Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein's Estate Comes Under Heavy Criticism From Accusers (9/22/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on everybody? So we have an article
0:03
Speaker 1: from the New York Post tonight. And this article is
0:06
Speaker 1: about the executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate and the scumbaggery
0:12
Speaker 1: that they're up to right now. And what's so annoying
0:15
Speaker 1: about this and maddening about this is the fact that
0:18
Speaker 1: they thought they were going to slip it in on
0:20
Speaker 1: a Friday night, bury it in the news cycle, the
0:23
Speaker 1: Friday news cycle, when everybody is focused on what's going
0:27
Speaker 1: on with COVID-19 and the outbreak and the effects it's
0:31
Speaker 1: having worldwide. These clowns thought that they were going to
0:34
Speaker 1: slip this in on a Friday, that they were going
0:36
Speaker 1: to be tactical, and that we were going to miss it. Well, Mr. Indyke, Mr. Khan,
0:42
Speaker 1: like in so many other instances throughout your lives, I'm sure,
0:46
Speaker 1: but certainly... In your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, you were wrong.
0:52
Speaker 2: We caught it.
0:53
Speaker 1: It just came through on the wire. I was waiting
0:55
Speaker 1: to do the Daily Drop tonight to see if something,
0:58
Speaker 1: some new news came through. And lo and behold, a
1:01
Speaker 1: couple of hours ago, this story pops up. So let's
1:05
Speaker 1: jump right into it, shall we? Like I said, it's
1:08
Speaker 1: from the New York Post and the author is Priscilla D. Gregory.
1:12
Speaker 1: Executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate say victim's lawsuit is time barred.
1:19
Speaker 1: Executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate want a lawsuit filed under
1:22
Speaker 1: the Child Victims Act to be tossed, in part because
1:26
Speaker 1: some of the victims were adults when the alleged abuse
1:29
Speaker 1: occurred according to new court papers. Well, isn't that funny, huh, folks?
1:34
Speaker 1: Isn't it funny that Ghislaine Maxwell comes out in the
1:37
Speaker 1: sun and has a whole bunch of things to say
1:41
Speaker 1: through her mouthpiece, Laura Goldman, things that I pointed out
1:44
Speaker 1: that if you read between the lines sure look like
1:47
Speaker 1: veiled threats, and now you have the estate of... um,
1:52
Speaker 1: in charge of the people who were in charge of
1:54
Speaker 1: the estate, uh, in Dyke and Kahn, who were also mentioned,
1:58
Speaker 1: not by name, but mentioned by Ghislaine Maxwell earlier. Now
2:02
Speaker 1: you have them coming forward and trying to get things
2:05
Speaker 1: thrown out. Do you think this is a coincidence folks?
2:08
Speaker 1: Does this stuff just happen on their own or is
2:11
Speaker 1: this part of the bigger picture? In my opinion, one
2:15
Speaker 1: thing we've learned with this case is you always have
2:17
Speaker 1: to look at the bigger picture. All these little things
2:20
Speaker 1: that might not make sense on their own, well, yeah, alright,
2:24
Speaker 1: pieces of the puzzle never make sense on their own.
2:26
Speaker 1: Once you start putting things together, though, the bigger picture emerges,
2:30
Speaker 1: and then you have an idea of what is truly
2:32
Speaker 1: going on. and I think this all ties together. I really,
2:36
Speaker 1: truly believe that this all ties together, that Ghislaine Maxwell
2:40
Speaker 1: has really fired off some serious warning shots this time,
2:44
Speaker 1: and it looks like it probably has these guys shook.
2:48
Speaker 1: The galling filing from the Epstein estate concerns nine women
2:52
Speaker 1: who sued the estate in December, claiming the now-dead pedophile
2:56
Speaker 1: sexually abused them between the years of 1985 and 2007.
3:01
Speaker 1: It's obscene. It's obscene that these executors would make this move.
3:05
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, they think that this is a
3:07
Speaker 1: quality move, folks. All of a sudden, they think this
3:10
Speaker 1: is the proper move. After all the bullshit we were
3:13
Speaker 1: fed about how they wanted to get the victims fund up,
3:16
Speaker 1: and they wanted to make sure that the survivors got
3:19
Speaker 1: the reparations that they deserved. After all that bullshit from
3:22
Speaker 1: Mendyk and Khan, this is.
3:24
Speaker 2: What we get.
3:25
Speaker 1: And we called it here on this podcast, and you
3:28
Speaker 1: all knew that as well. It's not like I'm some
3:30
Speaker 1: sort of, you know, psychic here. I'm not sitting here
3:33
Speaker 1: in Mrs. Cleo's head wrap. But we all saw it
3:36
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe. We all knew the type of
3:38
Speaker 1: people we were dealing with. We all know that Khan
3:40
Speaker 1: and Indyke are not the proper men to be in
3:43
Speaker 1: charge of this. They should be removed.
3:46
Speaker 2: I don't know how all of that works. I'm not
3:48
Speaker 2: a legal guy, right?
3:49
Speaker 1: But let's get them removed somehow. That should definitely occur.
3:52
Speaker 1: They're not acting in good faith here. Denise George, you
3:56
Speaker 1: got a lot of bark. Where's that bite? Can we
3:58
Speaker 1: get some of that bite, or are you just, you know,
4:00
Speaker 1: motivated to get the money from the island so you can,
4:03
Speaker 1: you know, enrich your people? Whereas, really, you should be
4:08
Speaker 1: going after people like Indyke and Khan. You singled them
4:11
Speaker 1: out as being part of Epstein's criminal enterprise, for Lord's sake,
4:15
Speaker 1: and here they are making these sorts of demands in court?
4:18
Speaker 1: How is that even possible? The lawsuit includes plaintiffs who
4:24
Speaker 1: say they were as young as 13 at the time
4:27
Speaker 1: of the abuse.
4:28
Speaker 2: Imagine that.
4:28
Speaker 1: These girls were 13 at the time of the abuse.
4:31
Speaker 1: As the executors of this estate, how can you even
4:35
Speaker 1: go into court and make that argument to try and
4:38
Speaker 1: defend this man's fortune from these girls who obviously, obviously
4:43
Speaker 1: are telling the truth? What sort of scumbag stands up
4:46
Speaker 1: and champions that? Indycan Khan. That's the kind of scumbags
4:51
Speaker 1: I guess, folks. On Friday, executors Darren Indyk and Richard
4:57
Speaker 1: Kahn filed papers asking a judge to throw the case
5:00
Speaker 1: out because the extremely thin allegations asserted by all of
5:04
Speaker 1: the plaintiffs failed to state a claim and are time-barred
5:08
Speaker 1: in any event as each of these assaults, alleged to
5:11
Speaker 1: have been committed by Jeffrey E. Epstein, now deceased, against
5:15
Speaker 1: three plaintiffs, occurred between 13 and 35 years ago. Yeah, well,
5:20
Speaker 1: so what? What does that even mean?
5:22
Speaker 2: Time-barred.
5:23
Speaker 1: No, they're not time-barred. You're not getting a loophole this time.
5:27
Speaker 1: You're not gonna consult with your buddy Alan Dershowitz in
5:31
Speaker 1: some back room and force the prosecutors to go your
5:34
Speaker 1: way and force the whole entire case to chew.
5:37
Speaker 2: Off of your narrative.
5:39
Speaker 1: That's not going to happen this time, okay? I don't
5:41
Speaker 1: care if it was 350 years ago. I don't care
5:44
Speaker 1: if it was 3,500 years ago. And I have to
5:47
Speaker 1: read about it on a tabernacle, okay? I don't really
5:50
Speaker 1: give a shit at this point. These people are absolutely disgusting.
5:57
Speaker 1: And they are so brazen with the way they throw
6:00
Speaker 1: it in our face.
6:02
Speaker 2: Enough is enough.
6:07
Speaker 1: The suit was filed under the Child Victims Act, which
6:10
Speaker 1: opens a one-year look-back window for people who were victims
6:13
Speaker 1: of child abuse to bring claims that have since passed
6:16
Speaker 1: outside of the statute of limitations. As if that's not
6:20
Speaker 1: a good law, right? Anyone who's arguing with that law,
6:22
Speaker 1: I don't even know what to tell you.
