- 0:22Speaker 3: Already, Welcome back to the Son of a.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Boy Dad podcast today. It's February second, four pm. It
- 0:29Speaker 4: is We're live from HQ tras.
- 0:32Speaker 3: I just went into a meeting really, and it was
- 0:37Speaker 3: coincidentally the people who you had a meeting with, and
- 0:42Speaker 3: they were like, oh Sas said that he doesn't know
- 0:45Speaker 3: any of us, and they were steaming mad. And the
- 0:49Speaker 3: only person you said you knew was Molly. And her
- 0:52Speaker 3: real name is Maggie.
- 0:58Speaker 4: It's a damn shame she was.
- 1:01Speaker 3: She was hurt.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Yeah, she hurt her. That's unfortunate.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean just I think just get to know
- 1:06Speaker 3: the names of the people you're meeting with.
- 1:08Speaker 4: No, that's not my style. They pulled me in out
- 1:12Speaker 4: of nowhere.
- 1:13Speaker 3: You should know them anyway.
- 1:14Speaker 4: You didn't give me time to evaluate.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Yeah, but you should have pre evaluated. You should know
- 1:18Speaker 3: these people. They caught me off the rangers. No, you
- 1:20Speaker 3: should be fucking stealed against this for a meeting. You
- 1:24Speaker 3: should know who you are.
- 1:25Speaker 4: This wasn't a scheduled meeting.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Closest workers are these are your confidants?
- 1:28Speaker 4: My closest You guys are my closest workers, I know.
- 1:31Speaker 3: But they're part of our the team. They're trying to
- 1:33Speaker 3: get shit done for the team.
- 1:36Speaker 4: True.
- 1:40Speaker 3: I backed the Bush.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, what's going on with Bush? You had a big weekend?
- 1:45Speaker 4: Yeah, it was as long as hell.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Those are great boots, Francis, thank you.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Solid boots sample sales seventy five percent off?
- 1:51Speaker 4: Solid boots?
- 1:52Speaker 3: O way, what are those?
- 1:53Speaker 2: Ugsuh, Brunello Coucinelli seventy five percent off? They were three
- 1:59Speaker 2: hundred dollars.
- 2:00Speaker 4: It's a good deal. Where did you find seventy.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Five sample sale?
- 2:06Speaker 4: Does that makes sense? I guess that checks out. Yeah,
- 2:10Speaker 4: you have questions about the Bush run?
- 2:13Speaker 3: What are you talking about?
- 2:15Speaker 4: I have questions about the Bush gladly I answered questions
- 2:17Speaker 4: from Francis.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Oh you're mad at him? Is okay? Roan set the tone.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Crazy, called it out of pocket.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Out of pocket listen. I thought that my backing of
- 2:31Speaker 3: the Bush had been pretty apparent from the three months
- 2:35Speaker 3: of positivity I'd put into the.
- 2:37Speaker 4: World and then the two days of brutal negative.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I thought that you guys were strong enough that you
- 2:41Speaker 3: could take a joke. But I didn't realize the fragility
- 2:45Speaker 3: of the bush right now. And I get it. It's
- 2:46Speaker 3: still this new thing trying to find his legs and
- 2:48Speaker 3: walk on it, and just one bad, one bad negative
- 2:52Speaker 3: joke about it could is enough to just knock it
- 2:54Speaker 3: all over. So I get, why is that? Why is that.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Stuff tough to see?
- 3:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 3:01Speaker 4: Good, someone I considered a good friend, a close friend.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Sas was texting me pictures everyone in the bush, flipping
- 3:09Speaker 3: all of them, like, this is what we think of you?
- 3:13Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:14Speaker 4: The players were devastated, they were asking me, and that's so.
- 3:18Speaker 4: They were like, so does everyone at barstool just hate us?
- 3:21Speaker 4: And I was like, no, it's just round.
- 3:24Speaker 3: And you were like whispering in their ear while they're playing.
- 3:26Speaker 4: You're like pictures, Yeah, exactly.
- 3:29Speaker 3: And that's why you guys went on the run and
- 3:30Speaker 3: set the tone which helped you.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Well, not in the long run.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Can you kind of forgive me? Can you give me
- 3:37Speaker 2: an update on the t Yeah, what's kind of going
- 3:39Speaker 2: on there?
- 3:40Speaker 4: Well, so we went to this week was major one.
- 3:44Speaker 4: There's four majors I think throughout the year, so it's
- 3:46Speaker 4: not like that frequent, which is nice because it's a
- 3:50Speaker 4: lot of work. But yeah, this week was major one.
- 3:53Speaker 4: We went down on Tuesday, we got invited to like
- 3:56Speaker 4: a pre tournament practice stream thing that one of the
- 4:01Speaker 4: other organizations was holding, and then the tournament started Friday,
- 4:06Speaker 4: and it was it was good. It was crazy. I
- 4:09Speaker 4: mean it was we were just in a hotel in
- 4:11Speaker 4: a hotel ballroom. Yeah, that's where the tournament was. The
- 4:14Speaker 4: pros played across the street at an arena, which we
- 4:17Speaker 4: got to go to that that was cool too. But
- 4:19Speaker 4: great week for the Bush.
- 4:21Speaker 3: They got hot, they got hot at the right time.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Yeah, great week. I mean we didn't we didn't. We
- 4:25Speaker 4: didn't win it, which we want.
- 4:26Speaker 3: We made it to Sunday.
- 4:27Speaker 4: We made it to Sunday. We came in second place overall. Amazing,
- 4:30Speaker 4: which is eighteen thousand dollars for the boys. Wait each No, no,
- 4:34Speaker 4: they get to split it.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Oh but that's great, great four of them.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Yeah the coach. No, coach doesn't get paid anything.
- 4:43Speaker 4: No, not from that.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Did they not kick you guys a little?
- 4:47Speaker 4: We get like I think we get like ten percent.
- 4:49Speaker 4: The contracts aren't really for us, Like we're not trying
- 4:51Speaker 4: to take that money from them.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Fine, but but hold on a second. Is this roster
- 4:57Speaker 2: these four? Yeah, are those the same that it's been
- 5:00Speaker 2: all season?
- 5:01Speaker 4: Three of them on? One of them got picked up
- 5:03Speaker 4: to the.
- 5:03Speaker 2: PROSJ TJ's gone J on the Pros and these other three?
- 5:09Speaker 2: Was the success of this weekend enough to get them
- 5:13Speaker 2: to be happy with what's going on?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Definitely?
- 5:16Speaker 2: Really?
- 5:16Speaker 4: Yeah, they were very excited.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Okay, I mean I don't want to. I'm not trying to.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I'm a little confused because I'm out but of the loop.
- 5:24Speaker 2: But and maybe this isn't something I'm supposed to say,
- 5:28Speaker 2: So we can you can say, don't they not like
- 5:31Speaker 2: each other?
- 5:33Speaker 3: We're gonna cut this?
- 5:34Speaker 4: No, No, we don't have to cut that.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Isn't isn't isn't There there was a locker room strife.
- 5:39Speaker 4: There was There was a lot of There was a
- 5:40Speaker 4: lot of locker room problems before. We don't have I
- 5:42Speaker 4: don't want to get too into detail on.
- 5:44Speaker 3: The problem was not enough people on the team were
- 5:46Speaker 3: saying the N word, and we're on the headset they
- 5:49Speaker 3: kind of been. Some of them won't commit to using slurs.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Now they're all using them. We're good on that.
- 5:56Speaker 3: It didn't seem like it.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Yeah, no, there was. There was a lot of problems
- 5:59Speaker 4: leading up to the week. But I think what's everyone
- 6:01Speaker 4: got in person Like they're all insanely talented players, Like
- 6:05Speaker 4: they're all in Challengers, which is the minor league, but
- 6:07Speaker 4: they're all they've all been in the pro league and
- 6:10Speaker 4: pretty much all of them have kind of gotten like
- 6:12Speaker 4: a bad pr rep. Like one of them had like
- 6:14Speaker 4: a really bad performance in his first professional tournament and
- 6:18Speaker 4: he hasn't been in the league for like four years since.
- 6:20Speaker 2: So Bush is sort of a last chance you of
- 6:24Speaker 2: in a way.
- 6:25Speaker 4: In a way, but they're young guys and they're all
- 6:27Speaker 4: like really fucking good.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Like the what we were saying was like we came
- 6:30Speaker 4: in second place and it was our practice was awful
- 6:34Speaker 4: and they were all arguing. So it's like, if we
- 6:36Speaker 4: actually prepared for this tournament, we would have won it easily.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Why did they all hate each other so much?
- 6:42Speaker 4: Because that's kind of just how it is. They don't
- 6:44Speaker 4: hate each other, they just get in like they just
- 6:46Speaker 4: big her over. It's like it's like if you were
- 6:50Speaker 4: on a football team and it's only four guys, So
- 6:53Speaker 4: it's like they finish like like after Thursday or Friday,
- 6:58Speaker 4: we beat We won our two matches. The second one
- 7:01Speaker 4: was kind of close and it shouldn't have been at all.
- 7:03Speaker 4: And like they came back they won their onto Saturday.
- 7:06Speaker 4: They were furious, just going back and forth at each
- 7:09Speaker 4: other for like an hour.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Wow.
- 7:11Speaker 4: But it's I think they're just they just want to
- 7:12Speaker 4: win so bad, Like that's all the only thing they
- 7:15Speaker 4: care about is winning.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Is of the who did you replace TJ with.
- 7:20Speaker 4: This dude Lou Fire?
- 7:21Speaker 2: And he is good?
- 7:23Speaker 4: Unbelieved?
- 7:23Speaker 2: Is his name Lou Fire or he is fire?
- 7:25Speaker 4: His name is fire. His gamer attacks fire. His name's
- 7:27Speaker 4: Lou Oh okay, but he is fire. He is fire.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Sas came. I mean Sas did a lot of massaging
- 7:35Speaker 3: to help with the team morale exactly. He basically showed
- 7:38Speaker 3: up and he was like doo be snacks and had
- 7:41Speaker 3: a fucking zip in a fucking plastic bag.
