Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
• 0:06
Speaker 1: where we left off with Bill Clinton and his transcript
• 0:10
Speaker 1: with Congress. Jack Emmer asking the questions once again. Mr. President,
• 0:17
Speaker 1: before we left off, I asked you to characterize your
• 0:20
Speaker 1: relationship with Mr. Epstein. I asked you if you considered
• 0:23
Speaker 1: him to be a friend. You said you did not.
• 0:25
Speaker 1: Is that right? Answer. I said we were friendly and
• 0:28
Speaker 1: we had cordial relations. But I didn't know him well
• 0:30
Speaker 1: enough because we had almost no contact beyond what I described. Emmer.
• 0:36
Speaker 1: At this time, I'd like to introduce what will be
• 0:38
Speaker 1: marked as Majority Exhibit 13. And this is Bates' Marked
• 0:42
Speaker 1: House Oversight 000126. And while it's being passed out, this
• 0:48
Speaker 1: is a letter from a book of letters which was compiled.
• 0:52
Speaker 1: Clinton jumps in. Yeah, it's his 50th birthday. Jack Emmer.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday. Somebody else pipes in. Wait for
• 1:01
Speaker 1: the questions. Jack Emmer. Mr. President, do you recognize this letter? Answer.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: I do. Question. And for the record, does this appear
• 1:10
Speaker 1: to be your handwriting and signature? Answer. It is. Question.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: And why did you write the letter? Answer. Why did I?
• 1:17
Speaker 1: Because I was requested to contribute a nice letter for
• 1:20
Speaker 1: his birthday book. Question. And who asked you to write
• 1:23
Speaker 1: the letter? Answer. I have no idea. I don't remember. Question.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Would Ms. Maxwell have asked you? Answer, I don't know.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: I think someone on my staff asked me. Question, now,
• 1:35
Speaker 1: there is a word that our committee has not been
• 1:37
Speaker 1: able to identify, and our defense, the Wall Street Journal,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: has not been able to identify. Can you please read
• 1:45
Speaker 1: the letter for the record? Bill Clinton, yeah. It's reassuring,
• 1:49
Speaker 1: isn't it, to have lasted so long, across all the
• 1:52
Speaker 1: years of learning and knowing, adventures and errors, and still...
• 1:56
Speaker 1: To have your childlike curiosity, the drive that make a difference,
• 2:00
Speaker 1: and the solace of friends. Not a bad letter. Emmer,
• 2:04
Speaker 1: and because we haven't been able to identify that word
• 2:07
Speaker 1: until now. Which word is that that you couldn't identify?
• 2:11
Speaker 1: One of Clinton lawyers asks. Bill Clinton, solace? Emmer, no, no, errors.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: But for the record, you aren't referring to errors in
• 2:21
Speaker 1: judgment that Mr. Epstein had related to his inappropriate activities
• 2:24
Speaker 1: involving young girls? Bill Clinton, absolutely not. I knew nothing
• 2:28
Speaker 1: about that. Question, did you ever see the birthday book
• 2:32
Speaker 1: compiled together? Answer, I don't think so. Question, and you mentioned, previously,
• 2:37
Speaker 1: you were friendly with Mr. Epstein. Did you typically send
• 2:40
Speaker 1: birthday wishes to individuals that you didn't consider to be friends? Answer, no.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: I send out literally hundreds and hundreds of birthday letters
• 2:48
Speaker 1: every year to people that have been my friends. But
• 2:52
Speaker 1: if somebody's doing a special... I've sent birthday letters of
• 2:55
Speaker 1: congratulation to people I've met two or three times for
• 2:59
Speaker 1: their 70th birthday and their 80th birthday, their 50th wedding anniversary.
• 3:03
  Speaker 1: I do it, and I found, I've told you, I
• 3:06
Speaker 1: thought Epstein was interesting and curious, so I wrote a
• 3:09
Speaker 1: letter that I thought reflected that. Question, can you elaborate
• 3:13
Speaker 1: on what made him interesting and curious? Answer, no more
• 3:18
Speaker 1: than I've already said. Question, at this time, I'd like
• 3:21
Speaker 1: to introduce... what'll be marked as Majority Exhibit 14. And
• 3:25
Speaker 1: while it's being handed out, this is an article published
• 3:28
Speaker 1: by the New York Times on August 5th, 2025, entitled,
• 3:32
Speaker 1: A Look Inside Epstein's Manhattan Lair. And once you receive
• 3:36
Speaker 1: the article, I will direct your attention to page 10.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, where is that? His lawyer? No, they haven't
• 3:43
Speaker 1: brought it yet. It's coming around. Jack Emmer, and we're
• 3:48
Speaker 1: specifically looking at the framed photo on a wooden table alongside...
• 3:51
Speaker 1: multiple other framed photos. And we're focusing on the photo
• 3:55
Speaker 1: in the middle, which appears to have a golden frame.
• 3:58
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, where is that? His lawyer points it out.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, yeah, okay, I see it. Question. Mr. President,
• 4:06
Speaker 1: do you recognize yourself in the photo? Answer, I do. Question.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: And it appears that the man on the right of
• 4:12
Speaker 1: the photo is Jeffrey Epstein. Is that correct? Answer, I
• 4:15
Speaker 1: think so. Question. Have you seen this photograph before today? Answer,
• 4:20
Speaker 1: only in this picture. Question, and for the record, what's
• 4:23
Speaker 1: happening in this photo? Answer, he's smiling at me. He
• 4:27
Speaker 1: looks like he's talking to me. Question, this is one
• 4:30
Speaker 1: of the friendly interactions that you were describing earlier? Answer, yes. Question,
• 4:35
Speaker 1: and can you describe the circumstances surrounding the photo? His
• 4:40
Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Are you asking if he recalls? Bill
• 4:43
Speaker 1: Clinton cuts his lawyer off. I do not. I have
• 4:45
Speaker 1: no idea. I see Richard Branson in the back and
• 4:48
Speaker 1: other people. Question, okay, that's fine. Answer, but I don't
• 4:52
Speaker 1: remember anything about it. Question, and you appear to be
• 4:55
Speaker 1: comfortable with Mr. Epstein in this photo. Would you disagree
• 4:58
Speaker 1: with that characterization? His lawyer jumps in again. So are
• 5:03
Speaker 1: you creating a characterization? He's already responded to your question
• 5:07
Speaker 1: about the picture. Bill Clinton, I'm comfortable. I'm comfortable here.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: I'm not happy, but I'm comfortable. And my conscience is
• 5:14
Speaker 1: clear if that helps. Question, Mr. President, we have about
• 5:18
Speaker 1: five minutes remaining in the majority's first hour. So I
• 5:21
Speaker 1: just want to ask you some questions related to the
• 5:23
Speaker 1: crimes committed by Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell. Did you
• 5:26
Speaker 1: ever witness Mr. Epstein sexually abuse or assault young women
• 5:30
Speaker 1: or girls? Answer, no. Question, did you ever witness Mr.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: Epstein receive massages from young women or girls? Answer, not
• 5:38
Speaker 1: that I recall. Question, did Mr. Epstein ever discuss sexual
• 5:42
Speaker 1: acts of any kind with you? Answer, no. Question, Did
• 5:46
Speaker 1: you ever have any sexual contact with young women or
• 5:49
Speaker 1: girls in the presence of Epstein or Maxwell? Answer, no. Question,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: did you ever have sexual contact with any young woman
• 5:57
Speaker 1: or girl introduced to you by Epstein or Maxwell? Answer, no. Question, Mr. President,
• 6:03
Speaker 1: with the benefit of hindsight, were there things you witnessed
• 6:06
Speaker 1: that could have suggested that Epstein was trafficking and sexually
• 6:10
Speaker 1: abusing young women and girls? Answer, I don't believe so.
