- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: Do your best.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if you love after somebody.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm pretty good.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, pretty good share is what everybody said.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a share.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's pretty good.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_03]: Share is what I'm going to share about mine.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_03]: And what about Carter's is whatever.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_03]: Did you guys know that I think Steven from Amber Lynn sounds exactly like share?
- 1:02[SPEAKER_03]: I knew that.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_03]: I really know that band very well.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_03]: Have you heard of share?
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_03]: And they're kind of the same.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_03]: Imagine if share saying angsty love songs that were kind of Christ adjacent.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_03]: Oh.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_03]: They're Christian flavored.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's like church lacroys.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's church lacroys.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_03]: Some of the ages has been burped into a can and that's what came out of Amberland.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: And the voice of truth.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: So you'll do not be over here.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: Free, free, free, free.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_03]: Turning into old Elton a little bit.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, love it modern day Elton.
- 1:43[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, could be also this is two chunks in a hunk.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's us.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm Jordan.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_06]: From the show.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_06]: I'm Doge.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_06]: Yep.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_06]: Any more?
- 1:55[SPEAKER_06]: Is that the punchline?
- 1:57[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Dosh, and today's punchline is they had too many unresolved issues to unpack.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_03]: And I did, there's air quotes around issues.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_03]: Too many unresolved issues to unpack.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_03]: Why did too many unresolved issues?
- 2:10[SPEAKER_03]: Why did the magazines break up?
- 2:12[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I was going to say.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_03]: So I'll say why did the comic books break up?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_03]: Close.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_03]: But what you guys are forgetting is that the actual, the actual joke is why did the couple go to therapy?
- 2:24[SPEAKER_03]: They had too many unresolved issues to unpack.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_03]: They forgot to make it a joke.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_04]: They had, and that's new for this.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_03]: The first time they've ever forgotten to do a joke.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_03]: Why did the comic books go to therapy or why did the magazine?
- 2:42[SPEAKER_03]: I think that's what it was supposed to be.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_03]: But the person was just like, that doesn't make sense.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_03]: Still bad talk.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_03]: Still a bad joke though because they went to therapy because they had too many.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_03]: Unresolved issues to unpack.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_03]: That's what you do in therapy.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_06]: They had too many.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_02]: I'm Carter in.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to start our podcast.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_03]: I won't.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, man.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to start our podcast with the line.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_03]: Hold on.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_03]: Why did you send this picture?
- 3:19[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's the picture at the top of the page where the jokes are.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_03]: So you know it's funny.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_03]: This is AI, huh?
- 3:27[SPEAKER_03]: No, I think most cartoon hearts have five fingers on one handed for on the other.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_03]: I just saw that.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_03]: That's part of their net.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_03]: That's holding the flowers.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_03]: Let's play a good quick.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_03]: Creature is holding the flowers.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_03]: The flowers are holding itself.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_03]: Whoa.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_03]: My first thought is that it's a bunny.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know why it just feels like it doesn't look like a bunny doesn't.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_03]: It's because the big feet, can I just say, but it's the texture on the cloth that is wrapped around the flowers is really well done.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_03]: Good job AI.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_03]: There's not little burlars can't do.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_03]: I will say, it does, I mean, the heart looks, the heart looks like a ball that you would get in a happy meal.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's way too shiny and I don't care for it on that heart.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_03]: The extra, the, it looks like a bunny.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_03]: We'll say it's a bunny.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_03]: Both of its legs are on the left side of its body.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and it does have a weird kind of just blur coming off its ass.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_03]: There's no tail or really bottom edge at all.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_03]: No, I mean, the hearts.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_03]: Both of its legs are behind the, there's no right leg.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, sure.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm talking about how the bunnies asked just sort of fades and becomes one with the force like Yoda.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_03]: How about how the hearts legs become shoes?
- 4:37[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's normal though.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_03]: That happens.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_03]: That's, what are your legs like?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_03]: There is.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not there.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, man.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, let's blind draft.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_03]: We've done this a bit in the last few episodes.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_03]: Blind draft is I'll have ten, you know, things, people, things I read.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_03]: They got a rank up.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to give anything away to play a little bit correct.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_03]: I have ten, you know, people.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_03]: So I'll read these out normally.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_03]: I would say like, hey, here's the theme.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_03]: We don't do that here on two chunks because these guys are professionals.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_03]: and the top list makers, top rankers, we've been doing it for almost a decade now.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_06]: We've got one through ten.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_06]: And I start this with, share.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_06]: On the scale of one to ten, we're a share.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_06]: Four, four.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_03]: Whoa!
- 5:37[SPEAKER_03]: Look at, hey, this is a good sign.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_03]: I feel it.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_03]: This is a good sign.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_03]: I feel it.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's really only because they both end in R.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_03]: If seven was sever, I would have said sever.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_03]: Next we have.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm going to put here at number terror.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_03]: I'm thinking like fire or seer.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_03]: The seer.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_03]: And here's her sever.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_03]: She's number nine.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_03]: Me dude.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: Number two.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: Number one.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_02]: No more.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_06]: Next we have Madonna.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_06]: Three.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_06]: Ooh, I was going to say six.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_05]: What?
- 6:23[SPEAKER_03]: Why did you say, I mean, I like everything about Madonna more than that same thing about share.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think I disagree with that.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think I would put Madonna below share because I think by what?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_03]: It's probably going to be musicians who act singers who did acting in a role.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_03]: and share one an Oscar for this.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_03]: And that means it's good.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's good.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_03]: That's not the same thing that you just said.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_03]: Do you think it's good or did you want an Oscar for those are two different conversations?
- 6:53[SPEAKER_03]: Both.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think I think it's good.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm glad you want an Oscar for it because that means people agree with me and she did a good job.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_03]: Three.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_03]: Would you settle for five?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_03]: Five.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_03]: Madonna.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_02]: Five.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_02]: Sting.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, thingshare can do Madonna does better except for the one thing that those thingshare does.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: Sting.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: Sting.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: This is the dagger from.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_06]: This is the pro wrestler.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_06]: Formerly of the new world order.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_06]: I'm feeling a six for sting.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_06]: I was feeling six for sting.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_03]: Six.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_03]: because they both start with S. Hmm.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_06]: Stoo, stun, stree.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_06]: Sting.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_06]: Next we have Jared Leto.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_06]: Eleven.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's a bad person.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_03]: Barry him beneath the list.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_03]: I'll go ten.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_03]: Just for his Joker, I'll go ten.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_03]: Ten.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_03]: And, unfortunately, he isn't a couple movies I really like, but I will go ten.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_03]: You did see that he has been accused of sexual harassment by multiple people at this point, like this, this broke a couple of weeks ago.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_03]: Which, I can't believe he got surprised.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so surprised.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_03]: Coast stars used condoms on the set of suicide squad as a sexual harasser.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so surprised.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_03]: Does mean that Tron Aries is sort of dead on a rival, huh?