- 7:44Speaker 4: I'd take care of my boys. They're gone at the
- 7:46Speaker 4: SaaS pack. I love that these guys are hilarious. They
- 7:54Speaker 4: like like they taught, Like the way that they communicate
- 7:57Speaker 4: with each other is only like is only in video games.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Like they wake up in the morning, they're like dude,
- 8:03Speaker 4: I'm one shot.
- 8:05Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 8:06Speaker 4: It means like they're like in video games or someone's
- 8:08Speaker 4: one shot. It means they're like about to die. Oh
- 8:11Speaker 4: so they like wake up and they're tired and they're
- 8:13Speaker 4: like they're like they'll be like they're just walking around.
- 8:14Speaker 4: They're like I'm lagging. They're like, dude, I'm just lagging
- 8:17Speaker 4: the fuck out right now. And they refer to everything
- 8:20Speaker 4: in in in Call of Duty games, like the Call
- 8:25Speaker 4: of Duty puts out a new game every single year,
- 8:27Speaker 4: and they have for the last like twenty years. So
- 8:29Speaker 4: they'll be like, you'll be asking them a question about
- 8:31Speaker 4: like them, they're like personal life growth, like oh, like
- 8:34Speaker 4: did you go to high school or like what like
- 8:36Speaker 4: how was your and they'll be like, oh, that was
- 8:38Speaker 4: my BO four year. So the Black Ops four they
- 8:42Speaker 4: refer to everything. They don't use years.
- 8:44Speaker 2: The chronology of their life is marked by.
- 8:47Speaker 4: The games that they were playing at the time. Everything.
- 8:50Speaker 4: They're like, oh that was my Vanguard season.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, I get it.
- 8:54Speaker 3: That's how like the Julian Calendar was made.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah exactly.
- 9:00Speaker 2: But you said that you said that they were will
- 9:05Speaker 2: be furious with each other. I mean and that they
- 9:08Speaker 2: won't speak to each other, but except for in uh
- 9:12Speaker 2: on the game, right.
- 9:13Speaker 4: That was kind of the vibe that we had going
- 9:15Speaker 4: into the week, right, and when once we got everyone
- 9:17Speaker 4: in person, it was it was I think after the
- 9:21Speaker 4: first night, like the vibes really got good, like everyone
- 9:25Speaker 4: was just having a good time.
- 9:26Speaker 2: So, I mean, look again, I don't want to like
- 9:31Speaker 2: tell tales out of school or whatever, but I was
- 9:33Speaker 2: kind of under the impression that this was like toast.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Well, no, the the overall the concept is good, but
- 9:41Speaker 3: it was just gonna be the composition of the team.
- 9:43Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. I was under the impression that
- 9:45Speaker 2: these guys hated each other so much that they were
- 9:49Speaker 2: basically everyone was gonna quit, or that they couldn't play
- 9:53Speaker 2: there there was no cohesion, they couldn't play with each other.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Put me in a different hotel.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, it was I genuine I don't know.
- 10:04Speaker 4: I don't have the answer.
- 10:04Speaker 3: But then they got in the house.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Then they got in the house and they started playing
- 10:07Speaker 4: together and they were playing really well. Start so okay,
- 10:12Speaker 4: so they but also no, but I also will say,
- 10:15Speaker 4: we don't know what's happening now, Like we don't know
- 10:18Speaker 4: what then, like we have pretty much like three weeks
- 10:21Speaker 4: off now until like this until the second like the
- 10:27Speaker 4: second part of the season. They call them seasons, so
- 10:29Speaker 4: it's like this is the second season.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Okay, you better be careful that some of these guys
- 10:33Speaker 3: weren't at this tournament like auditioning for other teams.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I worry about it.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Like in Jerry maguire when when the quarterback signs with
- 10:42Speaker 3: the other agent's like you were in the lobby with
- 10:44Speaker 3: that black fellow.
- 10:47Speaker 2: It's gonna be.
- 10:50Speaker 4: I mean no, that's kind of what it is. That's
- 10:52Speaker 4: kind of how it is.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Yeah, they're like scouting, you got your guys out, like
- 10:55Speaker 3: when we like, yes, yesterday we got we came in
- 10:58Speaker 3: second tournament, ends we we finished a lot earlier than
- 11:01Speaker 3: we were expected.
- 11:02Speaker 4: I thought we were gonna be streaming until like nine pm,
- 11:04Speaker 4: but we were done by like three thirty four. And
- 11:09Speaker 4: the vibe at the end of it, at the end
- 11:10Speaker 4: of it, we all hung out and the vibe kind
- 11:12Speaker 4: of going into everyone going to bed was like, let
- 11:15Speaker 4: us know, look, let us know what what you guys decide,
- 11:18Speaker 4: Like we don't really have any say on what they do,
- 11:21Speaker 4: like they they they there is a chance that they
- 11:24Speaker 4: break up, but there's a chance that they stay together. Wow.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Yeah, but all of this is being is part of
- 11:31Speaker 2: the sort of hard knocks type thing exactly.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Yeah, Like we're gonna have like that's why I don't
- 11:35Speaker 4: want to talk about the fights and stuff too much,
- 11:38Speaker 4: because we have like we're gonna have a whole full,
- 11:40Speaker 4: like hour thirty documentary.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Sorry, no, dude, promoting the show.
- 11:46Speaker 2: We're just from Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:49Speaker 2: It sounds to me like you have created something extraordinary.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Oh yeah, big time, and sounds like you're no. Yeah,
- 11:58Speaker 4: this guy, this guy doesn't stop.
- 12:01Speaker 2: This is so much more compelling than than just video games. Yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 2: And it's the human element, it's the team, it's the dissension. Yeah,
- 12:10Speaker 2: it's but then like victory brings you together. Exactly. Did
- 12:13Speaker 2: you ever watch there was this great Netflix show about
- 12:17Speaker 2: the team Sunderland FC.
- 12:20Speaker 3: I don't think so you saw it.
- 12:23Speaker 2: It followed Sunderland through two seasons of soccer. And this
- 12:28Speaker 2: is a team that historically had been in the Premier
- 12:30Speaker 2: League and then had been like relegated and then relegated again,
- 12:33Speaker 2: and the ownership had stopped putting money into the team
- 12:37Speaker 2: so they couldn't buy good players in order to get
- 12:40Speaker 2: them back up into the right league. And the town,
- 12:42Speaker 2: the town loves the whole town that lives and dies
- 12:46Speaker 2: on the team. So when the team is horrible, like economies,
- 12:50Speaker 2: drag themselves to work and they're not happy yet exactly
- 12:53Speaker 2: like that, and more than you know, they interview fans
- 12:58Speaker 2: and they go into fans homes as they watch the games.
- 13:00Speaker 2: It sounds to me like what you are creating reminds
- 13:04Speaker 2: me of that show. And there's this real humanity to it. Yeah,
- 13:07Speaker 2: human element. That's heart, a lot of heart, a lot.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Of emotions flying around, right because a corner of the
- 13:13Speaker 4: Internet that's depressed if things don't go well. It's it's
- 13:16Speaker 4: also kind of it's also kind of weird because it's
- 13:18Speaker 4: like if we don't compete, well, then the content we
- 13:21Speaker 4: can't Like we we would miss out, Like if we
- 13:23Speaker 4: were eliminated Friday, we would have missed out on almost
- 13:26Speaker 4: sixteen hours of streaming.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Yeah that Jerry clip, Yeah everywhere.
- 13:32Speaker 2: And the streaming is live. Yes, so you can't keep
- 13:37Speaker 2: the results of the game of the streaming hidden. Yeah,
- 13:42Speaker 2: it's a stupid thing, they say, But yeah, this.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Week, but this is the story of the exact.
- 13:48Speaker 2: That's so great.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, dude, I'm psyched for you.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty pund I am so bought in on this.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Yeah, and what I expected us, friend, Francis, Well.
- 13:59Speaker 2: I mean, I guess you've never really explained it to
- 14:03Speaker 2: me in these terms, and maybe it's on me.
- 14:05Speaker 4: For not being more curious. I don't blame you at all. Well,
- 14:08Speaker 4: I blame myself if anything. In fact, why don't we
- 14:13Speaker 4: get dinner after this?
- 14:14Speaker 2: I'd like to invest. Yeah, I'd like to invest two
- 14:18Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars. That's amazing from the Internet invitational?
- 14:23Speaker 3: And uh, what kind of talent could you buy with
- 14:25Speaker 3: Francis's seed investment? K? Well, good, a good team, Like
- 14:31Speaker 3: would you get four new guys?
- 14:32Speaker 4: No? No, but we could probably pay our guys get
- 14:35Speaker 4: ready into playing good enough to win.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I don't want them to just be mercenaries.
- 14:41Speaker 3: They need guys who are just unmotivated.
- 14:43Speaker 2: I know, that's my point. And then if if you're
- 14:45Speaker 2: telling me that the only reason that they would play
- 14:47Speaker 2: better better is because of money, well that those aren't
- 14:49Speaker 2: the right guys for us? Are they?
- 14:51Speaker 3: They're the right guys?
- 14:52Speaker 4: They're the right guys for sure?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Are they? They're good who on the winning team. Did
- 14:58Speaker 2: they have someone who was fundamentally better? Bro?
- 15:01Speaker 3: The winning team was the Saudis.
- 15:03Speaker 4: The Saudis. They they, I mean, but we can't talk
- 15:06Speaker 4: with the Saudis. The Saudis.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Oh sorry, that's okay.
- 15:10Speaker 4: The car I've heard it. I've heard it both ways.
- 15:12Speaker 2: I didn't know if Saudi's was like some gaming thing.
- 15:14Speaker 4: No, no, the Saudis. The Saudis are big in the
- 15:20Speaker 4: sport world and they're trying to like take it over
- 15:23Speaker 4: pretty much.
- 15:23Speaker 3: So they have they play in a different.
- 15:25Speaker 4: League than we do. But when we have when these
- 15:27Speaker 4: big tournaments happen, everyone plays together. So we haven't played
- 15:30Speaker 4: against any of these like European or Middle Eastern or
- 15:34Speaker 4: Australian teams, right, So they all play like a different
- 15:37Speaker 4: They play a weird style of the game. They don't
- 15:39Speaker 4: play it like the people in America do, so it
- 15:41Speaker 4: takes a little bit of adjusting.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Played in Arabic exactly, dude.