6:24
Speaker 2: I mean.
6:26
Speaker 1: I don't even understand. There's people that are still championing...
6:30
Speaker 1: They're still playing champion for Prince Andrew and for Ghislaine Maxwell.
6:34
Speaker 2: And I just.
6:35
Speaker 1: The thought that goes into that, the mind... The mental
6:39
Speaker 1: gymnastics that one must engage in to come to a
6:43
Speaker 1: conclusion that these people are innocent is just... It's foreign
6:47
Speaker 1: to me. I can't... It's tiring to even think... to
6:51
Speaker 1: try and have to do all of that, to come
6:53
Speaker 1: to a conclusion that these people are not guilty. I mean,
6:56
Speaker 1: look at all the overabundance of evidence from all of
6:59
Speaker 1: these girls, from all of their accounts, from all of
7:02
Speaker 1: the accounts of everybody that was around Epstein that has
7:05
Speaker 1: been subpoenaed or has given depositions. It all corroborates with
7:12
Speaker 1: what Virginia and these other girls have said. And for
7:16
Speaker 1: Indyk and Khan to come out here and act like
7:19
Speaker 1: this right now and to act like their allegations don't
7:23
Speaker 1: matter because it was a few years ago or even
7:26
Speaker 1: 35 years ago is a bunch of bullshit. Especially from
7:30
Speaker 1: these two dirtbags. These two dirtbags have to go. They
7:34
Speaker 1: have no business sitting up there and deciding who gets
7:38
Speaker 1: what when they were involved with this ongoing criminal enterprise.
7:42
Speaker 1: How many direct payments were put into their bank accounts?
7:45
Speaker 1: How many presents did Jeffrey Epstein buy these two dudes?
7:48
Speaker 1: Why were they named the executors of his estate? These
7:52
Speaker 1: are all questions that are valid. These are all questions
7:54
Speaker 1: that need to be asked. And these are all questions
7:57
Speaker 1: that we deserve answers to. But six of the nine
8:02
Speaker 1: plaintiffs were over the age of 18 when the alleged
8:05
Speaker 1: offenses occurred. In Dykin Kahn's lawyer, Matthew Aronson, wrote in
8:09
Speaker 1: court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. Again, they're looking
8:13
Speaker 1: for loopholes. It's not that they're saying that the assaults
8:16
Speaker 1: didn't occur, because they know that that's bullshit. They know
8:19
Speaker 1: that every single one of these assaults occurred. Now they're
8:22
Speaker 1: looking for loopholes. Oh, they were over 18. They're not
8:25
Speaker 1: protected under this act. Blah, blah, effing blah. BS. Absolute BS.
8:33
Speaker 1: And I'm tired of these kind of people looking to
8:36
Speaker 1: get out of this shit with loopholes. I'm tired of
8:38
Speaker 1: them getting a slap on the wrist. I'm tired of
8:41
Speaker 1: them navigating through the legal system that they helped create.
8:45
Speaker 1: It is all a farce. It's like professional wrestling at
8:50
Speaker 1: this point, watching it. It is just a joke. The
8:55
Speaker 1: two-tier justice system is a joke, and that's what we're
8:58
Speaker 1: seeing here once again. The rich and the elite get
9:00
Speaker 1: off on technicalities. They get off on loopholes, while the
9:04
Speaker 1: rest of us have to play by the rules, while
9:06
Speaker 1: the rest of us have to do exactly what the
9:10
Speaker 1: law says or suffer severe consequences in most cases. Meanwhile,
9:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein gets off 13 months of a BS jail sentence.
9:19
Speaker 1: The Core Four are still running around. Jean-Luc Brunel is
9:22
Speaker 1: still running around. Prince Andrew is still running around. Glenn Dubin, well,
9:26
Speaker 1: at least he got fired. You know, he's no longer
9:28
Speaker 1: in his position, but he's still running around. Same for Wexner.
9:31
Speaker 1: Same for Jess Staley.
9:32
Speaker 2: You name it.
9:34
Speaker 1: All of these people are still running around, and these
9:36
Speaker 1: gals who are looking for justice are still dealing with
9:40
Speaker 1: this sort of bullshit from Indyk and Khan, the dudes
9:42
Speaker 1: that are in charge of the estate? How is that
9:46
Speaker 1: in anyone's world acceptable? Well, I'll tell you what, it
9:49
Speaker 1: is not acceptable in my world. Victim's lawyer, Jordan Merson,
9:55
Speaker 1: says that even the women who were older than 18
9:58
Speaker 1: when they were allegedly abused by Epps are still allowed
10:01
Speaker 1: to sue because the criminal case filed against the multi-millionaire
10:04
Speaker 1: financier pedophile opened up the statute of limitation to them
10:09
Speaker 1: again I'm not a legal guy right I'm not a
10:11
Speaker 1: lawyer I don't understand you know the loopholes or any
10:15
Speaker 1: of that so that part of it they'll have to
10:17
Speaker 1: fight it out in court And again, I don't even
10:20
Speaker 1: care if it's a loophole and they rule in the
10:25
Speaker 1: favor of the executors and Epstein's estate. What it goes
10:30
Speaker 1: to show you again is what a farce our legal
10:32
Speaker 1: system has become, what a farce the justice system is,
10:36
Speaker 1: and how we are completely and utterly up against it
10:42
Speaker 1: as common citizens. The Epstein estate executors call into question
10:48
Speaker 1: the validity of the entire CVA, which was passed by
10:51
Speaker 1: the New York lawmakers last year and went into effect
10:54
Speaker 1: in August, in addition to arguing that the women who
10:57
Speaker 1: were underage at the time don't have a case. Well,
11:00
Speaker 1: that shows you right there that that Kahn and Indyk
11:03
Speaker 1: and their lawyer, they really don't have a case. They're
11:06
Speaker 1: arguing against the validity of the entire CVA. Not just
11:10
Speaker 1: this case, basically. So they understand that they're swimming uphill
11:14
Speaker 1: at this point against the current. And that's good. I'm
11:17
Speaker 1: glad to read that. Because these guys, Indyk and Kahn,
11:21
Speaker 1: they should not be allowed to write the rules. The
11:26
Speaker 1: CVA is unconstitutional and fails to revive any of the
11:31
Speaker 1: plaintiff's claims, the court papers claim. It is disconcerting that
11:34
Speaker 1: the estate is attempting to use antiquated laws, state laws,
11:41
Speaker 1: to try to shirk its responsibility to these sexual assault survivors,
11:45
Speaker 1: Merson said. 100%. How dare they?
11:47
Speaker 2: How dare they?
11:50
Speaker 1: Think that they're going to be able to game the
11:53
Speaker 1: system once again. After the system's been gamed so many
11:56
Speaker 1: times in this case, for these dirtbags to think it's
11:59
Speaker 1: going to happen again while we're all paying attention this time? Oh,
12:03
Speaker 1: they are sorely mistaken. While none of their arguments have
12:07
Speaker 1: a scintilla of merit, the fact they are even trying
12:10
Speaker 1: to do this confirms that further statute of limitations reform
12:13
Speaker 1: is needed by the New York State Legislature. The 66-year-old
12:17
Speaker 1: convicted pedophile hanged himself in a lower Manhattan lockup, allegedly,
12:23
Speaker 1: while he was awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking.
12:27
Speaker 1: This article has me pretty fired up right now, and
12:30
Speaker 1: I don't know how many more ways I can convey
12:33
Speaker 1: the message to you, but the message is clear. Indyk
12:37
Speaker 1: and Khan are part of this criminal enterprise. They should
12:41
Speaker 1: not be executors in this case. They should be nowhere
12:44
Speaker 1: near it. In fact, they shouldn't be arguing who's getting what.
12:47
Speaker 1: They should be worried about what sort of RICO charges
12:50
Speaker 1: they're facing. Mr. Berman, once again, why are you dragging
12:55
Speaker 1: your feet, sir, if you're listening out there, or any
12:58
Speaker 1: of your agents are listening out there, or anyone associated
13:02
Speaker 1: with you even loosely is listening out there?
13:05
Speaker 2: Please.
13:06
Speaker 1: Get to work, sir. Get to work. Start arresting these people.