- 8:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_03]: I can't believe we're still casting him in stuff.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_03]: Ten.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_03]: I can't do either, man.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_06]: Next we have Ryan Gosling.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_06]: One.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_06]: One.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_01]: One.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_06]: One.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_06]: Wow.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_03]: Ugly as to people ranked from from least ugly to most ugly.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_02]: No!
- 8:57[SPEAKER_02]: No!
- 8:57[SPEAKER_06]: Next we have... Jennifer Lopez.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_06]: Eight.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_06]: Eight's great with me.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_06]: Because they both end with tea.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_03]: Nice.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_03]: Jennifer Lopez.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_03]: Jennifer?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_03]: Jennifer?
- 9:15[SPEAKER_03]: Jennifer to Lopez.

- 9:47[SPEAKER_03]: Uh-huh.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_03]: Great American hero Tesla.

- 9:57[SPEAKER_03]: We have next.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_03]: Levy Gagal.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_03]: Can I say two?
- 10:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

- 10:04[SPEAKER_03]: I'm glad we're on the same page there.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think two.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: Seven and nine left here.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: We will be.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_02]: As we often ask on this podcast, who will be the buns to our J-Lo sandwich here?
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: Who will be the chocolate cookie to the J-Lo cream?
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: I actually- Oh, cool, Jay.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, J-Lo cream bothered me.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

- 11:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, nine is great.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_02]: L. A cool nine, ladies love cool nine.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_02]: And lastly, number seven will be Marky Mark, Mark Wahlberg.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_03]: I wish he was lower.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, did too.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_03]: Why is that?
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: Has he sexually harassed somebody?
- 11:45[SPEAKER_03]: No, he's just kind of a chode.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_03]: I love Mark Wahlberg.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_03]: Number one, Ryan Gosling.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_03]: Number two, ladies and gentlemen.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_03]: This was by the way, yes, you guessed it.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_03]: I thought I'd throw you off a little bit because it was like one name.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_03]: The first three were one name.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_03]: Who's your Curtis?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think that much.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_03]: That's wild.

- 12:31[SPEAKER_02]: Very good.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_03]: I like this list.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_03]: I like this list.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we did a good job.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_03]: I'm proud of this one.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_03]: Honestly, they're most of them are pretty good anyways.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_03]: I think your top half is great.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_02]: Then your bottom half needs some work.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_03]: But, you know, if I had a nickel for every time I heard that, sure, as I said, you sound like my doctor.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_03]: I probably move LL cool J. Up a couple spots, bump everybody else down.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'd feel fine.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_03]: Are you a lady?
- 12:59[SPEAKER_03]: Because it sounds like you love cool J. I like cool James more than I like Mark Waltberg.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_03]: as a person, not as an actor necessarily, but.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_02]: What is the childiness of Walberg to you?
- 13:13[SPEAKER_03]: I just can't pop up with how many times he's in movies that are just like for dads that love America so much.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_03]: And then also he did.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: There was some pretty famous racism in the late nineties or thousands from the man.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: There you go.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_03]: Good reason not to like him.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_03]: I can send you a list of his racist hate crimes from the independent.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my, good Lord.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_03]: There you go.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_03]: You said you love him and you agree with everything he stands for.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_03]: So, I just think you should know.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_03]: Just really, you should know.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_03]: Have you seen the blind symbol, Carter?
- 13:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, dude.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_03]: Where he goes to play for the Philadelphia Eagles.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I've seen him, pencil.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_02]: I played green.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_03]: Well, about the one, have you seen the movie where he's on a oil rig for America?
- 14:02[SPEAKER_03]: He saves America from the oil rig.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen that one.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_03]: That's right.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's time for America's favorite game show.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_03]: Two chunks in a hunk presents wild hogs.

- 15:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_03]: A prominent necklace.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know why.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_03]: I've never guessed this for a hedgehog before.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_03]: I feel as though.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's anatomically correct.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_03]: It looks like a real hedgehog.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_03]: I feel as though there is some sort of a holy symbol in this image like a cross or something like that.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_03]: This I want this head of cog loves Jesus.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_03]: I think this head of cog might be a cleric.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_03]: Big gigasus fan.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_03]: I need it.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_03]: I need a big eyelashes.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_03]: I need them.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to get me bandana then.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_03]: Is what I'm going to get me.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_03]: You know what?
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: Because you took eyelashes.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to get me angry.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_02]: Clearly not.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to get me.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to get me.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_06]: I don't want to say a aggressive gesture, but I'm going to get me like looking like the rate of fight kind of thing.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I'm saying?
- 16:31[SPEAKER_02]: So make sense?
- 16:32[SPEAKER_03]: Or does that just go with looking angry?
- 16:34[SPEAKER_03]: What is it?
- 16:35[SPEAKER_03]: From a prominent noticeable lips?
- 16:39[SPEAKER_03]: Not something found on most Hedigogs.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_03]: Most Hedigogs just have opening in face for mouth.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_03]: This Hedigog has lips.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_03]: Like lips are like a bugotox lips.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_03]: Like big ones?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_06]: Regular.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna say, man.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_06]: Some bubbles.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_06]: Oh.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_03]: Check out the bubbles on super freak.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_03]: Check out the bubbles on headache hog.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_03]: Check out the bubbles on headache hog.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, well, check out the bubbles on headache hog.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, high heels.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_03]: This is now we're just... I'm not gonna say that.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna say...
- 17:22[SPEAKER_06]: Moon boots.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_03]: I think I, I think I've just tried moon boots.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_03]: Do you mean the toy from when we were a child or like the actual moon boots moon boots?
- 17:35[SPEAKER_03]: I see what you're saying.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_02]: But they look like, uh, how would I describe it?
- 17:41[SPEAKER_02]: Moon shoes was the toy.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_02]: Moon boots.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_02]: I got it.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_06]: Let's see them now.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_06]: Camden.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, me too.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_03]: Tell me I won.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_03]: Tell me about the points I got.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_03]: Doge got either one or zero points.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_03]: Hey.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_03]: And I'll offer debate.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm last.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_03]: So this man, I am going to rule in favor of one point for Doge because I'm going to say a scarf is a big prominent necklace.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_03]: Ooh.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_03]: Because what is, what is scarf, but soft cloth necklace.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_03]: But Carter's gonna take the win here for both angry and shockingly.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_03]: Moon boots.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_03]: Only kind of, but still.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_03]: If you'll check the chat here and see what it is.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_03]: You will see.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_03]: Share the head of Cog.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_03]: I hope he would get points for Bobos.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_03]: No points for Bobos.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_03]: Share and share the headache hog.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_04]: Like happy in the face.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_03]: Angry.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_03]: Do you think that Sonic least has ever heard of real share?