• 6:14
Speaker 1: Jack Emmer, we'll go off the record. And now they're
• 6:17
Speaker 1: back on the record. And now we have Redacted doing
• 6:20
Speaker 1: the questioning for the minority. My name is Redacted, and
• 6:24
Speaker 1: I'll be doing most of the questioning for the minority today. First,
• 6:27
Speaker 1: I want to thank you for your long and distinguished
• 6:29
Speaker 1: service to this country. I also want to thank you
• 6:33
Speaker 1: for your time today. We appreciate it. Before we get
• 6:36
Speaker 1: to questions, I'd like to take a few minutes and
• 6:38
Speaker 1: highlight some context that we think is relevant for today's conversation.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: President Trump had a long-standing personal relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: That's not a secret. It's well documented, and I think
• 6:51
Speaker 1: the public and everyone in Congress understands that at this point.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: President Trump does not like talking about his long-standing personal
• 6:58
Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I think we've all seen that
• 7:02
Speaker 1: as well. On November 12th of last year, Oversight Committee
• 7:06
Speaker 1: Democrats released emails that were obtained from the estate of
• 7:09
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. In one email from 2011, Epstein said to
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell that President Trump was, quote, that dog that
• 7:17
Speaker 1: hasn't barked, and that an unnamed victim, quote, spent hours
• 7:21
Speaker 1: at my house with him. In another email from 2019,
• 7:25
Speaker 1: Epstein wrote that, quote, of course he's referring to President Trump,
• 7:30
Speaker 1: and that he knew about the girls as he asked
• 7:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine to stop. I'd like to enter, as Minority Exhibit A,
• 7:36
Speaker 1: Oversight Democrats press release from November 12, 2025, titled, Oversight
• 7:43
Speaker 1: Committee releases Jeffrey Epstein email correspondence raising questions about White
• 7:47
Speaker 1: House cover-up of Epstein files, and that includes both the
• 7:51
Speaker 1: emails that I had mentioned. There was a fair amount
• 7:54
Speaker 1: of public attention on those emails, and two days later,
• 7:57
Speaker 1: President Trump asked the Department of Justice to investigate Epstein's
• 8:01
Speaker 1: relationship with yourself, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, and JPMorgan Chase.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: You are, of course, a former Democratic President of the
• 8:09
Speaker 1: United States, notably President Trump, did not include any Republicans
• 8:13
Speaker 1: in his demands. Later that day, Attorney General Pam Bondi
• 8:17
Speaker 1: posted on social media that the U.S. Attorney for Southern
• 8:20
Speaker 1: District of New York would comply with President Trump's directive
• 8:24
Speaker 1: and take the lead on the investigation. I would like
• 8:28
Speaker 1: to enter as Minority Exhibit B. Attorney General Bondi's post
• 8:32
Speaker 1: on X, which also includes President Trump's post on Truth Social.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: It's well understood that you had a personal relationship with Mr. Epstein,
• 8:40
Speaker 1: and we'll talk about that later today. but the events
• 8:43
Speaker 1: I just described color our perspective on the conversation. It
• 8:47
Speaker 1: appears as if you and other Democratic figures have been
• 8:50
Speaker 1: targeted by President Trump in an attempt to distract the
• 8:53
Speaker 1: American people from his own long-standing relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: And if that were true, it would not be the
• 9:00
Speaker 1: first time President Trump has targeted his political enemies under
• 9:04
Speaker 1: the guise of law enforcement. This deposition is occurring in
• 9:08
Speaker 1: the context of unprecedented weaponization and of the Department of
• 9:12
Speaker 1: Justice by Donald Trump. You may have a perspective on
• 9:15
Speaker 1: this of your own, so before we get started, I
• 9:17
Speaker 1: just want to give you the opportunity to share any
• 9:19
Speaker 1: thoughts you might have on that subject. As if we
• 9:22
Speaker 1: need that. The whole preamble. Save that shit. Nobody cares
• 9:25
Speaker 1: about your whataboutism. Golly. Bill Clinton, I think I'll let
• 9:30
Speaker 1: you ask me some questions, and maybe at the end
• 9:32
Speaker 1: I'll say something. Question? That sounds fine, thank you. I'd
• 9:37
Speaker 1: like to start our conversation with a few foundational questions.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: so we can just set the record straight from the
• 9:42
Speaker 1: very beginning. With respect to your relationship with Mr. Epstein,
• 9:46
Speaker 1: did you ever at any point during your interaction with
• 9:49
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein know about the sexual abuse that he was
• 9:52
Speaker 1: committing against minors and young women? Answer, no. Question, with
• 9:58
Speaker 1: respect to your relationship with Mr. Epstein, with Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 10:01
Speaker 1: did you ever at any point during your interaction with
• 10:04
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell know about the sexual abuse that she committed
• 10:07
Speaker 1: and facilitated against minors and young women? Answer, no. Question,
• 10:13
Speaker 1: have you ever at any point visited Jeffrey Epstein's former
• 10:16
Speaker 1: estate on Little St. James Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands?
• 10:19
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question, in February of last year, Attorney
• 10:24
Speaker 1: General Pam Bondi said on Fox News that you traveled
• 10:27
Speaker 1: on Mr. Epstein's plane, quote, because it supposedly had a
• 10:30
Speaker 1: bed in there where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls. I'll
• 10:34
Speaker 1: ask you, did you fly on Mr. Epstein's plane because
• 10:37
Speaker 1: it had a bed where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls?
• 10:40
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question, are there Any other accusations that
• 10:44
Speaker 1: have been made against you with respect to Mr. Epstein
• 10:46
Speaker 1: that you'd like to address before we get started with
• 10:49
Speaker 1: some chronological questions? Well, that's weird. Nobody else was asked
• 10:53
Speaker 1: that question. Nobody else was given that chance to do that.
• 10:57
Speaker 1: But I guess Bill Clinton's special, right? He's one of ours.