13:13
Speaker 1: They can't run around forever shoving it in the survivors'
13:18
Speaker 1: faces while these survivors have to scratch and claw just
13:23
Speaker 1: to have a little bit of validation even in the
13:26
Speaker 1: mainstream media. Never mind the reparations that are coming to them,
13:30
Speaker 1: just to have the validation that their stories are believed
13:33
Speaker 1: by the legacy media. And here we have the Attorney General, Mr. Berman,
13:42
Speaker 1: talking a good game. But again, we don't see any movement.
13:45
Speaker 1: And I understand we're all impatient at this point, right?
13:48
Speaker 1: I know the... The jaws of the federal government, especially
13:53
Speaker 1: when it comes to law in America, they take time
13:56
Speaker 1: to grind around and slap on an ankle. But when
13:59
Speaker 1: it's a normal person, they sure are moving a lot quicker.
14:03
Speaker 1: They remand you, put you in custody, you have to
14:05
Speaker 1: make bail, all of that. The embarrassment of it, they'll
14:08
Speaker 1: come to your house, they'll pull you out of your house,
14:11
Speaker 1: they'll come to your job, yank you away from your job.
14:15
Speaker 2: Meanwhile, if you're.
14:16
Speaker 1: Engaged in an ongoing intercontinental criminal enterprise that their main
14:22
Speaker 1: bread and butter is human trafficking, well, there's no repercussions.
14:27
Speaker 1: How is that acceptable? Mr. Berman, please, you have to
14:34
Speaker 1: do your job, sir. It's the only way that there's
14:38
Speaker 1: ever going to be justice in this case is if
14:40
Speaker 1: one of these people, one of these prosecutors, lights a
14:43
Speaker 1: fire under their own ass, or if we light the
14:46
Speaker 1: fire so hot under their ass that they're forced into action.
14:49
Speaker 1: And we'll know that they're serious when they start slapping
14:53
Speaker 1: people with RICO charges. Once the RICO statutes start getting
14:56
Speaker 1: slapped around, folks, you know that we're entering another phase
15:00
Speaker 1: of this case.
15:01
Speaker 2: Until then.
15:03
Speaker 1: It is up to us to keep the pressure on.
15:05
Speaker 1: It is up to us to keep the full court
15:07
Speaker 1: press on. To contact me, you can do that at
15:10
Speaker 1: bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. Also, you can
15:19
Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All right, everybody.
15:25
Speaker 2: Have a good.
15:26
Speaker 1: Friday night, and I will speak with you all in
15:28
Speaker 1: the morning. This article is from abcnews.go.com. The author of
15:34
Speaker 1: the article is James Hill. Headline, Survivor's attorney accuses Epstein
15:39
Speaker 1: estate of attempts to stonewall lawsuit. An attorney for a
15:45
Speaker 1: woman who claims to be the first known child sex
15:47
Speaker 1: abuse survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is accusing
15:51
Speaker 1: the legal team representing Epstein's estate of withholding evidence and
15:55
Speaker 1: attempting to prevent the testimony of a key witness according
15:59
Speaker 1: to a letter sent to the judge overseeing her lawsuit
16:02
Speaker 1: on Wednesday. That should shock nobody like I just said
16:06
Speaker 1: in the opening statement. Darren Indyke and Khan both should
16:11
Speaker 1: be nowhere near this case. And I have a funny
16:14
Speaker 1: feeling that if prosecution pursues this case the way that
16:18
Speaker 1: they should, in a very robust and aggressive manner, then
16:24
Speaker 1: they'd have no other choice but to bring Indyk in
16:28
Speaker 1: as well for questioning, at the very least, under oath.
16:34
Speaker 1: This man was involved in all sorts of financial transactions
16:37
Speaker 1: for Epstein and the rest of these morons. So he
16:42
Speaker 1: was facilitating a money laundering ring. How is he still
16:48
Speaker 1: part of the estate? How is he acting as an executor?
16:56
Speaker 1: This behavior flies in the face of fairness, professionalism, and
16:59
Speaker 1: much-needed justice, wrote Robert Glassman, the lawyer for the accuser
17:04
Speaker 1: who filed the suit under the pseudonym Jane Doe. According
17:08
Speaker 1: to the letter, attorneys for the estate have failed to
17:10
Speaker 1: turn over a single page of evidence in the three
17:13
Speaker 1: months since being served with pretrial requests. That's what they've
17:17
Speaker 1: done from the beginning in this case when it comes
17:20
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and the people that are in his
17:23
Speaker 1: circle or were in his circle. They have attempted to delay,
17:28
Speaker 1: they have attempted to muddy the waters, and they have
17:31
Speaker 1: attempted to drag their feet every single step of the way.
17:37
Speaker 1: And you see that same strategy continuing here, and they're
17:40
Speaker 1: attempting to.
17:41
Speaker 2: Get away with it again.
17:43
Speaker 1: Let's hope that they get a taste of reality like
17:46
Speaker 1: their good friend Ghislaine did. The estate missed a previously
17:52
Speaker 1: agreed upon deadline to begin producing documents in the possession
17:55
Speaker 1: of the estate that contained Doe's name and information. Glassman
18:00
Speaker 1: wrote and he claimed they abruptly called off a scheduled
18:02
Speaker 1: deposition of Darren Indyke, one of the estate's co-executors and
18:07
Speaker 1: a longtime lawyer for Epstein and his affiliated companies.
18:11
Speaker 2: More than that, friend, confidant.
18:15
Speaker 1: Not somebody that just has a business relationship with him,
18:18
Speaker 1: just a working relationship. As much as I think Epstein
18:21
Speaker 1: is the scum of the earth, I believe that everybody
18:24
Speaker 1: is entitled to legal defense, right? But this went way
18:28
Speaker 1: beyond that. This is a man who was facilitating things
18:31
Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein by participating in the financial crimes. It
18:40
Speaker 1: is clear that absent court intervention, the Epstein estate will
18:43
Speaker 1: not comply with its basic discovery obligations. And again, that's
19:03
Speaker 1: par for the course with these people. They will try
19:05
Speaker 1: and do whatever they can to make sure that this
19:08
Speaker 1: goes all the way down to.
19:10
Speaker 2: The 11th hour. They don't want a timely trial.
19:15
Speaker 1: They don't want to produce discovery because then their scummy
19:18
Speaker 1: ass clients will have to answer for their behavior. So
19:22
Speaker 1: let's drag our feet a little bit. Let's wait longer.
19:26
Speaker 1: Let's ask for a delay. All in hopes that that
19:29
Speaker 1: they can somehow either A, find a loophole, or B,
19:33
Speaker 1: find somebody to help them wiggle off the hook. Doe
19:40
Speaker 1: has already turned over more than 190 pages of documents
19:43
Speaker 1: to the estate earlier this month, according to the letter,
19:46
Speaker 1: but balked at the estate's request for what Glassman called
19:49
Speaker 1: largely irrelevant and, quite frankly, outrageous information from Doe. Glassman
19:57
Speaker 1: claimed that among the requests were documents referencing any and
20:01
Speaker 1: all medical procedures and consultations she has ever had throughout
20:06
Speaker 1: her lifetime, including while she was a minor, even if
20:09
Speaker 1: such medical care was unrelated to Jeffrey Epstein's alleged abuse
20:13
Speaker 1: of her. This is what happens when you have a
20:17
Speaker 1: guy like Darren Indyke and you have Khan in there.
20:21
Speaker 1: Indyke especially. This guy's no better than the rest of
20:24
Speaker 1: this criminal organization. In fact, he's right up there with
20:27
Speaker 1: the core four, right underneath them, in my opinion, in
20:29
Speaker 1: the command structure. And in fact, in some other ways,
20:33
Speaker 1: this man would basically be the consigliere. If we want
20:37
Speaker 1: to continue with our mob talk, obviously, that's what you
20:40
Speaker 1: would have to talk about this guy as, right?
20:42
Speaker 2: Something like that. Jeffrey Epstein's question guy.
20:44
Speaker 1: Hey, can I do this? What should we do about that? Hey,
20:47
Speaker 1: can I get some advice on this legal issue? And
20:49
Speaker 1: it was up to Indyke to find out how to
20:51
Speaker 1: finesse all of that. It was up to Indyke to
20:54
Speaker 1: find out how to facilitate all of that. And for
20:59
Speaker 1: him participating in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes? For that reason, Darren
21:04
Speaker 1: Indyke must be subpoenaed, must testify, and must be questioned.