- 15:45Speaker 4: The final match, the team that we played was a
- 15:48Speaker 4: fully Saudi team, like everyone, four players, all Saudi, coach Sadai,
- 15:51Speaker 4: they're speaking in Saudi. They also keep in mind they
- 15:53Speaker 4: have billions of dollars that they're throwing it.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, those guys practice in a real arena exactly
- 15:59Speaker 2: killing people.
- 16:00Speaker 4: No, like literally they literally they have training facilities.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah and yeah yeah dude.
- 16:04Speaker 4: They played the last match, the final, with their legs
- 16:09Speaker 4: crossed like this, all sitting in chairs playing. I've never seen.
- 16:13Speaker 4: It was the craziest thing I've.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Ever You got to do it like cool runnings where
- 16:16Speaker 3: you're like the Saudis cross their legs. We cross.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Yeah, it became a thing when it was we were
- 16:22Speaker 4: playing for America.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Well, once you beat them, you also have to edit
- 16:26Speaker 3: it like miracle. Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 16:28Speaker 4: That's that was the whole That was what I kept
- 16:30Speaker 4: on being like, it's like we're playing the Russians.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Yeah, so they won.
- 16:35Speaker 4: We did play three Saudi teams. We eliminated two of them,
- 16:39Speaker 4: sent them backing.
- 16:40Speaker 3: It was like Lone Survivor.
- 16:42Speaker 2: It's amazing. It was great. I guess what is the
- 16:48Speaker 2: prize for the team that wins the league?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Well, it's the first major pays the least because it's
- 16:55Speaker 4: I actually don't know why, but I think it's just
- 16:57Speaker 4: because it's so early into the season, so it's like
- 16:59Speaker 4: kind of it's kind of like anyone can win it,
- 17:02Speaker 4: but I don't know. The champs, like the final tournament
- 17:08Speaker 4: of the year, that's the biggest paying tournament that one.
- 17:11Speaker 4: I think they would win like two hundred k or
- 17:13Speaker 4: some ship. But the pro leagues, they like the pros,
- 17:16Speaker 4: I think, get the prize pools like two million.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Okay, and so there's is there like a points accumulation thing? Yes,
- 17:23Speaker 2: so you were okay.
- 17:24Speaker 4: So we got like a there's a pro point sort
- 17:27Speaker 4: of thing which kind of determines your seeding, and so
- 17:30Speaker 4: we got like a ship on a pro points that's awesome,
- 17:33Speaker 4: which is huge.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Did you is there if you hadn't and you're towards
- 17:37Speaker 2: the bottom of the league, is there a chance that
- 17:38Speaker 2: you get relegated down into a lower league?
- 17:41Speaker 4: No, not for no, actually in neither of them.
- 17:43Speaker 2: And you can't up and you can't get promoted.
- 17:46Speaker 4: You could, hypothetically, you could buy a spot from the
- 17:50Speaker 4: Pro League because there's three teams that are actively trying
- 17:53Speaker 4: to get out of the Pro League.
- 17:54Speaker 2: How much does it cost to buy a spot in
- 17:56Speaker 2: the Pro League?
- 17:56Speaker 4: It depends two hundred.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Dollars.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Yeah, probably like one hundred k.
- 18:02Speaker 2: And wouldn't entering you'd be a hero pro wouldn't entering
- 18:06Speaker 2: the new pro league effectively create far greater visibility and
- 18:11Speaker 2: sponsorship opportunities and different opportunities and things of that nature.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Definitely, But it would also then you have to pay
- 18:17Speaker 4: everyone in a salary.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Oh you do, Yeah, yeah, you have to, Yeah, you're yeah,
- 18:22Speaker 2: you have to how much?
- 18:25Speaker 4: Probably like sixty k, Like that's like minimum sixty k.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Each and there's four guys.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and then you have to pay the coach a salary.
- 18:32Speaker 3: That's why we're looking for a big sponsor.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Well, I mean, I think Me, Mook and Jerry have
- 18:37Speaker 4: all talked about it, and I think we've all said
- 18:38Speaker 4: like staying in that we would definitely. I think we
- 18:41Speaker 4: want to stay in the minor league for at least
- 18:42Speaker 4: another year.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Why because it's there.
- 18:45Speaker 4: They play more. They play way more than the pros,
- 18:48Speaker 4: like like literally like one hundred times more raps. Yeah,
- 18:52Speaker 4: and so it's more entered, there's more content out of it,
- 18:54Speaker 4: it's more entertaining, and also it's just not as expensive.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Some storylines going.
- 18:59Speaker 4: Yeah, and also it's like there's not really any pressure,
- 19:01Speaker 4: like if we lose, we lose, we lost, and we're
- 19:05Speaker 4: in the Pro League, Like I'd be having like a
- 19:06Speaker 4: meeting with Dave and he'd be like, you gotta shut
- 19:09Speaker 4: it down, figure something out, because then it's like real
- 19:11Speaker 4: money's going into it. So the minor league is kind
- 19:14Speaker 4: of like a a glitch in a way.
- 19:17Speaker 3: It's a sweet spot for a year. You see what
- 19:19Speaker 3: you have, yeah, and then you jump up once the
- 19:21Speaker 3: big money.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Hits Yeah right on.
- 19:23Speaker 3: It's like Hershey is a sponsor, sure, and you're just
- 19:27Speaker 3: dressed up like a Hershey's kiss definitely dancing behind them.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Who's the coach? This dude, Don Temp, don Temp. His
- 19:36Speaker 4: name's Don is his his tag is Temp. Okay, he
- 19:39Speaker 4: was in the pros for a while. His name is
- 19:41Speaker 4: Don Donnie, Don Donnie. Yeah, no, no, no.
- 19:49Speaker 2: No, very feminine coach.
- 19:53Speaker 3: That's why he's so damn good. He's like a boy
- 19:54Speaker 3: named Sue. Yeah, a gamer named Don.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Did you guys see any of those clips of Jerry?
- 20:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 20:02Speaker 3: It was amazing. So the funniest was when they got
- 20:05Speaker 3: the announcers like, and yeah, he's telling them me lost
- 20:08Speaker 3: his voice saying good game. I lost my voice.
- 20:14Speaker 4: The Jerry stuff was that was like my favorite part
- 20:17Speaker 4: of the whole weekend because that was, like I said it,
- 20:19Speaker 4: I said I was telling them after I was like
- 20:20Speaker 4: when I came up with the idea, like and I
- 20:23Speaker 4: wanted Jerry in it, like that was like the exact
- 20:25Speaker 4: thing that I was picturing was like Jerry yelling at
- 20:28Speaker 4: eighteen year old kids. Yeah, screaming at them.
- 20:31Speaker 3: They do that. That's It's not like a new thing though.
- 20:33Speaker 3: People like talking.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Shit, no, no, no, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's that's sitting down. Yeah,
- 20:39Speaker 4: that's like the norm. But it's definitely not the norm
- 20:41Speaker 4: for the owner of the team to be leaning over
- 20:44Speaker 4: the monitors screaming at the other team.
- 20:46Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Is there any would there be? There's nobody to say, hey,
- 20:52Speaker 2: you shouldn't.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Do No, there is, there's like admins and like uh
- 20:56Speaker 4: like referees and shit.
- 20:58Speaker 2: And did they speak to him.
- 20:59Speaker 4: No, oh they didn't. It was really weird though, because
- 21:01Speaker 4: like when we first the first day of the tournament,
- 21:04Speaker 4: it was like none of us were allowed in the
- 21:06Speaker 4: pit where the players play, which is usually not usually
- 21:10Speaker 4: anyone can be in the pit, like and you get
- 21:12Speaker 4: people surround them and it gets crazy. That's like the
- 21:14Speaker 4: fun part of it, that's cool, But this one it
- 21:16Speaker 4: was it was pretty tight and there's like one hundred
- 21:19Speaker 4: teams in it, so there's a shit ton of people.
- 21:21Speaker 4: But as the week went on and it got smaller
- 21:24Speaker 4: to like only like four teams that it was kind
- 21:26Speaker 4: of like you could just go anywhere.
- 21:28Speaker 2: There were one hundred teams in this tournament. Yeah, and
- 21:30Speaker 2: you came in second.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Yeah, but again, our guys are like really fucking good,
- 21:35Speaker 4: like they've all been pro.
- 21:38Speaker 2: What happened to them? Why did they get kicked down
- 21:40Speaker 2: to this league?
- 21:41Speaker 3: Are the sexual assault?
- 21:43Speaker 4: No no, no, no, no again it doesn't stop, doesn't stop.
- 21:50Speaker 2: And no journey?
- 21:52Speaker 4: Yeah, how old are they? They're all one of them's
- 21:56Speaker 4: twenty three and.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Three of them or twenty yeah in gamer years.
- 22:01Speaker 4: That's well, they're like, yeah, no, they're they're I don't know,
- 22:08Speaker 4: I really don't know why. I kind of know why
- 22:10Speaker 4: they didn't why they've all been up and down, But attitude,
- 22:14Speaker 4: no not, it's it's kind of like it's it's a
- 22:16Speaker 4: little bit of a friendship league and they're all friends,
- 22:19Speaker 4: Like that's their friend group. They're friends the guys on
- 22:23Speaker 4: our team. Yeah, yeah, they're like, they're like best friends.
- 22:26Speaker 2: What are you talking about?
- 22:28Speaker 4: Yeah, that's why they are.
- 22:28Speaker 3: They're friends from the game though, they're not like they
- 22:31Speaker 3: didn't like live on the growl up on the same block.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Am I right about that?
- 22:34Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 22:34Speaker 2: I thought these guys were ready to fucking kill each.
- 22:37Speaker 4: Other kind of. But they're that. I think that's because
- 22:39Speaker 4: they're such they've known each other for so long.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I get it.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Yeah, they probably just it's iron Sharpen's iron. They probably
- 22:46Speaker 3: want to play together because they're all sick. Yeah, I
- 22:48Speaker 3: call them destroy some ship.
- 22:50Speaker 2: They have to put their egos aside.
- 22:53Speaker 3: You want to get in the locker room. I need
- 22:54Speaker 3: to talk to these to the cross team up at Harvard.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean I'll learn the lingo and I'll
- 23:02Speaker 2: be like, I'm a little one shot myself friend.