• 11:00
Speaker 1: He's on our team. Clinton, well, I think you pretty
• 11:05
Speaker 1: much well covered it. Thank you. Question, thank you. I'll
• 11:08
Speaker 1: ask you a series of chronological questions. I'd like to
• 11:11
Speaker 1: try to create one clear chronological record. Some of that
• 11:15
Speaker 1: might be repetitive from what you've already talked about. I'll
• 11:18
Speaker 1: try to keep that to a minimum. All these questions
• 11:21
Speaker 1: are from a long time ago. If you don't recall
• 11:23
Speaker 1: anything about what I'm asking, just let me know. Starting
• 11:26
Speaker 1: with the events before and during your presidency, the earliest
• 11:29
Speaker 1: known link that we're aware of between yourself and Mr.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: Epstein is that he made a pair of campaign contributions
• 11:36
Speaker 1: to you in 92. There was 1,000 contribution to your
• 11:40
Speaker 1: presidential election committee in January of 92 and another 1,000
• 11:44
Speaker 1: in June to the Clinton-Gore General Election Compliance Fund. I
• 11:49
Speaker 1: imagine a lot of folks donate $ 1, 000 to your campaign.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: Do you have any specific recollection or knowledge of those
• 11:56
Speaker 1: particular contributions? Bill Clinton, no. I think this is the
• 12:00
Speaker 1: first time that I've ever known that. All right, folks,
• 12:02
Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
• 12:04
Speaker 1: next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
• 12:06
Speaker 1: up where we left off. All the information that goes
• 12:10
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 12:17
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
• 12:20
Speaker 1: with the Bill Clinton transcript from his trip to Congress.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you. We have a series
• 12:27
Speaker 1: of questions from some of the members in the minority,
• 12:30
Speaker 1: and so I'll be calling them up as we go through.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: Thank you. I just want to also again thank you
• 12:35
Speaker 1: for being here and answering all the questions. We appreciate that,
• 12:38
Speaker 1: and you, for your service. Just two clarifying questions. One
• 12:42
Speaker 1: was asked during the Republican hour, and I just want
• 12:44
Speaker 1: to have you reiterate it for the record. Either during
• 12:47
Speaker 1: or after your presidency, were you ever made aware of
• 12:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein having any kind of relationship, directly or indirectly,
• 12:54
Speaker 1: with a foreign intelligence agency or a service? I ask
• 12:58
Speaker 1: because we've received a lot of interest and communication about
• 13:01
Speaker 1: that topic, and so I want to give you a
• 13:02
Speaker 1: chance to answer that again if there is anything else.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no, I wasn't. And I understood why now
• 13:10
Speaker 1: when you showed me the passport, but I wasn't. I
• 13:12
Speaker 1: didn't know anything about that. Question, thank you. And then second,
• 13:16
Speaker 1: of course, this deposition also sets a pretty new precedent.
• 13:20
Speaker 1: I think which is something that we've been discussed and
• 13:22
Speaker 1: folks across the country are discussing as well. We're thankful
• 13:26
Speaker 1: that you're here. We believe in the minority that President
• 13:28
Speaker 1: Trump should also answer this committee's questions. He's someone that
• 13:33
Speaker 1: is mentioned almost more than any other person beside Glenn
• 13:36
Speaker 1: Maxwell in the Epstein documents. So to get more information
• 13:40
Speaker 1: for this investigation, was wondering if you would also agree
• 13:43
Speaker 1: that President Trump should answer questions to this committee. Bill Clinton,
• 13:48
Speaker 1: that's for you to decide. But he did know him well,
• 13:51
Speaker 1: and I once had a brief discussion with him about it. Question,
• 13:56
Speaker 1: thank you, and thanks for that answer. With that, I'm
• 13:58
Speaker 1: going to go to Mr. Walkinshaw, and we'll go down
• 14:01
Speaker 1: a series of questions. Clinton, I hate this, because I
• 14:05
Speaker 1: don't believe I should inject anything, but I do not
• 14:08
Speaker 1: want to leave the impression, but since there was no
• 14:10
Speaker 1: follow-up question, the President never, and this is 20-something years ago,
• 14:15
Speaker 1: never said anything to me to make me think he
• 14:17
Speaker 1: was involved in anything unprofitable with regard to Epstein either.
• 14:21
Speaker 1: He just didn't. He just said we were friends, and
• 14:23
Speaker 1: then we had a falling out over a land deal,
• 14:25
Speaker 1: property deal, that's all. Question, thank you. Could I ask
• 14:29
Speaker 1: very briefly, Mr. President, if you recall- What were the
• 14:32
Speaker 1: circumstances of that conversation? Or at least let's start with
• 14:36
Speaker 1: when did that conversation occur? Bill Clinton, it was on
• 14:40
Speaker 1: his golf course. There was a couple of years there
• 14:42
Speaker 1: when Joe Torre, who had been the manager of the
• 14:44
Speaker 1: Yankees and was a friend, had a tournament, a charitable
• 14:49
Speaker 1: golf tournament called appropriately for this investigation, the Safe at
• 14:53
Speaker 1: Home Foundation. It was designed to combat domestic violence of
• 14:57
Speaker 1: which Joe Torre had been a victim as a child.
• 15:00
Speaker 1: I wanted to support it. Donald Trump gave him the
• 15:02
Speaker 1: golf course in New York to have the tournament, and
• 15:05
Speaker 1: I played in it a couple times. The day I
• 15:08
Speaker 1: was there, Donald Trump would come out and play a
• 15:10
Speaker 1: few holes with us. He somehow knew I had flown
• 15:13
Speaker 1: on Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft, and he said, we had some
• 15:15
Speaker 1: great times together over the years, but we fell out
• 15:18
Speaker 1: because of a real estate deal. He said, I'm sorry
• 15:21
Speaker 1: it happened. That's all. Question, do you recall whether President
• 15:24
Speaker 1: Trump was the first one to affirmatively bring up the
• 15:27
Speaker 1: subject of Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, no, but I'd be shocked
• 15:31
Speaker 1: if he did, or if I did, I just don't
• 15:33
Speaker 1: do that. Question, do you recall whether President Trump elaborated
• 15:38
Speaker 1: at all on the great times that he had with
• 15:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, no, no, not at the time. I
• 15:44
Speaker 1: didn't put any sexual spin on it. Question, and as
• 15:47
Speaker 1: far as you recall, President Trump characterized the nature of
• 15:51
Speaker 1: the ending of their friendship as being solely due to
• 15:53
Speaker 1: the real estate bidding. Answer, that's what he said. Question,
• 15:56
Speaker 1: thank you. Answer, but I didn't think much about it
• 16:00
Speaker 1: at the time. And it was two minutes, and then
• 16:02
Speaker 1: we were gone. Question, as far as you recall, have
• 16:05
Speaker 1: you had any other conversation with President Trump related to
• 16:08
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell? Answer, no. Question, and your
• 16:13
Speaker 1: best recollection, if you have one, of the year that
• 16:15
Speaker 1: this conversation occurred? Bill Clinton, 2002, 2003? Thank you, Mr. President.
• 16:23
Speaker 1: Good afternoon. I just want to focus again on Ghislaine Maxwell. First,
• 16:26
Speaker 1: I'll ask you just to reiterate... Did you ever at
• 16:29
Speaker 1: any point during your interaction with Ms. Maxwell know about
• 16:32
Speaker 1: the sexual abuse she committed and facilitated against minors and women?
• 16:37
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question. When did you learn that she
• 16:41
Speaker 1: engaged in crimes against girls and young women? Answer. When
• 16:44
Speaker 1: the first evidence came out. When was it? 2019? Question. Okay.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: Have you ever engaged in sexual activity with a person
• 16:52
Speaker 1: introduced to you by Glenn Maxwell? Answer. No. Question. No.