21:14
Speaker 1: Bennett Moskowitz, a lawyer for Indyke and Richard Kahn, the
21:17
Speaker 1: estate's co-executors, declined to comment on the allegations raised by
21:21
Speaker 1: Glassman when reached Wednesday by ABC News. And that's just
21:26
Speaker 1: telling right there alone. The executors of the estate had
21:29
Speaker 1: to go out and lawyer up themselves because they're such
21:32
Speaker 1: dirtbags that they know the slapback from the rubber band
21:37
Speaker 1: is on its way to crack them. These people are gross, disgusting,
21:46
Speaker 1: almost not even human. But in a response filed in
21:53
Speaker 1: court Thursday, an estate attorney called Glassman's letter very premature
21:57
Speaker 1: and a misrepresentation of what had occurred. Of course, it's
22:00
Speaker 1: always a misrepresentation. Oh, no, no, that's not what Mr.,
22:04
Speaker 1: you know, what we thought here, Mr. Kahn thought here,
22:07
Speaker 1: what Mr. Indyk thought here.
22:08
Speaker 2: No, it's not, okay? It is not a misrepresentation.
22:16
Speaker 1: These executors in this estate have made a habit of
22:20
Speaker 1: not turning over documentation when required, of making the judge
22:24
Speaker 1: force their hand and dragging their feet the whole way.
22:34
Speaker 1: The estate claims that Indyk's deposition was taken off the
22:36
Speaker 1: calendar to allow time for Maxwell's lawyer, who had just
22:40
Speaker 1: entered the case, to confer with all parties about setting
22:43
Speaker 1: new schedules and contended that the production of documents in
22:47
Speaker 1: their possession was being held up only because Doe's lawyers
22:51
Speaker 1: had yet to agree to a confidentiality order, which must
22:55
Speaker 1: occur before we produce documents that refer to Doe, who
22:59
Speaker 1: filed this case anonymously by her real name. And I
23:03
Speaker 1: think that's something that's pretty important that's buried in that
23:06
Speaker 1: paragraph is the fact that the estate claims that Indyke's
23:10
Speaker 1: deposition was taken off the calendar to allow time for
23:13
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer, who had just entered the case, entered the case.
23:17
Speaker 2: Why is Maxwell's lawyer in the case?
23:20
Speaker 1: Maybe because of the suit that she was going to
23:22
Speaker 1: bring against the estate for them to pay for her?
23:24
Speaker 1: Or is Maxwell's lawyer just pilfering around hoping to get
23:29
Speaker 1: some information to help with her defense? Every single door
23:34
Speaker 1: must be kicked in. Every rock turned over. And every
23:41
Speaker 1: tree must be given a good shake when it comes
23:45
Speaker 1: to this case. That is for Doe's benefit, wrote a
23:52
Speaker 1: state lawyer, Mary Grace Metcalfe. Glassman told ABC News Thursday
23:56
Speaker 1: that he hadn't agreed to delaying Indyke's deposition and that
23:59
Speaker 1: he sees no need for a confidentiality agreement to protect
24:03
Speaker 1: the identity of his client because there is a prior
24:06
Speaker 1: court order which deals with that. And again, that's what
24:09
Speaker 1: they're trying to do. They'll try and make these assertions, right,
24:12
Speaker 1: when they know clearly they're not in the right. and
24:14
Speaker 1: they'll force the judge to decide. That way they buy
24:17
Speaker 1: themselves more time, they can solidify their defenses, and they
24:22
Speaker 1: can be involved in whatever sort of sordid activities they
24:25
Speaker 1: think are.
24:25
Speaker 2: Going to help them behind the scenes.
24:29
Speaker 1: We're interested in taking this case to trial and getting
24:32
Speaker 1: the evidence that we need in order to prepare the
24:34
Speaker 1: case for that time, Glassman said. And it appears that
24:38
Speaker 1: they're more interested in sitting in their offices, writing letters
24:41
Speaker 1: and objecting to everything that we're trying to do. Glassman
24:45
Speaker 1: just fired them up right here with that statement. He
24:49
Speaker 1: just told the estate that he is ready to go
24:51
Speaker 1: to trial and bring this before a jury. That is
24:55
Speaker 1: the absolute worst thing for Jeffrey Epstein's associates, the worst
25:00
Speaker 1: thing for his estate, and it most certainly is not
25:03
Speaker 1: going to be a good situation for Indycar Khan. Can
25:06
Speaker 1: you imagine getting that jury summons and sitting on that
25:10
Speaker 1: jury pool and learning all of the stuff that we know,
25:13
Speaker 1: just the circumstantial stuff that we're privy to? Imagine you
25:17
Speaker 1: compound that with what the feds already know with the
25:21
Speaker 1: case that they're building and you're sitting on the jury?
25:25
Speaker 2: Forget it.
25:26
Speaker 1: These dudes are in big trouble. They better figure this
25:29
Speaker 1: out and they better appease these survivors. Lawyers for the
25:33
Speaker 1: estate have previously asked the court to dismiss some of
25:36
Speaker 1: Doe's claims as beyond the statute of limitations. The lawyers
25:41
Speaker 1: for the co-executors have also encouraged Doe to participate in
25:44
Speaker 1: an alternative resolution program established by the Epstein estate, which
25:49
Speaker 1: launched last month after protracted delays.
25:52
Speaker 2: Yeah, of course.
25:54
Speaker 1: Like I said, they do not want discovery, no matter
25:58
Speaker 1: what they say. This includes Alan Dershowitz. This includes Prince Andrew.
26:03
Speaker 1: This includes George Mitchell. This includes Bill Richardson. This includes
26:08
Speaker 1: Glenn Dubin. This includes Lex Wexner. None of these people
26:14
Speaker 1: want discovery because that is where the rubber meets the road.
26:18
Speaker 1: Do you think it's a coincidence that Ghislaine Maxwell settled
26:21
Speaker 1: out of court before discovery with Virginia?
26:25
Speaker 2: Of course it wasn't.
26:27
Speaker 1: They all understand the stakes and they understand that if
26:30
Speaker 1: they go to discovery, it is absolute hammer time. The
26:37
Speaker 1: details in Doe's lawsuit, which was filed in January against
26:41
Speaker 1: the Epstein estate in Maxwell, are substantially similar to the
26:44
Speaker 1: allegations pertaining to one of the three minor survivors included
26:49
Speaker 1: in the federal charges against Maxwell, who was accused in
26:52
Speaker 1: a six-count indictment of assisting, facilitating, and contributing to Epstein's
26:58
Speaker 1: alleged abuse of three minor girls between 1994 and 1997.
27:01
Speaker 2: This is significant as well.
27:05
Speaker 1: So if the claims are as similar as they appear
27:10
Speaker 1: to be, not only is Jane Doe spearheading along with
27:16
Speaker 1: Annie the criminal portion of Ghislaine Maxwell's downfall, she is
27:22
Speaker 1: now hammering their estate as well. So Jane Doe, if
27:26
Speaker 1: you're listening to this podcast by any off chance, good
27:30
Speaker 1: for you. Way to stand up for yourself and.
27:33
Speaker 2: Go for the throat. Get it all. Whatever you can
27:37
Speaker 2: get out of these people, you have earned it. Get
27:39
Speaker 2: it all.
27:42
Speaker 1: Jane Doe was their first known victim and subsequently abused
27:46
Speaker 1: by Epstein and Maxwell for years as a young girl,
27:49
Speaker 1: suffering unimaginable physical and psychological trauma and distress, her complaint said.
27:55
Speaker 2: I can only imagine.
27:56
Speaker 1: I can only imagine. And for people who act like, oh,
27:59
Speaker 1: it's about the money. The money is a small little
28:02
Speaker 1: part of what these girls are owed by these scumbags
28:06
Speaker 1: and society as a whole, if you want the truth
28:08
Speaker 1: of it. Because all of us, me included, everybody who...
28:12
Speaker 1: ignored this story when it was happening originally.
28:16
Speaker 2: Well, I mean, really?
28:20
Speaker 1: And to ignore it after you know about what has occurred?