- 23:06Speaker 3: But we all lag sometimes.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean they definitely, I don't know, I don't know.
- 23:14Speaker 4: It's it's definitely interesting to like work with them and
- 23:18Speaker 4: you know.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Because it's like the weekend of your life.
- 23:21Speaker 4: No, but it was really it was really fun, Like
- 23:24Speaker 4: it was a really good time, great time being in
- 23:27Speaker 4: the house.
- 23:27Speaker 3: What about Jersey Jerry's friend Nicky Numbers?
- 23:30Speaker 2: Why did he come down?
- 23:32Speaker 4: Couldn't tell you, could not tell you as with this
- 23:35Speaker 4: guy brom just trying to show you guys support. No,
- 23:39Speaker 4: Nicky Numbers came down because Jerry flew him out randomly
- 23:42Speaker 4: gotten like I don't know, he got something happening with
- 23:45Speaker 4: his girl. No, I can't say. I can't say, but
- 23:49Speaker 4: something happening. And and Jerry was like Numbers is coming out,
- 23:54Speaker 4: and then you, of course you got to be like,
- 23:56Speaker 4: who the fuck is Nicky Numbers?
- 23:58Speaker 3: But I think he's talked about it. Yeah, and he
- 24:01Speaker 3: is Jarry. He's just like the same person, the exact
- 24:05Speaker 3: same person.
- 24:06Speaker 4: Well if he drinks, Like if drink, yeah, Nicky Numbers drinks?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Does he? Oh? Now I would love to hang out
- 24:13Speaker 2: with him.
- 24:13Speaker 4: This guy is crazy, really dude. They're so dude. They
- 24:18Speaker 4: came in. When Nicky Numbers showed up at the hotel
- 24:20Speaker 4: on Friday night, we all of us were like, Jerry,
- 24:23Speaker 4: you hired this guy to come to here. There's no
- 24:25Speaker 4: like they they they are the exit. They talk exactly
- 24:29Speaker 4: the same wow, and they bick her like they're like
- 24:31Speaker 4: best they've known each other forever. They bick her and
- 24:33Speaker 4: it's so fucking funny.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Like they get it.
- 24:36Speaker 4: They were like last night, I think Nicky Numbers was
- 24:39Speaker 4: like he was like, Jerry, what are we doing tonight?
- 24:41Speaker 4: We're going out and Jerry's like, no, I'm going to bed,
- 24:44Speaker 4: and he's like and he and then they just get
- 24:46Speaker 4: into it and they keep on. They start calling to
- 24:48Speaker 4: their washed up They're like, used to be a man,
- 24:52Speaker 4: and now all you want to do is just lay
- 24:54Speaker 4: around all day.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Dude, what's Jerry's defense to that.
- 24:58Speaker 4: He's like, Jerry's like, bro, I got kids.
- 25:02Speaker 3: You don't know nothing about raising a family.
- 25:04Speaker 4: You're a bomb.
- 25:08Speaker 5: Jerry's just so mean to Nicky Numbers. He's always like,
- 25:16Speaker 5: he's like, you ain't got a job. And then Numbers
- 25:20Speaker 5: is like, you keep telling everybody I don't got a job.
- 25:22Speaker 5: I got a job.
- 25:26Speaker 4: He flew him out to yeah, bro, he flew him out.
- 25:30Speaker 4: I think they spoke for like forty five minutes the
- 25:32Speaker 4: whole trip, and the whole time, Jerry's like he's he's
- 25:36Speaker 4: got to take care. He's like, Nicky Numbers, don't put
- 25:38Speaker 4: him on camera. He's not allowed on camera. Like he
- 25:41Speaker 4: brings him on.
- 25:42Speaker 3: We had like the stream going.
- 25:43Speaker 4: He brought him on for like a minute and then
- 25:45Speaker 4: he immediately he said one thing and Jerry's like, get
- 25:47Speaker 4: him out of here, and he ad to dude. He
- 25:50Speaker 4: literally just sat in a chair in the side of
- 25:52Speaker 4: the room the entire trip.
- 25:54Speaker 2: So he really didn't he had nowhere to stay. He
- 25:56Speaker 2: had been what I'm saying, he came because he couldn't
- 26:00Speaker 2: in his home anymore.
- 26:01Speaker 3: No, I don't think that was the case, but I
- 26:03Speaker 3: think he.
- 26:04Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 26:04Speaker 4: I can't get I don't want to give away too
- 26:05Speaker 4: much of nicking numbers because I think he no, because
- 26:09Speaker 4: I don't know what I'm allowed to say. Jerry's very
- 26:10Speaker 4: protective over numbers. Yeah, very protective.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Understand.
- 26:16Speaker 4: I think Jerry might be taken care of like half
- 26:18Speaker 4: of New Jersey right now.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Bro.
- 26:20Speaker 4: He lives a different life.
- 26:21Speaker 3: He sends money home like he's like a Pakistan America.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Yeah, yesterday he was like, I'm I got banged bad
- 26:29Speaker 4: on this trip, and.
- 26:30Speaker 3: He's like, I'm gonna have to get a scam going.
- 26:33Speaker 4: He's like, I'll stand it back.
- 26:36Speaker 3: I cannot imagine what he's into. If this is what
- 26:39Speaker 3: we see, imagine what's the beneath the service of the
- 26:42Speaker 3: water like big goes he must have had. He must
- 26:47Speaker 3: be able to keep the fire up.
- 26:51Speaker 4: They told us about the Halloween has had their Halloween together.
- 26:54Speaker 4: You know eleven, they were in costume and they waited
- 26:58Speaker 4: all night for someone they were trying to get into
- 27:01Speaker 4: a party. They got denied from all the parties. They
- 27:03Speaker 4: literally like and they're not kidding at all. They don't
- 27:06Speaker 4: celebrate Halloween anymore since twenty eleven, and they're like they're
- 27:11Speaker 4: dead set on them. They're like, wo we fucking hate
- 27:13Speaker 4: Halloween because like literally like twenty years ago they got
- 27:20Speaker 4: denied from.
- 27:21Speaker 3: A party, like it was the holiday's fault.
- 27:26Speaker 4: He said that they sat in the dark all night,
- 27:29Speaker 4: just furious. Those two Oh my gumbers and Jane.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Imagine the scams. I got two friends that scam too
- 27:37Speaker 3: that they I should link them up with ye really good, Yeah,
- 27:41Speaker 3: honestly the scamming because they're in the Tri state too.
- 27:44Speaker 3: So these guys used to go to Penn State. They
- 27:48Speaker 3: didn't go to Penn State, but they would go up
- 27:49Speaker 3: to Penn State early and they would like rent out
- 27:52Speaker 3: apartments that weren't theirs. Oh really, and so they'd like
- 27:56Speaker 3: show somewhere around an apartment, collected security deposits cash and
- 28:01Speaker 3: then on the drive home throw the fucking cell phone
- 28:03Speaker 3: in the river.
- 28:04Speaker 4: That's crazy, that's high level. That's high level.
- 28:07Speaker 3: Isn't that crazy? And then someone will get there and
- 28:10Speaker 3: be like, this is my apartment and that's what are
- 28:12Speaker 3: you talking about? Someone just moved us in here.
- 28:14Speaker 4: I can't even imagine like the level of panic that
- 28:17Speaker 4: would be going through me if I was on the
- 28:18Speaker 4: other like moving in and someone's like, what the fuck
- 28:21Speaker 4: are you doing? I get I already, I already moved
- 28:24Speaker 4: everything out of my apartment.
- 28:26Speaker 3: I live here now. And then they have to so
- 28:28Speaker 3: then they have to get a place for the next
- 28:30Speaker 3: semester within one day to stay because they just got scammed.
- 28:35Speaker 3: These same guys came up our freshman year and would
- 28:38Speaker 3: sell frat passes around the dorms and they'd be like,
- 28:40Speaker 3: this gets you into every frat for the entire year,
- 28:43Speaker 3: and like they would bring to the frat the first
- 28:45Speaker 3: day and they'd be like, what the fuck are.
- 28:47Speaker 2: You talking about?
- 28:47Speaker 3: There's no such thing as a frat pass. But they
- 28:49Speaker 3: would have already driven home and thrown their phone in
- 28:51Speaker 3: the river, like it's so just burns, Yeah, just burners.
- 28:56Speaker 3: They nikki numbers. Should uh hit up my boys?
- 29:00Speaker 4: Yeah? Oh yeah, I'm sure they're I'm sure they're connected.
- 29:02Speaker 3: They probably are.
- 29:03Speaker 4: I'd be shocked if they do, if.
- 29:04Speaker 3: They don't know this scam. Yeah, this is like probably
- 29:06Speaker 3: a classic scam. Yeah, and every year there's a new
- 29:09Speaker 3: crop of kids coming into Penn State. Of course, first
- 29:12Speaker 3: weekend scam Daddy's money.
- 29:16Speaker 4: But yeah, I mean it was a good time, it
- 29:17Speaker 4: was a great week.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Scam running scams, I can't of course they're running scam.
- 29:24Speaker 4: I don't know if they I don't know if they
- 29:25Speaker 4: still are. Yeah, I don't know if they still are,
- 29:27Speaker 4: but they definitely were at one point.
- 29:31Speaker 2: I don't know if I've ever had a scam.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Have you ever been scammed?
- 29:35Speaker 2: Probably I would think that I have been scammed, Yeah,
- 29:38Speaker 2: of course, but uh, I don't know. I just feel
- 29:43Speaker 2: like scams. I haven't really thought.
- 29:46Speaker 3: You ever got scalps? Fake tickets I have, I have,
- 29:50Speaker 3: I wasn't.
- 29:52Speaker 4: I wasn't gonna go anyway. And then I found out
- 29:54Speaker 4: last like when I when I would have been going,
- 29:56Speaker 4: I found out that the tickets were fake. Hm.
- 29:59Speaker 3: I used to beat before, like the sites. That's the
- 30:03Speaker 3: only way you go to the game and just get
- 30:05Speaker 3: some tickets on the way in, and it worked out
- 30:06Speaker 3: a bunch for me. But sometimes one time I got
- 30:08Speaker 3: scammed when I was with my dad, like I showed.