- 18:49[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_03]: Based on this, I do not think this.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe this is chair.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_03]: Could be.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:03[UNKNOWN]: Could be chair.
- 19:04[UNKNOWN]: Could be chair.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: Could be chair.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_01]: Could be chair.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_03]: Could be chair.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_03]: Could be
- 19:11[SPEAKER_03]: I might have gotten three points there.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_03]: It's not my game, but it does look like, I guess no.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_03]: That's an aggressive gesture.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe not.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a handout.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_03]: Just pointing down.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_03]: I decided that you just kind of said two full sentences that meant angry looking.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_03]: So I just combined them.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_04]: Because you were like, angry and also looks ready to fight.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_03]: You're a headic hog.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_03]: No, there could be an argument for lips.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_04]: Nope.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_03]: There couldn't because there's not.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_03]: There's a line.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_03]: You're trying to say that the bottom, the top of the scarf is the bottom lip.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_03]: So no.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_03]: And then Carter Carter gets to pick
- 19:53[SPEAKER_03]: It's a scarf shaped lip.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's a top lip.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like
- 20:15[SPEAKER_03]: I got choices here, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up,
- 20:41[SPEAKER_03]: I'm getting more with R-O-N-N-I-E.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_04]: And then I've got it.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_04]: I have no R-O-N-Y at all.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_03]: I do have R-O-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-
- 21:11[SPEAKER_03]: Guard of War, I really like that game with guard of War.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_06]: Man.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_06]: What's the same?
- 21:21[SPEAKER_06]: Cage.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_03]: Cage is so good.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wow, it does.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a cage, the elephant cover band.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_03]: That sings rolling around at the speed of sound.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_03]: No, these are all just real hedgehogs and cages.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's- Oh.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_03]: What if he's like- That's where they live.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_03]: What if he like a cage?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry for that.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they should be free.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_03]: They're not mine.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_03]: Chill.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_03]: They should be free.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_03]: Chill.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_03]: Definitely in jail.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_03]: I can't have that.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_03]: I can't have that.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_03]: What if you look up cage to Hedgehog fanart?
- 21:58[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_03]: That implies there's a real cage to the Hedgehog.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_03]: Well?
- 22:04[SPEAKER_03]: Actually.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_03]: Let's all make fun of the guy who thinks it's seven animals are in cages.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_03]: And then when he actually helps our podcast, let's not give him any credit.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_02]: Does there happen to be an old man that hedgehog?
- 22:25[SPEAKER_03]: There is a character named old man Sonic, apparently.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, never mind.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_03]: Is it like old man Logan?
- 22:32[SPEAKER_03]: Was it really sad and dark and greedy?
- 22:34[SPEAKER_03]: So I can't tell the rest of the character or just that someone has memed an old man hedgehog so hard that it became part of the zeitgeist.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_03]: Loretta.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_03]: Loretta.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna make this work.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_01]: Good sign.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: Hold on.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_02]: There's a Loretta?
- 23:00[SPEAKER_02]: Well.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_02]: That was happening, dude.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_03]: We're excited.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_03]: We've never made way through a hedgehog Google.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_03]: Do you ever remember like this show used to be about something?
- 23:26[SPEAKER_03]: We used to do stuff on this podcast.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_02]: Used to get my blood pumping.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_03]: All right y'all.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_03]: Here we go.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_03]: Let me see.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_03]: I'll give you a little background information.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna leave out the name for just a second.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_03]: We'll say it before we start guessing.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_03]: Here's some of the fan characters for Sonic.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe for a new Sonic game.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_03]: Do we all have been helping me edit articles that I've been publishing and it doesn't have spell check?
- 23:59[SPEAKER_03]: So it's probably that's how I imagine you reading me.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_03]: Just out loud.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's like having a laundry mat is about.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: They suffered a lot from the truffula war.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's a pig.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's a sonic traveled back in time to discover what happened.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_04]: No one can see him or hear him.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_03]: Loretta is the princess of the forest who can't see, but can speak for the trees.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_03]: What is Loretta the Lorax look like?
- 24:28[SPEAKER_03]: Or rather the Lorax.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_03]: She can't see blindfold around her eyes, but can speak for the trees.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's what it says.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_03]: Mustache.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_03]: Um, the right of the lore acts.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, a necklace.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_03]: Um, skinny legs.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's not fair.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_03]: They're all skinny legs.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's my favorite boniver song.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_03]: The red of the orange.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_03]: You could have had negative points.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_03]: Right of the Lorax.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think there is something that designates her as a like a pre-stess of nature.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe like leaves or vines or something.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: I do think she'll be droolish.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, she's a Lorax.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think they come in other colors.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: That's assumed.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_03]: Do I get orange?
- 25:30[SPEAKER_03]: Or is that unfair?
- 25:32[SPEAKER_03]: If Lorax is notably orange,
- 25:37[SPEAKER_03]: I would give you points for it.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_03]: How do you become more orange than a lorax?
- 25:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's not what I said.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_06]: Well, notably, okay.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_06]: Gloves.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_06]: That was, that was spiteful.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_06]: Lips?
- 25:58[SPEAKER_06]: No.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_06]: The same kind of lips.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_06]: They're notable.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_03]: They're not just a line.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, not just a line.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_03]: If the lips aren't just a line, you'll get points.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_03]: We definitely don't see her eyes, but I'm going to go out on the limb here because she is of the forest and say, it's a blindfold that she is wearing a blindfold.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to say that she has a meditative posture.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_02]: When she said you missed out on that one, aren't you doing?
- 26:32[SPEAKER_03]: Hit that regassana.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I think you can't see her eyes because I think when this, when this author says can't see, they mean can't see Sonic because when you go back in time to Lorax times you're invisible.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_03]: So she has eyelashes, the right of the Lorax does.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_03]: Green eyes.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_03]: Can't lose.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_06]: Again.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_03]: Who speaks for the trees now?
- 27:03[SPEAKER_03]: And bracelet.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_03]: I shoot for the trees.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_03]: What was the last thing you said Carter?
- 27:08[SPEAKER_03]: Bracelet.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_03]: Bracelet.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_03]: I thought you said braces.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, that would be fine.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_06]: Bracers.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_06]: I'm done.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_06]: I just want to see her.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, well, with one point.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_03]: Doge wins.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_03]: Four eyelashes.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, good.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_03]: What?