28:23
Speaker 1: I can't even imagine. But what Jane Doe suffered at
28:27
Speaker 1: the hands of these people for years? Of course she
28:30
Speaker 1: deserves whatever sort of compensation is coming her way. I
28:35
Speaker 1: hope it is seven figures for all of these girls,
28:39
Speaker 1: every last one of them. And I hope that the
28:41
Speaker 1: estate is left penniless when it's all said and done.
28:46
Speaker 1: Maxwell pleaded not guilty to the charges at a hearing
28:49
Speaker 1: earlier this week and was ordered held without bail pending
28:52
Speaker 1: trial in July 2021. That trial date is set for
28:54
Speaker 1: July 12th, 2021. A week after Maxwell's July 2nd arrest
28:56
Speaker 1: in New Hampshire, Her attorney filed an answer to Doe's
29:05
Speaker 1: lawsuit denying the claims while also noting the overlap between
29:09
Speaker 1: the lawsuit and the criminal case against Maxwell in New York.
29:14
Speaker 2: And now remember, the.
29:16
Speaker 1: Other case in Preska's court was also delayed for a while.
29:23
Speaker 1: So there was things going on behind the scenes that
29:27
Speaker 1: we weren't privy to. But when Maxwell got the case delayed,
29:32
Speaker 1: and it was pushed back because of the criminal case,
29:36
Speaker 1: that is when you really knew the writing was on
29:38
Speaker 1: the wall and that Maxwell and the co-conspirators were about
29:43
Speaker 1: to get got. And the rumbling started a few weeks
29:50
Speaker 1: before the arrest, but they were there. There were some
29:52
Speaker 1: clear signs that something was occurring. Ms. Maxwell's denials of
29:58
Speaker 1: factual allegations in Doe's lawsuit shall be interpreted the same
30:02
Speaker 1: as pleading not guilty to the various counts in any
30:05
Speaker 1: criminal indictment, wrote Laura Menninger, a lawyer who has represented
30:09
Speaker 1: Maxwell in civil litigation for five years. And Laura Menninger
30:14
Speaker 1: has been trying to run that same kind of story
30:17
Speaker 1: with Ghislaine Maxwell since the beginning, right? And she has
30:23
Speaker 1: been unsuccessful in her pleading with the court for the
30:27
Speaker 1: most part. So I am not shocked to see that
30:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell added a couple of high-profile lawyers to help
30:37
Speaker 1: steer her clear of the charges, hopefully, in her mind, right?
30:41
Speaker 1: She wants the best lawyers possible, and that's why they
30:43
Speaker 1: brought in Everdell and Cohen. Because Menninger, well, she seems
30:50
Speaker 1: to be a lawyer that mainly deals with civil litigation
30:55
Speaker 1: and not such high-profile cases. But I do believe she
30:58
Speaker 1: is taking part as part of the team in the
31:01
Speaker 1: criminal defense as well. As you know, when you're facing
31:04
Speaker 1: a federal indictment such as Ghislaine Maxwell is, and you
31:07
Speaker 1: have the means, you usually have a pretty big team
31:10
Speaker 1: of lawyers working on your case. So I would not
31:13
Speaker 1: be shocked to see Menninger with a pretty prominent position.
31:16
Speaker 1: But of course, she won't be the one that is
31:19
Speaker 1: the trial attorney, right? She won't be the one that
31:22
Speaker 1: is going in there and arguing it out at the trial.
31:28
Speaker 1: According to Doe's civil complaint, she first met Maxwell and
31:31
Speaker 1: Epstein in 1994 and as a 13-year-old student at a
31:35
Speaker 1: music camp in Michigan. A months-long grooming process continued, she alleges.
31:40
Speaker 1: after she returned home to Florida, where Epstein had a
31:43
Speaker 1: seaside estate on Palm Beach Island. Doe's father had recently
31:47
Speaker 1: passed away, the complaint said, creating an opportunity for Epstein
31:51
Speaker 1: and Maxwell.
31:52
Speaker 2: To fill the void. How often have we heard this story, huh?
31:56
Speaker 1: How many times have Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein and
32:00
Speaker 1: the rest of their disgusting ass co-conspirators preyed upon Somebody
32:05
Speaker 1: from a disadvantaged home. Somebody from a broken home due to,
32:10
Speaker 1: like here, a death in the family. Or parents who
32:13
Speaker 1: have their own problems with drugs or alcohol. How many
32:16
Speaker 1: times have we seen it? And it is the M.O.
32:18
Speaker 1: that they used continuously. Over and over and over again.
32:24
Speaker 1: And it is absolutely obscene. Epstein gave himself the name
32:32
Speaker 1: of Doe's godfather while Maxwell acted like an older sister
32:36
Speaker 1: to her, her complaint said. They took her to the movies,
32:39
Speaker 1: went shopping with her, and lounged around Epstein's estate with her.
32:43
Speaker 1: That's part of the grooming process for those of you
32:45
Speaker 1: out there that might not understand how that occurs. They're
32:48
Speaker 1: looking to get her to feel comfortable, to feel safe
32:50
Speaker 1: around them, and then to normalize their behavior. And they
32:54
Speaker 1: were very good at that. When you have people that
32:57
Speaker 1: are naive, and most people at that age are, and
33:01
Speaker 1: you have somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell that comes in and
33:03
Speaker 1: offers comfort to these young girls, they never thought in
33:06
Speaker 1: their wildest dreams that this well-spoken, prim and proper lady
33:12
Speaker 1: would be involved in any sort of abuse against them.
33:15
Speaker 2: And that was all part of the plot.
33:18
Speaker 1: Doe, now 39, alleges the abuse escalated over the next
33:22
Speaker 1: few years as Epstein and Maxwell asserted more and more
33:25
Speaker 1: control over her life and aspirations. Epstein paid for voice lessons,
33:31
Speaker 1: private high school tuition, and even co-signed a lease on
33:34
Speaker 1: a New York City apartment for Doe and her mother,
33:37
Speaker 1: according to her complaint.
33:39
Speaker 2: And again, that's what he would do. He would use
33:41
Speaker 2: his money. He would use his power.
33:43
Speaker 1: And he would offer these girls just a little sliver
33:47
Speaker 1: of something.
33:48
Speaker 2: And when you have never had nothing.
33:52
Speaker 1: And you've been poor your whole life, well, even a
33:55
Speaker 1: little bit of nothing is better than nothing at all, right?
33:59
Speaker 2: And a lot of these girls were lied to.
34:01
Speaker 1: Oh, you're going to get a job doing this, or
34:03
Speaker 1: we'll hook you up and you'll be a model for
34:06
Speaker 1: Virginia's Secret, or whatever it may be.
34:09
Speaker 2: It was all part of the grooming process.
34:12
Speaker 1: And that is why Ghislaine Maxwell is so, so intricate
34:16
Speaker 1: in what went on with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Do
34:20
Speaker 1: not let her get off as a victim. Do not
34:22
Speaker 1: let her get off as somebody who was just, oh,
34:26
Speaker 1: a wilting lily. Because that is not who she was.
34:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell had a leadership role. Ghislaine Maxwell was calling
34:36
Speaker 1: the shots from behind the scenes, the shadow boss. She
34:43
Speaker 1: claims the abuse occurred at Epstein's homes in Florida, New York,
34:47
Speaker 1: and his ranch in New Mexico, and that she would
34:50
Speaker 1: often travel to those locations with Epstein and Maxwell on
34:53
Speaker 1: one of Epstein's private jets. Again, New Mexico is an
34:57
Speaker 1: absolute shitshow. How is there not an investigation going on
35:02
Speaker 1: by the state of New Mexico?
35:05
Speaker 2: Are you people kidding me right now?
35:07
Speaker 1: You got better things to do? What exactly is going
35:12
Speaker 1: on in New Mexico that you can't find the time
35:15
Speaker 1: to go kick in the door at Zorro Ranch? How
35:18
Speaker 1: many girls have to come out and say they were
35:20
Speaker 1: abused there? How many sources have to come forward and
35:23
Speaker 1: say this occurred? And yet, on a local level, all
35:28
Speaker 1: we get from them is, oh, we're sharing information with
35:31
Speaker 1: the SDNY?