• 16:56
Speaker 1: You're aware that she was convicted of crimes, as we discussed,
• 16:59
Speaker 1: and you're aware that she's currently incarcerated as a result
• 17:02
Speaker 1: of her federal conviction? Answer yes. Question. Maxwell received a
• 17:07
Speaker 1: 20-year sentence for her crimes. Are you aware that she
• 17:10
Speaker 1: has repeatedly called on President Trump to grant her clemency,
• 17:13
Speaker 1: and that she said that you and President Trump are
• 17:15
Speaker 1: not guilty of any wrongdoing with respect to Epstein? Answer.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: I know that now, yes. Question. In your opinion, does
• 17:24
Speaker 1: she deserve or should be granted clemency by President Trump? Answer,
• 17:28
  Speaker 1: I don't think I should comment on that. I don't
• 17:30
Speaker 1: know anything about President Trump other than what I've already
• 17:33
Speaker 1: told you. I thought that was a mistake to pardon
• 17:36
Speaker 1: everybody in the January 6th case. I think that the
• 17:39
Speaker 1: thing was really hard for me when it came out
• 17:41
Speaker 1: because we had been friendly with Ghislaine. I was sad,
• 17:44
Speaker 1: but it was terrible what she did. And she had
• 17:47
Speaker 1: to be punished. Somebody beside me should make a decision
• 17:51
Speaker 1: on what they did. So she got 20 years and
• 17:53
Speaker 1: there it is. You know what's so wild about this?
• 17:56
Speaker 1: He's lying. Because everybody knew what Ghislaine Maxwell was all
• 18:00
Speaker 1: the way back in the day. And he still chose
• 18:03
Speaker 1: to hang out with her. But because he's on people's team,
• 18:06
Speaker 1: it's okay, right? Fucking disgusting. Question. Okay, Mr. President. On
• 18:11
Speaker 1: July 24th, 2025, the Deputy Attorney General and President Trump's
• 18:16
Speaker 1: former personal attorney, Todd Blanch, conducted a closed-door interview of Ms.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: Maxwell and at her then low security prison on August 1st, 2025.
• 18:25
Speaker 1: Just a few days after that interview, she was transferred
• 18:27
Speaker 1: to a low security prison where she's afforded a list
• 18:30
Speaker 1: of amenities, personalized meals, playtime with puppies, a transfer that
• 18:35
Speaker 1: I think most Americans agree is inconsistent with a very
• 18:39
Speaker 1: serious crime she was convicted of. Do you have any
• 18:42
Speaker 1: opinion on her transfer to that lower security prison and
• 18:45
Speaker 1: the amenities she's been granted? Did it seem strange to
• 18:48
Speaker 1: you when you learned of that? Answer, I think you're
• 18:51
Speaker 1: in a better position to find out what happened than
• 18:53
Speaker 1: I am. You notice how cautious he is around the
• 18:56
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell topic? I wonder why. Question, okay, when you
• 19:00
Speaker 1: were president of the U.S., was it common for your
• 19:03
Speaker 1: deputy attorney general to directly conduct interviews of witnesses and
• 19:07
Speaker 1: or federal inmates? Question, was it? You were there. Answer,
• 19:12
Speaker 1: you have to testify what you know, what you recall.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: Do you recall? Yeah, he's asking, did you ever send
• 19:17
Speaker 1: a deputy attorney general, Bill Clinton, To the best of
• 19:20
Speaker 1: my knowledge, I did not do that. Question. All right.
• 19:23
Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Bill Clinton. May I ask a question?
• 19:27
Speaker 1: Representative Foster, are you still the youngest person in Congress?
• 19:31
Speaker 1: Representative Foster. Yes, I am, Mr. President. Bill Clinton. Lucky you. Foster.
• 19:37
Speaker 1: Hopefully that changes. If you're the youngest for too long,
• 19:40
Speaker 1: it's not good. Oh, give me a break. Who cares?
• 19:44
Speaker 1: What the fuck does this have to do with Epstein?
• 19:50
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, come time, believe me, I was for most
• 19:52
Speaker 1: of my life the youngest person doing whatever I was doing.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: And one day I woke up, I was the oldest
• 19:57
Speaker 1: man in every room. And I couldn't tell you for
• 20:00
Speaker 1: the rest of the life of me how I got
• 20:02
Speaker 1: from one place to the other. Time will take care
• 20:04
Speaker 1: of it. Enjoy it while it lasts. Oh, how cute.
• 20:07
Speaker 1: Isn't that great? Question, thank you, thank you. It's a
• 20:11
Speaker 1: blessing to be the oldest person in the room as well. Mr. President,
• 20:14
Speaker 1: I just wanted to circle back to the conversation you
• 20:16
Speaker 1: had with Jeffrey Epstein on the golf course, or with, sorry,
• 20:20
Speaker 1: Donald Trump on the golf course in New York. President
• 20:23
Speaker 1: Trump has said publicly multiple times that his falling out
• 20:26
Speaker 1: with Epstein was a result of him hiring away workers
• 20:29
Speaker 1: from Mar-a-Lago and his crimes. He said that's why he
• 20:33
Speaker 1: kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago. I have two questions about this.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: Did President Trump specifically characterize the result of this land
• 20:41
Speaker 1: dispute that had as a falling out specifically to the
• 20:44
Speaker 1: best of your gets cut off by Clinton? Yeah, he
• 20:47
Speaker 1: said both wanted the same piece of land. He didn't
• 20:49
Speaker 1: say what it was. And that's all I remember. Question.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: And he said it was a falling out as a
• 20:55
Speaker 1: result of that. Answer. Yeah. Said it strained the relationship. Question.
• 20:59
Speaker 1: Do you know when this conversation happened? Answer. When the
• 21:02
Speaker 1: conversation I had with him happened? Answer. Uh-huh. Question. Or
• 21:06
Speaker 1: excuse me. Answer. Well, it had to be in 2002
• 21:09
Speaker 1: or 2003, I think. Question, 2002, 2003. All right, thank you.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: During any of your interactions with Jeffrey Epstein or Glenn Maxwell,
• 21:19
Speaker 1: did either of them ever mention or discuss their relationship
• 21:22
Speaker 1: or connections with Howard Lutnick? Answer, no. Question, how about
• 21:26
Speaker 1: their relationship or connection with Alex Acosta? Answer, no. Question, okay,
• 21:32
Speaker 1: thank you. Those are my questions. Now it's Melanie Stansberry
• 21:36
Speaker 1: doing the questioning. Good morning, Mr. President. Answer, good morning. Question,
• 21:40
Speaker 1: I'm Melanie Stansberry. I represent New Mexico's first congressional district,
• 21:46
Speaker 1: and it's an honor to have you and your counsel here.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: This is a very important investigation, and we obviously have
• 21:51
Speaker 1: a lot of questions. For me personally, this case is
• 21:54
Speaker 1: all about justice for the victims, and I really appreciate
• 21:58
Speaker 1: in your opening statement, your statement about nobody being above
• 22:01
Speaker 1: the law, including a president. And I think it's important
• 22:04
Speaker 1: that we're setting the precedent for Congress establishing oversight and
• 22:07
Speaker 1: subpoena power over a president. And I believe Donald Trump
• 22:11
Speaker 1: should and ultimately will be in front of this body.