- 27:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's notably orange.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_03]: Those are his hair.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_03]: That is tan with orange bracelets and ankle.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_04]: It's also, I can't believe you guys didn't guess ballet slippers.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_03]: Wait, how'd you say?
- 27:46[SPEAKER_04]: We should have guessed two slippers.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I'm sorry.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: Did you just say bracelet?
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sorry.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's, that's fur.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_03]: I wouldn't call that a bracelet.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_03]: I thought you just said you just called the bracelet.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_03]: Well, if I call it a bracelet, that was my mistake, because I would not say that that's a bracelet.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: I would say if anything, it's a sweat band.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_03]: Carter, you should have said bubbles.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_03]: You should have said bubbles.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_03]: I should have said bubbles.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_03]: I should have said bubbles.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_03]: And I should have said bubbles.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_03]: I was going to say blonde.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so we've got down a little bit.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_02]: Terry, the hunt fish.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_03]: We've got some of the characters.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_03]: Terry, the hunting fish is swammy.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_02]: So confusing.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_03]: Torei, this is the one.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_03]: What's the swamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswamiswam
- 28:58[SPEAKER_06]: Girl, actually.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_03]: We're happy for you.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_03]: That's really beautiful that you could win that.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_03]: And we're going to win together by going to shout-outs.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome!
- 29:26[SPEAKER_02]: Your tea is ready.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: And the pot heard a funny joke.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Carter here.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_03]: We're in the shout-and-outsments.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_03]: And we want to take it some time to get you guys over in the discord you've heard that before, but it is such a fun community.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_03]: We can community to be a part of.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_03]: We would have just been getting into our July month of box office ball to fill out your box office ballot.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_03]: Probably takes two minutes or less.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_03]: Really didn't take much time at all.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: That's been fun.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_03]: There's trophies now.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: Just ask Phil Hill champion of the.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_03]: I believe spring season.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_03]: We're now in the summer season.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_03]: July is jam packed because there's a lot coming out in July.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_03]: It really is kind of starting to feel like the old days in terms of there's at least more than one thing I want to see this month, which is really exciting.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: And if you could just write and review our podcast, if you haven't yet, that'd be wonderful.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_03]: That's really good for us.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_03]: It helps other people discover us outside of just people that we know, you know, word of mouth kind of thing.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_03]: If you like the podcast, let us know if you don't like it, let us know.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_03]: We're down for constructive feedback here on two chunks and on.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_03]: Thanks for that.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_03]: As long as it doesn't hurt our feelings, or doesn't require us to change anything.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_03]: Don't, don't specifically call out those.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_03]: But I think if you have anything to say about Jordan or I go for it.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, put that in the review.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_03]: Don't ask us to change anything or expect that things will be different.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_03]: But sure.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, four stars is fine.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_03]: Go ahead, do four stars.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_06]: Four is great.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_03]: While you're on your computer, while you go on the computer, like the kid that you are.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_03]: Take a look at the articles.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_03]: The cardacles that our friend Dr. Willis has been writing.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_03]: That's a card.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_03]: As the time of this recording, there have been two that have come out, a write up on Laura Dern's character, Ellie in Jurassic Park, and a write up on Michelle Yo's character.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_03]: Evelyn and everything ever all at once.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_03]: Carter's taking a look at these films and examining the leadership and charismatic qualities of these two women so far and they are fantastic.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_03]: Best part of my Friday is when Carter texts and says, hey, I got a new one out.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_03]: take a read-in through this.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_03]: It is a ton of fun.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_03]: It's got the juicy kind of like pop culturey dissection of movies and thematic resonances and things like that.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_03]: And it's also got some pretty academic calm theory stuff as well that it's just a ton of fun to read.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_03]: So if you are a nerd and you want to get smarter or if you're a jock and you get tired of sports, take a look at some of these particles.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_03]: Take a look at those cardacles, teacher feature.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_03]: It'll have teacher feature.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_03]: Next up is Voldemort.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_03]: He's bad.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_03]: So don't like don't copy anything from that.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_03]: But they'll be a point there.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_03]: You know, we got to learn defense against the dark arts.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: Then we'll have Ramonda, Queen Ramonda.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_03]: That's Angela Bassett's character.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_03]: Cool.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: From the Black Panther movies and then lastly, well, wouldn't wouldn't you guess?
- 32:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_02]: Ellen Ripley of Alien.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_02]: She'll be in there.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_06]: So that's fun.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_06]: Give Married.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_06]: Go.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_06]: Go do it.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:44[SPEAKER_03]: And we're back!
- 32:45[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:45[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:46[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: We're back!
- 32:47[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:47[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:47[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:47[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:48[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:49[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:50[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:50[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:51[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:51[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:52[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:53[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:53[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:54[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:54[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:55[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:55[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 32:56[SPEAKER_03]: We're back!
- 33:12[SPEAKER_03]: everything about Moonstruck.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_03]: It's one of those, which romcoms can do this.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_03]: And I think we've had several that have done this in the past.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_03]: It's one act of playish to me.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_03]: It is a family focus, crazy dynamic, messy fun.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_03]: I just really enjoy it.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_03]: It also I understand that I'm coming in with such a nostalgic lens.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_03]: I grew up on Moonstruck.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_03]: It was something that
- 33:41[SPEAKER_03]: There were lines that I remembered.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: It'd been a bit since I've seen it.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_03]: I think the last time I saw it was this was one of the movies that came up when I was dating Chelsea.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_03]: When you're kind of like getting to know, like movie people getting to know each other, I recommend this.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_03]: She recommends that.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: What does she recommend?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_03]: What was her counter to this?
- 34:02[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember what the counter was.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_03]: We did joke about how outside of maybe oceans eleven, because every cool girl in college had at least oceans eleven.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_03]: You know.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_03]: Count me as a cool girl.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_03]: I love them.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_03]: Count me as a cool girl.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but it was like white or pink spines.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_03]: So it was like, yeah, legally blind.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_03]: Sweet home Alabama.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_03]: Didn't think's ahead about you.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: That's.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_03]: Cali's DVD collection for sure.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_03]: So that was fine.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_03]: It was like, have you heard of Moonstroke?
