech.
- 7:40That's our religious freedom.
- 7:41So it is under attack.
- 7:42We better just remember what happened during the Biden-O-Biden campaign.
- 7:46administration and what they were doing to pastors, to Christians, to pro-lifers, to people who would want to pray or share a Bible verse outside of a Planned Parenthood or abortion clinic.
- 7:55But I'm getting off track, so let's get back to your announcement today.
- 7:58You've got a wonderful partnership.
- 8:00This has helped you make the move now from Canada to America.
- 8:05We're so thankful.
- 8:07So tell us a little bit about it.
- 8:09It's Lamb & Lion Ministries.
- 8:10Nathan Jones is part of Lamb & Lion.
- 8:13He's coming to speak at next year's Worldview Matters Conference as well as you.
- 8:17And there's Tim Moore pictured there.
- 8:19Tell us about how this relationship has flourished and your partnership now that has blessed you guys.
- 8:27Well, we had been praying for the last seven years that God would, you know, pave the way really for us to be able to move to the United States to safeguard the ministry that he's given us.
- 8:38And we reached out to Lamb and Lion because, you know, just...
- 8:45telling them about the situation that we're in, telling them about the fact that, you know, the situation for ministries is so dire in Canada and it's deteriorating so quickly.
- 8:54It's really an imminent threat to all Christian ministries, especially the bold ones in Canada, and especially those who cover conservative news, because that's also something that the Canadian government has been
- 9:08really pushing hard against.
- 9:11So we reached out to Lamb & Lion and they've been an incredible support to us and they've assisted us in many ways to actually help facilitate this move to the United States.
- 9:21I'm very grateful to Lamb & Lion as a whole and I'm grateful to Tim Moore,
- 9:27you know, specifically went out of his way to really help establish us and safeguard our ministry in the US, which the United States is a place of incredible religious freedom that really doesn't exist anywhere else in the world.
- 9:42And that's also why it is so important that you have Christians that are praying and are voting.
- 9:49and pastors that are speaking up and making their voices heard.
- 9:52One of the things that caused, you know, Canada to crumble the way that it did is because you had Christians that, you know, were silent.
- 10:00You had Christians that, you know, were failing to vote and all of these things.
- 10:03And when you lose that, you know, Canada still has a Judeo-Christian foundation like the United States, more so in the United States.
- 10:12But when you have a church that is unwilling to speak up, that is unwilling to address the things related to the culture, the ramifications to that society as a whole is massive.
- 10:23So what we have to have is in the United States is for pastors to be talking about all of these political issues, talking about religious freedom, urging Christians to pray and go out and vote as well.
- 10:38And by the way, friends, I know this may be redundant because we're talking a lot about this in the next several weeks.
- 10:43But in most cases, when we're talking about this, having these conversations, when you say the word political, you could put moral or biblical issues in that you could interchange these words.
- 10:55For example, a pre-born human life in a mother's womb is not—well, some call it a political issue.
- 11:02That is a moral and a biblical issue.
- 11:04God ordains life.
- 11:07And so we need to remember that these are moral issues and Christians need to vote.
- 11:12I wanted to ask you this.
- 11:13You've got a huge reach.
- 11:16You built that over the years, Brianna, you and your team there at Harbingers.
- 11:20Did you say 125 countries?
- 11:21But anyway, with reaching that many—
- 11:24And knowing where you stand biblically, and you're not ashamed of the gospel, you're not ashamed of any topic that you cover or any of your writers cover or people that you feature at Harbinger's Daily.
- 11:35How in the world—some people are probably wondering, how did you fly under the radar in a way and not be persecuted, censored, or I don't know, they not come against you, the government not come against you when you were in Canada?
- 11:51Well, it helps a lot that, like, as I said, most of our writers and audiences in the United States.
- 11:56So, you know, in many ways, we were already American because, you know, this was such a large part of who we are and what the news that we were covering.
- 12:06Hmm.
- 12:07But really, we also had to not file for any kind of tax exempt status to stay below that radar, to not look overtly Canadian, all of these things.
- 12:18And it's really a shame.
- 12:19And we're not going to be abandoning the Canadian ministries as well that are doing a great job and are being bold within Canada.
- 12:28And we're also going to be very heavily covering the religious freedom in Canada and all these Western nations as it's deteriorating.
- 12:36And the people that are pushing back on that, the bold pastors that are actually willing to discuss these things from their pulpit.
- 12:44But the move to the United States, it removes so many barriers that have limited Harbinger's Daily so much.