• 22:16
Speaker 1: I also appreciate what you said about women and girls
• 22:19
Speaker 1: who were abused by Jeffrey Epstein deserving justice and healing.
• 22:23
Speaker 1: And that's where I'd like to focus my questions. In particular,
• 22:26
Speaker 1: I want to focus on three survivors who have shared
• 22:28
Speaker 1: their stories that involve you. I want to begin with
• 22:31
Speaker 1: Maria Farmer. Do you know who Maria Farmer is? Maria
• 22:35
Speaker 1: Farmer was employed by Jeffrey Epstein and abused by him
• 22:38
Speaker 1: for a number of years. And she first reported her
• 22:41
Speaker 1: abuse to the New York PD and FBI in 1996.
• 22:44
Speaker 1: She states she has personal knowledge that you visited Jeffrey
• 22:48
Speaker 1: Epstein's house three to four times while you were the
• 22:51
Speaker 1: sitting president between 95 and 96. She says she knows
• 22:55
Speaker 1: this based on photographs that Ghislaine Maxwell showed to her,
• 22:58
Speaker 1: as well as discussions with the staff. So, let me
• 23:01
Speaker 1: ask you, Mr. President, did you visit Jeffrey Epstein's house
• 23:05
Speaker 1: while you were president? Answer, I don't remember doing that.
• 23:08
Speaker 1: I don't believe I did. Question, how do you explain
• 23:11
Speaker 1: the discrepancy? Objection, Clinton's lawyer calls, calls for him to speculate. Answer,
• 23:20
  Speaker 1: I can't speculate, but I can tell you is I
• 23:22
Speaker 1: don't remember being there. Question, okay, moving on to Virginia Roberts.
• 23:26
Speaker 1: Are you familiar with her? Answer, uh-huh. Question, As has
• 23:31
Speaker 1: already been established, she stated in numerous sworn statements, including
• 23:34
Speaker 1: a sworn deposition, in the deposition in the Maxwell trial,
• 23:38
Speaker 1: that she saw you on the island with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 23:41
Speaker 1: In fact, this morning, her family shared her diary with me,
• 23:44
Speaker 1: and in it is a quote wherein she writes, quote,
• 23:47
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton met two times island with two girls, CTGM
• 23:51
Speaker 1: and JE. What's your reaction to that? Bill Clinton, it's
• 23:55
Speaker 1: not true. Oh yeah, just like Monica Lewinsky wasn't true, huh?
• 24:00
Speaker 1: Another person calling Virginia a liar. That's nice. Question. Do
• 24:05
Speaker 1: you have any dates associated with that? Were there dates
• 24:08
Speaker 1: on the diary? His lawyer asks. Question by Stansberry. I
• 24:13
Speaker 1: don't have that information, but we'll be happy to share
• 24:16
Speaker 1: it with you. Answer by his lawyer. It would be
• 24:20
Speaker 1: terrific because I think there are also records that would
• 24:23
Speaker 1: reflect where else he would have been. So thanks. Clinton.
• 24:26
Speaker 1: Did she say that in her book? Question by Stansberry.
• 24:30
Speaker 1: This is from her personal diary that her family shared
• 24:32
Speaker 1: with us. Clinton. Yeah, but the book came out more recently.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: Did she say that in the book? Stansberry. I'm just
• 24:39
Speaker 1: reading you the entry from her diary that her family
• 24:41
Speaker 1: shared with me. Clinton. I think she ultimately reached a
• 24:44
Speaker 1: different conclusion. Although I had no contact with her. No,
• 24:48
Speaker 1: she did not. Wow. And just to be clear, Virginia
• 24:52
Speaker 1: never said that Bill Clinton did anything untowards. In fact,
• 24:56
Speaker 1: she said he was a gentleman. And I believe her.
• 24:59
Speaker 1: I also believe her that he was on the island. Question, okay, well,
• 25:04
Speaker 1: I just want to make sure that it's on the record.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: That is Virginia's statement. Did you ever fly in a
• 25:09
Speaker 1: helicopter with Ghislaine, Bill Clinton, ever, anywhere? I have no idea. Question, okay, well,
• 25:16
Speaker 1: at least one of the survivors claims that you flew
• 25:19
Speaker 1: in a helicopter with Ghislaine Maxwell to the island. Question,
• 25:22
Speaker 1: did you ever? His lawyer asks, Bill Clinton, then I
• 25:25
Speaker 1: did not do that. I've never been to that island. Question, okay,
• 25:29
Speaker 1: the third person I want to talk about briefly is
• 25:31
Speaker 1: Shantae Davies. I know we've already mentioned her here today.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: I know you already mentioned that she was listed as
• 25:38
Speaker 1: a flight attendant on the trip to South Africa in
• 25:41
Speaker 1: 2002 that you took with Jeffrey Epstein. Are you aware
• 25:44
Speaker 1: that Shantae Davies is a survivor who claimed she was
• 25:47
Speaker 1: abused for three years, including during that time period? Bill Clinton,
• 25:51
Speaker 1: I am now. Question, are you aware that Jeffrey Epstein
• 25:54
Speaker 1: recruited his victims through calling them masseuses? Bill Clinton, no. Question,
• 26:00
Speaker 1: you're not aware that Jeffrey... She gets cut off by Clinton,
• 26:03
Speaker 1: but it doesn't surprise me. But I didn't know that. No. Question,
• 26:07
Speaker 1: knowing that Jeffrey Epstein recruited hundreds of minors as masseuses
• 26:11
Speaker 1: to massage him, and knowing that his victims, who was
• 26:13
Speaker 1: a survivor of three years of his sexual abuse as
• 26:17
Speaker 1: a masseuse, was on the plane, does that make you
• 26:19
Speaker 1: think about the massage you received from her differently? The
• 26:23
Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Can I just interrupt? You're saying knowing.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: You know that. He was saying that he was unaware...
