Will Hamas disarm?
Hamas' declared refusal to disarm is the main sticking point toward advancing to the next phase of the US-brokered ceasefire framework, according to Res. Brigadier General Yossi Kuperwasser, head of the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security. He told KAN reporter Naomi Segal that Israel may ultimately have to act.