- 12:53right from the beginning.
- 12:54And, you know, now we can really go and build out our press division within the United States, which we've been wanting to do for a very long time.
- 13:02You know, there's been a lot of restrictions that have been placed on us because we've been within Canada.
- 13:08So I just praise the Lord that those things have been lifted.
- 13:12I thank Lamb and Lion Ministries for, you know, assisting us in such an incredible way and supporting us throughout the whole process.
- 13:22an amazing thing that God has done here and I look forward to how God is going to grow what we're doing in the future and the plans that we have you know Lord willing that um that we would be able to grow our outreach significantly I mean it's astonishing what the Lord has already done even from being in Canada even with having those limitations you know in yeah in 2025 we had you know over 50 million articles read that's incredible
- 13:50And so I look forward to what the Lord is doing because this is really a massive thing for our ministry and an answer to prayer.
- 13:58And I thank all of you who were praying for our ministry and praying that God would assist us and protect us.
- 14:04And it's very appreciated.
- 14:07And friends, you can watch Tim Moore's announcement that he made.
- 14:10The video is on HarbingersDaily.com.
- 14:13Lamb and Lion Ministries also shared it.
- 14:16Brianna, so can we officially remind people or tell people that Harbingers Daily is a nonprofit?
- 14:23Mm hmm.
- 14:24Yes.
- 14:24So we are officially a nonprofit corporation.
- 14:28We are pursuing 501c3 status.
- 14:30We're hoping that it's going to be the the ball's going to be rolling on that very, very soon.
- 14:36And no.
- 14:37Yeah.
- 14:38So that and that's another thing, really, that's a big benefit to our to our ministry is to be able to get, you know, that tax exempt status to be able to, you know, because the
- 14:48The people who donated to us from the beginning have been very self-sacrificing, where they're like, oh, I don't care about that.
- 14:54Don't even worry.
- 14:55It's all about, you know, supporting the outgoing of biblical truth.
- 14:58But I'm very glad to be able to not have that same burden on them anymore.
- 15:04And, yeah, I praise the Lord for everything that's accompanying this and the most important being the safeguarding of this ministry.
- 15:14So are you looking to expand, maybe get more writers, increase staff, or are you taking it just very gradually now slowly?
- 15:24Just give us an idea of how this works.
- 15:26Most people don't understand how an organization like yours can work and then can make a move and how many people have to make this whole machine run, a well-oiled machine, I should say.
- 15:38Well, yeah, we're certainly going to be building out our press division and that includes adding staff.
- 15:44And so there's certainly going to be quite a bit of that, too.
- 15:49But I mean, most of our writers and contributors, they're across the world.
- 15:53They're in, you know, the United States.
- 15:55Yes, they're in Israel.
- 15:56They're in Australia.
- 15:57So a lot of people work remotely anyway, but...
- 16:02But no, we're certainly going to be expanding what we're doing and building out that press division on Harbinger's Daily and other very exciting announcements that will be coming soon as well.
- 16:12Awesome, awesome.
- 16:14So now we took the bulk of this interview.
- 16:18We talked about good news and some great developments, what God is doing, which because you were in Canada, it's not just remarkable.
- 16:26It's maybe somewhat miraculous in this day and age, knowing the hostility against the biblical worldview.
- 16:33In most countries around the world, we just have such a blessing here in America.
- 16:38So now let's talk about something a little bit more heartbreaking.
- 16:42That is this agenda of death, the cult of death.
- 16:47I think the last time we had you on, maybe we covered this.
- 16:50Maybe it was a time before.
- 16:52But the euthanasia made medical assistance in dying.
- 16:57What Canada has been doing for years, I think the numbers are over 100,000 people now that have been killed.
- 17:03Not only adults, but they're killing young people, teenagers that maybe say they have mental health issues.
- 17:10They are legally euthanizing.
- 17:12And I want to emphasize before Brianna shares her heart on this.
- 17:16In America, there used to be just four or five states that legal assisted suicide or euthanasia for the elderly.
- 17:25Now we have about 14 states.
- 17:29I think we showed a map several weeks ago with one of my guests.
- 17:32I don't remember who it was, but you can see some of the states that have some sort of wording in their legislation or state constitution where euthanasia is legal in these states in America.
- 17:45So, friends, this is a worldview issue.
- 17:49And it is a cult of death.
- 17:50So, Brianna, talk to us about that, what the latest may be in Canada, and what you would like to warn people about.