• 26:28
Speaker 1: that that's how Mr. Epstein was recruiting his individuals. Stansberry,
• 26:33
Speaker 1: I'm asking if today. The lawyer jumps in, thank you.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, have you seen the picture? Stansberry, I have
• 26:39
Speaker 1: a copy of it. Yes, right here. Question while I'm
• 26:42
Speaker 1: sitting up in the... Gets cut off by Stansberry. I'm
• 26:45
Speaker 1: just asking, if now that you know that Jeffrey Epstein
• 26:48
Speaker 1: recruited girls as masseuses, does that reframe the photograph in
• 26:52
Speaker 1: knowing that there were girls on the plane that were
• 26:54
Speaker 1: being abused? His lawyer objects. It states facts, not in
• 26:58
Speaker 1: the record. You can ask this witness what he thinks
• 27:01
Speaker 1: or remembers or remembers or anything that happened, but I
• 27:04
Speaker 1: don't think it's right to ask him to speculate. Clinton,
• 27:08
Speaker 1: she wants to know if I feel bad about it, yes.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: Representative Stansbury, I'm not. Clinton cuts her off, don't you? Question,
• 27:16
Speaker 1: what I'm trying to get at is that there's a
• 27:19
Speaker 1: culture that surrounded Jeffrey Epstein in which rich and powerful
• 27:21
Speaker 1: people saw young women that were survivors who were being
• 27:25
Speaker 1: abused and didn't say anything and didn't do anything. His
• 27:29
Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. So was your question, gets cut off
• 27:31
Speaker 1: by Stansberry. Part of what I'm trying to do is
• 27:34
Speaker 1: ask you, we know there was a survivor that was
• 27:37
Speaker 1: on that plane. You've stated you didn't know she was
• 27:39
Speaker 1: a survivor. I understand that. But I'm asking, now that
• 27:43
Speaker 1: you're aware that Epstein was recruiting survivors as masseuses, does
• 27:47
Speaker 1: this make you rethink what you saw as you were
• 27:49
Speaker 1: traveling and interacting with him? The lawyer jumps in. Okay,
• 27:53
Speaker 1: so he has already spoken to. Bill Clinton cuts the
• 27:56
Speaker 1: lawyer off. No, but I... Lawyer jumps back in. Wait
• 28:00
Speaker 1: a minute, wait a minute. I want to make sure
• 28:01
Speaker 1: that you're clearly answering her question. He's already stated that
• 28:05
Speaker 1: what he saw, what he knows. And so what you're
• 28:08
Speaker 1: now asking him, given what you've now shared with him,
• 28:11
Speaker 1: does he think any differently about what he saw? Stansbury, yeah. Question,
• 28:16
Speaker 1: and what he knew? Thank you. Stansbury, yeah, thank you. Clinton,
• 28:20
Speaker 1: I wish Shantae would have told me. I liked her,
• 28:22
Speaker 1: but I didn't think it was anything unusual. And I
• 28:25
Speaker 1: can tell you how many airplanes I've been on, where
• 28:27
Speaker 1: rich people asked me to go, and they had someone
• 28:29
Speaker 1: offering a massage. All these boats that you go on,
• 28:32
Speaker 1: and all that, they all do it. Usually I don't
• 28:35
Speaker 1: do that. I'm not into this. Stansberry, well that certainly
• 28:38
Speaker 1: raises some other questions about people offering free massages and boats, etc.
• 28:43
Speaker 1: But I do want to enter a couple of exhibits
• 28:45
Speaker 1: into the record. I know council is prepared to pass
• 28:48
Speaker 1: them out. While that's occurring, we're going to introduce this exhibit.
• 28:52
Speaker 1: What is it? Exhibit 1 or Exhibit I. It'll be
• 28:55
Speaker 1: Minority Exhibit I, which is an FBI PowerPoint that was
• 28:59
Speaker 1: included in the files that was released as part of
• 29:02
Speaker 1: the Epstein Files Transparency Act. I would like to introduce
• 29:05
Speaker 1: this exhibit, which is Exhibit J, which is an internal
• 29:08
Speaker 1: correspondence email between the FBI. Though I'm short on time,
• 29:13
Speaker 1: what I'll describe in both these exhibits is that your
• 29:16
Speaker 1: name appears in FBI tip sheets as having attended parties
• 29:19
Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein's presence in which sexual activities were occurring.
• 29:23
Speaker 1: Did you ever attend a party of any kind or
• 29:26
Speaker 1: any event with Jeffrey Epstein in which sexual activities were occurring?
• 29:30
Speaker 1: Answer no. Question. Okay, and then finally, there will be
• 29:35
Speaker 1: many millions of people that watch this deposition. What would
• 29:38
Speaker 1: you like to say to the survivors directly? Clinton, that
• 29:42
Speaker 1: I hope this will produce a sense of finality, and
• 29:44
Speaker 1: I don't think that'll happen until the government starts holding
• 29:47
Speaker 1: onto all these records. I think that the records should
• 29:50
Speaker 1: be released, and I think that we need to come
• 29:52
Speaker 1: up with strategies to help people who can't get over
• 29:55
Speaker 1: this get better. And the most important thing we do,
• 29:58
Speaker 1: I think, besides treat the victims, is increase the guardrails
• 30:01
Speaker 1: that will set off alarm systems and stop other people
• 30:04
Speaker 1: from doing the same thing that Epstein did. Stansbury, thank
• 30:08
Speaker 1: you very much, Mr. President. Bill Clinton, thank you. All right, folks,
• 30:14
Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
• 30:16
Speaker 1: next episode dealing with the topic, we'll pick up where
• 30:18
Speaker 1: we left off. All the information that goes with this
• 30:21
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
• 30:25
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
• 30:29
Speaker 1: this episode, we're getting right back to Bill Clinton and
• 30:32
Speaker 1: his transcript from his conversation with Congress. We had additional
• 30:38
Speaker 1: members join us in the interim. Could that member just
• 30:41
Speaker 1: identify themselves? Answer, absolutely. Hello, Mr. President. My name's Nick Langworthy.
• 30:48
Speaker 1: I'm representing New York's 23rd Congressional District, Buffalo suburbs at
• 30:53
Speaker 1: rural southern tier. Thank you for being here today. Question
• 30:59
Speaker 1: by a lawyer. Could we just, for the record, do
• 31:01
Speaker 1: a time check? Answer. We've got about five minutes left
• 31:05
Speaker 1: in this round. That's right. Answer. Thank you so much.
• 31:10
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. I think it's fine. Congressman. How are you? Question.
• 31:16
Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you for being here. and
• 31:18
Speaker 1: for your time today. Thank you for your service. As
• 31:21
Speaker 1: you know, in the files that were released, there were
• 31:23
Speaker 1: several photos, included you. And we have an exhibit here
• 31:27
Speaker 1: that's just one of the photos, Exhibit K, Minority Exhibit K.
• 31:31
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, yep. Question? Well, half that passed around. What
• 31:36
Speaker 1: we're trying to get at is some context for the
• 31:39
Speaker 1: public on whether you remember this photo and any details
• 31:42
Speaker 1: you may be able to provide us about it. Do
• 31:45
Speaker 1: you recall the details of this photo? or recall the
• 31:47
Speaker 1: photo being taken? Answer, no, I don't think I ever
• 31:51
Speaker 1: knew that photo was taken. Question, okay, for those of
• 31:55
Speaker 1: us who can't see it, it's a photo of you
• 31:57
Speaker 1: in a hot tub. There's a person next to you here.
• 31:59
Speaker 1: Do you remember where it was taken? As with whom? Answer,
• 32:03
Speaker 1: I do. Question, where was it taken? Answer, I'm almost
• 32:07
Speaker 1: sure that this was taken. I think there's an adjacent photograph,
• 32:10
Speaker 1: which you probably have, that if people thought they would
• 32:13
Speaker 1: feel that someone was trying to con them, showing them
• 32:15
Speaker 1: this picture. But anyway, this picture was taken in Brunei.