35:32
Speaker 2: I don't know about you.
35:34
Speaker 1: But if I was a local in New Mexico, I
35:36
Speaker 1: would be demanding a state investigation into this. Epstein's system
35:44
Speaker 1: of abuse was facilitated in large part by his co-conspirator
35:47
Speaker 1: and accomplice, Maxwell, who helped supply him with a steady
35:51
Speaker 1: stream of young and vulnerable girls, the complaint said, many
35:55
Speaker 1: of whom were fatherless like Jane Doe and came from
35:58
Speaker 1: struggling families. I love that they call her a co-conspirator
36:01
Speaker 1: and accomplice here because that is the fitting terminology. Not socialite, okay?
36:06
Speaker 2: Not ex-girlfriend.
36:08
Speaker 1: Nice try setting up the defense for them, but it's
36:11
Speaker 1: not going to cut it. Doe's case is one of
36:15
Speaker 1: just a few civil actions against the Epstein estate that
36:18
Speaker 1: are being actively litigated. Most of the pending lawsuits have
36:22
Speaker 1: been put on hold by alleged survivors while they submit
36:25
Speaker 1: their claims to the Alternative Resolution Program. And again, I'm
36:29
Speaker 1: all for that program. And here's the thing. It really
36:33
Speaker 1: doesn't matter what any of us think about it. As
36:35
Speaker 1: long as the survivors are okay with what goes on
36:39
Speaker 1: when it comes to the justice here, people getting arrested,
36:43
Speaker 1: and the compensation program, that should be all that matters
36:46
Speaker 1: to anybody, honestly. Because for so long, they were told
36:50
Speaker 1: that they were liars. They were told that none of
36:53
Speaker 1: this ever happened. And now Jeffrey Epstein's estate is about
36:58
Speaker 1: to pay out $ 655 million to these very same girls
37:04
Speaker 1: that they painted as liars. You know what that's called,
37:07
Speaker 1: my friends? That is called validation of claim. Epstein's estate
37:14
Speaker 1: is valued at more than $ 655 million, according to a
37:18
Speaker 1: May 5th filing and probate court in the U.S. Virgin Islands,
37:21
Speaker 1: where Epstein owned a private island compound that served as
37:24
Speaker 1: his primary residence since 2010. The criminal indictment against Maxwell
37:30
Speaker 1: is likely to further complicate Doe's efforts to obtain evidence
37:34
Speaker 1: and testimony necessary to pursue her civil claims. It is
37:39
Speaker 1: expected that Maxwell will eventually seek to pause the case
37:43
Speaker 1: at least as it pertains to her, while the criminal
37:45
Speaker 1: case against her is pending. And that's pretty normal for
37:51
Speaker 1: situations like this, right? They'll suspend one of the trials,
37:56
Speaker 1: obviously the civil side, and they'll continue with the criminal side.
37:59
Speaker 1: And then after they can finish up the civil portion
38:03
Speaker 1: of it. But again, it's not like Ghislaine Maxwell was
38:09
Speaker 1: just some passenger on this trip. And Jane Doe explains
38:16
Speaker 1: very clearly how disgusting Ghislaine Maxwell was. Very clearly that
38:21
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell was part of the abuse. And all of
38:27
Speaker 1: the evidence that has been provided also paints the same picture.
38:35
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is looking at never seeing the light of
38:39
Speaker 1: day again, folks. And to be honest with you, I.
38:47
Speaker 2: Don't think she should.
38:51
Speaker 1: This is somebody who was involved in a reign of terror, basically,
38:55
Speaker 1: for decades. And she has no remorse. In fact, it
38:58
Speaker 1: looked like she was ready to bug out. up in
39:01
Speaker 1: New Hampshire, two hours away from the Canadian border. You
39:04
Speaker 1: mean to tell me she has no contacts in Canada?
39:08
Speaker 1: You mean to tell me there are no private airfields
39:11
Speaker 1: that she could have been swooped away to and then
39:14
Speaker 1: off on a flight back to France? That's really out
39:17
Speaker 1: of the realm of possibility when we're dealing with people
39:20
Speaker 1: of means such as Ghislaine Maxwell?
39:22
Speaker 2: Of course it's not. Of course it's not.
39:27
Speaker 1: So... this criminal case, her only out here is to
39:35
Speaker 1: serve up some huge names. And when I say out,
39:39
Speaker 1: I don't mean she's going to get off because she's
39:41
Speaker 1: not going to get a plea deal like you're thinking
39:43
Speaker 1: where she gives up names and she walks scot-free. That's
39:45
Speaker 1: not going to occur in this case, in my opinion.
39:48
Speaker 1: This lady's in big trouble. She's facing basically life in prison.
39:54
Speaker 1: And there is no hope on the horizon as the
39:57
Speaker 1: allegations continue to come hot and heavy from every corner.
40:07
Speaker 1: I wonder, is Prince Andrew sweating? Or has his disease
40:16
Speaker 1: gone away? Because at this point, where we are right now,
40:23
Speaker 1: the end is near for all of these people. If
40:30
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at

40:45
Speaker 1: the links that pertain to this episode can be found
40:48
Speaker 1: in the description box. All right, everybody, we'll be back
40:51
Speaker 1: later on with some... What's up, everyone, and welcome back
40:54
Speaker 1: to the Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein's Islands of Little St.
41:00
Speaker 1: James and Great St. James are now listed for $ 125 million.
41:08
Speaker 1: Sure is convenient that these are listed after the compensation
41:11
Speaker 1: fund has been paid out, huh? How is it that
41:14
Speaker 1: this property and the property in New Mexico weren't sold
41:19
Speaker 1: right out from underneath this estate and the money put
41:22
Speaker 1: directly into the compensation fund? Now, well, guess what? Now,
41:27
Speaker 1: people like Denise George and the executors of the estate
41:33
Speaker 1: in Dykin Con, these people are going to be rewarded
41:37
Speaker 1: from whatever windfall we get here. Now, of course, they're
41:42
Speaker 1: going to say that the money from this is going
41:43
Speaker 1: to go to pay creditors and pay off liens and
41:46
Speaker 1: all the other stuff. But in reality, this was always
41:50
Speaker 1: Denise George's goal. This was always the goal of the
41:55
Speaker 1: United States Virgin Islands. It was never to make sure
41:58
Speaker 1: that the survivors were whole. This was always what they
42:04
Speaker 1: were looking to do. Get their fingers into the pie
42:07
Speaker 1: and get themselves a piece of this money. And I
42:10
Speaker 1: find it obscene, honestly.
42:13
Speaker 2: I get it.
42:14
Speaker 1: You know, the money could help locally and, you know,
42:17
Speaker 1: it could help, you know, schools or whatever else they
42:20
Speaker 1: say they're going to use the money for. But in reality,
42:23
Speaker 1: how often does that money that these politicians secure from
42:28
Speaker 1: situations such as this, how often does that money find
42:31
Speaker 1: its way back into your pocket or find its way
42:35
Speaker 1: into benefiting your life in some manner?
42:38
Speaker 2: Very rarely. Very rarely.
42:41
Speaker 1: What happens is, it goes around, and the politicians and
42:45
Speaker 1: the people who own those politicians, they're the ones who
42:49
Speaker 1: benefit from all of this shit. Not us. These properties
42:54
Speaker 1: should have been sold at the very beginning. Even if
42:57
Speaker 1: it was for a liquidated price. And that money should
43:00
Speaker 1: have been spread out amongst the survivors.
43:03
Speaker 2: But no. They only end up paying out, what, $ 150
43:05
Speaker 2: million or something? This one property.
43:10
Speaker 1: is worth almost as much as they paid out for
43:12
Speaker 1: the whole entire compensation fund. Oh, it sounds like an
43:16
Speaker 1: eye-popping number, right? Paid out over $ 120 million. Big deal.