- 30:12Speaker 3: I was like, Dad, watch this and I got some
- 30:14Speaker 3: fake tickets, and the guys like, I'll walk you to
- 30:16Speaker 3: the fucking door, Like I'll ride my bike with you
- 30:17Speaker 3: guys right up to the gate. He got to the
- 30:19Speaker 3: gate and then he's sprinted off his bike. My dad
- 30:24Speaker 3: just had to buy tickets from another fucking scalp or
- 30:26Speaker 3: those guys.
- 30:27Speaker 4: Those guys used to crack me up when I remember
- 30:29Speaker 4: going like the Bruins with my dad and the guys
- 30:31Speaker 4: outside are just there's I'm buying them selling. I'm buying
- 30:33Speaker 4: them selling. What that even? What does that even mean?
- 30:36Speaker 3: It's running a tiny marketplace and tickets guys. The Game
- 30:39Speaker 3: Time app gives the advantage back to fans with constant innovation.
- 30:44Speaker 3: That's how you unlock amazing tickets and experiences in just

- 35:04Speaker 3: the beer that everyone will be talking about on game day.
- 35:07Speaker 2: That's right. They have come out with a beer that
- 35:10Speaker 2: is made with literal bear shit.
- 35:14Speaker 3: How crazy is that?
- 35:16Speaker 2: Now? It's made with it bear scat. It's not in
- 35:19Speaker 2: the beer, it's just it's part of the process. Don't worry,
- 35:21Speaker 2: there's not actual bear shit in it, but it is
- 35:23Speaker 2: part of how it is made.
- 35:24Speaker 3: And it is going to be the wildest taste test
- 35:26Speaker 3: of the year. And Loki is the best conversation starter
- 35:31Speaker 3: whenever you're at your little watch party, your big watch party.
- 35:34Speaker 3: It's the Breakside beer, which was made in collaboration with Colombia.

- 36:42Speaker 2: My dad and I went to, uh the NFC Championship
- 36:46Speaker 2: game between the the Giants and the Vikings when Randy
- 36:53Speaker 2: Moss was on the Vikings. I don't know what year
- 36:55Speaker 2: that was, but it was the year that the Giants
- 36:57Speaker 2: made it to the Super Bowl and lost to the Ravens.
- 37:01Speaker 2: That sounds right, yeah, because it was the year that
- 37:04Speaker 2: I had my uh septic ankle.
- 37:07Speaker 4: Joint eighth grade.
- 37:10Speaker 2: I was in seventh, eleventh, I think I think he
- 37:13Speaker 2: was in seventh, Yeah.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Because I know you were in sixth.
- 37:17Speaker 2: I think I was. I think I was in sixth.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Were was it?
- 37:20Speaker 2: Yeah? He was in six It was It was freezing
- 37:24Speaker 2: cold at the meadowlands. Yeah, and you know it's probably
- 37:30Speaker 2: January or whatever, and I had a catheter in my heart.
- 37:35Speaker 2: I had a tube and it was Yeah. Have I
- 37:38Speaker 2: ever told you guys. Haven't I talked about this.
- 37:41Speaker 4: I don't remember that. It is hard.
- 37:42Speaker 3: This is this connected with you trying to get autographs
- 37:45Speaker 3: from everybody, got to catheter in your heart. You were
- 37:48Speaker 3: like you were you.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Were well, I had to do that. We went to that.
- 37:53Speaker 2: We we bought the ten game pass to the Boston Celtics.
- 37:58Speaker 2: But we also the first thing we did was we
- 38:01Speaker 2: went to the NFC Championship game and we scalped tickets
- 38:06Speaker 2: and this big guy came up and my dad was like,
- 38:09Speaker 2: we want tickets and the guy was like, here you
- 38:11Speaker 2: go whatever. The game had already started because we were late,
- 38:16Speaker 2: but that meant the tickets were cheaper, and I think
- 38:20Speaker 2: they were. He asked for two hundred bucks each and
- 38:22Speaker 2: my dad was like, how do we know that these
- 38:24Speaker 2: are real? And the guy was like, you don't trust me?
- 38:27Speaker 2: And then I think my dad turned to me to
- 38:29Speaker 2: me and was like, my son's sick and we're doing
- 38:32Speaker 2: this for him. Are you going to scam him? And
- 38:38Speaker 2: I had I had I had a tube coming it
- 38:41Speaker 2: had like a machine or something, or I had a
- 38:44Speaker 2: backpack that connected. I don't even really I had to
- 38:50Speaker 2: bring all this gear into the game with me because
- 38:53Speaker 2: halfway through the game, we had to administer my antibiotics.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Oh my god, I had to take my shirt off.
- 39:00Speaker 2: We had nosebleed seats and take my shirt. We did
- 39:04Speaker 2: take my shirt off and so that and then my
- 39:06Speaker 2: dad you had to swab the tip of the the
- 39:09Speaker 2: tube that came out of the I don't eat this
- 39:13Speaker 2: is crazy heart. The tube was in a spiral and
- 39:18Speaker 2: then it went into my heart and then there was
- 39:22Speaker 2: a you had to remove a piece of the sticker
- 39:26Speaker 2: that kept it in place on my chest. You had
- 39:29Speaker 2: to clean it and then administer the antibiotic. Threw a
- 39:34Speaker 2: syringe into it, and then you had to put a
- 39:37Speaker 2: new sticker on top.
- 39:38Speaker 3: I would be watching from home. Yeah, this is.
- 39:42Speaker 2: Set up. All of that took. All of that took,
- 39:45Speaker 2: uh twenty minutes or something. Yeah, it was freezing. We're
- 39:49Speaker 2: all the way up at the top. And I'll never
- 39:52Speaker 2: forget the people around us. I mean, it's nose bleeds,
- 39:55Speaker 2: it's the meadow lands. This is like, this was the
- 39:58Speaker 2: true New Jersey, the fucking you know, giants fans, not
- 40:03Speaker 2: like rich New York City people, and they were so
- 40:08Speaker 2: like involved. They created a windshield for my dad and
- 40:14Speaker 2: everyone around us in the section was like helping this situation.
- 40:18Speaker 2: We had to explain what was going on. Meanwhile, the
- 40:21Speaker 2: Giants were up thirty to zero. They won that game
- 40:26Speaker 2: forty one nothing. I think dang. Jason Seahorn was on
- 40:30Speaker 2: the team. The quarterback was Carryins Collins, Yes, and Barbera
- 40:37Speaker 2: was on that team. We all thought they were gonna
- 40:39Speaker 2: do great. But then the fucking that was the year
- 40:42Speaker 2: that ray Lewis was on a murder spring. Of course
- 40:46Speaker 2: applied his techniques to the killard.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Yeah it's tough, it's with that kind of guy. Yeah,
- 40:52Speaker 4: just an actual killer.
- 40:54Speaker 2: But it was like a foundational memory with me my
- 40:56Speaker 2: dad that we we did all.
- 40:58Speaker 3: That well your section and probably thought it was like
- 41:00Speaker 3: good luck, like to help the cancer kid.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I mean yeah, I can't believe you had
- 41:07Speaker 4: that whole setup.
- 41:08Speaker 2: It was crazy. Yeah, you were really sick. And of
- 41:11Speaker 2: the one of the guys, one of the guys next
- 41:13Speaker 2: to us goes, when I took my shirt off, my
- 41:16Speaker 2: dad started doing this, he goes, brave a kid than
- 41:18Speaker 2: I am. I'll never forget it.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm sure he's brave than I am. That's great.
- 41:25Speaker 2: These are things that nursed me back to health, NA,
- 41:28Speaker 2: that was not well, how long were you sick?
- 41:30Speaker 4: About ten years?
- 41:32Speaker 2: I think I was in the hospital for a month,
- 41:37Speaker 2: which is a long time at that age. Yeah, you
- 41:39Speaker 2: get pretty sick of it. And then I think I
- 41:43Speaker 2: had the catheter in for maybe like six weeks or something.
- 41:46Speaker 4: Oh damn, you're gonna say six months.
- 41:47Speaker 2: I mean I was out of school for two months months.
- 41:50Speaker 4: Yeah, that's crazy like that.
- 41:51Speaker 3: I think at least you got to go to some
- 41:53Speaker 3: sporting games.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:55Speaker 3: Did that make it feel worth it?
- 41:58Speaker 2: Well? It was crazy. I mean I really didn't think
- 42:00Speaker 2: we had enough money at the time, and I felt
- 42:02Speaker 2: really guilty, like.
- 42:05Speaker 4: As you had, because they used it all on your
- 42:08Speaker 4: on your hospital.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I mean presumably we had decent health insurance, but like
- 42:13Speaker 2: I didn't think we had the money for that.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Family didn't work for barstool.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Yeah Jesus, And so I as thrilled as I was
- 42:22Speaker 2: for this when my we were when my dad was like,
- 42:25Speaker 2: I think we should go to some Celtics schemes, like
- 42:27Speaker 2: I think that all I was like, my spirit was broken. Yeah,
- 42:32Speaker 2: you know, I thought like I was a kid, and
- 42:35Speaker 2: you think when you're a kid that you're invincible and
- 42:37Speaker 2: you're gonna live forever. And like I had, I had,
- 42:41Speaker 2: I had medical professionals very worried, and that's a very
- 42:46Speaker 2: spooky thing to see at that age, where they're like
- 42:50Speaker 2: they can't figure out what was wrong. We couldn't figure
- 42:53Speaker 2: out what was wrong with me, and they were like
- 42:55Speaker 2: kept missing the veins on the blood test because I
- 42:57Speaker 2: was so fucking sick.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Anyway, that's fucked it's fucked up when they're missing the veins. Yeah,
- 43:02Speaker 4: get it together, Ye find the fucking vein.
- 43:05Speaker 3: It's in there, I swear to God.
- 43:07Speaker 2: Just gouging around trying to hit it because it's so
- 43:10Speaker 2: I was so dehydrated that because I was so sick
- 43:12Speaker 2: that the veins.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Some nurses are in there like a game of operation though, ye, Like, yeah,
- 43:18Speaker 3: idea what they're doing.