- 17:57And it's another reason to vote your biblical worldview in the U.S. midterms.
- 18:02Yeah, well, so in Canada, as you said, it's over 100,000 people who have been killed with MAID medical assistance and dying.
- 18:11Euthanasia in Canada since 2016 when it was passed.
- 18:16It far surpasses all the other countries of the world.
- 18:18And in fact, there's many countries that are looking at putting assisted suicide forward, passing this into law, legalizing this.
- 18:26And they use Canada, the people arguing against it, use Canada as the case study because
- 18:31You know, it's it's one of the leading causes of death in Canada.
- 18:34It's startling.
- 18:36And you have so many people that are being pushed into this, coerced into this.
- 18:40And a lot of stories coming out about people who are not adequately giving consent.
- 18:45And it's astonishing.
- 18:47But they're trying to pass these things in the United States as well.
- 18:51But I don't know that there's any individual within Canada that hasn't been touched in some way by the euthanasia and how widespread it is and how heavily it's pushed.
- 19:02I know my own grandfather in Alberta, he got cancer and he was in hospice and they were very heavily pushing him toward
- 19:12assisted suicide.
- 19:13And he being a Christian, he was a new believer, came to me and said, Brianna, you know, does the Bible have anything to say about this?
- 19:22And so I told him, you know, what the Bible has to say about it, you know, killing yourself.
- 19:27That's that's the murder of self.
- 19:29And, you know, these are this is things that's in God's authority.
- 19:32And I I discussed this with him and he was like, I think you were the right one to talk to.
- 19:37And he he stayed strong on the matter and he died a short while later.
- 19:44But it's incredible to me the way that they pushed for it.
- 19:48And that's what we're seeing really across Canada is you have people that are made to feel like a burden.
- 19:53These are people that really it seems like the Canadian government just views as being, you know,
- 20:00taking of, you know, too much public funds that, you know, there's too much cost being spent on them.
- 20:05There's too much, you know, facilities or whatever it may be that's associated with, with these terminally ill people.
- 20:12And it's not even just terminally ill people anymore.
- 20:15And so in Canada, they they
- 20:18recently said that they weren't going to move forward with mental illness being a cause.
- 20:25But I wouldn't have anybody let their guard down on that.
- 20:29They might be quiet on it for a little while, but I think they have every intention of expanding it as much as they possibly can.
- 20:37And so, yeah, so keep an eye on it for sure.
- 20:40Yeah, and we here in the United States have to watch this as well because they're using—when you talk about mental health issues, we have an epidemic now since COVID.
- 20:52It's not just because of COVID.
- 20:53I believe it started with the LGBTQ push, confusing kids about sexuality, especially transgenderism.
- 21:01And now we had COVID and then here we are and kids are depressed.
- 21:07They're suicidal more than ever before.
- 21:09I think that the numbers are, are shocking as far as young people and teenagers specifically.
- 21:15So in America, yeah,
- 21:16There's a group of people that are looking at helping them.
- 21:20If they want to kill themselves, they call that compassionate care.
- 21:25You're not—and this is just so far away from what God believes.
- 21:30Every human life has value and is worthy of protection and dignity.
- 21:34And so we've got to watch these things, and their worldview is, well, if they don't—if they're not happy with who they are, in other words, who God made them to be—
- 21:44Um, then let them, let them kill themselves if they're, so they're using mental health as an excuse to say, you know what?
- 21:52They're, they let them decide.
- 21:54No, no.
- 21:55Um, so we've got to fight these laws cause it's happening state by state.
- 21:59Just keep an eye on them.
- 22:00Brianna, we're down to five minutes already, and I wanted to mention you've got an article at Harbingers, and you said it was from the UK, I believe, by Christian concern, talking about assisted suicide does not mean a dignified death.
- 22:14There it is.
- 22:15Tell us a little bit about what's going on in the UK, because what happens in the UK doesn't stay in the UK.
- 22:21Well, a lot of it was they played a whole lot of games within the parliament to try to force it to get through.
- 22:28That actually very recently failed.
- 22:30But the push is still ongoing from many of these Liberal MPs that are pushing to get it legalized.
- 22:38And it's not just the UK either.
- 22:40I mean, I praise the Lord that they've really had a lot of pushback in the UK.
- 22:45That's something that wasn't seen in Canada.
- 22:48Canada really didn't have a lot of people that were willing to stand up and say, hey, this isn't okay.