43:24
Speaker 1: The more we see about this compensation fund, the more
43:27
Speaker 1: we hear about this compensation fund, the more I'm convinced
43:30
Speaker 1: that it was not an equitable way to get these
43:35
Speaker 1: funds to these ladies. I know that it would gum
43:40
Speaker 1: up everything to go to court individually and try and,
43:45
Speaker 1: you know, get restitution from Epstein's estate. But when you
43:49
Speaker 1: look at things like this and all of the money
43:51
Speaker 1: that they have wasted for quote unquote upkeep, if I
43:54
Speaker 1: was one of these survivors, I'd be pissed, man. And
43:58
Speaker 1: the fact that they're listing this now, right after the
44:02
Speaker 1: whole entire compensation fund ends. and Maxwell's already been convicted,
44:06
Speaker 1: and now they list this property, which is being listed
44:10
Speaker 1: for more than any of the other properties, and all
44:12
Speaker 1: of this money is just going to go into the
44:14
Speaker 1: pocket of creditors, huh? Just going to go into the
44:17
Speaker 1: pocket of people like Indykin Khan. Because, you know, they
44:20
Speaker 1: deserve more money, considering that they profited from Jeffrey Epstein's
44:25
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise for all of these years. And if we
44:28
Speaker 1: lived in a real society where laws really mattered, they'd
44:32
Speaker 1: all be under RICO investigation right now. But none of
44:35
Speaker 1: it does matter, right? It's all been a farce. It's
44:37
Speaker 1: all going to remain a farce. Nobody's going to change shit.
44:41
Speaker 1: People thought, oh, Merrick Garland's going to come riding to
44:43
Speaker 1: our rescue.
44:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
44:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, right. Nobody's coming to our rescue. If we want
44:48
Speaker 1: to change shit, folks, the only way we can change
44:51
Speaker 1: it is ourselves. That's the only way. Because if not,
44:58
Speaker 1: we're going to continue to have people like this. People
45:01
Speaker 1: who want to profit off of the back of one
45:05
Speaker 1: of the most heinous, sordid ordeals in our nation's history.
45:09
Speaker 1: And I'm not even kidding around by that. It is
45:14
Speaker 1: one of the most embarrassing situations in the history of
45:17
Speaker 1: our nation. That this sick fuck was able to operate
45:20
Speaker 1: right under everybody's nose with so many people aware of
45:23
Speaker 1: what was going on. And I don't mean people that
45:26
Speaker 1: couldn't have done anything. Any one of these so-called elites
45:29
Speaker 1: could have stepped up and tried to help out, and
45:32
Speaker 1: none of them did. And now, on the back end,
45:36
Speaker 1: after everything's been settled out, after the fund has been
45:39
Speaker 1: paid out, after these ladies were quote-unquote made whole, now
45:43
Speaker 1: you're going to list these islands for a cool $ 125 million?
45:49
Speaker 1: Doesn't seem to be the right way to go about things.
45:55
Speaker 1: But one thing I have learned in my 42 years
45:58
Speaker 1: of life, folks, is that life most certainly is not fair.
46:02
Speaker 1: And this is just another example of that. All right,
46:06
Speaker 1: so let's jump into this Wall Street Journal article and
46:09
Speaker 1: let's see what's going on down in the Virgin Islands
46:13
Speaker 1: in regards to Jeffrey Epstein's islands. This article was authored
46:18
Speaker 1: by Sarah Painter and Catherine Clark. Two private islands that
46:24
Speaker 1: were owned by the late disgraced financier, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
46:28
Speaker 1: are going to on the market for $ 125 million, according
46:33
Speaker 1: to the listing agents.
46:34
Speaker 2: In the U.S.
46:35
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, the properties were a key piece of Epstein's
46:38
Speaker 1: substantial international property portfolio, which also included a storied New
46:45
Speaker 1: York townhouse, a Paris apartment, a Palm Beach mansion, and
46:48
Speaker 1: a New Mexico ranch, the Wall Street Journal has reported.
46:52
Speaker 1: So now we know that Zorro Ranch still hasn't been sold. Right?
46:55
Speaker 1: It's on the market for like $ 27. 5 million. This is
46:59
Speaker 1: on the market for a cool $ 125 million. This clown
47:02
Speaker 1: still has a bunch of artwork that's being stored in
47:06
Speaker 1: a refrigerated storage unit. Why? Why hasn't all of this
47:12
Speaker 1: stuff been liquidated? Was it some kind of plan by
47:15
Speaker 1: the estate? You know, we'll sell off enough to make
47:17
Speaker 1: it seem like we're trying to do the right thing?
47:20
Speaker 1: And then What we'll do is we'll keep a little
47:23
Speaker 1: in reserve so we get ourselves a little bit of
47:25
Speaker 1: a cash windfall on the back end. I mean, look,
47:28
Speaker 1: I don't have, you know, incontrovertible evidence proving that. But
47:35
Speaker 1: that certainly seems like the plan, like what they were
47:38
Speaker 1: up to. And look who we're dealing with. We're dealing
47:40
Speaker 1: with Indyke and Khan. Not the most reliable folks, if
47:44
Speaker 1: you're asking me my opinion. considering that they've been accused
47:50
Speaker 1: of being critical parts of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, probably
47:55
Speaker 1: not the most honorable guys to deal with. The larger
48:02
Speaker 1: of the two islands is known as Great St. James.
48:05
Speaker 1: Encompassing more than 160 acres, it is located roughly five
48:09
Speaker 1: minutes across the bay from St. Thomas, and is largely untouched,
48:14
Speaker 1: with just a small collection of structures... and a marine
48:17
Speaker 1: preserve known as Christmas Cove, according to listing materials. So
48:21
Speaker 1: he had this whole entire island, right, that, remember, was
48:25
Speaker 1: purchased through a third party, by the way. And he
48:30
Speaker 1: was planning on developing this island as well. But, obviously,
48:35
Speaker 1: his plans were thwarted by his scumbaggery. Now, when someone
48:40
Speaker 1: does purchase these islands, if it was me, I would
48:43
Speaker 1: knock down every single building on these islands, And I
48:47
Speaker 1: would turn it into some kind of tropical paradise. Because
48:50
Speaker 1: the location is absolutely stunning and beautiful. It's just such
48:55
Speaker 1: a shame that such a piece of shit. Had to
48:58
Speaker 1: inhabit such a beautiful place. And do such horrible things there.
49:05
Speaker 1: The smaller of the pair is Little St. James. Spanning
49:08
Speaker 1: over 70 acres. It includes a helipad. A private dock.
49:12
Speaker 1: A gas station.
49:13
Speaker 2: Two pools.
49:14
Speaker 1: A main residential compound. four guest villas, three private beaches,
49:18
Speaker 1: a gym, and a tiki hut, the marketing materials show.
49:23
Speaker 1: The most expensive and profitable thing that he has on
49:29
Speaker 1: this island is going to be that gas station. Imagine
49:32
Speaker 1: how much money you could charge for gas on a
49:34
Speaker 1: small-ass island right now. Yeah, that's going to be $ 46
49:36
Speaker 1: a gallon, sir. Wild. It's all wild. Everything about it.
49:41
Speaker 1: I mean, look at the luxury that this man was
49:45
Speaker 1: living in. All on the back of abusing the most
49:49
Speaker 1: vulnerable people in society. How that doesn't make people crazy,
49:53
Speaker 1: how people aren't more mad about this, I'll never know.
49:57
Speaker 1: But I've never been more aggravated, more disgusted by anything
50:01
Speaker 1: in my whole entire life than this whole entire scenario
50:04
Speaker 1: from top to bottom. going all the way back to
50:07
Speaker 1: the very beginning when this dude started his bullshit, all
50:10
Speaker 1: the way through now. It is all just one of
50:14
Speaker 1: the most gross situations that I think we'll ever come across.
50:21
Speaker 1: In early 2020, Virgin Islands prosecutors alleged that Epstein had
50:25
Speaker 1: brought girls as young as 11 to the secluded islands
50:29
Speaker 1: by yacht and private helicopter, and that he and his
50:32
Speaker 1: associates had sexually assaulted the girls. The Journal reported, Epstein
50:37
Speaker 1: was found dead of an apparent suicide at a New
50:40
Speaker 1: York detention center in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal
50:44
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Now, Denise George, what she'll say is, well,
50:49
Speaker 1: these crimes happened in the Virgin Islands, so we deserve restitution. Me,
50:54
Speaker 1: what I say is this. These crimes happened in the
50:58
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, so you deserve some of the infamy. Where
51:03
Speaker 1: were the security personnel in the Virgin Islands? Where were
51:08
Speaker 1: the checks and balances system in the Virgin Islands when
51:12
Speaker 1: this guy was able to set up these banks, when
51:14
Speaker 1: this dude was able to set up these charitable organizations,
51:19
Speaker 1: so-called charitable offshore organizations? They were there every step of
51:24
Speaker 1: the way, facilitating it, making it easier on Epstein. And
51:28
Speaker 1: I called it from the very beginning, folks, when all
51:31
Speaker 1: of this first started to come out about the Virgin
51:33
Speaker 1: Islands and Denise George. I said it from Jump Street.