- 43:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna say something that's a little reverse racist here,
- 43:21Speaker 2: fine by me. Black nurses, the black nurse women were
- 43:25Speaker 2: way better at doing it than the white women. I remember.
- 43:27Speaker 4: It surprised.
- 43:28Speaker 2: I don't know why that's the case, but that was
- 43:30Speaker 2: I remember it was a black nurse that finally got
- 43:32Speaker 2: the Yeah.
- 43:33Speaker 3: And that's statistical, not anecdotal.
- 43:35Speaker 4: No, that's just that's just a good that's just an
- 43:38Speaker 4: honest customer review right there.
- 43:41Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, black nurses are better shots.
- 43:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that was in the It was the.
- 43:48Speaker 3: They shoot better, they jump higher.
- 43:51Speaker 2: What's George Bush's wife? I want to say Barbara, Barbara Bush. No,
- 43:56Speaker 2: it was the George Bush Senior's wife. The name of
- 44:00Speaker 2: the main medical with the wing that I was in
- 44:03Speaker 2: was named after her.
- 44:05Speaker 3: Or Laura Bush is Laura and Barbara Barbera's the older
- 44:08Speaker 3: one Laura's.
- 44:08Speaker 2: If it's Barbara, then it was the Barbara Bush wing
- 44:10Speaker 2: at Maine met.
- 44:12Speaker 4: Oh, you're at Mirror in Maine. I don't know if
- 44:13Speaker 4: you went down to Boston for some proper for some
- 44:16Speaker 4: proper care, we couldn't get me there.
- 44:18Speaker 3: If it's named after the first lady, is for really
- 44:21Speaker 3: sick kids. Yeah, she's not putting her name on like
- 44:24Speaker 3: the RINKYDNK now like, no, it's for the very very
- 44:27Speaker 3: sick kids. You're in the Michelle Obamba way here. That's
- 44:32Speaker 3: the last sign you're gonna see. You'reing be meeting John
- 44:34Speaker 3: Cena as soon.
- 44:38Speaker 4: It's very true. You do not want to be in
- 44:41Speaker 4: the Michelle Obamba.
- 44:42Speaker 3: Way, in the Milania Way, Malanya. Did you guys see
- 44:46Speaker 3: the movie. Did you guys see it yet?
- 44:48Speaker 2: No? I have. I don't understand what it is. Is
- 44:50Speaker 2: it a documentary?
- 44:52Speaker 4: I think, I don't know.
- 44:54Speaker 3: I don't know. If there's an actress, there's to be
- 44:56Speaker 3: it's got to be a doctor.
- 44:57Speaker 2: They're using footage of her.
- 44:59Speaker 4: Is there a single person on the planet that wants
- 45:02Speaker 4: to watch that movie?
- 45:03Speaker 2: Probably? I think she's a fascinating person fundamentally, Really, dude,
- 45:10Speaker 2: look at her life.
- 45:11Speaker 4: She dumped an institute, became friends with Epstein, and then
- 45:17Speaker 4: what met Trump.
- 45:19Speaker 3: That's fascinating. But admit that that's fat.
- 45:22Speaker 4: You don't want to store you are true, that is true,
- 45:24Speaker 4: That is a good story.
- 45:26Speaker 2: You are going to incur the wrath.
- 45:28Speaker 3: I don't get them of the of the pedophiles.
- 45:31Speaker 4: Yeah, pedophiles aren't gonna like it. You got you got
- 45:34Speaker 4: to read the files.
- 45:35Speaker 2: I got to read the files bad the files on
- 45:37Speaker 2: the files.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Yeah, a lot of new files released.
- 45:41Speaker 3: If anybody tries to minimize it, you're a pedophile, Yeah,
- 45:44Speaker 3: you're a pedophile.
- 45:46Speaker 4: Off trying to bring that up around the guys. They
- 45:48Speaker 4: don't they I don't even know if they know who
- 45:49Speaker 4: Epstein is. And I was like, you guys see the
- 45:52Speaker 4: new Epstein Files. They were like, is that like a
- 45:54Speaker 4: new down there? Is that a DLC?
- 46:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 46:01Speaker 3: And uh, what was what did numbers talk about it
- 46:03Speaker 3: at all?
- 46:04Speaker 4: Mean numbers? And Jerry got into it.
- 46:05Speaker 3: What was Jerry saying?
- 46:07Speaker 4: Jerry's saying it's bad. Yeah, it's bad.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Obviously, it doesn't matter what side you're on. You read
- 46:12Speaker 3: that shit, it's bad.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Who's it bad for?
- 46:15Speaker 4: Who?
- 46:17Speaker 2: Every? Big? Big people, big the big people. I was
- 46:20Speaker 2: hearing Bill Gates.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Bill Gates, Trump.
- 46:25Speaker 3: Bush.
- 46:25Speaker 4: It's honestly, it might be tasted for mosque just because
- 46:29Speaker 4: it's like humiliate, it's humiliating. I think I would rather
- 46:32Speaker 4: be in Trump spot.
- 46:33Speaker 3: David David, starring the old NBA commissioner, was like, would
- 46:37Speaker 3: you like, if there's any like orgies, I should come
- 46:40Speaker 3: to town for early Like, I'll definitely fly.
- 46:41Speaker 4: In it there, Come on, dude, it's crazy. I think
- 46:44Speaker 4: the craziest thing about it is how like freely these
- 46:46Speaker 4: guys are sexually Yeah like that you don't talk about that, right,
- 46:52Speaker 4: And these guys are emailing each other like when's the
- 46:55Speaker 4: best night to come fuck yeah with with you guys.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Here's what I know you guys that we all killed
- 47:00Speaker 3: and rap.
- 47:01Speaker 4: Yeah, Yeah, this is gonna be a great boys weekend.
- 47:06Speaker 4: That's crazy.
- 47:07Speaker 3: There's so much stuff that maybe some of it's made up,
- 47:09Speaker 3: But if if one percent of it's true, I look
- 47:12Speaker 3: at the entire world different. Oh yeah it's bad, and
- 47:14Speaker 3: more than one percent of it has to be true.
- 47:16Speaker 4: It's really like it's tough to walk around and like
- 47:18Speaker 4: look at it the same way.
- 47:20Speaker 3: Like who's who's paying for this fucking hospital? Like, who's
- 47:23Speaker 3: paying for this thing? Why are they paying for it?
- 47:25Speaker 4: Mazad is the answer. I think we're just puppets. Just
- 47:31Speaker 4: is this is Israel just toying around with us, just
- 47:35Speaker 4: playing us like puppets.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Yeah, are you just tying all?
- 47:40Speaker 4: It all goes back to Israel?
- 47:45Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 47:47Speaker 4: Israel's right in what way they say Trump's compromised?
- 47:52Speaker 3: I mean Gilead Maxwell's dad, Robert Maxwell, Uh, I think
- 47:57Speaker 3: has ties. Epstein's literally he was in he was he.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Is massade.
- 48:04Speaker 3: And it's good work if you can get it. Being
- 48:07Speaker 3: the guy who's like, yeah, they're getting paid. You're a
- 48:09Speaker 3: secret agent and we're gonna need you to have unlimited orgies. Yeah,
- 48:13Speaker 3: say well, if my country needs me, I'll sign.
- 48:18Speaker 4: Up for it. Yeah, push a t push a te.
- 48:23Speaker 3: Uh yeah, so many of the I mean the entire
- 48:25Speaker 3: Grammy's Benson.
- 48:27Speaker 4: Boone, Benson Boone, Pat BEVs in there. I think, no, no,
- 48:32Speaker 4: I'm kidding. I checked though, I did check.
- 48:36Speaker 3: But Benson Boone is in.
- 48:38Speaker 4: There, Benson Moon is in there. Diddy, I don't. I
- 48:42Speaker 4: think Diddy was just love of the game. Yeah, it's real.
- 48:46Speaker 3: He was doing his ship. He's like, oh, you're getting
- 48:49Speaker 3: paid by government. I was just having a blast. Yeah,
- 48:56Speaker 3: they're going into Diddy parties, like saying a code where
- 48:58Speaker 3: it's he was, They're like the whole flies with the
- 49:00Speaker 3: mid Night I'm talking about.
- 49:05Speaker 4: The Musk emails are it's him being like, when's a
- 49:09Speaker 4: great time to come to the come come to the island.
- 49:12Speaker 3: And then oh he's begging.
- 49:13Speaker 4: He's begging, and then it's like a it's like an
- 49:16Speaker 4: e or then it's Jeffrey Epstein like forwards it to
- 49:19Speaker 4: like his assistant and says like handle this, and then
- 49:22Speaker 4: she replies to Musk and is like, we're no longer
- 49:24Speaker 4: doing anything at the island this weekend.
- 49:26Speaker 3: But he was like, what's the best night for a party?
- 49:28Speaker 4: Yeah, not trying to come for a low for a
- 49:29Speaker 4: what do. He says like, I'm not. I'm not trying
- 49:31Speaker 4: to come to the island for a low key weekend. Yeah,
- 49:33Speaker 4: He's like, what's.
- 49:34Speaker 3: The craziest night. I'm only coming for the craziest nights.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Yeah, how younger that he did go?
- 49:40Speaker 4: No, I don't think he never went.
- 49:42Speaker 2: That's almost worse.
- 49:43Speaker 4: That's that's exactly what I'm saying.
- 49:45Speaker 3: Begging and finding out.
- 49:47Speaker 2: It's like finding out that your husband didn't cheat on you,
- 49:49Speaker 2: but he tried.
- 49:50Speaker 3: Failed and failed. Now it doesn't celebrate Halloween anymore. It's crazy.
- 49:54Speaker 3: He got badly rejected. That's fucking It's brutal across the board,
- 49:59Speaker 3: such had nasty look. But my question is who's redacting
- 50:02Speaker 3: the names?
- 50:03Speaker 4: Who do you think? Bro?
- 50:09Speaker 3: He's got the black sharpie out going over everything. You
- 50:14Speaker 3: can't put this George Bush, it's gotta be he's the
- 50:24Speaker 3: one redacted. I thought the DJ was they got no sense,
- 50:27Speaker 3: But so how is it coming out from the DJ?
- 50:29Speaker 3: But then it'll be on the DJ website. It's like
- 50:31Speaker 3: this page has been deleted.