• 32:19
Speaker 1: We flew one night on the trip to Asia. That
• 32:22
Speaker 1: last very long leg. Question. OK, you said we. Who's
• 32:27
Speaker 1: that including? Clinton. Well, my tell team that was working
• 32:32
Speaker 1: on the AIDS issue. Mr. Epstein was there and Miss Maxwell.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: But anyway, we got to the end of the end
• 32:37
Speaker 1: of the flight was Brunei. It's a tiny place, but
• 32:40
Speaker 1: a very wealthy one. The Sultan of Brunei was a
• 32:43
Speaker 1: man that I had gotten to know well in my
• 32:46
Speaker 1: eight years as president. His involvement with the International Matters
• 32:50
Speaker 1: was basically to join Asian Pacific Economic Leaders Conference, which
• 32:54
Speaker 1: I started and which he attended. He was very proud
• 32:57
Speaker 1: of that. And his time came to host it. You
• 33:01
Speaker 1: do these things in rotation. It came either at the
• 33:04
Speaker 1: very end of my term or maybe the next year. Anyway,
• 33:08
Speaker 1: when he knew I was coming and he said he
• 33:10
Speaker 1: wanted to help with my AIDS initiative, and he invited
• 33:13
Speaker 1: me to stay there. He said, but I want you
• 33:15
Speaker 1: to stay at this hotel, and I hope that you'll
• 33:18
Speaker 1: use our pool. So I did, and then I got
• 33:20
Speaker 1: out and went to bed exhausted. Question, just for the record,
• 33:24
Speaker 1: there's another picture that also shows this as part of
• 33:27
Speaker 1: a larger pool area. Do you all have that so
• 33:29
Speaker 1: he can refresh his recollection with respect to that? Clinton,
• 33:33
Speaker 1: we should have it. It's quite enlightening. Then there's some
• 33:36
Speaker 1: back and forth about the picture. Question, thanks. I just
• 33:41
Speaker 1: wanted to make sure that he knew the content. Clinton's lawyer,
• 33:45
Speaker 1: were there other people in the pool or hot tub
• 33:47
Speaker 1: with you as well? Clinton, I don't think there was
• 33:49
Speaker 1: anybody in the hot tub. I then forgotten that there
• 33:52
Speaker 1: was anybody in the hot tub, but it was big. Question,
• 33:57
Speaker 1: he's asking you about the pool area. Clinton, inaudible. It
• 34:01
Speaker 1: appears in this photo there's a girl over here. There's someone.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: Clinton jumps in. Yeah, I don't know who that is. Question,
• 34:08
Speaker 1: but he's also asking, in the pool area, were there
• 34:11
Speaker 1: other individuals? Answer, yeah, I don't know who that is. Question, okay,
• 34:17
Speaker 1: so you don't know. Answer, no. And then, there were
• 34:20
Speaker 1: other people in the pool. Question, so do you remember?
• 34:23
Speaker 1: Were they under 18? Would you know? Answer, no. Question,
• 34:26
Speaker 1: were they part of your traveling party? He's asking you.
• 34:29
Speaker 1: His lawyer jumps in. Answer by Clinton, yeah, they were.
• 34:34
Speaker 1: I think everybody that was part of our party. It
• 34:36
Speaker 1: was late at night, or late-ish. And I also believe
• 34:39
Speaker 1: that there was secret service agent there at the other
• 34:42
Speaker 1: end of the pool. Question, okay. And was this in public? Answer, no.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: It was a hotel room. And he wanted us to
• 34:50
Speaker 1: stay there. And the hole, the water, this big pool
• 34:52
Speaker 1: was on the same floor. And there were several suites.
• 34:56
Speaker 1: So we went out. I swam around. I sat in
• 34:58
Speaker 1: the hot tub for five minutes or whatever it was.
• 35:01
Speaker 1: And I got up and went to bed. Question, and
• 35:03
Speaker 1: then I have to ask you this. Did you engage
• 35:06
Speaker 1: in any sexual activity with this person? Answer, no. Question, okay,
• 35:10
Speaker 1: thank you, okay. Question, and that ends this round, and
• 35:14
Speaker 1: we can go off record. They go off, and now
• 35:17
Speaker 1: they're back. Jack Emmer, all right, we'll go back on
• 35:20
Speaker 1: the record. Thank you for that. I appreciate it. Clinton's lawyers.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: And we'll start with inaudible. Question now from an unnamed speaker. Wonderful. Hello, Mr. President.
• 35:34
Speaker 1: How are you? Bill Clinton, fine. Question, good, thank you
• 35:37
Speaker 1: so much for being with us today. Clinton, excuse me
• 35:41
Speaker 1: for being hoarse. Question, oh, you're fine, Mr. President. Mr. President,
• 35:46
Speaker 1: I want to make my questions as quick and as
• 35:48
Speaker 1: painless as possible so we can move on with the
• 35:51
Speaker 1: day and hopefully not keep you here for too long.
• 35:54
Speaker 1: First question I have for you, Mr. President, have you
• 35:57
Speaker 1: ever lied in a deposition? Clinton, no. Question, have you
• 36:01
Speaker 1: ever lied while under oath? Clinton, no. Question, thank you.
• 36:04
Speaker 1: Were you personally aware that Jeffrey Epstein visited the White
• 36:07
Speaker 1: House 17 times during your presidency? Answer, at the time
• 36:11
Speaker 1: it happened. Question, yes. Answer, no, not at the time
• 36:14
Speaker 1: it happened. I was not. Question, so Jeffrey Epstein never
• 36:18
Speaker 1: asked to meet you personally in the White House while
• 36:20
Speaker 1: you were president during those 17 visits? Answer, not to
• 36:23
Speaker 1: my knowledge. Question, would you know who he was meeting with? Answer, no.
• 36:28
Speaker 1: I didn't know he was coming. Question, is that standard
• 36:31
Speaker 1: protocol for the president? Not to know of someone who
• 36:34
Speaker 1: is visiting the White House 17 times? Clinton's lawyer jumps in.
• 36:38
Speaker 1: So wait, excuse me, just to be clear. The White
• 36:41
Speaker 1: House office, which has 1,600 employees? You're speaking of the
• 36:44
Speaker 1: White House office, yeah? Answer, yes. Question, okay. Bill Clinton, no.
• 36:49
  Speaker 1: I think that most presidents don't have a clue who's
• 36:52
Speaker 1: coming in every day, unless it's somebody of personal interest
• 36:54
Speaker 1: to the president. Question, yes. And you did have a
• 36:58
Speaker 1: familiar relationship with Epstein, is that correct? Answer, no. I
• 37:01
Speaker 1: wasn't aware I'd ever met Epstein when I was president.
• 37:05
Speaker 1: Question while you were president. We're trying to establish if
• 37:08
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was a foreign or potentially even a domestic
• 37:11
Speaker 1: asset of some kind. Do you have any reason to
• 37:13
Speaker 1: believe that he was trying to seek access to classified material,
• 37:17
Speaker 1: intelligence reports, or sensitive government information? Answer. No, I knew
• 37:23
Speaker 1: nothing about this story until it came up. I was
• 37:26
Speaker 1: glad to see that the picture of gets cut off. Yes.