- 34:32[SPEAKER_03]: Cause also Moonstroke kind of felt not like criterion.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't think a ton of people know.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_03]: About moon struck.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think our friends were talking about moon struck.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but I love it.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_03]: Young Knit Cage, which is crazy.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_03]: Share does a great job.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it's like a moment of yours.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_03]: Great.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_03]: Like, wow, this singer can act too.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_03]: What, what range?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_03]: And back when Oscar's met more to me before I understood that it was just so politics.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_03]: So who knows how she acquired this, but I like to think it's because she did a good job.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_03]: I really like it.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_03]: I love every character in this movie.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's written so well, it actually went three Oscars.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_03]: We got one for Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and then Best Screenplay.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_03]: I really love the writing and I love the written really well.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_03]: The back and forth.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_03]: There's little parts of Seinfeld in there for me.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of parts of like, I don't know.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_03]: There's nothing about the Italian family in New York.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_03]: That is so good.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_03]: At one point, I looked over at Chelsea because we had just had a pretty nice dinner.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: And we had some pasta that was delicious and some of the best of time food we've had with a bowl and a sauce.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: It's been a long time.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_03]: And I was watching them blood sport from blood support.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_03]: I was watching them eat around the dinner table.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_03]: And I was like, how many people in the world just to have what we would think is the peak.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_02]: And we spend a lot of money on just every day.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_03]: Walking into the shops, cutting off a wheel of the good cheese.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_03]: And your parents just make the kind of thing that I go and spend too much money on.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_03]: And like, man, that's real stuff.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_03]: That's the good thing.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_03]: Do you think those people are eating like hot dogs and crap back in general?
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're eating really well.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think this every night.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_03]: This is a little mini-stroney, just gonna throw this on there.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I wanted to make my own espresso.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_03]: I think that's gonna be something that I do, but just seeing the little espresso part on the stove.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_03]: I love it.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's funny.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's romantic.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_03]: I think I viewed it differently being older and being married for a while.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think that I would say it is funny.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_03]: I think I would say I don't find it particularly romantic.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_03]: I think it just calmed it to me.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_03]: No, to me, I think it leans it feels and I don't think this was the intended effect.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_03]: It leans toward the absurd for me of like, this would be like a movie.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go see this at Alamo and laugh at how totally wild Nicholas Cage is in this movie.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_03]: And how completely bananas it is that her fiance comes back from Italy and it's just like, yeah, you can marry my brother.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't talked to him five years.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_03]: That's fine.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_03]: As long as mom doesn't die, there's so much of it that is just wild.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_03]: And it's the writing is fun.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_03]: It does feel like a play.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm glad you said that.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like it totally feels
- 37:15[SPEAKER_03]: Like it was a play first and is now a movie.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I enjoyed it.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_06]: I enjoyed it.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_03]: Jordan, go.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_03]: I hate movies so much that I called Doge halfway through to see if we should change to a different movie because I thought there was no way anybody would like it.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_04]: And he was like, I'm really enjoying it.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, all right, never mind.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_04]: And then hung up and just finished it.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I thought this was terrible.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_03]: I try sometimes when we watch movies for the podcast and not talk to Cali about them until we're done because I don't want either of us to color each other's opinions.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_03]: And about halfway through the movie, we paused it to make dinner.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_03]: And I hit pause.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_03]: And I just went,
- 37:58[SPEAKER_03]: Dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude,
- 38:27[SPEAKER_04]: until the end of the movie, stuff just happens.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_04]: And it's nobody reacts in a natural or real way.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_04]: There is no sense to be made at all.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_04]: The only redeeming thing I can see about this movie is that people are like, I love New York in the eighties.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_04]: It sounds good, man.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's like everybody has back stories in history.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_04]: And then the movie starts and everybody, like the spirit of Moonstruck
- 38:54[SPEAKER_03]: in habits, their bodies, and they can only do what the movie says with no rhyme reason or logic to it.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe they can only do what the moon says.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_03]: That's most moon.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_03]: That's true.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_03]: I thought the moon thing was ham-fisted and clumsy.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that the romance and chemistry was literally non-existent.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that there were two acting performances that I thought were worth anything in the whole movie, and it was Cosmo and the professor funny.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_03]: I treasure everybody else in the movie was
- 39:24[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, just there.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_03]: And I think shared does great.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_03]: I think shared does fine.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_03]: And then it just kind of ends with everybody being like, this is fine.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: This is good.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_03]: I did a lot of my life.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_03]: Like family in New York.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_03]: I think a lot of my laughs were at the movie rather than this.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_03]: because of the movie.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_03]: And now I did, I think the only couple that should stay together is the ant in the uncle and everybody else should get divorced immediately.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_03]: They are unhappy at best and in an abusive situation at worst.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, I thought the message of the movie was insane that it was just like sometimes men cheat because they feared that's okay.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's just I'm ridiculous.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think it's like except for maybe twenty percent of what you said those were the same reasons that I would like the movie.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I don't like that you know, it starts off with Nick talking about
- 40:24[SPEAKER_03]: Get rid of off himself and see I did because I did like that because I was watching it was like this is what I want from a Nicholas Cage performance Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
- 40:40[SPEAKER_03]: One Muppet.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's the opposite of the thing that we do where it's like one person in the rest of Muppets.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_03]: This movie feels like one Muppet in the rest of people, but nobody told the Muppet or the people that this was happening.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: And the cast Nicholas Cage is the Muppet and then a regular movie happened around the Muppet.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_04]: And yes, of course, Nick Cage being like,
- 40:59[SPEAKER_04]: He's doing my life.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_03]: Like that's funny, but it's not funny because they wanted Nick Cage to be funny.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's funny because he's a ridiculous casting choice for a love interest in this movie.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_03]: So like, do you read about how he pulled teeth out for this role?
- 41:13[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_03]: He had pulled teeth out for like movies before that, which was crazy.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_03]: But I was like man he's he's mouth kind of jacked up a little bit and I guess the nicest way possible, but no he like it's he was Nick Cage very early on in his career.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_03]: I I absolutely
- 41:31[SPEAKER_03]: love the messiness.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think that there's parts of Moonstruck, a part of the reason I enjoy it so much as it kind of judges feel like a cartoon, just in the way that things are resolved and a little bit sticky.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_03]: I, the scene where the ant and uncle see the moon and he comes back and she is looking back at him and he, she says, you look twenty five.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that was so sweet.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_03]: I got a motion.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I like that scene.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_03]: Like I really love that scene.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_03]: And I think the last of the love besides the aunt and uncle, I think there is no love to be found in this movie besides the aunt and uncle.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think there is infatuation like cheap, quick infatuation.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_03]: They know each other for about seventy two hours by the time they get engaged.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think there is cheap infatuation and there is Stockholm-esque loyalty.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_03]: But there is no love to be found in this film outside of the end, Uncle.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_03]: It is, were you looking for realism?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_03]: What were you looking for?
- 42:26[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to unpack it a little bit.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_03]: Coherence and a plot that matters at all.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_03]: This movie is a poster for me in honesty.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: I love moon struck.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_04]: And hey, but that seems to be the internet.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_04]: Is everybody's either like, you don't get it?