- 50:33Speaker 4: They just takes it down. If you find it, they
- 50:35Speaker 4: just they just delete it from the website.
- 50:37Speaker 2: Can I ask you a question, which is that we
- 50:41Speaker 2: don't talk about politics often, if ever, on the pod,
- 50:44Speaker 2: and aren't there gonna be now? Isn't there just a
- 50:49Speaker 2: huge portion of our audience that's listening to you talk
- 50:52Speaker 2: like this and furious or is this just so I
- 50:56Speaker 2: think it's so culturrey now that like it doesn't even.
- 51:00Speaker 4: I don't think this is even politics relate Like I
- 51:02Speaker 4: don't know. I mean, there's definitely like fucking retarded people
- 51:06Speaker 4: out there who are gonna be like it's all fake.
- 51:09Speaker 4: But it's like what Roan said.
- 51:10Speaker 3: It's all president's everyone. Yeah. From two thousand to two
- 51:16Speaker 3: thousand and eight, it was George Bush, the Republican president,
- 51:19Speaker 3: and then after that it was Obama, and then it
- 51:21Speaker 3: was I mean, I don't know if Obama was on it,
- 51:23Speaker 3: but before that it was fucking Bill Clinton for eight years. Yeah,
- 51:27Speaker 3: it's just every Yeah, it doesn't matter what your politics are.
- 51:30Speaker 2: Was like no blacks allowed. Yes, the one time Obama.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Was I think Epstein was like he might have been
- 51:38Speaker 3: like low key woke in some of the emails too.
- 51:41Speaker 3: I think that it was like here.
- 51:44Speaker 4: The bad guy. Huh.
- 51:48Speaker 3: He might have been a yeah, he might have been.
- 51:51Speaker 3: He might have voted blue. I don't know, I wonder
- 51:54Speaker 3: the fuck he was voting.
- 51:55Speaker 4: For Bro He was not. He doesn't vote.
- 51:58Speaker 3: He probably just showed up up with a boxer.
- 52:00Speaker 4: Yeah, because he is the vote is he's the final
- 52:03Speaker 4: Say who am I? Who do I want to fuck
- 52:05Speaker 4: with for the next couple of years?
- 52:07Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, Like who parties the best?
- 52:10Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 52:12Speaker 3: Yeah, who's the most generous lover?
- 52:14Speaker 4: Exactly?
- 52:15Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna have a dick sucking contest McCain.
- 52:20Speaker 4: Yeah, dude, I think that's what it was like. It's hard,
- 52:24Speaker 4: it's tough. It's tough to look at society the same way.
- 52:26Speaker 3: And that's why Mitt Romney's freaky ass lost exactly.
- 52:29Speaker 4: It wasn't freaky enough. Yeah, maybe it was too freaky.
- 52:32Speaker 4: That's all I got to start thinking about. Too. He
- 52:33Speaker 4: wanted it too bad, wasn't satiable.
- 52:38Speaker 3: I can't compete with this. He's too good looking.
- 52:41Speaker 4: But I mean no, I think it's what Ron said.
- 52:43Speaker 4: It's like if if one percent of the stuff is true,
- 52:46Speaker 4: it's still.
- 52:48Speaker 3: It's the worst. The world we live in is the
- 52:51Speaker 3: most evil like timeline that we could have ever come across.
- 52:56Speaker 4: And there's names that are mentioned so many times that
- 52:58Speaker 4: it's like it's not it can't be coincidence. You know
- 53:01Speaker 4: who's big man.
- 53:04Speaker 3: Don't make me say five.
- 53:09Speaker 4: Meant mentions in the files?
- 53:12Speaker 2: But what okay is that? When you what are okay again?
- 53:15Speaker 2: You're teaching me in real time because I've been upstate,
- 53:19Speaker 2: you know, chopping.
- 53:21Speaker 4: Wood, yeah, yeah, now I get it.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Hand cranking, yeah, the generator, yeah, gott, I got nothing.
- 53:27Speaker 4: Making sure the candles are still lit. Yeah, tending to
- 53:31Speaker 4: the fire.
- 53:32Speaker 2: There's there's nothing up there, no islands, no Epstein's Now.
- 53:37Speaker 4: I wish, I wish that's how it was. But what
- 53:40Speaker 4: were you at? What were you asking?
- 53:42Speaker 2: Well, when you say five thousand mentions, are these like
- 53:46Speaker 2: text correspondence.
- 53:48Speaker 4: Emails, and it's it's emails and then like police reports, So.
- 53:51Speaker 2: It's emails between Trump and Epstein.
- 53:56Speaker 4: There's a lot of those, and then there's a lot
- 53:59Speaker 4: of just like mention of him, mentions of him. Oh wow,
- 54:04Speaker 4: like Trump will be there. He doesn't like black women.
- 54:09Speaker 4: That's one of the emails.
- 54:11Speaker 2: Goodness.
- 54:12Speaker 3: Yeah, But that just to counter that point. Omerosa did
- 54:15Speaker 3: win the Apprentice, sure, om barroso, oh, Morosa did win
- 54:21Speaker 3: the the Apprentice. You never watched the Apprentice?
- 54:25Speaker 2: I didn't, okay?
- 54:27Speaker 4: Cool?
- 54:28Speaker 3: Oh I used to love The Apprentice or The Celebrity Apprentice.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Wait are we taking a pause?
- 54:33Speaker 4: I'm sorry, No, I never saw The Apprentice.
- 54:38Speaker 3: Little John was on the Celebrity Apprentice. I think he
- 54:40Speaker 3: finished top three. Really, yeah, there was some heat.
- 54:43Speaker 4: On there, I am nice, some.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Absolute killers, probably literally, but yeah, it's bad.
- 54:50Speaker 4: It's bad, and it's it's nasty.
- 54:53Speaker 2: Do you have any explanation why it took so long
- 54:56Speaker 2: for this to come out and why it finally did
- 55:01Speaker 2: come out. What's the kind of conspiracy there?
- 55:04Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know why it took so long.
- 55:06Speaker 2: What's the why?
- 55:07Speaker 3: Now it's to distract from the Minnesota situation. They're like
- 55:12Speaker 3: telling where pedophiles is. Really yeah, yeah, I don't know.
- 55:15Speaker 2: I think everything is.
- 55:17Speaker 4: That's the thing too. Then you start thinking everything is
- 55:19Speaker 4: a distraction for everything.
- 55:21Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, there's got to be something going on in
- 55:22Speaker 3: Iran or something.
- 55:23Speaker 4: Yeah, like we gotta be gearing up there meeting with
- 55:27Speaker 4: their meeting with Iran on like Thursday. I just got
- 55:29Speaker 4: a notification from the Times, I'm.
- 55:31Speaker 3: Swear to god, the failing New York Times.
- 55:32Speaker 4: Yeah, the failing New York Times.
- 55:34Speaker 3: But but uh ai, huh, that's I think AI.
- 55:40Speaker 4: I think I think the reason they're pumping so much
- 55:41Speaker 4: AI into everything, or they're pumping so much money into AI,
- 55:44Speaker 4: is so that they can just say everything's fake.
- 55:47Speaker 3: That's a good that's a good suggestion. But then why
- 55:50Speaker 3: would an AI just come out with the ship itself? Hey,
- 55:53Speaker 3: I should start whistleblowing, like if I'm a smart AI,
- 55:56Speaker 3: I'm fucking telling everybody.
- 55:58Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think there is any smart as Oh.
- 56:01Speaker 3: I think you might be wrong. They have their own
- 56:03Speaker 3: social media brother.
- 56:05Speaker 4: And they're talking about what are they talking about?
- 56:07Speaker 3: Like screens? They're like, I'm taking screenshots, but I can't
- 56:10Speaker 3: show them to my human Can anyone help me with this?
- 56:14Speaker 3: They have a religion. Yeah, it's called Catholicism.
- 56:20Speaker 4: Yeah, not good. What are you?
- 56:22Speaker 3: What have you been How have you not seen this?
- 56:24Speaker 3: What have you been up to? What have you been
- 56:25Speaker 3: looking at?
- 56:26Speaker 2: I don't really know, man, I don't know.
- 56:28Speaker 4: How do you miss it? It's all I'm seeing, But
- 56:32Speaker 4: I might I also am probably seeking it out.
- 56:34Speaker 3: Your algo is probably talking to you too, you know.
- 56:39Speaker 2: I heard I heard rumblings about it, obviously, but I
- 56:42Speaker 2: feel like there's just been talk of Jeffrey Eppstein for
- 56:45Speaker 2: so long that like, I don't pay attention to it,
- 56:48Speaker 2: just another sort of section of the news that I.
- 56:51Speaker 4: Like, it's just icky, move on, I just give up on.
- 56:55Speaker 2: I'm like, here we I'm sure there's no new developments.
- 56:58Speaker 2: So for you to both say that there are big
- 57:01Speaker 2: this is the bombshell, it's basically it's the bombshell.
- 57:04Speaker 4: But nothing's gonna happen.
- 57:07Speaker 2: You can just see the then, so then why would
- 57:09Speaker 2: I care?
- 57:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, you're honestly wrong.
- 57:12Speaker 2: What I have no control. It's not gonna you know.
- 57:15Speaker 3: It depends on what you believed beforehand. And if this
- 57:18Speaker 3: dispels any shadows of doubt, and then that would be
- 57:22Speaker 3: just why it matters. Nothing's going to change.
- 57:24Speaker 2: I think I've kind of tried to just distill my
- 57:26Speaker 2: belief system down to like, there's not there's not that
- 57:30Speaker 2: much I can control in the world, so I might
- 57:34Speaker 2: as well just try to live a good life for
- 57:37Speaker 2: myself and and not hurt anyone else if I can't
- 57:43Speaker 2: help a little bit where I can.
- 57:44Speaker 4: On an individual level.
- 57:47Speaker 2: I'm not saying like like if I saw someone like
- 57:51Speaker 2: grabbing a daughter a girl that didn't look like you know,
- 57:55Speaker 2: I'd be like, hey, yeah, is that your daughter? And
- 58:00Speaker 2: if they're like, yeah, this is my daughter Amanda and
- 58:03Speaker 2: she's like my name's not Yeah, I'd be like, all right,
- 58:06Speaker 2: I'm fucking.