51:37
Speaker 1: All of the maneuvering, all of the posturing that you
51:41
Speaker 1: saw from Denise George and the Virgin Islands was for
51:45
Speaker 1: this specific goal. For them to get some of this
51:48
Speaker 1: money somehow and for Denise George to have it as
51:50
Speaker 1: a feather in her cap. When in reality, if they
51:53
Speaker 1: were really worried that girls as young as 11 were
51:56
Speaker 1: being brought to these secluded islands, then the money that
52:00
Speaker 1: would be coming from these islands and the sale of
52:04
Speaker 1: these islands would be going to those girls. Did you
52:06
Speaker 1: notice how nobody said anything about that? How it's about
52:09
Speaker 1: how the Virgin Islands is going to recoup some money
52:12
Speaker 1: because of liens. But these girls, especially local girls, if
52:16
Speaker 1: there are any, you know they aren't going to get anything.
52:19
Speaker 1: Like I always say, what about the girls.
52:21
Speaker 2: With no names?
52:23
Speaker 1: Don't they matter? Don't they deserve some restitution? According to
52:30
Speaker 1: Daniel Weiner, an attorney for the Epstein estate, proceeds from
52:33
Speaker 1: the sale of the two islands will be used for
52:36
Speaker 1: the estate's resolution of outstanding lawsuits and the regular cost
52:40
Speaker 1: of the estate's operations. and will be subject to tax authorities, creditors,
52:45
Speaker 1: and other claimants, including liens placed on the property by U.S.
52:49
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands attorney, General Denise George. And again, it always
52:53
Speaker 1: comes back to that, doesn't it? It's unfortunate, but I
52:57
Speaker 1: can usually sniff out somebody who's trying to get paid, right?
53:01
Speaker 1: Somebody who's trying to wet their beak. It's just an
53:04
Speaker 1: uncanny talent I have, I guess. And from the very beginning...
53:09
Speaker 1: This is what she was maneuvering for. This is what
53:11
Speaker 1: she was looking for. It was never because she was,
53:14
Speaker 1: you know, oh, I'm a great person who wants to
53:17
Speaker 1: see justice done here. Now, that might have a little
53:20
Speaker 1: role to play. But her number one goal is securing
53:24
Speaker 1: funds for the Virgin Islands and for whatever sort of,
53:28
Speaker 1: you know, political aspirations she might have later on.
53:32
Speaker 2: Right.
53:32
Speaker 1: Because when you do something like that, you bring in
53:35
Speaker 1: this kind of money. Or you go after a human
53:38
Speaker 1: trafficker like Epstein. You can use that for a campaign
53:42
Speaker 1: moving forward as a feather in your cap, right? I
53:45
Speaker 1: went after Epstein. I went after... We've seen Giuliani live
53:49
Speaker 1: on the fact that he went after the mafia for
53:52
Speaker 1: how long? He feasted on that reputation.
53:55
Speaker 2: Even though he was a boob.
53:57
Speaker 1: And it's typical with politicians and attorney generals. They make
54:01
Speaker 1: their name on one of these big cases... and then
54:04
Speaker 1: they rely and fall back on that the rest of
54:07
Speaker 1: their lives, right? Even if they don't accomplish anything else.
54:14
Speaker 1: Approximately $ 121 million of Epstein's estate has already been used
54:18
Speaker 1: to compensate victims of sexual assault by the financier through
54:22
Speaker 1: the Epstein Survivors Compensation Program, which ceased operations in August 2021, Mr.
54:27
Speaker 2: Weiner said.
54:29
Speaker 1: So $ 121 million paid out to the survivors, and this
54:32
Speaker 1: property alone is worth that amount. You tell me that
54:36
Speaker 1: that sits well with you. Absolutely gross. And if I
54:40
Speaker 1: was one of these survivors, I'd be absolutely fired up
54:43
Speaker 1: about this. And to the lawyers, how do you let
54:46
Speaker 1: your client get weaseled into this? Unless, of course, you're
54:49
Speaker 1: just trying to, you know, secure that bag too, trying
54:52
Speaker 1: to get that payday.
54:53
Speaker 2: Because.
54:55
Speaker 1: This is all bad, folks, honestly. This is all bad.
54:57
Speaker 1: This looks so bad for that compensation fund. Epstein purchased
55:03
Speaker 1: Little St. James in 1998, according to court records. He
55:07
Speaker 1: bought Greater St. James in 2016 for close to $ 20 million,
55:12
Speaker 1: according to court records previously cited by the Journal. Some
55:16
Speaker 1: of Epstein's trophy properties have already found buyers. His Upper
55:21
Speaker 1: East Side Manhattan mansion sold for $ 51 million in March
55:24
Speaker 1: of 2021, the Journal reported. And his Palm Beach home
55:28
Speaker 1: sold to a developer for $ 18. 5 million. So those two
55:33
Speaker 1: properties right there brought in, what, $ 69 million? And this
55:40
Speaker 1: one property, these islands, are bringing in almost the whole
55:43
Speaker 1: entire shebang and shaboodle over here of $ 121 million. So again,
55:49
Speaker 1: why weren't these islands sold first? Why wasn't there more
55:52
Speaker 1: of an effort made to sell this higher end property here?
55:57
Speaker 1: And again, I'm just asking questions, right? Look, I don't
55:59
Speaker 1: have the answers. If I had the answers, I'd give
56:01
Speaker 1: them to you. But it doesn't seem right to me.
56:05
Speaker 1: You would think that everything would have been listed, everything
56:08
Speaker 1: would have been sold in a fire sale. And furthermore,
56:11
Speaker 1: how is it that the government hasn't seized these properties yet?
56:14
Speaker 1: God forbid if you sell drugs, they're coming in with tanks,
56:18
Speaker 1: they're ripping the side of your wall out, they're throwing
56:20
Speaker 1: your grandma out in the street, probably putting your ass
56:23
Speaker 1: in a chokehold. Hell, if you're lucky, or maybe you
56:27
Speaker 1: get no-knock warranted and they just come in guns blazing.
56:31
Speaker 1: But if you're Jeffrey Epstein and his disgusting band of
56:36
Speaker 1: gross men and women, that's all right. Nothing happens to you.
56:42
Speaker 1: The redeveloped property has since been acquired by a venture capitalist.
56:46
Speaker 1: The New Mexico and Paris homes have also been listed
56:49
Speaker 1: for sale. New York-based brokerage Modlin Group and Bespoke Real
56:54
Speaker 1: Estate are marketing the islands in partnership with a local
56:58
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands firm, Christie's International Real Estate, The Saints. So,
57:04
Speaker 1: there it is, folks. The islands are finally for sale.
57:07
Speaker 1: If you have a cool $ 121 million laying around, go
57:11
Speaker 1: ahead and purchase them. But really, what should have happened,
57:15
Speaker 1: at least in my opinion, is all of this stuff
57:17
Speaker 1: should have been sold at the very beginning when... All
57:20
Speaker 1: of this money should have went into the pool and
57:23
Speaker 1: then it should have been distributed to the survivors.
57:26
Speaker 2: All of it.
57:27
Speaker 1: But that's never the case, right? A measly one-sixth, one-sixth
57:32
Speaker 1: of that money is going to the survivors. So go
57:36
Speaker 1: ahead and chew on that this morning while you're sipping
57:38
Speaker 1: down your coffee, folks. And tell me it's not absolutely ridiculous.
57:45
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this
57:46
Speaker 1: morning's update. Like usual, I will be back with some
57:51
Speaker 1: context episodes, and then tonight we'll be back with the
57:54
Speaker 1: evening update for sure. Until then, hope all of you
57:57
Speaker 1: have a great day, and if you're looking to contact me,
58:00