- 42:48[SPEAKER_04]: It's supposed to be an opera.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_04]: It's over the top.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_04]: It's a tenets amazing.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_03]: Or people that are just like, what is this pile of, yeah, I hope you don't hear me from the tone of you don't get it.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think you think I don't get it.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_03]: I know I don't get it.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: I don't get it.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: I know I don't get it.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_03]: I just love it.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_03]: I think, um,
- 43:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to think of why...
- 43:16[SPEAKER_03]: Because the chaos of it just makes sense, that it doesn't make sense.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_03]: I think from the jump, we realize that this is just a, just things happen.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_03]: People feel like there's something like magical about what's going on.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_03]: People get cursed.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_03]: There's these deep, deep superstitions within the family dynamic.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_03]: And some people are just, it's just a bunch of people that have had bad luck.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_03]: And things just aren't going well.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_03]: There's the difference between like, good you Jew and bad Jew Jew, I don't know, man.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_03]: I just really like it.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_03]: I think it doesn't help that I have trouble describing what it is.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think there's anything like it and that's probably fortunate for the two of you.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_03]: Um, that there's nothing like anywhere else over here.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_03]: We'll listen.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_03]: I'm somewhere in the middle.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_03]: I, I think it's a lot of fun.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_03]: I won't watch it again.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_03]: Probably for a while.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's a lot of fun.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't, I wasn't like, you would watch this again.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_03]: Like there, you could see yourself being like, I want to watch this movie again.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't like, I wasn't like, oh my god, I can't believe this hasn't ended yet.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_03]: Can you?
- 44:20[SPEAKER_03]: But I also wasn't like, I can't, I don't want this to ever end.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_03]: As a fellow first time watching with a vastly different experience from me, can you put towards what you liked about it?
- 44:33[SPEAKER_03]: The, I think Carter is describing it well when he says the chaos of just like, let's point a camera at a super dysfunctional group of individuals.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_03]: Let's, the characters, I think are all unique and interesting and the way they interact with each other.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_03]: It is a sign filled in that way of like, let's just take interesting people and put them in a situation and just watch how they interact.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_03]: I thought that was really interesting and it there are elements of it that I think it is the the loud immigrant family vibe of it that reminded me of like whenever whenever the parents of one of the parents get together on on the marvelous Mrs. Mayzel.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_03]: It's like let's watch these two couples with vastly different relationships pretty horrible experiences with each other.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_03]: Let's watch, Major's parents and Joel's parents interact with each other, like just this huge, messy family dynamic.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's not a fun to me.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_03]: I really did enjoy that.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I feel like in Maysville though, the parents live in the world, the movie is taking place in.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_04]: Like, if you think they do here too.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_04]: No, everybody's just like, it's just like, Salula Queez and Monologues about weird stuff.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_04]: Like, nobody's right.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_03]: It feels like a play.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I think it's just, it's not the same tone as Maysville.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_03]: But the tone is I think intentionally more theatrical because the climax of the movie takes place at the opera.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_06]: Sure.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_06]: Sounds good.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I enjoyed it.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_03]: It is not.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_03]: Again, I was not watching it saying, I can't wait for this to end.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_03]: And I was not watching it saying, I hope this never ends.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_03]: I find myself in a rare position of being somewhere in the middle between the two of you.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_03]: It almost ruined my night.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_03]: We finish it.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_03]: And I was like, I don't know how to recover from this.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sorry.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what else we do to salvage this evening.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: Do you wish you had pivot?
- 46:23[SPEAKER_03]: You had watched it first.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_03]: For sure.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_02]: Definitely.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_02]: Save that.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_03]: I did watch it first.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_02]: Gotcha.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_03]: I watched this first and then I watched.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, she's all that.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_03]: Pretty similar.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_03]: I couldn't tell.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_03]: I'm having trouble remembering details like which movie which one was which it all sort of blinks together.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_03]: I thought when the reddit took off her glasses and became hot that it was like.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_03]: She didn't have a moment though, right?
- 46:49[SPEAKER_03]: We changed her.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_03]: She sure did.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_03]: She had the reveal.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_03]: The reveal that Freddie Prince Jr.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_03]: has one hand made of wood is pretty crazy.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it was cool when her two friends at this salon put a picture of her up and they were like, I give you a princess and then pull the pictures away and only bow.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_03]: Only bow.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_03]: You broke my brush.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, didn't work for me.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_03]: I won't, I won't harp on it.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to hurt my friends.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_03]: I know you both love it so much and I mean any more.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_03]: Well, yeah, sure.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I feel like you prefer like the air horn to stop the uncontrollable sex kind of vibe.
- 47:27[UNKNOWN]: What?
- 47:29[SPEAKER_03]: The like going to the hotel.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_03]: She's on that.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_03]: She blows the air.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it's yours.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_03]: That's what you first.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just deaf.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just deaf in one year.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_03]: It.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, not for me.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_03]: This one.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_03]: Nope.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_03]: Not for any way.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_03]: Hang on.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_03]: As the person in the middle I have to say, it's really good that we have a podcast where we can have these kinds of discussions.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_03]: And at the end of it, we're still all friends with each other.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_03]: I'm everything can some stuff, but, you know, we'll see.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_06]: I guess we should, we should rate it.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know mine.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_02]: I buy the poster for Munchra.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_02]: I love this movie.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm at a stream at UnmoonStruck.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_03]: I will watch it again.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_03]: I do not want to pay for it again.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_03]: But I will watch it.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_03]: I just, with ads though, right?
- 48:33[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like you're slowly inching back further and further on this movie.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_03]: You could say you hated too, doesh.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_03]: I don't hate it.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it was fine.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_03]: It was fine.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it was amazing.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it was terrible.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_03]: It was fine.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't dislike the movie.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I forget it for me.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_03]: Be honest.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_03]: That was?
- 48:58[SPEAKER_03]: Be honest.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_03]: There's one worse than that.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I've been less.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I could have been more honest.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_03]: This whole episode.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I've been more honest.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I could have been more honest.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_03]: I've got a very specific kind of bad.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_03]: This movie is less
- 49:23[SPEAKER_03]: bad clearly and more just not at all anything I'm interested in or interact with.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_03]: I have I have a really this this movie hit me in a way that I have a hard time engaging with the.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_03]: like evaluation conversation of it because I everything sounds from not just from you like I go I literally googled like why do people like monstruck after it's over and like it was a lot of the same things you were saying and the whole time I was just like scoffing and shaking my head like
- 50:00[SPEAKER_04]: What are these people I'm going to ask is about the movie.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_04]: Everybody's just like, oh, you don't get it.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_04]: It's artsy.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_04]: And so like, I think I I disliked it enough that I'm having a hard time engaging in a real evaluation like a discussion of the evaluation of the movie because it is so.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_03]: I did not connect with it in such a way that hearing that the reasoning people like it is just because they connected with it is so like opposite of my experience that I have nothing really to like engage with other than just like and here's my experience you know I could like I'm having a hard time even finding sort of where the discussion can take place.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_03]: because my experience is just so, and it seems like it's pretty polarizing in general.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_03]: Like, it wasn't really hard to do.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_03]: It's really hard to be empathetic.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and that's really what my problem with the movie was, is that I just don't get it.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_04]: But genuinely, I just don't.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_03]: Like, there's some, there are people that seem to just get this movie, and it clicks with them, and I'm not one of them.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_03]: I try to think of like, what are there, you're clearly never cheated on me.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: Also, it's not.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_02]: There's some similarities too.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: Pride and prejudice.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_03]: Because I'm trying to think of what we've never been further apart, except for one other time.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_03]: And it was.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_03]: Is that true?