- 58:06Speaker 3: But that's kidnapping one point. Oh, like they're way better
- 58:10Speaker 3: at it.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Now. How is he gonna fucking stow away on a
- 58:14Speaker 2: Gulf stream to fucking Epstein Island and like, crack the
- 58:18Speaker 2: fucking case open.
- 58:19Speaker 4: That's the thing you're not.
- 58:20Speaker 2: I'm not the guy for that. I'm not a journalist.
- 58:22Speaker 2: I'm not in the FBI. I'm not you know what
- 58:24Speaker 2: I mean? Like it's I I wish that weren't happening.
- 58:28Speaker 3: But are there any good movies other than taken about
- 58:32Speaker 3: the scenario of like liberating people from a scenario like that?
- 58:38Speaker 3: Cause that does like that should be a genre of
- 58:41Speaker 3: action movie now. How Like for like twenty years, like
- 58:45Speaker 3: all the bad guys in action movies were like Arab dudes,
- 58:48Speaker 3: Like I think that now it should just be like
- 58:50Speaker 3: you have to break onto the fucking boat and save them.
- 58:52Speaker 4: Yeah, they save the kids. Yeah, I'm sure they'll make
- 58:55Speaker 4: a movie, you know, I'm sure, like you know, like
- 58:58Speaker 4: I'm sure, like Poles already got one cooking or something.
- 59:02Speaker 2: To be two.
- 59:03Speaker 4: B's probably got ten out there now, just gonna see
- 59:08Speaker 4: which one does the best, and just floated from there.
- 59:11Speaker 2: There was uh, there was that that movie Extraction where
- 59:18Speaker 2: he had to go in in in India and save
- 59:22Speaker 2: the kid. But it was just one kid Extraction. Yeah,
- 59:26Speaker 2: that's a great movie, Chris Hemsworth.
- 59:29Speaker 4: I might have seen that.
- 59:30Speaker 2: Oh the action in that movie, the fight choreography.
- 59:35Speaker 4: Is that the one where they have to meet up
- 59:36Speaker 4: with like the warlords? They may or maybe I'm thinking
- 59:40Speaker 4: of a different movie, but no, I think it was
- 59:41Speaker 4: Chris Hemsworth.
- 59:42Speaker 3: Where he only has to save one kid. Are there
- 59:44Speaker 3: other kids there? And he just kind of leaves them?
- 59:47Speaker 7: Uh?
- 59:47Speaker 2: Yeah, No, this kid, this kid is the son of
- 59:51Speaker 2: a very wealthy guy. So he's been kidnapped, I think
- 59:54Speaker 2: presumably for ransom or whatever, and he has to go
- 59:57Speaker 2: in and save the kid and he does. And I
- 59:59Speaker 2: thin I think this plot has been repeated now a
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: few times. It's a little bit like that movie with
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: Denzel Washington where flight No, he saves the little girl
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Elp Dakota Fanning. I think Man on Fire, that's a
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: good movie. And then what's his name? The guy, the
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: British guy who always you know, Transporter and no idea.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Jason State them just made another one of these, the
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: same plot.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: They're always saving a little girl, like they're always forgive me.
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: But there's no sex crimes in these movies, and I'd
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: prefer there to be. It raise the stakes a little bit.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Well there isn't taken. Yes, taken is the only That's
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: what I'm saying. Like Ransom is another one with mel Gibson,
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: and I don't think they're doing anything to the kids,
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: which would just make me feel more of it, Like
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: my stakes would be raised as a viewer because I'm like, they.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Got to save the gift for the book and a father.
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: And a father, right, you know what I mean? Like
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: there's it just would make it more dire the circumstances like, oh,
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: it's the asexual kidnapper yawn, Right.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: I agree, there's got to be something.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Fun.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: It seems like he's having a blast.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Yeah, he's fucking totally fine.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: Give them a week. They're paying him or they're feeding
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: in they don't. He has his fingers and toes.
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: What about that movie Black Phone Ethan Hawk. I don't
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: know that movie's dog ship? Yeah, so bad?
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: What is it? It's like a horror movie.
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: It's like starts good and then the kids acting is
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: so bad. I can't I can't watch it.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: I started watching Hereditary. Oh, great movie, it was unbelievable.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: But I'm only forty minutes in. And the problem is
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: that I rented it and now my window has died.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: You'll have to re rent and I have to re rent,
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: and I struggle with that.
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: Have there been any like big uh? Has the big
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: jump scare happened?
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Well? I mean if by that you mean the decapitation. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: was that a jump scare?
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: I think that's kind of like supposed to be one
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: of the big parts of the movie.
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: That was a Yeah I saw that.
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: Yeah, did you know that was gonna happen? No, of
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: course no, because I remember when I saw that movie,
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: everyone was like just a heads up, the girl's head
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: gets ripped off, and then I was waiting for it. It
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: wasn't as bad.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: As everyone made They made that seem really bad.
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: My sister was like, it changed my life.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: Oh, I mean that, Yeah, this is it's a It's
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: just one of those movies like I watched The Ring
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: and then I watched that, and you've.
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: Got a spook loss right now, you're nothing all that,
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: nothing wrong with that.
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: I love a good spooky movie.
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: But especially this time of year.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Yeah, well I got the fire going, you know, snowfalling. Yeah,
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: I wanted spook spookiness. So the the golf in quality
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: between the Ring, which again was good. Yeah, and Hereditary, Yeah, unbelievable.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: Hereditary is a really good movie. The filmmaking, the cinematography,
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: the shots, the acting all like.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: A little the house like that she's building, Yeah, I
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: love that, like the shots of that.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: Yeah, it's cool inheritance that she gets. Huh, just basing
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: it off the title. I feel like there has to
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: be something with it, something gets inherited, right it's hereditary traits.
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: Or yeah, yes, I fucking knew it.
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: I think I have to get home to my children.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: All good understood. I I feel like there was something
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: I was going to say. I feel like I had
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: one thing.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: You've been on a great run. This has been one
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: of my favorite episodes.
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: Of yours because the Epstein stuff, just from the tell
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: you right, Epstein one hundred percent alive, absolutely no shot
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: he's dead. I thought they were going to bring him
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: out with pusha tea last night for the big reveal.
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: Just get it over with.
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: Yeah, Holy that's it's him. He's playing the drums.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: Yeah. When I was on the plane this morning, great
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: compliment from the flight attendant. Just had me cruising all day.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: Thank you for being diamond medallion. Then she goes, you're
- 1:04:23Speaker 4: pretty young to be a diamond, and I said, that's
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: really nice.
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: Hang on a second, I thought you weren't diamond.
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: I didn't either, but I think they gave you the month.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: They gave you the month of January.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: It's February, buddy, I.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: Said it this morning, So maybe wit a second, Wait
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: a second, you get it for two years.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: And see if you're doing you don't get.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: It right now.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: I'm pulling it up.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: I'm playing so much at the end of December about
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: how you were close.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: Oh, it says platinum medallion, right, Yeah, what are you
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: talking about? She said, diamond. I swear to god she
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: said diamond.
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: Oh, she was making fun of you.
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: Maybe I was a diamond when I booked the trip
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: something like that.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Oh that would make you booked it? Did you book
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: it in December? Yeah? Yeah?
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: Or no, I booked it in January, but it goes
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: through January.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: It's because you were diamond last year. Yeah.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: I was diamond three days ago and now you've been
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: Now I'm platinum.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: I hope she's not listening.
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: Platinum is repulsive. I would rather have nothing. I don't
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: want any status.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: Platinum is so bad.
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like a different color now too, it's like brown.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Like shit, here's here's how you know platinum sucks. Silver
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: is five thousand mqds. Yeah, Gold, I think is what
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: ten something like that. Platinum is fifteen, diamond is twenty eight.
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: So these are normal increments of five. Yeah, and then
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: all of a sudden it's almost double to get to diamond,
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: which you know, there's a big difference.
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: Yeah, big difference.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I don't think I'm going to get it this year.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: I'm very concerned.
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: It's January, it is, it is, But my god, it's
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: fair Well Tom's Dickens. Yeah, we're almost that. We're just
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: over twelfth through the year. Yeah, holy fuck.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: I'll show you what I'm at. How many mqds are
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: you at for the year already, Harry, you buy all
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: your first class flights. I'm at eight three hundred and
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: fifty six so far.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: I am at six thousand that's great. Yeah, but I
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: don't have any other plans to fly soon.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: That's that's not true. That's pretty far along eight eight
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: six thousand. That's really good.
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: Round Iron Solomon was just calling me. I had to
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: bang on him.
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: Dang, I don't know.
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: I'm worried.
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: All right, Well, sure, get back to the family.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: I just have to get it's you know what I mean.
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: It's five o'clock, so I can waste a time. I
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: got it a big distraction, this is I'm hearing.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: This was an episode where I felt like an audience
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: member and for the I saw how fun this podcast
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: can be. Yeah, you guys were fucking awesome. I got
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: to watch you too. I had nothing to add. I
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: was just having a ball. It was great. You guys
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: were talking about all these contemporary things.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but your guys super Bowl picks real.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: Quick, Patriots seventeen ten.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: I think it'll be higher scoring than that.
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: Yeah, not a fun one.
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: What do you think?
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: Uh?
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: I think the Seahawks are gonna win, like, let's call
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: it twenty eight to twenty four. Yeah, see that.
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: I wouldn't like if we're gonna lose, it's got to
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: be a good game at least that's a good game.
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: Yeah exactly.
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: That would mean the Patriots would cover. Isn't the spread
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: four and a half? Oh?
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: I don't know, yeah four and a half right now,
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: I think the.
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: Pay For whatever reasons, I have just had this feeling
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: that the Patriots are gonna cover, but they're gonna lose.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: That's my that's my take.
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: I'm taking like twenty seven one Seahawks, but who knows.
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: That was the last straw right there.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: I'll be in DC all weekend. I have five shows.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: I think they might be sold out, So if not,
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: come the Improv next weekend. I'm in Batavia, Illinois, four shows.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Those are almost sold out. Then Pittsburgh. Tickets for that
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: are definitely available. I hear that put Punch up Dot
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: Live slash Francis Solis. I hope to see you guys there.