- 22:53And you still have a little bit more of that fire in the UK where they're willing to, you know, stand up and say, hey, this is not okay.
- 22:59We should not be turning doctors into killers.
- 23:03But the same thing is also going on in Australia, for example.
- 23:07They're trying to expand it to telehealth so you can, you know...
- 23:11get assisted suicide, you can just do a Zoom meeting and then you'll go and pick up a prescription from the doctor, mix it into water.
- 23:18And then, you know, it's astonishing.
- 23:21And it is such a culture of death.
- 23:23And we've seen that with so many things.
- 23:24We saw that with the celebration of the death of
- 23:27Charlie Kirk, we see that through abortion, the praising of murders like Lindsay Clancy and Luigi Mangeloni, all of these people.
- 23:38It's within the entire society that you can really see this.
- 23:43Everybody knows somebody who's in favor of murder in some way.
- 23:47And that is really, I mean, the world that we live in today.
- 23:52And it heralds,
- 23:53Jesus soon returned.
- 23:55It's a loss of natural affection.
- 23:56That's what the Bible calls it.
- 23:58Yeah.
- 23:59And that's exactly what we're seeing.
- 24:01So in the United States, we had the Roe v. Wade 1973 Supreme Court law overturned, and then abortions increased.
- 24:14And people are going, wait a minute, I never heard that.
- 24:16Well, most of our audience probably knows this.
- 24:19But now you can get pills in the mail or you can get, you know, the RU486.
- 24:26You can just abort your baby by mail, get it by mail and do it at home.
- 24:30You're saying do that at home.
- 24:31I'm thinking, wow, have we gone...
- 24:36It's just really disturbing, Brianna, to understand this.
- 24:39So in Canada, what are the laws there?
- 24:42Do you have—can people get these drugs via mail?
- 24:45Is it similar to the United States?
- 24:47Because I'm really surprised what's going on, that there's not more regulation in the United States.
- 24:53What's Canada like when it comes to that?
- 24:55We only have two minutes left, so sorry to—
- 24:58Well, yeah, so when it comes to assisted suicide, that was in Australia.
- 25:03But yeah, we've seen that in the United States when it comes to abortion pills and all these things, which have basically meant that there's no pro-life states that can actually remain pro-life.
- 25:13And we're still waiting on an FDA report that's coming out, you know, properly examining the safety of these things, because obviously not only does it murder the baby, right?
- 25:24that we're talking about, that this is precious human life, but it's also extremely dangerous to women.
- 25:29But no, in Canada, there's just there's absolutely no no restrictions in any way on any of these things.
- 25:35You don't have to have parental consent.
- 25:36You don't have to have, you know,
- 25:39sent from the father.
- 25:40There's no restrictions on it.
- 25:42And the Conservative Party of Canada considers it a settled issue.
- 25:47So they don't want to talk about it anymore.
- 25:48They don't want to push back on it.
- 25:50And so that's, I mean, it's unique even in the world, actually, that you have no opposition when there's zero restrictions here.
- 26:00And they're not even bothering to defend religious freedom.
- 26:04They're not bothering to defend human life, whether it comes to euthanasia or abortion.
- 26:10They're creating open hostility towards Jews and Christians.
- 26:14And Canada really needs to wake up.
- 26:18And the population of Canada needs to step it up.
- 26:22and actually talk about these things and actually push back on on on what's being done because when you have a a society that says oh no i don't want to touch it you know just leave it alone and doesn't go out and vote and doesn't do all those things and you have a church that's doing the same thing you know who's pulling back the rails um it's just and so it's a cautionary tale for america it's it's yes um
- 26:47Yeah.
- 26:47And so a call to action.
- 26:50Yep.
- 26:51Amen.
- 26:51A call to action.
- 26:52Let's leave it at that because we've got to wrap up our time with you.
- 26:55But again, Brianna sees what's going on, basically what she experienced in Canada, what she saw happen.
- 27:01We're seeing signs here, friends.
- 27:04This election, these elections, these midterms coming up are very important at the local and state level.
- 27:10And we've got to be very, very intentional on not only voting biblically, but also getting other people who hold the same values and views we do biblically to go vote.
- 27:21This is so important.
- 27:22I know we say this every election, but my goodness, we're teetering here on these threats against religious freedom.
- 27:29and our very free speech and everything else we believe in.
- 27:31But Brianna, thank you.
- 27:33Congrats on the partnership with Lamb & Lion Ministries.
- 27:35We'll get another update from you next time you come on, but we will be in touch.