- 51:20[SPEAKER_03]: Dearing it.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_03]: That's the furthest apart we've ever been as pride in prejudice.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_03]: And you and I, I would think so.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, or Phantom Menace.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_01]: I like Phantom Menace more than this for sure.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_03]: Honestly, I would watch Pride in prejudice twice in a row before I would hit play on this movie again.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_03]: So the good is, it's the prejudice is awesome.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: See, I mean, you think this one's wrong?
- 51:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm trying to find something.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_03]: I now I'm just in a research mode.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to figure it out.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_03]: Figure out what it is.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_03]: Not to change your opinion.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_03]: But right now I'm talking about Jordan.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_03]: What is it?
- 51:51[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_03]: I think I would teach your feature on Jordan.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_03]: It has been so long since I watched Pride and Prejudice.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_03]: I couldn't even tell you what I'd liked or just liked about it.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_03]: It's been for many years.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_03]: I think you said it was boring.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_03]: It probably was boring.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: Nothing happens.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_03]: That's probably also true.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_03]: And that's sort of a little bit where I land here.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_03]: But I think again, to encapsulate like what I had a hard time connecting with was really just I think the characters did not feel like they were living in and reacting to a story that was happening so much as a story happened to end around them.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_03]: And we were more interested in just like,
- 52:30[SPEAKER_03]: what is their day today life like and also there's a story kind of happening but we're not going to really worry about building connection chemistry or reasons behind anything that happens in the story we're just going to like hit some story beats and then go back to like this is what their life is like and I think I would have preferred if the movie was just slice of life nothing happened versus trying to make something
- 52:50[SPEAKER_03]: happen in a plot that ultimately there's zero consequences results or changes in anybody except for now.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_03]: We've jumped from one bad engagement to a different bad engagement.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's and it's there's no consequences because everybody's governed by their own superstition.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody believes themselves to be moon struck by luck or fate or karma or kismet like
- 53:13[SPEAKER_03]: And if I felt like that actually happened, I might feel differently about it.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_03]: But I think I'm supposed to... This movie is all subtext, no text.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_06]: I think is ultimately what I'm saying.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think I agree with that, but I respect that analysis.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_03]: Now that we've rated the movie,
- 53:41[SPEAKER_03]: and had our biggest fight ever.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's going to be what the episode's called.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_03]: You won't believe how big of a fight.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_03]: You won't believe what they look like now.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_03]: The biggest fight of all time in the question mark, you won't believe the podcast after this.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_03]: I genuinely called, and was like, have you, have you started moonshirt yet?
- 53:57[SPEAKER_04]: Have you watched moonshirt yet?
- 53:58[SPEAKER_04]: And he was like, I'm twenty minutes in.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, okay.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_03]: What do you think so far?
- 54:03[SPEAKER_04]: And he was like, oh, I'm really like it.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_03]: So far as I get the call.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if he's ever called to be like, hey, have you started yet?
- 54:09[SPEAKER_03]: I'm pretty much in the need of pause and say, how awesome this is.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_04]: I can't have such a good time.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he was like, he was like, I'm like it.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_04]: So far as like, oh, yeah.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I'm about to be called me.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I knew you liked it because you told us.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just going to love.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_03]: Jessica does enjoyed it on the podcast as we boot things up.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_03]: And there's like, where's Carter?
- 54:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's not coming.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_03]: He's not coming ever again.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_03]: He's done, I think.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_03]: I was trying to think through, like, how do we, if dosures like this is a, a steaming pile?
- 54:45[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, how do we broach it?
- 54:46[SPEAKER_04]: How do we call card and be like, hey, we don't want to remove it.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, we have time tonight to make you watch a different movie.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_03]: Our show is not called three.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_03]: Our show is not called three former friends watch only good movies.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_03]: Even if it had been bad, sometimes we got to watch the stinkys.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_03]: That's fair.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_03]: Did you like Moonstruck more than Sheely?
- 55:12[SPEAKER_03]: about even, I think.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_03]: I would rather watch, I would much rather watch Gile again because Gile is, I'm not saying, I'm not saying that quality wise.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_03]: I know.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_03]: I'm fully aware that Moonstruck is a better movie, but I would watch Gile again because it didn't hurt.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_03]: Did that come out?
- 55:28[SPEAKER_03]: Did that sentence hurt you coming out when you said you're aware that Moonstruck is a better movie?
- 55:32[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_03]: I don't.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_03]: Your tongue started to smoke, like your vocal cords are like starting to like,
- 55:41[SPEAKER_03]: Turned to acid.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm fully aware that Moonstruck is a better.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_03]: Moonstruck is actually better.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_03]: Movie.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_03]: I just, I would watch sheely again because at least it's so bad that I can make fun of it.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't feel like there's anything worth making fun of in Moonstruck.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_03]: It just, well, do you think I've made fun of Moonstruck?
- 56:06[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, I'm saying I definitely felt like there was stuff worth making fun of in Moonstruck.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_03]: Nick Cage only, if I like.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_03]: He's going up it.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_03]: He's a, you put animal in this movie.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_03]: I just think it wasn't, it wasn't like so bad.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's good either is what I'm saying.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like yeah.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_03]: And she, she thinks is problematic.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, we also have issues with that.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_03]: But, you know, I don't actually get in performance.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_06]: Sure.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_06]: There you go.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_06]: I did like that.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_06]: It started to be the same.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_03]: pizza pie song I love a pizza pie song pizza pie song good song yeah one of the only songs about pizza pie I think I think so possibly what's our sign off for my last episode I think everybody say a movie that you and Carter both like that's most of them
- 57:04[SPEAKER_06]: Hmm.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe there's a lot more brightness.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe there's a lot more brightness.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe there's a lot more brightness.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe there's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:18[UNKNOWN]: There's a lot more brightness than dark.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_03]: Guys, when you think about it, swing it as hard as you can.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_03]: Listen, listen, listen, I don't believe this.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot more to be excited about than there is to be sad about.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_03]: And that's not true, but you need to hear it.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_03]: You need to hear it.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_03]: To end today's episode, I'd like for each of us to say our name.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_03]: And what our order would be at that restaurant that they returned to several times throughout the film, the Italian restaurant with Bobo the waiter.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_03]: Bobo.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_03]: Check out the Bobo's on Bobo.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_06]: Check out the Bobo's on Bobo.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_06]: What would be your order?
