What Caffeine Actually Does
Caffeine doesn't make anything. Adenosine builds up in your brain over the hours you stay awake, settling into receptors that all carry the same message. Caffeine is shaped closely enough to occupy those same locks without turning them. The pressure from time awake goes nowhere. It just stops being reported.