• 37:30
Speaker 1: And Mr. President, Sorry to interrupt you, Mr. President, since
• 37:33
Speaker 1: knowing Jeffrey Epstein and knowing that he had visited the
• 37:36
Speaker 1: White House, were there any conversations from your associates, any
• 37:40
Speaker 1: White House staff, or anyone familiar with the meetings that
• 37:42
Speaker 1: said he was seeking detailed information about government relationships? His
• 37:47
Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Does that question relate to back in
• 37:50
Speaker 1: the day or now? What's the time of the question?
• 37:54
Speaker 1: Question I'm asking since you have been aware any time since.
• 37:58
Speaker 1: After you were aware that Jeffrey Epstein visited the White
• 38:01
Speaker 1: House 17 times. Has there been any conversation with anyone?
• 38:06
Speaker 1: That you were aware that Jeffrey Epstein was seeking sensitive
• 38:09
Speaker 1: government information? Lawyer jumps in. She's asking to the best
• 38:14
Speaker 1: of your recollection. Clinton, to the best of my knowledge, no. Question,
• 38:19
Speaker 1: yes sir, thank you. And moving on. At any time,
• 38:22
Speaker 1: while you were traveling on any aircraft, owned, leased, or
• 38:25
Speaker 1: otherwise affiliated, With Jeffrey Epstein, did you engage in sexual
• 38:29
Speaker 1: relations or sexual activity with anyone other than your wife? Answer, no. Question,
• 38:35
Speaker 1: during any such flight, did you witness or have knowledge
• 38:38
Speaker 1: of any other individual engaging in sexual activities with female passengers? Answer, no. Question,
• 38:45
  Speaker 1: in 2002, you participated in a 10-day multi-country trip to
• 38:49
Speaker 1: Africa while traveling on a Boeing 727 owned by Mr. Epstein.
• 38:53
Speaker 1: The trip was organized by Glenn Maxwell. Do you recall
• 38:56
Speaker 1: this trip, Mr. President? Answer, I recall the trip, but
• 39:00
Speaker 1: I don't know that it was organized by Glenn Maxwell. Speaker, yes, sir. Question,
• 39:04
Speaker 1: I believe we were going to places that I needed
• 39:07
Speaker 1: to go for my work in Africa. Question, yes, sir.
• 39:10
Speaker 1: Internal FBI records describe the aircraft as having a section
• 39:13
Speaker 1: with couches adjacent to, with a sliding glass door leading
• 39:17
Speaker 1: to another compartment. There was a bed. Are you familiar
• 39:20
Speaker 1: with the layout of this aircraft that you traveled on? answer,
• 39:24
Speaker 1: I'm familiar with the fact that there was a bench
• 39:26
Speaker 1: to turn into a bed at the end of the
• 39:28
Speaker 1: passenger seats. The fact that he's playing coy here is hilarious,
• 39:32
Speaker 1: considering he had a favorite seat on the plane. Question,
• 39:36
Speaker 1: and no other bed you were familiar with? Did you
• 39:39
Speaker 1: ever go into any other part of the aircraft with
• 39:42
Speaker 1: a bed that you perhaps lied on or utilized? Answer,
• 39:45
Speaker 1: I'm familiar with the bench. It turned into a bed.
• 39:48
Speaker 1: I don't believe I ever went into the back section. Question,
• 39:52
Speaker 1: and at any time while traveling on such aircraft, do
• 39:55
Speaker 1: you remember utilizing either the bench that laid? I'll keep
• 39:58
Speaker 1: it as one option for now. Do you remember utilizing
• 40:01
Speaker 1: the bench as a bed? Was it laid down as
• 40:03
Speaker 1: a bed? Answer, if you remember, his lawyer says. Clinton,
• 40:07
  Speaker 1: I don't remember, but that doesn't mean I didn't. I'm
• 40:10
Speaker 1: familiar with the note. Question, yes, sir. FBI internal records
• 40:14
Speaker 1: relay testimony from Dr. Greg Bledsoe, who participated on the
• 40:18
Speaker 1: 2002 Africa trip. Did Dr. Bledsoe describe multiple millionaires? Dr.
• 40:23
Speaker 1: Bledsoe does describe multiple millionaires and billionaires on the plane.
• 40:28
Speaker 1: Do you remember any of the names of those individuals,
• 40:30
Speaker 1: potentially even the actor Kevin Spacey? Clinton, yeah, Kevin was
• 40:34
Speaker 1: on the plane. Question, he also describes multiple young women
• 40:38
Speaker 1: were present on the flights and that Maxwell appeared to
• 40:41
Speaker 1: be in a position over the girls on the plane
• 40:44
Speaker 1: and was directing the girls. Can you describe the purpose
• 40:47
Speaker 1: of these women participating in this multi-country trip? His lawyer
• 40:52
Speaker 1: jumps in, objection to the form of the question. No
• 40:56
Speaker 1: objection to you asking the president what he saw, observed,
• 40:59
Speaker 1: and heard, but he can't possibly speak to what Maxwell,
• 41:01
Speaker 1: what was in her mind. Question, did you witness Mr. President, Ms. Maxwell,
• 41:06
Speaker 1: appearing to be in the position over the other girls
• 41:09
Speaker 1: on the plane and possibly directing the girls? Answer, well,
• 41:13
Speaker 1: I thought that she was Epstein's top aide. and that
• 41:15
Speaker 1: she was basically in charge of what happened. Question, what
• 41:18
Speaker 1: did happen, Mr. President? Answer, I don't know. I've already
• 41:22
Speaker 1: told you this. I'll tell it again. I never saw
• 41:24
Speaker 1: anybody do anything wrong. I thought that they were flight attendants. Question,
• 41:29
Speaker 1: do flight attendants typically wear tank tops and jeans? Answer,
• 41:33
Speaker 1: they don't all wear uniforms on private planes. Question, yes, sir.
• 41:36
Speaker 1: Most are dressed probably pretty business class. His lawyer jumps in,
• 41:42
Speaker 1: so his testimony was, with respect to private aircrafts, people
• 41:46
Speaker 1: are not wearing uniforms. Question, Dr. Bledsoe described in Audible
• 41:52
Speaker 1: one of the girls serving as a masseuse. At any point,
• 41:54
Speaker 1: did you or other male passengers receive a massage from
• 41:58
Speaker 1: this young woman or any other young woman as described
• 42:01
Speaker 1: as a masseuse? Answer, well, I've seen the picture that
• 42:05
Speaker 1: shows that in an airport waiting area, one of them
• 42:09
Speaker 1: was massaging my neck. That's all I've seen. Question, have
• 42:12
Speaker 1: you received more than one massage from these trips with Mr.
• 42:16
Speaker 1: Epstein and young girls that were present? Clinton, I don't
• 42:19
Speaker 1: recall them, but the problem I remember from that trip
• 42:23
Speaker 1: was that my neck had spasmed and I was in
• 42:25
Speaker 1: and so they offered to help me and I let
• 42:27
Speaker 1: them help. Question, she asked whether or not you recalled
• 42:31
Speaker 1: any other massage. Bill Clinton, no, I do not. All right, folks,
• 42:35
Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
• 42:37
Speaker 1: next episode, we're going to pick up where we left off.
• 42:40
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
• 42:42
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