- 57:58[SPEAKER_06]: I know mine.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_06]: I think, I think I know mine.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_06]: Wow.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe we really do have more in common than we thought.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe we do agree on everything.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_03]: For two chunks in a hunt, I'm Jordan Tour of Italy.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a minute.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_03]: Bottom of soup salad and breadsticks dude.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_03]: One of the one of the last times and by last I do mean it in both senses of the word.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_03]: Both recent and final times I went to Olive Garden.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_03]: I ordered the tour of Italy and then everybody else in my family ordered chicken, Fettuccine, Alfredo.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_03]: And the waiter said, we'll get your tour of Italy right away.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_03]: The chicken, Fettuccine, Alfredo, we have to cook.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_03]: And I said,
- 58:45[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I guess I would have thought you had to cook the tour of Italy as well.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_03]: And she was like, oh no, we make all of those at seven in the morning when we get here and then they're under the warmer all day.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_03]: This was twelve hours later.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_03]: And then I said, okay, so you made this food at seven and it's been under the warmer lamp.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_03]: Since then, I'd like to change the chicken fettuccine Alfredo.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_03]: And the waiter said, seriously?
- 59:11[SPEAKER_03]: I said, yeah, I think I would like to.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, okay, let me cross out your order.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_03]: Let me write down chicken fedachini Alfredo, then.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_03]: That's what you do.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_04]: That's insane.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_03]: Can you believe it?
- 59:22[SPEAKER_03]: That's wild.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_03]: What serious?
- 59:25[SPEAKER_03]: Are you serious?
- 59:26[SPEAKER_03]: You want fresh food at this restaurant that you're paying for?
- 59:29[SPEAKER_03]: Are you serious?
- 59:29[SPEAKER_03]: I want to give you the stuff that I made when I was still half asleep.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_03]: That is wild.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_03]: But man, I want you to have the lasagna that I made you before I finished drinking my coffee.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_03]: I'm genuinely in shock at that story.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_03]: See, we have so much.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like it's like an old married couple where it's like, I've heard all your stories.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_03]: That's a new, that's a fresh one.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still interesting.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_03]: I still got it, right?
- 59:54[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still, I still got it, right?
- 59:55[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still, I still got it, right?
- 59:56[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still, I still got it, I'm still vibrant.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still interesting.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe you should date a nineteen year old and everybody should be fine with it.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_03]: Let me tell you this.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_03]: This is interesting.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Doge and my order at this restaurant is gonna be the manager's special, Bobo's Bodacious Busketti.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_03]: And I can't wait to taste it.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_03]: Also, I know the lady that that date isn't.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_03]: I was referencing the professor.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_03]: I would assume the lady that the date is at least twenty four twenty five.
- 1:00:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, probably close.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_03]: Probably at least.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_03]: The most struck is in the zeitgeist of like my family unit.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_03]: There's lines that they we say a lot.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_03]: And dad in moments where he would try to be romantic with my mom and he knew he fell flat.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_02]: He would just be like, birds fly to the stars, I guess.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 1:00:50[SPEAKER_03]: I thought you were going to hit that.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so confused.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I do love that.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_03]: We did that, too.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody felt a joke.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_03]: Um, Minestrone.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_03]: I want to have what she was having.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_03]: I've never had Minestrone soup.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_03]: I've never had a, I've never had an Italian veggie soup.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_03]: A hearty Italian vegetable soup.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_03]: I think that would be nice.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_03]: I gotta have a taste.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not having enough soup and nice restaurants.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_03]: And it tends to be a chef's biggest flex, isn't it, not if they can do a good soup?
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like that's at least what top chef has taught me.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_03]: They get real proud of their soups.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that I got ruined on soup by canned soup as a kid.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_02]: One of the best soups.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_03]: Can't soup is your punishment for being sick.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_03]: What if things have had was a split piece of soup?
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_03]: It was so simple.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_03]: See, I actually hate peas.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_03]: So now different.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_03]: Now we're against each other.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_03]: Chelsea does not like cheesecake at all.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_03]: Cheesecake we had last night though was basically just mascarpone cream.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_03]: Like it was like that in strawberries on like a gram crust.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: And it was super fluffy.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's a no bake cheesecake.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_03]: Delicious.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_02]: Make me bust you.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_02]: Do you rate Italian?
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: And you're like top five food.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_02]: Who are you talking to?
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: There's two of you.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_03]: So I'll go with both.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_03]: Like genre food?
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, genre.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_03]: Because I feel like everybody are either more than five.
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's tough for me.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think a top three is the conversation here.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: Because I think they're all right.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_03]: Top three then.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_03]: I can't name any more than five.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_03]: Try to name five.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_03]: Barbecue.
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_03]: Mexican, Thai cheese, Japanese seafood, Asian food.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_03]: Well, how?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_03]: How?
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_03]: Sea food and Cajun food are gonna be different.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_03]: How are you gonna donate all this stuff?
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_03]: What do you mean seafood and Cajun food are different?
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_03]: You're okay.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_03]: So then are we saying like Memphis barbecue, Texas barbecue, Georgia barbecue?
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_03]: I, I'm gonna disengage.
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_03]: Cause I feel like you're not being genuine with me right now.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I feel like I feel like I'm going top.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_03]: If we're going top three,
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_02]: It feels so good to be back in the middle, man.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, Italian.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_03]: My point, the only point that I was making is I like Italian food, but I feel like I know so many people that say it's their favorite and it wouldn't even crack top five for me.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_03]: That's what to say.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_03]: We found it.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so glad this came up.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_03]: This is why you hate Italian food is a non-fancy person's idea of fancy food.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_03]: He read reviews of like, what are people really like about Italian food?
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, why do people really get to describe it?
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_03]: They're like, just, it's because it's good.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_03]: Italian food nothing happens.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_03]: Italian food just just lives in a world, doesn't react in a realistic way to the world.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_03]: During his twenty minutes into his tour of Italy and just calls those.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, hey, do I have to finish the Italian food?
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_04]: Do I have to, is there any way that I could get out of this?
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_03]: Can we go to McDonald's plea?
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_03]: Is there any way I could get out of eating the rest of this?
